Inner Teenager Awakening Guided Meditation: Video 4 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this fourth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime, your Inner Teenager. Your Inner Teenager is not just the energy represented by the phase and stage after childhood and pre-adulthood, they also hold the pain and wounding of being the ‘black sheep’ of the family. As your soul consciousness started to awaken in your teens, a rebellion and individuation began that was necessary to separate from your family’s consciousness. Your Inner Teenager is often ‘stuck’ in their teenage bedroom with strong feelings of angst, depression, even suicidal feelings due to the rejection they received in this rebellion.

Instead of receiving initiation in all areas of life around relationships, sexuality, spirituality, passion purpose, etc., your inner teenager received most likely invalidation in these areas…and 3D-based conditioning that fed fears, dualities, and polarizations. Instead of a healthy phase of individuating from family, there is often push-pull, over-attachment and other unhealthy dynamics experienced by our inner teens. Connecting with your inner teenager allows them to receive the initiation and individuation that they most need in order to mature in all areas of life. This also helps with healthy social expression in relationships.

In the meditation today, Divine Mother and Father join us as we journey to your inner Castle to get permission from your Inner Protector to meet your Inner Teenager. You visit your teenage bedroom and meet them there (or wherever else they are). You feel what their world looks and feel like; what their joys and sorrows are; and begin to establish a relationship that leads to the opening out of much magic and love. You will also feel how they feel about being the ‘black sheep’ of the family and what needs to heal around that.

Happy NEW EARTH REBIRTH Year 2022….in whatever ways that can seed and be watered from within you! We are on day two of our nourishing and touching monthly group circle with a range of deep tears to hearty laughter! The six of us are now blessed to be joined by Bey’s dear friend Isabell, who drove all the way from Germany to be with us here in Portugal after several months of virtual sessions with Kasha!

During the sound bowl/meditation time to start the day before individual sharing time, we have been feeling into and declaring what we want to let go of/complete as 2021 ends and what our higher timelines individually and as a community look like for 2022. We are saying outloud an ‘I am’ statements to represent this new arising Divine Self.

Major upgrades going on during this 11:11 passage! Light body activations, soul field/veils lifting, and overall next level codes coming in!

This video I’m sharing was recorded during a recent SoulFullHeart community gathering on November 12th with Raphael and I playing crystal quartz sound healing bowls, providing a guided meditation/transmission, and I AM mantras. We were calibrating to the powerful, Divine Love 11:11 portal as individuals and a community, which provides an amplification to feel your higher timeline/soul purpose manifestation.

The bowls are tuned to 432HZ for ultimate cleansing and purifying of your chakras/auric field, physical/light body activation, and emotional body healing. The bowls used in this video are the C note/root chakra (played by Raphael), the F note/heart chakra and the A note/Third Eye chakra (played by me.)

We also guide you to let go of whatever is necessary to embody more of your Divine Self and messages from the Divine. We then offer powerful I AM mantras to recode your 3D Self to your Divine Self. Shadow Exploration Guided Meditation Group Call w/ Raphael & Jelelle Awen: November 7th, 2021

“The shadow is a tight passage, a narrow door, whose painful constriction no one is spared who goes down to the deep well.” ~ Carl Jung

Your shadow – or that which is currently not conscious to you – often contains aspects of you that have been disowned, put away, judged, rejected, protected, forgotten about and suppressed. The shadow is not evil or harmful, yet it can contain ‘backed up energies’ that have been judged as not appropriate such as rage, shame, suicidal thoughts/tendencies, sexual impulses, and more. In this backed-up unconscious state, these shadow frequencies can bleed through in patterns of destructive behaviors toward yourself or others, suffering loops, heaviness and depression, anxiety and panic attacks, addictions, and much more.

Also in shadow can be your soul gifts, soul purpose clarities, and your ‘power’. There are always ‘good reasons’ for this putting away into shadow based on conditioning you’ve received from 3D life and even other lifetimes/timelines, in addition to undigested traumas and karmic patterns.The Ascension process invites you to uncover, feel, and integrate your shadow aspects with love, compassion, and curiosity. Rather than bypass the shadow, it is about embracing it with self-love and Divine support. It seems very timely to be exploring it with so much of it coming UP in our collective right now!

Raphael and I will co-host a Shadow Exploration group meditation call over Zoom on Sunday, November 7th, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm WEST (Lisbon, Portugal timezone)/12:00pm EST/9:00am PST. Gabriel Amara and Kasha Rokshana also join us to share their experience of the meditation, along with their own personal deepenings in shadow exploration.

We will talk about how we define the ‘shadow’ and how the SoulFullHeart process opens up access to these previously inaccessible and veiled grounds through a gentle yet powerful negotiation with your Inner Protector or Gatekeeper. The Inner Protector and Gatekeeper are hesitant to go into the shadow as they don’t want you (or other parts of you such as the Inner Child) to become overloaded and overwhelmed by these energies as they come through. Through a negotiation with your Divine Self leading, the Protector will then allow you to connect with these shadow aspects as needed, from this life and other lifetimes, in a way that is empowering and manageable. We will also share about our personal experiences with deepening grounds of shadow exploration from this life and other lifetimes over the last 15 years together as a couple and as individuals in our processes.

During this group call, we will provide a guided meditation journey in a safe energetic space to meet or connect with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper. We will then go on a ‘deep dive’ into your consciousness with powerful and proven imagery/visualizations that allows for new revelations of whatever wants to come through of your shadow to connect with you. We will also repeat ‘recoding’ affirmations as mantras, together as a group and with the Divine, that assist in this exploration and healing.

After a quiet rest period as we immersed deeply in Gaia’s goodness, we’ve now been guided to offer our first group meditation call in four months! Raphael and I have hosted dozens of them together over the last five years, as have I done many for women with Kasha as my co-host. I have missed them and the experience of Divine community that comes together during them. The group calls offer an experience of us as a community, a visceral and very personal connection within through the guided meditation, and an opportunity to share with others as well.

We are settled here now in a beautiful, spacious house in a mountain valley in Central Portugal with strong Wifi, which also makes it much more doable than trying to manage it from the campground where we spent the summer! This feels like the perfect space now to share the strong Divine Feminine energies (particularly Mother Mary) that transmit from the grids here and the deep Gaia codes we have taken in as well. 10:10 is a powerful portal day, so we felt to offer the group call on this day to amplify the frequencies.

The 10:10 portal allows for the opening out to new beginnings (signified by the number 1) that arise out from the non-dual void space of particularly the Divine Feminine’s heart (the number 0). 10:10 provides an upgrade and reminder of the Divine support that is always available; of all that happens to you is for your highest good of growth chosen by your soul/Divine Self; and of your ultimate soul purpose as a living embodiment of Divine love in action and being.

It can be very challenging to let in Divine love, support, and purpose due to layers of false god religious/spiritual conditioning and false light matrix programming that blocks and filters it. It can push up feelings of unworthiness, guilt, resistance, and even fear to let in that the Divine truly LOVES us unconditionally without needing to qualify for it. Parts of us may not feel worthy enough to deserve it or be humbly grateful enough to receive it without entitlement or ego gratification/inflation.

Sacred union is such a blessed experience…for the gifts, the challenges, the MIRROR, it continually offers us! If we have drawn and signed up to experience it with a deep soul/counterpart mate, then the gifts seem to be exponentially revealed over time. The experience of relationships CAN be a bliss mess, though, of highs and lows. And they push up so much to feel and see about yourself and parts of you.

Exploring the grounds of inner sacred union, feeling/connecting with your inner masculine aspect and your inner feminine aspect (however they show up in the moment), DOES help to navigate outer sacred unions/relationships. As you heal the polarities within you between your masculine and feminine (as so often templated by birth parents), a sense of union is experienced between them. It is truly a beautiful experience that has its own self sustaining nourishment factor.

And then, add on a sacred union mate to experience this blooming and overflowing inner sacred union WITH you…and it truly provides growth and love experience like no other. Avalon Activations: Sacred Union Experiences in Avalon

Oh, these Avalon energies stir up sacred union within and with other as the Michael and Mary energy lines vibrate all around you! These ley lines of masculine and feminine energies are entwining and overlapping…..and then flowing away from each other again….only to return back into each other’s embrace again like lovers do.

These energy serpents spiral around the Tor together in a steady procession and then climax, bursting out on the top of the Holy Hill’s crown chakra…again, like lovers do! Once, powerful standing stones stood in a circle to capture this outward flow and redirect it within, connect it within the circle of souls gathered, and network it to the Stars and beyond.

We can bring these energies from the Tor now into our bodies and receive a template for a balanced flow there again of masculine and feminine. That which was once polarized can find union…and Mother Gaia shows us the way.

In this moment, I am in lovemaking afterglow with my beloved and feeling the energies of our sacred union dance move into new terrains and places of discovery from being here in these Avalon energies over a week now. Raphael and I had some tension and friction move through in the first days here….as many couples experience coming here.

Yet, we came into balance again, as we always eventually do, by going within and feeling our ‘sides’ of it. The parts of us and soul aspects (so triggered up here!) that need our attention and love receive it through the process of openness, curiosity and space from reaction.

And, so we return to Raphael and Jelelle again and to the steady transaction of love that is both brand new and many lifetimes long. I am so grateful for this soul, this man, this BEing who has journeyed with me through so many phases and stages this life. We’ve built up and let go of so many worlds together now. I am grateful to this king who brings out my queen with his devotion, with his kindness, with his directness, with his integrity, and with the HUGENESS of his heart.

Today, we visit the ruins of the Glastonbury Abby and King Arthur’s remains as well. And something else gets revealed in this visit and something previously unknown can then be explored and integrated. That is the reason for coming in the physical to these sacred places with energies that have remained unchanged for so long and remain pure…to know ourselves in new ways, to remember what our soul wants us to recall…to become the Infinite Love that we ARE.

I had an intense dream early this morning where I was driving an out of control car with my partner Raphael Awen….going in the wrong direction on the freeway. Trucks and cars were swerving out of the way and I was able to maneuver around them to avoid getting hit. As this was going on, I heard a voice saying to both of us, “You need to stay grounded in your bodies. This is about embodiment and making it through chaos!” Although it was intense, I also felt this sense of deep trust that we would be just fine.

As I digested this dream after waking, it felt to me to offer a sense of the massive change and transition going on at collective levels. And also to represent those of us going ‘against the grain’ and ‘against the mainstream flow’ to offer an alternative perspective to the pervasive consciousness.

There is risk in doing this. It can be tricky to maneuver at times and even painful as relationships fall away. Yet there is increasing trust that being willing to be authentically yourself, share your truth (even if controversial), and to remain in your heart/body/soul as you do this is worth it.

Perhaps you are too experiencing intense dreams and feeling like you are ‘doing work’ during the night on other levels? We are moving through the Pleiadian portal still with connection to them increasingly available right now. This is offering increased activation of pineal and pituitary glands….leading to intense dreams, astral/remote viewing journeys, altered states of consciousness, foggy/loose mind states, energy flushes/rushes, etc.

As we go through these deeper stages of 3D Matrix collapse, disclosure on so many levels and converging/diverging timelines happening, there is ALSO a continuous flood of 5D high frequency energies coming in. Before this dream, I had spent hours yesterday in bliss afterglow of union with Raphael in body/mind/soul/heart, feeling closer to each other than we ever have in collaborative soul purpose and daily living.

Sometimes the bliss pushes up the mess….the water of love bringing up the oil of deeper fears. All of this is being held space for right now as the Divine, Ascended Teachers, Guides, Star Family/the Pleiadians all provide support to feel it ALL.
