Energy Update: Seven Signs Of 5D Activation During May Energies (Plus Resources!)

The month of May, 2018 has been intense in terms of energies…..wow! It has been offering 5D upgrades to our emotional bodies, physical bodies, chakral vortexes, DNA, and social/relationships too.  There have been waves of PURE love bliss 5D frequencies rolling in frequently all month. Then, phases of winds brought us surges of geomagnetics from a large coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ on the sun’s surface. We even had some ‘minor’ SOULar flares from sunspots this month, offering a surprising plasma BOOST. The 5/5 gateway swung open this month too, offering an open house feeling of access to our 5D consciousness, Star Family, Higher Self, and Divine Guides/Aspects.

This last week of May we have the FULL moon energies offering Divine Feminine illumination and some much needed integration of these activations and upgrades. The month will complete with more geomagnetics coming in at the end of the week (June 1st) providing more Masculine activations. The feminine lunar frequencies and SOULar ones offer a feminine/masculine balance. A symbolic representation of feminine/masculine balance was also downloaded through the most recent crop circle that appeared at the end of May. The following list of what you may be experiencing as 5D activations in response to these May energies is actually based on my notes from the ascension energy update and guided meditation livestream that I did on May 26th. I responded to many comments and questions about the Ascension process from listeners during the broadcast as well. You can watch it here:

Here are some signs of 5D activations, which it feels like will just continue into June and onward:

1. Seeing repeating number sequences and increase in synchs overall. This especially seems to be true with seeing ‘444’ or ‘1444’ as a DNA code activation that is specific to this phase of Ascension. 2. Activation of your 5D Self and 5D experience of bliss states. Your 5D Self is the version of you that is becoming unanchored from 3D reality and consciousness, which happens as you integrate and heal 3D-based parts of yourself, such as your Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father, Protector, and more. Your 5D Self also arise due to the unification of your Metasoul aspects through quantum healing of karmic patterns and soul gift exchange.

3. Timeline bleedthroughs from your Metasoul. Timelines merging through and overlaying onto the current one are a strong sign of 5D activation. Aspects from the same Metasoul as you (previously called ‘past lives’) are coming through from other dimensions/eras/planets, etc. to be felt and connected to more and more! Signs of this bleed through are intense dreams; seeing scenes from other timelines overlaid onto your reality; being drawn to ‘historic’ or galactic timelines very intensly; waves of emotional reactions/triggers that don’t feel like they are based in your current timeline; frequent or chronic body pain (esp. in the joints and muscles); and vivid activation of childhood abuse ‘memories’ where you are ‘there’ again (so that you can feel and heal the parts of you ‘stuck’ in these memories.)

4. Positive Physical body shiftings and changings. Many body shiftings are directly related now to chakra vortex activations, soul gifts activating, and Metasoul aspects/timelines coming through. If you can relate with them this way, you can learn and discover much more than if you just write off all body symptoms as ‘due to ascension energies’. Examples of these activations are what is occurring in our throat, crown and third eye chakras, with overall all chakras upgrading.

These changes in the body are POSITIVE ones that are an important aspect of 5D upgrading, such as improved eyesight, improved hearing, higher metabolism/energy levels, better digestion, calmed down/relaxed nervous system, and healthier/more vibrant skin. Superfoods and not eating animals/dairy can support these 5D body upgrades.

5. Kundalini (Divine Feminine) activations and surges. This can happen suddenly or may be more of a ‘dripline’ experience. It can be intense for people with strong surges of energy moving up the spine. Kundalini brings in other timelines/Metasoul aspects, activates soul gifts, and brings in the Divine Feminine death-rebirth cycle wherever you need it in your life. Forming a relationship with the Divine Feminine in whatever forms She most resonates for you allows you to more flow with and surrender to this Kundalini activation.

6. Galactic Consciousness and Star Family DNA Activation. The Pleiadians and Sirians esp. are assisting us with this current phase of Ascension through providing gateways and portals that can increase our remembering of our galactic lineages and reactivate our Star DNA. Visceral and touching access to your Star Family happens as you heal ‘abduction’ wounding with your Inner Child. Star Family offer a sense of your bigger picture purpose for being here and provide huge support for the manifestation of it.
If this Star Family activation isn’t happening for you right now, it’s just not the right time yet as you may need to ‘clear’ more in your life to allow it to come forward or undigested wounding is blocking it.

7. Relationships in your life are changing and shifting. As more 5D frequencies come in, they illuminate the compartments that parts of you have created, esp. if you have separated your relationships and romance from your spirituality. I saw this in almost every session that I did this month. Previously suppressed unhappiness and denial of it are being revealed, seen, and felt more.

3D based unions are rumbling as the awakening partner IS going to impact the USness and their other partner eventually. Staying in comfortable and safe arrangements that are 3D based in finances, mortgages, or staying together for the kids are feeling more like ‘prisons’ and ‘traps’ to your growing, awakening self. These relationships offer a mirror for you to see the parts of you that you have perhaps disdained and disowned. Once you embrace these parts of yourself, you no longer need the outer mirror in the same way.

Returning To Money Earning

This may be of interest to a few sweet souls here.

Late last month, Gabriel and Kalayna put me onto an app-based online English teaching company called Palfish from China that is seeking to expand their teacher base to serve the huge market of Chinese children and their parents seeking to get their children ahead with English.

I downloaded the App, got familiar, applied, and was easily accepted. Love From Mystery Admirers

It’s been an interesting experience for Jelelle and I hearing from several people recently who have been following our blog or facebook page for a long time, but who we had never before heard from.

And what was so interesting was that the level of interest was so much higher than casual. Several people have told us that the tone and energy of what we were sharing was something that they readily saw as unique and different. One man told me in session yesterday, after contacting me for the first time the day before, that he immediately related to us because we were not ‘just loving and lighting everything’ in an ungrounded way, yet being REALLY loving to all aspects of the self. I was so amazed as he shared an intimate relationship with us through our blog that went back for three years, but that we had no knowledge of!

We digested together how this was a necessary phase of his process, to go it alone, and how this seems to be changing for him as well. I feel these kinds of changes are happening more and more for many others as well.

Your Dreamer App Is Requesting Permission To Access Your Desires Folder…

We’ve all heard that for most people who win a big lottery, it ends up being a major negative effect in their life.

I heard there is actually a class action lawsuit in California of big lottery winners suing the state for the damages and havoc that the big money ‘did’ to them.

But why then does the idea of winning the lottery feel so appealing? I can dream quite easily about what I’d do with the first million, and the second, and keep going from there.

I feel it has to do with how we are meant to dream, but lack the permission to dream.

For many, they find the permission to dream in a lottery ticket. ‘I have a chance, even if a very small chance, but a very real chance nonetheless of really changing my circumstances.’

What we are missing in this is feeling how the lives we are living right now have been dreamt up by us previously. Everything that is created, is created twice, first in concept or picture, then in ‘reality’. We ‘real’ize things in the personal ‘fact’ories of our creative essence. Even someone who is reputed to be the most uncreative person has created that reality.

We are the creator, and we can’t escape that.

Life is asking us to dream. But to do that, your dreamer app needs permission to access your desires folder. This is why dreaming is a no go area for many people. Accessing the desire body and all that lives there, feels like opening Pandora’s box.

And it is.

Possibly there is nothing quite as life changing as the willingness to feel what you really want. This is how life itself is wired up, and this is how it lives in every cell of your body, in every dimension that your life exists in.

The Magical Portal Of Your Own Darkness

Your experiencing of what you don’t want is actually what’s key to experiencing what you do want.

To the degree you feel depressed is actually testament to your native capacity for enthusiasm, creativity and divine play.

To the degree you know what it is to feel bombarded with anxiety, or just a background tension of anxiety, speaks to your natural ability for radiating deep trust, rest and security in the world, and beyond.

The presence of the negative is the evidence of the presence and reality of the positive. One cannot exist without the other.

This tug-of-war polarity and tension between what you desire and what you actually experience is the pathway into navigating between the two in the direction you want to go. You are like this anti-gravitic travel device in this way.

You wouldn’t even be able to feel tension, were it not for rest. You couldn’t feel love were it not for fear. You couldn’t feel trust were it not for anxiety. One is needed to give reality to the other.

That’s all these ‘others’ are. Ultimately, they are not ‘other’, but flowing beautifully and magically from the one being that you are. You are already perfect, just maybe not in the way a part of you has perfection defined.

If this is true, what then?

Then,….you are being invited to embrace the opposite, the thing that is ‘opposing’ the thing you want. It’s a magical doorway into the thing you want. It’s not actually an opposition, it’s an invitation.

You should be jumping up and down and falling off your chair about now, on the inside at least, if not on the outside just yet. If you’re not, give your head and heart a shake.

What do you really want? What are you prepared to spend to have that life? Will you spend and cash in your fears, your anxieties, your shame, in exchange for experiencing the deeper essence that you already are?

Begin to really dream of the life you want. See it, feel it. Feel it deeply in contrast to fully feeling the life you presently have, but long to change. Especially feel and don’t deny the parts of you who just can’t see it, who just can’t jump up and down just yet.

GET CURIOUS, open your heart to all that is inside of you. Enter the darkness. It is your magical portal into the infinite magic of being that you are!

I can tell you that personally, I no longer experience the big unaddressed and avoided layers of anxiety or depression or shame. Where these things once lived in my life is now the presence of deep trust and arising creativity, and very meaningful and deepening self worth. This doesn’t mean I am without challenge. Far from it. I live in duality – the tension between what I have and what I want. That’s called appetite, always moving between satiation and desire. I am invited into that tension every day. What’s cool about this is that the courage it took to face and love my depression and anxiety is the same template for how I live in the moment of every day. What need is arising now? How can I embrace that need! Where is love wanting to flow and be felt?

What largesse of my being is wanting to engage it’s next step into the world of infinite love and infinite possibility?

If you need a mirror, or a reference point, jot my name down. You are looking at one of thee most amazing beings you have ever laid eyes on. You are looking at nothing less than a mirror of yourself. I’ll in turn jot your name down. Holeeee ________ !

We are this crazy hot stuff, only reeling from how magical we are, how infinite we are, how full of love we are. Everything ‘else’ isn’t anything ‘else’, it’s all the same pointing to oneness we are inside, outside and collectively.

We’re such hot stuff, we needed the invitation into the opposition as a way to unlock and discover.

Experiencing 5D In Every Moment AS You

Just slept MANY hours and STILL feel drifty, floaty, and not here. My body is rested now yet my consciousness is still doing some work/travel and connection in other dimensions, realms, and timelines in the moment. I feel my star family smiling, swaying together, offering that some good ‘work’ was done even if I can’t consciously remember what it was!

SOULar activity is low today with winds relatively calm, yet the energies feel HIGH and perfect for connecting in a multidimensional way. One way I can feel this is by looking out at the ocean which I am blessed to have as the view out my bedroom window. When the ocean looks/feels hazy or misty, then I can sense that the phototonic light quotient is HIGH and the energies are HIGH too. This is a kind of blend of intuitive knowing and physical sensing.

I am still digesting the goodness of Divine Mother’s Day yesterday and receiving love and appreciation esp. from Raianna Shai, the amazing soul that is feeling less and less like a ‘daughter’ and more and more like BEloved soul family. Wonderful food and much singing together as a group last night brought us into Unity Consciousness in a FUN way that also opens the heart and soul.

We are planning a trip this morning to the new ‘fancy’ grocery store here with thankfully some more vegan products that we love. Rather than feel that I need to come ‘down’ to go shopping, I will take my elevated consciousness with me to that experience called ‘shopping.’ It will most likely arise anew for me then, with the possibilities of joy and magic contained on every shelf and in every package. There isn’t so much routine or boring for me anymore as every moment offers an experience of arising wonder….or something else to feel if it doesn’t feel like that.

Taking our higher consciousness, our star seed consciousness, our star family DNA activated consciousness INTO life, into our jobs/careers, into our family interactions, into EVERY moment is what living in New Earth NOW feels like. Every moment, not just the ones that parts of us may deem as ‘sacred’ or ‘spiritual’. When you experience this every moment 5Dness from inside of your BEing, then everywhere feels like heaven! What ‘outside’ looks and feels like matters less and less, although you do desire to be in resonance.

Make Friends With The Gap!

What gap?’ you say….

The gap between where you are and where you’d like to be….

The gap between what you are feeling and what you’d like to be feeling….

The gap between the company you keep and the company you dream of keeping!

Without the gap, there is no reason to be here. Without the gap, there is no growth or learning, or remembering.

Without the gap, life is dead. God forbid, that regardless of what new realities you attain to, that you are left without something to reach for – to BRIDGE to.

Part of the gap that has deep and profound meaning for me is offering myself as a bridge in serving others to discover more of their Higher Self embodiment, more of their authentic self manifesting in their everyday ‘what it feels like to be them’ kind of worlds.

As A Man…

As a MAN:

Trying to ‘be a man’ outside of a relationship to someone or something is impossible.

Manhood itself is ‘an expression in relationship to’.

There is always an arena of life in this way that the man finds himself in, that is full of challenge that calls for choice, and alignment of one’s actions with those choices.

So then life as you currently know it, is not something that needs to gottten over or around in order for you to be a man, but rather, life as you currently know it is something that needs to be embraced, faced and moved through in order for you to feel your manhood moving and expressing.

Where this gets truly rewarding is when we make this conscious and find new ways of responding and relating to all of life around us. We then see ourselves literally becoming the man of our own dreams.

We do this not by trying harder to be a man, but rather by finding and feeling the parts of ourselves that are not on board just yet for their own valid reasons with our gender and power expression in the world. Trying to be more of a man without these kinds of deeper explorations into our emotional bodies only serves to add another layer of suffering and internal war with ourselves, as a self improvement project that we tried to power our way through, is again laid to the side, on the shame pile.

Even this suffering and internal war though is not an end in itself, for as a man, we are ever finding our way and finding the impetus to our next choices. We actually needed, and many still currently need, their suffering loops to alchemize their next larger soul choices and action trajectories. There has never been a time like this time to live into what your soul came here to feel and learn as a soul who chose the MALE gender.

Manhood is EPIC, MAN! You didn’t sign up for anything small when you checked the MAN box. You signed up for it because you are up for it…you’re only waiting for a MAN picture that you can truly buy into!

You Are BEcoming Your Service Of Love/5D Self

These ongoing SOULar winds/geostorms and heightened Gaia frequency energies are HERE to activate your Service Of Love Self. You could also feel this as your 5D Self…..Higher Self frequencies coming into your body AS you integrate 3D parts that can finally unanchor from 3D consciousness in response to your love. This is your service of love process with yourself as your primary focus that then overflows to serve love with others.

Every moment offers an opportunity, an invitation, to serve love. The service of love is the highest purpose for which we can engage here. Not service in a martyr way or self sacrifice way or to care take those around you…yet service of love FOR you AS you WITH you and BY you. Sometimes it may even feel like the service of love form that life is inviting you into is BEYOND you or at least the current version of you or the you that you have known yourself to be so far this life. This is the question you can hold in your heart in the moment: Am I serving love or am I serving fear?

The WHY of choosing fear is the deeper ground of exploration into your heart and soul and the aspects/parts of you that hold fear and NEED love to choose something else…..in order to choose something BEYOND the fear.

Other people/entities/’negative’ aliens can’t make you choose fear or to serve fear. Only YOU (and parts of you) can choose to BE that, to respond in that way, to feel fear in response to their fear.

The self empowerment here is that only YOU can choose your response, so what will it be? What IS your response and WHY is it what it is? Why do parts of you choose fear?

“WHY?” is such a powerful question….it is the WAY to changing your life, to going within, to defusing from conditioning, to choosing love over fear as you ask WHY and find your own answers inside. Our three-year-old selves were on to something big when they led with “WHY?” all the time.

What service of love looks and feels like for YOU is personal to you. No one can tell you what it is….you FEEL it when it is happening, when you are BEing it. Your guides and higher self can help you get a sense of it and tastes of it and offer synchs for you to connect with it inside of yourself and with others.

You feel when you ARE love, choosing love, and BEing love with yourself and with others. There may be a mode or structure or form of this service for you….as a healer, a teacher, a waySHOWer, a light worker, a writer, a singer….whatever form it is most likely already expressing IN your life in some form or another because you ARE love in your soul essence and it always finds a way to shine through.

BE service of love and so you become and so you draw others who want to BE in it with you more and more…..
