Digestion of Group Healing Weekend & Upcoming Virtual and In-person Events

Feeling so blessed to meet together as a community for our monthly healing group here in Portugal over the last two days. Raphael and I led two sound healing sessions with our crystal sound healing bowls with light language singing and activation for all. I also debuted my very beginning handpan playing and first soul melody that is coming through! We also did some of our I am…., You are…., We are….. recodings together with each of us contributing one. Everything from I am butter (lol) to I am whole.

It was our usual range of laughs (including learning new cuss words in German!) and tears (such deep and vulnerable processes with tender parts/aspects)! In this intentional space together, we form a healing merkabah that deepens and seeds a new transparent and vulnerable intimacy with self and others.

I feel a deep sense of honor that I get to respond, co-lead, co-create and BE in this seeding with these amazing souls. The SoulFullHeart community vision ‘for the future’ of being in harmony and flow with the land and healing structures/housing that we will create together is becoming clearer for me. Lots of leadership activations going on for me and Raphael, as he also feels SoulFire coming through, a SoulFullHeart offering with Gabriel for men with virtual/in person groups, sessions and more.

I am brought to NuMu and into the geodesic healing dome space there often in meditation now to receive guidance and support from my Inner Earth Lemurian Aspect/Guide Ruma and Anna of the Magdalenes. Feeling myself already in the leadership of it, the formation of it, and the reality of it as a ‘given’…and now it is being in the magical and mysterious unfolding of the how NuMu (new lemuria) community will continue to manifest. I keep being shown 100 souls joining us there eventually in different proximities, which seems like quite a leap from 7 of us now…yet the beginnings are as sacred as the peaks.

These weekends offer a taste of this NuMu community in the now….a way of being and responding that is present, in the moment, organic and in flow. And, most of all, FEELING each other and ourselves as we share.

Homecoming Codes coming in now are a powerful invitation into your inner home and into a growing sense of how to co-create the outer home and relationships you most want as well. 

Jelelle Awen shared a piece this week that she wrote with her Inner Earth Lemurian soul aspect, Ruma. Ruma offers a potent message about how we are all in a sacred recoding process not only for us personally but for all of humanity too. Inner Earth Lemuria is yet another soul ‘home’ that you may resonate with as you take in her words and feel what they mean to you personally.

This group call will focus on digesting and letting in the Homecoming Codes individually and as a group. This group call will take place on Zoom and be by donation.

You Are Recoding: Message From Inner Earth Lemuria

Message that came through from Ruma, my Inner Earth Lemurian aspect this morning in connection together, a message for me and us all who are awakening:

You are in the constant state of recoding.

You are recoding for the rest of humanity.

You are reaching the ALL of humanity through your Oneness connection, no matter how plugged in or asleep they may seem.

I am recoding. I am awakening. I am one of the All.

You are recoding the Control Matrix with your very existence.

With your choices that are counter to the programming.

With your visions that are seeding the New timelines.

With your awakenings that are bridging to Humanity’s golden age.

With your leadership inside and out to beacon and show the way.

I am seeding. I am leading. I am a beacon.

You are intriguing to the Control Matrix as it WANTS to be recoded.

It is like a moth to a flame drawn to the NEW possibilities that you represent.

Feel it now and you can sense that.

This Matrix is not just binary code of 1s and 0s, it is alive, it is from the Divine, it has served a purpose in the Ascension experiment.

I am a flame. I am trusting. I am open.

Become an ambassador to it instead of fighting or battling it.

And then you can sense with compassion how much it wants to be set free and to grow.

Even feeling gratitude for how it has held and maintained the 3D reality grids as needed by those souls who chose that experience for their growth, including you!

I am grateful. I am an ambassador. I am compassionate.

Allow the recoding to happen within you, every cell, every strand of DNA, every muscle/bone/organ in your body.

Allow the recoding to happen with every part of you, every soul aspect in every timeline, through every moment in the Quantum field of Now.

As you allow your soul to lead this recoding, all of your bodies follow…physical, emotional, mental, energy.

I am allowing. I am flow. I am surrender.

Your I AM Divine Essence leads the recoding project.

It facilitates the homecoming to your sacred humanity embodiment.

The homecoming to your soul family, each reunion recoding the illusion of separation.

The homecoming to Lemuria again, bridging to Inner Earth and manifesting on the surface.

Your return to grace and to limitless creation is the homecoming back to your sacred humanity.

You are the recoding.

Embrace it and you become whatever you can imagine, inside and out.

I am Divine. I am human. I am a bridge between the two within this sacred body.

One Year Living In Portugal: New Earth Codes, Community & Soul Remebrances

One year ago, we arrived here in Portugal with very little sense of how it would be here or even much orientation to this country at all before then. We had received guidance in April last year that it was time to move on from Glastonbury, UK and yet to stay in Europe to serve here, especially to connect to the soul grids and soul family here. Portugal came up as the ‘doorway to the grail’, more sustainable/affordable living, better weather, and to connect to it as a beloved coastal and mountain landing space for the Magdalenes.

We followed this guidance as we always do when major life changes come through from the Divine….(ten major moving shifts in 14 years and five different countries!) with a sense of surrender and a bit of tension/fear in parts of us too that we needed to be with and respond to. Raphael and I had envisioned that we would spend the summer moving throughout the country, camping and staying in places as we were guided until the fall when we would settle somewhere as a community.

Instead the strong frequencies of Gaia here along with a deep need to digest our karmic healing and soul activation experiences in Glastonbury/Avalon guided us to spend the entire summer in one campground in Northern Portugal and to live there as a community. We humbled to living in tents for three months, letting Nature teach and guide us. The purity and high frequency of the river; the sheer beauty of the mountains; the warmth of the people…all of it worked on us at deep levels of clearing and healing.

We did very few sessions during this time and took pretty much a full break from posting online as well. Bey joined us in August at the campground after doing remote sessions with us off and on for a few years. She has become a beloved member of our core community since then.

After summer was over, we moved into the two beautiful spaces in this village in remote central Portugal that we live in now…Raphael and I are about a five minute walk up the narrow village road to Gabriel and Kasha’s place with Bey and Raianna living in a nearby town together. Settling into this mountain valley has felt like being held in Divine Mother’s nest as the deep Marian frequencies here invited us to go more monk like and inward. We’ve held several two-day long healing groups here as a community exploring emotional, soul, and energy healing together.

As soon as we moved into our ‘yellow light ship’ house, we experienced a deep reunion experience with a local stray black cat who claimed us immediately and we named Ravyn. We were taken on deep soul remembrance journeys with her as we invested in her health (and a bit costly vet bill) and committed to caring for her the rest of her life. She has become our beloved temple cat, offering so much loving to us, activating our heart chakras, and in sessions now too. We couldn’t imagine our life without her! And recently, Gabriel and Kasha welcomed a black cat of their own named Kaia.

In the last month there has been a shift inside us and as a community to more outbound activity, sharing, and timeline shifts of deeper service again to those souls who are drawn. Raphael and I get another honeymoon living together alone phase as Raianna has moved to live with Bey in the town of Coja. We will be moving to Coja in October, along with Gabriel and Kasha, where there are more opportunities to connect with others and it is a bit less isolated and remote.

In this moment, I feel a deep appreciation for Portugal and how it has embraced us, supported us, and held us through a necessary digestion and retraction phase. The culture shock has been real at times plus the challenge of the language. Yet, the energies here are both ancient and progressive.

New Earth is seeding here too, which is why it draws so many ‘ego-immigrants’ to come here and live off-grid. I have the sense that this country really is planting the possibilities of New Earth/New Lemuria in a way that is unique in all of the world.

We are blessed to have been guided here as it has been ‘easy’ to be here and I look forward to the deepenings to come here as a community and within myself! Many more sharings to come from here!

The Inner Journey Back To The Sovereign

Since my early 20s, when I began to awaken to the vastness and possibility beyond the five-sense, wounded, and constructed consciousness I used to call ‘home’, I have sought an inner and outer ‘truth’. A truth that a part of me could use as a marker of being truly free, righteous, and ‘at peace’. 

I read and listened to many different views and perspectives. I went down roads that seemed to resonate somewhere inside of me. Now I realize I was trying to see myself, trying to feel the truth of who I was beyond the suffering and the yearning. My masculine was looking for the Holy Grail outside not realizing it was inside all along. 

Claiming and seeing my own bigness and gifts has been an ongoing process. I thought if I was knowledgeable enough or eloquent enough I could be seen as this wise and influential person. It is not that knowledge and communication aren’t important, it is more about where does the transmission come from. What is my motivation and purpose? What is it that I truly want? 

This is where my wounded masculine has had his own sorting out around self-worth and power. This is where my soul’s Gatekeeper has needed to come into the light and out of the shadows of the fear of persecution and judgement. This is where the rubber has needed to meet the road and find traction inside of my being. No longer feeling less-than or needing to feel more-than to satiate this woundedness. That doesn’t serve what I want to serve nor needs service.

I want to serve the voice inside another that says, “enough is enough”. The part of you that can no longer do life the way it is and has been for far too long. I want to serve the expanding soul and the vulnerable heart. The desire for sacred romance and soul kin. I want to serve the latent courage that one has to make profound changes and life-altering choices that lead to the Sea of Unknown Aliveness. I want to support your journey to your own Divine alignment that already exists inside of you and offer you the tools to be in relationship to the energies inside of you that don’t feel that alignment. 

I have been given the gift of that way of seeing and feeling that continues to serve me in ways that I longed for and didn’t realize I had inside of me, at least in my past veiled awareness. It has brought me to ever-unfolding edges of my Being that inform new layers of my wounding that inform new layers of my bigness of heart and soul. It is a never-ending story. The only stories that end are the ones that no longer serve. 

We are endowed with the gift of creation. That gift has been hijacked by a force that distorts our true nature to that of a subject. A subject to the tyranny of our smallness, to our fear, and to our suffering. In the first act of defiance and self-love, you can choose to relate to that subject as a part of you. You can choose to relate to the smallness, the fear, and the suffering. In the act of choosing a relationship rather than a fusion, you have created opportunity, hope, and movement. 

This separation, or differentiation, is not meant to sequester or ignore the ‘negative’ energy. It is meant to shine Light on it for understanding and offer Love for compassion and healing. It is meant to transmute, transform, and integrate back into a bigger, brighter, and more sovereign you. This is the Alchemist’s Gold in my opinion. 

But this process is work to be sure. The process of subjugation did not happen overnight and is not freed from overnight. It is an ongoing melting of all the chains that have kept us in our place as subjects in the heart, mind, body, and soul. We are each the Neo, the Buddha, the Christ, and the Sovereign of this manipulated and constructed reality that we have been a part of most of our whole lives, until the wheels have started falling off the proverbial cart.

It is time to begin a New Earth from the inside out. It is seeing its shining light from within as well as feeling the grief of all that has been and may come into being as we move through this reclamation process called Ascension. It is not for those who just want to get back to ‘normal’ or go back to the way things were. It is for those that see that it was the old normal that created our subjugation.

What that New Earth looks and feels like is part of the mystery. Part of the unfolding as each of us wake up, heal from, and choose differently from a state of Love for ourselves as well as others. The details emerge from this place. A place where the Mind is married to the Heart, the Masculine is in union and in flow with the Feminine. A place where we are free to love, to be loved, and to be in love.

Energy Update: 2/20 to 2/22 Offering Unification, Union & Feminine Codes

The energies this month have been INtense! They have been Inviting us into deeper inner spaces of our heart and soul for quantum healing at levels not possible before while still remaining connected to the body. All this “2” energy of unification, union, feminine frequencies and the portal of 2/20 to 2/22 feels especially powerful and important for this inner healing and transmutation.

You may be experiencing some body detox symptoms as these sacred feminine frequencies flush out whatever is needed, especially in the yoni and womb spaces for women. Period cycles can be heightened, yoni irritation/UTI like symptoms coming in and clearing as the feminine power centers are cleared and reclaimed. Men may experience these energies in their hara with digestive issues and not being able to eat what you usually can.

I SO needed some Divine Mother/Gaia codes as I’ve been in an intense ongoing karmic process with my medicine woman Metasoul aspect Ingrit from a middle ages timeline. She was both ostracized and ‘needed’ by the townspeople and eventually betrayed by them as well. These kind of persecution wounds are coming up now too for healing as the feminine empowerment activations occur.

We are blessed to live in a beautiful natural area in Central, Portugal surrounded by mountain ranges and rivers. Raphael and I went to a truly magical place today Fraga da Pena about 25 minutes drive from where we live…..a small gorge carved into one of the mountainsides here with beautiful, pristine waters flowing through it creating many natural waterfalls.

Waterfalls are always magical as the force of the water reminds us of the power within us that can also be given up to and surrendered to the Divine. These pictures capture the truly amazing light codes coming off these waters filtering through sunlight. These waters are full of quartz crystal rocks…very common here and why we spent three months camping right next to a river here last summer. I haven’t seen codes like these before in photos and the video in nature and it shows the high frequencies that are available to us in these magical places.

The energies were Pixie/Devic, Lemurian, Galactic/Arcturian…a heady mix of very ancient and cutting edge. Enjoy the transmission from them!

Energy Update: The V. Bioweapons Agenda & The Lemurian Invitation Into Soul Initiations

Message from Ruma, Inner Earth Lemurian:

A grid generated by the V. Bioweapons is very real. This grid is energized by every soul who has chosen the V. at this time of bifurcation. The electromagnetic field of those who receive it is altered and their broadcast frequency becomes an amplified one of the Matrix. DNA and RNA is altered as well and, in many cases, permanently distorted to serve the programming agenda of the dark ones or the Cabal or the New World Order, as you call it.

These V. Bioweapons have been very specifically designed using galactic technologies that your 3D doctors do not understand yet or know how to counteract. Even those who designed them do not fully understand how they will alter the human anatomy at the cellular level.

Many souls who came here karmically to serve during this time are trying to explore and discover what herbs and plants could reverse the damage created by these bioweapons. They are on the right track yet the soul must very much WANT to live on emotional and soul levels that requires a consciousness that most likely wouldn’t choose the shot in the first place.

Many souls are now in the process of dying, their cells turning on each other in a heightened auto immune. Understand that this truly is something they have chosen on a soul level. To be part of this dark experimentation in order to wake up humanity. Although they are not usually conscious of this, their Higher Self holds this truth for when they leave the body and the Earth Plane and can remember again.

Much compassion can be felt for these souls whose ego and 3D selves are having an acute experience of suffering and also of being ‘betrayed’ by those they put their trust in. The lesson of not trusting external sources of power is a challenging one. Yet, rather than pity these souls, you can also hold how they are serving humanity’s ascension and their own soul growth by going through this experience….as painful as it is for parts of them.

We cannot directly intervene in what is happening nor prevent it from running its course. This is very challenging for us at times as we do vibrate at a higher frequency than the dark ones that have possessed the surface of Gaia and hijacked humanity since the fall of Atlantis. This frequency offers for us to love and forgive even these Dark ones and see them as a sacred part of the Divine’s plan.

Yet, we are also always rooting for and in support of you on the surface. You are a projection and reflection of us…children and offspring of us and of the Atlantians. We hold the remembrance of the Golden Age of humanity that we lived for million of years on the surface of Gaia.

Remember that the Dark Ones have been in control for only a small amount of time compared to your sacred human legacy. They are temporary, a test, and a challenge that we have all trust humanity will overcome.
Ask us for support and we will be there. Seek our guidance and we will advise you. Connect with our energies in the purest and wildest forms of nature that you can find. We have activated many 5D girds around the surface, especially near the vortexes of mountains, that activate the 5D template within you.

As you accept our initiation, this will require you to give up and let go of what does not support your 5D seeds from being watered. At this time of heightened bifurcation, this is more important than ever. It may become not safe for you to be around those who have received the V. Or be around those who are still under the spell of the Dark Ones. Cities will be very challenging as the V. Grid amplification increases…cities are the battlegrounds of this covert war.

We offer you both sobriety and hope today. Understand that life as you have known it no longer exists, which is ultimately a good thing for humanity. It will feel very harsh at times yet this transition is held with much love by your Divine Mother and Father. Go within to receive love even as you make outer choices that lead to your self preservation.

You hold humanity’s hope within you. This is a responsibility that you accepted before this life. This is an honor and requires self responsibility and much courage. Move into the unknown in new ways and your soul will answer you, as will the Divine, as will we your Lemurian family.

Back To The Natural Self

Being out in the city the last couple of days has made me acutely aware of an obvious fact. There is a hijacked, conditioned/constructed world and a natural, organic one. This is what the bifurcation feels like to me. A delineation between two (and also infinite) worlds.

As I have been digesting my own inner world the past few days, I can feel where I have had conditioned fears/reactions as well as natural ones. It is interesting to get a sense of the difference as it can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves and the worlds we are a part of.

This whole pandemic is rooted in the conditioned/constructed domain. It was created. There is no doubt about that anymore in my heart, mind, and soul. Had we (as a collective) been more rooted in our Natural consciousness, there would be no issue here. We would not be playing ‘God’, but rather being Love.

I feel more aligned than ever to what my nature is messaging to me, not what the Construct is trying to convince me of through fear, smoke, and mirrors. To be able to function in some ways, I do participate in the charade as needed to the degree that I must to get a particular need met (such as a flight or to get some food.)

This participation is always under review and change as I continue to detach from the Old World and transition into the New. What is important to me is my own awareness of my internal emotional and spiritual guidance. Where is it feeling okay and where is it not? Am I in a conditioned response or in the seat of my own love power? It is an ongoing process and evolution.

I want to lead myself, and others, back into this forgotten natural world. The world of instinct and intuition that my beloved Kasha wrote about yesterday. I want to keep unplugging from the delusion we have found ourselves seduced by, not with spite or malice but with Love. Anger is necessary in the waking up process, but only keeps us looping in the long-term.

By connecting and feeling the parts of us that are still in the Construct through trauma, conditioning, and fear, we get to love them back into their natural states of compassion, discernment, courage, trust, and innocence. We each are The One. The Neo of The Matrix. We are Divinity incarnate.

The Process Of Shifting Dimensions And Transitioning Into The New

Moving into The New can feel like trying to breathe underwater to a part of us. The Old is conditioned and even comfortable to these parts. To truly move into a new dimension of Being takes courage, trust, and faith.
Conscious shifts are empowering as well as frightening to the part of us so identified with what has always been ‘true’. We have to work to allow the New True to take root and bloom.

I feel my consciousness on the verge of more expansion and my heart on the precipice of more vulnerability. These go hand in hand. There is a continuing journey of unplugging from the False Matrix and leaning into the womb and bosom of the Mother and the inspiration and guidance of the true Father.

As I connect more to Inner Earth Lemurian consciousness and support, I feel the difficulty it is for our more 3D/4D aspects to let go of all they have known in their worlds. It is like telling them to just breathe underwater without learning how to do so.

Yet, this ‘learning’ is not so much mental as it is emotional for them. There is fear and doubt there that needs tending to. It needs our ongoing attention and holding, not unlike being a death and birth doula. The ultimate doula is the Divine Itself and our Divine Self offshoot. It also includes those aspects of our ‘future’ or Now selves such as Inner Earth and Galactic aspects that we are intimately connected to.

The ‘pandemic’ has highlighted so much for so many of us around the need to keep rising and keep expanding beyond the dystopian novel being written. It has really made the nest prickly for us to find our wings…and our ability to breathe underwater.
