Feeling Is Your Stairway To Heaven

There is a path that has been worn down. Worn out.  It leads and you follow.  But you begin to realize it keeps taking you to the same location that you have seen a hundred times.  Feels like this path is just running in circles.  A numbness settles in…maybe a frustration…a growing need to veer off into another direction.  To see some new territory that you never knew existed.  To respond in ways you never knew you had in you.  But it has all been such a conditioned response to do the same thing over and over and hope for different results.

You realize the path can’t change unless you do.  Unless you make a conscious effort to do something you never imagined you could do…until you found the courage and desire to do so for the sake of feeling alive and new.  But it is not an easy decision for the part of you that is used to the path, regardless of the cost to your soul.  The fear and judgment set in and it makes it difficult to really FEEL where YOU are in all of this.

But there is one there.  A YOU that holds the blueprint of your greatness and joyful delight.  So gifted to you by YOU.  Yeah, man!  You are the creator, the chooser.  Not the victim or the loser. It is feeling all these reactions from within as we take a step outside the path.  Maybe just outside the old one but a new one nonetheless.  Saying something true, seeing what is hard to see, feeling what hurts to feel.  Building a fence made of compassion that keeps you from drawing back into the old, and forgiving yourself if it does.

The more and more you feel and heal all that has kept you from YOU, a new path is created.  A new set of circumstances come your way that were not a part of the old scenery.  You can’t respond to them in the same way for the game has changed, the physics have been altered and you are on a trajectory toward a new planet.  A new NEW that keeps renewing itself if you keep letting it.  You may wear another path and that is okay. You will remember what that is like and readjust, refeel.  Recalibrate to all that is coming your way.

Each shift brings a rearranging of your inner program to let in the one program that you can never quite know or control.  Love builds you a spiral staircase for you to climb, to ascend.  To discover and remember.  The greatest fear is the fear of falling and the only safety is your willingness to feel it to its deepest core.  The willingness to descend is what permits us to ascend.  Gives us the courage to make that next step UP and IN.  A spiral stairway to heaven.

This is not a solo journey but one that is supported and guided by a universe of all the help and love you can possibly let in.  This is probably the hardest part to accept for the part of us that has been so used to doing it alone.  It is not just our ethereal support but the ones provided by our human soul family that can be the very thing we have been looking for all along.

The INvitation Of Our Truth

There can be nothing more difficult yet relieving than owning your own truth. This can be a truth that has been illuminated about yourself by some outer reflection, or it can be a truth in relation to another. To come to these truths can be a process for some, an open flow for others. Our truth, which is really about our needs and desires, may be grounded in an unhealed aspect of ourselves but that does not make it any less authentic or real for us.
 
It is letting that truth out into the space of expression that allows us to really feel how that truth resounds in our hearts and in others. This is where parts of us may balk at this truth-telling as it has many rippling effects. It can hurt hearts and shatter self-image. It can lead to suppression in the name of care-taking, which is far from Love. Love of self and of others.
 
If there is something “off” about our truth, or if it does hurt, we can be with that in the aftermath, in a way that is held with compassion and self-forgiveness. It is about taking responsibility for it in what ever way that means in a given situation. But to disown our truth, no matter how hard it is or how afraid of it we are, is to disown the part of us that holds that truth. That is to disown ourselves as being alive and real.
 
Being honest with truth has been one of the hardest parts of my process. It IS the single most important aspect to ascension in my view. By not fully feeling and expressing what is true for us, including parts of us, we are only bringing a limited version of ourselves to the Grand Ballet of Love’s Infinite Dance. Matter of fact we can’t really get through the door with only this version. We can’t really get to see ourselves and what it is that is still in our healing path to be felt. Without BEing in our truth we are still separate and ultimately in suffering. Not on the recipe card for Unity Consciousness.
 
Feeling the parts of us that relate to truth-telling from a fear place helps to unlock the doors of our deepest and truest self. It does not come without consequence and self-reflection. It is being with any guilt or self-punishment that may arise, knowing that if you are committed to being in your heart every step of the way, your truth will always lead you someplace that it wouldn’t have just sitting in the wells of your inner terrain.

The Gifts Of Exploring Conscious Romance

Our intimate relationships are sacred grounds of getting to feel and see ourselves.  We GET to experience what is rumbling inside of us that has been kept at bay in our subconscious.  These parts of us that have been living is a safety zone of incognito through the protection of our comfortability.  When our deepest desires begin to ring out into the cosmos, the mechanics of manifestation begin to offer their services.  But when they do, it is meant to bring up what is needed in order to let in what is wanted.

We aren’t completely aware of what lies in the space between what we feel consciously and what is in our unfelt wounding until we enter the arena of conscious relationship.  In unconscious unions, there are many reactions and emotions that are left untouched and unexpressed in our part’s desire to maintain image and safety.  These are sacred unions in there own right as they are meant to serve us into a new dimension of relationality when we have chosen that other sacred journey of growth and deepening.

These conscious relationships will manifest in ways that may or may not come in the ways or forms parts of us may have expected.  They come to us to help elucidate the woundings and projections that are still residing inside of us that, when held in conscious relationship inside of us through parts work, can bring us to new depths of both inner and other intimacy.  However, there can be a LOT to feel and integrate along the way.  There can be a tendency for parts to exit, to go back to what was more comfortable to them before.  This is a point where, if true growth, self-love, and intimacy are the ultimate desire, we hold these parts within us and feel what the fear is truly about.  What experiences in this or another life are contributing to the need for retraction?  These can be difficult yet necessary to feel if we are to continue on our way to more authentic, conscious, and intimate transactibility.  The way to Love!

Our vulnerable truth in any moment is our guide in this dance.  There is no guarantee we won’t step on our partners toes and cause some pain.  We aren’t meant to be perfect or “right” in the way we reveal ourselves.  In these moments, we cross bridges previously left uncrossed to change the timelines of the old and create something new.  It may not be pleasurable, yet it could lead to something more pleasurable than what parts of us were expecting or ironically afraid of in the first place.  For if the bond deepens and rises, what more is there to experience and how far might we fall as it keeps going?  This is what is really at stake for these parts of us.  Being left with the pain of being hurt once again.  Yet with a true sense of an authentic, centered self, we are big enough to feel and hold our way through the process.

Conscious romance is the next frontier for our evolution as a species.  Both inner and outer. It starts inside of us first and extends outward.  It is why we are here in many ways.  To explore this deepening and expanding that can create a new world of possibility, creativity, and aliveness.  Whatever happens in the process you can be guaranteed that you will experience and discover more about You and what it is you really want from Life and Love.

Non-Linear Time As An Invitation To Quantum Responsibility

Linear time has been a hard one for my 3D self to let go of.  It is still necessary to keep track of “time” as I, like us all, have responsibilities that are connected to it.  I am healing my way into a more fluid relationship to it, but it can be a challenge.  This becomes so much more pronounced when I feel this in relation to soul history. I can feel the aspects of me that are so entrenched in this idea that things have already happened and cannot be changed or shifted.  It energizes a very hopeless and fearful reality that can bleed into my own consciousness as Gabriel.  This can be a bit crazy-making at times that only serve to lower my frequency and enable a timeline that is really not desirable.  

It has been suggested that we must “ride out” these waves and let them pass through us like a major weather front.  Or maybe we just find other means to bypass or transcend these “negative” emotions and only stay in the lighter half of our being.  There is so much more at play here that we are being gifted access to.  We are being given the opportunity to directly feel and heal our “past” in the Now and the karma that has been attached to it.  It is not so much spending years with these aspects but feeling the core of what is keeping them in a suffering loop and offering or open hearts for them to land in.  It is also about helping them to see another way of being that can shift the “timeline” that we are on together.  

When we see time in this way, that all things are occurring in THIS moment, and is not weighted down with concrete shoes, we arrive at an opportunity for Quantum Responsibility.  We are such powerful creators and not hopeless victims.  None of our aspects are.  We GET to remake this thing!  We are being offered this by all of our guides, angels, and star being selves.  They are looking to us to help co-create something new together by realizing we ARE both sides of the coin.  We are US and THEM.  All in this moment…right now.  

So as we go through our day we are also signing treaties, fighting wars, giving birth, inventing new technology, traveling in space, and losing and falling in love.  With an awakened sense of Self we can be with these lives and choose to be with them in a way that serves both us and them.  We may fall into a difficult time and just need to collapse into something and that can be supported with guidance and self-love.  We can also connect in sacred space that is more created.  No rules just feeling.  

What feels important is that we assume this role with a sense of Divine purpose and invitation.  We don’t have to be so serious about it that is consumes our life, but hold it as a daily feeling journey that brings more healing to our hearts and souls, and effects the the greater whole of our current NOW.  We are on the cusp of some great movements collectively and it all depends on our own personal willingness to feel it and shift it to a timeline that is more desirable than the one you may find yourself in.  It does not happen overnight but can happen exponentially more when intention and choice are made conscious as often as possible.

INitmate Encounters Of An INfinite Kind

Last night I watched Close Encounters of the Third Kind for the first time in a long time.  I was reading Ascension Mysteries by David Wilcock and he happened to  mention it . I had a flashback to a really memorable experience of it when I was a kid.  I was curious when it was filmed and it was released in Mexico on June 30, 39 years ago. Interesting synch! 

It told the story of UFOs that come to visit a small town in the US and are witnessed by several people.  One boy, who is an absolute crystal child, is drawn to go with them, giggles and all. Those that saw the event began to download a vision that they could not let go of, that turns out to be a meeting place of a future return date.  A particular sound pattern was picked up by an Indian community which was a communication tool that would be employed upon contact.

The main character Roy, played by Richard Dreyfuss, goes nearly mad in his quest to understand what his vision means.  He goes so far as to build a large replica of it in his house.  This all felt so significant as the veil is lifting, memories of our true soul essence are coming into the collective field, and creating some havoc in the emotional body.  Roy already had some anxiety, but this seemed to tip him over the edge.  I can see how this may ring true as Gaia continues to make her way into higher frequencies and disclosure of what has been suppressed from our collective awareness in regards to our star being connections.  This influx of information and collapsing and merging of timelines has the potential of a bit of internal chaos.  Having some grounded support from others who are experiencing the same thing is what can help with this awakening.  

What also caught my attention was how those who had the visions were looking to meet up in the location of the UFO return.  This feels similar in significance as we are starting to draw more resonant souls to SoulFullHeart.  I can see how it embodies a unique signature, or fingerprint, that calls to others to form community of purpose.  I see other people forming other communities with other signatures as well.  We don’t view SoulFullHeart as THE way of life, but A way of life.  One that calls to those that it is meant to.  It is like those in the movie that were downloaded something that brought them together.  

In our soulprint, I believe we have a gift, a purpose, a tribe, and counterpart relationships.  We are being brought together with intention and guidance.  Synchronicities and intuitions.  Our hearts are the compass that leads us to where we feel we resonate the most.  It calls us back to what we were meant to BE and express in this ever unfolding mystery.  We may be called to lead the New Earth restructuring or to go into vast new territories of galactic service.  It is all open within the ever infinite possibilities of creation.   Either way, big stuff is happening, and if you are reading this you are a big part of it, in whatever way that is showing up right now.  

We are being called to serve love and light by healing that which has been hidden and forgotten.  By creating a commUNITY of intimate encounters of an infinite kind. One that takes us into the depth our deepest pains and fears that leads us to the expansive grandeur of our greatest potential.  If you feel compelled by this call and resonance, I encourage you to take in a group call, read some more of our website and blog, and check out a session to feel where we might be able to serve this sacred human seed that lives within and wants to thrive.

Fear Not The Fear Knots: Feeling A New Legacy Of Love with Metatron

Taking time to just sit. Feel. Go in. Swirls of energy, in different forms.  Comingling.  Constriction. Expansion.  A pulsating and varied landscape of emotive technicolor luminescence.  Darker hues mixed in with lighter ones that give the appearance of the outer surface of Jupiter.  Knots swirl, drawn tight with thoughts of old.  Judgement. Powerlessness. Distrust. They offer a heightened contrast to the layers of translucent crystalline emitters that dawn higher frequencies of pure love and joy.  They offer a press in relation to the denser energies that still hold court in certain areas of my emotive terrain.

“Things ARE shifting…” a deep cavernous, yet melodic voice echoes into my heart ears.  It has been a while since I have connected with Metatron. “The patches you see are distant yet increasingly nearby rumbles of legacies across your soul’s infinite valleys and plateaus.  These legacies are echoes of your brothers in turmoil and tragedy. Remain in this place above the terrain and feel the love that surrounds these cells.  You can see the images from their storied NOW moments.  They are needing your ability to feel something different.  To merge with them is to do no service but to continue the legacy into your world, your goodness.  There is no wrong here, my son.  Just awareness. Bear your heart’s witness to the light between and around.  These are the majestic overtones of your greatness and vastness.  They are more powerful in nature than the fear knots.  Fear them not.  For they hold the stardust matter of universes undiscovered.

In your widened expanse you can see the work you have done.  The suffering you have processed and let go of.  The days a part of you didn’t feel like you would feel Joy above the waterline.  This IS your time, my son.  Your choice to feel beyond what you have imagined you could feel for yourself and others.  You bring a New Legacy of Love into the vast reaches of your soul’s tapestry should you chose to claim it. Feel it. Be it. Serve it. It will alter the course of your fractaled past and manifest the glory of your imagined future.

Be the Beacon of Light and Love across the span of your YOUniverse.  Let it shine in the hard to feel places and let that knot unwind. Unfurl. Uncover the essence of what you came here to BE in all it uncertainties to your conditioned mind.  I will be here with you, by you, in you, as you, when you need me to be.  You were never meant to do this alone for you cannot ever be alone in the infinite conglomeration of Love’s fantastical expression.  Take in that emotive portal of yours and revere it for all it has invited you into.  It is a true gift bestowed upon you and humanity alike.”

And with that His voice subsided, glided off into the recesses of my heartmind.  Left with a new awareness and awe for what we ARE and can BE.  Choosing a new legacy to enter our consciousness and beingness.  It may take some time to integrate but that is all part of the journey.  I can go back to this place whenever I choose and feel His voice and presence with me.  Bear witness to my emotional body and all its possibilities for where it can take me next into my Mystical Me.

Feeling the Inner Child, Healing the Inner Father

As men, our fathers represent, or have represented, so much of what we have been “taught” about what masculinity is.  They were a template for us at an early age.  Our model for what we could expect to embody as man in a masculine world.  They also influenced us in how we see and feel the feminine through their eyes and hearts.  They taught us how to fight or run away.  To speak the truth or keep it all buried.  Our worldview has been formed through their own, in response to his father and his father before him, whether in agreement or opposition.

We were meant to be shown the doorways to our own unfolding through his guided wisdom and open heart.  We were meant to be initiated into our own individuated masculinity with a healthy “F you” to him.  He would have honored that had he been taught the same.  I have a sadness in my heart actually on this day.  What is it that is being truly celebrated?  What has happened to our sense of healthy masculinity and how it lives inside of us, both as men and women?

My sadness is both personal and global.  A desire from a part of me to have had a different relationship with my father that wasn’t based in fear or unhealthy idolization. How boys everywhere are looking for an authentically loving and guiding force to shape and challenge them to thrive in an unknowable world.  But in this place there has arisen a passion for something new.  A desire to heal that inside myself for all boys and fathers.

It is about traveling inward to find our deepest truths about ourselves and feeling the inner boy, or girl, in us that was affected, not victimized, by our father’s actions and choices.  To hold space for them within us as a new model for healthy fatherly guidance and security.  To bring our truths and boundaries to our fathers that allows for an invitation for something different and more authentic, if the space for that is possible. Regardless of the relationship outcome, something has moved in the collective heart grid between father and child that allows space for others to do the same and shift a dynamic that has long been overdue.

Our relationship to our parents can by murky territory.  It is full of karmic binds and contracts that have long served there purpose.  It is time for something new and alive. This is true even with my own daughter as she comes back into my life after a few years separation.  A new ground in which we have let go of the old conditioning to build something new as two distinct individuals.  I am sure old energies will surface and that is what we are here to work together.  I look forward to how we navigate this new dynamic between us and what arises between us both.  She is a teacher to me as much as she is a student.

I invite you to feel on this day the relationship you have or had with your father and feel how it lives in you.  We can have such a healing experience within ourselves when we are able to see it and feel it that way.  Our inner father has a voice and it is meant to be a guide and a teacher when we are able to feel him in all that he needs to be felt in.

A Fireplace For Your Fires In These Ascending Times

So many intense reactions can be surfacing during these ascending times.  You may be conscious of their root, and possibly not.  They may live on the inside as repressed truth, or may find themselves playing out dramatically on the outside.  Either way fires are being lit as Love’s match stick makes its way into our lives.  It wants to burn away and spark UP.  Shed and renew.  Find out what is really going on in that Human heart of yours.  I see an inner landscape of multiple flames that range in small bush burnings and others as 4-alarm blazes.  This is the geography of our emotional body when left out of our own INtrospection and exploration.

Heaven knows how much I remember that.  I could feel it viscerally and was in so much desperation to find that inner fire extinguisher.  It was too smokey to see the writing on the wall that said, “In Case Of Emergency…FEEL”.  Back then, to feel meant to get burned.  It meant to go through some intensity that was not part of the desire of just maintaining some false sense of  “this too shall pass”. Not truly understanding that this was all part of the way to get to something more peaceful and less flammable.  What I really needed, and did realize it, was a fireplace to contain it all.

I am expanding on an analogy that has been used in SoulFullHeart before.  Not sure where it originated but it felt like and apt reminder to all that is happening on an energetic level.  The fireplace is the process of parts work and the intimate community that supports it.  As these fires arise and burn, the process itself is activated.  It lends a safe place for the fire to burn AS its energy is felt and released.  The fireplace can be a space-holder, a sacred relationship, your authentic self, and ultimately Life and the Divine Itself.

It is having the trust ground form withIN yourself that life is not out to get you.  That you are not a victim and that we are ultimately creating our circumstances to reflect what needs to be felt to make room for more.  It is wrapping a context around the content of the fire itself.  We suffer when we stay too long in the contents of the blaze until we become consumed by it.  We will get burned.  That may be unavoidable.  But within this container there is a time and space for this healing.  It doesn’t burn your house down.  Rugs may get scared, couches get discolored but you are left intact with another lesson, and more room to let the love that you ultimately want in the door.

We have spent so long without this environment to let our parts feel the safety and importance of this alchemical burn.  It was just too scary as we have hurt and been hurt in the process of forgetting and remembering.  It takes time to get used to for sure.  To convince the protective part of you to really feel it is safe enough to explore these fires and even light them on purpose.  To feel trust enough that regardless of the hurt and pain that may arise, a healing balm of Love is right at our disposal.  This happens in negotiation and making one courageous leap of faith at a time until it is just the way you live your life and the fires turn into passion, not pain.
