Energy Update: High Solar Winds & Schumann/Gaia Spike Heightening Energy Levels/Feeling States

Energy Update: High SOULar winds continue into today with an official geomagnetic storm in progress. Wind speeds reached up beyond 600 km/sec as geomagnetics flowing from a hole in the sun’s atmosphere created Auroras across the Northern skies. October had been quiet geomagnetically after a very active September due to cracks that form in Gaia’s magnetic field during the Equinox.

We are in deep solar minimum phase right now with no active sunspots for 221 days, according toΒ spaceweather.com.Β That means no SOULar flares during that time too. Flares can be a lot to digest on our emotional/physical/chakral bodies even as they can be highly activating too, so this feels like a good thing to be in a quieter period around them as we continue to upgrade at a race/pace that works for us individually and as a collective.

Also relatively quiet has been the Gaia/Schumann resonance…until today when there was a spike up to 58HZ! Elevated Gaia frequencies can bring up feelings of not being grounded, amplified then by the high solar winds.

Head/neck/shoulder pains are common during these energies. You may be feeling heightened anxiety and difficulty sleeping. An ampy feeling moving through. Yet, also, a sense of excitement, renewed passion, and increasing clarity/vision about your higher timeline life/self. The solar winds can activate your inner masculine, in whatever ways you experience that. While the Gaia spikes offer a flush of feminine energies….they can often balance themselves out in this way.

Veils can be thinner too with more bleed-through of other lifetimes and galactic activations too!

Experiencing Anxiety And Depression As Portals To Your Parts Of Self And Soul

The two emotional experiences that are so often brought to be β€˜fixed’ or β€˜solved’ in sessions (often by the Inner Protector) are that of anxiety and depression. The answer in 3D is to suppress them, to medicate them with β€˜anti-feeling’ drugs. The answer in 3D is to fight them, to not let them β€˜win’, to be stronger than they are. The answer in 3D is to see these emotional states as enemies that must be conquered and controlled, especially if they are interrupting or disrupting your ability to work hard and β€˜keep up appearances’ (which is the number one priority in 3D life.)

The experience of anxiety can be so difficult. The worry that practically chews at your third chakra. The β€˜panic attacks’ seeming to come from nowhere that can be embarrassing, inconvenient, and just plain scary. The inability to feel at ease, at rest, and in goodness inside of your own skin and life.

Depression can hang like a thick fog over everything. Life feels meaningless, especially 3D life routines of work, eat, sleep patterns that go on and on. The sense of flatness is punctuated by moments of wanting to die and neither feels comfortable with each other.

In 3D, the emotional states themselves are treated and fixated on….rather than the actual parts of the self (and soul) that are feeling them and WHY they are feeling them. In my over 15 years of working with parts of myself and with others in spaceholding, I have discovered that there is always VERY GOOD reason for these feeling states. Rather than suppressing them, we relate with them as a PORTAL.

Seeing them as a portal allows you to shift from fighting them and into loving curiosity about them. The experience of extreme emotional states is so often the result of backed up, undigested traumas. Anxiety is the downstream, byproduct of parts of you (usually the inner child) not experiencing that life was safe energectically/emotionally/ and very often physically. Your inner child cannot actually trust life to be loving, so they move into an anxious state of distrust near constantly. This is fuelled by the Inner Protector and Inner Punisher’s lack of trust in the world to be a safe one for your Inner Child to be in. The two anxious states fuel each other rather than either able to provide trusting and loving frequencies to the other.

This is just ONE possibility for the existence of anxiety, as it can also stem from the Metasoul and be a result of very traumatic soul experiences (especially those that involve killing or being killed) that haven’t been digested. The existential anxiety is very often underneath the this-life triggered anxiety. In 3D, the veil of amnesia is thick and the very influential emotional bleeding-through reality of other lifetimes (especially for those awakening) is not acknowledged.

Depression is very often the struggle of the soul to accept and integrate into 3D life. Awakening souls aren’t meant to actually assimilate into 3D life, yet they aren’t very often supported and initiated into their true soul purpose and galactic essence. If this initiation had happened during our formative teenage years instead of invalidation, we would have bloomed into passionate expression of our soul gifts and service of love. Instead, we were conditioned in 3D deadness cycles….and depression is often a result of that conditioning and programming that goes against the grain of souls and hearts.

Connecting with your Inner Teenager can help to ease the depression as their creativity is released and discovered with you as loving and supportive soul mentor that they never had. Depression is also connected to soul themes and other lifetimes, especially for those souls who are highly creative and connected to and are a channel for Divine inspiration. Connecting with emotional states such as anxiety and depression AS portals of self discovery to these parts of you allows for a BIG shift in your experience of them. Instead of battling them, you come to see them as a precious gift that opens up access to these parts of yourself and soul that need you. Over time, the expression of them lessens and eventually fades away altogether (as has been my experience)….with no drugs needed.

Only love can heal the trauma and the downstream emotional expression of it. As you embrace all parts of yourself and their expressions, you are offering the medicine of love to heal whatever inside of you most needs it.

Energy Update: Moving From Afraid To Brave Into Your Higher Timeline Self/Life

Energy Update: These are Ascension love energies coming in now through this 10/10 into 11/11 (and into 12/12 too) portal that call us to discover our own inner courage. They invite us to tap into the bravery of our soul essence. They urge us as a collective to go to our next level together into the New Dawn of a New Age of Unity Consciousness Love. These energies are projecting the higher timeline versions of each of us coming more into our conscious awareness through the receiving of codes and upgrades to our physical/emotional/auric-chakra bodies.

The energies now and moving into 2020 ARE about your higher timeline self and life, what it looks and feels like, who you feel like as you live it….very specific details sometimes and more like vague visions at other times of this higher timeline. There isn’t just one possibility here. It certainly isn’t β€˜set in stone’ as every choice you make (whether based in fear or love) moves you closer toward one or another. These timelines are a spectrum, like rays radiating out from your central sun of this Now moment and your current expression of BEing.

Which ray/timeline you will follow is a matter of flowing with life, with love, and with your own joy. It is about choosing the new instead of the known. Risking the safe for that sparkling possibility of the New. Feeling the parts of you that are afraid and resistant to go into the new timeline and WHY they are.

Inner Protectors/Gatekeepers are coming UP stronger right now, along with Inner Punisher energies too. This is usually the more wounded masculine that is feeling its ground of operation being threatened so it is β€˜putting up a last fight’ in certain ways. Closing up the heart space, blocking codes from coming in, pulling away from known and previously trusted resources of community and space holders to be alone and isolated. Increasing the voice of judgement that creates cycles of shame and guilt and unworthiness in your Inner Child to keep it β€˜safe and small.’

These are denser, trailing edge energies in parts of you that need to come up to be felt and cleared in order to move into your higher timeline self/life. They need lots of love and supportive self space holding to receive forgiveness, compassion, and negotiation to ease their fears. This is their impulse, their fight and flight reactivity born and bred in 3D life…to bring up defenses that slow down and block and pause….rather than move forward.

Yet, these Ascension energies are meant to provide a boost to these parts of you that most need them. They are meant to be a balm to the edges, the pains, the sufferings of the wounded masculine within you so that it can transition to the clear, the brave, and the penetrating energy that it needs to be right now. These energies also support the inner feminine, who is so often buried and layered over by this masculine. The Divine Mother offers a template of an intuitive, sensitive, passionate, and trusting feminine to arise within you.

Dearest Woman,

You are arising….from the seeds of your sacred humanity, in feminine form, does your little bud grow into full blossom. Watered by self love, self worth, self connection…your flowers of soul and heart open wide, open UP, releasing the mysterious scents and displaying the vibrant colors of your woman-ness.

You are arising….from the deep sleep of not being seen or heard or recognized in your authentic feminine powerful leadership, now BEing woken up to your soul purpose here. Transitioning from your slumbering sleeping beauty state to your co-leading reign with your beloved mate OR alone as solo Queen for a phase. Your slumber has been necessary, yet so painful at times, I know, and I have been compassionate witness to it all.

You are arising….from the letting go of mirrors within in relationships that no longer reflect your awakening self. BEing real about how you feel in these unions, especially those formed from previous genetic bonds, soul agreements that may be complete, and karmic binds that you no longer need. Moving on with love and grace from these bonds while keeping your heart open, yet your soul, heart, body, and mind desires for transaction clear.

You are arising….from the hurts of your Inner Child being felt finally and the little daughter within you receiving a mothering from you and from the Divine Feminine Mother. Your awakening woman maturing through connection with the undigested trauma of those past thens….moments that still exist in the now of your emotional body that are assimilating into you.

You are arising….from the remembering of your galactic origins and tastes of your Star being roots. You are speaking the languages of these heritages, every syllable creating a wave form connection beaming out from your crystalline throat and your cosmic heart. There is something ancient here and beyond time too, in the NOW you are merging with your Star being aspects to infuse higher dimensional frequencies into your human one to arise into a sacred human in feminine form.

You are arising….from the essence of your purpose to serve love as you align your life to this calling. You are transitioning from doing things as your means of drawing livelihood to being service of love in all moments. Receiving and responding to the gifts from the Universe and Divine Source that come as you serve love and let go of β€˜hows’.

You are arising….I so support this process and I am HERE to be with you in it ALL…the blooming, the growing, the speaking, the receiving, the responding, the giving, the serving, the being. I am here with so much love for you to offer a template of new sacred woman for you to lean into as my Divine frequencies blend with your human ones. You draw the form of me that you most need and can resonate with.

Ascension Codes Chakra Activation Guided Meditation W/Music – W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

This guided meditation video has been in my heart to do for quite awhile and is per request from people who wanted a longer meditation with me set to music. It is over 40 minutes of pure guided meditation, just my voice and high frequency music in the background. Like taking a sound bath for the chakras, heart, and soul!

 

One of the important aspects of navigating the ongoing Ascension process can be to actually bring in the codes that are becoming available to you through Solar, Great Cosmic Sun, Lunar, and Galactic sources. Bringing them into your chakral and auric fields allows for smoother experience for your body and fewer Ascension body symptoms.

All codes contain frequencies of Infinite Love from Divine Source. You are more able to receive these codes when your vibrational frequency is higher, unanchored from the 3D matrix, and your emotional body is healing and transmuting out of undigested trauma and pain frequencies. These codes are personal to you and meant to facilitate your ‘next level’ embodiment of higher vibrational frequencies. Codes can be in the form of sacred geometry, number sequences, keys, infinity and yin/yang symbols, and many other visual shapes. They can also appear as colorful rays of energy.

In this guided meditation, I lead you through connection to each of your Ascension Chakras, including your Personal Sun Chakra (two feet above your head), Soul Star Chakra (one foot above your head) and your Causal Chakra (behind your head.) Connecting with your Ascension Chakras can facilitate next level activations and upgrades as much of that is ‘going on’ in these upper, upper chakras. We then move to each of the seven main chakras (Crown, Third Eye, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root).

You bring in the Ascension codes ready and waiting for you into each of these chakras. You also activate these codes with declarations and affirmations with ‘I want’, ‘I am’, and ‘I desire’ statements. These statements are made to your Higher Self, the Divine, and Your Star Family as confirmation that you are ‘ready’ to receive, let in, and integrate. These statements are intentional waveforms that activate your Metasoul’s Quantum Field.

Celebrating Thanks-Giving In Resonant Energies

A thanks-giving to remember, to savor, and to still be letting in today. We gathered together to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving yesterday….really just another reason to connect with each other when we’ve all been pretty full with serving, jobs, life, etc recently. Raianna’s boyfriend Nic joined us, adding to the love vibe, and helping us ‘see’ the blessings of our community and the closeness we share the five of us that we are able to experience with more and more souls lately.

We enjoyed a fully vegan, gluten free, sugar free meal made with lots of love….allowing for easier digestion and nourishment! Rather than the often usual birth family angst that happens on major holidays, there was no drama, conflict, or unspoken dynamics. This is community connection FREE of resentment or bitterness that comes from things going unspoken. This is community based on resonance rather than unowned dissonance. Amazing how much more goodness you can let in when the energies are resonant, loving, and supportive!

As we’ve cultivated this inside ourselves, with parts of ourselves and each other over the years…so we can experience this on a moment by moment basis MOST moments. During our circle sharings about what we were grateful and appreciative for….this was the most common thing shared by each of us. Grateful for ourselves, for our parts (both young and old, feminine and masculine, just emerging and very well known)….grateful for each other and the Divine. Grateful for those souls who are joining us in session space and came to our recent gatherings. Grateful for love!

Healing Karmic Soul Patterns W/Your Metasoul In The Quantum Field

Processes have been going DEEP lately, much more into the quantum space beyond where traditional therapies and spiritual practices have been able to go before. Deeper, previously more subconscious layers of wounding and traumas, layers beyond the veil, are being accessed for healing….both personally and collectively.

The quantum love field is expanding all the time to support this next level healing in response to our evolving sacred humanity. This is healing that is possible not just in your current lifetime timeline, yet in ALL of the timelines/lifetimes that your soul has been fractured into as well from the original, individuated soul source of your Metasoul/Monad.

This depth, this deep dive, becomes more possible as the trust in your soul/Higher Self grows to hold the space for it. Your soul β€˜takes over’ from your analytical mind and the parts of you that may want to control and manage the process. You more and more unanchor from 3D and even lower 4D matrix reality and into the higher dimensional, quantum frequency field of your Metasoul.

Connected to this field, you don’t have to access every lifetime/timeline in order to heal it.Β You don’t have to β€˜relive and feel’ every trauma that your soul has ever experienced in every lifetime. You don’t have to β€˜regress’ into β€˜past lives’ right into the most traumatic moments, which often leads to MORE trauma to process (this happens often in past life regressions & soul retrieval as well). You don’t actually need anyone else to put you in a hypnotic state either or any kind of drug or plant to access these other lifetimes.Β 

Quantum connection happens as you negotiate with your Gatekeeper aspect, who is guarding your veil of amnesia and the timelines/lifetimes of your Metasoul that are happening in the Now. Negotiation and connection with your Gatekeeper allows you to become conscious of the lifetimes that MOST need your attention…..the lifetimes that you’ll get the most β€˜bang for your buck’ if you access them. The lifetimes that are most vibrating in fear, pain and trauma (usually associated with killing frequencies). The lifetimes that offer the most reward and gifts if you heal them.Β 

As you β€˜drop into’ and travel to those lifetimes with your Gatekeeper, you are meeting/connecting with your Metasoul sister/brother that is living in them. You form an ongoing relationship with the Metas sister/brother, just like having a bond with a sibling. In this ongoing connection, you exchange soul gifts with each other, you help them heal from traumas experienced in their lifetime, you are able to identify and see karmic soul patterns too. You support them to make more self loving and empowered choices that actually CHANGE the outcome of their timeline from tragic to redemptive. This then changes YOUR lifetime too as you gain access to more of your Metasoul’s pure frequencies.

As you engage in this work with your Metasoul brother/sisters in other lifetimes, you are actually able to identify and then complete karmic soul patterns and themes. This means that you NO LONGER need to incarnate as a soul into 3D and lower 4D timelines to play them out in order to heal them. I’ve been offered that many of us choose to come into this current timeline during Ascension in order to have this opportunity to no longer incarnate into denser realties. In this way, it may be our β€˜last’ time of choosing this.

I am seeing this capacity to identify, dive into, and heal karmic patterns in sessions with women that I’ve been working with for longer term now and on a regular basis (weekly or bi-weekly). In the consistent space holding for the SoulFullHeart process, the Inner Protector and Gatekeeper is able to start relaxing and resting more. I feel the SoulFullHeart process and approach to karmic healing is completely unique, powerful, and held with a loving and collaborative energy WITH you.

10/10 Gateway Portal Opening!

Happy 10/10 portal opening to YOU! This one is powerful and seems to extend until 11/11…the ‘markers’ of these repeating number sequence days allowing for the bridge to be set and created between them. A calibration going on as ‘prep’ before we move into 2020 Next Level codes.

This also seems to be a transitional energy that is inviting us to feel what our current transition is…from which place to another inside ourselves, in life situations, in career/soul vocation, in relationships. Residues of previous traumas and conflicts are coming up during this energy too….from this life and other lifetimes.

These residues are ‘moving out’ even as they can feel, in the moment of being triggered by them, like the ‘same old thing’ that you are looping around. If you feel into it though, you’ll probably be able to sense the difference this time and that you are more anchored in your heart, your trust, and your objectivity than before. This is often now energy moving out to clear rather than energy coming up from a deeper place of unconscious unwounding.

A GOOD time to gather together as this powerful 10/10 gateway opens and extends until 11/11…..Raphael AwenΒ and I are hosting our monthly group transmission over Zoom to bring you into our high vibrational space/home this Saturday, October 12th at 10:00am PDT (Vancouver Canada time). We’ll be teaching and sharing about the 10/10 gateway, what we are experiencing of it, and also our ongoing Light Body Activation process that has included much cellular clearing, fasting/livingΒ on more prana, sound healing, sacred sexuality exchange (which can be with self and with a sacred partner), etc.
