Feeling Held By Divine Mother During Intense Life Transitions

As usual, when the world on the outside feels intense and hard to be a part of, I feel the arms of Divine Mother enfolding us all… encouraging every one of us to go back inward and start there before we try and ‘do’ anything on the outside, for if we can come from love (especially of self) and not despair or disdain in our action-taking, we are miles, leaps, infinite bounds ahead of the intensity of collapsing timelines and the pain of what’s burning up still in 3D life and conditioning.

It occurred to me yesterday that often when my own life is shifting, I end up making choices that are somehow rooted in wanting to dismiss what ‘isn’t working’ anymore or to have an energy of disdain or even despair and disappointment leading the charge. I began to feel into this as the way that parts of me have ‘had to’ lead decision making oftentimes in the past. But, what if that doesn’t ‘have to’ be true anymore? What if now I can come from a heart that is FULL of trust and love, understanding that sometimes things don’t work out the way parts of me were picturing they would, but that ultimately my soul is leading something GOOD?

And, what if this is an invitation not only for me but for others too? Because if I’m feeling it for myself, it’s definitely something that is rumbling through the Oneness that connects us all…

I know for myself that making space to go back inward and collect the parts that are feeling upset, distraught, unsure, uneasy, etc, helps to settle the energies, remind them that I am here, that they are supported, that they can trust me and trust the Divine. If I don’t feel like I can hold a candle for easing the distress they might be feeling, then I’m not taking enough space to feel myself and to create that Haven/Heaven they need to lean into inside of me.

This is the template that Divine Mother provides us through absolutely everything we face and walk out. She offers too, much much context to lean into if we can be still long enough to hear and feel Her when things feel overwhelming and hard and when life is in upheaval. Patiently she waits by our side as we pick up the pieces of our breaking hearts. Openheartedly she holds compassionate space for what we are learning to hold space for in ourselves and what we are learning to create with Her, with love, in our outer worlds.

So often, even when I’m in the middle of a deep fog and A LOT of pain is coming up from whatever part/soul aspects I’m working with, I hear her say to me, “You are finding your way…” and even when it feels as if I’m not, I know and trust that I am.

“You are finding your way” can sometimes mean we are fumbling in the dark for a while trying to figure out how to turn on the light. It can sometimes mean stumbling upon ‘roadblocks’ on our way to realizing our desires. I’ve never felt Her say to me that I shouldn’t want what I feel I want. I have only ever felt Her encourage me (and especially my masculine aspect who is used to finding ways to just ‘get it done’) to keep surrendering to the timing and the overall unfolding, but not to dismiss the dream altogether, for the ‘how’ is far less important than the dreams of the heart and the overall journey of the soul that we really cannot help but be on.

Much love to you during these ‘Imbolc’ energies that feel like they are inviting transitions into new timelines, all held by Divine love and support…

Loving Yourself Through The Difficult: A Poem

Sometimes, days are just rough… the seas of life move you in one direction when you thought you were moving in another.

Sometimes, the feelings you feel are just hard to feel… they seem to come out of nowhere, or, if they do come from a known somewhere, they can feel overwhelming.

Sometimes, you are in a phase of darkness, where parts of you feel as if the light will never turn on again… everything they fear happening is happening, and there’s no mantra or affirmation that seems to help you.

Sometimes… 
and eventually, many times over… 
the light turns on from within during these moments and phases. 
You fumble in the dark long enough, then a gentle hand guides you to the light switch. 
And soon you see the gentle hand is your own.

Now, in times to come, you feel the suffering through the pain start to enter your field 
and realize that you can move through it, be with it authentically, 
and find your way to healing, trust, and nourishment from inside.

Nourishment that in all of these times, can never ever leave you.

This is the process of moving onward and UPward from within.

Ascending through the heart and the deep healing of the soul.

This is the process of recognizing that the springtime of love is inside of you, not a Mecca to seek on the outside.

And a time when you see
that nothing ever happens to you
but with you.

This is the great turning point of our Ascension process,
and our maturation as Gaian BEings.

This is not what makes us ‘worth saving’
but what wakes us up to saving, healing, loving ourselves
and then, loving each other. ❤

Growing Into More Is What We Signed Up For

Growing into More is what we signed up for.

Just like a seed that is sitting in the soil, we have this untapped yet preset potential. The seed can only see itself a seed until the right conditions come in to alter its reality. The water of real love comes pouring in and around. It begins to shift inside and make changes. It does not resist its ultimate destiny but it must push through some dark and difficult terrain. It has become something new. Its outer shell has popped and it is more genuine nature comes through.

Our 3D persona could be seen as this shell. Our protected layer. The seed of our sacred humanity. It is as if we consciously placed our essence into this seed and placed ourselves in the soil of this dimension in order to grow into more. What we thought we were, a seed, is turning out to be way more.

As this new growth begins to make its way through the soil, it is having to make some serious adjustments and recalibrations. This feels like our 4D awakening. Moving through so much turmoil and redefining what we had been used to accepting as real love. What we were so used to and comfortable with in our cozy shell. This alchemical growth phase is a very sacred yet trying time. It can be hard to feel we will ever see the light.

Yet there are moments of breakthrough. We pierce through old veils and conditionings. We begin to make difficult and challenging choices that are more aligned with our path outside the soil of turmoil. We begin to see what we were meant to be and really ARE as new leaves form to receive more of the love we have needed all along.

When we begin to feel fruits of our inner work, a new awareness sets in. You are meant to rise. To blosssom. To reach to the heights of your greatest desires and dreams. To get there though was not small feat. It took tremendous courage and following the inner truth that you were more than just that seed. It took feeling your way, all the way, through the messy and prickly.

As humans we have the conscious free will choice to shut it all down if we want to and need to. That is all part of the growth. But you will always grow, and it all depends on the rate and pace you choose. SoulFullHeart offers a super-charged nutrition for your desired growth into More.
