Meeting Gog And Magog: Ancient Oak Trees Of Avalon

Today I met the two ancient oak trees of Avalon that remain, named ‘Gog’ and ‘Magog’, and it was one of my most touching Avalon reunions yet…

Walking along, meeting and connecting with local trees and even getting lost a bit on our way there with a new soul friend, James (a fellow SoulFullHeart) was all part of the sacred adventure. All of that alone brought up much glee in my heart and peace too. The memories of these sacred trees who all have held and continue to hold so much space… digesting this venture today, I still feel a bit teary and like these trees are now inside me. Maybe they always were and this is simply another awakening.

Yes, the latter feels true… and so much that I’ve discovered in my Metasoul connections to this land lately is turning over now into these touching moments that aren’t full of deep and intense emotional processing but instead are just unshakeable memories and experiences of communication with the natural world that I’ve tasted but hadn’t fully been initiated into in this lifetime.

Coming from BC, Canada, where the trees are deeply magical as well, I often had profound experiences, yet these two ancient ones and the ones nearby of other species that hold the Avalon lineage in their rugged roots, are a storybook to uncover unto themselves and the true holders of the sacredness that can never be squelched from these lands.

In fact, even in the highly damaged ‘Gog’, one of these 2000-year-old oak trees that were part of a massive procession of oaks once upon a time that presided over the path to Avalon, shared with me that he himself and all of the trees who were cut down, are still alive and well in their own dimension and will return to the visible world when we reach the Golden Earth frequencies we’re now working towards and learning to let in from within.

This soothed the mourning I felt when touching his ghostly, fire-ravaged bark, as did his clear message to touch the smaller, younger tree growing next to him to show a unification between them… a reminder of how even what may feel ‘dead’ or ‘lost’ is still supporting the ‘newer’ generations. He also wanted me very much to see how life was continuing to grow on his hide. So even in the stillness of ‘death’, he was fulfilling a purpose. Purpose, he offered to me energetically, can truly be that simple and elegant.

Connecting with ‘Magog’, his healthier brother, I climbed slightly up on his side and leaned in closely, placing my hands in one place and then another, whispering light language as I went. James and I both went silent, taking in the energies of love, stillness, comfort being offered and entering into our own processes of connection with this incredible being.

I asked with my energy, because part of me so wanted to know, ‘how is it that you can somehow stay so still, over so many thousands of years, and be as contented and alive as you are?’

The response came in a moving picture of how his roots rustle beneath him with every season and how different creatures come to live inside of his openings and plants grow over and above his bark. He showed me a dance of how the sun changes position, how he shifts perhaps very slightly in position to soak up all he needs. How he’s simply a part of the symbiosis of natural life, which somehow is effortless in its timing and unfolding, yet unfold it does. He remains still in one way, yet shifts in certain ways as needed.

I felt every cell in my being respond to this and become so calm… teary, yet still, and full in heart. I felt renewed somehow in my sense of myself, which has also been a deep personal process and longing in recent days. I felt my love exchange with this tree spirit go deeply into both of us as ‘Gaians’ and as souls too. We remembered each other like old friends. And it was the sweetest reunion.

With both of these friendly giants, I felt this flow of connection run through that is still flowing as I share this. I felt connected more than I have yet to the Ancient roots of Avalon. I felt their invitation that wanted to come through me to the world, to any other human being who also wants to connect with them and remember, and to exchange love with them. They love to be loved, to be beheld in reverence as they revere and love us too.

They are a reminder of our own infinity and of our oneness with all things, and anchor that distinctive frequency of soul wisdom that can never be truly forgotten, only put aside for a while.

Avalon Activations: Visit To The Glastonbury Abbey

Onward journey now in Avalon as yesterday we went into the ruins of what was once the most powerful and rich Catholic Abbey in the UK…the Glastonbury Abbey grounds right off of bustling High Street. The monastic teleportation started immediately once you enter the sacred and quiet grounds surrounded by the original stone walls. The earliest and most tender roots of Christianity are here…with Joseph of Arimathea’s simple sacred worship structure built here and two Holy Thorn trees.

We felt a mixture of energies as we explored the structures that have survived the fires, the dissolution and destruction of Catholic monasteries during King Henry VIII’s reign, and much more. We prayed in St. Patrick’s Chapel with its recreated paintings of Yeshua, Magdalene, Bridgit, and Mother Mary and felt the 500 years of Christian worship held there.

Exploring the remains of the Lady Chapel offered us some bridge to the Divine Feminine amongst the Patriarchal energies of dominance and grandeur. The Mary energy line hummed beneath us here in the Lady Chapel and we could tune into it in moments. We started calibrating with honoring to the graves of King Arthur and Queen Guinevere, with more personal Metasoul connection to open out in the future feels like.

I felt the most connection to my Essene/Magdalene lineage when touching the Holy Thorn tree. A wave of homesickness moved through my heart and sudden sense of missing being with my soul family group of pure devotees of the Divine and Yeshua….before Christianity became a exoteric religion and lost so much of the mystical sanctity and esoteric frequency of its origins. As a soul family group, we Essenes are finding each other in this life and especially in these lands of soul’s memory.

The ruins of the Abbey themselves offer a hint of how massive and grand it really was at the height of its stature. You can ‘see’ this with your third eye if you tune in. I found a lack of resonance with this outwardly bold and BIG expression of God devotion and could much more take in and feel the Divine frequencies offered by the large Yew, Ash, and Willow trees. The trees connected us through their roots to the purity of these Mary and Michael energy lines, more accessible through bare feet and outstretched hands on bark rather than in worshipping False Gods within vast stone structures.

The most potent moment of familiarity came when I sat on the Omphalos stone, a large egg-shaped rock with a divot carved on the top of it. It was unmarked and even seemed ‘abandoned’ outside the walls of the Abbot’s Hall. I could feel the times of my soul aspects/High Priestesses/Oracles sitting on this stone, during menstruation, and sharing the visions that would come forward with others.

The herb and plant gardens, apple orchards, fish ponds, and more wild spaces within the Abbey grounds offered an Earth-bound grounding in contrast to man’s lofty reach to the Heavens. Right there, in these natural landscapes as connected to Gaia’s energy frequencies, is available a potent sense of the Divine. And, going within, as always, offering the most sacred and profound grounds of God communion.

Avalon Activations: Sacred Union Experiences in Avalon

Oh, these Avalon energies stir up sacred union within and with other as the Michael and Mary energy lines vibrate all around you! These ley lines of masculine and feminine energies are entwining and overlapping…..and then flowing away from each other again….only to return back into each other’s embrace again like lovers do.

These energy serpents spiral around the Tor together in a steady procession and then climax, bursting out on the top of the Holy Hill’s crown chakra…again, like lovers do! Once, powerful standing stones stood in a circle to capture this outward flow and redirect it within, connect it within the circle of souls gathered, and network it to the Stars and beyond.

We can bring these energies from the Tor now into our bodies and receive a template for a balanced flow there again of masculine and feminine. That which was once polarized can find union…and Mother Gaia shows us the way.

In this moment, I am in lovemaking afterglow with my beloved and feeling the energies of our sacred union dance move into new terrains and places of discovery from being here in these Avalon energies over a week now. Raphael and I had some tension and friction move through in the first days here….as many couples experience coming here.

Yet, we came into balance again, as we always eventually do, by going within and feeling our ‘sides’ of it. The parts of us and soul aspects (so triggered up here!) that need our attention and love receive it through the process of openness, curiosity and space from reaction.

And, so we return to Raphael and Jelelle again and to the steady transaction of love that is both brand new and many lifetimes long. I am so grateful for this soul, this man, this BEing who has journeyed with me through so many phases and stages this life. We’ve built up and let go of so many worlds together now. I am grateful to this king who brings out my queen with his devotion, with his kindness, with his directness, with his integrity, and with the HUGENESS of his heart.

Today, we visit the ruins of the Glastonbury Abby and King Arthur’s remains as well. And something else gets revealed in this visit and something previously unknown can then be explored and integrated. That is the reason for coming in the physical to these sacred places with energies that have remained unchanged for so long and remain pure…to know ourselves in new ways, to remember what our soul wants us to recall…to become the Infinite Love that we ARE.

Remembering The Soft Feminine

As soon as my feet are bare, my dancer comes out.

And they were bare on this day, in this place, because of stepping into a healing pool of precious waters. The sensations of which returned to me even more soul memories to integrate into my heart. And so the dancer energy coming forward reminded me of a gentle femininity that lives deep inside, that invites instead of tugs. That dances for herself in self-love first of all and can pull others in to join her when it’s time, when they’re ready, when she feels ready to embrace that sort of partnership, mateship, friendship that requires vulnerability in exchange with another.

Avalon’s legacies are sometimes used to bypass… to exit instead of enter. These feminine energies are misread, misused, taken over.

When you choose to enter Her sacred womb, Her healing waters, the embrace of Her sacred trees, you find yourself feeling more than ever before as your own femininity arises into deeper healing possibilities. This can feel scary and unknown in moments. Yet held in Her embrace you are, always…

Incredible journey. 🦋

This sense of the deep feminine is one that all are invited to feel into inside of themselves… all that it powerfully pushes up to feel and be with is important. When the need for ferocity alone is complete, you’ll feel the balm arise from within. To me, this is what makes the shadows worth visiting and getting to know, even when the edges are sharp and the cost seems great.

Avalon Activations: Visit To The Red Spring & Chalice Well

Visiting these sacred places in Glastonbury is not like taking a tour of something unknown and foreign for me. It is more like unfolding reunions that reunite me with the memories of my soul and other lifetime experiences that are available to be accessed in the Now.

The veil of amnesia lifts as we reconnect with these places and that feeling of recognition is worth following to see where it leads us. Because I’ve been connecting with my Metasoul Aspects/soul fragments who have lived in Avalon in various ways and forms for a few years (as High Priestesses, as an Essene Priestess of the Magdalene Order, as one of the founders from Atlantis, as a Celtic Medicine Woman), there is an easier digestion of the memories that these places stimulate from these lifetimes. There is the capacity to BE with these energies and associate which soul aspect is feeling what in response to them. I am grateful to the SoulFullHeart process and my own soul and to the Divine for allowing this integration to occur.

Yesterday, it was a reunion with the Chalice Well and the iron-rich waters of the Red Spring. The Red Spring flows year-round from an unknown source, producing over 25,000 gallons of water a day, and always at a constant temperature of 52 degree F. The high iron content of the water has stained all the waterways and pools a deep red. These waters are also known as the Blood Spring with connection to Essene/early Christian Joseph of Arimathea burying the two cups containing the blood and water of Christ’s wounds below the Chalice Hill.

We played in the waters yesterday, soaking our feet and hand chakras in the pools and fountains. We prayed by the Vesica Pool and the Well Head that hints at the deeper chambers below where the Grail may be hidden. We reunited with the ancient Yew trees and the Holy Thorn bushes from the Essene legacy that have both a playful and a reverential energy.

I had the sense of practicality in relationship to these waters for my soul. They were recognized for their healing properties and for their uses for women during their menstrual cycles, more medicinal than for everyday use as the taste is quite metallic. From the sips of the water I took yesterday, I could feel them ‘working on’ my energy body with flushes and flashes of warmth moving through. I could ‘see’ the simple mud huts and more elaborate meeting hall of Avalon in the rolling hills and apple orchards beyond the public access area of the Well’s gardens.

It was wonderful to get an increasingly clear picture of how life was lived in Avalon, even in the necessary practical ways that still acknowledges and makes room for the sacred. There was a balance in this way of living of heart and soul with the Earth that I feel we are seeking in our modern age and aching to ‘get back to’ as well. Avalon offers us a template of New Earth communities that are and will continue to arise around the world where the spirit and matter split is healing.

Being here in Glastonbury/Avalon has activated my healer in a deeper way again! I’ve been taking space from holding 1:1 sessions with women for the last few months and felt a deep resting, renewed and productive focus on my own process, birthing of the Free To Be 5D group call series with Raphael, released my new book, and manifested our relocation here to Glastonbury from Canada.

After this resting period that was needed after four years of full service, I am now feeling and being guided to open to individual service again to those women who are drawn to work with me during this time of intense transition and change collectively. I can feel this is a powerful time of supported arisement of the Divine Feminine self, which is a combination of healing of the 3D self parts and the connection/integration of soul aspects. This is a time to go deeper into your heart and soul field to offer love to whatever most needs your attention, allowing the Divine Feminine arise from within.

I support the Divine Feminine self to arise through 75-90 minute sessions over Zoom and now here in-person at this beautiful house in the heart of Glastonbury for $130 CAD (about $100 USD equivalent). We connect in a meditative ‘dropped in’ space together with whatever part of you and/or soul aspect that comes through to be felt. It is a powerfully deep yet gentle feeling space that allows the digestion of whatever needs to be felt along with soul/Divine self activations as well.

The work I offer is a deep soul initiation process, so is best aligned with those who have been awakening for many years and also done deeper emotional healing work as well….for souls who are ready to go the next level in their healing and transformation into their Divine self manifestation in ALL areas of their life.

Love Is Magic: A Message From Avalon

‘Magic’ doesn’t need to mean anything other than the powerful ways in which you can arise for yourself, life, and love, and others can arise for you.

‘Magic’ doesn’t need to be stirred by a hand or wand. Magic is a flow of intention, fueled by love, watered by love, lived into from the love within you.

‘Magic’ is who and what you are beyond the 3D anchoring, the protective 3D shell of existing in only the day-to-day without much energy to reach beyond into the beyond. Yet, magic exists in 3D too, grounds there, when received as such.

‘Magic’ lives in your beholding of yourself and others. The intimate love relationship with parts of you. The ways in which your inner work opens you up to more love experiences with yourself, with others, with the Divine.

Thank you, Avalon, for your lessons in this that are already integrating and grounding IN… being sacredly remembered! ❤

Energy Update: Full Moon Energies Emitting From Tor Offering Feminine & Masculine Balance

Energy Update: Full moon energies are amplifying EVERYTHING it seems right now…both shadow and light. Being now on such an active energy center of Gaia here in Glastonbury, UK for the last few days, it is even easier to feel this amplification as I lay awake for long stretches last night feeling it move through me. Recovering now more from the journey here from Canada and beginning to land here, I am starting to tune into what these energies of Gaia’s heart chakra are offering in this Now of Ascension. More messages of that will be coming as my personal calibration happens.


When I first connected to these energies in the physical sitting on a slope of the Tor, they felt so comforting and familiar yet also very powerful. They offered a call to balance within and seemed to emit from the Tor like a radio signal broadcasting out to the world. Balance. There was an answer to the cries of the world’s heartbreak here. The Michael energy line as the masculine and the Mary energy line as the feminine entwined together. The way that they spiral upwards within the Tor and also flow away from it like rivers at its base seems to mirror the possibilities of our own energy as we move into more alignment with our light bodies and 5D consciousness.

There is also the overlay here in the physical of the wounded masculine’s attempts to both suppress and its longing for connection to the feminine. Each abby and church built over a previously sacred Divine Feminine site (like the remains of the church at the top of the Tor) is like a stiff embrace that both suffocates and honors Her. This seems to represent the masculine suppression of the feminine that has been occurring since the fall of Atlantis, keeping the control matrix running, and leading to so much suffering and polarity expression. As eventually so many of the churches fell into ruin or were destroyed, so is the feminine arising out of the ashes in our world’s consciousness now too in often fiery ways.


This feminine within us comes alive in the full moon and is called to go both wild and still. The masculine within is invited into surrender rather than into feeling threatened by this feminine power. Sacred Unions (as Raphael and I are experiencing already in our bond) are going to the next level of balance within and with each other to heal the previous patterns of suppression, resistance, or fear.

You may feel these energies stirring within you in response to this last full moon of summer, no matter where you are located in the world. For both women and men, there is a liberation movement happening from within…on collective and personal levels. It invites us to free up whatever needs our love and attention from within, both inner masculine and inner feminine….to find our balance again.

Seeing Through The Smokescreen of Covid Global Awakening Events

What keeps coming to me as I take in current happenings during this ongoing Covid awakening event and global disclosure process is how much it ALL feels like a smokescreen. There is a sense of of inertia to what is occurring, momentum from a previously strong structure being in place as it collapses rather than NEW energy and passion being generated, especially in the 3D political and Q/White Hats/Alliance versus Deep State/Cabal timeline.


What I mean by this as it has felt clear to me for awhile that the White Hats have already mostly ‘won’ and what we are being shown by both the mainstream and alternative news of the Deep State players (such as the Democratic Party and various Cabal-influenced political leaders around the world) is for ‘show’ and for ‘optics’. It feels like a poorly run play or show by the Deep State (too poorly run to truly be them in charge of it anymore) that keeps exposing and waking up masses of souls to the hidden agenda underneath it. It is so poorly played, in fact, like a parody of itself, that it feels clear that it is actually being run by the Alliance in order to wake up everyone in stages rather than all at once. This awakening actually transcends divisive political parties and goes to the heart of our need to claim back our sovereignty, desire for peace, and Unity Consciousness.


This ‘drip line’ awakening of mainstream consciousness seems to be sensitive to how shocking and difficult it will be for most people to accept and digest this reality of control matrix (however much of that can be exposed), Satanic Cabal, human/child sex trafficking network, so many well known and loved celebrities and politic figures involved, and deep corruption at high-end levels of politics, corporations, big pharma, military/industrial complex, etc. As this reality is disclosed into the 3D Mainstream narrative more and more, it DOES sound and feel ‘crazy’ in a way as it clashes with the narrative that we’ve all been fed since we were born.


Yet, for those of us for who have been awakening to this reality as we go through our 4D soul/dark night/shadow revelation to move into the light process….this reality has long been revealed and digested by us in personal ways. We have even come to some degree to a place of forgiveness and compassion for ALL of those souls involved in it, whatever levels that may be.


This invites us to become beacons of light during this storm that is thrusting so many into increasingly rough revelatory waters. Our souls choosing to wake up ahead of the rest has been painful, challenging, and drawn us scrutiny and reaction for years….yet it has also aligned to our soul’s desire to show the way through it for others.


Before getting reactive and caught up in current events as they are being presented to you and buying into it all……feel into what you are being presented with your ‘gut’ intuition, see what you can ‘see’ of it with your third eye, and connect to your Higher Self to get a bigger context. As you tune in this way, you rise ‘ above’ the presentation and show to see the light of Divine source love again and not just the shadow ‘show’ playing out the walls of the cave for those who still need to see it that way.
