Healing 3D Aspects Of Yourself To Draw Your Highest Timelines

HIGH frequencies of light and love are coming in right now, offering an increasingly visceral and real sense of your highest timeline expression of your soul through your humanity. The NEW timelines don’t just happen to you though. They don’t just appear suddenly AS your life. It is the choosing consciously, the energizing consciously, the healing consciously, which creates the NEW. It is sitting in the Now and accepting it with gratitude as it IS. It is accepting WHILE desiring the NEW to unfold. You can feel both inside of you because that is where they live until they manifest as your outer reality.

As parts of you have settled for the current situations, present circumstances, life as you’ve known it so far….as this happens, so this is your choice. You ‘fuse’ to these parts of you and their emotional realities (usually subconscious) and so you ARE them. Even as your awakening self, your authentic self, longs and desires for MORE and for NEW. Other parts of you may suffer over what you want and what is not yet. Or feel at times hopeless or powerless or that the NEW is impossible. Or judge that what you want is not acceptable or that you are not worthy to have it. Or shut down possibilities with concerns, anxieties, and fears over being hurt or hurting others with your choices. So this creates a ‘push pull’ inside of you and very mixed feelings around the NEW and actually pushes away or stalls it from unfolding. And, this may even be happening at a mostly unconscious level for which you aren’t even aware of it.

These parts of you have been conditioned by a 3D world that operates on limiting, controlling, finite, and stuck energies. The prevailing worldview (esp. In Western cultures) is toward the external and the ‘out there’ thinking, orientation, and focus. It pivots self worth off of material gains, attainments, academic and mental achievements. It operates on constant distraction and numbing of feelings. Relationships are hot beds of codependence, clinging and binding, distancing and pushing away, shrinking and settling. All of these frequencies are sponged into you as you adapted and conformed to the environment you were surrounded by and raised in.

You may have mostly left this 3D conditioning and world behind in significant ways yet, inside, it has not ‘left’ the parts of you that been so deeply ingrained and impacted by it. You can see and feel how it shows up in your life when you look at it from a certain way and through the lens of not just a singular “I” or you at the center of your life, but rather many aspects and parts of you influencing and expressing in many different ways in your life. Even as YOU awaken, you remember more and more the soul reason and purpose you are here, and choose more based on this…..so do parts of you live inside that are still in 3D reality, 3D conditioning, existing and freeze frame stuck in a 3D vibrating emotional body. These aspects act as anchors to your ascension and your soul awakening. They draw situations and looping patterns within relationships from your ‘trailing edge’ of wounding. To the degree these parts remain in shadow and suppressed or undifferentiated, then so do their frequencies draw more of the same.

This is possibly why even those who are very into the law of attraction, thinking positively with intensity, are still drawing circumstances that aren’t what they most want and desire. They have a conscious self which wants to draw the new reality by thinking about it, yet that isn’t actually only what draws the NEW but rather the emotional body and the state of its health too. So you can ‘change your thoughts’ and yet at the deeper level of the emotional body, nothing has actually changed or shifted. So, you will you continue to draw what you most need to see and feel related to your own healing and growth. This is not ‘life’ or the ‘Universe’ acting against you when It doesn’t bring you what you want, but rather it bringing EXACTLY what you most need to heal and parts of you choosing not to look at that or go into it.

Even as you awaken and choose more from your soul self, there are still areas of your life which reflect the trailing edge or wounded frequencies. This may be in your relationships, with a partner that doesn’t ‘get you’ or isn’t awakening with you or where hot romance has been replaced by friendly brother-sister energies. Or it may be in your birth family and friend relationships, with them reflecting judgement at your soul choices and how you are changing, or them feeling abandoned by you or ‘left behind’. This may be in your career or job, your means for earning livelihood that isn’t connected to your higher purpose serving love here yet, and parts of you consciously suffer in this job. Or you ARE offering your healing service with others, but it is not enough to provide you with what you need and want and you are compromising in some other way, such as living with birth family, returning ‘home’ after you have left a 3D based livelihood.This may be in having physical illnesses and diseases and injuries that don’t seem to resolve even with holistic and alternative means of therapies.

BEing with, feeling, and connecting with these parts of you with MUCH love and curiosity moves their stuck energies into the NEW. Your awakening self forms a bridge to these aspects, bringing them higher frequencies of love to help them move out of 3D and into the Now. They integrate into your awakening self eventually; their energies merging in with yours. Your love of self grows exponentially as these previously suppressed and hidden aspects of you receive the goodness of your love. Your Inner Protector and Soul Guardian can then ‘release’ the floodgates of love to flow into ALL areas of your life, which then attracts soul family, soul mates, soul purpose-based livelihood, vibrant health, and whatever else is the expression of your NEW.

The ultimate surrender sometimes is to feel that what you are drawing in this now IS your highest timeline as it is the one that you most NEED for your own growth in the moment. EVEN AS the Universe and the Divine holds what is your most authentic and highest expression. Your higher self embodies this too, who you BEcome more and more as you separate from the 3D aspects that lower your vibrational frequency.

We are being invited into our highest timelines and manifestation of our highest purposes here to serve love. We are being offered HIGH frequencies of light and PURE love to serve this movement, this ramping UP, into the expression of our highest self in human form, our sacred human. We are receiving much support and guidance from higher dimensional BEings and our Metasoul aspects in many galactic forms, whatever forms that we most want and need and are ready to let in. In our willingness and openness to GO IN and BE with these aspects of ourselves do we BEcome what we ARE already, an expression of Infinite Love in sacred human form.

HIGH Energy Waves Offering NEW Timelines, Collapsing Old Ones

HIGH energy frequencies today coming in, like a ‘blizzard’ of them……I checked in and saw Archangel Metatron struggling to walk (not that He walks) as the energy waves like gusts of wind pushed him back (not that they really could). But, in his semi-comical way, he seemed to be offering that the photonic light waves and PURE love waves (along with the tug of the full moon) are intense right now that are coming into Gaia’s atmosphere and into our soul fields.

This can lead to feelings of being sleepy, not quite HERE and not quite THERE either. Also, envisioning of timelines coming in that seem more REAL somehow than the present. This is beyond fantasy or daydreaming….you can see, taste, touch, experience, feel what it is like to LIVE in this timeline NOW. I feel that we are given these experiences to give us a sense of hope and possibilities even during this, at times difficult, personal and global transition from 3D life to much higher consciousness experiences, lifestyles, shiftings, and transformations.

In this space, it can be hard to stay in the present moment because the ‘future’ timelines seem to be energizing so many possibilities. Each connection and interaction with someone (especially soul family and soul mates, which is also coming in SO MUCH stronger lately) seems to hold so many possibilities that it can be overwhelming and challenging to just stay in the NOW.

Or, the timelines between and with others are just collapsing, sometimes suddenly, with much REAL grief to be felt within the emotional body and by parts that have been attached. These gusts of energy kick up previously hidden desires and longings and the authentic self feels safer to emerge out from the cocoon that has been created by the Inner Protector and Soul Guardians too. With the authentic self coming forward means real world shakeups, completions, geographic shifts, all that.

I am already feeling the sand at the beach calling me, to bury my feet in a pile of sand and ground into Mother Gaia. To feel the ocean breezes ‘clear’ the air and the waves crash against the shore. It is rainy season here now and cloud cover so no sun codes, but I don’t think they are needed right now! Being in nature can help with these intense energies or just being in a quiet setting…probably NOT driving a car or being around lots of people or intense situations. Resting, relaxing, feeling, BEing, floating…all feel better and good as we ride these waves of loving light!

Birthing A New You As The Old Collapses

It feels like a labor process is going on for Humanity as a collective and on an individual basis too with tightness, pain, and birth contractions, then bursts of joy, relief, soul bigness expression, and love. This is a messy process, as all births are……it can be like riding an edge of near devastating loss WHILE experiencing opening vistas of deepening love for self and with others. Letting go while you are letting in and the seemingly paradoxical feelings that come up from the emotional body as this is navigated.

There is a necessary gestation period, a necessary cocooning, within the awakening process. This is a time of growing and learning, becoming more aware and conscious about 3D life and the limits it has placed on your consciousness. This may happen mostly on a mental level for a phase of time, where you are finding new resources offering a picture that is an expansion beyond what you have been conditioned to believe about reality from your 3D cultural indoctrination called ‘School.” Your curiosity grows as your mind expands into the Infinite Possibilities that arise when the ceiling of five sense perception is lifted.

Then, your awakening moves into more personal grounds as your desires to end suffering and experience more love grow. There is much at stake then, in a deeply personal way, as the old timelines begin to collapse and new ones come into BEing that are fueled by your heart and soul desires for a life of authenticity, service to love, and BEing YOU.

What is at stake is the reality that parts of you have created and the rumbling caused by the question of, “Is this an expression of my soul or is it not?” What is at stake are relationships and whether they will go deeper into arising grounds of soul, heart, and mind connection or whether they will complete. What is at stake are previous means of livelihood that required you to shrink your soul reason and purpose for BEing here. What is at stake is comfortable geographies and living situations that keep you hooked into frequencies that you are outgrowing as a soul.

It, then, is a phase of letting go, as you feel what has been previously comfortable and safe begins to feel more and more confining to your Soul Self. The energies being offered by Divine Source are wanting to facilitate the birthing of the NEW you and the letting go of the OLD in ALL areas of life. This invitation is meant to manifest for you in a REAL and tangible way……in the physical, in the mental, in the emotional, in the spiritual, in the financial, in the environmental areas of your life. What has been put into or related to from a compartment becomes flooded by the catalytic waters of love. In this flood, you do not drown but rather learn to float, learn to surrender, learn to get used to the sensation of moving waters.

Your gestation period may be coming to completion. You are birthing a NEW you into a NEW world even while the OLD one may be collapsing around you. This can be a very intense experience and, in moments, can feel almost unbearable to navigate for parts of you as the world they have known is falling down. The sense of love with yourself, with others who are in soul resonance with you, and with the Divine offers support during this transition. Connecting and holding space for the reactions that come up in the emotional body allows for moving through and digestion. These love frequencies with self and others become the midwife of your butterfly self who has left the cocoon behind in order to soar the skies of a reality with Infinite Love possibilities!

BEing High Vibrational While Bridging To Your Emotional Body

You can be high vibrational and STILL hold space for your emotional body and its healing, purging, and integration. And, I would offer, that this is the KEY to the deeper experience and embodiment of the Ascension of your Higher Self here into your physical body.

Without this bridging to the emotional body created through FEELING what is REAL within it, your higher dimensional frequencies can be floaty, transcendent, covering over, bypassing your heart and its tones of lived-in, authentic human compassion, empathy (and BEyond), and love for self and others.

You may have access to some of these frequencies of compassion, forgiveness, and empathy on universal levels. Yet the ‘evidence’ of the emotional body disownment and lack of digestion of emotional traumas shows up in toxic/non-resonant relationship cycles, feelings of despair or missing or just that ‘something isn’t right’, addiction behaviors (in many different expressions), physical body symptoms and illnesses, and struggles with expressing your soul gifts and connecting them to your livelihood (and many others.)

It can be offered in Ascension circles that you ‘must remain at a high vibrational frequency’ and ‘avoid all negative emotions and energies’ at all times. This thinking can create a strong self punishment energy inside (which is usually going on anyway, energized by the Inner Punisher) who then becomes tasked with policing all thoughts and actions to make sure they are high vibrational and not ‘negative’.

Soul frequencies can then be pulled in then to lift up and out of the emotional places (that are actually needing your attention and love) in order to float out of the negative WHILE the whole process is being held by parts of you that are vibrating at fear-based and self critical frequencies. And, often, all this is going on while aspects of your ACTUAL reality are consciously not nourishing or fulfilling to you on many levels. And, no matter how ‘high vibe’ you get, the suffering continues on.

During SoulFullHeart sessions, we cultivate and bring in higher frequencies of love and light, yes, especially through intimate and personal connection with Divine guides and Metasoul aspects. Yet, it is through and with the emotional body that this happens. The higher Divine frequencies hold the space for the emotional movements that happen as you connect with parts of you that have become stuck and ‘freeze framed’ in traumatic scenes in your life. We feel these parts with lots of love, connection, and high vibrational frequencies.

Yet, too, we FEEL the pain and resistance and suffering, so it then can move, transform, and eventually integrate into the Awakening 4D/5D Self. And we offer this on a soul level too through connection with Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes in the same process of going in with high vibration love and healing on a quantum level karmic binds, ties, and patterns. This is sometimes difficult to explain in words, to express to you in a mental way, yet if you are meant to explore this process and path, you probably feel it in your heart what I am offering here. You feel a sense of soul resonance, a ‘yes’! and a sense that ‘this is what has been missing for me’. You also may have tears when you read our SoulFullHeart writings or listen or watch our videos, which is a response from your heart and emotional body and parts of you saying, “We need this! We need this love from you!”

This bridge to the emotional body, this ultimate healing of it, is what it has been offered to me that we came here to DO and BE by choosing this dense 3D experience. To infuse our access to higher vibrational frequencies of soul and spirit WITH our very human heart experiences. To bridge the two and out of this arises the beautiful creation of the sacred human that is connected and healing in HEART while shiny and lit up as a SOUL

Energies Inviting Healing Of Healers, Service of Love And Relationship Shiftings

Increasing frequencies of love and light continue right now and have been strong over the last few days especially. They feel almost like a pounding into Gaia and into each of us, to whatever degree we can let them in. A pounding in a good way, like a thundering heart beat to pump more love blood to the souls that need it. The time lapse from desire to thought to manifestation is REALLY speeding up….especially if what you are desiring is based on your soul purpose to serve love here and connected to a genuine desire to heal. And, especially if this desire is coming from your higher self, sacred human self, embodying more and more your healing heart AND your healing soul.

Guidance from your higher self is more acute and obvious too….coming through a sense in the heart, feelings of soul resonance, dreams, visions, downloads, synchronistic events, other people, repeating number patterns, and important connections. You are being invited to internalize guidance more and to connect with it in a personal way, not just as ‘outside of you’ coming from a ‘higher source.’ You are being invited to feel how YOU are the higher source and the guidance is the remembrance of the wisdom you can download from the Divine whenever you want.

Those who seem to need these love frequencies the most right now are those that are meant to serve love, meant to lead, meant to be waySHOWers during the intense transition that we are undergoing right now from third dimensional reality to higher frequency reality experience with Gaia.

You may have already claimed your healing gifts in certain forms for awhile, perhaps as a Reiki healer or a card reader or a therapist. Yet, still, you may have been feeling restless too for awhile and wanting to serve MORE, to go deeper in your service with others and within yourself too. You may have a sense that you have ‘reached a ceiling’ in some ways related to your expression of service. Feelings of being tired as a practitioner, being weary of ‘going it alone’ as a healer/business owner (because that’s what it is even as it is a vocation), and sense of being ‘done’ with not having enough money either in the abundant way that you would like.

It feels like healers are being asked to go to their next level of embodiment of their most authentic self and to really engage in a process of ‘healing the healer’ in a profound way in order to step into their soul leadership in an emotionally mature way. The woundings that lie below in the emotional body cannot seem to be contained or put away by spiritual frequencies in the same way as they could in the past. These feelings come up to be felt, to be held, to be related with. This process can be about identifying when the ‘healer role’ has taken over, it maybe has become more strategic than authentic, and is blocking to some extent PURE love from coming through you to others. To feel when there is actually a guardedness and protectiveness inside of you, from a part of you (the we call a ‘soul guardian’ or daemon) that resists to lead from vulnerability and perhaps even transparency too. This can be an interesting ground to walk out during fourth dimensional explorations, dark night of the souls, complete reboots of your healing practices, or just very sudden shifts in what you are now drawn to offer and serve.

If you have not yet stepped into and claimed and expressed your soul gifts or service of love as your means of livelihood, the feelings of press around this will probably increase. The jobs and careers that you could previously tolerate connected to 3D reality are becoming more frustrating and your desires for soul expression increasing. The teachers you need or workshops or books or resources for expressing your soul gifts will come to you with ease and the money needed to pay for them as well. If it is to serve your highest expression of serving love, it will find support in your life. If not, it will probably be difficult and complicated until it is finally let go and moved on from.

This is possible in relationship as well. Those relationships that support your highest expression of serving love will have an ease to them, an unexplainable resonance, common ground, easy trust, good will, and mutual respect. Those based on ‘old’ grounds of karmic binds, codependent wounds, playouts between aspects of you, duty and obligation, fear….these relationships can become more complicated, more convoluted, and more conflictual until they probably just blow up, fade away, or arise into something much more nourishing. NONE of your relationships with family, friends, and mates will just remain the same….not if you are truly letting in and receiving the love and light energies that are coming in right now. If your SOUL is (even if parts of you may resist on another level), then the life as you currently know it IS going to shift and change as THAT is what LOVE does; that is what LIGHT does too.

That is the reminder and invitation to remember…that the shifts, changes, transitions, and transformations that are happening and will continue to happen (at probably an even faster rate) are being offered from a place of love FOR you and WITH you. If it doesn’t feel that way, that is probably a part of you that is resisting love or in fear about the next steps. You can be with and feel these aspects of you that are afraid, offering MORE love to them. Yet, you can continue to move forward into your expression of love and service of love as you experience more and more yourself AS love!

High Frequency Waves Invite Soul And Heart Claims On All Levels

HIGH frequencies lately….the kind of frequencies that can hold wonderful space for the emotional body processes that want to come up and be FELT as you continue to awaken your soul and bring your higher self into your human body. The word ‘gamma rays’ doesn’t mean much to me mentally, yet in the body it feels like a wonderful HUM, like a natural caffeine buzz that brings clarity, renewed focus, and increased energy juice for ANY activities that are connected to your service of love here as the expression of your soul purpose. It may be more difficult to sleep during these high influxes, yet being accepting of this and ‘riding it out’ seems to help a lot. Use the non-sleeping time to clarify and create the NEW golden earth life you want to experience more and more.

These higher frequency photonic energies are illuminating and making more vibrant the higher heart or cosmic heart bandwidth as it beams out in crystalline rainbow rays from the center of your chest. This open heartedness, so warm in the heart feeling extends to those who you are intimately connected with in relationship, those you are serving love with, AND the collective consciousness too. The cosmic heart opens as the 3D heart frequencies in the emotional body are healed and transmuted. These lower frequencies are there because of traumas and woundings that you experienced this life that didn’t get digested at the emotional body level WHILE they were happening. These traumas create stuck places or what we call ‘parts’ that are freeze framed there emotionally. During SoulFullHeart sessions with people, these stuck places are often projected to me and I can ‘see’ them and feel them even before someone shares them with me. It is usually the Inner Protector that ‘shares’ them with me in this way in order for them to be finally felt and healed and moved beyond. Through negotiation and connection with your Inner Protector, they begin to share WITH you too and you can go into these scenes with your heart open to feel what is real and so the energy that has stuck can be moved on, transmuted, and integrated. These higher frequency energies are also drawing soul tribe and soul family members together at a fast rate with immediate sense of resonance and connection. Like a honing beacon that ‘goes off’, soul family are discovering each other through following guidance, intuition, and paying attention to synchronistic events. The longing for soul community is being amplified in the collective, seeming to bring an end to the ‘lone wolf phase’ that so many people needed and chose during their awakening process. The ‘work’ of deconditioning from 3D experience of birth family wounding, from programming around duty and obligation, from karmic binds and ties continues to happen as you discover that formerly nourishing grounds in relationships that are based in these lower vibrations are losing their draw for you.

The compartmentalization that has been necessary to some degree while your soul woke up is being flooded by love waters in order to collapse the inner compartments that remain. Bubbles are being burst that your 3D self and Inner Protector have created around you so that your soul frequencies didn’t ‘disrupt your life’ too much. The ‘status quo’ parts of you have been able to maintain connected to 3D reality (such as careers, geographies, relationships) are being strained, pulled on, and pushed on. You may find that you are more frustrated, more consciously unhappy, and more impatient as this process is happening. These feelings are coming from the parts of you that are getting ready to let go of 3D conditioning and lower frequencies for good as you move more deeply into your higher dimensional expression here. Serving love is pressing on you as you feel the cosmic invitation for ALL of us to claim our sacred calling and soul purpose reason for BEing here. This invitation can bring up anxiety, fear, resistance, and tension in parts of you that, again, are trying to protect you from being hurt or ‘getting too big’. These parts of you remember and have access to your soul legacy and the strains and pains you experience in other lifetimes around expression of your soul purpose. Persecution woundings, fall of Atlantis and Lemuria experiences, dark night of the soul frequencies….these are some of the energies coming up to be felt by you as you navigate the claim of your soul purpose.

Plus, the emotional body can ‘kick up’ layers of unworthiness, Inner punisher messages of inadequacy and corresponding shame as you step into your soul purpose work. If you can connect your service of love with your soul family, it can help ease some of these things and certainly (as I am always advocating) to FEEL what is REAL in your emotional body and soul as it lives in these parts of you helps hugely too. This is the process that we hold space for and guide you on during SoulFullHeart sessions with a facilitator. There is ALSO an opportunity for you to serve love through BEcoming a SoulFullHeart facilitator and teacher as you engage in the process through sessions and as it naturally becomes your way of life.

Hold space for yourself during these energies, trust your intuition and higher guidance (however you experience that), allow your feelings to have space in your BEing, and reach out to whomever feels like your soul family community, risk to be vulnerable, risk to make changes into the unknown. Energy Update: All Are Being Invited To Wake Up!

“All are being invited to WAKE UP!”…..one of those messages I received that feels like a newspaper headline broadcast from the Divine Source News Station that we are all connected into as souls. ALL are being invited to awaken to the remembrance of this connection and to All That Is and to No-Thing-Ness too. ALL are being invited to awaken to their sacred humanity, the embodiment of their higher self (a higher dimensional fractal from Divine Source that we ‘left behind’ when we came into human body here) along with the maturation of our emotional bodies and healing of our soul legacy experiences from other lifetimes.

The invitation for this waking up is coming primarily in the form of increasingly higher vibrational frequency love and light waves that we’ve all been feeling the effects of, in the last six months especially. The schumann resonance (which can read more about here: http://themindunleashed.com/2017/02/schumann-resonance-rising-reflect-higher-consciousness.html) has been peaking at 120 lately….THIS IS HIGH! We are still adjusting as it rose from its consistent 7.83 HZ to 15-25 HZ in 2014 and now THIS level, which has never been experienced in our history of recording it. It seems to be a sign, some ‘physical proof’ of the higher vibrational frequencies that are caused by and are helping to cause the awakening of humanity beyond our previous chosen caps, traps, and matrixes that limited our consciousness.

Our DNA is waking up too, those sleepy strands that we put to bed after the fall of Atlantis (which is actually STILL happening beyond the linear time picture). Waking up DNA gives us access to so much more of our capacity as Infinite Creators, Infinite Awareness, and Infinite Possibilities in human form. Waking up DNA helps us to remember, connect with, and integrate our multidimensional aspects that exist in the NOW, waiting to infuse us with expanded capacities in all areas.

Our bodies continue to adjust to these increases, upgrading from carbon-based to crystalline frequencies, transforming into light bodies at the cellular level. Our adjusting bodies ask us for connection…for us to feel and hear and respond to what their shifting needs are. To be able to sleep when needed, especially, as that creates a ‘reboot’ and integration time. To connect with nature seems to help our bodies A LOT through this transition. For me, it has been daily trips to the beach, to bury my hands and feet in the sand, take in the sun codes, feel the salty water and ocean breeze. If I had access to forests, I would walk in the trees, put my palms on the trunks, connect in with their root systems. Even meditating, journeying to scenes with nature and the five elements can help right now. We offer many guided meditations with these settings on our SoulFullHeart Experience You Tube Channel.

The increased level of light waves seems to create a sense of being juiced on caffeine, like there is all this EXTRA energy somehow if you tap into it from a soul place. It provides juice for creative projects, service of love projects, and clearer communication and access to the bigger picture and vision around these projects. For me, I have felt like I am constantly being downloaded creative ideas to respond to….I am getting better at navigating these downloads so I can also rest, meditate, feel the priorities, respond to service, be and feel balanced.

“ALL are being Fast Tracked!” is the other Divine Source news headline. Gaia is being Fast Tracked, so of course so are we as her human guests. Fast tracked seems to mean an acceleration of the soul awakenings that you’ve been experiencing as your consciousness raises out of 3D reality processing and into 4D. Decompartmentalizations and bursting bubbles too that your 3D self may have created around your awakenings. The previous compartments and bubbles that ‘held’ the awakening from creating a rumble or changes in your life can be dissolved and collapsed FAST right now with linear time meaning nothing in terms of actual processing and digestion and decision making. Your soul is being supported to burst out of ANY container and express through you in any and all ways possible that serve love.

All this changing and transition brings our attention to our emotional body and the aspects of us that are still anchoring into ‘past’ traumas and pains, freeze frame stuck there with feelings of fear, resistance, being lost, disconnection, anxiety. These aspects of us NEED our growing awakening self (our soul infused self) to BE with them, to feel them, and to bring them into the current with us, into the now with us, into the new timeline with us. ALL are being invited to wake up and to fast track this awakening. To enter this higher vibrational frequency timeline means letting go and most likely collapsing the one you are currently living. It Is Time To Burst Bubbles And Make Changes In Order To Serve Love

Bubbles are being burst and compartments are being flooded WITH LOVE. These bubbles and compartments served you for a phase as your soul has been awakening and the frequencies of expansion beyond your 3D conditioning have been SO needed. They served the learning and exploration as your mind deconditioned from so much academic training and programming about what reality is and isn’t. They served you as the ground rumbled from within, quaking and shaking inside as you started to remember WHO and WHAT and WHY you are here.

These bubbles serve you until they no longer do. Increasingly potent waves of PURE love from Divine Source want to burst ALL the bubbles that remain in your life. Waves of PURE love want to swarm and reform the compartments that parts of you have created in your life to separate your soul alchemy from other areas that have not been ready to change and transform yet. A compartmentalized life is how the 3D self can cope with the awakening of the 4D self, it is how these frequencies are negotiated and even allowed to happen from within you. ONE area of life can change (maybe it is career or geography) but not ALL areas….this is how the 3D self ‘controls’ the process of awakening until it can no longer BE controlled.

An example of compartments in your life is going to spiritual weekend workshops and retreats to get your soul watered and then coming home to or living with discordant and even toxic relationships that no longer serve your soul. Your unawakening mate may agree to this compartmentalization for a phase too in an attempt to preserve the relationship..it’s OK for you to go to workshops, retreats, see your ‘healer’ as long as the relationship stays the same and isn’t impacted or changed. As long as you don’t ask or invite your mate to JOIN YOU in the awakenings, then everything is ‘fine.’ The two 3D selves ‘agree’ to this arrangement and the unawakened partner says they are being ‘supportive’ when really they are being suppressive and YOU are allowing them to be because somehow that serves part of you as well.

This compartmentalization can REALLY show up in birth family relationships as so much of the ground within them is based on 3D conditioning and role playing. Your birth family ‘doesn’t get’ what your soul is awakening to and even judges it as ‘crazy’, yet your 3D selves agree that the family bond gets to stay intact as long as they ‘support’ you in your path and you agree to remain in the family, do family events and holidays, not be ‘too crazy or strange’. Again, this isn’t actually resonant support but a compartmentalized and codependent agreement between 3D selves. This can be the same dynamic in friendships too that are based on ‘old’ and previous life phases that you are outgrowing and moving beyond.

Another example of compartments in your life is continuing to do a job that is deadening, toxic, flat, not reflective of your soul purpose and reason for being here even as you SAY that you are here to serve love, be a light worker, be a healer, be a teacher. This is SO understandable for a phase as you transition to the expression of your soul purpose as your means of livelihood. But, watch and feel for the 3D self keeping you stuck in a job that doesn’t reflect your soul in order to shrink your bigness and keep you ‘safe’. This part of you can use anxiety about money and existential trust issues to keep you stuck in a career and job that isn’t serving love, which is the ULTIMATE reason for the soul awakening in the first place.

This is what bursts the bubbles and floods the compartments that parts of you have created and constructed….the DESIRE, the URGE, the COMPLETE DRIVE to serve love in ALL moments and in ALL ways. The service of love THROUGH you and TO yourself and WITH others is what provides the courage to complete the job, to complete the relationships, to complete the ‘weekend warrior’ seeker mode and truly CLAIM your soul expression in all moments. The service of love THROUGH you creates the NEW space to hold the reactions of parts of you as they transition and let go of the old structures and the energetic bubbles that form a ‘second skin’ over your auric field are dissolved.

The GRAND collective awakening that is happening in the NOW that we all agreed to participate in as souls has a force and energy to it that can be tapped into and downloaded in a personal way. Connection with Ethereal guides in a way that is visceral and REAL for you, a way that allows you to ACTUALLY make the changes you need to make in your life (the practical changes that you NEED to make) is available and they are SO ready to help you. Your guides and higher self WANT to be life coaches for you, not just deliver higher frequency contextual messages all the time from ‘on high’ in some transcendent tones that doesn’t really provide much relevant application to your life. Your guides and higher self are VERY invested in you making the changes you need to make yet they can’t go against the ‘free will’ (or stubbornness sometimes) of your 3D self. ASK them to help you make the changes you need to make on the day-to-day living level, and then surrender into the transitions that are necessary to REALLY be expressing from your soul essence and stepping into and UP TO what you are here to BE and DO. Archangel Metatron in particular is a very effective life coach and project manager (he wanted me to add that!)

In all of my SoulFullHeart sessions with women recently, the main theme of our process together has been around what their compartments and bubbles are and what the next steps are to moving them forward. Feeling places and parts (we start with the inner protector) that have blocked their soul frequencies from coming in, rumbling the ground, creating and making changes, moving them on if needed from toxic relationships especially. This is ‘practical ascension’ and it is about REAL changes happening, not just reading spiritual articles online and sharing quote cards on social media or taking in spiritual phrases and ideals back and forth while you continue to suffer in your ACTUAL life. But TRULY changing what IS NOT working for you any more on a soul level. The higher self YOU already KNOWS what these changes ARE that you need to make….you have probably been thinking and feeling what they are even as you are reading these words.

Negotiation with your inner protector as you are supported by your most beloved guides allows for the moving forward of these soul changes. Your inner protector is the aspect of your 3D self that has been in charge of guarding and defending your most precious assets such as your inner child, your inner feminine (in both men and women), your inner teenager, your SOUL bigness and expression. This loyal aspect of you doesn’t need to be battled or overcome to allow these changes but rather felt and connected to….to feel that he can NOW rest and have YOU take over. This means letting in and letting go, being willing to question and wonder about EVERYTHING in your life and WHY you have chosen it and feel into if it is serving love or if it is not. It is the willingness and openness to be REAL about what you have created in your life as you are NOT victim to any of it but rather THE grand creator that has drawn it all to you and for you. Connecting To The Consciousness Of Your Chakras And What They Are Trying To Tell You

Chakras are full of information, data, and clues that your soul is offering (as is EVERYTHING). A phase of the awakening experience seems to be the growing awareness of chakras….. the learning about them and where they are, what color they are, which glands they connect to and meridians in the body, hand positions and the ‘cleaning’ of them. Being able to ‘see’ and visualize them with more clear clairvoyance. The mind opens up to the idea of them and their metaphysical existence.
 
You may be quite experienced in working with your chakras and even offering energy healing to others as well. The invitation is to deepen this connection to a place beyond the known and into the realm of bridging with your emotional body. The question is….how connected are you to what your chakras are wanting to tell you about YOU?
 
This is a good lead in to what I’m feeling to offer as the guided meditation in our group call on Saturday around chakras…. It could shift, as these things sometimes do, yet this one seems to be coming in pretty clear. I’m feeling to create a bridge with this meditation (which I will also share as a recording later) to the CONSCIOUSNESS of your chakras….to really FEEL and BE with them and to HEAR them too. To tune into what they are trying to TELL you and share with you about your heart, about your soul, about other lifetimes and the pain that still is energizing there, about your physical body and the stuck places of potential and perhaps manifesting disease and illness, about your social body and where it is receiving nourishment in your relationships and where it is not.
 
The emotional body is deeply connected with the chakral body, as both are ‘beyond the mind’ and into the terrain of visceral experience, unfiltered experience, beyond what the 3D self can control and manage or even ‘get to’ or access most of the time. Blocks and stuck places of undigested wounding in the emotional body form into what we call ‘parts’ in SoulFullHeart and work with directly through sessions. Parts of us also connect to, attach, associate with our chakras as well. Sometimes parts of us ‘live in the world’ of our chakras. They also ‘live’ or energize in parts of our body as well. It is ALL connected ultimately and going upstream to the root cause of the wounding in the emotional body that is then manifesting downstream in our experience of our lives can bring A LOT of healing.
 
Each chakra is ALIVE, has a consciousness, and can TELL you things that are useful. The seven main chakras offer a good foundation and I will also introduce the ‘ascension chakras’ during the meditation which are based on a model offered by Diana Cooper (although there are others too.) The stellar gateway, soul chakra, causal chakra, and earth chakra offer multidimensional access, galactic and cosmic connection, more lifting of the veil around our soul experiences in other lifetimes, rooting and grounding with Mother Gaia and more. Connecting with these chakras brings the next level of growth, awakening, healing, and awareness into your life.
 
I feel chakras more and more lately in myself as energy fields, swirling vortexs of energy that aren’t really delineated in the way that we have related to them. They are merging together more and more….a less literal sense then the root chakra is at the base of the spine, the sacral chakra is the lower belly, etc…..they feel more like fields of particular tones and consciousness to me. AND their vibration is changing as I move more into light body, 5D frequencies, their color is changing. They are feeling more crystal, to put it simply.
 
Because I have focused so much on the clearing and healing of my emotional body, my chakral body is pretty ‘current’ in terms of emotional congestion. As access to my multidimensional existence as a fractal from a Metasoul source becomes more developed and fluid and I connect and integrate more with ‘sisters from my Metasoul line’ who exist in other dimensions and ‘periods of time’ (what was previously felt as ‘past lives), there is less congestion too from other lifetimes and karmic bind playouts. All of this healing at this level is possible because of the negotiation ground I have created between myself and parts of me, especially my inner protector(s), inner punisher (when I had that frequency inside me), my 3D selves, inner child, inner teenager, inner matriarch/birth mother…..this negotiation has opened the way to access the deeper consciousness of the emotional body, the chakras, the Metasoul.
 
Becoming conscious, open, negotiating, learning, exploring with self love and curiosity, expands your experience of yourself into these fascinating terrains inside of you, especially your chakras! ALL of it serves your remembrance as the Infinite Love that you ARE.
