A King’s Heart is His Castle

For any man to embody his true essence as a sacred vehicle of Love, he must consider his heart his castle. It is where he holds the lost, forgotten, and wounded parts of his inner kingdom. Where he offers his benevolent compassion and healing balm of acceptance and gratitude. He lights the way home for his scattered brothers to return to the place that once held a circle of unity and integrity. It also beckons the return of his inner queen for whom he had lost but not forgotten. He combs his geography in the dark and murky places to offer safe passage back into wholeness. It is not an easy journey and is riddled with challenges that offer more guidance and opportunities for strength of heart.

As the castle begins to hum in glorious communion of self-love, the light turns itself outward to the greater lands of humanity and the cosmos. The inner lead and passion is reflected out and begins to call to his brothers to build their own castles and kingdoms. To send his Love call to his outer Queen for they were always meant to be together. She is what invites him to the higher realms and He provides the chariot for which they will travel in union.

There is no greater call in these ever-shifting times. It is our return to our inner sacred King that provides the thrust forward, outward, and onward. I hope you will join me in co-creating a new Heaven on Earth.

Arising Tide of Love

I feel Love lapping itself upon the shores
Of my once coveted island
A time to heal the wounds of my soul’s incarnation
The outstretched arm of my heart’s protection

It does not want me to dwell in the disconnection
In the fear of unknowable rejection and consternation
It turns the comfortable into questionable
The predictable into mystical

What lies beyond what was safe?
Underneath what scares you to death?
Above the highest reaches of your passion’s imagination?
In front of the very eyes you thought you could see future with?

The tide is rising
There will be no place to hide
As if there ever was
As if I ever truly wanted to

I have a heart’s flare sent to the sky
The sparks creating an infinite blanket upon the heavens
That call to you
That light the path to our meeting place

The ending of what had been
To begin what never went away
Just hidden in the crevasses of our buried hearts
And the promise that one day we would uncover them together.

To The Part Inside That Needs Your Love

I wanted to share what it feels like to hold an energy, or part, that looks toward the outer world of things and relationships for worth. It is our 3D self that feels this way and it our developing higher or 5D self that holds the space for these parts of us.

Now I feel the irony in sharing this as maybe a way of this part garnering some attention, but I was guided to share this as a way that we can relate to an aspect of us as a separate energy that we can give love to. It may resonate with you and provide a template of one of the ways we offer healing in the SoulFullHeart awakening and ascension process and during sessions.

Hello, you.
You…the part of me that feels like the only way to feel loved
Is by reaching outside
Seeking validation and confirmation
You don’t need to do that anymore
There is a Me here to love you.
It is a Love beyond what others could give to you
That is always here.
You don’t realize this because you have been convinced
There is nothing else but the way it has always been.
You haven’t had someone like Me tell you otherwise
To feel you in your doubt and fear.
Someone who will let you be in your pain without trying to make it better.
To let it burn away all that you used to believe was Love.
I assure you that it isn’t and never was.
It was all a measure of what you felt you were worth.
What everyone else around you felt they were worth.
How would have known any different?

But there is something different.
It lies in your dreams.
Your desires.
Your imagination and….your worth.
You know you want more than what you are settling for.
You are worth the world.
A brand new world that responds to your goodness and your bigness.
It will take time, my love.
It wasn’t overnight that you saw and felt this way.
You are not wrong for feeling it.
It all brought you here to this place of finally saying no more.
No more pain.
No more cycling.
No more looking outside.
Surrendering to a trust in Me.
That I can be big enough to hold you through it all.
That what you desire and can imagine is already there.
You just need to let go of those thoughts and feelings
That keep you from believing it isn’t possible.
It is possible.
You know it is possible.
It is just hard to imagine based on the worn path you have traveled.

You can’t avoid the pain that will arise.
To do so would just keep you in more pain
And be that much more to feel along the way.
It is all coming one way or another.
It all comes down to HOW you are going to feel it
Rather than IF you are going to feel it.
There is no press or push, just an invitation
To lean into Me when you start feeling like you are less than
For I will always be your more than.
I will be there in the mud and in the trenches,
In the slippery and the sticky.
It won’t always be that way.
Just long enough to heal what needs to be healed.
The more you lean in the more you will be able to let go and let in.
Let in all that both you and I were destined to let in
Because it IS us and always has been.
No more second guessing.
No more judging.
No more suffering.
This is the time because there is No Time.
It happens now….
and now…
and now.
Until you have forgotten you ever lived this way.
I love you…always.

When Upside Down Becomes Right Side Up

We are living in a time when the worldview we have subscribed to and identified with seems to be turning upside down. All the systems and beliefs our 3D self has held onto so dearly are coming under review with new energy and information making their way into the body collective. Our own personal attachments to the 3rd Dimension are being highlighted for us to feel as the ascension moves on in its own volition. As more and more of the collective begin to wake up to this, the rate of pace feels like it will pick up in an exponential fashion. This is where tensions will run high and conflicts may begin to be more common. Environmental shifts may follow.

But rather than seeing it through the lens of the 3D self, we can feel it through the greater context of the 5D heart. This is where things are turning right side up. We are coming back into alignment and into our more authentic crystalline/light nature. This world is literally upside down from the 3D perspective. Abundance instead of scarcity, cooperation instead of competition, No Time instead of linear time, Love instead of Fear. So for the 3D aspect of us, these are tumultuous times. Death is on the horizon and it can’t be stopped. But from the 5D perspective it is an Emergence. A time of glorious opportunity and thrival in relation to what we have experienced over the millennia.

This is a time of compassionate self-love and contextual understanding. We need to be loving and educating ourselves through alternative media and our own relationship to the guidance within us. The more you can go in and feel, heal, and release the more loving the transition will be. There is also support and guidance in heart to heart contact. That is what SoulFullHeart has been called to offer. An ark into this new territory. We live it everyday and are here to serve those that feel life is getting bumpy and need a passage through and want to be in connection with those that feel the same.

Opening to Ourselves In This New Year

We live in a story. One that has been written, rewritten, and written again yet has never end. We find ourselves looking into a future that has already happened yet has never been told because we forgot we were the authors. The sculptors. The painters. We choreograph the orchestral movements that resound within our own symphony of inner concordance. We choose the tune for which we dance into our new chapter of this endless tale.

This day is really like any other day, but we have all subscribed to it the demarcation of an end and a beginning. And that is good for it reminds us we are ultimately in this together. But it is also to remember that each moment in between each moment, the pregnant pause between each breath is also the same…a birth and death. We are creation and destruction in the magical alchemy of our internal heartscape. Our soul’s longing to feel its expression reflected in a union of sacred connectivity that can only sustain itself in the waters of Infinite Love.

The sensation of Time is loosening…quickening…sometimes confusing. The individual infinitude of our consciousness is beginning to pair itself into a higher vibration of synergy from which emerges a new You…and through You a new Us. Feeling all that doesn’t align in the heart of how you thought the story might be written. For Love doesn’t subscribe to anything less that its own Brilliance and the nature of its Oneness.

We are coming together, today and each day that follows. By writing our own stories based in our own self-loving care and authority, we combine with others who are doing the same. There will no longer be writing tragedies, for we will have decided that those words are no longer needed. No longer exist in the bonding of our pages. Our story will become about Us and not me and you as much. The words will come easier for they have already been written. For we are already there waiting for us to rejoice in our remembrance.

Whomever you are, wherever you live, I look forward to the unfolding mystery that brings us together once again. As long as we keep investing in our own hearts and cultivating that which is in endless supply of greatness, we will come to meet again, as family or lovers.

Noel as ReBirth and ReUnion into Christ Consciousness

I just listened to the song O Holy Night and was struck by the feeling of our own journey to reclaim all of our scattered Selves throughout the dimensions. The “night” being the shadow places that we have hidden and packed away for fear of not being loved or even fear of our own majesty. We must enter into this night to reunite with these aspects of us so that we may be whole (Holy) again. In this reunion we remember what we were and always have been. This crystalline body of light that is the essence of our Oneness.

If we could rewrite the words and feel them as the birth of your Glory as Creation we can get visceral heart bath of our most ancient reflection of Infinite Love. I am feeling the edges of something truly beyond words. They can just lead us there.

The Latin roots of Noel are “birth”. So this is a time of the birthing of you from inside you. It is more of a Re-Birth as you have always been this. We All have. We are coming together in One Body yet still with our own expressions. The dawning of a new You and a united Us. May you find your Savior inside of you during these ascending times.

Open Letter To My Star Being Selves

I was inspired by Leena Colibri‘s post on facebook around the message she received from her Star selves. I wrote a letter, which is a tool we use in the SoulFullHeart process to connect to aspects of ourselves. Well, our Star selves ARE an aspect of us so what a perfect way to connect. I highly recommend it and see what you get back. Thank you Leena for this heart portal.

To my dearest Star Selves,

I am sending out my heart call to you in reverence and desire. Desire to connect with you and an ache to be One with you. I have spent much time upon this earth remembering my way back to you. Back to the Glory We were and Are. I am healing my heart to let you back in again. To open my eyes to you. To be fully in Joy with you. Shedding the illusion of Us as we are all I in the end. I open my vessel to receive your healing light. To open my vision beyond that which I have forgotten that I could truly see. To open my heart that I can feel the Love that washes itself upon my sacred earthly temple. I do remember you. I ebb and flow in moments of doubt and uncertainty only to be guided to feel that it is all part of the dance with you. I feel love for you as I feel the love of myself, together in concert in a Divine harmonic sensual composition. This is a call to the greatest light that shines through us all, and in us all. Falling Yin Love

Over the past few days I have been going into my heart and soul to feel what I am being guided to offer and express. In the process it was not about solving or figuring anything out. A distinctly masculine approach. One that I have used often. I felt to reboot my relationship to more Yin energies within me. To do so is to go in rather than out. From that came an idea to start a possible book or something like it titled “Going Yin”. It is an exploration of what it means to feel our Yin nature as a human male. What are the themes that are so different from our wounded masculine tendencies? How do those live inside me and how do they shift the way I feel and perceive myself, life, reality, and love? There is a great shift happening and I am being guided to feel more into this as being in a more Yin space will offer many gifts in the arising unknown. To dance with it rather than fight it.

Words on paper. That is what I am being guided to do. While a part of me is questioning this “strategy” to starting a book, I immediately can feel the energy of plan and structure. I am not judging this, just noticing it. I was inspired to begin a…God knows what word could be inserted here…a free verse of a journey into the inner feminine of a male human being. The needs of strategy, planning, and structure are apparent as I have language and purpose to attend to but it is more an experiment in energy and intuition, and a trust that I have those already embedded in me. I feel the logical part of me wanting to reread this and check for clarification and profundity.

There is a great example. I have never used that word ‘profundity’ in my life (that I am conscious of). I am sure I heard it, was given a definition or context, and stored it somewhere. But I would have never used that word by structured choice. It came out of me through just listening to my intuition. My stream of consciousness. That, to me, feels very Yin in nature and the very reason why I am choosing to embark on this. While I have been on a very Yin-based awakening process, I still find myself relating to life, in all its variegates (okay now it is getting silly), with a more masculine filter and reaction. I love my logic and reasoning. Don’t get me wrong. They are still a huge part of who I am, and who we are as human beings. I just feel this over-emphasis on it as a way of being and perceiving in the world. It is a deep wound based in fear and separation, or the fear of separation to be more specific. That is my sense of it. This could be elaborated on, clarified, or just plain changed over the course of my journey.

The impetus for this desire has arisen through my conscious awakening way of life called SoulFullHeart. It was founded by Jelelle and Raphael Awen as means to access our emotional pain body to allow the healing that is needed for us to awaken to our essence as divinely Infinite Love. It was birthed from Jelelle’s connection to the Divine Mother and the hard to feel reality that Her love, as well as Divine Father’s, has been misplaced in the shadow of our collective wounding, which is masculine in nature. A journey back to balance is felt as crucial as we find ourselves on the brink of global uncerntainties. But there is even a bigger picture. One of ascension. That there is a dimensional transition underway. One that part of an evolutionary process. A quickening. Gaia is moving into a 5^th dimensional era. I don’t exactly know what I totally mean by that to be honest. I know there are all sorts of ideas and information out there. I am just downloading my own interpretation and will be exploring that further in my heart as well as with those that I am closest to. Regardless of the specifics, the point is there is something big happening. (In Yin time it has already happened, is continuing to happen, and will be happening…all at the same time. Yeah…no sense thinking about it.) The metaphysics of this I leave to my good friend, mentor, and co-yinner Raphael Awen.

What I feel is needed in this time of change is a good deal of Yin. A trust and an surrender in something that contains us and is there for us when we feel lost and in the process of change. We are being born into something new. A new way of relating, of communicating, and creating. All rooted in the beauty and power of Infinite Love. But there is much to feel in all of it. We have much to feel as our limited perception of reality will be challenged and the pain of our past, present, and future will be exposed to be felt in order to move on. Regardless of where I, or any of us “end up”, it is all still wrapped in Love.

But I feel beyond this picture of Yin as a life-preserver, for if I solely see it as that then I am coming from fear that I will be “left behind”, I want to experience life from a more Yin seat of being. That is to not become a woman, but to experience my authentic masculine expression. It through the sacred feminine that I feel our sacred masculine arises. Our strength, heart, passion, sex, and creativity are all made whole and more in line with our divinely masculine nature. So in a way, I am more on a journey toward my Yang through the mysterious and admittedly scary waters of Yin’s birth canal. I feel changed in my being somehow just by writing this. Something shifting toward my desire, creativity, and purpose. I feel supported and guided to continue the next set of words, whenever they arise, wherever they lead. This is the heart of Yin and I think I am falling in love.

The Universe of You

Inspired by all my SoulFullHeart beloveds Jelelle Awen, Raphael Awen, and Leena Colibri and their amazing expressions of a world not defined but felt through the heart of Infinite Love.

The doors are open
They have never been closed
You have chosen to see a wall instead
You have had too
It has been a self-loving act of protection
You haven’t been ready until now.
Until the wall started to feel confining
No longer self-loving.
You know there is something beyond
There is You beyond.
You begin to attack the wall, to tear it down
But with each blow it remains steadfast
You try and scale it, and each time it gets higher and higher.
You try and dig underneath it
Only to find its roots buried deep.
Through all the struggle, pain, frustration, and doubt
You realize that you can only surrender
To what the wall is trying to tell you
Trying to get you to feel.

For ultimately you are the wall.
You are fighting yourself
When you permit yourself to feel yourself
To love the parts of you that are afraid of what is on the other side Of what might or might not happen
You begin to feel the wall has doors all along.
They were right there
Waiting for you to be able to see them
Through your vulnerable heart eyes
Through the tears of letting go
Of what you thought you were and what kept you safe
But not alive.
These doors take shape and you gather your courage,
Your fear,
And your doubts and you take them with you.
They are your guides and no longer You.

The world around you shifts and you feel it starts to talk to you Respond to you
And then you realize
Like with the wall
you are not separate from Life but Life itself.
You are walking in the Universe of You.

In Service of Love

When you serve love, love will serve you.

This is where we ultimately live. A place of being of service to Love itself. To receive its bounty and share its powerful gift of healing and creation. We are transmitters of this cosmological energy, like crystals themselves. But to serve love doesn’t mean being completely altruistic. It is about loving yourself enough to heal the energies that aren’t so loving.

If we have wounded parts of us that are giving then the energy has a tint to it. It could be care-taking, shame, or even self-image based. I am not saying there is no love transacting, it is just not quite as clean as it would be otherwise. If a doctor has a flu, I don’t want him caring for me. It is not his essence as a doctor that I question, it is the state of his health that may have an impact on me. So even in our best intentions, our giving can have some unintended consequences.

To be in a process of healing ourselves, we are serving love. We are polishing our crystal to let the light of Love have its full effect. It wants to be taken in and expressed in the purest form possible. As we make choices that support this process the more Love we are privy too. That love serves us in ways we can’t totally be aware of in moments of pain and fear. There is a trust that forms over time, as our souls wounding to love is exposed and felt. As we come to terms with this Trust, the more healing can take place.

I am called to serve love, for love, through love, and as love. SoulFullHeart offers a process by which I do that. It is where our dreams and calling collide. It is a way of life that exponentially sets the healing process on a trajectory and takes you to the far reaches of your inner world and dimensions.
