The Poultice Of This Winter SOULstice

The Solstice this year has been a poultice. It has drawn out shadow, feelings deemed “negative” like anxiety and sadness, and inner polarities, often expressing in a masculine versus feminine within. Parts of you have shown up over this past month, likely since being activated by the 11/11 Gateway, and want to be seen and known, not ignored. There’s been an immense and intense invitation to go inward and actually BE with what has been coming up to be felt inside of you, not to try and bury or ignore it anymore. The burying has had a cost over the years of your life in which you’ve tried to “deal” or “cope” with what’s been pushed up by your awakening experiences. This cost has been your health on all levels: emotional, mental, spiritual, even physical. This cost has been your belief and trust in your clarities about what needs to change or shift in your life, including relationship configurations and your overall way of life too.

The heavy blanket of winter is coming in with its calming energies. It can feel chaotic when fought against, which culturally we tend to do. We tend to neglect ourselves and our hearts this time of year, when really it’s meant to be time of more yin going INward phases. Even the weather can feel foreboding and invites you to take real care of yourself and your being. This time of year is especially about the heart as Christ/Magdalene consciousness streams in to awaken the heart more, which doesn’t always feel ‘good’ yet will feel ‘real’, especially as the Higher Heart starts to awaken more and more. There’s a rumble and a shake-up necessary in this awakening, as the Higher Heart has often been kept dormant for so long and has been covered over by a taming of what’s really there or ignoring it all together.

This SOULstice this year feels monumental. It’s an opportunity to awaken deeper and invite in deep rest too as you calibrate to the awakening and let the rumbles move through. You may find yourself needing to take action, or so your inner masculine will feel around what comes up, and this may be true, yet the yin or feminine invitation is to breathe through these action steps and feel what needs you within as you do. I feel as if this particular Winter Solstice’s energies have been extra intense in phases, really asking us to get clear and move forward in our lives, not stay in stuckness inside or in relationships or in our geographies. Choosing to go inward to feel and evaluate what’s coming and what your next steps in your life and healing/Ascension path are is very different than choosing stuckness or stagnancy. Every emotion is in motion and has a momentum of its own, especially as you let in the clarity that has been baking for some time now.

Asking for Divine support and trusting the synchronicities that come your way are key to helping you unlock the very personal messages of this particular Solstice. There is so much love available for you and the parts of you that need it most. Love in both masculine and feminine forms and energies of the Divine is flowing in now to support your choice to go inward and bring all efforts to make someone or something outside of you change, back inward to illuminate the polarities and conflict between parts of you inside of you.

Being With Holiday Anxiety

I feel the swirl and frenzy of the holiday season in moments and wonder what it would be like to go to a shopping mall right now and feel everyone more heart-centered, more honest even about who they are buying a Christmas gift for and why. It’s a dizzy dance right now for many souls as parts of each person finds their way into and through anxiety and pain that’s pushed up this time of year and intensified in moments by the pure energies of love coming in that actually want to help you see and heal all of it and be with the reasons why this pain has been there.

Maybe just for a moment today… if you do feel anxiety bubbling up about one thing or another (or even many things at once), find space, even minutes, to be with this energy and listen to it. Journal with it. Hear it, feel it, hold it. This part of you has been quelled and suppressed for a long time and needs you, needs somewhere to land. I feel for this and all parts of you being activated in their pain now. The Divine love streaming in feels you and these parts too. The invitation now and always is to simply be real. Even just with yourself. And feel.

It’s my sense of it that the unconscious buying, giving, and getting and even eating of this season is what leads into more of the same pain cycling through again and again, the same quandaries about love being real or not, the same feeling that this is just ‘normal’ and ‘how it is’ to be in life and in relationship with others without an awakening that this isn’t what’s ultimately true… just what has felt deeply true to the parts of you with this conditioning. You have the opportunity now and always to reach for new ways to be in life and in love, starting with that ever-precious and unfolding relationship within. You are the ‘Christ-child’ being born and reborn within. With so much power, so much lush love, so many new possibilities for being born and reborn into this world that needs your light and bigness.

12/12 Gifts Of Love Flow: Message From Christ/Magdalene Consciousness

It seems there is still such a draw to the strain of the holidays, to the tightness of budgets and the anxiety of gift buying/giving, while underneath all of that is the ache for love, to be seen, to be cherished, to be in your bigness and full-strength light. The struggle around this still begins and ends within, normalizing holiday stress when it really wants to be a time of renewal, especially a renewed relationship to love and what it really is. It’s a time for awakening to the ways in which love has not been flowing in your life and how deeply your heart really wants it to. Love moves mountains and shakes up the foundations of your life as needed to let more of it in. You see, it’s too big for the walls that parts of you have built to try and contain or control it and always wants more room, never settling for less… though settling for less or expecting to have to earn or purchase it may be what you’ve become used to.

Christ/Magdalene consciousness is here in immense waves of love whenever you feel ready to let it in…. and especially on this 12/12 day do I feel it coming and shining brightly for us all, inviting us to feel how parts of all of us have held and related to ‘Christmas’ as a season and holiday in this 3D reality we’re still unanchoring from. The frequencies of Christ/Magdalene consciousness are alive in the music of this holiday, the feeling of being in the room with beloveds who are cherished by your heart AND your soul, the child-like wonder and awe around beautifully decorated Christmas trees. To feel more of these energies for yourself, you can start by actually making any Christmas song about ‘Jesus’ or the ‘Christ’ as being about the Christ being born and reborn within you, the preciousness and epicness of your own being and place in this ascending world. You can picture these energies coming in as an epic light stream of gold and sparkling red, shining brightly with the invitation to be in, with, and held by Love. You may feel this energy with you now, holding you close, inviting you inward to BE with the fear of love that lives inside and to BE with the aches and desires for more too…

When I feel these waves in the moment, these are the messages that come:

“May the unfortunate, sad, angering things that happen to you bring you closer to yourself, not farther away… may they invite you to love yourself more, not less.

May the light of Christ in feminine and masculine energies ignite the Sacred Union inside you, to unite you with Sacred Union outside of you, as you continue the work of letting love IN.

May this time of tightness, fear and anxiety, open out like a flower inside of you, inviting you to feel the fragrance of trust in love as it lives and moves and breathes in your life and the collective story too.

May the beacon of love bring you home… to yourself, to your soul family connections, to your heart and soul mate, to your genuine innocence and child-like desire for more love that has never left you, though it has perhaps been buried for a while.

May the healing of your heart, the support and service of the healing of others’ hearts, and the genuine connection, deep intimacy and growth that comes from all of this, land deeply in the burning fire on the sacred hearth of your desires and sense of the NEW reality that is possible, continually calling you homeward to love, love, love…”

With a bright, warm hug from Christ/Magdalene and the overflow of their ever-present Sacred Union, and from my own heart too, I wish you nothing but love and an ending to any suffering you still hold that says you do not deserve to have it or experience it in the deepest way you’ve maybe never imagined possible… ❤

Christ/Magdalene Light Streams In To Begin This ‘Christmas Season’

Today… today it feels like Christ Consciousness is coming in to be held and to hold us too. It’s the ‘official’ kick-off of the Christmas season here in North America, so there’s that, yet increasingly as we approach 12/12 and perhaps especially with all of the ‘current events’ ongoing, Christ Consciousness is coming through with a palpable Divine Father/Masculine energy.
 
Today may be a hyper shopping day for some, which promises a gateway to much debt as many choose to invest their energy and resources into making purchases to perhaps try and please the unpleasable, both inside and out. Yet, almost as if to try and help us learn to hold and BE with these emotional highs and lows instead of spending scads of money and emotional energy to placate something, there’s all this warm, golden Christ energy coming through to hold us and remind us that we ARE more than this by birthright and soul-right.
 
The Divine feels us in this emotionally and spiritually-charged time we call the ‘Christmas Season’ and offers space for parts of us to land and lean more into the glow of the Christ Consciousness light waves coming in what look and feel like golden and red glittering bands of light. This is the Christ/Magdalene love coming in to encourage us to feel all there is to feel and move even more towards a unified inner community as well as resonant soul family/community. There is SO much light streaming in that it can’t help but bring UP what isn’t love inside of you and the ache for MORE of what you most authentically WANT in your heart and soul.

To explore the parts of you hurting and reacting during this time, to help them and to be with them as the most important ‘family’ you could ever work to love and hold dear. It is equally powerful to vulnerably reach out for help and to courageously show up to support others in their healing too. This is an aspect of Christ Consciousness that begins, as always, from within… and we are invited as this ‘Christmas season’ (which is really ‘Christ-Consciousness Season’) begins, to truly land in our hearts in a new and renewed way, whatever that means for us in any given moment.

Your Inner Thanksgiving

Today is Thanksgiving Day in the US. This day does not have the same energetic impact on me anymore as I am not currently in those grids. BUT, it does bring up a lot of memories and reflections. I know that it is a day for feeling gratitude for all that we have and had. It is good to do that. To have a reminder; to take a breath and just be grateful for it all, even the not-so-good as it can lead us to the healing places where there is more good.

However, there is an authentic gratitude and a false gratitude. One that covers over the truth that parts of us hold about all aspects of our lives from the people we are in relationship to, to our jobs, to our health, or to the circumstances in our life. A part of you may not be so damned thankful. Maybe he/she is frickin’ irritated, hurt, angry, or just plain apathetic to it all. Whatever authentic joy that does exist inside can be neutralized by these parts unless they get a place at the table too.

Yeah. There is a Thanksgiving table inside you. Around it lies all the aspects of you that have all sorts of opinions, truths, reactions, and joys. Your inner child can be relegated to the kid’s table by the parts of you that don’t want to feel certain things from pain to joy. They can be judged and ignored. There is an inner patriarch or matriarch that has it all under control and knows what is best for everyone. There is a protector at the door making damn sure it doesn’t get too out of hand or that no one accidentally slips and tells is like it is. A gatekeeper that is holding the cap on a plethora of metasouls that are popping in and out of consciousness. Wow! This day is full of so many trans-dimensional dynamics! No wonder we just eat like crazy and fall asleep!

I know this is a general and typical representation, but it is a great way to feel what may be happening inside of you on this day and the days to come this holiday season. It is actually the best time to really feel what is real and true inside of you. Making contact with this inner family is the gift that keeps on giving. It leads to the real source of inner peace and gratitude. You get to be the Head of Household and create a new way to celebrate on the inside. Listening, feeling, and holding these parts and making new choices of relationship, vocation, and geography that are more aligned with this healed and more authentic state of being.

To get in touch with these dynamics inside of you that may be creating a lot of stress, anxiety, or depression inside of you this season, all of us at SoulFullHeart are here to hold space and offer a heart-open reflection of the aspects and lives within you. To help bridge to a new world of self-love and self-leadership. I send you much love and blessings on this day and may it be the most real day of them all. That is something to be grateful for.

Galactic Alignment Energies Align ‘Past’ With ‘Present’

The Christmas season, it feels like, is one of the most nostalgic phases of the ‘year’. It has magic and wonder and even love frequencies that have been difficult for many to access other times of the year. It can be and often is also a reminder of painful experiences. This year we have a big galactic alignment happening on top of the usual Christmas season frequencies, adding to the usual reactions and responses from parts of us during this ‘time of year’. I feel as if there is a ‘ping-pong’ ball being created by the current wave of energies, bouncing around, ‘pinging’ this memory and that memory and then ‘ponging’ us back to the present. If we feel this with a more expanded heart-lens though, we can feel how this pinging and ponging is becoming more feverish, more rapid and more solid too, quickening the pace of ‘memory’ downloads from this timeline and others, giving us the opportunity to feel how nothing is actually ‘in the past’, but that it’s ALL alive in the Now – this ‘time’ we are living in that we know as ‘the present’. These memories can be a mix of happy and sad… they can be about this life and/or other lives, including our galactic origins. It is a mixed bag of emotional reactions and realities, especially as we reflect on the year that has passed that we have been calling ‘2017’, and we feel how even what we feel being stirred up inside of us now is a reflection to us of something(s) that have been left unfelt, unheld, unhealed.

The energies of this currently activated galactic alignment feel to be helping us align with what isn’t actually in the ‘past’ as all, as so many of us have held it. Our emotional body does not ‘see’ painful or even joyful memories as ‘past’ at all and instead feels them as if they really are happening now. You may also be finding that memories you forgot you even had, especially of abuse or anything severely traumatic including Star BEing abductions, are surfacing now too, creating major waves in your body, your heart, your life… This-life wounding (and beyond) is surfacing, as many of us are experiencing, reminding us of what we have still to feel and heal, which is so important for the inhabitation and activation of our Merkabahs that are wanting to take us to NEW heights, places, dimensions, multi-verses. There is no overnight or quick fix, and the more space we can make and hold for all of this to surface, the better. Feeling these pinging and ponging pieces that are coming up now is what gives us our springboard to new heights and horizons. New soul discoveries, pains, patterns, etc are coming up now too, often linked to our this-life pain anyways, as this is how it is for beings as multi-dimensional as ourselves… everything is connected.

We are not alone in any of this, and in fact, we are so supported by guides, Metasoul aspects (including our various galactic aspects, too), and Divine love. We are being supported to continue asking for the help we need and responding to the love parts of us are needing and aching for. In SoulFullHeart, we are here to serve love with you… we feel how challenging and sometimes difficult it can be when parts of you come up to be felt, sometimes for the first time ever… my beloveds and I continue this inward journey, feeling and cultivating this process within ourselves and we really do love to be with others in it as well. So much moves in session space and group space with us, and it’s always surprising what comes up and how much inner wisdom we actually already have, just waiting to be tapped into through this healing work. The Healing Of The Family Shaman

Even though this particular Thanksgiving doesn’t have the same meaning for me as it once did, I find myself dialing back to my former self and consciousness. It is an tender exercise that helps me to feel the part of me that was so invested in the social particulars of this day. To even be feeling it again means there is something that is wanting to be felt.

The term “family shaman” came to me once when speaking to someone that was in the SoulFullHeart Process. It was the dynamic created when one member of a family was awakening and a healer, even if unconsciously, and wanted to assist in transmuting energies and offering light to raise awareness and frequency.

I recall taking on this role with my family especially during large gatherings such as today. When you have come into this life as a healer and a way-shower, it can be hard to be in social circumstances without feeling the energies and wanting them to find health. If those that are around us are not in the space to take in the healing, then you, the one who is trying to heal, are often left with parts of you in frustration and rejection, even if they are not felt consciously.

There can be feeling of purpose and duty as the family shaman. I felt it was something that I was called to do to help heal the collective family unit. However, I soon realized that unless others are actively engaging in their own healing, any efforts may fall at the door of their protector and inner defenses. The need to transmute others may be a reflection of something that is needed to be transmuted inside ourselves. And that is when I began to feel myself more and go outward less.

Though we are born healers it doesn’t mean we don’t need our own healing. In fact we need more healing. More inner work. More self-love to be ready for all that is being asked of us to serve in a greater context that is beyond our intimate familial and social circles. These are our training and awaken grounds but not our ultimate theater.

Drawing our boundaries and making more self-loving choices will assist in our own personal ascension and thus paving the way for others to join us should they be personally called. No one needs saving. They need our courage to be an example of what true health and self-compassion are all about. They need our inner light to shine from within and be invited to into their own journey of discovery. This is turning the shaman inwards and upwards where it was always meant to be.

On this thanks-giving day, you can give thanks….yet, too, you are invited to BE thanks.

BEing thanks arises as your authenticity comes through. Warmed under the sunshine of your self acceptance and self love, you can BEcome a BEacon of truth and realness. Your daring to be authentic, bravery to be real, willingness to be vulnerable invites others to BE the same.

Rather than change your frequency to fit, settle, or shrink to those around you, you can sit in the seat of your authentic YOU. You can be the calm in the middle of the family storm. You can be the heart in the sometimes coldness. You can be the pulse of life in the deadness. You can be the lift in the heaviness.

BEing thanks arises as you can see and feel beyond this ‘day’ of thanksgiving as it is celebrated in the 3D ways, yet connect to the Web Of Life that connects everything and everyone. Filled up with this sense of unified soulfulness, you feel your connection to All the Me’s and to all the We’s on Gaia, coming together during this great transition from 3D to 4D to 5D and beyond. You can feel the deeper and bigger and wider context that this offers to any moments that could feel ordinary.

BEing thanks arises as compassion for your own inner family moves you to feel genuine gratitude for all the parts inside of you and how they have served your growth and well being…even your capacity to be ALIVE. You can BE gratitude for your Inner Protector and their vigilance, guarding, loyalty, complete FOCUS on keeping you safe. You can BE appreciation for your Inner Teenager and Inner Child and their innocence, purity, passions, aliveness that are preserved INside. You can BE thankful for the performances of your Inner Punisher, Inner Mother, Inner Father, and all the other frequencies that have stepped in to perform the characters in your 3D play of life out of necessity.

BEing thanks arises as you breathe in this moment how much support surrounds you and holds you. You can connect to the Angels eager to ‘meet you halfway’ as you raise your frequency UP to theirs. You can speak with, communion with, talk light language with your Star Family as you heal the blocks of fear in reaching out to them. You can open up to experience the merging and overlapping timelines from these BEings that want to fill you up with light and sense of your BIGGEST self within your human body.

BEing thanks arises as you let in the MORE than enough goodness that is available in this moment. When you feel deep reverence for the sovereignty and choices of living BEings and understand them on a soul level. When you get can let in the LOVE for which you already ARE. When you can feel the abundant and Infinite Gratitude FOR life as it is right now in this now and is available in ALL nows.

And so it IS always and in ALL ways,
