Energy Update: Eclipse Window Completes With A Powerful Partial Lunar Eclipse

There is a powerful partial full blood moon lunar eclipse today, starting at around 2:00pm PST! It can be quite an activation to take IN the eclipse as it is happening while listening to high frequency music. 

I’ve enjoyed watching the eclipse live for the duration of it as a ceremony for the last few years. I tune into what the eclipse (whether SOULar or Lunar, full or partial) is offering me about my highest timeline in this Now. Sometimes I receive specific next steps and choice points toward that higher timeline. Sometimes it is revelation of what needs to drop away or digestion/support of what just HAS.

During the eclipse window of the last two weeks since the full SOULar eclipse on July 2nd, intense and often confronting energies have been swirling around. The earth has quaked in major ways, as our inner landscapes may be rumbling as well. Disclosure is ‘heating up’ as well with revelations of more shadow playouts that need to be seen by the 3D collective.

During this eclipse window, what had been offered during the first eclipse has been settling in more to every cell of the body and esp. in the emotional body and soul field.

The first eclipse seemed to offer support for setting boundaries with others, no longer allowing abuses, no longer shrinking to fit others, no longer conforming to previous energies in relationships. This is able to happen on the ‘outside’ as we explore and heal the dynamics inside from one part of us to another where polarities may still exist.

These eclipse energies also serve to lift our veil of amnesia even MORE, which we need in order to move into our higher timelines and embody our higher self IN our bodies. We are being invited to come out of our self imposed fog at an accelerating yet self loving pace…..continuing to emerge out of the energies that tell us we ‘can’t remember’ or ‘don’t know how’ or have to look to other ‘readers/psychics/mediums’ to read out for us about our own souls.

Eclipse energies always seem to offer a self empowerment….an alignment of feminine (moon) and masculine (sun) with Gaia (ultimate space holder mother).

They offer what balance FEELS like, even for a few hours, so that we can imagine what reunion and realignment of our soul aspects and parts of self will ultimately feel like. A taste of balance of our feminine qualities and our masculine qualities, whether male or female, as a template for NEW sacred humanity expression.

Trees Provide 5D Activations Of Our Sacred Humanity

I’ve spent so much glorious time connecting with nature and Gaia in the last few months, filling back up again after the long winter months spent indoors. The big, ‘ancient’ (at least to our 3D timeline, up to 1,000 years old) trees have been huge teachers for me. With each one that I’ve touched, as my flesh meets their bark, whether clear or moss covered…I feel a reunion and a remembrance. 3D filters these magical BEings as ‘just trees’ and I’ve watched as so many people stopped to ‘take a selfie’ with them yet never extended their palms to actually take in their energy or wrapped around them to get a wonderful tree hug.

As I was communicating in light language with my palms facing flat on the bark of a particular chatty Douglas Fir in a popular grove here on Vancouver Island, I could feel people looking at me. Some of them were curious about what I was doing, what I saying, and WHY I was being so intense about it (lol)….others were judging me. Some souls were being activated to remember THEIR connection to these tree BEings too…I am a bridge for others, after all, to these self led remembrances, even for those not yet consciously awakening.

With every Western Red Cedar that invited me to take in Her beautiful grandmother energy, I was reminded of MY femininity and the lineage of sisterhood that connects me to EVERY woman in some way. With every grooved and rough Douglas Fir that I stood near, I was reminded how deep MY roots go into Gaia as a sacred human and the web of connection that unifies us all. The moss covered maple trees with vast networks of branches reminded me of the holiness of my BODY and its capacity to hold my every cell, organ, and bodily experience with deep groundedness. Trees remind us of the importance of embodiment WITH our soul awakenings as they are the embodiment of being grounded WHILE also being connected to the highest of Divine heights.

Atta, my First Nation Metasoul aspect, has provided a bridge to experience these trees in a new way…as FRIENDS that she was being reunited with again. She walked slow amongst them, with presence and with honoring…not in the fast paced, head down fashion of modern ‘hiking’. This was not for exercise, yet rather for communion. Every moment with these ancients was held in a deep honor and reverence. She reminded me of a unique soul gift too, the ability to help a tree ‘lay down’ on the forest floor when it was ready to die, in a direction that would cause the least damage to other trees and people.

I feel the opportunities that these trees provide us and they can also be visited in meditation and etheric visits too. Even the younger trees that you might have more access to near you are a bridge to remind you of your embodying divinity and other timelines where trees were more revered and honored than they are now.

Trees are reminders of our past, yet also bridges to our future…to the degree we can allow them to activate both our ancientness and our arising newness.

Energy Update: Big Gaia/Schumann Spikes, Earthquakes Connection To Fall Of Lemuria, 7/7 Codes

Energy UPdate: Big spike in the Schumann/Gaia resonance today….reaching 110 HZ about four hours ago! WOW! The elevated frequency is still going on at this moment….and it’s 7/7 so more amplified codes/energies are coming IN to be received too.

The last three days have been higher Gaia/Schumann frequencies which you may have felt in your body….I experienced tightness and some pain in my head, neck and shoulders yesterday. I’m going to the ‘next level’ in my yoga practice so that was some of it, but I also wasn’t surprised to see that the Gaia resonance was elevated too as I have experienced it this way before. It’s as if the body is responding to Gaia’s shifts too….living them out in every cell and muscle.
 
I feel there is a correlation between the Gaia spikes and recent earthquakes in California and here in Vancouver Island. There is much energy released when these fault lines shift. I was offered by my Inner Earth Lemurian sister/guide Trista yesterday that the earthquakes are remnants from when the continent of Lemuria fell and collapsed about 12,000 years ago. The tension and even trauma from this collapse (which was caused by misuse of powers, energies, and conflict between Lemuria and Atlantis) live in these fault lines, which need to expand and stretch at times to relieve the pressure.
 
She said there is sometimes intervention from Inner Earth communities (for which there are hundreds of cities in Inner Earth including Telos, a city under Mt. Shasta, California) to create these earthquakes. Yet it is not for malevolent reasons, but rather to release some of the pressure on the tectonic plates. They choose areas of less surface population whenever possible to do this. It is like a controlled burn in that way. She offered that sometimes what we call “Cabal” or “Illuminati” forces are responsible for a quake, but usually they are either natural or facilitated by benevolent beings.
 
Earthquakes offer an opportunity to feel your Lemurian and Atlantian Metasoul aspects that lived during the fall and collapse of these civilizations. There is a trauma from this experience that I feel underlies much of what expresses as this-life reactivity, conditioned response, and even life choices. There can be a lingering distrust in the Divine and in life, and ongoing tensions about personal safety (usually expressing as anxiety about money) caused by this trauma. Experiencing an earthquake can trigger this trauma in your soul and BEing with it, connecting to your soul fragment that is living it out (usually in a repeated loop) can help to digest it.

Balancing Light Activations With Love For Ongoing Digestion And Integration

You may be seeking MORE light, more activations, more awakening and altering experiences from and with others. For moments, these activations feel GOOD. These activations remind you of your soul essence AS light. 

These experiences jolt and bolt. They vibrate and activate. Their energy is of the churning and burning kind. 

There can be a kind of ‘mode’ in this activation seeking. The mode looks like finding the next thing to join and belong to. The next thing to ‘take’ that will heighten and lift. The next thing that will spark the fire that will light up existence to feel more worthwhile. It is like the thrill seeker wanting ever greater heights to fling themselves off of. 

The afterglow of these profound activations can be temporary. They last as long as the retreat/seminary/workshop/session lasts. They are somehow ‘outside of your life’; they are also, somehow, outside of your body. And, usually, outside of your heart. 

So often there is cost to your well BEing afterwards. There can be intense symptoms felt in the body of this over saturation of activations. There can be undigested traumas that have been pushed up from the lifetimes where this light was called in and then used in an abusive way toward others or yourself. There can be acute frustration for parts of you about WHY the suffering and pain continues in your life even after intense activating experiences…….as if they are in the aftermath of these experiences, rather than being healed and transmuted by them. 

The NEW and NEXT invitation for our Ascension into our sacred humanity is for the focus to be on the digestion of all these activations, not just the seeking out for more of them. It is for us to be aware of how important the INtegration of these light codes IS to our ongoing sense of well being.

Integration happens as LOVE comes in. Love allows for the light to digest into every cell. Love allows for the light to integrate into daily life. Love makes the space for the feeling and healing of the traumas previously in the shadows that also get pushed up by so much light. 

Love comes from the heart and womb of the Feminine and the embracing energy of the Divine Mother. Love is provided by Her compassion, her forgiveness, her NURTURING, her acceptance of wherever you are in your awakening process and journey.

Embodiment (or ‘in-the-body-meant’ as I recently saw it wonderfully called) is about the balance of the light and of the feminine. The balance creates a fireplace so that there isn’t harm as the fire of light sparks up, yet provides place for it to bake into MORE revelations of love. This balance becomes possible as the Protector/Gatekeeper aspects of your soul can be negotiated with to allow more love to come into your BEing. 

Your Gatekeeper aspect may have learned to distrust love in favor of the light even as they resist the light too in some ways. The Gatekeeper may feel that love has been scarce, whereas light has been more bountiful. The feelings of this part of you can often connect very directly to the wound of your mother experience from this life and other lifetimes as well. They connect to the original pain of separation from the Divine during this life and other lifetime incarnations and, therefore, feelings of being ‘kicked out of’ and dispelled from the Divine Feminine womb space.

You may recognize and resonate with what I am offering here as an up/down indigestion experience that you are repeating for yourself in your awakening journey. To cultivate a space from within that can hold and digest and integrate the light WITH love is what we are being invited to BEcome. A balance of the Divine Feminine and Divine masculine aspects of your being that doesn’t sacrifice your well being for enlightenment (even and esp. to serve others).

The Divine wants us to experience this balance, where joy/magic/alchemy are sustaining in EVERY moment for us. And, we are experiencing the increasing sense that we ARE the light of love finding its way home inside every cell of our very human bodies.

I Wish You Could See Yourself As I Do: Message From Archangel Metatron

Two years ago this touching message came through Archangel Metatron to me and I typed it out with tears streaming down my face…. I’m resharing now as it still rings so true in the heart space…..so much love for us and AS us and with us!

~

I wish you could SEE yourself as I do.

I wish that you could SEE your light that wants to glow, show, come through every living cell. A star in human form, walking around star shine BEAMING, and star dust stuff in your every molecule of DNA.

I wish you could FEEL yourself as I can.

I wish that you could feel your precious human heart that is the JEWEL of your species, that which makes you a beacon in all the Universes. Every tear containing the codes to unlock compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and empathy. So many levels and layers to each feeling!

I wish you could BE yourself as I perceive you to BE.

I wish that you could be authentic without hiding, conforming, shrinking, or denying to anyone or anything. Your self consciousness or self judgement held by parts of you could be released and healed and your TRUE self FREE to BE in all moments.

I wish you could REMEMBER yourself as I remember you.

I wish that you could remember you are a reflection of Divine Source, that you ARE Infinite Love in human form. Your reclaiming of your birthright around this embodiment providing waves of trust and support as you undergo your journey of awakening and remembering.

I wish you could SERVE yourself as I serve you.

I wish that you could serve love TO yourself and all the parts of you that need your compassion, care, and re-parenting. That you could serve love to all the soul aspects from your Metasoul that are hurting, in trauma, suffering, all alone, existing in many timelines.

These wishes are what the Divine holds for you, every individual human, in Its heart for you. These wishes are what the Angels, your Star Family and love-based Ethereal BEings hold for you. To ARISE into the seeing, feeling, serving, and being of what is the BEST of who and what you all ARE.

These are desires from an Infinite Love source for which there are no conditions to qualify to BE with Its love. The Divine holds this potential and capacity for EVERY soul incarnate with Gaia. The Divine lets go of attaching to your outcomes or your choices. The Divine invites you into experiencing the Infinite potential of yourself even as it respects your sovereignty.

Many more of you are LIVING into this. Many more of you are seeing, feeling, being, remembering AND serving your sacred humanity. Many more of you are asking for the love from Angels, Spirit Guides, Star Family…….whatever forms of the Divine that you can more feel and BE with and BEcome too.

Many more of you are claiming your soul purpose here, serving love to yourself and with others, and offering a WAY for others to come WITH you.

Many more of you are so bravely feeling and healing your way forward. You are letting go of what does not come from love in order to let in MORE love. You are aligning your lives to Divine purpose and Infinite Love source.

I hold my wishes for Humanity, as do so many BEings across the Planets/Galaxies/Dimensions/Universes. The Divine holds these wishes for you. We meet and match any NEW and higher vibrational expressions and realities that you are open to receiving.

We are Birthing sacred humanity together with YOU and the gifts on both sides hold Infinite Possibilities of LOVE! And, So It Is and So we ARE! ~

Healing From Divine Separation 3D Experience To Return To Wholeness

3D reality has been the ‘worst case scenario’ in many ways for parts of you. It can feel like the worst of pain. The worst of fear. The worst of suffering. The worst of density. And this current lifetime is just one of MANY 3D timeline experiences that your soul is moving through in this Now.

The ‘worst’ experience for parts of you is the pain of experiencing the original separation from Divine source and Divine love. This separation severs you at the existential level in a DEEP way that impacts how parts of you then react to and respond to EVERYTHING in your life.

This ‘worst’ experience of Divine separation creates a fragmenting of the self that seems to happen right at the moment of birth. The ‘light’ is separated from the ‘dark’. The experience of this-life birth triggers the original separation wound trauma out of the Divine. Protective parts of you are created to guard against the amplification of this pain, out of survival, out of response to the sudden SHOCK of density.

Your innocence/purity/love essence is preserved and often ‘put away’ by these protective parts of you. They don’t really have any other choice but to do this as it is the only means to survive 3D reality. These protective energies form shields/blocks/barriers to interfacing with reality in a more porous way. They are looking out for the next sources and causes of pain with often acute levels of anxiety/distrust and control.

As I’ve explored the healing of this Divine separation wound within myself for many years and with others in session space, it is about taking a purposeful healing journey to the ‘core’ source rather than trying to solve or fix or medicate the triggering reactions to current situations and circumstances. Journeying to the moment of separation in this life (usually right at our physical birth) with LOTS of light and love with your Higher Self energies coming into your body allows a bridging to heal the trauma created there. Journeying even to the moment of the your individuated soul consciousness birthed out of the Divine allows for profound healing on the quantum level too (which I have also done in sessions and with myself.) 

Protective parts of us can begin to rest on projecting things as the worst case scenario as they feel more connection to Divine trust again. As they connect to your soul’s bigger REASON for choosing 3D reality and the explorations that it offers. As they remember how it was the Divine’s curiosity of experiencing an ‘other’ that led to the separation and not because you are ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’ or ‘evil.’ They can rest from guarding the precious inner child so that the inner child can transform into the magical, star seed essence again, bringing many multidimensional gifts in that transmutation.

Your perspective and experience of life can transition to the BEST case scenario in ALL moments, in which everything you are experiencing feels like it is offered for and by love. It can feel like whatever crucible of growth you are given through the current situation or circumstance (however challenging) is held with Divine support and guidance. It can feel like YOU are the essence of love returning to that expression again within your human body as all parts of you unify again…..which is the best scenario of them all.

The New Paradigm Of Being A Healer

After working with people for over 15 years as a coach/healer/teacher/facilitator, I so feel how we cannot actually heal another person. We cannot do the inner work for them. We cannot fix or solve or even really KNOW what their highest path is. We can commit with presence to provide a bridge for them to their own inner discoveries, yet ‘reading them out’ and ‘giving them the answers’ is old paradigm.

There is a new paradigm of being a healer that is revealing itself as we move more into 5D New Gaia frequencies. This new paradigm is about doing/being your inner work PRIMARILY so that when you are offering healing frequencies to others it is because you are in joy, abundance and goodness in your own life. Not despite your own unhappiness, pain, suffering, etc. do you serve others to overcome it and to make yourself feel better. Yet, rather, you are in overflow and offering your soul gifts from that place of embodied self love and self worth. Those who have compartmentalized their service to others by being in disintegrity in any way will eventually no longer draw others to them to serve. Many ‘healing practices’ and spiritual teaching offerings are struggling to draw people as they are invited to go to this Next Level of purification within.

The new paradigm offers that, as a healer, you are your OWN healer first…..continually going through your own deep dive, shadow integration exploration and, so, can hold that space for others to do the same. You are a guide and a mirror for their Higher Self…..a mirror, not ever a replacement for someone’s own soul’s wisdoms.

So many abuses, manipulations, distortions, etc. have come from 3D/Lower 4D healers/teachers/gurus that have been fused to undigested karmic lifetimes of being dominant, ‘all knowing’, claiming to be the embodiment of the Divine while not actually doing the shadow clearing and emotional healing work that allows for an embodied emotional maturity that recognizes EVERYONE as a Divine spark. They have been allowed to teach from a place that isn’t authentic or representative of how they treat others in their ‘personal life’. Many of these abuses are now being exposed as ALL of it is being purified to return back to true and authentic service of love….which is always a ‘with’ reality and not an ‘against’ or ‘over’ others.

YOU are the healer of your own inner world and the manifestor of an outer world that matches that healed state. YOU are actually the space holder that can provide the digestion of trauma that parts of you from this lifetime and other lifetimes most need. Any healer or teacher that offers you any other perspective than this one is still moving through the Lower 4D matrix of fear-based control and undigested abusive power dynamics.

During 1:1 75-90 minute sessions over zoom and in person in Victoria, BC, I and other SoulFullHeart Facilitators set the stage for you with our experience and lived in relationship to the SoulFullHeart process. We support you to discover how it can help YOU to heal yourself. SOULstice Codes To Become Your Full Shining Self

Blessings on SOULstice today!! This is what the Solstice codes say to me today…BEcoming your FULL SHINING Self!! ~

Your inner Solstice, your inner sun ascending, yet standing still in a brief moment. You are beaming out in many more moments of LOVE flow from your shining soul, your luminous heart, your illuminating mind, and your glowing body.

Your inner Solstice offers you a picture and taste of your FULL SHINING where you are drawing more souls, more possibilities, more livelihood, more abundance on all levels, more intimacy, more LOVE. ALL of this then is coming without effort, drawn to the warmth that comes from inner tenderness, inner holding, inner care. ALL of this coming from the outside to reflect your sense of enlovened self INSIDE that connects with ALL aspects that are within you. ALL of this coming without struggle as you feel and heal the inner struggles, inner judgements, inner resistance, and inner push-pull.

Your inner Solstice invites you to feel and see what your FULL SHINING self and life is like as it is not a ‘future’ timeline, yet happening in the NOW. You can BE there and here too. More and more, both are true in the same moment. One is not lacking or higher from the other, as BOTH are equally sacred. All that you are choosing in this moment or not choosing is creating and impacting the other timeline.

Connecting with the Great Cosmic Sun that beams from the heart of Divine Source, you can feel more of this multidimensional possibility, multiple timeline experiences in one Now. This is Awakening. To trust what you are BEcoming, to let go of what isn’t you and never really was in order to return to and remember who you really are……this is the unfolding/arising/surrendering process that the Divine energies all around you are supporting.

This is Awakening. To let go of others that can’t see you, can’t let in your love, your light or all of what awakens as your soul comes through….and yet to invite them to come along, both, yet without settling, shrinking, grabbing at them.

Your energy of open, ready, desiring, yet not compromising or playing games invites them to BE the same or to move on.

To no longer need of convincing, contending, or proving to others even as you teach/lead/respond/offer them your soul gifts, healing heart, growing sense of Infinite Possibilities.

As you SHARE what you are here to offer as a soul from a place of authenticity, so you become a mirror for those who are ready and meant to see and be this as well.

This is awakening. To FEEL what is real inside of your heart and soul, what has been contained, restrained, reframed, conditioned and now wants to leak, peak, burst, purge, open, reveal and heal. This revealing gives others the space and inspiration to be real too and new deeper intimacy can flow then between you.

This is the personal disclosure process inside that leads to a life experienced as transparent and open and current with nothing to hide, no compartments, no bubbles that need bursting……as you are loving all that you are and so experience a life that is reflecting the same!

Energy Update: Full Moon TURNS UP Your Higher Frequency

Energy UPdate: These are some powerful full moon energies! Raphael and I both were woken up in the middle of the night by the moon shining right into our window, hovering over the trees in a very synchronistic way (captured in the pic below.) As we took in the codes together, I could feel the intensity, the turned on-ness, the vibrancy of the fully bright moon. Surrounded by darkness, She forced your attention to Her, beckoned you to turn your gaze Her way…was like an irresistible force that you couldn’t deny.
 
This feels like the energies offered by this moon and by the upcoming SOULstice on Friday too. An invitation to TURN UP your frequency to a higher setting. To TURN UP your heart to a richer broadband of vulnerability and intimacy transaction. To TURN UP your body to a deeper state of vital embodiment. To TURN UP your soul access to a more fluid sense of access to ALL the timelines your soul is living. To become like an irresistible force in your own life that draws the attention and love of others.
 
TURNING UP is also about recognizing when and why you are turning down or out or lower. What frequencies are you turning down to in order to vibe in and keep and settle? What relationships require you to protect your heart space, thus lowering your frequency into defensiveness? What activities and jobs/careers are draining your energy rather than enlivening it? What undigested emotional wounding and traumas are still lingering that tune your energy to fear rather than love? What unknown karmic patterns in your soul are playing out, over and over, that draw and cause current suffering states in your life?
 
The exploration of these questions becomes SO important during highly activating passageways such as what we are IN right now….and going to be IN until beyond the Lion’s Gateway on August 8th.
