Upgrades! Getting Into Position To Serve Love

Tightness and even pain in the top of my head, forehead, and neck for the last 12 hours….spent mostly sleeping and drifting while sound bathing to ASMR tracks from Lokos Youtube Channel. When I could move into consciousness, thoughts seemed to ‘hurt’ my head even more to have them or think them. There was no space for them there, even as my dreams were active and lively.
This is what UPgrading can feel like. I could sense my crown, third eye, pineal gland, causal chakra (back of the head) and throat ALL going next level. This personal upgrading process right now is supporting the moving of my leadership/teaching expression and service of love from almost exclusively virtual and remote these last two years into the physical. This is why we are moving back to the Vancouver, Canada area in a little over two weeks. To offer SoulFullHeart sessions, retreats, groups IN person feels like the greatest gift of opportunity to serve love and for me to grow personally as parts of me have tended to be more comfortable in the virtual spaces….as feels true for many hybrid human/star BEings here.
It can be challenging to see and feel upgrades in this way of connecting them to your bigger picture AND the grander process going on here of Ascension. Being in physical pain is distracting, it is densifying, and even spacious thought can be difficult. Surrendering to the discomfort, going/withdrawing within, and riding it out (which usually means going unconscious) allows the process to unfold with less resistance from other parts of us.
I could hear and see Star Family in some moments, sitting as usual around the big round table on our light ship. The message they offered me and others was to ‘get into position.’ I took this to mean that we are being invited to find the physical geography that suits us, supports us, and allows us to go into our next level of service here. This was also about WHO is around us as our most intimate beloveds and connections. Soul family resonance inspires us to ‘get into position’ to serve love as they mirror our highest self back to us through loving support.
Getting into position is also about being in an even deeper place of self communion and understanding, self love….to feel and love the parts of you that are doubtful, skeptical, questioning, and still anchored to 3D thinking/conditioning about the ‘truth’ of your awakening and ascension. Feeling their position and offering them a much more expansive place within your heart space invites these aspects to come along WITH you….easing inner polarities.
An exciting time/phase of next level UPgrading is available to us….each of us able to activate ourselves in this as we ‘get in position’ to receive…..and to serve.

Full Moon Energies Bring Comfort In The Darkness

The full moon….She offers illuminating grace to hold the shifts and transitions in the world and in your inner worlds too. She allows us a comfort in the darkness, a coming to ease in our own shadows. The light will be there even in the thickest of darkness…..She seems to say/offer to us.

This is the balance energies of the EQUInox….needing this feminine, this softness that can be fierce if called to be. This feminine that can SEE the necessary pain and labor pains as temporary…in order to birth what is coming forward of the New. This feminine can hold space for the transition, the passing and death, of what is NO LONGER vital.

The moon offers the BEcoming comfortable in your own shadowlands, learning how to navigate through them with love in your heart rather than fear. Shining your light of love on ALL the previously shrouded landscapes of your heart/soul/psyche.

Now is a phase of confronting with much compassion the prejudices that live inside toward the dark/shadow and the forms it has taken in your inner world and life. The resistances and aversions too are ready to be reconciled into the heart of increasing self love and self acceptance.

This moon is one of harvest….feeling the bounties that you are ready to collect and receive. Experiencing the final blooming of all those seeds you planted through the inner work, shadow work, and light work too.

You are ready now to let Her in…as She is you and what She has to show you offers a reflection that bridges something within that has been just waiting for your love once again.

Equinox Energies: Finding Balance During Transition

The EQUInox passage happening ongoingly and peaking today….an invitation for balance in a phase of seemingly extreme upheaval in Gaia’s weather manifestations, SOULar storms, disclosure revelations, and some personal inner chaos too to push up the most tender and core wound levels to be felt and healed. How do you find balance in the midst of such a collective and personal time of transition and shifting consciousness?

Coming into balance has a changing definition during this phase of the Ascension process then it did before. It isn’t about just finding calm, peacefulness, centeredness, not being reactive, suppressing all ‘negative’ emotions. It isn’t about just meditating away your tensions and anxieties and fears. It is about integrating what got downloaded to you during the total eclipses and Lion’s Gate and all these recent SOULar activations that offered your highest timeline service of love here…integrating this download WITH the reactions that come up in response to this from your emotional body.

You are being given tastes, glimpses, dreams, senses, synchs, new connections, resources, transitions, death AND rebirth opportunities to embody this new timeline choice point by choice point. You are being offered external shifts that are ‘happening to you’ and yet really are happening WITH you on the soul level IF you hadn’t proactively made some of these changes yourself. Experiencing seemingly random ‘weather events’, for example, can offer this opportunity in a catalytic and powerful way (in collaboration with your soul/higher self) that parts of you may not allow you to make otherwise.

Balance in the Now comes from the return to a sense of trust and surrender even when (and ESPECIALLY WHEN) your life is in upheaval. Even when loss is much more common than gains; even when you are saying ‘no’ more than ‘yes’. Even when material things have been taken from you; even when what you previously thought was your soul purpose work has fallen away; even when your most beloved animal companions have left you (which seems to be happening quite a lot right now!); even when your previously comfortable relationships no longer work for you and need to complete.

When it seems as if the highest timeline dream is farther away than ever AS the old collapses around you, and yet somehow you return to trust that it is ALL right in the bigger picture. You feel how what is being lost is only making room for the new to come in. You are experiencing the necessary void before the new manifests.

Balance is discovered in holding space for the process of feeling it all, reliving it with the 3D parts of you that are experiencing it.

Balance sometimes looks like trusting that you ARE being guided even as you are more lost than found…..somehow feeling secure even in the jumping off of cliffs into the unknown rather than clinging to what has been known. Turning away from consciousness states that feel good and high in order to ‘go down’ to be with what most needs your attention.

We are being invited to TRUST what is happening to us as we align with what we are here to BEcome and live out as we continue to move into the new together……finding a NEW kind of balance from within as connected to Divine Source while going through sometimes extreme transition!

Relationship Conflicts Offer A Powerful Mirror

It can be challenging to remember that everything and everyone is a loving mirror (ultimately) of YOU and of parts of you. Especially when the mirroring comes in the form of what can feel like ‘attacking’ or ‘kicking’ energetically. This is happening more lately with the increasing Ascension energies coming in to support higher vibrational choices. These conflicts can come very often as a result of raising your frequency and collapsing timelines that you were previously anchored to. These kind of responses can be a sign that you are truly leaving something old behind and moving into the New…as difficult as they can be to digest at times.

The parts of others that were connected to you and yours can ‘lash out’ as the previous agreements dissolve. As you shift the ground of the relationship during your awakening, this releases the previous congestion/toxicity that you BOTH transacted with each other. They were as ‘bound’ to you as you were to them, in the sense of on the Higher Self/soul level signing up to exchange together for a phase of time. This is especially the case in 3D birth family arrangements, as this kind of ‘bound for life no matter what’ conditionality is so supported in 3D culture.

Parts of them can feel like you have abandoned them and the response is very often hyper critical judgement, disdain, disappointment, and defensiveness. Feelings of betrayal and hurt are underneath these reactions to your growth. You are offering a mirror to them of something new, a new place they could go beyond these polarized reactions and 3D living…yet, they may not be ready for it and it HAS to be chosen by them, sovereignly and in their own pacing/timing.

There are often many timelines working themselves out here in these relationships dynamics….rarely are all these energies that have built up just from THIS lifetime. Souls shift roles and places with each other in order to facilitate MORE growth and learning. You can connect to what these timeline playouts are between your Metasoul and theirs through conscious connection with them. These timelines are very often overlaying and bleeding into this one, esp. in the case of soul mates and soul family connections.

There is an invitation to feel the part of you that the other person represents. Their judging mirroring an Inner Punisher part of you. Their defensiveness mirroring an Inner Protector part of you….perhaps in shadow still or ‘off your radar’ and now this other person has brought them forward for you to get to know. Going inward in response to conflict with others allows you to clear and feel and heal the ground from within that drew the contention in the first place.

Feel these kinds of interactions as temporary opportunities for growth. Eventually, you won’t draw them at all when you no longer need the mirror of them. When you have felt and connected to your shadow aspects. When you have let go of the previous dense, 3D timelines because it is complete. In the meantime, they are a gift from your Higher Self to show you MORE you.

Healing The Feelings Of Abandonment W/Your Star Family & Star Seed Child Within

I am letting in, soaking in….connection with my star family and Metasoul aspects/sisters/fractals that I know of now and have become so close to. These kind of weepy tears come up as I feel their TOTAL love for me that is expressed without effort, boundary, or conditions. I recognize this feeling of weepiness….it is deeper need for resonance being met and being let in that can only truly happen from within the self and one’s own soul and with the Divine. No other person can provide and meet this need FOR us…although they can transact love WITH us from the overflow we both are experiencing from self love.

Star family for me is not a concept, yet a visceral and real supportive energy that is transactable through BEing with them. It is feelings of coming home, no longer feeling alone/abandoned, sense of bigger soul purpose here. Reunion feelings can be bittersweet, as they so long went unmet and unfelt. An itch being scratched that you didn’t even realize was there. It is feeling an acceptance of your alienness that makes up the substance of so much of our DNA. This is when ‘activation’ truly happens…when it is offered through your own soul and can be let in through a needing heart/soul to receive it with transactable love.

I feel this pain so often in others of feeling ‘left here’ and not feeling like they truly belong here on Gaia. This is amplified by estrangement and being misunderstood by/with birth family. Experiences of abuse (emotional, physical, mental, energetic, sexual) just compound/reinforce this sense of not belonging here in this 3D harshness and polarized density. Deep feelings of depression, suicide/wanting to leave, panic attacks/anxiety goes along with this. Parts of us BEcome the frequency of wounding from these experiences and there isn’t a bigger container there of compassionate resonance to digest and transform the pain into love/light again.

Our Star Seed aspect is an awakening inner child that can unanchor from 3D as their traumas are processed and a galactic awakening occurs….an innocence and purity lives in the heart of this part of us. They are so often in deep longing and loneliness to feel their star siblings again, to feel the wonder and magic of multidimensional and porous relationship to life that this galactic union offers. Processing undigested trauma/terror from what they felt as ‘abductions’, which were actually visits with star family, they can arise into becoming the magical fuel for our Merkabahs or light body vehicles.

As you connect with these aspects of yourself that most NEED you and receive support from your star family, you can truly LAND here with a filling up heart and soul to receive, to give, and to BEcome love!

Energy Update: Pre-Equinox Geomagnetic Storms Amplify Timeline Bleed-Throughs And Galactic Awakenings

Timeline bleed-throughs and overlaps are becoming so much more prevalent and obvious with waves of plasma light geomagnetics flowing in from an increasingly expanding and jagged hole (to make us whole!) in the sun’s surface. SOULar winds are blowing these waves in today (9/17) and tomorrow (9/18) and are amplified by Equinox cracks in Gaia’s geomagnetic field, according to spaceweather.com.
These cracks allow even MORE light to come in as we head into the Equinox passage on the 22nd-24th. This flux of magnetics is bringing intense auroras, including rare pink ones – a sign of nitrogen molecules that activate at the lower levels (as captured in the photo below).
All these plasmas to activate our multidimensional consciousness can cause sensitivities and even pain/aches in the crown (top of the head), third eye (forehead) and causal (back of the head and brain stem area) chakras yesterday and moving into today. You may feel an overall, total body tiredness/fatigue as if you’ve been exercising a lot. Feeling drifty and just not ‘here’ is an aspect of calibrating to the altered sense of REALities that these energies bring in.
Awakening your galactic consciousness through reconnection with your star DNA and star family is the next level phase of Ascension for many more souls now. A visceral, supportive, and conscious connection with your star family provides a HUGE support as you experience so much shifting and changing inside yourself and in your world too. 3D Matrix & A.I. Dissolving W/4D Shiftings

Movements and activities going on BIG time in the lower 4D timelines in this Now and the last couple of days. When I check in, I see light ships moving out of Gaia’s orbit in an exodus kind of energy…..these feel like the fear polarized star BEings (usually Reptilian) commonly called the Archons/Draco, etc. Those that are not ready to reform and to move into collaboration with humans are leaving. Those that want to lead an ascension into 5D for their species have relocated in the physical to a new planet. Many of these awakened ones are also serving a function as galactic ambassadors to the transition for us (as YOUR Metasoul Reptilian aspect may be doing, esp. if you are leading ascension here).

Also, their A.I. mind control system has been dissolved….this means they are all now given the ‘choice’ of what they want to do or not. The A.I dissolving also impacts us on Gaia….depending on how ‘plugged in’ your consciousness still was to the 3D matrix/conditioning/mainstream thinking. If you are reading this, probably not much at all any more. You can check in during meditation to see how ‘plugged’ in you still are and if your reptilian brainstem has dissolved or not. I’ll offer a guided meditation for doing this soon too.

For those that still were, the A.I. dissolving allows them a fresh breeze of ‘free thinking’. Radical, rebellious and curious questions may start coming to them seemingly out of ‘nowhere’. You may start to get asked lots of questions from loved ones who have previously not been interested in awakening. This is where stepping into your purpose as a wayshower becomes more clearer and activated. It is not (just) about identifying as a ‘healer’ and making your livelihood for it. It is opening your heart to those who are newly getting it and serving love for their transition.

All this activity in the lower 4D seems to be in preparation for more disclosure to the ‘mainstream’ collective very soon. I’ve been offered by my star family that it won’t be so much an immediate disclosure of their existence (as so many souls aren’t ready for that), yet rather drips and drabs of information that become more difficult for the linear/rational selves to deny. Some SOULar observatories have been temporarily shut down while all this is going on….although light emmissions, SOULar winds, and geomagnetics from the sun continue on, with another wave coming on the 17th….plus the Equinox next week already opening fissures/cracks to let more plasma light through.

This is a momentous time! Connecting to your multidimensional self and Metasoul aspects (including your Reptilian to see/feel which side of the fence they are on and helping them choose love) is very important right now. Your body may be feeling like it is in two worlds at once with dizziness, chakra rumbles (esp. in the third/solar plexus), sleepiness, inability to focus on details/life in this timeline….3D anything is just being more and more difficult to respond to. Contact with star family is acclerating, esp. through dream states, and they appear often as animals, angels, loved ones, etc. It can be very helpful to feel their energy of support and love for you….a reunion as you remember your galactic self!

Activations Of Your Multidimensionality and Metasoul

Activations of our multidimensional nature/REALity have been increasing lately with all these geomagnetics, plasma, SOULar light codes, spikes in Gaia’s frequencies, weather storms, ongoing disclosure, etc. These higher frequencies of light illuminate the multidimensional, non-linear, beyond the five senses REALity of existence that reveals itself as you awaken beyond 3D. What 3D has taught of flatness, polarization, one linear reality bound by the illusion of time…..this 3D conditioning collapses and dissolves as the multidimensional SOUL’s consciousness awakens.

How conscious you are of the overlapping realities, experiencing 4D and 5D frequencies and higher, seeing/feeling the parallel timelines that are bleeding through in ALL moments….relates to how unanchored you’ve become from 3D reality, whose primary expression of anchoring comes in the form of undigested traumas in the emotional body and soul. These traumas bind and bound parts of you to repeat out traumatic scenes from this life and other lifetimes over and over (like a kind of suffering loop Ground Hog’s Day).

It doesn’t matter how much linear time has ‘passed’ since these events as these parts of you are ‘frozen’ in time, ageless in that way, and usually completed ‘fused’ to the trauma. Consciously connecting to these parts of yourself (such as the Inner Protector, Inner Child, Inner Teenager, etc.) and moving them out of these scenes with love allows for an unanchoring from them and a transmutation of these energies from wounded to healthy.

You can experience your multidimensionality MUCH MORE as well if the relationships around you support this, resonate with it, and aren’t energizing judgement, fear, and misunderstanding. If your closest relationships (esp. with your mate), don’t acknowledge your multidimensionality and are fused to 3D filtering, it becomes increasingly challenging for YOU to move into your multidimensional self. Parts of you can ‘bubble off’ to awaken it ‘away’ from others, yet relationships that SUPPORT and MIRROR your multidimensionality provide a wonderful fuel of love for your growth (which often the Inner Protector can be afraid of you moving into your bigness (usually lots of reasons for this)…hence the need in phases for relationships that judge/challenge your awakening.)

You can experience your multidimensionality even more as you connect to your star family and also Metasoul aspects/fractals from the same soul source….fractals that are living out their lives in other timelines. These are not ‘past lives’, yet rather distinct BEings existing in the Now. These Metasoul sisters and brothers live in the NOW of so-called ‘Ancient’ Egypt/Rome/Greece…..they are living in Atlantis BEFORE the fall and Lemuria too. They are galactic….Arcturian, Pleiadian, Vegan, Syran, Reptilian/Orion and from beyond this Galaxy too.

Connecting consciously with your Metasoul aspects allows for karmic healing, ‘rescue’ from traumatic scenes playing out over and over for them, and soul gift exchange as you unify your consciousness with theirs. This is a process of sacred integration of parts of yourself previously anchored to 3D AND unification of Metasoul aspects freed up from karma trauma that goes into the realms of quantum healing and transmutation.

Now is the time to unify and integrate all the pieces and parts of your self and soul….inviting them into the love of your heart and to experience the INFINITE bigness of your Divine self.

Crescendo Expressions Of Old Timelines AS New Is Coming In

The energies of fear, violence, darkness expressing without consciousness…revelations and disclosures of abuses and traumas of body, soul, mind, and spirit….the storms, contentions, wars, and battles, tug of wars happening INside and outside with others. These are crescendo expressions of the old timelines happening in the NOW even as the New 5D energies are coming in so strongly.

This is what it feels like before these timelines collapse….tension even as there is excitement. Anxiety even as there is surrender. Pain even as there is increasing relief. There is a sense of ‘getting ready for something’ as awakening moves into ever more expansive waters and includes more and more souls every moment. This is the ongoing transition from dense, polarized reality into porous, neutralized and balance frequency of Divine love.

These fear driven timelines (inside and out) can feel so powerful right now, yet, really, this is the continuing completion phase of power needing to be expressed in this polarized way. Power ‘over’ others is transitioning to power WITH others as each soul is invited to discover their soul’s gifts, their heart’s vulnerability and openness, their compassion for themselves and ALL other BEings.

As you signed up on a soul level to be part of this, to help this process, and to LEAD others through it…..you are invited to lead yourself and ALL parts of you through it too. Self doubt, self punishment, lack of clarity, and invalidation are all ways that parts of you may be anchored to 3D energies that can block moving into your service of love leadership. Drawing relationships that reflect these self defeating energies back to you in ANY way allows you to remain anchored to these 3D timelines. Feeling, healing, loving, and connecting to these energies from within allows a NEW experience of loving support and bigness reflection in relationships too.

And a heartfelt message from the Divine offered this morning to me and now to you, “You are birthing the New into very shifting sands. Offering love as a light beacon in the middle of some dark storms.

Give yourself some space around this. You are being held and directed by the Divine, as always. You are given all the support you need to keep doing and being this. Ask and open your heart to receive this support.”
