This guided meditation with SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator/Facilitator Jelelle Awen offers a bridge to soothing and relaxing, yet very catalytic and powerful, healing energies during a time when they are very much needed. During this meditation, you access a high frequency of Infinitely abundant White Light from Divine Source through your Crown Chakra.

This energy is for the clearing and healing of physical body pain, ailments and diseases as needed, including a boosting of your immune system, internal organs, and every living cell. You also connect in this meditation to your emotional body and offer soothing white light and Divine love to any reactions, tensions, resistances or charged emotions that you may be experiencing.

Jelelle also offers a bridge to any part of you that comes forward into your awareness that needs your love and attention, especially your Inner Child. Divine Mother shows up in the form of Mother Mary, who offers comforting and soothing reminders of your essence as Divine love. You repeat powerful “I am” mantras for a higher frequency Ascension recoding. The music then continues for some more time to allow a deeper immersion into the experience.

You may get quite sleepy, relaxed, drifty and even fall asleep during this meditation, so it is best to be in a comfortable position with your eyes closed while listening to it. We recommend listening with headphones. Remember that whatever happens during it within you is perfect.

It’s exciting for us to be back in your inboxes with our first Museletter release in a few months! As you’ll read in our writings, we’re all emerging from a time of camping for several months and immersing in the healing energies of Mother Gaia. We have all benefitted greatly from this time of letting go of many aspects of who were, to let in what’s real for each of us now and how we want to serve going forward… which is also still emerging for us.

On that note, featured in this issue of our Museletter is a writing from Raphael which transmits these energies of ‘unfathomable’ Divine love which we have been bathing in and returning to in deeper ways than ever before. 10:10 Divine Love Transmission Group Call | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

After a quiet rest period as we immersed deeply in Gaia’s goodness, we’ve now been guided to offer our first group meditation call in four months! Raphael and I have hosted dozens of them together over the last five years, as have I done many for women with Kasha as my co-host. I have missed them and the experience of Divine community that comes together during them. The group calls offer an experience of us as a community, a visceral and very personal connection within through the guided meditation, and an opportunity to share with others as well.

We are settled here now in a beautiful, spacious house in a mountain valley in Central Portugal with strong Wifi, which also makes it much more doable than trying to manage it from the campground where we spent the summer! This feels like the perfect space now to share the strong Divine Feminine energies (particularly Mother Mary) that transmit from the grids here and the deep Gaia codes we have taken in as well. 10:10 is a powerful portal day, so we felt to offer the group call on this day to amplify the frequencies.

The 10:10 portal allows for the opening out to new beginnings (signified by the number 1) that arise out from the non-dual void space of particularly the Divine Feminine’s heart (the number 0). 10:10 provides an upgrade and reminder of the Divine support that is always available; of all that happens to you is for your highest good of growth chosen by your soul/Divine Self; and of your ultimate soul purpose as a living embodiment of Divine love in action and being.

It can be very challenging to let in Divine love, support, and purpose due to layers of false god religious/spiritual conditioning and false light matrix programming that blocks and filters it. It can push up feelings of unworthiness, guilt, resistance, and even fear to let in that the Divine truly LOVES us unconditionally without needing to qualify for it. Parts of us may not feel worthy enough to deserve it or be humbly grateful enough to receive it without entitlement or ego gratification/inflation.

A week from today, Sunday October 10th at 6:00pm WEST Portugal time/1:00pm EST/10:00am PST, Raphael and I will be co-hosting a Divine love bath experience through teachings and a guided meditation journey to your “God Room” to see what you download about your connection to Divine love. Happy and blessed Galactic New Year!

We’ve all arrived in Portugal now and have been getting used to our new life here. We are continuing to feel our β€˜Nu Mu’ calling and responding to what we feel is a more aligned lifestyle, which has asked us to deconstruct from living within four solid walls (for now at least). Along with the adjustment to being in a new country and our choice as a community to camp for a phase in a beautiful national park, we are all feeling our next steps inside and out and being with any processes that come up, especially in response to and fueled by world events.

This issue of our Museletter features a piece by Gabriel where he digests and invites your own digestion of the ongoing process we are all experiencing… the disillusionment that needs to arise be felt along with the experiences of the Great Awakening taking hold collectively.

Energy Update: Live Into Your Personal Truth With Great Courage This Lion’s Gate

The lions of Sirius/Lyra open the gateway of truth, courage, standing UP.
β€œRoar, rest, repeat…”

Here is a message that just came from my Sirian/Lyran galactic aspect, Ineerah, to share with all of you:

β€œIt is a most vulnerable time on Gaia. So much is burning up, collapsing, dying. Truths are bursting forth and the effort to cover them up is like trying to stopper holes in a canoe while in the middle of a lake. The truth goes deep and the reactions to it are even deeper…

You cannot stop the flow of what’s moving. This is a truth of how humanity has been held and led for many of your β€˜centuries’. In fact, humanity, though young by galactic standards, is emerging past the stage now of needing so much from the β€˜outside’. Empowerment is arising in individuals, even with the fears that are understandably held by parts of them too.

Many of you are souls that remember in the very cells of your being, what it was like to go through collapse here on Gaia and on other planets or star systems and galaxies too. Many of you come from galactic bloodlines that are activated by your current circumstances and this is what’s meant to happen. This is what’s holding you together during a time when outside forces would rather you stayed torn apart and confused, and this is what’s beginning to inform your next choices.

You’re here to stand for the truth of love. What this means to you personally is where this takes root for you as individuals. Meaning, you may not understand how to stand up for what is moving globally and collectively, yet, you’re coming to terms with where you must stand UP in your own life, to compassionately take care of yourself or advocate for the wellbeing of others.

You aren’t here to coddle or make anyone’s life more comfortable or easy for them by stepping on your own truth, which will always serve to deteriorate the relationship at its core anyhow. You also aren’t here to coddle or caretake any part of you that is choosing to stay stuck in fear when they have more to offer and become than staying in those frequencies.

I mention relationships to you now, both inner and outer, because these are the foundations of how you relate with yourself and the entire world. They are what colour and inform your choices, more often than not. Standing for your own integrity is often vulnerable, can become very messy, and takes a great deal of strength and willingness to go inward as well as a willingness to acknowledge and feel where you have impacted others and yourself.

Without this effort however, you choose to align more with the disintegrity of a system that seeks to control through fear, which is the one you were raised by, and the one you’ve both consciously and unconsciously kept going. Sadly, many of your systems do indeed operate through fear rather than collaboration, genuine care and compassion, and hold together meaningless laws and β€˜morals’ dictated by books and textbooks with no heart warmth. Through your individual choices, this gets to shift.

You are here to ROAR and we support you in that, as you dispel the spell of fear-driven consciousness and life-robbing choices. You are here to choose love over fear in ALL the ways that means. Your ROAR, just as ours has had to be for our own sake and Ascension, is one of β€˜clearing the room’ and revealing truth, yet also of mourning, being with the loss of the goodness of what was, yet choosing also the courage to continue to move forward.

We are sensitive, as always, to all you are becoming and letting go of becoming too. We feel your deconstruction, the fervent demolition at hand of what was that is no longer needed. We are present to all of you, especially at this time while the Gateway is open, and we offer you much love from our lion hearts to yours.

The energies of the ongoing C*VID narrative continue to bring through lots of leverage for our individual awakening experiences. These experiences of realigning with the Divine, letting in our guidance, and following through with what we feel to be true and real, is a monumental task in some ways and so very important. The recent solar eclipse brought Raphael and Jelelle Awen their very first experience of visiting a crop circle in person! This visit offered a transmission of connectedness to Star/Mu family along with a sense of being held and taken care of. Jelelle shares more about their experience in this week’s featured article.

The crop circle represents something powerful about 5D consciousness and living in 5D, which is an ongoing process for all of us on Gaia. Tomorrow, June 13th @ 5pm BST, Raphael and Jelelle will be offering a group transmission/meditation call over Zoom about this very topic. Our First Visit To A Crop Circle (Video) |Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this video, Ascension Guides and SoulFullHeart Teachers Raphael and Jelelle Awen share with you our impressions as we visit our first crop circle after wanting to for many years! This crop circle appeared in Hampshire, UK on June 8th and we were guided to visit it and share the energies of it with you in real time as we were taking it in. We walk around the perimeter of the circle (which is over 200 feet wide!) and sit for a moment in one of the circles to share messages we receive from it.
