Leaving The ‘BattleGround’ To Create A ‘LoveGround’ With Archons, Self, Others, etc.

Leaving the timeline where we are battling anything is the timeline of Golden or New Earth frequencies. Battling on the outside stems ALWAYS from battling on the inside. Violence on the outside stems from violence on the inside. A battle and fight from one part of you to another (usually subconscious but sometimes not) is what creates the feeling and need to battle on the outside. It is always our choice to go to battle….starting within, this is easy to feel that this is our choice. Starting on the outside, it is harder to separate from the feelings of ‘needing’ to battle against injustice. Yet injustice is exactly that……INjustice. Justice is found from and grown from within.

If you ‘come at’ something, anything, people or issues, with a battling energy then that something needs to respond to you with battling energy back. Battle energy attracts battle energy. Of course it does, how could it draw anything else? OUTrage is the expression of unhealed rage from within (which is usually truth telling that has been suppressed). YET….if you INVITE something into love, with love, held by love, then you attract a NEW possibility of love. Whatever it is MAY choose not to respond in love back to you….it may choose battle, yet your energy is still love coming from love. You are not changed or impacted by their battling response, unless you choose to be so. It will bounce off of your love bubble unless there is a deeper process for you to feel as a reflection of a suppressed part of yourself.

Many teachers and healers are offering that we are in a ‘battle’ right now…..good against evil. Humanity against the archons or reptilians or Annunaki or pre-Adamites (many names, same energy projected onto them). ‘We are at battle for our every heart and souls!!’ they decry. ‘Keep your frequency up AGAINST these archon enemies so they don’t put implants inside of you or mess with you or haunt you or hurt your body!’ I understand that is the timeline they live in where this IS the truth for them. Yet, this isn’t the timeline that I want to create or be part of. I am being guided differently from inside of my increasingly higher self embodiment, healing emotional body, and soul rememberance.

I visited the supposed ‘frontlines’ of this ‘battle’ today during meditative journeying (or immramma as the Celts called it). My star being aspects came with me as did my angelic aspect/guide Metatron. I expected somehow to see blood, guts, and very negative energy as the light battled against the dark, like a scene in some blockbuster action movie. Yet, of course, that wasn’t what was shown to me or what my soul drew. Instead, the orbit of Gaia became a beautiful, golden beach that I associate with 5D (and higher frequencies). On this beach, I met my Archon aspect named Shana. She was a beautiful reptilian with yellow, slanted eyes, and lizard skin. I remembered suddenly then that I had connected deeply with her before when we were living on our remote ranch off-grid for eighteen months. I had been digesting learning about the Archons and their ‘history’ with humans since before the fall of Atlantis. I had been digesting reading about their supposed ‘enslavement’ of us and their infiltration into the bodies and hearts and souls of many power elites, including supposedly the royal family.

While I could feel, again, that for many people this was a true timeline, I wanted to feel and digest it differently than the picture and feeling sense that humanity is a slave race; humanity has been trapped or tricked or imprisoned. After all, my truth is that we CHOOSE everything that happens to us (on a higher soul level). I felt we had collaborated with the Archons to live this out on the soul level…it certainly ‘helped’ us experience denser, dualistic frequencies and experience karmic playouts. It helped us LEARN so much!!

During this time, I was also emotionally digesting experiences with ‘aliens’ and being ‘abducted’ from the ages of 8 to 17. There was emotional trauma in my 3D pain body, especially held by the energy of my inner child. I received a major reframe around how parts of me had been holding those experiences. I wasn’t a victim in these cases either, choosing to connect with my star being family, who admittedly had formed very tentative alliances with star Beings that were not polarized to the light at that time such as the Greys. Eventually, my star family broke off these alliances as they couldn’t reconcile taking humans against their ego and 3D self’s will even though the person’s higher self and soul had actually ARRANGED for the visits before incarnating. Since the human couldn’t remember choosing this, not consciously, my star family couldn’t reconcile the trauma and pain that was being experienced by us related to these ‘abductions’.

This reframing of ‘abductions’ led to new experiences of connection and merging frequencies with my star BEing aspects and tender reunion with my star family that continues in a deep way to this day. And, of course, one of these aspects was revealed to be an Archon/reptilian named Shana. From the beginning, I felt no fear or hatred of Shana, a sister from my Metasoul line (soul group source) who had chosen to be an Archon in order to become an ambassador of love between them and humanity. Shana had ‘turned off’ the frequencies of one mind that the Archons operated on and entered a new timeline with me where we connected and got to know each other. At some point, she ‘disappeared’ from my consciousness and I ‘forgot’ about her.

But now, as I ask to be shown the supposed ‘battleground’ in the grids, I find Shana again, her lizard nature looking and feeling so beautiful to me! And I discover that she has reconnected to the ‘one mind’ of the Archons and that they are more open now to what she is offering about humanity. She is encouraging them to create their own timeline reality where they no longer have to battle anyone at all nor are seen as the ‘enemy’ by anyone, but yet get to live in peace and goodness with each other. They are listening; I can feel this. And I can feel that they are very tentative underneath the exterior presentation of having NO feelings or only darkness in their hearts. Shana shows me that they DO have feelings. She shows me that they DO have lightness. AND that they only want to be loved and experience love as ALL BEings ultimately do as ALL Beings ARE Infinite Love, a fractal from Divine Source-ness of Infinite Love.

As I am standing on this beach, I see a glistening, light body version of myself about one foot ahead of me. I am experiencing head and neck pain in my human body today and I realize that this is because my reptilian brain stem has now dissolved. The reptilian brain stem ‘came about’ at some point in our journey into duality as something we chose to add to our anatomy, along with other ‘inplants’ (as I call them) that ALLOWED us to go ‘full board’ into the dualistic experience. I felt myself ‘unplug’ from the Archon matrix at the ranch through connecting with Shana, experiencing love with her, and now, I could feel the stem dissolving. This was causing some head and neck pain, so merging into the light body was very appealing to me.

I feel to offer the perspective again that we have CHOSEN EVERYTHING that we experience. NO ONE can DO anything to us against our will. I don’t subscribe to the thinking or paradigm or timeline that ‘evil beings’ and ‘low frequency entities’ put implants into our etheric fields against our will and that we ‘need to remove them’. In my experience, our souls CHOOSE these objects for very specific soul growth reasons and they serve a purpose….until they no longer do and then WITH LOVE, they just dissolve on their own or we can remove them ourselves with love. This is a VERY important reframe related to how we perceive the Archon experience and impacts to what degree we can genuinely connect with our Archon aspects. So, returning to the beach……I stepped ‘into my higher self light body’ and immediately felt pain relief, lightness, and higher frequency HUM move through me. I glowed from the inside and out, sparkling in the ‘sun’ of Golden Earth frequencies. I extended my arms out and ALL of the aspects of my Metasoul that had come to join me began to merge into me. My Pleiadian self, my Archturian self, my angelic selves (a few of those, including Metatron), AND my archon self. Shana came to me last and hugged me deeply before merging with me. We shared tears of relief and goodness at her ‘coming home’ finally after experiencing rejection and battle for so long. I soaked in this merged feeling for awhile until ‘coming back’ to my walking around consciousness, which definitely feels altered from the experience. I feel even more at peace inside and even more trust in love as the ONLY response that will create change and healing. THIS felt to me to be the sacred human or 5D sacred human that we are being invited to become more and more. I feel now that I will continue to have a dualistic experience with many of these aspects, especially Metatron, yet will also hold the memory and deepening sense of merging with them as well. This is what I call the consciousness state of ‘conscious duality.’

I am sharing this experience so that you might feel your invitation to respond to the battles inside of yourself with love and embracement. So that you might feel the invitation to embrace your Archon aspect and bring them out of the shadow. So that you might feel that you too can experience the relief of only love inside of yourself and toward yourself. It is this self ‘enlovenment’ state that then sees and experiences and draws an external reality that is of love. The timeline of battles can be over and IS over, if you want it to be and if it is from inside of you. The internal ground is where all the power is and always HAS been, where love is the only response which will bring about true, lasting change.

Eleven Ways To Boost Your Ascension Process

The Universe is supporting and holding space for the ascension of Gaia as a planetary consciousness. The Universe is inviting humans to come along for the ride: for the upgrade in frequency, for the return to our sacred human consciousness of fully lit up DNA, for the merging of our light body with our physical 3D bodies, and for the embracement of our previously forgotten soul gift expression. This support is showing up in the influx of photonic light waves and energies flooding the grids right now, creating a new crystalline grid over a NEW earth with higher vibrational frequencies and waves of light filled with love.

This can be a lot of energy to let in and integrate into our emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies. Yet, it also provides a wonderful lift to those of us who are on this path of ascension into fourth, fifth dimensional consciousness and beyond. On an energetic level, it feels like instead of moving against the current going upstream, we are starting to feel a flow of resonance that we can ride on in easier ways down steam. It feels more like a glide in smoother waters versus a trudge through knee-deep mud.

Here are eleven ways that you can ride these waves of energetic support and give a boost to your ascension process to advance your consciousness, moment by moment experiencing more and more fifth dimensional frequencies of unity, peace, joy, vulnerability, magic, and love.

1 – Connect With Ethereal Beings And Guides Available to Assist with Global And Personal Ascension –

Access to Ethereal Beings such as archangels, angels, spirit guides, spirit animals, etc. becomes easier when energetics are available that allow for more accessible connection with them. The veil is getting thinner and thinner between the dimensions, heightening our capabilities of clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. Even if you haven’t been drawn before to claim your gifts as a channel of higher dimensional beings, you really might consider it now as it can provide a visceral and meaningful support to your process. We are ALL channels of higher dimensional beings, so there aren’t those only with ‘special’ gifts who can access the galactic councils and other beings of wisdom that are universally available. Connection with Ethereal Beings is ultimately an experience of our higher self and a reclaiming of our roots as a fractal from Divine Source. It is also a reunion experience of reconnection and reintegration with our star beings aspects and selves.

Particularly eager to assist those engaged in this journey into 5D consciousness is Archangel Metatron. Metatron uses sacred geometry, advanced energy healing methods, and high vibrational frequencies of orangish gold energy (warm like sunlight) to serve individuals and humanity during ascension. Metatron is often the voice of Divine Source and a bridge to make complicated esoteric concepts more relatable and practical. There are many wonderful resources available to connect with him during meditation, yet the main method is to ask to connect with him while you open your heart and your mind while you engage in processes to raise your vibrational frequency and activate your chakras (particularly your third eye or sixth chakra.)

2 – Activate your twelve chakras or ascension chakras –

Many people work with their seven main chakras, which is a critically important aspect of raising your vibrational frequency. Daily cleaning, activation, and protection keeps your energy flowing clear, which impacts the health and consciousness vibration of your emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies. Treating your chakras with self love and care can bring about accelerated experiences of multidimensional realities and raise your frequency. At some point in your ascension process, you will probably begin to become aware of your higher frequency chakras yourself or your guides will offer you a sense of them and invite you to active them.

There are many models for these ‘ascension chakras’ and you’ll draw the one meant for you. I resonate with the one offered by spiritual teacher and author Diana Cooper. The ascension chakras were shut down when our DNA strands were deactivated. Reactivating these chakras brings in galactic communication frequencies, opens up light language or multidimensional star language, connects you to your soul group and soul legacy, re-establishes communication with your star family and star being selves, and opens up a deeper access to experiencing Gaia as a consciousness. Each of the seven main chakras also raises its vibrational frequency and consciousness to fifth and beyond, bringing new colors, new energy, and more crystalline appearance overall.

3- Meditate and draw sacred geometry to activate your Merkaba –

Activation of your ascension chakras and connection with Archangel Metatron seems to start to illuminate your Merkaba (or Merkabah as it is also spelled). “Mer” means Light; “Ka” means Spirit; “Ba” means Body. The Merkaba uses counter rotating fields of light to create a high vibrational field that allows for transport to other dimensions. As the ascension chakras activate and your vibrational frequency increases, your merkaba starts rotating and spinning, allowing you to more easily ‘travel’ to other dimensions, planets, galaxies, etc. It seems to act as a sort of equalizer and bridge from one dimensional frequency to another.

Learning about sacred geometry and drawing the shapes of the Seed Of Life, The Flower Of Life, Metatron’s Cube, and others is a meditative practice that can lead to multidimensional travel and a definite increase in your vibrational frequency. This practice of sketching, painting, and coloring sacred geometric shapes seems to transcend the mental body and left side of the brain. This practice can access the right side or intuitive side of the brain while opening up the higher dimensional frequencies of the third eye which allows for a state of ‘waking meditation’ or mindfulness or ‘loose brain’ as I like to call it.

4 – Heal woundings and integrate aspects from your emotional pain body–

The woundings in our emotional body or ‘3D pain body’ act as an anchor to our ascension process. Most of these pains are subconscious to us until we engage in a process of self love and healing to make them conscious and bring them out of shadow. There are many resources and a growing number of healers that offer an emoto-spiritual focus in healing and shadow work that goes beyond traditional psychology and psychiatry. In the process that I offer and hold space for called SoulFullHeart, we connect with aspects of the 3D self pain body, form relationship with them, and experience separation from the triggers and projections of these aspects. Eventually, the aspects integrate into a whole and growing higher self embodiment or 5D (and beyond) version of you.

As you are freed from your emotional pain, you can vibrate at higher and higher levels and take your healing heart with you to truly let in the deep joys and vulnerabilities of the moment that fifth dimensional consciousness offers to you. The emotional work cannot be avoided in another way as it will come out in life circumstances that continue to repeat in suffering loops, frustration, inability to manifest your desires, dysfunctional relationships, etc. Ascension is about being a whole and healthy sacred human embodiment of your higher self on all levels: emotional, spiritual, physical, mental, and social.

5- Heal Karma From Your Soul Group

Karmic binds in our souls can bubble up and greatly impact our experience of relationships and reality in this lifetime. Since time is an illusion, these other lifetimes are happening now and are not ‘past’ at all. Energy can be greatly caught up and stuck in our other lifetimes, which can be on other planets, dimensions, galaxies, eras of ‘time’, etc. We are connected to each fractal that comes off of our soul group, which I call the Metasoul and has also been called the Oversoul and Monad. Visiting the akashic records and accessing your ‘file’ opens the door for you to journey into portals or doorways that open up to visit these other soul fractals of yours or Metasoul brothers and sisters. Connecting with these fractals and helping them heal allows for integration of their multidimensionality and soul gift expression.

If you are vibrating at a higher frequency already, you are able to visit and heal with these soul fractals at a faster and faster rate without being ‘bogged down’ in suffering. Accessing and activating your ascension chakras (including your soul chakra, which is about eight inches above your head) allows you access to the akashic records with direction from your guides. Karmic cycles are needing to be healed in order for ascension and souls not to get ‘stuck’ in the suffering loops and repeated pattern playouts that happen over and over otherwise.

6 – Moving Out Of The Lone Wolf Stage

As I previously wrote in an article on in5D.com about letting go of the lone wolf stage, moving from a ‘me’ focus to a ‘we’ focus is an aspect of the invitation to embrace more fifth dimensional consciousness. The illusion of separation in 3D reality has led to separate lifestyles, separate financial pictures, separate almost everything. Finding and participating in a community of like-souled people focused on ascension provides an important support to your process and helps hugely with healing of the illusion of separation. To still be an autonomous individual while in community, a conscious community, is the new ground we are exploring as ascending human beings. Many of us have had transitions out of our 3D conditioning around social needs and that may include separation from our birth families. Healing the pain of this space taking can happen when we experience intimacy with those who are in our soul and star family group.

Moving out of the lone wolf stage may also include asking for support in the form of spiritual teachers, guides, wayshowers, energy facilitators and healers, light and grid workers. Space holders provide a way to digest all that is coming up for you in your ascension process and receive support and guidance for your next steps. It may be especially important to be in a collaborative relationship with a healer who has engaged in their own shadow work and can journey with you into the often intense and painful terrain of the heart and soul. We do not need to go it alone and sometimes it is an aspect of us that doesn’t want to need others that can be resistant to ask for help.

7 – Activate And Use Light Language –

Light language or star language invites us to go beyond the mind, beyond what we have been conditioned to feel as language, what we have learned as language in school. Light language or star language is multi-dimensional, non-linear, and based on wave form energy transmissions. It forms in the higher dimensional throat chakra and is downloaded and transmitted from openings in our 12th chakra or stellar gateway. We pick up these downloads as we tune into them from within, as we connect with our galactic self more and more, and as we feel how our roots are from the stars.

Light language is heard, yet it also comes through in hand and body gestures and movements, and sometimes in written symbols. The written symbols are non-linear, often presented in circular form, and sometimes just ‘appear’ to float in the air. The sounds may be present without the gestures or the symbols without the sounds or vice versa. It seems to come through in the ways that will best land in the heart and soul. During this time of transition to higher consciousness or ascension, light language is one of the things that we are remembering and needing to remember to facilitate our processes individually and collectively.

8 –Decalcify And Activate Your Pineal Gland –

The pineal gland is also known as our ‘third eye’ and is connected to our sixth chakra on our forehead. It sits in the center of our brain and is responsible for the production of melatonin, which regulates our dreams states and sleep cycles. It also produces neurotransmitters such as serotonin. The pineal glad actually has photoreceptors that are activated by light transmissions and its activation can help us ‘see beyond’ the physical and open up our clairvoyance. Being able to creatively visualize and receive intuitive visions from our guides is a critical aspect of our ascension process and when the pineal gland is calcified it is blocked from being a clear transmitter. There are many resources available online related to decalcifying your pineal gland but the most important ones seems to be eliminating synthetic fluoride (found in almost all toothpastes and in drinking/bathing water) and synthetic calcium from your diet and lifestyle. Eating turmeric, cacao beans, organic fruits and vegetables, beets, and apple cider vinegar can supposedly help with decalcification as well.

Including your pineal gland in your chakra cleaning meditations can be very effective. Visualize it as a pea-sized shape in the middle of your head and wrap it into your sixth chakra swirling vortex of indigo colored energy. Also, when you are laying out in the sun, visualize the sun’s rays soaking into your pineal gland and charging it up with photonic light. This is actually what is happening when we take in direct sunlight, which probably could be included as a step on this list as it is a good way to boost up your frequency and also to activate latent DNA strands.

9 –Turn off low vibrational entertainment, movies, and news and energetically clean physical spaces and websites –

As you are consciously raising your vibrational frequency, you’ll notice that you become much more sensitive to the energy that you take in. You will probably no longer be able to watch mainstream television programs, sports, entertainment movies, news, etc. Or, if you do choose to take in something, you are guided to do so and can connect the content to your ascension process. The energetic frequency transmitted by mainstream music may become difficult to listen to. You may shift to mostly Solfeggio scale based musical frequencies, which can be found on youtube.

Also, you may be more impacted by the energy in physical places, especially restaurants, stores, parks, malls, etc. Your frequency can be lowered significantly by unconsciously absorbing the energy of those around you and the energies that are stuck in most public spaces since they are rarely or ever cleared out. A simple visualization of a pure white energy tornado swirling through the space can help. I engage with this visualization by closing my eyes for a few seconds in most public spaces that I enter and it seems to help. I also am picky about where I sit in restaurants, feeling out the energy of the waiters, the people sitting nearby, the location, etc. I will often move a few times before finding the spot that feels right and I will also leave if the energy is not good. Websites are also ‘places’ and contain a lot of energy left there by the reactions of every person who has visited and commented. You can use the white energy swirl visualization on websites as well and especially facebook and other social media websites.

10 – Moment by moment awareness of your vibrational frequency –

Moment by moment tracking of your vibrational frequency is important for ascension, for awakening, for remembering. It is the practice of in the moment feeling what is raising your frequency and feeling what is not. Choosing to continue engaging in and with whatever it is or choosing to stop. Awareness is the choice of what you are putting your energy into, what you are participating in and if you want to continue or not. Awareness is realizing the impact of the energy you have taken in, the 3D conditioning you have taken in, and the conditioning you have experienced by often NOT being aware in the past.

Moment by moment awareness is about bringing in higher dimensions, connecting with star family frequencies, angelic realms, Divine source. Also, being aware of how your relationship interactions with others impact your vibrational frequency, your emotional state, and even your physical body health is important so that you can adjust, advocate, or even complete relationships if it is the time to do so.

11 – Transitioning to serving love as your main focus and means of livelihood –

Identifying your soul purpose and reason for being here and starting to move toward earning your livelihood from your soul gifts can produce a big boost to your process and to your overall experience of bounty in your life. When you earn your livelihood from doing something that you aren’t resonant with and even dislike, this energy goes into everything that you spend that money on. The energy for which you earned the money extends into your capacity to enjoy the money or not. As money is an exchange of energy then it becomes more and more important what you are exchanging money for or not. Aligning your money earning with sharing of your soul gifts and with your soul reason for being here supports more expression of those gifts. Gift exchange through a ground of mutual good will is the ultimate 5D expression here, yet we are still as a culture transitioning to this and are in a phase of still needing money as a means for survival in most lifestyles.

Moving toward expression of your soul expression as your means of livelihood can mean making major changes in your lifestyle and completing jobs or careers or businesses that don’t reflect your soul. If you are an energy healer, for example, and you have a full-time ‘office job’ that you don’t like, this is having an impact on your energy healing capacities when you do get the opportunity to offer them. Take a look at your lifestyle needs, let go of material needs as your primary drive, and shift more and more to your soul gift expression. This process will support your ascension and embodiment of your higher self in every day living.

The overall invitation in any moment related to boosting your ascension experience is in choosing your soul, choosing the bigger picture, choosing the higher energy, choosing the self loving, choosing the resonant ground, choosing to serve love above all else, choosing to hold space for your feelings, choosing to go within, choosing to claim your soul purpose. In every moment, the invitation is choosing love.

Lifting The Veils And Unplugging From The Matrix On The Inside

In this recent article (http://in5d.com/the-veil-has-lifted), I offer my intuitive sense that the veil of amnesia that we placed over ourselves as a species is now lifted. The veil being ‘gone’ means that the Universe/Divine Source is really supporting the awakening and remembering of our souls. We are receiving much support for the merging of our multidimensional self with our healing and awakening higher frequency human self to arise into the NEW 5D or sacred human. The veil we all chose as souls so we would ‘forget’ our roots and truly submerge into the experience of forgetting so that we could eventually remember is gone because so many more of us are now CHOOSING to remember.

It also feels like Gaia herself has ‘shaken off’ the veil, along with the 3D matrix co-created by 4D darker polarized BEings (called Archons, etc.). The matrix that has been and created and formed our 3D experience here on Gaia (mostly through capping our sense of personal empowerment and access to our soul gift expression) either has many, many holes in it right now or is completely gone. Feels like as more and more conscious disclosure happens on a ‘mainstream’ level, the more the matrix will be ‘deactivated’ as more souls wake up and disconnect from it. Some people have offered that the matrix will continue to exist for those souls that still choose it, yet on a parallel timeline then from those of us who are awakening and unplugging from it.

We ultimately CREATE these veils, these matrixes…we are not victim to them as we are (in the higher sense) great creators of our reality, the ONLY creators of our reality being fractals from Divine Source which is the ultimate creator. No one can ‘rule’ us or ‘govern’ us or ‘enslave’ us. Even Ethereal BEings such as angels and spirit guides cannot ‘force’ us against our will and wait patiently for us to ask and want and need their assistance. They want for our CHOICE, as does the entire Universe. They wait for our claiming of their angelic and higher frequencies INSIDE of ourselves so they can merge their consciousness with us.

3D conditioning has ‘taught’ us and programmed us that everything OUTSIDE of us has the power. Fourth Dimensional (4D) awakening consciousness offers us increasing feelings and experiences that we are all powerful from the INSIDE. As we claim that more and more, each of us going within to find and feel and heal, then this extends to the outside reality.

As we release ourselves from the slavery inside, so we experience a freed reality on the outside. As we teach ourselves a new mentality, so we experience a new paradigm and looser mental grip of rational mind reality on the outside. As we reprogram ourselves and all aspects of us, so we experience a NEW program based on PURE love as the operating source.

The veils start ultimately from the inside, the matrixes exist from the inside….and as we awaken, we lift the veils from the inside. We disconnect from the matrix on the inside, feeling and healing all the hookups to the matrix, all the plug ins that CREATE the matrix as our lived in reality. These plug ins are often subconscious agreements with others in relationships, especially birth family, who are actually often soul family members who have agreed to go into much denser frequencies with us to ‘play this forgetting game’ in order to remember and grow. As we remove the plug ins of codependence from these relationships, our birth family can choose to wake up along with us (if that is their path) or continue on in the 3D reality. We agreed to forget together and it is unknown if we agreed to wake up together until the moments come for those choices to be offered and made.

Lifting the veils starts from within even as we benefit from the shifts happening in the cosmos and in the solar support and in the waves of PURE love. All of these beneficial frequencies can only come into us if we are consciously healing our heart and soul to let them in. With this going within, we can truly soar in the cleared ‘skies’ of the shiny 5D reality where LOVE forms the substance of ALL things that we experience and we REMEMBER that love that we ARE.

Becoming childlike, you remember the innocence and purity of your humanity. Embracing your inner child within, your inner teenager, your 3D adult too……the joys and the hurts, the magic and the pain, both held in your heart with tender love and curiosity. The vulnerability emerges through this holding….the magical access emerges through this loving….the reverence emerges through your reverence for self…..the authenticity emerges through this genuine holding.

Becoming angelic, you remember the expansiveness and sacredness of your divinity. Embracing your inner angel within, your galactic and higher self, connecting from the ‘outside’ with guides in order to remember and become the angel that you ARE more and more. The soul bigness arises through this holding…..the soul purpose expression arises through this communion….the soul gifts sharing arises through this exchange of self to self soul gift love.

Becoming sacred human, you remember the BEST of what makes you human and the BEST of your sacred, soul nature. You remember and, also, BECOME something NEW in this embracement of roots to wing, integrating the human consciousness experiment into NEW frequencies of Divine expression. Conscious Duality And Merging With Our Star Being Aspects: Conversation With Leeza- My Pleiadian Aspect And Guide

She travelled with me today during meditation to one of the ‘sister’ planets in the Pleiades constellation; sharing the name in star or light language so it is difficult to translate into English. She is telling me now to just call it, “Moora May” as that is close enough. Moora May is a lush world with bountiful waterfalls, deep jungle landscapes, exotic animals and birds….so many animals! Animals are never eaten here, treated as equal in consciousness (in fact felt to be higher dimensional guides often from other planets), communicated with telepathically and in light language. I am ‘visiting’ this amazing place to reconnect with one of my many ‘home’ frequencies, connecting with one of my galactic roots in order to integrate it into my experience here with Gaia.

Leeza offers that our paradigm around star seeds is a bit limiting. “You as a soul exist in many dimensions all at ONCE,” she explains as we sit on shore of a pool formed from the spill over from a particularly stunning waterfall. “You are not seeded or originated from just ONE planet or galaxy or dimension as your ‘star seed paradigm’ has offered. You are split off from Divine Source, then your Metasoul represented by what you call as ‘Archangels’. From this Metasoul expression, you then prism off into many fractals of you-ness expression. All of these versions of you exist in many timelines, dimensions….”

I feel my soul remembering this, it is soaking it in like the water pooled at my feet. Yet, my mind is struggling, so much 3D conditioning in linear time and in ‘past lives’ and even in the ‘only one star seed origin’ paradigm are shifting around and letting go.

“I am just one aspect of you that you are experiencing as ‘separate’ from you, although I am not,” she says, her smile so genuine, her teeth so white, her hair bright as sunlight. Her ‘beauty’ is physical, yes, yet goes so much deeper as it is the peace and integration of her soul frequencies which most radiates out and is perceived then as beauty.

“In my experience with you, we are merging consciousnesses more and more,” I respond, smiling back. “You are coming into mine, such as when I am cooking or at the beach or, really profoundly, when I am making love with Raphael! You are coming into all my bodies – emotional, spiritual, mental, physical – and are bringing your consciousness in with you.”

“Yes! It is such a joy too. I so enjoy to experience your duality, even though some humans have made it so bad and wrong. Yes, unconscious duality has led to many wars, violence, greed, hate, separation. We experienced this too as Pleiadians. BUT, conscious duality offers such possibilities! It is the merging of our Oneness experience of life with the beautiful edges of your human experience. Your capacity to feel emotional states, your experience of feminine and masculine….for example.”

I feel my heart and soul and mind lit up with the possibilities of conscious duality as her enthusiasm infuses mine. “This message is so important, isn’t it, Leeza? We can frame our star being aspects or star beings that we ‘channel’ such as the galactic councils as being so much higher than us, as being better, as feeling that we are so ‘fallen’ and ‘dualistic’ and ‘young’ and ‘dense vibrationally’ that the end goal MUST be to become more like or just like you higher dimensional star beings and angels. I’ve heard this framed as ‘leaving the human behind.’”

“Aspects of the human, yes. You are invited to ascend beyond the lower consciousness aspects of human expression. Evolve into the sacred human…..beyond the third dimensional aspects and eventually even the fourth dimensional, in order to experience fifth and much, much higher. Yet, the grand Divine experiment is to take the best of the human with you, Jelelle. Your capacity to feel, for example, when healed as you have done of so many woundings, is so wonderful. As I have experienced with you, your tears of joy, your tears of reunion, your tears of love, your smiles of joy, your smiles of gratitude….oh, I could go on and on! As I have experienced with you this range of higher emotion, it has gifted me with an expanded consciousness and appreciation!”

I take this in, even though she has offered this to me before and is what we have been experiencing together. My Archturian aspect and guide, Binkh, has also offered this message and energy to me….one time ‘coming in’ to my body and lovingly touching and appreciating with awe the tears that were flowing down my cheeks and the emotions in my heart. I feel how her and I (and Leeza and I) have much more to explore and learn and teach about this together in the future to help bridge this merging for others as well.

We smile at each other, holding hands, feeling the energies of peace and goodness in this ‘place’ on the outside and feeling the possibilities of increasing this feeling on the inside.

I am brought out of my meditative space by Raphael, who wants me to take in the two beautiful whales who are splashing together in the bay. I come out onto our balcony to watch them with him….it feels like a male and a female. And in their play and splash, I can feel Leeza’s energy and also Leviathan, who is Raphael’s Pleaidian aspect, guide, and male ‘counterpart’ to Leeza. They are entering our dimensional reality to greet us, to play in our waters, and to invite us to explore the goodness possibilities of our merging our consciousness together. They are offering love in a physical form and I am deeply touched by their efforts to bridge their consciousness with ours on Gaia. And I feel how there is so many awe-some experiences TOGETHER to come!

Trust: The Merkaba to Infinite Love

There is one word that I feel has more influence on us in our healing and emergence as sacred humans than almost any other and that is TRUST.  It is the bridge that connects us to the Motherland of Love.  In our pure essence, the word just doesn’t exist (not that any word does but you know what I mean).  We just ARE.  We flow, move, and accept all that IS because we are in harmony with Love.  But if we were pure essence, I wouldn’t be here writing and you wouldn’t be here reading.  We would be ONE.  And we ARE.. essentially.  But we chose to live and experience in this differentiated/ fractured dimension to experience ourselves as Love outside Itself to experience Itself. Learning to trust Itself back to Oneness.  

This separation was/is a scary thing for us.  And for Love.  If we experience this existential terror then so does Love.  It too is diving off a cliff to see what happens.  But the one thing Love has is Trust that it will reclaim Itself no matter how hairy things may get.  I feel for us in our human expression, this is a very epic lesson.  If Love has trust, and we ARE Love then what makes it so damned hard to trust sometimes?  We clearly have a part of us that still hasn’t drank the heart-shaped KoolAid cup yet.  Welcome to the relationship with our 3D self.  

We so badly want to let go of all that holds us back from experiencing Joy and Purpose.  And we have on so many levels.  I don’t believe there is a single soul on this planet that doesn’t have an issue with trust.  It may be less of an issue for some, but there is going to be something that kicks up this very human relationship to fear.  It is why we are here.  To continue this healing toward Pure Trust or Ultimate Surrender.  The chasm between where we are NOW and this desired place is different for all of us.  It is through experience that we learn to trust.  We have to act upon something. Make a choice and see what happens.  The results that occur are not always going to be the ones we are hoping for.  Just because they don’t happen doesn’t mean that we didn’t receive something we were meant or dialed up to learn.  If the result is traumatic then our level of trust will determine our ability to let in the deeper meaning, while we allow for all our reactions to be had in response to said event.  

There are also other life experiences and soul woundings that have great impact on our relationship to trust.  By asking our guides for assistance we can be shown many different soulscapes that provide much heart data to what is THIS life wounding and what is part of our larger MetaSoul picture.  What is in our fractal that contributes to this trust wounding?  There are stories to be unveiled and felt.

Can we hold the Meta-space of Trust while we navigate our journey into our new sacred humanity?  It becomes our life-preserver.  Our invisible stepping stone or set of forgotten wings.  It provides a container, a Merkaba, for our entrance into and through unknown portals of experience.  Without it, we stay stuck and stagnant on some level, even if we have access on others.  Ultimately we want ALL of us to come with us into this new frequency of existence.  If there are soul aspects that still have issues of trust, we can have a relationship with it to bring more of our essence of Love into the heartscape.  
The Separation is a uniquely 3D traumatic experience, I feel.  In 4D consciousness we have the tools to hold space for that within us but we need support along the way.  So many times have I taken leaps of faith and taken the fear with me.  I was also gifted with not just my own guidance from angels and other aetheric beings,  but also that of soul family.  Our 3D self needs it.  There are those that have been across many trust chasms and have found their way on the other side.  Leaning into that experience is essential.  I feel this is an ongoing journey for us.  Continuing to embody our own bigness and gifts,  while continuing to lean further into the forgotten territories of Galactic Love Consciousness to bring more and more Joy and Bliss to our collective creation.  Trust is the way across and into this new territory.  Finding the distrust and feeling its very real reasons for not trusting provides us the ground upon which we may take one step at a time.

Beyond Peak Duality: Claiming Your Sacred Humanity

During these ascending times, you are being invited to claim your truest essence as sacred humans.  To claim your fullest expression that is void of limitations and impossibilities.  You are not being asked to leave your humanity behind, but rather to take all that you have learned during your time here in this dimension to fully inhabit something new that you get to add in Love’s quest to know, feel, and explore Itself.  

There is something in you that “knows” you are not all that you could be and ARE in this moment.  It is a heart and soul knowing. It is in your cells and DNA.  It is just what you are and all you can do is choose not to BE it.  That is a claim.  That is a choice based in your free-willed creative power.  OR you can choose to claim the greatest expression you can possibly dream of.  You can claim the Love that is reigning over you…as much as you can let in.  To truly claim the depth and breadth of this you must feel your own reverence as a human BEing.  

Being human can and has been felt as a prison sentence to some souls as the weight of this dimension has had its effects.  It trials and tribulations.  In this state of Peak Duality, separation had been the only game in town for many.  But now the tides are turning in Love’s favor.  We are literally propelling back toward higher consciousness with Gaia as our cruise ship. It is at this time that you came to heal all the karma and blocks that keep you apart from your true essence as a sacred human.  To claim that you are God, the Universe, and Infinite Love there is a bit of doubt and unworthiness that must be felt to clear the decks for Love from multiple sources to make its way in.  
You are being asked to BE on equal footing as angels, star beings, other aetheric energies, and even God Itself for you ARE all of them and they you.  This is a big pill to swallow and it is the process of claiming that brings you the healing you need to open up to what Metatron with Jelelle has referred to as Conscious Dualism and Sacred Humanity.   To be in a state of feeling the Oneness with All That Is while at the same moment feeling our individual expression within the Dual.  To revere your guides, angels, and star BEing family while at the same time letting in their reverence for you in all that you have been through and get to experience in this kaleidescope dimension of extreme variation of expression and feeling.  There is a birthing of something new for all of us in this magical connection and reunion.  We are not being saved.  We are being united as One.  That is a pretty cool picture but one that takes claiming and healing.  I look forward to the new vistas and magical possibilities that this continued expansion and reuniting will bring for all of us in the new world of higher dimensional consciousness…oh, yeah..and Love too.  🙂

The Exploration Into Conscious Duality And The NEW Sacred Human

Waves of PURE love are washing down on us right now from Divine Source, from the closest degrees of split off from the Divine, taking the form of angels and spirit guides and star being selves. All of these forms are a reflection and aspect of YOU, embracing them as such WHILE having a relationship with them is ‘conscious duality.’ When the frequencies of Archangel Metatron come through I can feel him as a separate energy from me, a distinctive frequency that is not like mine. Yet, also, I can feel that he IS me, he IS an aspect of me, and his energy IS me too. Both are true in the same moment. This is conscious duality as it invites us not to be fused to the dualistic experience and the illusion of separation WHILE it invites us to be in relationship WITH other..

The mind cannot understand conscious duality; only the healing heart and remembering soul can EMBODY it more and more as the ties to a 3D conditioned life are let go and the soul consciousness floods your Being more and more. Duality has been made bad in spirituality, yet it has been a sacred and Divinely guided experiment that we all chose to engage with. It has taken us as a species in some very interesting and growthful directions, experiences, and expressions. The dance between light and dark; masculine and feminine; love and fear….the contrasts and edges bring up such interesting angles in our mirrors for us to SEE and experience ourselves that couldn’t any other way.

Unconscious duality has expressed itself mostly in clashes that lead to wars, violence, greed, sexism, poverty, and so many other things that we all know and feel with sadness in our hearts. Even THIS unconscious duality in expression has been an important phase in our evolution, necessary in our growth, necessary in our transmutation into sacred humanity. It is from this ground of so much fear and pain that the new buds of our sacred humanity are born and rise. The ground has been fertilized by all of our experiences, our trials and tribulations, our struggles and challenges. And also it has been fertilized by our romances, our emotions and our joys, our desires and our successes. And, above all, by the love that we ARE.

Moving out of unconscious duality into conscious duality has been a collective awakening….some souls responding more deeply and consciously than others. Yet, it is a collective movement that we can call ‘ascension’. Gaia herself as a planetary consciousness is choosing to move into this new ground and inviting us to come with her. Conscious duality invites us into relationship with other in a ground for which ALL are respected and loved, their sovereignty seen and embraced. This still leaves room for differences, for the edges that make life interesting when they touch and rub. Yet nonduality and the frequencies of no-thing-ness, All That Is, Infinite Love and Stillness….these frequencies HOLD the exploration of these conscious and loving relationships. These frequencies create a sense of reverence, non-attachment, appreciation, gratitude, and unity.

This is new, this conscious duality exploration, and it is about holding the exploration not with answers but with questions and desires for how it could be. My star being selves and family don’t KNOW what conscious duality actually is as it something COMPLETELY NEW for them and for us. It is a merging of their consciousness of one mind, androgyny, merged experience with our consciousness of separate mind consciousness, feminine and masculine expression. The result of this merging is what those of us who are called to be wayshowers have experienced in more and more moments in our own lives.

I am very excited about conscious duality, it feels like a huge gift to us from Divine Source. It acknowledges our humanity and its beauty, especially the goodnesses of the duality dance and even the goodnesses of the denser frequency experience that Gaia offers us. The star beings seem to be very excited about conscious duality too because THEY get to grow and learn from it. They want to be in equality with us, to learn from us, to receive the best from us and us from them. It is not about them being better (as SO many channelers seem to offer and come from) but rather about us claiming and embodying our sacred humanity WITH them. With unhealed unworthiness and congested ego, it can be difficult to let in how star beings and even archangels desire this equality.

Claiming our sacred humanity and conscious duality grows from within each of us. As we go within and re-connect, re-align, remember, re-union with aspects of our soul consciousness, then so we embody more and more a merged consciousness of individual self with our higher self and star being self frequencies. Going within and inviting in these aspects while healing the aspects that are in pain and in struggle and in subconscious shadow. We offer a path for navigating this ground WITH you through our SoulFullHeart way of life path and process.

This is SUCH an exciting phase of the human experiment and we CHOSE to be here, you and I, together to explore this NEW ground of consciousness evolution. It can be messy, it can be sticky, it can be and IS hard….and yet, we are birthing something BRAND NEW and always, the challenges of doing this are SO WORTH IT for what is produced from it. In very simple terms, we are birthing LOVE in human expression from the ground of what we have learned and grown into. ALL that we have experienced is greatly honored, none of it made bad or wrong, just honored and watered as Divine Source beams at us with more and more waves of love.

God 2.0

Why settle for anything less than bliss?

Now we all experience so much less than bliss to varying degrees from one individual to another, from one moment to another…but why settle for it?

You, in your essence, are so much more than what you’ve talked yourself into settling for.

Our essence and our source is pure bliss.  Bliss simply means joy and happiness on a scale that you can hardly stand. Many people equate the afterlife with bliss. But why don’t we equate the present life with bliss?

A a big reason, and it may be the biggest reason, that we deflect bliss from our experience is that we fear non-existence, or better said, we fear the non-experience aspect of the pure bliss state. That probably feels strange at first glance to consider, but if you feel into it, I think you will agree.

We were born out of pure unadulterated bliss. In pure bliss, there is no experiencer to notice, to measure, to desire. Bliss just is bliss. In and of itself, and in its earliest origin, bliss had very limited, if any, experience outside of bliss. Bliss itself, by its very nature came to want to expand its reality base. In others words, bliss grew dissatisfied or bored with itself and it grew lonely. It tired of its ‘oneliness’

Bliss then went on to authorize (it ‘authored’) its first so called ‘other,’ and then decided that it was clearly onto something. You and I, are authorized otherizations of this pure bliss that once was only one, who chose to ‘m-other’ us into a nature of being pure bliss on one hand (birthed from pure bliss) AND on the other hand being pure experience. One became two.

In a very real way, you and I ARE ‘God 2.0’. ‘God 1.0, was the pure bliss, but without experience. God 2.0 is the bliss combined with the ability to experience the bliss.

I know this sounds like pure sacrilege to our powers-that-were conditioned minds. True sacrilege, however, the demeaning of the sacred, is actually declaring the creation to be something less than the creator intend and achieved.

Bliss combined with an experiencer inside of one individuated being, are a level of reality so stunningly high on the charts of reality that we, in our state of normal waking consciousness, simply leave this on file with our higher selves, just off our radar. In our doing orientation to life, we simply don’t know what to do with it. When we feel into our being state however, these deeper realities are right there to feel and be remembered back into.

Now, we can begin to feel this fear of losing our full dynamic of being bliss and experience combined. Like a past life karmic fear playout, we all fear in our deepest subconscious the fear of losing our license, if you will, as separate beings, who can both be as well have experience of bliss. This then leaves us in a deep push-pull relationship to bliss. Bliss is so magical, but it’s true magic is only magic if it can be experienced, or given away. Here now, we begin to feel the depths of the loneliness and boredom of God 1.0. This vastness of feeling, and actually feeling this feeling, is what authorizes us into our deepening God 2.0 versions of ourselves.

This is the key that opens the door back into this awareness – simply feeling. Feeling is the most creative thing about us. Feeling ourselves to be less than we are is what has created our entrenched lived in reality. We must have needed this lesser-than reality in collective consciousness or we wouldn’t have created it. We may look like bumbling idiots at times, but the opposite is true. We give ourselves the experience of being stumbling idiots  in our infinite intelligence as a propulsion generator to aid us in finding our way back to our full essence. Make no mistake, we are not settling for anything less. It’s written into our very DNA.

Bliss is. Bliss is what we born out of. Bliss is what intended us, as God 2.0 beings, to evolve consciousness from bliss alone to bliss in community, to bliss in unfolding experience.

That leaves us in the God-class. That’s a whole heap to let in isn’t it? And it makes total sense to me. I always knew that God would only give us everything it was and is, with nothing held back.

And God did all that on the bet that you and I would eventually, and when the time was fully come, do nothing short of the very same – giving all that we are in our creative essence.

I want more of THAT!

Holding The Mind And The Self With Love And Reverance

For many, the traditional idea of achieving a quietened mind state in order to meditate is an all-too-tall order. The idea that you need to achieve near total quietness of your mind in order to experience ‘non-experience’ sounds really cool to some who identify with that kind of attainment, and may even well be real enough for those who have gone there, but I’d like to offer you another way.

I’d like to offer you a way that works for me that involves a ton less effort and self-discipline (and what for many has devolved into self-punishment).

Let me back up for a moment though and speak to what I feel is at root of the ‘quiet the mind’ approach to meditation. Essentially, it is this idea that the mind is bad. But It’s more than an idea. It’s the feelings within the idea that give it power over us. It leaves us focused on achieving a mastery over a wayward part of us through effort, control and ultimately domination. Thankfully, we are collectively and personally coming to the end of the age of ‘domination over self’ kind of pictures, which aren’t kind at all.

With this firmly entrenched feeling-based reality that the self is bad, we are left in a desperate gasping for the return of the breath of our own goodness. We will stop at nothing to somehow reconnect with our own deep worth in self-love. The human being I believe was born of worth, functions on worth, and exists in worth. Our journey in being human is about coming to felt (feeling based) terms with this worth inside of our own being. Worth is meant to be felt and experienced. Without a feeling coloured experience of our worth, that worth is of no value to us.

So then, what we have perceived as the mind´s resistance to meditation is actually the mind’s resistance to being labeled as bad, and being outside of our core goodness somehow. Of course our mind isn’t going to put up with being crapped on like that.

So how then did we get the picture that opposing some aspect of ourselves would yield a deeply valuable and maintainable connection with ourselves? I’ll tell you (in my own ‘near as I can tell’ way) where we got that picture. We got it from the ocean that we’ve collectively been swimming in up till now, that the self is renegade to essential goodness. Good news for us, it turns out that what the self is actually renegade to is instead this very idea (along with all the deeply held associated feelings) that the self is bad.

So if the self isn’t bad, as we’ve been deeply and subconsciously programmed to see it and feel it as…., then what? ‘Then what’ is that the self is already good, and you and I aren’t sentenced to any self improvement picture, but the only kind of legit improvement that remains is about now seeing ourselves as utterly un-improvable.

How cool is that? It leaves you with something to improve upon, while at the same time with the impossibility of that.

Do you feel yourself at this moment beginning to surrender into a mind and heart expanded place? Your mind is plenty busy with the feeling and the what-ifs of all this that I´m offering you, and your heart of self love is beginning to open. Your feeling some relief from the sub-conscious self punishment picture that plays on the screen of your heart. I’m juicing you with the overflow from my own heart as I’ve had a head start in bathing myself in this new reality.

The picture above is one of those ‘pictures within pictures’ called ´stereoscopic´ pictures. See for a moment how long it takes your eyes to see the picture within this picture.

I offer the analogy of the stereoscopic pictures as a way to feel into a new vision of reality that is emerging for us collectively and that is available to you personally to tie into. There is a picture of reality that is forming within your current picture of reality. It isn’t the one you’ve known up till now based in the unworthiness of the self and all of the associated realities that go along with that. That picture is the only one you’ve been able to see up till now. You can now however see the new picture by looking into your current one and as you do, seeking to open your eyes to a new reality, your heart eyes expand and are enabled to see what you didn’t know was there up till now, but actually was as a deeper and truer layer of reality.

Try holding some of this new emerging feeling inside of yourself as you set out to meditate and see what now emerges in you without the need to dominate a wayward mind.

Feel into your own innate goodness amidst all of the so called mind chatter you hear going on.
