DAY SEVEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Divine Mother Connection Guided Meditation

This is day seven of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me to talk about the Divine Feminine and Divine Mother. We share with you about what we feel are Divine Mother energies and which are more of a wounded masculine expression of warrior.

We share about how in our process it has been important to feel and heal our inner mothers as they hold a template of false mother and wounded daughter as well. These frequencies can block the letting in of Divine Mother, along with protective, wounded frequencies in the Inner Protector (inner masculine.)

In this video, we guide you on a journey to meet five common faces of the Divine Mother. We connect with Mary Magdalene, Kuan Yin, Mother Mary, Sophia, and Dark Mother in different ‘courtyards’. We describe each of their energies, what they offering us related to awakening and esp. emotional body healing, and invite you to receive any messages and images you need to from them. We also bring along your Inner Protector with us to connect with Her.

DAY SIX: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your 3D, 4D, and 5D Selves Guided Meditation

This is day six of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I talk about the 3D, 4D, and 5D selves that are anchored to these different consciousness frequencies. Your 3D self is a fragmented self that is formed in response to 3D density and polarity. These fragments are the aspects/parts that we connect with in our SoulFullHeart process through sessions, such as the Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father, Inner Protector, and Inner Punisher. The 4D self is the transitional self as the soul comes into your consciousness. The 4D self is often ‘torn’ between 3D life/matrix and what the soul knows/remembers as higher consciousness states. The 5D self is your service of love self, beyond 3D conditioning ego and self image, and has pure motivations of love and is freeing up from 3D trauma and 4D karma frequencies.

In this video, I guide you to meet your 3D self through connecting with your birth family home. Many parts may come forward to present as your 3D self. You also meet your 4D self, who is a more multidimensional, etheric energy and can present as your Gatekeeper and Star Seed child. You then meet your 5D self by moving your vibrational frequency UP to 5D and opening up to your energy to your service of love self.

DAY FIVE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Inner Sacred Union Guided Meditation
 
This is day five of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, my beloved Raphael Awen joins me to talk about the importance of feeling and healing the transactability of the inner sacred union between your masculine and your feminine.
It is the inner union, the healing of polarizations inside and inner ‘wars’, that allows for an overflow to be experienced then in sacred union frequencies with a mate.
 
Raphael and I share about a recent process we went through during the SOULstice gateway in which we ‘let go’ of the old ground of our ten year relationship in order to allow a new ground to arise. In this sometimes quite painful process, we both felt deeply the relationship between our inner masculine and inner feminine that had been ‘caught up’ in certain dynamics in the relationship, which we share with you the gifts and challenges of that. Through connecting with these parts of ourselves, we’ve been able to find new, arising, and magical ground together.
 
In this video, we guide you in a meditation to meet your inner feminine (however she shows up, i.e. inner child, inner teenager, inner mother, etc.) and your inner masculine (Inner protector, gatekeeper, inner punisher, etc.) Magdalene and Christiel join us to provide a template of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine sacred union energies. We also bridge you to your sacred union mate, in whatever form they come forward for you. Whether single or in a relationship or happily in an alone phase, this meditation will guide you to inner discoveries that illuminate all of your relationships with others.

In this video today, I talk about the seven main areas of life as we identify them in our SoulFullHeart Process: emotional, spiritual, mental, social, physical, financial, and environmental. I share about how each area of life probably brings out a varying degree of consciousness expression from you. I explain about what 3D, 4D, and 5D are as consciousness states and how one area can be higher consciousness (such as spiritual) while another may be more anchored to 3D (such as social). DAY THREE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Bridge To Your Higher Timeline Manifestation Guided Meditation

This is day three of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I talk about what it means to feel and BEcome your ‘Higher Timeline’. Your higher timeline is connected to the service of love for yourself AND with others. Your geography, relationships, and vocation expression support this service of love expression.

I share about how undigested emotional trauma from parts of yourself from this life and also from Metasoul aspects in other timelines can impact your ability and capacity to embody your higher timeline. These traumas can keep you stuck in suffering loops, engaged in codependent relationships that don’t support your soul bigness, and in ‘jobs’ that don’t provide an expression to serve love in a bigger capacity. Often your Inner Protector can be blocking and guarding you around the next steps of moving into your Higher Timeline self. This is usually due to fear and concern that you won’t be able to handle the digestion needed to free up access to ti.

In this video, I guide you in a meditation to connect with the bridge to your higher timeline. You connect to your current timeline and the content of it and how it feels to be experiencing it. Then, you connect to your Inner Protector to allow access to your higher timeline that vibrates and energizes ‘across’ the bridge. You then are invited to take in your higher timeline reality on the other side on many levels to digest and become it. This etheric connection to your higher timeline is actually key to the manifestation of it as well.

DAY TWO: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Protector Guided Meditation

 

This is day two, of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I talk more about the process of working with, connecting with, and recognizing different aspects of self or parts or subpersonalities that we offer in SoulFullHeart. I introduce you to the Inner Protector, a masculine feeling energy, warrior-like, guarded, vigilant, and loyal, in general. I have met many over the years and they seem to share many of the same characteristics and emotional states and traumas, which I share about in this video.

I also guide you in a meditation to meet this part of yourself through a visualization of visiting your ‘castle’ essence. We receive help and support from Archangel Metatron and Goddess Sophia. Their high frequencies of Divine wisdom, Divine Masculine and Feminine, Love, and help with the Ascension process opens up your heart space and supports your 5D Self. I guide you to connect with, visualize, feel, and talk with your Protector in this meditation. Opening out this connection with them leads to more negotiation and navigation of life and more open hearted experience of it.

Intentions For 2019 – DAY 1: 33 DAYS DEEPEN W/JELELLE AWEN (VIDEO)

Here it is! My first video, day one, of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I connect to the new year energies of 2019. I offer a guided meditation in which you can offer some soothing energies to detox your field (if you took in some denser energies last night), and for you to feel and see your highest timeline manifestation as it might unfold in 2019. You also feel and energize INtentions that you have for the next year in the areas of service of love, relationships, geography, and whatever else comes UP. You release these intentions ‘into’ the energy of 2019 during the meditation.

Beyond just setting resolutions that are based on self improvement, INtentions tap into your soul’s powerful alchemy gifts, your higher timeline service of love, and desires of all parts of you. Divine Sophia and Archangel Metatron join us as Divine Feminine/Masculine guides, offering frequencies of wisdom and clarity on the soul and heart levels.

You may have feelings come up as you digest 2018 and what you experienced during it as it was a challenging and catalytic year for so many souls. The guided meditation allows space to feel that too. INjoy the experience of just feeling whatever this new year means for you and to you as you move into.

TWO days until Deepen starts! I’m going to show up in the moment for 33 days, starting on New Year’s Day, January 1st, for a daily video until February 2nd. I can feel the energies starting to download to me already from the Divine in support of a wider, broader, and more collective activation, digestion, and integration offering….even as it bridges to the personal too.

I feel teachings will flow out about SoulFullHeart (the healing and awakening process that I offer), along with personal/client process sharings….plus a daily guided meditation to create a more visceral experience for you to ground in whatever I am offering.
