DAY NINETEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Punisher Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day nineteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime. Your Inner Punisher is an energy that has formed due to receiving punishment and criticism in this life….usually from a caregiver, teacher, mate, etc. It also forms in response to the dualistic judging in 3D consciousness. Most Inner Punishers of empathic and sensitive people direct the punishment frequencies inward rather than outward at others, although both can be true. Directing the energies inward is a self protection strategy.

The Inner Punisher has a relationship with your Inner Child/Inner Teenager in that it punishes/judges and then there is a corresponding shame/unworthiness reaction from the younger parts of you. It is this punishment and shame loop that is often at the root of much self suppression and staying small patterns in relationships, vocations/soul purpose expression, body image, etc.

The Inner Punisher shifts from making judgements without love and care to the capacity to offer discernments WITH love and bring direct truths WITH compassion. These are very important abilities as we move into our service of love self and serving others.

In the meditation today, Yeshua and Mother Mary provide us with lots of compassionate love as we journey to meet your Inner Punisher. You connect first with your Inner Protector to gain access to this part. Then you connect with the energy of your Inner Punisher and discover what their world looks and feel like so you can begin to create a loving buffer between them and your younger parts.

DAY EIGHTEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Teenager Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day eighteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime. Your Inner Teenager is the energy represented by the phase and stage after childhood and pre-adulthood…usually between 12 and 18 years old, although that can vary. Your Inner Teenager is often ‘stuck’ in their teenage bedroom with strong feelings of angst, depression, even suicidal feelings. Your soul was most likely coming through during this phase and there wasn’t a capacity and modeling for how to handle and digest that.

Instead of receiving initiation in all areas of life around relationships, sexuality, spirituality, passion purpose, etc., your inner teenager received most likely invalidation in these areas…and 3D-based conditioning that fed fears, dualities, and polarizations. Instead of a healthy phase of individuating from family, there is often push-pull, over attachment and other unhealthy dynamics experienced by our inner teens. Connecting with your inner teenager allows them to receive the initiation and individuation that they most need in order to mature in all areas of life.

In the meditation today, Yeshua and Magdalene join us to get permission from your Inner Protector to meet your Inner Teenager. You go to your teenage bedroom and meet them there. You feel what their world looks and feel like; what their joys and sorrows are; and begin to establish a relationship that leads to the opening out of much magic and love.

We offer about how it is our Inner Child who opens out access to these BEings through the teleportation portal of the imagination. A wounded Inner Child that is fused to 3D frequencies has ‘shut down’ access to these magical BEings that are here to help with our ascension process.

In the meditation today, Kuan Yin and Archangel Michael go along with your Inner Protector and Inner Child on a journey to connect with these multidimensional BEings. You are invited to meet your Dragon or Unicorn or whatever Elemental BEing comes to you. You then fly around with them and receive whatever guidance and messages they wish to offer you!

DAY SIXTEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Child Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day sixteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I talk about a precious aspect of your BEing called the Inner Child. This part of you holds the capacity for transformation into the 4D Star Seed Child and eventually 5D and higher Crystal Child energies that power your Merkabah or light body vehicle. Undigested traumas from this life/3D experience bring down the frequency of your Inner Child into fear, sadness, shyness, anxiety, isolation/loneliness. Connecting with this part of you allows for more more magical, joy, intimacy, and trust to be accessible to you on a daily basis and is a key aspect of the ongoing unfolding of your sacred human capacity and health.

I talk in this video about how the dynamic with the Inner Protector and the Inner Child is important to navigate and negotiate in order to gain deeper access to the traumas that can keep your Inner Child stuck in suffering scenes/memories. Your Inner Protector has served as a temporary and often overwhelmed guardian, providing protection yet often unable to offer the nourishing and nurturing frequencies the Inner Child most needs in order to heal. Your Inner Child can increasingly receive these frequencies from YOU as a new, loving parental energy and from the Divine too.

In the meditation today, Mother Mary and Archangel Metatron join us to connect first with your Inner Protector. Your Inner Protector receives honoring and acknowledgement for how they have watched over and guarded your Inner Child. You then meet and connect with your Inner Child with their guidance and permission. You digest with your Inner Child which traumatic scenes/memories from childhood that they are stuck in. Mother Mary offers soothing and comforting energies to provide a loving Divine Feminine heart presence for your Inner Child. This meditation offers a wonderful beginning place of connection that can then deepen and grow over time between you and this magical part of you!

DAY FIFTEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Inner Feminine & Masculine Balance

Guided Meditation W/Jelelle & Raphael AwenThis is day fifteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, my beloved and SoulFullHeart Facilitator Raphael Awen joins me to talk about inner feminine and masculine balance. Raphael shares about a process that he is holding with his inner masculine and feminine parts/aspects to explore where there is more doing, linear, and power driven masculine rather than a balance of masculine energy with feminine heart presence. Jelelle shares about how this applies to the inner masculine for women (as represented by the Protector.)

Balance is experienced as the two previously polarized energies of feminine and masculine arise in a sacred union dance together within you creating an alchemical ‘new’ capacity to respond to doing with a heart presence of joy. Missing initiation from our caregivers around how to hold this balanced energy is possible to experience with Divine Mother and Father Guides and Metasoul aspects too.

In the meditation today, Raphael leads you on a journey to meet and connect with your Inner Masculine, in whatever form he wishes and needs to show up. Yeshua and Metatron provide support for your inner masculine as a template of open-hearted, power, magic, and supportive holding. You then connect with your inner feminine, in whatever form and age she comes forward. She receives support from Magdalene and Divine Mother to come perhaps out of suppression and hiding and more ‘out’ into the light. This feeling connection with your inner masculine and inner feminine leads to more balance as you explore the relationship between them.

DAY FOURTEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – 3D/4D/5D Birth Family/Friends/Romantic Relationships Guided Meditation

This is day fourteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I talk about relationships of all kinds and how they ultimately offer a mirror of the inner relationships between one part of us to another. Relationships are the most challenging ground to navigate during awakening and the one offering the most gifts too. I talk today about what relationships look and feel like that are based more in 3D consciousness frequencies, 4D bliss mess ones, and 5D unity consciousness ones.

In the meditation today, Yeshua and Magdalene join us to explore your relationships that are based in an agreement to experience 3D frequencies together. I invite you to feel the heart cord binds that may be going on in those relationships as well. You then invite in the souls who are exploring 4D consciousness frequencies together with more soul resonance and karmic lessons, along with fewer heart cord binds and more heart chord resonance. You then raise your frequency to explore 5D relationships that may currently be in your life as potential capacity to experience or are coming in a future timeline.

This exploration should help you identify and feel which consciousness frequency your relationships are based in and which you would like them to be and what boundary setting/letting go/completing may need to occur in a self loving way.

We talk about what we feel is the energy of Divine Father as differentiated from the punitive ‘Him God’ of some religions. Gabriel shares about what he feels the pure loving frequencies of Divine Father offer men in their healing journey and Jelelle offers how the inner feminine (in both men and women) and the masculine in women (such as the Gatekeeper) are served by taking in these energies.

DAY TWELVE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Gatekeeper Guided Meditation

This is day twelve of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, we connect with a fourth dimensional aspect of your Metasoul called the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper was an aspect that I became aware of about ten years ago. I’ve become clearer about its mission, woundings, and gifts over the years since then and connecting with hundreds of them.

The Gatekeeper is the keeper of the veil of amnesia and watches over all the timeline portals of your Metasoul. In this video, Archangel Michael and Dark Mother join you to go to the Gatekeeper Realm, which is in the lower fourth dimension. You visit the portal cavern (usually) where your Gatekeeper lives. You connect with your Gatekeeper, open up to receive any messages/images from them, and get an overall sense of them. This is a beginning point to a deepening journey with them leading to collaboration, exploration of your Metasoul timelines, and lifting of your veil of amnesia.

DAY ELEVEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – 1:11 Codes New Lemuria Guided Meditation

This is day eleven of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today on January 11th or 1:11…I talk about the significance of repeated number days and what they offer us. The energies on them are usually higher with an opportunity offered to connect with your higher timeline and higher vibrational frequencies as well. They provide a portal to your higher timeline in that way.

This one on 1/11/19 seems to connect to the energies of New Lemuria. I talk in the video about how I feel New Lemuria is the template offered by the Lemurian civilization (that is in Inner Earth in this now) of balanced relationship to Gaia, tribal/soul family community living, gift exchange, peaceful existence, etc. Connecting with New Lemurian energies allows for you to feel a personal and visceral sense of what New Earth/Gaia/5D Earth feels like. Being with your Metasoul Lemurian aspect(s) opens up karmic healing of Native American/First Nation timelines and connection possibilities to Inner Earth existence as well. These are not just ‘past lives’, yet actually beings existing in the now who are sisters/brothers from the same Metasoul source as you.

In this video, Mother Gaia and my Lemurian/First Nation aspect named Atta join us here in my geography of the Pacific Northwest. We connect to the 1:11 codes and what they are offering you on this portal. Mother Gaia provides a beautiful grounding energy while Atta shares a communication from the Lemurians in English and in Her native Light language as well. This meditation provides an activation of New Lemurian energies that supports your continual embodiment of your 5D self.

Metasoul & Akashic Records Guided Meditation – DAY 10: 33 DAYS DEEPEN W/JELELLE AWEN (VIDEO)

DAY TEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Metasoul & Akashic Records Guided Meditation

This is day ten of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I talk about the Metasoul, which is your individuated soul source in a high ‘up there’ dimensional frequency that split off from the larger soul groups or monads who split off from Divine Source. Your Metasoul (which you do not share with any one else) then fragmented off into limitless timelines and lifetimes….from Ancient Egypt to Atlantis to galactic.

Connecting with your Metasoul aspects in these other timelines allows for quantum healing of karmic traumas and patterns and also receiving of activations and gifts from those aspects in higher timelines. Connecting through establishing relationships with these aspects goes deeper than just a past life regression feeling sense of dropping into the trauma in a one time session or soul retrieval. An ongoing relationship with the Metasoul aspects lead by YOU actually allows for a shifting of the outcome of their timeline as none are ‘set in stone’ or actually completed or finished.

In this video, Archangel Metatron and Goddess Sophia journey with you to the mid-fourth dimension where the akashic library is located, holding all experiences of all Metasouls across all timelines. You locate your Metasoul records and begin to get a sense for a timeline that may be currently ‘bleeding through’ to yours. This conscious sense of bleed through allows you to actually connect with and eventually heal this timeline in a conscious and compassionate way. Your Gatekeeper is an aspect of your Metasoul that provides direct access to these timelines as well and much easier navigation of them, which you will connect with soon in an upcoming video.

We then deepen this connection with your Metasoul aspects and create important bridges to them that lead to more unification of your Metasoul through 1:1 sessions (as I mention below).
