Energy Update: Going Into CORE Wounds In The Emotional Body, Metasouls

Sometimes I share about current energies and it is a download from my higher self/angelic aspects/Divine Source that describes more of a collective experience. I am more like a NOW caster, sharing what MAY be happening for many souls on the ascension and awakening path at the emotional body, soul, and physical levels. With these messages, it is not always personally happening for me as I may have cleared those aspects in my Metasoul field already or healed it in my emotional body. It’s not that I am ‘done’ with healing, it’s just that I am in a different phase perhaps having been on this path for awhile and starting ‘ahead of the curve’ in some cases, signing up to be an early adopter.

Yet, THIS phase of where the energy seems to be bringing many of us, I AM also strongly feeling and experiencing myself. I spent yesterday in space holding for myself and some healing and BEing with one of my core wounds that I haven’t felt triggered in awhile yet life set up the perfect storm of situations for it to come up. I didn’t come to our group call yesterday to BE with me and the Metasoul aspect that seemed most connected to this wounding, Mareeka, who is an Atlantian aspect. Her Atlantis timeline and my current one are bleeding through to each other in ways that I have not experienced before (another aspect of what these energies are offering us.) So, the core wounding for me in my emotional body AND as a Metasoul theme for me is around ‘rejected daugher’ or ‘unloved daughter’ for which my soul gave me plenty of opportunities to feel this life…I have been ‘working’ this one for many years in many layers and ways and I was grateful to be able to move another piece of it yesterday.

Through my personal experience and what I’m witnessing in others, I feel THIS is a phase of going into these wounds in a more ‘real’ way than many souls may have before. I offer in the video below about how these high frequencies of photonic light, intense cosmic activities, and PURE love waves are pushing up woundings in our emotional bodies and Metasouls to be felt, healed, and LOVED and how to BE with all this through parts work.

This process is continuing and seems to be accelerating. MUCHO accelerating. CORE wounds are different than energy tones and that we might identify as emotional reactions or emotional moods. I believe they exist in our emotional bodies and our individual, personal Metasouls yet, also, in the collective emotional body and Metasouls.

CORE wounds run DEEP…..very deep. In my experience, they cannot really be made into a part or subpersonality as we do with other frequencies such as depression, rage, anxiety, control, etc. They are visceral, without language, they ooze OUT and WITH the frequencies for which they have been formed. They are beyond the mind, cannot be talk therapied or hypnotized or cleared through energy sessions (although these things can help.) The main way to heal them seems to be the continual connection to the outer and downstream expression of them, which is the persona aspects such as the Inner Child, Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Teenager, 3D Self, Inner Matriarch/Patriarch, etc.

It is connecting with these persona aspects and getting separation between them and YOU (your soul self, authentic self, higher self coming into body) through verbal dialogue, written journaling, creative visualization that then clears enough ‘out of the way’ for the CORE wounding to come up. This is the process SoulFullHeart facilitators bridge to you during sessions and the ‘work’ you do on your own as differentiation only happens INside you and not through others, although a guide through this murky and sometimes difficult terrain, who is going through it themselves, can be critical.

As this separation happens from these persona aspects…..THEN you can begin to feel the CORE wounds that lie beneath. Deep pools of oozing CORE unworthiness, disconnect, abandonment. These words don’t really suffice as descriptions, yet they are the closest that we have. When these CORE wounds finally come up after much self love holding space AND differentiation/negotiation with the persona parts, there isn’t much that can be DONE but to feel and BE with it. There may be stories and scenes associated with these CORE wounds coming up but, often, there is not. There may be connections to this life, childhood experiences with birth family and especially parents, but this often the surface stuff.

The deep dive into this CORE wounding is what we seem to be supported to GO INTO with these high frequencies of loving light. With a more palatable sense of our ethereal guides/aspects, we are able to feel more safety to go there then we have before. It was easier to be distracted before by the ‘surface stuff’ of reactions and triggers and projections. Still, many souls are being distracted by these things and NOT going deeper to feel how this lives inside of their emotional bodies. Yet, for those who are open to going within, THIS seems to be the time and phase to do so and there are MANY rewards for doing so, the biggest one being the OPENING of your upper heart to receive and give love with self and others.

I feel that these CORE wounds can be bypassed and often ARE by many, even those who are teachers and WAYshowers. And, that’s ok, in a way, because there is still service of love coming through the parts of them that are ‘in charge’ of the BEing and aren’t ready or wanting to go there yet. I’m just here to bring and offer a bridge through SoulFullHeart to these deeper spaces and especially to and with those souls that FEEL there are woundings in them that they want to FINALLY feel and heal in their emotional bodies and Metasouls and want to offer this healing to others too.  The feeling is usually that a ‘ceiling’ of some kind has been reached on awakening and especially related to the emotional body.

ALL this talk of CORE wounds does not mean that we are broken or need fixing. We HAVE wounds, yet we are NOT actually our woundings. It can SEEM that way when they remain hidden away, yet exist as an underground operating energy in so many areas of life, impacting so many areas of our lives. Our Infinite Love essence can illuminate and hold these woundings and invite them to integrate and into the light of Love that we ARE!

HIGH Energies Bringing Quicker Pace Of Change Out Of The Old And Into The New

These HIGH energies are moving us through so many places in such a quicker pace than we have ever known or felt before. Timelines and REALities are collapsing AS the new is coming into manifestation. This overlapping is happening more and more with what is collapsing not even consciously known sometimes before it starts to shift and change.

Perhaps just as you are feeling there is something to let go of here, you are beginning to feel the rumbles, you are preparing to mourn……then, the NEW is already coming in and starting to manifest in your life. There used to be more gap in this process of death and rebirth, it seems…more ‘time’ for the process of it all. NOW, this gap is seeming to be greatly narrowed where in some cases JUST as you realize that you need to change something, the NEW is coming in to take its place. Just as you are feeling a need to shift and change something, the opportunities and possibilities are coming in through synchs and connections leading to quicker implementation of choice points. I am seeing and feeling this happen in my own life and in the lives of others in our SoulFullHeart community.

The inner negotiation around ALL this becomes so important. To bridge all this change (even as it is into the good, for your good, and for your growth) with the parts of you that (of course!) are feeling resistant, afraid, tense, and anxious about the transition. The Inner Protector especially is ‘charged’ with making sure you don’t experience harm and to warn you of any ‘threats’ coming. The NEW can feel like a threat to the protective part of you, even if YOU deeply want it. You showing up to negotiate with your Inner Protector can allow for more fluid of a transition and processing of the previously harmful experiences that occurred in the past. The protector can then rest more and allow the NEW to come in at a rate and pace that YOU want and then you able to let in the goodness that is coming to you in a deeper way too. The NEW can bring up previous trauma experiences stored at the cellular level, to BE with as the water of love that washes out the ‘oil’ of what has been stored in your emotional body. As the cells UPgrade to crystalline they release the toxicities and lower frequencies absorbed through 3D experience AND in the Metasoul line too. This can be A LOT of stored toxicity and it doesn’t seem to make much difference how physically healthy your body is related to how much has to come up…..although being physically vital can help. As you move into the NEW from the OLD at a more rapid pace (as what seems to be happening right now), your cells can vibrate faster and it’s like a wet towel that you whip around in a circle…….the faster you go in your circular motion, the more water flings off. The more love in the form of NEW coming into your world and at a faster rate, the more is released that needs to be.

The Divine is offering SO MUCH trust and support in our capacity to handle this accelerated rate of death and rebirth and this increased cycle of cellular release of toxicity. As so many of us are being fast-tracked right now in this ascension process to lead the way, we can lean into the Divine to surrender the outcomes and preconceived ideas parts of us might have of what the NEW might look like, even as we hold our desires and wants with tenderness and care!

Leaning into the Divine in whatever forms work for you can bring so much ease and grace and trust in the overall process and the increasingly rate and pace of it. Trusting the feeling how, indeed, ‘we are never given more than we can handle (even of the good!)’ and that it is ALL held with much LOVE!

Energy Update: Ascension Energies, Emotional Body Purgings, Need For Holding Space For Yourself (Video)

I’m sharing a video below talking about how the high energies we’ve been receiving are pushing up reactions in the emotional body….as they are meant to….and how to BE with that. This process invites you to have compassion toward the fear and resistance that is coming up, not pushing it away or bypassing it or ignoring it. The higher self aspect of you that is coming into the body and into your heart WANTS to hold space and respond to this fear WITH love. Wants you to hold space for the fear rather than go into distraction or diversion.

These ascension energies are offering a purging of the emotional body too…if you’ve focused mostly on your spiritual awakening and development, then you will be FEELING this coming up as, again, it is meant to. Your soul holds the space for the emotions that maybe you haven’t focused on as much. High LOVE frequencies are wanting to move you into choice points such as leaving relationships that you aren’t happy in and your soul frequencies aren’t matching in. This is an example of the kind of choice points that are being brought to you, along with geographic shifts, moving from occupations to vocations, etc.

If your emotional body hasn’t been felt in a deeper way, such as through what I feel is the most effective way…..parts work, then THAT is what is coming up around the choice points. On one level it is just a choice about leaving a relationship or job, etc. but on another level what hasn’t been felt in the emotional body is fixated around the choice point. Push-pull, mixed emotions come up then….if you can’t navigate with parts of you then you aren’t going to be clear. You CAN be clear. You CAN identify and differentiate. You can then go to the root of the feelings rather than being just in reaction about the situation.

ANY reactivity of fear is parts of us, not our essence, not our authentic self. This can really help with the feelings sense of “I’m going backwards” in my awakenings because I am feeling so much right now and reacting to so much right now. Rather, actually, the soul awakenings are making MORE safe space for the feelings to come up. You are getting bigger as a soul in the body so the Inner Protector and persona-based parts are allowing more parts’ feelings to come up and out.

There is always a ‘good reason’ for the resistance. As you become your own love detective, so you find this out for yourself what those reasons are and the WHY of them, which clears the emotional wounding and reactivity. Your capacity to show up for your process here is key and to reach out for help for bridging of this parts reality with YOUR reality.

Energy Update: High Vibe Energies Bringing Us To Compression Points

It’s a phase of compression points right now….not sure completely what I mean by that. I don’t think it is something that our minds can track at all, yet you may feel it on a physical and emotional level, especially, right now. The compression point relates to the high frequencies of love and light that I (and so many others) have been talking about, especially coming in since the beginning of the year.

High waves come in and if you are sensitive to energies and have awakened this capacity in your soul field, you become highly attuned to this happening. A ‘raising UP’ sense happens inside of you….your connection with your guides deepens. Your sense of being part of the All or Oneness expands. Your experiences during meditation are more profound and meaningful. Your yoga practice goes to a whole new level. Your relationships are becoming more soulful and vulnerable. Your leading edge of BEing is watered, lit up, and illuminated by these energies.

Yet, also, as these waves come in, they push UP lower vibrational frequencies and energies within you. They show you what in your life is still based in 3D frequencies of separation, fear, unfelt emotions, codependence.  Your trailing edge of BEing is watered too, by love, and so is what has been put in shadow. The fear-based energies that parts of you have taken in your whole lifetime here and from other lifetimes in your Metasoul line too are starting to come through and are leaking out. That which has been previously felt too ‘painful’ or repressed or suppressed in your emotional body can now receive the air of your consciousness to BE with it as your growing soul and heart hold the space for this exploration.

The compression point is the shifting that happens as you’ve maxed out on the lower frequency energies and the new, higher ones are still finding their grounding inside of you. The higher frequencies haven’t quite integrated, so then you may be feeling like you are being compressed by this shift. Like it is pressing DOWN on you from above in some ways. You haven’t quite completely turned over into the NEW, AND you are feeling the OLD coming UP to take some space too. BOTH of these movements are going on at the same time, which sort of drives the mind crazy (in a good way) as it cannot track what is happening nor is it meant to.

These compression points can seem to trigger then cellular memories in your body too, that flush out toxicities stored there and present in ‘ascension symptoms’ ranging from headaches to hot flashes to nausea to deep chest coughs and colds. The body is sort of ‘stuck in between’ in these moments, it feels like, as it transitions….one cell at a time…..from carbon-based to crystalline. The body then is like a vehicle that is in the ‘shop’ getting upgraded and fixed up with all these new gadgets and, really, a whole NEW operating system. Light body is going to probably eventually run on whole new fuel sources too, going from food to more love and light frequencies.

Surrendering into these compression points seems to offer a way to move through them with more ease and grace. Surrendering relates to a sense of trust that comes from your higher heart or cosmic heart that is BEing activated and opening during this process with more connection to Divine Source. This higher heart consciousness can bridge to the parts of you in your emotional body that are scared, resistance, and fearful of the process. You can BE with these parts of you, especially your Inner Child and Inner Teenager, to hold their hands through this process. You NEED them actually, as these energies are a very key aspect of your 5D sacred human ‘violetprint’ coming into BEing. If these energies and parts inside of you are attempted to be bypassed or dismissed as ‘too negative’, they will anchor your frequency with unfelt emotions, undigested ‘past experiences, and in many other ways. You will mostly see this manifestation in your physical life that may not match in certain areas what your soul most wants to express and BE in.

You BEcome a bridge for yourself during these compression points, from you to ALL aspects of you. These points seem to be a necessary aspect of the process as SO MUCH foundational change and transformation is happening on so many levels right now. Yet, becoming your own bridge from your heart to your fear…… rather than resisting resistance that comes up…..does seem to lessen the experience of pain and trauma during it. You can receive so much support from your higher self, your angelic guides/aspects, your ascended teacher guides/aspects, who are there to provide support on ALL levels as you undergo this process. They cannot rescue or save you from it, yet they can BE there to witness and guide you through, as you tap into your soul’s wisdom and love and, therefore, embody and BEcome these frequencies more and more. Compression points are a sacred aspect of the journey and if we can hold them as such and respond with love, so they move through watered by this love that just wants to return us to love again!

Collapse Experiences Coming Through From Other Lifetimes For Feeling, Healing And Recreating

Entire planets blowing up, others nearly being destroyed with mass exodus to new planets…..Atlantis crumbling and drowning, Lemuria sinking into the sea…..these images have been moving through my consciousness lately. I am receiving writings from others that help fill in some of the picture, along with visions offered during meditation while also accessing my own soul’s experience of these timelines.

It seems this is a phase of FEELING and BEING with the trauma that is in our Metasoul line by aspects of us that are experiencing these collapse timelines in the Now. With the overall lifting and thinning of the veils of amnesia, we can access these ‘memories’ with much more clarity and feeling sense then we could before.

These memories of planetary implosions and civilizations ending is in the cellular memory of our collective unconscious. It lives there inside of us, pulsating and vibrating at a certain frequency until we become more conscious of it, elicit it, connect to the parts of us in our Metasoul that ARE experiencing it.

We are invited to feel that these events didn’t happen in an ancient past, yet rather as time becomes less and less linear in how we relate with it….are happening in the present. This is not ‘ancient history’, as so many people offer. It is not something that happened 500,000 years ago or 1 million years ago or even 15,000 years ago, even as that can be hard for our minds to grasp and understand as we receive so much conditioning in 3D reality toward linear time.

Collapses of the old are an aspect of the death and rebirth process of awakening. they are an important aspect of ascension, whether they are happening on a global, planetary level or in our personal lives. It is necessary for that which has become outgrown, outdated, served its purpose, to no longer BE and to make room then for the NEW. We choose to experience this through our Metasoul in many different scenarios and expressions. This can be very difficult to reconcile without conscious connection and healing around it.

‘Bleed through’ from these others lifetimes is happening at deeper levels right now as the influxes of light and love support us to hold space for this soul exploration. These other lifetimes can bleed into our present life without us understanding WHY some of the emotions we are feeling or ways we are seeing the world or how we are experiencing relationships with others are there. Aspects of us in other lifetimes can feel like victims, be very highly traumatized, feel large amounts of guilt and shame and responsibility related to the ROLES they are playing relate to these collapse events. These undigested feelings and karmic binds then come through to influence and impact our experience of present day reality and our emotional responses too.

Our Metasoul aspects MAY be playing a major role in the collapse of civilizations. These aspects of us wear both hats; they are on both ‘sides’. This helps us to feel that no BEing is truly EVIL, just able to embrace and express more degrees of fear or love in any moment. As we connect with these ‘shadow’ aspects in our Metasoul line, we become more compassionate toward these expressions in this life. We can relax the ‘good against evil’ pictures, the need to ‘go to battle’ (even for love) against others, and we can more FEEL where the expressions of outer violence comes from and is ultimately rooted INSIDE in unworthiness, fear, disconnect, and undigested pain. As we understand and LOVE the expression of the demonic, we can more authentically and purely embody the angelic.

Without consciously connecting to our collapse experiences from other lifetimes, we can project ‘collapse scenarios’ onto our present world. The 3D timeline IS collapsing in many ways as more souls de-energize and raise their consciousness beyond it. Yet, the picture of worldwide collapse of industrial systems leading to scenarios of mass starvation and death CAN BE greatly influenced by unfelt collapse experiences in our soul legacy. This sense of ‘doom and gloom’ can also be planted there by fear-based BEings who have agendas toward creating these scenarios. This planting finds fertile soil in the unfelt and undigested trauma experiences from our souls.

In SoulFullHeart, we offer a process to connect with your Metasoul aspects during spaceholding sessions in a way that allows for mutual healing, gift exchange, and even complete ‘recreation’ of timeline experience around collapse. We negotiate with your soul guardian/Inner Protector aspect first to ‘allow’ access to your Metasoul line and your soul aspects, as often they are usually fiercely guarded and protected until we are ‘ready’ to remember.

I have been connecting recently with Mareeka, my Metasoul aspect who lives during the time of Atlantis falling. I experienced the ‘fall’ with her, collapsing rubble all around us and drowning in tidal waves of water. It was very intense and, then, I was guided by Archangel Metatron that we could ‘change the timeline’. I helped Mareeka let go of a relationship that was no longer serving her (with a Metasoul aspect of Raphael’s actually). I empowered her so that she could ‘escape’ the fall of Atlantis before it happened (which she felt was just her ‘fate’). We changed the timeline and she is now sailing on her way to the ‘new world’ and a different outcome. It will be very interesting to see how this impacts my present life experience of reality!

If time is not linear and if everything we experience is our creation, then it seems that we CAN alter ALL timelines and move into Infinite Possibilities of experiences from there. Imagine if more and more of us did this and we were able then to heal events such as the ‘fall of Atlantis’ from our collective cellular memory and collective emotional body? I feel this IS possible or at least this is the timeline that I am offering to those of you who resonate with it. As we remember our way back to Infinite Love, we can feel and heal the impact of the collapses that were necessary along the journey, yet no longer reflect who we really ARE.

Energy Grid Updates: Your Inner Grids And Gaia’s NEW Grids

Focus on your Inner Grids. I’ve been offered this many times, a repeating message over and over, a Divine loop recording played by DJ Archangel Metatron. The Inner grids are the streams of energy flow that run through your body and your auric field. They are the streams of love too that runs through your emotional body. Focusing on the Inner Grids means that you are conscious and aware of what is going INSIDE, above all else. You are feeling with curiosity and love what your reactions are, what your triggers are, what your responses are to the outside AND what comes up from inside as you connect more with your soul’s stories and your heart’s scenes. You are noticing how these emotional responses impact and effect your energy and your emotional body. These stories and scenes provide SO much information for you about you. They offer a sneak peek into the places of trauma that are often buried deep, tucked away out of mind, out of sight, out of heart.

Focusing on the Inner Grids allows for a sense of trust that Gaia’s light grids are doing just fine on their own. Gaia is a very powerful high dimensional planetary consciousness. She is ascending too. She is in process, just as we are on an individual level. Her 3D grid with the familiar model of grid lines and Ley lines seems to be dissolving….I believe this may be what has been called the ‘matrix.’ Dissolving seems to be the best word for what I saw in meditation around this. As the HIGH frequencies of love and light come into Her atmosphere, they are dissolving the holographic 3D grid that feeds on fear and lower vibrational energies. The fear-based Star BEings (some Reptilians) that used this grid are letting go of it, unable to hold on as it slips through and out of their reach. They are being pressed into choosing love or fear with Gaia’s ascension, needing to make a clear choice if they want to come along. I was shown a temporary fourth dimensional grid system. Temporary because it is a bridge from the old to the NEW. The 4D grid system was swirling energy lines, curving, and swerving. This seems to fit with the transitional, alchemical purgatory of Dark Nights and Light Days that our world is undergoing right now and so many souls are experiencing on the awakening path. I have heard other teachers/healers offer that 4D is almost ‘all’ evil or dark, yet I don’t feel it this way. 4D to me is actually a very catalytic and dynamic transitional consciousness where SO many lights are turning on even as false ones are being turned off, which can be a quite painful process for awhile.

There is much ‘ash in the air’ with fourth dimensional consciousness, but that doesn’t make it evil. I don’t feel there is any REAL evil….only degrees and levels of embracing fear or embracing love. Most BEings are a combination of both with openings and closings that allow for more opening to love or more coming from fear depending on where their consciousness is coming from and what they are triggered by in the moment. Since ALL BEings are ultimately fractals from Divine Source, NONE can truly be ONLY evil. In the 3D world, we have been so afraid of the dark, of going into our own fears, of SEEing and leading with love into the shadow. We have made extremes and black/white out of this exploration as it plays out in our world because of what is happening in our inner worlds that remains unseen and untouched. Focusing on the Inner Grids is about the reconciliation of your shadow, where it comes from, how it connects to your soul legacy and to this life experiences. There is a wondrous 5D crystalline grid available for Gaia and for those who are healing the Inner Grids and so then can see it and feel it. This New Earth timeline is manifesting in the moment of choosing love over fear, going within, serving love to self, other, and with the Divine. Those who are not opening UP in these ways, see and create the timeline that they are meant to see and also the grids that they are meant to see and BE with. The 5D grid system seems to be in a sacred geometric pattern that I didn’t recognize right away, yet it FELT familiar to my soul. This grid is energized and created by EVERY soul that is able to tune into as their focus on self healing and transformation clears the veils, heals the wounds, upgrades the DNA, lightens the physical body, and upgrades all the ‘clair’ sensory perceptions.

The familiar ley lines and energy vortexes that we are used to seeing and feeling seem to be shifting too. I was given this sense that ALL of 5D Gaia will contain powerful vortexes of energy and many more activated energy lines. As we connect more with the energy that we ARE, so we can feel this in ANY place, not just special places around the world. Rather than needing to take pilgrimages to Sedona, Arizona or Glastonbury, England, we can go within and experience the New Earth grid system that comes along with us wherever we go. We are vibrating at a high level more often and so don’t need these physical places to activate us anymore, although we might still very much be drawn to visit them for the soul legacy memories and soul bleeds that come through and are triggered from other lifetimes.

A key aspect of the ascension process seems to be anchoring your Inner Grids to your cosmic heart frequencies that open up and vibrate higher as you heal your emotional body. Connecting with specific energies and tones as parts of you, loving and BEing with them, allows what has been stuck to move on and to eventually integrate into the WHOLE you. This NEW gridwork allows you to serve love with others coming more and more from LOVE and with LOVE!

Energy Update: UPgrades Of ALL Bodies, Especially Your Emotional Body (Video With Jelelle Awen)

Oh, these HIGH energies….they seem to draw out the weather metaphors! Storms, blizzards, tidal waves…..whatever you call them, they feel like electric light and love flashes of goodness from the Universe and Divine Source. Our Star Family and our Ethereal Guides/aspects are witnessing and watching the ‘show’ as we are offered ALL that we need to UPgrade and transform into what we are meant to BE, the BEST of what we can be as sacred humans. These energies offer us tastes of how it IS when we vibrate at a higher rate and with more expanded consciousness from what we have been conditioned to in 3D life.
 
I felt to offer a video today talking more about the UPgrades that are available to us right now through these energies, and related to our emotional bodies specifically. The emotive ground of our BEing is one of the most magical and amazing things about us as humans. Our capacity to FEEL is admired by Higher Dimensional BEings. Our hearts and tears are a beacon going out into the galactic realms, drawing attention and focus from around the cosmos. ‘Your tears contain so much interesting information!’ one of my Star BEing aspects/guides exclaimed to me once as I was crying. And it feels so true!
 
To turn around our 3D conditioning that our emotions are ‘bad’, ‘wrong’ or ‘need to be suppressed’ or ‘need to be drugged or numbed’ is an important aspect of embracing the UPgrades that are available to us related to our emotional bodies. To instead feel that our emotions are ‘sacred’ (whatever they are) and are offering us important information and data about our hearts, mind, souls, and bodies. It becomes then about how we RELATE with our emotions, not resisting that we have them in the first place.
 
Reacting or reactivity is when we BECOME our emotions rather than feel them. It is a charged energy that just bursts out or is trying to be suppressed by a Protector Part of us and the whole energy can feel uncomfortable and awkward too because part of us is resisting to feel AND to be felt. When we are relating WITH our emotions as parts of us (identifying specific emotional tones with certain aspects of self), then we can get objectivity, separation, and self LOVING energies can come in. We are able then to understand and relate WITH what the feelings are, where they originate from, and help them transform into higher vibrational frequencies with eventual integration into the wholeness of our BEing.
 
I experience that people are the MOST beautiful when they cry and are feeling themselves. The MOST tender, precious, vulnerable, and even magical frequencies can come up in this emotional expression when it is allowed the space to BE and come and Arise. Not to suffer over suffering, but to feel, heal, transform, and, so, BEcome love, which is what these energies seem to be supporting us to BE! ~

Intense Ascension UPgrades Happening Now

The intensity of the energies in the outer cosmos are undeniable in their impact on the INNER cosmos. I spent many hours in meditation/float/drift and sleep space yesterday, connecting in, UP, and out. I couldn’t really DO anything else, so it was a surrendered into the ‘here but NOT here’, space yesterday for me. I have been in service of love with others mode for awhile, so the going within felt wonderful. Archangel Metatron was a constant presence, his comforting fatherly energy guiding me, ‘working on’ me, and showing me what he would like me to share and bridge to you as you undergo your OWN individual processes of ascension and awakening to your sacred humanity during this intense upgrade phase.

Yes, it’s an ‘upgrade’ phase. UPgrade to remember what you have put in purposeful shadow about your soul’s experiences in all the projections for which it exists and lives in the Now. UPgrading to feel that rather than ‘past lives’, ALL these soul energies impact you Now and are ‘bleeding’ more and more into your present life. Unexplainable emotional reactions, karmic clashes (especially with romantic partners), those dramatic surges that your mind can’t track or fix to ‘this life’ reasons……..THIS is the soul coming through and showing you some of your stories as they live and breathe in your Metasoul line.

Timelines are becoming more transparent, meaning less delineation between the ‘current’ one that you are living and the others that share the same Metasoul source as you. I have experienced my life in this multidimensional way for many years, yet still, it is amazing to me how THIN the boundaries are becoming (not that there ever really WERE any boundaries). In every moment, I am feeling into what is ME this life and what are Metasoul sister aspects reactions and SOUL realities coming through. This is not too difficult for me as I have cleared so much of my emotional body parts (stuck energies) from this life and other lifetimes, YET it could be very challenging to sort it out if this a newer experience for you. I’m wanting to validate that it is crazy making at times to feel these surges and energies that don’t feel like YOU, yet they are from SOMEWHERE else, some OTHER time or era or planet even. This can show up in very intense dreams too where you may even wake up sobbing or feeling very deeply.

Wanting to UPgrade, too, is your emotional body. Your emotional body may be anchored by undigested experiences from this life AND other lifetimes (the emotional body spans timelines, I’m beginning to feel there is a shared emotional body for the entire Metasoul line!) This lack of digestion of traumas and woundings leads to the formation of what we call in SoulFullHeart “parts or aspects”. These parts are mostly conditioned and connected to 3D frequencies, and create personas, masks, projections around you and AS you. Who you THINK you are may, at this moment, may LARGELY be these persona aspects until you differentiate and separate from them. The wonderful opportunity in this is that you BEcome your authentic self more and more as these layers are felt and integrate. UPgrading too is your carbon-based body to contain and BE more and more light. Your body may be ‘kicking into’ something that is not quite understandable or trackable by your mind right now. You may be feeling extreme sleepiness too and sleeping much more than usual right now or really wanting to. More diet adjusts as certain frequencies contained in foods no longer match the fuel that your body most wants and needs. It is shifting from needing food at ALL, living more on light and love. I am back to a mostly eating fruit phase to ‘clean out’ again and allow for lighter digestion, which seems to help as the body is going through so many upgrades. Muscle tensions and soreness (especially in your head and neck) can flare up, along with head pains as the pineal and pituitary glands become more active. For your chakras, UPgrading means functioning at a higher vibrational spin, new color spectrum, more crystalline feel and energy to ALL of them. As the ascension chakras are becoming more activated, new frequencies are coming in from the Stellar Gateway chakra (about two feet above your head), your Star Chakra (one foot above your head), your Clausal Chakra (behind your head) running down your main chakras and to your earth chakra (about a foot below your physical feet). This energy flow creates a 5D sacred human column, a ‘violet print’ (higher vibe than a blueprint) for your 5D energetic body. I’ve been shown pictures of this, yet it is difficult to describe in words. You can visualize your auric field as a very bright violet white tree, with branches expanding up, reaching up….and then, the trunk as your body with roots then extending down to connect with Mother Gaia.

Surrendering to this UPgrading process is BEing open to NEW experiences of reality. To let go of the mind’s need to understand and track all of it and the ways that it manifests in your life. To reassure the parts of you that may be fearful or resistant to the transformation process. Your body/heart/mind/soul are leading the way here, along with increasing merging with your Higher Self. You can trust that you are in VERY good hands and hearts here as your Angelic and Star BEing aspects/guides/family are helping out, witnessing, and supporting the process as well. You don’t even have to consciously connect to ANY of that, it is just happening organically as it is meant to right NOW during this phase of BEcoming Infinite Love in Sacred Human form!

Energetic Pressure Cooker Of Love Supports Self Healing

In this energetic pressure cooker turned UP to its highest ‘LOVE’ setting, your heart bakes on the aches that have been previously suppressed. Simmering now, you are BEcoming what is POSSIBLE when love is the waters you are swimming in. BEing more in the now, with others who resonate and marinate along WITH you in love’s juices.

UP come the fears. UP come the doubts. UP come the distrust. UP come the resistances held by the protective parts, the guarding parts, that have just wanted to keep life safe for you. You invite these parts of you to put down their weapons, their self judgements, their reticence. You ask them to confess to that which has before been left unsaid and so release the burdens of their concerns to YOU. You pass the tissues to collect the tears that can finally be released. You become the role of confessor to your own heart and soul, with deep compassion and genuine curiosity in response to ALL you hear and feel.

In this letting go of previous pain and traumatic story through feeling it with ALL parts of you, your emotional body becomes CURRENT. It can vibrate in the frequencies of the NOW rather than from the past. It can vibrate heart health and soul integration rather than from from ‘long ago’ wounded and ‘didn’t heal properly’ frequencies. It can become more STILL in natural rhythm with the Universe’s heart beat, tuning more and more to the galactic HUM.

THIS is what all that reading about spirituality was for. This is what all those hours of meditation sets the stage for. This is what the yoga classes were for. This is what all the letting go of the OLD life and boundary setting has been for.

ALL of it has been supporting the soul self to arise. To become BIG enough to hold all this undigested REAL reality. To become your own parent, your own BEloved, your own angel, your own spirit guide, your own God and Goddess. Your own Divine Source that can hold the space for ALL aspects of you, from your roots to your wings, from Inner Child to Ancient Inner Divine Muse and so BE whatever you are MOST needing in EVERY moment.

In this energetic pressure cooker turned UP to its highest ‘LOVE’ setting, it is finally becoming safe enough to go where it was once deemed off limits, to go where it once felt impossible. In this process of GREAT self enlovenment, you discover that you HAVE no limits yet ARE Infinite Possibilities of Infinite Love in human form returning and remembering what you have always been.

HIGH Energy Waves Offering NEW Timelines, Collapsing Old Ones

HIGH energy frequencies today coming in, like a ‘blizzard’ of them……I checked in and saw Archangel Metatron struggling to walk (not that He walks) as the energy waves like gusts of wind pushed him back (not that they really could). But, in his semi-comical way, he seemed to be offering that the photonic light waves and PURE love waves (along with the tug of the full moon) are intense right now that are coming into Gaia’s atmosphere and into our soul fields.

This can lead to feelings of being sleepy, not quite HERE and not quite THERE either. Also, envisioning of timelines coming in that seem more REAL somehow than the present. This is beyond fantasy or daydreaming….you can see, taste, touch, experience, feel what it is like to LIVE in this timeline NOW. I feel that we are given these experiences to give us a sense of hope and possibilities even during this, at times difficult, personal and global transition from 3D life to much higher consciousness experiences, lifestyles, shiftings, and transformations.

In this space, it can be hard to stay in the present moment because the ‘future’ timelines seem to be energizing so many possibilities. Each connection and interaction with someone (especially soul family and soul mates, which is also coming in SO MUCH stronger lately) seems to hold so many possibilities that it can be overwhelming and challenging to just stay in the NOW.

Or, the timelines between and with others are just collapsing, sometimes suddenly, with much REAL grief to be felt within the emotional body and by parts that have been attached. These gusts of energy kick up previously hidden desires and longings and the authentic self feels safer to emerge out from the cocoon that has been created by the Inner Protector and Soul Guardians too. With the authentic self coming forward means real world shakeups, completions, geographic shifts, all that.

I am already feeling the sand at the beach calling me, to bury my feet in a pile of sand and ground into Mother Gaia. To feel the ocean breezes ‘clear’ the air and the waves crash against the shore. It is rainy season here now and cloud cover so no sun codes, but I don’t think they are needed right now! Being in nature can help with these intense energies or just being in a quiet setting…probably NOT driving a car or being around lots of people or intense situations. Resting, relaxing, feeling, BEing, floating…all feel better and good as we ride these waves of loving light!
