SoulFullHeart Museletter: Nov 19, 2021

This week has been a unique experience with the energies of the Blood Moon Eclipse moving through! We have all been feeling it on a physical and emotional level, being stirred into deep processing and also self-care. We’ve been feeling it in our lower chakras, especially our womb areas (for the women). It’s been an invitation into shadow integration and matrix unplugging, plus action-taking on any level that feels right.

Featured this week is a piece from Kasha, where she outlines some ways in which you may have been experiencing these blood moon energies this week and why. She also shares a bit about her own womb connection and what it has led her to feel. She offers that it’s important to connect to what’s shaking out in the collective right now during this intensifying dark night phase as a portal into understanding what you are also moving through.

There are other energy updates and processes shared by us all this week, both in audio blog and written format, to offer you some ways to feel into your place in everything that is happening and how to digest and respond to it all.

There is a brand new guided meditation video this week from Jelelle where she invites you to let in the portal of 11:11 and see where it wants to take you. There is also a video, filmed during one of our recent group gatherings here in Portugal, of Raphael and Jelelle playing their crystal sound bowls and leading us all into a meditative space where we repeat a few affirmations/mantras together.

The Lion’s Gate Portal energies have been swirling for some time now, coming to a head around and on 8/8, the day of the official portal opening. In our leading piece this week, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator/Facilitator, Jelelle Awen, offers us a download from her own Sirian Aspect, Sela. Sela offers through and with Jelelle, a picture of the violence in the world right now finding reconciliation in every individual heart and soul, and a sense that this is all a sacred part of the process of our Ascension that plays out for our own individual transformation:

We have two in-person gatherings coming up!

Feeling Is Healing: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (April 22, 2019)

Feeling is an important gateway into deep healing and transformation, even when feeling is the hardest thing to do. As SoulFullHeart Facilitant, Raianna Shai, shares in this week’s featured article, it is a sacred space to be in that brings about much movement within and also in the collective:

They offer their perspective on relating with Gaia as an energy that is taking care of Herself/Itself and does not actually need us to ‘fight’ for Her/It. How parts of us relate to Gaia is how they relate to themselves and this is where the true transmutation of our ways of life that have involved taking and in some cases misusing many resources from Her/It can happen on the heart and soul level withIN.

Eclipse And SOULar Winds Provide Deep Purging & Clearing: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Jan 21, 2019)

This week, Jelelle Awen provides us with an energy update, offering that the recent Lunar Eclipse and incoming SOULar winds have been supporting a necessary purge in our emotional bodies and in our relationships too:

“What I am seeing during sessions is that this eclipse is bringing in purging and clearing on the emotional body level as connected to Metasoul timelines/lifetimes that hold heavier karmic, archetypal energies. Sexual abuse frequencies are being activated from this life (if you bravely signed up to experience and then transmute them) AND also from other lifetimes. Veils of amnesia are being lifted to remember these experiences, even from early childhood, so that they may be healed.”
