Karmic Timeline/Lifetime Healing Group Transmission Event Over Zoom Tomorrow September 14th

Feeling the energies coming through already to share with you during our group transmission tomorrow! These energies support the exploration of soul themes, timelines/lifetimes, relationships and dynamics…it’s the exploration of how soul patterns show up and express in your current life. Making these conscious connections and feeling/healing these dynamics can HUGELY transform your life and your experience of it.

Much of the suffering loops that you may experience in yourΒ life are recapitulations of these soul themes, trying to get your ‘attention’ in order to heal them. The veil of amnesia remains down, access to these timelines/lifetimes fuzzy, until you choose to KNOW and to remember.

This house is getting ready to host. πŸ™‚ I can feel the energy shifting to include more, to host more, to allow more souls to settle in and experience the way of life that we get to blessedly transact with each other every day. In less than two weeks, we’ll be joined by a sweet group of 3-4 women flying in to spend four days with us during the Equinox, to engage in personal and collective emotional/spiritual/energy/sound/physical healing. From Casket To Cradle: Necessary Death & Rebirth During Ascension

Has the death aspect of Ascension been validated enough? The necessary process of letting go of the old, the dying, and the mourning that accompanies it? I feel this aspect of the process deeply in others and in myself as I have experienced it so often over the years/lifetimes, in my own Metasoul, and as connected to the Universal soul/Divine Source too.

Rebirth CANNOT happen without death, as nature and Gaia show us and remind us. Just wanting the rebirth and the Ascension without the necessary death process is to limit the infinite possibilities that TRUE transmutation brings.

More and more over the years, souls (and their 3D selves) are just needing to share with me that they definitely feel like their worlds are collapsing, their lives are changing so much, and it feels like they are dying. And, I feel this with a deep compassion as the Divine has offered to me so many times….not able to take the pain away, yet validating that YES, this is the process and you’ll ultimately be OK. In a very significant way, your world is collapsing…..the 3D world anyway and the 3D self that has formed in so many fragmented aspects is too letting go, unanchoring, and this feels hugely like dying as the energy transmutes to a higher frequency.

What has previously been and felt alive….what has been kNOwn as a life…..is going through death throes as the soul’s higher frequencies come through, shine through, and rumble through. These parts of you feel sad and lonely and like no one else in your world ‘gets it’ because, in many ways, they don’t. Those people so beloved to you in your 3D life (and even to your 4D transitional self too) are suddenly not able to resonate on the same ground as you. You are speaking now a foreign language and are forgetting the one you used to be so fluent in. You are compelled to attend inner funeral services that they don’t see the reason for. You are becoming a ghost to them even as you become so much clearer to yourself.

I am shown by the 3D self (and its ego) scenes of rubble falling from previously solid ceilings…..ash thick in the previously clear air…..blazes lit to clear the excess away. The 3D self wants to be felt in all this letting go and change and it needs to be. You can provide so much comfort to this part of you as it falls and tumbles and loses so much. As your 3D self is negotiated with and felt by you, it can so much more easily let go with much less resistance and fear. More love can flow within your BEing to hold space for this process!!

The beautiful thing that seems to be happening right now is that the gap between the dying and the rebirth is shorter and, in some cases, happening in the same now. The old is being let go while the new is coming in and there is very little ‘time’ left then to mourn. This also seems to be true the more 5D self or higher self coming into your body that you have within you and the more you have surrendered to the death and rebirth process and already let go of so much of what needed to be let go of.

Then, trust grows inside of all of your parts that whatever is being released will be replaced by something better that is based in love and reflection of your soul and service of love here!

Experiencing Bliss States While Living On More Prana, Less Food: Personal Update

It was one of those days yesterday where my soul and my heart are so lit up that I feel like I am going to burst out of my skin! Walking around feeling the magic of everything, of my inside glow matching the outside feeling state of goodness. This ‘matching’ of the inside bliss that is able to arise when we clear out more of the old, dense, and toxic is just amazing. It so makes the feeling of the tears and the fears worth it that come up during and after powerful energy gateways like Lion’s Gate and high speed solar storms.

Raphael and I spent an absolute perfect almost Fall day here in a high vibration park in Victoria called Beacon Hill and shopping downtown together. Our hearts, bodies, and souls felt like they were beaconing too…glowing and beaming out from newly cleansed vessels and recent afterglow from amazing lovemaking. After a few weeks of intense focus on detoxing and activating our bodies through fasting and transitioning to living more & more on prana, yesterday was a celebration day of what we have let go of in order to let in MORE of the good things.

Now over two weeks into a liquid fast (no solid food) with five days of a water only fast too, I am amazed at how much more heightened ALL my senses are. The liquids I do consume (blended soups, smoothies, and juice) are full and abundant with flavor. Tastes like drinking heaven and I don’t need much. Everything is turned UP in terms of sight, sound, feel, and smell….so there is a sense of being more sensitive yet more able to appreciate and let in goodness too.

I HIGHLY recommend fasting if you haven’t before or you feel it’s time to do it again….even starting with only fruit for a day or only liquids or only water (if you feel ready for that, it can bring up some body detox symptoms such as decreased energy, muscle cramps, lightheadedness, weight loss (that can be a good one depending on what you are wanting). The physical symptoms of ‘being hungry’ or ‘being full’ are gone for me right now as I consciously bring in more and more prana/chi/life force energy through meditation, connection with Kuan Yin, Chi Gong/Tai Chi, the crystal singing bowls, yoga, and salt baths.

Food feels optional in the sense of not being driven by the planning, preparation and eating of it in the same ‘three meals a day’ way that we’ve been conditioned in 3D. I DO feel this is where we are headed as we move into deeper embodiment of our light bodies. The fuel they (and we) most need is Love, is Light, and is our connection with them.

Energy Update: Geostorms Heighten Emotional/Spiritual/Physical States

For the third day in a row (September 2), Gaia has been inside a stream of high speed solar wind coming from a ‘hole to make us whole’ on the sun’s surface. Episodes of G2-class storming have brought in Auroras/Northern Lights in the U.S. as far south as Wisconsin, Michigan, and Montana. The wind speeds have been hovering around 700 km/sec during these last three days as well, with the ‘average’ being in the 300 km/sec range, according to spaceweather.com.

These kinds of speeds are difficult for us to even comprehend and, sometimes, the connection to these ‘far off’ cosmic events can feel distant from our everyday lives. I have been guided to offer a bridge to these celestial occurrences to what you might be experiencing on emotional/physical/mental/spiritual levels. This bridge allows us to feel how our inner cosmos is inherently connected to the outer cosmos….the Universe lives inside of our every cell…..As above, so below.

August was a HIGHLY catalytic month of energies with Lion’s Gate providing a ‘direct line’ to higher frequencies of soul clarity, higher dimensional aspect embodiment/connection, activation of Ascension chakras and our light bodies. There was a sense of revelation and unveiling of your higher timeline life and self. There were tastes of this ‘reality’ coming through in new synchs, connections inner and outer, and opportunities. Along with this, there were realizations of where you are now, what worlds you are navigating between, and what your transition may look and feel like into your higher timeline.

Moving now into September and with these SOULar winds, there is a feeling sense of taking action and making choices based on that higher timeline. Making the outer choices unfolds from the inner realities shifting. Making the CHOICE to change unfolds organically as you feel inside a dethawing from 3D birth family conditioning, unplugging from the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix, healing from karmic bind cycles that keep you looping in suffering and understanding/exploring bleed-throughs from other timelines.

Feeling through these things can be quite challenging at times. Feelings of not wanting to be here anymore, giving up, hopelessnesses, distrust/mistrust, isolation/loneliness, just FEAR can come up as parts of you let go of the previous configurations. Working with and connecting to these parts of you directly and consciously allows space to be held WITH them in this process. If you just ‘become’ their feelings of despair and loneliness, it can quite overwhelming. There is no one ‘home’ then to keep these parts of you company as they let go of the only safety lines they’ve ever known (no matter how toxic these ‘safety lines’ are, especially in the form of relationships.)

Everything is being heightened with these energies coming in now in 2019…preparing us to move into a higher frequency experience of ourselves and all of life in 2020. Feelings that have been more in shadow, subconscious, or deemed not ‘socially acceptable’ such as rage, shame, resentment are coming UP now to be felt, embraced, and to ultimately allow for understanding the reasons WHY they are there. All feelings and emotional states exist for a reason inside of us. They are the result of wounding from traumas experienced this life and other lifetimes.

As feeling and emotional states are being heightened, also are karmic frequencies and traumas from other timelines/lifetimes (especially those in more 4D frequencies.) Timelines such as Atlantis and Lemuria during the Fall; ‘Ancient Egypt’; Avalon/Camelot; the Essences, etc. are all coming through to be felt and healed by us. Connecting directly with the Metasoul aspect/fragment that is experiencing these timelines and their pain helps to move it, heal it. Differentiating what you are experiencing that is actually coming from another timeline can be really helpful.

Our physical bodies are feeling the impact too, as what is denser in our cellular memory, in our ‘diets/ways of life’ are wanting to be detoxed out through self loving practices. This may be causing more physical discomfort for you, flare up/heightening of chronic conditions in your body. Our bodies are wanting to unanchor too from the denser conditionings of 3D, from digesting toxic energies in our foods. Their higher timeline expression is as a vital, healthy, moving into immortality light bodies, serving as our vibrant merkabahs, providing multidimensional travel.

Crystal Singing Bowls Chakra Clearing Sound Meditation W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

Chakra Clearing/Activation With 432 HZ Crystal Singing Bowls –

So excited to share this! My first meditation and activation with my new 432 HZ tuned, chakra, crystal singing bowls recorded early this morning (that’s why it is dim in the video)! I just got them yesterday yet my Metasoul is being activated and the understanding and remembering of them is coming through already from other timelines (especially Atlantis and Lemuria) with help from my Arcturian aspects too.

My dog Koda sweetly joins me in the background, grounding in the energies in his unique way. He hasn’t left my side since I started playing them and seems very soothed by the sounds, even falling asleep during this video!

The healing frequencies of these sounds moves beyond the mind so I encourage you to close your eyes and go within as you listen to them. They work on physical, spiritual/chakral, mental, and emotional levels. I start the video with setting an intention of transmitting compassion, self healing and self love through my heart to yours. You can set and hold in your heart your own intention for what you’d like to receive from and with the bowls.

I then go through striking each of them three times to activate them and ‘wake them up’. Then I go through each tone as it relates to the chakras, starting with the upper chakras (personal sun, soul star, and crown); then the third eye/forehead/pineal gland; then the throat and causal (back of the head) chakras; then the higher heart chakra; the solar plexus; the sacral; and finally the root.

Tune into each chakra as the tones are being played to align your frequency with this ‘pure’ one. You might notice a sense of dissonance as you do this as the chakras come into more balance.

I then blend different tones together by playing the bowls at the same time….feeling where I am guided to go. Bringing it back to the ‘root’ over and over to allow for grounding.

Choose Your Higher Timeline And It WILL Choose You

These strong energies of LOVE frequencies recently are helping with a sorting out faster now. More rapidly with more clarity, sometimes fuelled by heart and soul vision. Sometimes fuelled by frustration and wanting to end the pain and suffering. What to commit to more deeply and what to let go is becoming clearer in all areas of your life. Where to put your energy, where to invest your time. What to go into as it serves what you most want and your service of love VISION…..and what to release as it doesn’t reflect that envisioning mayΒ becoming more clear for you.

With the activation of your highest timeline during this intense energy month of August and especially during the recent eclipses and Lion’s Gateway, the downloads so freely available and gifted to you…..you are then given the choice in every moment to live it out or to retract away from it. To move it forward or to pause. ALL of this is your sacred choice, although the highest timeline choices are the ones that most serve the manifestation of New Earth reality for yourself inside and for the collective.

More overlap seems to be happening between these processes of collapsing timelines and arising timelines with less gap and pause. Meaning, you are feeling increasing desire and clarity WHILE the old is falling away. The new is coming in WHILE the old is moving out. The energies of mourning and celebration coming together, weaving, and operating in the same moment sometimes. Bittersweetness.

Parts of you may be feeling the sweetness while other parts of you are feeling the bitter. Being with the different energies AS parts can help with the overwhelm that can grow inside over these divergent frequencies. Checking in with your higher self and higher guides/aspects can be hugely helpful in this process too.

Asking to reconnect with and feel your highest timeline can infuse it into your body and flush up in your emotional body the parts of you that may have fear, resistance, and doubt. Feeling and holding space for the fear and doubts too that come up as you let in the higher timeline.

Continually claiming the higher timeline and not falling back into 3D anchoring is not easy at times. Yet, in another way, it IS what you will do eventually as the higher timeline you and your higher timeline life are ALREADY happening. You are in the process of catching up with it….how quickly or slowly that happens or if it even does this life is UP to you.

Choosing the higher timeline is what love wants you to do and BE, so the more love you can feel with yourself and with your parts, the more support you will feel to live it out in the Now and NOT delay it. Bridging the gap between THIS now and THAT now is where the challenge is and feeling all that comes up in this walking out.

The higher timeline is waiting for you AND it is available in this very moment to be claimed, tasted, moved toward, lived and, most of all, loved! Choose it…and it will choose YOU!

Personal Update: Transitioning Out Of 1:1 Sessions To Focus On Group Facilitation

I’ve been digesting the powerful Lion’s Gate energies, going through the fasting/transition to prana living process, and settling more into myself, withΒ Raphael, and with my community. Clarities have been coming to me about next steps for myself to more powerfully step into my next level service of love in leadership at an exponential level. As what’s true for so many others, I am feeling that the timeline I have felt is possible for myself for years IS actually manifesting in the now. This higher timeline requires me and invites me to claim it, embody it, and support it.

After three years of intensive 1:1 individual service with amazing women during hundreds of sessions for which I have experienced SO MUCH joy, fulfillment, growth, mirroring, and inspiration, I have been guided to phase out of doing 1:1 sessions, other than with women I am currently meeting with on a weekly or biweekly basis and current/future SoulFullHeart Facilitators.

This is in order to offer the other SoulFullHeart FacilitatorsΒ Raphael,Β Gabriel, andΒ KalaynaΒ the opportunities of growth through service that I’ve experienced as a facilitator. It is also to focus on development of SoulFullHeart writings/my book/videos/etc, gatherings, group transmissions and group sessions, meditation circles, online classes, etc.

1:1 bridging sessions with those new to the process and those who have met with me in the past more sporadically will now be available with Raphael and Gabriel (for women and men) and with Kalayna (for women.) I can SO highly recommend each of them as heart open, compassionate, parts-oriented, Divinely awakening BEings who live the SoulFullHeart process as their everyday way of life for many years now. Instead of 1:1 sessions with me, for all of you what will be available is participation in various groups. I have such a deep love and passion for facilitating groups, both over zoom as I have been through group transmissions and in person. The idea of serving love exponentially is very appealing to me and, also, there is so much to learn and be inspired by in each other’s processes and I love facilitating that realization!

This feels like graduation day for me in some ways, even as I feel so much gratitude for what I have experienced serving so many amazing, porous, thoughtful, deep, emotionally sensitive, spiritually awakened women!! It has been SUCH an honor! And I’m very glad I will still be able to do that in the women’s groups too, yet now at an exponential level.

Healing The Violence Inside To Become A Beacon Of Peace

Fear can live in your bones, in your DNA, in parts of you vibrating at trauma frequencies in your emotional body. Fear can live in your Metasoul in many timelines, in your aspects that are warriors, victims, and the range in-between.

This fear comes out in ALL kinds of ways and expressions.

It comes out in tensions, panics, and anxieties. It projects and closes down/blocks open-hearted experience and transaction with others. It brings your frequency lower. Parts of you may shiver and quiver with it, sinking to a place where things seem untrustworthy, hurtful and harmful, non-vulnerable, dark and shadowy.

We are ancient with fear, beyond time ingrained and trained. We are gestating embryos in our mother’s womb swimming in fear fluids. The 3D matrix has been built and run on fear fuel, fed and maintained by violence – both within and outward – violence is the lowest vibrational frequency of fear.

So many eat fear every day through animals that have been killed. Violence has become entertainment, so many souls on an IV drip of violence coming in, numbing them or eliciting outrage at the INjustice, which is just more violence in a shifted form.

Lifting UP beyond violence begins from within. It starts with becoming aware of the battles within, the harm done from one part of you to another…a Punisher Part of you beating up younger parts of you until shame floods your BEing with the suffering patterns and loops this creates.

Loving the Inner Punisher energy and learning WHY it is like this….you weep, then, at how this punishing-shame frequency is just learned and necessary and not really who you ARE. You feel how it has served to make you small, to help you fit in, to keep you β€˜capped’ and plugged into 3D life. You are ready to be lifted out of it to transmute the punishment to discernment and intuition with love. To heal the shame into innocence again.

As this inner violence heals, you can come, more and more, from non-violent frequencies in response to others. You become less tolerant to violence in any form…..even sensitive to the subtle frequencies found in comparison, contention, and judgements made with love withheld.

You lift UP, then, as you stop eating, watching, BEing violence and become MORE love. You shift your focus from violence outside of you and discover, find, and feel where it lives inside.

You become, then, a beacon of peace.

BEcoming a beacon of peace is the openness to feel the violence, the battles, the clashes inside.

BEcoming a beacon of peace is more space being cleared in your emotional body to make room for your higher heart, your angelic heart, your Christ Consciousness heart, your Mother Mary heart….made of Infinite Kindness, Infinite Peace…..with no longer any need for fear!

BEcoming a beacon of peace is unplugging from the 3D matrix that has fed you fear your whole existence and experiencing what it is be truly free of it.

You ARE a beacon of peace….as you become it from the inside out!

Energy Update: Energies Support Feeling & Healing Entanglements/3D Anchors In Relationships

There is a lot to digest from the energies coming out of the intense energy portal that we just experienced from 5/5 to the recent Lion’s Gate portal. These energies were offering next level codes and tastes/experiences of our 5D and higher selves and higher timeline. They also provided illumination and revelation of anchors to 3D and plugs into the Lower 4D karmic matrix.

Anchors to 3D are being tugged on and invited to dislodge now in an ever accelerating way. This can be very painful and challenging, especially when they express in long-term relationships from this life with roots of karmic soul binds in other lifetimes/timelines too. It can be overly simplifying and invalidating to just offer to ‘let go’ of the relationships and ‘move on’. The parts of you that are deeply attached and bonded to the relationship feel this as judgement, as harsh, as not sensitive to their commitment, not feeling the fear that lies underneath the attachment.

The entanglements in long-term relationships of all kinds can feel SO deep. Like layers and layers of stickiness that may feel difficult to even identify one strata from another. There can be a multitude of binds AND bonds formed from so many moments spent together in an agreement of shrinking, conforming, grasping, and….very often….abusing. The abuse can range from subtle to overt, yet any time love is withheld, there is some frequency of violence transacting instead….there is fear transacting instead of love.

This legacy of entanglement was passed down to you from 3D conditioning. You inherited this from your parents and their relationship with each other and other people too. Whether based in disconnect or outright conflict or brother-sister flatness or passive aggressive somewhere in between, your parent’s relationship most likely didn’t form from an authentic, consistent, and rich ground of self love and love for each other.

Their relationship (as the vast majority) most likely formed from undigested wounds and traumas, from safety and comforts, from Metasoul karmic playouts, and from the dysfunctional legacy about relationships that they received from THEIR parents too. This is a legacy of scared unions rather than sacred ones.

Parts of you so completely take in this templating of polarizing energy in relationship. Parts of you receive it and take in it in order to survive here. They take it in to provide protection for your vulnerable and innocent Inner Child. Your masculine learns how to be so from your father’s modeling….your feminine from your mother. Some of this templating is consciously rejected, some of it is consciously emulated. And, so much of their templating impacts you and then forms into cohesive personalities that may be unconscious to you even to this day, yet are often hugely interfacing in your current relationships.

Making conscious HOW relationship was modeled for you and how it then LIVES in parts of you can be very illuminating. Very liberating. Rather than the focus outward on your partners or on blaming your parents or on other people……you can pull your focus and your love inward. You can feel and learn about your Inner Teenager/Child, etc. and how they feel, how they hurt, how they express in magical tones. You can meet your Inner Mother/Feminine and feel how she operates and reacts to life situations.

You can connect with your Inner Father/Protector/Punisher, etc. and discover how he expresses in your life. You can come to understand how they relate with each other too and transform the scared unions inside you into sacred ones. You can embrace these energies inside of you with total love in your heart and MUCH compassion.

As you BEcome this loving energy toward the inner relationships within you, you can THEN draw less polarized relationships with those outside of you. You can remember then that the clashes and thrashes….the codependencies and attachments…..the struggles and conflicts…….originate always from within…..from one part of you to another.

The hooks to go β€˜back in’ to toxic or mostly abusive or fear-based relationships is about what remains unhealed INSIDE of you that resonants still at these frequencies. The draw to stay in relationships that you are shrinking to fit in and are mostly 3D-based (with little to no soul resonance) is often about a conforming that is going on between one part of you and another (usually the Inner Punisher and the Inner Teenager.) It can also be about Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes/timelines who are caught up in traumas and dramas with very strong and influential energies.

The questions about relationships of all kinds can be the most troubling and confusing for people, leading to much suffering. It is probably the number one thing that people ask help and support for in sessions. This is mostly because parts of them get caught up in it being OUTSIDE of them and then feel disempowered and out of control (exactly what the Inner Child/Teenager feels in the parental relationship.) Also, this is so being pushed up by these recent Ascension energies and the awakening process, which invites you to move from fear-based relationships into love-based ones.

To bring the focus and attention to your inner relationships brings clarity, calm, purpose, AND empowerment. It brings in self love and healthy self management that then leads to advocacy and clear boundary setting with others as well. This is where your power IS as you experience increasingly self loving and nourishing relationships from within!
