Timelines may fall like ribbons in a parade of Divine goodness
Or they may burn up like rolls of film
In the darkroom of what we had been afraid to feel
Each one holding its own significance of grace and reverence
What is felt like an apocalypse one day is a graduation the next

The tired wrappings of your heart and soul’s protection
Are withering in the glow of the New Dawn arising in your direction
Turn and face the shadows
In order to see where the light is coming from
It is not an issue of too late, but a choice of ‘not at all’
.
There is no time
There is only now.
Only the moment to decide even if you chose not to
Until the next moment you do

The myriad landscape of what lies right in front of us
Can only be hidden by our fear to see it
For to walk into that magical world is to say goodbye to that which denies it,confines it, and fantasizes it.

Walk into that new world with the soft yet powerful determination of the Elk or Gazelle
The soaring grace of the Eagle
Or the multidimensional majesty of the Dolphin
You are in the birth canal of your new beginnings
That only come from endings
A life that is born of death.

Your Infinite You is ready
When the size of the womb you have created is getting much too small
And the only thing you can do is move this way or that
Until it bears on you once again
You can not stay the same and expect to change
See that portal of light in front of you

Go to it. Burn in it. Be loved in it. Die in it.
One held step at a time
In you

With others
For All

A Day Of Remembrance Back Into BEing

Ninety-nine years ago Saturday was the historical end of the Great War. It was coined “The War To End All Wars” in hopes that the bloodshed that occurred would be a catalyst for change in how conflict was resolved. A greater theater was playing out in the collective shadow and it was really just a beginning.

The roles that were played and the darkness that ensued highlighted not what it was meant to be a countryman, but to feel the common thread of our human experience. In a deeper way we all shared it’s hell and the glory was just a relief from the pain and suffering.

The war continues in this Now memory. It still lives inside of us as we wage a war within. The fractured parts of our inner sanctum are calling out for us to bring true love to the weathered and worn out field of the lost and alone.

Today is a beginning to that ending. It is a day to Re-member ourselves back into wholeness, unity, and Love. Love for our light and love for our dark. It is an invitation to start a new journey, make new yet difficult choices that can see our worlds turn upside down into right-side up.

What has been driven further into our shadow is arising and illuminating from the increasing frequencies that are making their way each day as Gaia continues her ascent. As we continue to embody our light by healing our shadow aspects….the veterans of this grand storyline.

SoulFullHeart offers a path and a process that guides you into your own heartfield to recover and discover all that has been tucked away and hidden for good reason. The armistice of your past is the portal into your future, all happening right now. We are reflectors of your highest purpose and timeline. From Fixing To Deep Discovery: An Evolution Of Our Species

With all the current energies coming in and sending our emotional and spiritual bodies into psychic turbulence, there is a real need and desire to find a way to deal with and comprehend it all.  That feels like a big distinction to me.  To ‘deal with’ or to ‘comprehend’.  I remember when I was feeling so much emoto-spiritual pain years ago all a part of me really wanted was to find a way to feel better.  Whatever it took. Looking for band-aids.  But when there is a hemorrhaging going on at the core, a band-aid doesn’t help in the long term.  

There are so many ways that we can manage our internal earthquakes.  I don’t judge them one way or the other. It is what we are using them for that is where we get our power and ‘biggest bang for our buck’ so to speak.  This is where we move from dealing to comprehending.  Where we really want to get to a root of understanding and feeling what and who we are BOTH as emotive and spiritual beings.  

This a new frontier of our evolution.  Not just to fix ourselves to feel better, to alleviate pain, but to actually go IN to the pain.  To navigate the murky, yet beautiful waters of our deeper woundings.  This is not just therapeutic work!  It is not meant to alleviate, but illuminate and generate a new power structure withIN you.  Not just be a victim looking for solutions, but a fully empowered being that is looking for conscious sovereignty.  One who is seeking to unravel a mystery to integrate the gifts that are earned through the sometimes difficult to feel world of exploring the shadow.  

It is through the power of your own authority and the integrity of another’s experience in this journey that a co-creation can arise that brings both into a trust ground that actually brings the kinds of healing your soul is actually calling for.  The kinds of changes that are needed for real growth and sustained goodness rooted in the soil of your shadow.  By feeling the part of you that is protective of your goodies is the key to the further ground of this ever deepening awakening.  

We have all been through our own crucibles and difficult choice points.  We have discovered new vistas inside of ourselves that want to be shared with others and the world.  It is more than just feeling good, it is feeling alive and aware of the vast potential within us that is in ever growing curiosity and expansion.  I feel the amazing growth and awarenesses that have occurred in those that have been in the process of real Self discovery.  I am here to serve that as I continue to be that for myself and my own growth.  It is an open invitation to understand and become more than you ever felt possible.

It is love seeking itself through you and it just needs some help to get to where it wants to be felt, even when it might hurt like hell.  You have someone there to be there with you through it all.

Ready to Launch

Inside the heart lie the propellers of our greatest flight.  They are covered over by the weight of our deepest wounds and fears of our darkest places.  They remain scattered among the soil of our emotional terrain.  If we truly wish to bring our most prized possession, our humanity, with us on this next phase of emergence, we will need to go the places that anchor this incredible power and potential.  

Like a spring that has been compressed, we hold our own version of kinetic energy.  Stored in our emotional body, cells, and DNA.  For men, I feel many of us are in conflict with that energy.  What does that power actually look and feel like outside the unhealed domain of fear and control?  The collective shadow of that control that we share and are not totally conscious of at its roots.  We are not responsible for moving that individually but it does exist inside of us to whatever degree it does.  What rage still resides inside of our hearts that has yet to be tapped into and loved with compassion and understanding?  

Without going in and seeking to feel the answers to these questions there is something of our most impassioned essence that leaves us in a state of stillbirth.  We can try some end run around this by focusing on mental pursuits or spiritual bypassing, but the heart will always bring us back to itself.  That is a definitive statement but it just feels true to me.  It has been true for me.  No matter where you go, there you ARE.

As men, we have this inherent need for quest and journey.  For creation and manifestation.  For exploration and expression.  The fire in the hearth of the feminine.  It aches to launch out into the cosmos of the soul with reverence and also abandon.  It will apologize later if it needs to.  There is a wildness that doesn´t follow the rules and seeks to tear them down.  To make bold claims and empowered choices.  The masculine is on a path of fully embodying the sacred pyre and seeking union with its feminine counterpart.  More than twins.  Two separate yet catalytic co-creators.  

This journey begins in the heart.  Lifting and loving those anchors off the propellers so the heart can fly WITH the soul with the body as its vehicle.  It is having a relationship with this aspects of ourselves that mitigates this endeavour of the arising wonder of the sacred masculine.  Who are we in our most enlightened state as we lighten the anchors inside?  I am on this path inside myself daily through the SoulFullHeart Way of Life as the portal to my highest expression.  It has served much growth inside me and desire to serve that to others who are feeling the swirls inside them as well.  The feeling of uncertainty or desire for more heart-centered conversation and expression.  
The men´s group call is a container for Raphael Awen and I, to lead a meditation and discussion into our masculine hearts, our connection to the cosmos, and our desire for love and romance with the queens of our feminine fancy.  It aims to be a great launching pad for our growing desire for community and brotherhood of heart. Both of us so look forward to going on this journey with you.

Golden Earth Is Waiting For You

There is a world beyond the current one where things such as politics, greed, and war do not exist…it is this Golden Earth world that our hearts know is possible and our soul remembers…

We can invite others to join us in this Golden Earth and experience it ourselves in moments as our self worth and self love rises. As our connection with the Divine deepens. As our sense of being Infinite Love increases. As we surround ourselves with others who resonate and feel us deeply.

This Golden Earth is waiting for you and it lives already in your heart and soul.

The journey to it is through your shadow, your pain, and your suffering.

The journey to it is guarded by protective parts of you that are afraid for you to increase your frequency because they have been conditioned to fear love by a fear-based culture. These parts of you are afraid for you to feel too much of your woundings because they don’t want you to suffer even more.

The journey to it requires guides that can walk with you through your shadow land to reach the place where the golden rays of love rain down on you and emanate from you.

The journey to it invites you to risk the known for the unknown; to let go in order to let in; and to be dedicated in all ways to serve love for yourself, others, Gaia, and the Divine.

The journey to it is ultimately embracing the realization that you ARE it and that, in this way, you are already there.

Coming To Terms With Our Light And Our Dark

Coming to terms with the fact that I am both light and dark may be the single most growthful thing for me this life.

Like the cruise ship that I just watched enter the bay in the predawn light, I just discovered something of monumental proportions about my life.

I’ve always had a love for God, a desire to be in awe, and in reverence. This is something known about myself and that others around me can attest to. It’s part of my light.

But in a recent flow of tension and feeling into it, I felt into an aspect of a part of me feeling entitled to have and know power. The 30 year long career I left 2 years ago was a lot about having a sense of power in the face of life’s powerlessness and indefinability. While most wouldn’t call me materialistic, there was something about the things that money could buy that afforded me (and still do) a way to assuage this pain of powerlessness. Feeling deeper into this need for power hidden in my shadow, I find something very different to the reverence for God that I’ve always known in my light. Underneath the entitlement and need for power is actually an impulse to dethrone God.

Surrender to a higher or greater power leaves part of me in some ‘lesser than’ place struggling to see it as any more than that. So where else would I, or part of me, place this competition with God, but to hide it in my shadow.

What a pretzel! To have both love and hate for God in the same vessel, to revere God on one hand and to need to dethrone God on the other.

The more I come to know (also a kind of quest for power), the more I must surrender to that I don’t know.

It feels to me like the Divine itself is learning the same lessons I am learning. It too has darkness and light. None of it is bad. All of it is a quest to feel, heal, learn and grow in the only true reality there is of infinite love.
