Energy Update: Adjusting To The Winds Of Change Coming In

All night long strong winds were blowing here in Victoria, along with our first real snow of the winter (not that we get much snow here as it is some of the most temperate weather in Canada.) The winds seemed to provide this howling soundtrack to whatever was going on for me in the astral realms. They danced around the astral action, which felt quite vivid and active…a fourth dimensional exploration feels like now. You may have had vivid and intense dreams too as your astral self connects more consciously to your physical self.

These kinds of winds bring in a feeling sense of change and movement. The winds here on Gaia may be kicking up, but also the SOULar winds are increasing as well today and over the next couple of days. SOULar winds are  heading now into the 500 km/sec range, bringing with them geomagnetic storm possibilities and auroras too. These winds are flowing from a coronal hole in the southern aspect of our sun that is facing Gaia now, according to spaceweather.com.

So many souls have been feeling an increased momentum of change and transition that for many started in December, 2018 and is moving into this NEW year as well. We went through an intense SOULstice passageway in December that revealed much of the fear-based frequencies in relationships, in careers/jobs, in our bodies, in trauma stored in parts of us from this life/other timelines. The energies of January with the super lunar eclipse, 1/11 gateway and now New moon/Chinese New year in February also support this feeling sense of momentum.

I am noticing more higher timeline life changes happening for people that I work with in sessions….new geographies, new careers/vocations, new relationships………more outside manifestation of what they’ve been baking on and feeling on the inside with parts of themselves. The envisioning and feeling of your higher timeline and negotiation with parts of you to move into it IS what manifests it in the physical ultimately. 3D offers that it is the outside that changes the inside rather than the other way around.

With transition and changes comes an invitation to feel more trust and surrender in the BIGGER picture of the Divine/Higher Self align of your higher timeline. Parts of you still anchored to 3D realities/traumas may feel an understandable cling to the previous energies of need for safety and security that is often fueled by distrust and need to control. These are 3D conditioned energies that all of us have been programmed in. Trusting your feelings, your instincts, and your desires is NEW ground that the Divine supports more as you feel and heal the energies that AREN’T this. You may be feeling all this change on the physical body level too. I’ve been offered to be careful and aware of what I am eating and digesting in my body. Specifically this has been about not eating ANY refined sugar. It really does lower your vibration with an unnatural buzz that can make it difficult to ground in the energies that are coming in to help boost you into your new timeline. I’ve also felt to switch to green tea from chai tea (I haven’t drank coffee in many years) and have a sense that lower caffeine levels or NO caffeine also serves to feel more grounded in the body. Without that grounding into Gaia, it can be easy to feel ungrounded, light headed, hard to focus, ampy, and not able to connect within.

Energy Update: SOULar Flare Offers Burst Of Sacred Masculine Connections

Energy Update: There was a SOULar flare today, January 26th, from an active area of sunspots. “Today at 13:22 UT, big sunspot AR2733 produced a C5-class solar flare. C-class flares are not major explosions. However, this is the strongest solar flare in months and it breaks the quiet of a deep Solar Minimum. More activity is possible in the hours and days ahead as the sunspot continues to grow and develop,” according to spaceweather.com.

Flares are rare during this phase of SOULar minimum where geomagnetic storms, CMEs (coronal mass ejections) and high SOULar winds are more common, as I’ve been sharing about in my energy updates. You can read all my energy updates here: https://soulfullheartblog.com/…/energy-updates-with-jelell…/

SOULar flares offer a burst of energy at once, an infusion of Sacred/Divine Masculine frequencies and high vibrational energies. I am feeling a wonderful, accessible bridge to Divine Father energies right now, as offered too in this flare. This for me is coming in the form of Star Family connections and my galactic father in Star BEing form as a Lyran founder/mantid….more on that in another writing.

This SOULar flare can amplify the experience of sacred masculine energies for you TOO as it is let in and not resisted by the wounded masculine that can be expressed in our Protectors and Gatekeepers. Being with the wounded son/daughter part of us can let in more surrogating Divine/Galactic Father experience.

Energy Update: HIGH Speed SOULar Winds Streaming IN

Energy update: We are in the middle of a SOULar wind stream with wind speeds up to 600 k/sec (‘normal’ is around 300)!! This high speed wind is bringing in geomagnetic storms in the higher to mid-altitudes with accompanying beautiful aurora codes to take in, according to spaceweather.com.
As usual with HIGH SOULar winds, you may feel aches/pains in the head and neck area (causal and crown chakras) as YOUR magnetic field responds to the influx of magnetics. Polarizations inside (such as victim ‘versus’ perpetuator; patriarchal/wounded masculine aspects and matriarchal/wounded feminine ones, etc.) are amplified during these streams of geomagnetics. These are the trailing sacred masculine activations after the receiving of Divine Mother/Feminine lunar codes during the recent eclipse passage.
Feeling these aspects of yourself and the dynamics between them can help significantly with healing the polarizations to move into more inner unity. The magnetic pole shifting that is happening (including the need to update the model for it) shows the alignment that is ongoing for Gaia as She ascends into fifth dimensional consciousness. I’ll share more about the pole shifting process as it downloads more for me. So far, my Star Family has offered that the process of pole shifting will be orchestrated and held by Star BEings so as not to cause life-altering conditions for us. They are reassuring that there is no need to be fearful or concerned about the pole shifting as it coincides with the ongoing disclosure process.
As always, practice much self love on the emotional, physical, and social body levels during these higher frequency influxes. As you align within with MUCH love, so you can align to these cosmic energies as well to receive them AS love.

Energy Update: Eclipse And SOULar Winds Provide Deep Purging & Clearing

Energy Update: Many souls are STILL feeling the impact and effects of the total lunar eclipse on Sunday/Monday. This is a lingering, ongoing, powerful gateway and passageway to your NEW, higher timeline life. This lunar gateway seems to be about clearing out the denser, toxic, not-going-to-come-along, in the shadow energies that can keep you anchored to 3D timelines….so that you ultimately can arise into the NEW ones.
 
I’ve been honored to be more full lately with serving love during 1:1 sessions with women. What I am seeing during sessions is that this eclipse is bringing in purging and clearing on the emotional body level as connected to Metasoul timelines/lifetimes that hold heavier karmic, archetypal energies. Sexual abuse frequencies are being activated from this life (if you bravely signed up to experience and then transmute them) AND also from other lifetimes. Veils of amnesia are being lifted to remember these experiences, even from early childhood, so that they may be healed.
 
Betrayal themes and patterns with women, men, in romantic relationships (again from this life and other lifetimes) are also being illuminated for digesting, self love/compassion, and ultimately forgiveness on all sides at the higher self level. A clearer sense of where victimization experience needs your compassionate love is being revealed too.
 
Divine Mother doesn’t ‘judge’ if you are playing a victim of not. She offers love to what NEEDS love and this moves whatever it is into empowerment again. During intense experiences of trauma and abuse (esp as a young child), part of you IS a victim to this experience. Loving this part of you and Metasoul aspects with compassion allows them to remember their power again to CHOOSE to forgive and move beyond it. Suppressing these feelings with judgements of not wanting to be a victim doesn’t actually provide the loving healing energies most needed to move beyond it.
 
On another energy note….SOULar winds are starting to rise UP with geomagnetic storms very possible tomorrow. According to spaceweather.com, “NOAA forecasters say there is a 60% chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms on Jan. 24th when a stream of solar wind is expected to hit Earth’s magnetic field. The gaseous material is flowing ~600 km/s from a hole in the sun’s atmosphere. Arctic auroras are likely this Thursday.”
 
These SOULar winds may amplify whatever the full moon eclipse has pushed up for your digestion and illumination. Digesting After The Lunar Eclipse

Digesting after the POWERFUL blood moon total lunar eclipse last night….you may had quite a purging and cleansing yesterday and still moving into today as well. Up and out and through were the Divine Mother Lunar energies that are holding space for this clearing.

Letting go, shedding, mourning, releasing, feeling, and BEing real about what needs to be shed. This is tears; this is sometimes aches and pains; this is a feeling sense of ‘no more’; this is NEW desires emerging like flickering flames now.

MUCH self love and self care of your body, heart and soul right now and ongoingly too! Salt baths, light stretching and yoga, energy flow, connecting with MUCH love with parts of yourself too. Drawing support and space holding when needed too.

Energy Update: Prep For Super Blood Moon Total Lunar Eclipse Invites Shadow Integration

Energy update: Preparation energies for the Supermoon total lunar eclipse on Sunday evening, January 20th into January 21st. These total lunar eclipses can be QUITE powerful….sometimes in subtle ways, working on the subconscious and emotional body more than in an overt way.
 
In a total lunar eclipse, Gaia blocks the sun’s light from reaching the moon. The sun casts the moon’s shadow onto the moon’s surface and this is what we see from Gaia as a total eclipse. This will be a supermoon, so the moon will be in its closest proximity to us and VERY visible for those in North and South America, Europe and western Africa. Central and eastern Africa and Asia will see a partial eclipse of the Moon.
 
The Divine Feminine energies during these days leading up to the eclipse are most like the Dark Mother – great catalyst, midwife of birth-death-rebirth cycles….helping us to rise like a phoenix from the ashes after a series of small, controlled burns. She holds the space for this with almost an unsentimental frequency to allow us to truly move into our OWN power as sacred humans.
 
This feels like the Divine Feminine energies coming in to create a womb space. The sacred masculine SOULar activations that we’ve been experiencing strongly in waves for the last two years especially ‘rest’ during this time. The womb space is for the birthing of whatever has previously been in shadow to come into illumination. It’s really an honoring of shadow and all of the gifts that come from the brave exploration of it and moving beyond fear into love.
 
On a body level, you may be feeling the rumblings and even pains in your sacral/womb space and solar plexus area for women, as if pregnant or preparing to give birth. Hormonal levels can be amplified with moon cycle symptoms increasing too. Men go through their own hormonal cycles too and may be feeling the impacts of this lunar cycle.
 
This is a powerful passage to connect with what feels like deeper places of trauma from this life and other timelines and the parts and Metasoul aspects that hold them. The veils are thin; the stage is ‘set’; the energies are supportive and Divine Mother is here to help in ALL Her forms.

Energy Update: 1/11 Portal Open For New Timeline, New Lemuria Possibilities

Energy Update: As we go into this 1/11 portal today, there is a feeling of truly leaving behind the old timelines and the previous 3D anchors and fusions to 3D realities. These timelines are wanting to collapse and maybe they already ARE for you or starting to.

A timeline collapsing can feel like crisis or life changing events or live altering decisions. It can also feel like just ‘running out of gas’ on your old timeline as your tank is now empty to receive anymore of the old 3D fuel. Parts of you can no longer run on the fumes of the known and familiar.

What has previously been a struggle and a challenge and a contention can be soothed into resolution by these 1:11 codes if you let them in. Areas in your life that need it can be loved into completions if you are open to them. They offer a reminder to trust your Higher Self guidance, to trust your heart and what it wants, to trust your soul and what it kNOWs about WHY you are here and what your purpose is here. These codes can help with trust at that level AND can support parts of you that have difficulty with trust to move into those frequencies with you.

This January is also an eclipse month, with the first SOULar eclipse happening last week and a total lunar eclipse coming up on January 21st. Eclipses amplify whatever energies are coming through so it feels like a powerful, super charged time to feel what your higher timeline means to you. Lemurian activations and access is also strong and powerful right now. I’ve been feeling this especially for the last few months since we’ve moved to a Lemurian portal here in Victoria, BC, Canada. New Lemuria is a template for what New 5D Earth looks and feels like. Connecting with your Lemurian Metasoul aspect(s) both those currently in Inner Earth and those in the First Nations/Native American timelines can support this grounding in of 5D energies. I’ll be sharing a guided meditation to create/deepen that connection later in the video series too.

I received this mantra yesterday that I shared on FB from one of my Lemurian aspects named Atta as I walked in the woods near the ocean here……”Be patient as the sea; open as the breeze; and steady as the trees”….it felt like a lovely and simple way to tap into the essence of the ascending Gaia frequencies that lives in us all.

As we move into the 1:11 portal, the opportunities increase to let in guidance, get clarities about next steps, feel and respond to resonance. The opportunities for UNITY from within and with others continues to deepen, expand, and widen as we experience more New Earth/Lemuria in the Now!

DAY NINE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Ascension Energies Activation and Integration Guided Meditation

 

This is day nine of my 33 day series called Deepen. In this video today, I talk about the ascension energies that are coming in during this phase of Ascension to provide a boost and activation of our higher consciousness states, DNA, and every living cell. These energies come to us in the form of SOULar activity (such as geomagnetic storms and SOULar winds), Lunar phases, Gaia/Schumann resonance, Gateways/portals, and Equinoxes/SOULstices.

I talked in the day eight video about how Feeling WHY you are experiencing the symptoms that you are (especially if they are chronic and debilitating on a regular basis) is important to be able to move beyond resistance to the love that is being offered by these ascension energies and into health again. I share more about that today, as it is the relationship that parts of us have to these energies that defines and impacts the experience that we have of them.

Connecting with your Inner Protector (which I provided a guided meditation to connect with in the Day Two video) is an important aspect of understanding how they are relating to the ascension process and ascension energies.

In this video, Archangel Michael and Goddess Sophia join us during the guided meditation to connect with all of our chakras in a conscious way. We start with the Ascension chakras (personal sun, soul star, and causal) and then the main seven. I invite you to feel what is in the space and ‘room’ of each chakra from previous ascension energies that may be waiting to be downloaded and let in. Energy Update: I woke up this morning at 5:55am on 1/5….this has happened before and usually points me toward an importance about the energies coming through and to feel into them. 5 activates the metaphysical teacher and student within us. So I’m feeling into the energies now as prompted…..there are geomagnetic storms that started yesterday and are continuing into today as well. SOULar wind speeds are UP in the mid 500’s km/sec as well, according to spaceweather.com. These winds ignite beautiful auroras in the skies of the higher altitudes, which is still high on my desire list to take in in person. Aurora codes feel powerful on a galactic activation level!
 
As usual, these storms and winds are being caused by the ever growing ‘hole to make us whole’ on the sun’s surface. SOULar winds and geomagnetic storms can cause tiredness, along with more dense feelings of 3D as it gets pushed up to be felt and released. High speed winds can also create an off balance feeling as the geomagnetics increase, putting us ‘off center’. Emotions of irritation, rage, distrust, and anxiety can be triggered by the sacred masculine SOULar activations too as the wounded masculine flushes up and out to be felt and healed.
 
To support these Sacred Masculine activations is a partial solar eclipse tomorrow, January 6. This solar eclipse is proceeding a powerful, total lunar eclipse on January 1/21 (good date for that!). SOULar eclipses offer us a revelation of, again, the shadow side of the masculine. The shadow is revealed so that it can be healed and embraced and loved. There is really SO MUCH shadow still in our masculine frequencies, especially in the 3D mainstream timeline. Whatever you can feel of yours and how it expresses from within you supports the collective healing and transmutation into healthy masculine expression, which is SO needed and valuable to bring us into Divine alignment and balance from within.
 
I feel Divine Father looking and watching over us. He is there to help heal the wounded father templates that so many of us received from our birth family experiences. He is there to activate our masculine leadership that leads to soul purpose driven clarity and action; loving truth telling; capacity to set healthy self loving boundaries and MORE. He is there to help heal the distorted “Him God” of religions that judges, punishes, and shames. I have recently been connecting more deeply with the Divine Father and His love is such a balm to the abandoned daughter part of me and a wonderful template to my masculine too.
 
As you take in these five energies amplified by the SOULar winds and the eclipse, you may feel a desire to connect more deeply and meaningfully with your inner masculine. It feels like this is often the more neglected side to receive true compassionate healing frequencies as it is often polarized against by a wounded feminine. Our inner sacred union happens as we embrace this masculine frequency.
