Each of us shares from our hearts what the Deepen series has been and brought for us. We also offer a bridge to you for possible next steps to deepen the personal experience you have had through other writings/videos, and both individual and group sessions with us.

Thank YOU so much from my heart and soul to yours for taking in this video series in whatever ways and means you have. It is a process that invites you into an ever deepening and spiraling inner journey of self discovery with LOTS of love and compassion.

DAY THIRTY-TWO: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Silent Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day thirty-two of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I hold space for you to explore your inner worlds in silence. In the silence, we connect in a space beyond words where Unity Consciousness lives and telepathy transacts. During this silent space, you are invited to journey ‘along’ with me as I take you to the settings and places that we have explored during the series. The precious parts, Metasoul aspects, Star Family BEings that you’ve connected with during the series are invited to join us. Divine Mother and Divine Father hold the space with MUCH love for this exploration, wherever it takes you.

You are welcome to play music if you’d like although the silence can be a wonderful space holder. There is some background noise from the street near our house and even a small harbor plane flying over. These are the ‘noises’ of everyday life that invite us to focus beyond when we are meditating.

The one thing that came through very clearly during this meditation was the repeated refrain of “You are Love”…..over and over. I hope you can hear it, feel it, and BElieve it as you BEcome it!

DAY THIRTY-ONE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Activate Light Language Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen
This is day thirty-one of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about light language or star language as it is also called. The ability to activate light language and express it (through voice, language, and/or hand gestures) often connects to trauma healing that you’ve done with your Star Seed child that allow fluid transmission to come through. Access to your Star Seed arises as your more 3D-based Inner Child is able to let go of traumas from this life to vibrate at higher frequencies of consciousness. Digestion and remembering of visitations with Star Family this life also helps to open up access to light language. Direct connection with your Metasoul aspects that live in Galactic timelines allows the flow of language to come through in an organic way as you merge more with their consciousness.
Activating light language is not a matter of capacity or ‘special’ gifts as we ALL have galactic DNA and therefore the ability to access it. It is rather a matter of healing the trauma that keeps the veil in place of our remembering and expressing it. Your Inner Punisher may also ‘judge’ if you are doing it ‘right’ or that you are ‘crazy’ for expressing it, etc. so working with that part of you to allow the fun and joyful expression of it helps as well.
In the meditation today, you activate, clean, and connect with your Ascension Chakras: the Stellar Gateway (Personal Sun), Soul Star, and Causal Chakras. All of these are connected to the expression of light language. I share different light languages that come through me as we go through each chakra and invite you to ‘babble’ and talk along with me. You focus on your fifth or throat chakra especially to feel if there are blocks there to expression of your truth due to undigested trauma or karma.

DAY THIRTY: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Transmute Your Trauma With Love Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day thirty of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about the healing of trauma through a transmutational process of connecting with parts of yourself that are experiencing it (both this lifetime and other lifetimes). As you separate from the energies of the parts of you experiencing and unable to digest the trauma, then you are able to BE there for and with them in a new way. You are no longer ‘fused’ to the trauma. You are able to channel Divine love and compassion to them so they are able to let go and ‘leave’ the traumatic scene and move into the higher timeline with you.

I’ve been offered that the transmutation of the trauma we experienced from this life and other lifetimes is KEY to our ongoing Ascension and awakening process. As we transmute it into love again, so we are able to raise our vibrational frequency TO love.

In the meditation today, you are connected with your 5D self, who can hold space for the transmutation of trauma with parts of you and journey into Metasoul timelines to heal it there as well. You move into a higher vibrational space and then connect with a traumatized energy in your field and the part of you who is experiencing it. You offer that part of you Divine love through Mother Mary and Yeshua energies. You then invite that part of you to move into a higher timeline space with you to receive more love and healing connection with the Divine.

This is day twenty-nine of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitators Raphael Awen and Gabriel Heartman join me to talk about healing of the sacred masculine. Both of them share their experience of working with parts of themselves, such as the Inner Teenager/Child, Inner Protector, etc. to heal trauma from lack of initiation and invalidation that men receive. Healthy initiation and validation becomes possible through connection with the Divine Father, integration of these parts of self, and karmic healing from other timelines/lifetimes.

Raphael and Gabriel also talk about sacred masculine sexuality and healing of the lingam from non-vulnerable penetrative energies to open hearted and vulnerable sexual expression. Feelings of inadequacy and powerlessness are also issues that they feel lead to the expression of woundedness in men.

In the meditation today, Gabriel and Raphael lead you into an exploration of a sacred masculine roundtable. Your wounded masculine aspects parts receive love and healing in the roundtable as you take in frequencies of Divine Father and supportive brotherhood frequencies.

DAY TWENTY-EIGHT: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Sacred Feminine Healing W/Divine Mother Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen & Kalayna Colibri

This is day twenty-eight of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me to talk about sacred feminine healing for women. As I’ve been offering in this video series, there are key areas of self exploration that can lead to the arising of your sacred femininity. We talk about how individuation from your birth mother templating and working with your Inner Mother is a key aspect of this. Another important self love exploration is with your sacred sexuality, your Yoni space, and clearing of sexual trauma and abuse frequencies from this life and other lives.

Discovering what the feminine is in authentic expression is also about feeling into what isn’t feminine, yet rather wounded masculine expression. This comes forward through expression of usually masculine parts such as the Inner Protector, Gatekeeper, Inner Punisher, who heal into healthy masculine frequencies of guidance, right action, discernment, ability to set boundaries etc. The healing of your wounded feminine in forms such as your Inner Child and Inner Teenager is also an important aspect of moving into wholeness of integrated feminine expression.

In the meditation today, Kalayna leads us into an exploration of a sacred feminine healing circle through experience of Divine Mother frequencies. Kuan Yin, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Sophia, and Dark Mother join you to connect their healing frequencies with yours. Your wounded feminine parts and masculine Protectors also come into the circle to receive Divine Feminine love.

Connect To Your Yoni/Lingam Sacred Sexuality Healing Guided Meditation – DAY 27: 33 DAYS DEEPEN W/ Jelelle Awen (VIDEO)

DAY TWENTY-SEVEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Connect To Your Yoni/Lingam Sacred Sexuality Healing Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

 

This is day twenty-seven of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about the ‘yoni/sexual area’ as a portal for women and men. The Yoni doesn’t just include the female genitalia, yet also the root/sacral/solar plexus chakras as well. Connecting with yoni honors the sacredness of your sexual energies and allows for digestion of sexual partner experiences you’ve taken in. For men, the lingam recognizes more than just male genitalia (which can so be the focus), yet the lower chakras as well as a penetrating and powerful energy of sacred masculinity as it heals.

I offer that working with your yoni (or lingam for men) as a part of you opens you up to more of your sacred sexual energies that are often suppressed, blocked, or overly energized. It creates a tender space of self-love based healing to clear out previous sexual experiences from this life and from other timelines as well, which can be stored in the yoni especially. This allows for more healthy and nourishing (and satisfying!) sexual experience with a partner.

In the meditation today, Divine Feminine guides Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene invite you to join them in connection with your yoni (or lingam.) You go to a clearing and cleansing ‘purity’ pool to dip into the waters of love. You connect with the cries and tears of your yoni or lingam, feeling into each partner you have had this life. Then, you receive loving energies from both Marys to provide soothing digestion as you get a sense of what it would feel like to embody your innocent sexuality and your pure sensuality.

The writing that I suggest doing to deepen this connection is about writing a letter to your yoni and have your yoni write back to you. Men can do this as well. Then have your yoni write to you about every partner you’ve had and how she feels about them.

Meet Your Veil Of Amnesia Guided Meditation – DAY 26: 33 DAYS DEEPEN W/ Jelelle Awen (VIDEO)

DAY TWENTY-SIX: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Veil Of Amnesia Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day twenty-six of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about the veil of amnesia that we have chosen as a soul to put over ourselves to obscure and block our remembering and recall of our soul’s consciousness. We chose this veil in order to fully immerse into the experiment of 3D consciousness that offers further growth and learning for us as we experience it. These veils are permeable, and meant to be temporary as the soul can sovereignly chose at any time and in any lifetime to lift them. The veil of amnesia can relate to the remembering of childhood situations, especially those that were traumatic. Accessing the parts of yourself that are still living out these traumas allows the veil of amnesia to lift on them.

Another aspect of lifting the veil is related to having conscious access to other lifetimes/timelines and the Metasoul sisters/brothers that are living in them. This is more than just getting glimpses of a ‘past life’. It is having conscious interaction and gift exchange with them leading to karmic healing on a quantum level. The other lifting of the veil connects to galactic consciousness awakening and remembering star family and activation of your galactic DNA and genes on a cellular level. This veil is placed by your soul’s choice not to fully remember visits with star family this life and supported by star BEing technologies as well that keep the veil in place as it would be painful for you to be ‘living in two worlds’ as you try to acclimate to 3D life.

In the meditation today, Divine Father and Divine Mother join you to start negotiating with your Inner Protector, who protects and guards the veil of amnesia related to this life traumas, especially during childhood. You connect with your Protector and feel their concerns about lifting the veil, which usually have to do with not feeling like you are ‘ready’. You then go to meet with your Gatekeeper, who protects and guards the veil of amnesia related to galactic awakening and Metasoul timelines/lifetimes. You begin to negotiate with your Gatekeeper to start to lift the veil on these timelines. You then experience your veil of amnesia in whatever shape, form, visual it comes to you and you begin to lift it off of you…showing your desire to remember anything that is ready to be integrated and felt.

DAY TWENTY-FIVE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Metasoul Timeline/Lifetime Portal Access Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day twenty-five of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about how to access and heal other lifetimes and timelines that hold karma and trauma. These timelines are ones in which your Metasoul aspects (sisters and brothers) are living out and experiencing in the Now. Rather than seeing them as ‘past lives’, you relate to them as Metasoul sisters and brothers living in the Now that you can have an ongoing relationship with to facilitate deep healing and soul gift exchange openings.

I offer that just ‘dropping into’ a Metasoul timeline (such as what happens in past life regression or soul retrieval) can actually sometimes create more trauma as this experience often remains undigested in this lifetime and in the timeline too. Facilitating for yourself with your Gatekeeper (who is the keeper of access to the timelines) allows you to go into the timeline, establish an ongoing relationship with the Metasoul sister/brother. This ongoing exchange with your Metasoul brother/sister can eventually lead to them choosing to change the traumatic timeline itself. This process opens up quantum healing possibilities for your Metasoul, your Monad/soul family group, and for the collective as a whole.

In the meditation today, Archangel Michael and Sophia/Dark Mother hold space for the exploration into the Gatekeeper realm, which is the portal access to your Metasoul timelines. You connect with your Gatekeeper to establish a bridge to these timelines and to help you lift the veil of amnesia on them. With your Gatekeeper, you enter a portal to a Metasoul timeline that most needs your attention in this Now and meet a Metasoul aspect that lives there.

“What I am seeing during sessions is that this eclipse is bringing in purging and clearing on the emotional body level as connected to Metasoul timelines/lifetimes that hold heavier karmic, archetypal energies. The latest videos in Jelelle’s series feature Jelelle hosting Kalayna Colibri, Gabriel Heartman, and Raphael Awen as they lead you through several beautiful guided meditations and digest different themes. Kalayna and Jelelle visited the realm of the dragons where you can meet your own dragon (or another creature that shows up for you). Gabriel offers a meditation, on his birthday, to feel your own very sacred rebirth process and a celebration of it with your parts and guides. Raphael comes on to guide you through a meditation that takes you into your castle for a ball where your parts and Metasoul aspects can dance together and you may even meet your Sacred Union partner, who you may or may not have met in real life yet.
