DAY TWENTY-THREE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Sacred Union & Sacred Sexuality Guided Meditation W/Raphael & Jelelle Awen

This is day twenty-three of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator/Co-creator and my husband Raphael Awen joins me as we talk about sacred union and sacred sexuality. We have been in the exploration of sacred union grounds together for over ten years and share what we feel a sacred union is and isn’t. Transactability in ALL grounds of heart, body, mind, and soul is one of our definitions for a sacred union, rather than an over reliance on capacity potential as a compensation for areas that aren’t transacting in a nourishing way on a regular basis.

Raphael and Jelelle share about how sacred sexuality combines the second chakra WITH the fourth chakra in a heart-based sexuality that is held by the soul. A key aspect to healing your sacred sexual expression is through connection with your Inner Teenager, who holds the seeds of sexuality, just waiting for initiation into a more mature expression of it. Also, key to sacred sexual expression with a mate and with yourself is negotiation with your Inner Protector in order to feel and heal sexual trauma experiences.

In the meditation today, Raphael leads you on an experience of sacred union through attending a dance ball at your inner castle/essence. He invites the Divine Masculine (esp. Yeshua) and Divine Feminine (in the form of Magdalene) to hold space for you to meet your sacred union partner. They may be someone you already know or not, yet you are invited to feel what desires and fears come up in response to them.

Energy Update: Eclipse And SOULar Winds Provide Deep Purging & Clearing

Energy Update: Many souls are STILL feeling the impact and effects of the total lunar eclipse on Sunday/Monday. This is a lingering, ongoing, powerful gateway and passageway to your NEW, higher timeline life. This lunar gateway seems to be about clearing out the denser, toxic, not-going-to-come-along, in the shadow energies that can keep you anchored to 3D timelines….so that you ultimately can arise into the NEW ones.

I’ve been honored to be more full lately with serving love during 1:1 sessions with women. What I am seeing during sessions is that this eclipse is bringing in purging and clearing on the emotional body level as connected to Metasoul timelines/lifetimes that hold heavier karmic, archetypal energies. Sexual abuse frequencies are being activated from this life (if you bravely signed up to experience and then transmute them) AND also from other lifetimes. Veils of amnesia are being lifted to remember these experiences, even from early childhood, so that they may be healed.

Betrayal themes and patterns with women, men, in romantic relationships (again from this life and other lifetimes) are also being illuminated for digesting, self love/compassion, and ultimately forgiveness on all sides at the higher self level. A clearer sense of where victimization experience needs your compassionate love is being revealed too.

Divine Mother doesn’t ‘judge’ if you are playing a victim of not. She offers love to what NEEDS love and this moves whatever it is into empowerment again. During intense experiences of trauma and abuse (esp as a young child), part of you IS a victim to this experience. Loving this part of you and Metasoul aspects with compassion allows them to remember their power again to CHOOSE to forgive and move beyond it. Suppressing these feelings with judgements of not wanting to be a victim doesn’t actually provide the loving healing energies most needed to move beyond it.

On another energy note….SOULar winds are starting to rise UP with geomagnetic storms very possible tomorrow. According to spaceweather.com, “NOAA forecasters say there is a 60% chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms on Jan. 24th when a stream of solar wind is expected to hit Earth’s magnetic field. The gaseous material is flowing ~600 km/s from a hole in the sun’s atmosphere. Arctic auroras are likely this Thursday.”

These SOULar winds may amplify whatever the full moon eclipse has pushed up for your digestion and illumination. Digesting After The Lunar Eclipse

Digesting after the POWERFUL blood moon total lunar eclipse last night….you may had quite a purging and cleansing yesterday and still moving into today as well. Up and out and through were the Divine Mother Lunar energies that are holding space for this clearing.

Letting go, shedding, mourning, releasing, feeling, and BEing real about what needs to be shed. This is tears; this is sometimes aches and pains; this is a feeling sense of ‘no more’; this is NEW desires emerging like flickering flames now.

MUCH self love and self care of your body, heart and soul right now and ongoingly too! Salt baths, light stretching and yoga, energy flow, connecting with MUCH love with parts of yourself too. Drawing support and space holding when needed too.

This is day twenty-two of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Gabriel Heartman joins me. Gabriel is joining us on his birthday!! He shares about how that feels for him and parts of him. He talks about a significant birthday six years ago when he was letting go of many 3D timelines and moving more into his higher one.

Gabriel and Jelelle share about how awakening and the SoulFullHeart process invites a series of deaths and rebirths/renewals as aspects/parts of you ‘die’ to certain denser frequencies and rebirth into higher ones. Every moment is a birthing in this way as your soul frequencies become more of who you are and parts of you integrate into your 4D/5D self.

In the meditation today, Gabriel leads you into a celebration hosted by your parts, Metasoul aspects, Divine Masculine and Feminine guides, and Star Family. Your family celebrates YOU in a courtyard in your inner castle/essence. You receive their appreciation and gratitude and extend it in return. You also lit and blow out candles to represent the death and rebirth phases of your awakening and make wishes and desires for your new timeline.

DAY TWENTY-ONE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Star Seed Child/Star Family Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day twenty-one of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about the Star Seed child part of you. The Star Seed Child energy arises out of the healing and transformation of the Inner Child. The Inner Child is often anchoring and ‘stuck’ in 3D trauma digestion from childhood experiences, leading to deep feelings of sadness, hurt, shyness, etc. As your Inner Child is felt and connected to, they express more of their Star Seed Child essence and Galactic DNA expression.

Feeling portals to connect with your Star Seed child are through the feelings of isolation, abandonment, alienation, not feeling like you belong ‘here’ on Earth and sometimes even intense panic and terror states. Rather than bypass or avoid going into these feeling states, being with them as you connect with your Star Seed Child allows recall of star family visitations and the subsequent feelings that came up after them. The veil of amnesia starts to lift and you experience Unity Consciousness again with your star family through your Star Seed.

In the meditation today, you connect with your Star Seed Child through the help, support, and permission of your Inner Protector. Archangel Metatron and Goddess Sophia (in an Arcturian ‘form) join you for this exploration. You feel the world of feeling and sensation that your Star Seed lives in. You also begin to connect to your Star Family through a light ship exploration.

This is day twenty of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about the significance of the total lunar eclipse happening in the evening of January 20th moving into January 21st. This is a supermoon eclipse, so the moon is closest to Gaia’s orbit right now. As with all celestial events, we are offered the opportunity to let go of our current timeline and move into our higher timeline. Divine Feminine energies of the Dark Mother particularly support the completion, mourning, and moving on phase that is so necessary during Ascension and Awakening. Total lunar eclipse energies offer space holding for the revelation of both what is currently in shadow and not serving us and what can arise anew as our desires and passions align.

In the meditation today, you connect with the super blood wolf lunar eclipse codes and energies and bring them into all of your chakras. You create a flow then with these energies that helps with body symptoms related to them. Dark Mother holds the space for this process as you invite revelation of any ‘bleeding’ in your life (and from other timelines) that is not serving you and identification of what needs to be shed (like during the monthly moon menstrual cycles for women.) You also gaze into a pool of water infused with eclipse codes to receive visions and images of your highest timeline.

DAY NINETEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Punisher Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day nineteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime. Your Inner Punisher is an energy that has formed due to receiving punishment and criticism in this life….usually from a caregiver, teacher, mate, etc. It also forms in response to the dualistic judging in 3D consciousness. Most Inner Punishers of empathic and sensitive people direct the punishment frequencies inward rather than outward at others, although both can be true. Directing the energies inward is a self protection strategy.

The Inner Punisher has a relationship with your Inner Child/Inner Teenager in that it punishes/judges and then there is a corresponding shame/unworthiness reaction from the younger parts of you. It is this punishment and shame loop that is often at the root of much self suppression and staying small patterns in relationships, vocations/soul purpose expression, body image, etc.

The Inner Punisher shifts from making judgements without love and care to the capacity to offer discernments WITH love and bring direct truths WITH compassion. These are very important abilities as we move into our service of love self and serving others.

In the meditation today, Yeshua and Mother Mary provide us with lots of compassionate love as we journey to meet your Inner Punisher. You connect first with your Inner Protector to gain access to this part. Then you connect with the energy of your Inner Punisher and discover what their world looks and feel like so you can begin to create a loving buffer between them and your younger parts.

DAY EIGHTEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Meet Your Inner Teenager Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day eighteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime. Your Inner Teenager is the energy represented by the phase and stage after childhood and pre-adulthood…usually between 12 and 18 years old, although that can vary. Your Inner Teenager is often ‘stuck’ in their teenage bedroom with strong feelings of angst, depression, even suicidal feelings. Your soul was most likely coming through during this phase and there wasn’t a capacity and modeling for how to handle and digest that.

Instead of receiving initiation in all areas of life around relationships, sexuality, spirituality, passion purpose, etc., your inner teenager received most likely invalidation in these areas…and 3D-based conditioning that fed fears, dualities, and polarizations. Instead of a healthy phase of individuating from family, there is often push-pull, over attachment and other unhealthy dynamics experienced by our inner teens. Connecting with your inner teenager allows them to receive the initiation and individuation that they most need in order to mature in all areas of life.

In the meditation today, Yeshua and Magdalene join us to get permission from your Inner Protector to meet your Inner Teenager. You go to your teenage bedroom and meet them there. You feel what their world looks and feel like; what their joys and sorrows are; and begin to establish a relationship that leads to the opening out of much magic and love.

Energy Update: Prep For Super Blood Moon Total Lunar Eclipse Invites Shadow Integration

Energy update: Preparation energies for the Supermoon total lunar eclipse on Sunday evening, January 20th into January 21st. These total lunar eclipses can be QUITE powerful….sometimes in subtle ways, working on the subconscious and emotional body more than in an overt way.

In a total lunar eclipse, Gaia blocks the sun’s light from reaching the moon. The sun casts the moon’s shadow onto the moon’s surface and this is what we see from Gaia as a total eclipse. This will be a supermoon, so the moon will be in its closest proximity to us and VERY visible for those in North and South America, Europe and western Africa. Central and eastern Africa and Asia will see a partial eclipse of the Moon.

The Divine Feminine energies during these days leading up to the eclipse are most like the Dark Mother – great catalyst, midwife of birth-death-rebirth cycles….helping us to rise like a phoenix from the ashes after a series of small, controlled burns. She holds the space for this with almost an unsentimental frequency to allow us to truly move into our OWN power as sacred humans.

This feels like the Divine Feminine energies coming in to create a womb space. The sacred masculine SOULar activations that we’ve been experiencing strongly in waves for the last two years especially ‘rest’ during this time. The womb space is for the birthing of whatever has previously been in shadow to come into illumination. It’s really an honoring of shadow and all of the gifts that come from the brave exploration of it and moving beyond fear into love.

On a body level, you may be feeling the rumblings and even pains in your sacral/womb space and solar plexus area for women, as if pregnant or preparing to give birth. Hormonal levels can be amplified with moon cycle symptoms increasing too. Men go through their own hormonal cycles too and may be feeling the impacts of this lunar cycle.

This is a powerful passage to connect with what feels like deeper places of trauma from this life and other timelines and the parts and Metasoul aspects that hold them. The veils are thin; the stage is ‘set’; the energies are supportive and Divine Mother is here to help in ALL Her forms.

Today, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me again as we talk about Dragons, Unicorns, and other multidimensional BEings that serve as guides for us. We offer about how it is our Inner Child who opens out access to these BEings through the teleportation portal of the imagination. A wounded Inner Child that is fused to 3D frequencies has ‘shut down’ access to these magical BEings that are here to help with our ascension process.

In the meditation today, Kuan Yin and Archangel Michael go along with your Inner Protector and Inner Child on a journey to connect with these multidimensional BEings. You are invited to meet your Dragon or Unicorn or whatever Elemental BEing comes to you. You then fly around with them and receive whatever guidance and messages they wish to offer you!
