Your essence is arising feminine……your essence is penetrating masculine. Coming into balance again as you realize they were not as separate as you thought. Returning to a neutral flow without boundaries or lines or compartments.

You are blooming into your sacred humanity. Your unique expression of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. Your fragrance drawing the soul family relationships that nourish most.

You are remembering that you are made of compassion and peace. Offering this ambassadorship to all the shadows and polarizations within. Your healing heart overflows this self love out to others.

You are becoming Infinite Love in human form…….as you consciously ascend, awaken, and arise!

Higher Timeline Becoming Clearer W/Strong Geomagnetics Continuing

These strong magnetic frequencies recently are helping with a sorting out faster now. More rapidly with more clarity, sometimes fueled by heart and soul vision. Sometimes fueled by frustration and wanting to end the pain and suffering. What to commit to more deeply and what to let go is becoming clearer in all areas of your life. What to go into as it serves what you most want and your service of love VISION…..and what to release as it doesn’t reflect that envisioning may becoming more clear for you.

With the activation of your highest timeline during this intense energy month of August and especially during the recent eclipses and Lion’s Gateway, the downloads so freely available and gifted to you…..you are then given the choice in every moment to live it out or to retract away from it. To move it forward or to pause. ALL of this is your sacred choice, although the highest timeline choices are the ones that most serve the manifestation of New Earth reality for yourself inside and for the collective.

More overlap seems to be happening between these processes of collapsing timelines and arising timelines with less gap and pause. Meaning, you are feeling increasing desire and clarity WHILE the old is falling away. The new is coming in WHILE the old is moving out. The energies of mourning and celebration coming together, weaving, and operating in the same moment sometimes. Bittersweetness.

Parts of you may be feeling the sweetness while other parts of you are feeling the bitter. Being with the different energies AS parts can help with the overwhelm that can grow inside over these divergent frequencies. Asking to reconnect with and feel your highest timeline can infuse it into your body and flush up in your emotional body the parts of you that may have fear, resistance, and doubt. Feeling and holding space for the fear and doubts too that come up as you let in the higher timeline.

Continually claiming the higher timeline and not falling back into 3D anchoring is not easy at times, as I offered yesterday. Yet, in another way, it IS what you will do eventually as the higher timeline you and your higher timeline life are ALREADY happening.

Choosing the higher timeline is what love wants you to do and BE, so the more love you can feel with yourself and with your parts, the more support you will feel to live it out in the Now and NOT delay it. Bridging the gap between THIS now and THAT now is where the challenge is and feeling all that comes up in this walking out.

The higher timeline is waiting for you AND it is available in this very moment to be claimed, tasted, moved toward, lived and, most of all, loved!

Challenges Of Moving Into A Higher Timeline

It is NOT easy to move into a higher timeline. To extract from 3D life, from so much conditioning and expectation, from well worn habits and patterns and reactions……It is NOT easy and, at times, it can be very painful and even feel hugely challenging.

Moving into your higher timeline is saying more ‘No’s’ to what isn’t your higher timeline than it is saying, ‘Yes.’ It can feel like all you are saying is, ‘No’ as you help parts of you separate from what is no longer what you want as you embody your higher self into your body.

It can be saying, ‘No’ to relationships that were once beloved yet are no longer supporting your highest expression and intimacy desires. It can be saying, ‘No’ to previously beloved habits that you now realize are self harming or destructive. This ‘no’ saying is held with increasing trust that it will open up more ‘yes’ and more possibilities of love as you are willing to claim and advocate for what you really want and most serves the love that you ARE.

It can be so challenging not to fall into victim, finger pointing toward others………and yet to feel the harm that has occurred for parts of you AS you hold that you chose it all as a soul. This is where parts work process can be so helpful as you identify the parts of you (such as your Inner Child) that feel victimized and WHY they do and help them move into more mature adulthood. You set higher standards for yourself, with your parts, and raise your maturity level through this process. THIS moves you into your higher timeline taking your emotional body along with you. Without this self propulsion, it is easier to stagnant, ceiling out, remain flat and attached to 3D life and relationships.

Yes, the current love and light energy influxes are here to help us out in this very challenging ascension process. These energies are here to provide a sense of ease and grace infusion in the moments that we most need it. But, the degree that we can actually let them in is up to each of us and the self negotiation with the parts of us that block, stall, and are anchored in fear.

Letting IN these love and light high frequencies is where your self sovereignty and choice comes in, either deflecting or receiving….either changing or resisting. The universe lets you choose and THIS is what makes the process both very magical and also seemingly very challenging at times.

Energy Update: Coronal Mass Ejection Offers Mirror Of Inner Polarizations

A CME (coronal mass ejection) hurled out of the sun a few days ago and the energies from it are coming now into Gaia’s and our atmospheres. A CME is like a cannonball of plasma, propelled forward in a single, sustaining direction…..an immense cloud of magnetized particles hurled into space. These particles travel over a million miles per hour and take usually three days to reach Gaia. These are different frequencies than a SOULar flare, which can last minutes to hours and contain tremendous amounts of energy. Flares traveling at the speed of light take eight minutes to reach Gaia. We are in the midst of an eleven year ‘soular minimum’ phase when it comes to flares, so geomagnetic storms and CMEs are much more likely right now.

The distinctions of these different SOULar frequencies feels important only to the extent that it helps you discover and track how you respond to these energies and what they are offering you as connected to your ongoing awakening process. Plasma offers an activation of polarized particles….seeming to mirror polarizations that can exist INside of you and in the collective too. The 3D consciousness experiment is formed on polarizations…’this’ negatively charged force pushing against ‘that’ positively charged one. This negative against positive dynamic can be seen and felt everywhere in 3D society and the 3D matrix runs on the fuel of this polarization. ‘Good’ against ‘evil’ is the stuff of so many super hero movie plot lines and mass consciousness thinking as well.

As you awaken beyond 3D consciousness, you can start to feel how this polarization lives inside of you, how you have been conditioned to it, and how it impacts you. You feel how parts of you have formed to fit this good versus evil picture, how they have ‘chosen’ to play these roles….and how these dynamics play out in other timelines as well. Your consciousness starts to rise ‘beyond’ just black and white thinking filtering of reality and playing roles connected to it.

You see how the substance of life is more in flow, a dance, and a spiral of energies. How both the light and the dark are needing to create life. Parts of you become less charged in your reactions to life, relationships, and situations. You feel less like things have been done ‘against’ you or feel anything as actually evil……yet rather connect with growing trust to the Divine purpose in it ALL. You feel less polarization between masculine and feminine energies (as modeled to you in 3D life) and more sacred union within and with others.

I keep being shown the yin/yang symbol lately in meditation…not in static form as captured in pictures, yet rather in movement and motion, like the gif I shared here. This feels like an encouragement and reminder to move into more balance and ‘go with the flow’ from within and related to life. Less compartmentalize, less charged reactions, and more flow with trust….

These increasing plasmas offer an opportUNITY to feel these inner polarizations and recognize when they are being triggered and charged through parts’ reactions. Going within, especially to check in with your inner masculine, can be SO helpful during them and provide often much needed sense of inner balance as MORE love comes into your heart and every part of you that needs it!

Healing The Violence Inside

Fear can live in your bones, in your DNA, in parts of you vibrating at trauma frequencies in your emotional body, in your Metasoul in many timelines, in your Protector/Gatekeeper aspect. And fear comes out in ALL kinds of ways and expressions. It comes out in tensions, panics, and anxieties. It projects and closes down/blocks open-hearted experience and transaction with others. It brings your frequency lower. Parts of you may shiver and quiver with it, sinking to a place where things seem untrustworthy, hurtful and harmful, non-vulnerable, dark and shadowy.

We are ancient with fear, beyond time ingrained and trained. We are gestating embryos in our mother’s womb swimming in fear fluids. The 3D matrix has been built and run on fear fuel, fed and maintained by violence – both within and outward – violence is the lowest vibrational frequency of fear. So many eat fear every day through animals that have been killed. Violence has become entertainment, so many souls on an IV drip of violence coming in, numbing them or eliciting outrage at the INjustice, which is just more violence in a shifted form.

Lifting UP beyond violence begins from withIN. It starts with becoming aware of the battles within, the harm done from one part of you to another…a Punisher Part of you beating up until shame floods your BEing with the suffering patterns and loops this creates.

Loving the Inner Punisher energy and learning WHY it is like this….you weep, then, at how this punishing-shame frequency is just learned and necessary and NOT really who you ARE. You feel how it has served to make you small, to help you fit in, to keep you ‘capped’ and plugged in to 3D life. You are ready to be lifted out of it to transmute the punishment to discernment and intuition WITH love. To heal the shame into innocence again.

As this inner violence heals, you can come, more and more, from non-violent frequencies in response to others. You become less tolerant to violence in any form…..even sensitive to the subtle frequencies found in comparison, contention, and judgements made with love withheld.

You lift UP, then, as you stop eating, watching, BEing violence and become MORE love. You shift your focus from violence outside of you and discover, find, and feel where it lives inside.

BEcoming a beacon of peace is the openness to feel the violence, the battles, the clashes inside. BEcoming a beacon of peace is more space clearing in your emotional body to make room for your higher heart, your angelic heart, your Christ Consciousness heart, your Mother Mary heart….made of Infinite Kindness, Infinite Peace, and no longer any need for fear.

Personal/Service Of Love Transition From Mexico To Canada

It’s a mixture of tension and excitement in the moment that I am feeling as the ‘countdown’ begins on our exit from Mexico back to Canada. We just paid yesterday a month’s rent for a place in Victoria, BC starting in October…..near the Gorge and almost walkable to the inner harbor area. After being here in Mexico for four years, Raphael and I are going back ‘home’ to ground in the changes, awakenings, shifts, and transmutations that have occurred inside of us in that time with my daughter Raianna coming with us too. It feels like a rooting in to rise process….that is actually more about the internals than the externals.

The tension is in holding some of the details, in the unknowns that come from not ‘securing’ a lease and instead living month to month as we are going to do now…the tensions are in my masculine aspects, who just ultimately want to trust and make sure that I am safe. The excitement arises for ALL of me in finally moving into my highest timeline in the physical….connecting my geography to service of love in a deeper way. The excitement is in the freedom offered by NOT knowing and letting life arise and offer what it will through synchs, Divine alignments, and ultimately service of love.

I will still be writing posts/articles and sharing videos/audio blogs/guided meditations during this transition as it is such a natural overflow for me to share/serve love….I’ve also started another book and hope to continue working on that with a potential ‘due date’ of January 1st, 2019! And, Raphael and I will still be offering our bridging and ongoing Deep sessions, both individual and group, over zoom during this transition. We will also be offering individual sessions and group sessions (and eventually retreats) in person in Victoria starting around mid-October for those of you who live in the Vancouver area and are even drawn to travel from other states to come see us in person. I see doing talks at local venues too, as we did previously when we lived in the local Vancouver area. We also see traveling to and living for a phase in the Glastonbury UK area and Europe next Spring/summer…….We will keep you updated on these things as they arise.

Ultimately, I feel such gratitude for the space Mexico has held…an intense personal deconstruction process for me that stripped so much away that wasn’t ME to reveal more of the soul essence that WAS.

The ongoing ascension process offers these kinds of deconstructions and reconstructions, these death and rebirths…and various geographies can hold the space for them…serving as the oven for your transformational fire!

Energy Update: HIGH SOULar Winds Bring In Sacred Masculine Activations

A steady and strong stream of high speed SOULar winds have been blowing in for the last two days (August 20th and 21st). SOULar wind speeds reached the high 600’s km/sec yesterday (where typical speeds are more like 200 km/sec). These winds are forming into minor to active geomagnetic storms in the mid to high altitudes. Beautiful Aurora codes are lighting up the arctic skies in the early morning and can be connected to in the astrals too.

You may feel these SOULar winds as a higher intensity of energy moving through your body and your chakras and inside of your BEing. There is such a range of reaction to them, unique to each person. For some souls, these energies bring a sense of being ‘high’ and giddy, feelings of euphoria, bliss, and a renewed mental clarity and sense of purpose. Yet, some people may feel depression, fatigue, and sense of hopelessness….restlessness for parts of them over their current life trajectory, especially if there are still parts of them who are anchored to 3D traumas. These higher frequencies can also cause difficulty sleeping, headaches and light headedness.

Gaia’s atmosphere is the primary receiver of this stream of SOULar energies flowing out from a very wide coronal hole in the sun’s surface.  Gaia could be inside this stream of SOULar winds for days, even through the rest of this week, according to spaceweather.com. This stream brings in a high level of plasma with it….a mix of positively and negatively charged particles at extremely high temperatures, becoming more gas-like as these energies leave the sun and come closer to Gaia. Gaia’s magnetic field protects us from the severe damage that these particles could do and acts like a shield, repelling the plasma and redirecting it into the atmosphere again.

I was guided to study a little bit more (which I honestly hardly ever do, preferring to lead with my intuition) about the dynamics that are happening during high SOULar winds and how they can impact our telecommunications systems and our internal systems too. I have the sense when reading about mainstream science’s take on them of much undigested fear about the ‘destructive’ elements of the sun’s energy. Gaia’s magnetic field feels so fragile in this mainstream picture….repelling these powerful SOULar forces with only Her flimsy shield protecting us from all the possibilities of mass destruction and damage that could burst through at any moment.

There is some way in which this seems to represent the overall fear that comes up in response to the power of the sacred masculine. The sense I have been offered about these SOULar energies is that they are actually much needed by us right now. There is much awe and reverence to feel in the powerful force that these energies are….they serve as a reminder of the powerful force that lies latent inside of each of US too. The masculine CAN do damage and be destructive and violent too….yet overly fixating on that expression creates a repeated, self sabotaging cycle of its play out. Forgiveness of this abuse of power capacity in the masculine and genuine remorse from the masculine is possible as we connect with the masculine parts of ourselves that SO need our love.

These SOULar frequencies activate our sacred masculine, allowing for the collective healing and transformation of the wounded masculine that is MUCH needed during this phase of awakening. The wounded masculine is NOT just in men, yet in each of us, as embodied in our masculine parts in this timeline and from other timelines where we chose male bodies. This is truly a collective invitation to move into healthy masculine expression that each of us can personally take into our hearts, souls, chakras, and even physical bodies.

You have your own versions of magnetic shield, held by your Inner Protector, that can repel the energies when they are too strong and could do damage. Your Inner Protector so bravely and loyally holds these ‘shields’ in the face of 3D onslaughts of fear polarization, separation wounding, and disconnect/unworthiness playouts too. Ground these SOULar frequencies into the heart of your masculine. Allow your masculine to have a voice and energy in your life. An integrating sacred masculine brings direction, heart-based action, clarity, and healthy boundary setting. The repression/suppression/diversion of your inner masculine energy is what can create lostness, confusion, inability to focus, lack of clarity about soul purpose, poor boundary setting, and projection of masculine needs ‘outside’ of the self.

Embrace these sacred masculine energies as they blow in. Surrender to where He wants to take you. Ride the wave and notice how momentum can move through your life. Allow dynamic things to HAPPEN and the next level to MANifest in your world. Trust that love is holding it ALL and wants to bring it back into balance again….

The Only Way Growth Comes Is Risking The Known For The Unknown

The only way growth comes is risking the known for the unknown….this card came up as a memory for me that I posted two years ago. I was just newly on Facebook then, having just moved from a remote, off-grid ranch here in Mexico into the city of Puerto Vallarta. I had just risked the known of ranch life (as difficult as it could be at times!) and all the sweat and money we had invested there…. to listen to the call of the Divine to be more available for service even though I had no idea what that really MEANT. The only thing I really knew was that I needed to be online and accessible for whatever was Next Level for me.
 
During the two years since then, my service of love going by the waveform called ‘SoulFullHeart’ has been planted into the collective consciousness many times by me and my beloveds through many seeds of writings (including THREE books), videos/audio blogs/guided meditations, and many individual and group sessions. I have been honored to meet with hundreds of women since then in session space, which has brought so much growth to me personally as I navigate being a bridge for this powerful and beautiful work to the resonant souls/hearts who are ready for it.
 
HOW service of love would unfold was unknown to me two years ago….yet the known I was in then at the ranch was dissatisfying to my soul self and my heart passion….even as it had been exciting and growthful for a period of time.
 
Growth will continually invite you to LET GO of the previous knowns to step into the next unknown ones and the next. That is how you recognize that you are growing actually.
 
Risking the known is to actually LET GO of whatever degree of suffering that parts of you have become used to. It is to LET GO of what previous version of you has now become too comfortable. It is to feel the fears and anxiety (lack of trust) that come up in letting go and moving into the unknown edges of your leading edge growth places and expressions.
 
Two years later and I am feeling into taking another risk and change into the unknown connected to a geographic shift. I’ll be sharing more about that soon as it lands more in my hearts of our community too.
 
The current Ascension energies are moving us into these unknown places where growth lives quicker then EVER before and inviting us to linger less in the places that bring comfort yet not as much growth!!

Bringing Your Focus Inward In Relationships

The entanglements in long-term relationships of all kinds can feel SO deep. Like layers and layers of stickiness that may feel difficult to even identify one strata from another. There can be a multitude of binds AND bonds formed from so many moments spent together in an agreement of shrinking, conforming, grasping, and….very often….abusing. The abuse can range from subtle to overt, yet any time love is withheld, there is some frequency of violence transacting instead….there is fear transacting instead of love.

This legacy of entanglement was passed down to you. You inherited this from your parents and their relationship with each other and other people too. Whether based in disconnect or outright conflict or brother-sister flatness or passive aggressive somewhere in between, your parent’s relationship most likely didn’t form from an authentic, consistent, and rich ground of self love and love for each other. Yet, rather, it formed from undigested wounds and traumas, from safety and comforts, from Metasoul karmic playouts, and from the dysfunctional legacy about relationships that they received from THEIR parents too. This is a legacy of scared unions rather than sacred ones.

Parts of you so completely take in this templating of polarizing energy in relationship. Parts of you receive it and take in it in order to survive here. They take it in to provide protection for your vulnerable and innocent Inner Child. Your masculine learns how to be so from your father’s modeling….your feminine from your mother. Some of this templating is consciously rejected, some of it is consciously emulated. And, so much of their templating impacts you and then forms into cohesive personalities that may be unconscious to you even to this day, yet are often hugely interfacing in your current relationships.

Making conscious HOW relationship was modeled for you and how it then LIVES in parts of you can be very illuminating. Very liberating. Rather than the focus outward on your partners or on your parents or on other people……you can pull your focus and your love inward. You can feel and learn about your Inner Teenager/Child, etc. and how they feel, how they hurt, how they express in magical tones. You can meet your Inner Mother/Feminine and feel how she operates and reacts to life situations. You can connect with your Inner Father/Protector/Punisher, etc. and discover how he expresses in your life. You can come to understand how they relate with each other too and transform the scared unions inside you into sacred ones. You can embrace these energies inside of you with total love in your heart and MUCH compassion.

As you BEcome this loving energy toward the inner relationships within you, you can THEN draw less polarized relationships with those outside of you. You can remember then that the clashes and thrashes….the codependencies and attachments…..the struggles and conflicts…….originate always from within…..from one part of you to another.

The hooks to go ‘back in’ to toxic or mostly abusive or fear-based relationships is about what remains unhealed INSIDE of you that resonants still at these frequencies. The draw to stay in relationships that you are shrinking to fit in and are mostly 3D-based (with little to no soul resonance) is often about a conforming that is going on between one part of you and another (usually the Inner Punisher and the Inner Teenager.) It can also be about Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes/timelines who are caught up in traumas and dramas with very strong and influential energies.

The questions about relationships of all kinds can be the most troubling and confusing for people, leading to much suffering. It is probably the number one thing that people ask help and support for in sessions. This is mostly because parts of them get caught up in it being OUTSIDE of them and then feel disempowered and out of control (exactly what the Inner Child/Teenager feels in the parental relationship.) Also, this is so being pushed up by the Ascension energies and the awakening process, which invites you to move from fear-based relationships into love-based ones.

To bring the focus and attention inward brings clarity, clam, purpose, AND empowerment. It brings in self love and healthy self management that then leads to advocacy and clear boundary setting with others as well.
