New Phase, New Name: Becoming ‘Kasha’

Today I’m officially stepping into my new ‘name’. This has been digesting for a while and I’ve been going into process lately with ‘Kalayna’ as a part of me to work with and feel deeply. There’s something so powerful, so meaningful, about drawing a new name to you. It’s a graduation and it’s an invitation. It’s a feeling of ‘arrival’ and yet too, it’s a portal into feeling your personal next steps in your process.

Feeling ‘Kalayna’ as a part of me has already been illuminating the patterns I’ve embodied related to service, men and romance, friendships, connections to the Divine and my own Divine Self, and really my relationship overall to the world ‘outside’ of me and my approach until recently to being with my inner world too.

‘Kasha’, interestingly, means ‘pure’, which happens to be the same meaning as my birth name in this life! This was completely synchronistic. My birth name ‘Kathleen’ and its short form ‘Katie’ both mean ‘pure’ as well. ‘Rokshana’ is a variation of ‘Roxanne’ in some languages and means ‘illumined one’ or ‘star’, yet in Farsi it means ‘light’, which I also didn’t realize until I looked it up. The synchronicity with that name is that it holds the same meaning as ‘Solais’, which was the last name Gabriel and I chose together when we were engaged. ‘Rokshana’ was offered to me in a vision as a last name before ‘Kasha’ was offered to Jelelle for me and she invited me to feel into it. The two names together mean ‘Pure Light’ and when you say them out loud, you feel the waveform and energy they hold! Woooosh!

This shift from ‘Kalayna’ is both sobering and exciting for me as Kasha. It’s a rebirth as a name change always is, yet differentiating from who I’ve been for the last few years of my life is not exactly simple, though it is very alive. Kalayna is my 4D Self in many ways and as her I walked out many stark ups and downs of awakening and death and rebirth cycles that were quite intense and dark. She has had her own experience of life and relationships and service of love that need some more digesting. I’m separating out from yet another ‘persona’ layer and it’s emotional yet exciting too.

I can already feel the NEW energies that ‘Kasha’ holds as my emerging ‘self’ and am looking forward to exploring that even deeper. As my energy as ‘Kalayna’ rests more, the integration of Kalayna’s gifts into ‘Kasha’ will be powerful. I can already feel a negotiation ground emerging and it’s sweet to let in.

We Are UPgrading Our Service-Of-Love Consciousness

Our next level EVERYTHING’s are being invited UP now… next level of self-love, next level of service of love, next level of consciousness, awareness, seeing and feeling of the meta-picture holding us and it all…

You may not feel consciously ready for this, yet your soul is holding steady on its course. The trust that is inherent in you may not be something you or parts of you feel intimate with just yet, but it’s coming and it’s here already too.

Visiting with the Divine Mother this morning in the form of Sophia and Mother Mary brought this message to me for me yet for me to share as well. I feel how words themselves can be so hard to use to try and describe it all, yet the main thrust of the messages being brought in can be typed out here to the best of my ability… I’ll likely do a video later today to help bring out the frequencies I’m feeling coming in and through now.

Mother offers, “yes, everything is being invited to soften, to lengthen, to hold more space within you for the service of others. The sacred journey of self-discovery is one that is meant to open out into this place of offering a temporary space for others to lean into on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery. You are a step on a staircase for others’ Ascension just as they, in leaning into you, are a reflection for you and your own process. Whether this leaning is for a long time or a short time, comes in spurts and waves or in long-term flow, matters not much in the wake of their own very personal soul trajectory and story unfolding… all have much to offer themselves and others at this and all times.

Service of others is a calling while the service of love is an unending vocation that lives and breathes in you as you embody it more and more. It has no face, no glamour, no pulpit. It just IS… and it just serves as it does, moves as it does, clears and heals as it does, eventually moving to a place where it’s no longer ‘service’ but just life itself.”

11:11:11 was an important and potent portal for us all as we re-commit to whatever the process is inside that aligns us with the ever-awakening Golden/New Earth reality birthing. Much is being moved out in intense ways right now, showing up in weather and in the physical too. This is the purge that makes room for the new… and shows us all where and how we and the love we have to share is most needed to flow inside of each of us personally and with others too.

Time to BE with the UPdraft of movement into the new, the more expansive, the more super-conscious and loving self, heart, and soul.

You Are BEcoming Your Service Of Love/5D Self

These ongoing SOULar winds/geostorms and heightened Gaia frequency energies are HERE to activate your Service Of Love Self. You could also feel this as your 5D Self…..Higher Self frequencies coming into your body AS you integrate 3D parts that can finally unanchor from 3D consciousness in response to your love. This is your service of love process with yourself as your primary focus that then overflows to serve love with others.

Every moment offers an opportunity, an invitation, to serve love. The service of love is the highest purpose for which we can engage here. Not service in a martyr way or self sacrifice way or to care take those around you…yet service of love FOR you AS you WITH you and BY you. Sometimes it may even feel like the service of love form that life is inviting you into is BEYOND you or at least the current version of you or the you that you have known yourself to be so far this life. This is the question you can hold in your heart in the moment: Am I serving love or am I serving fear?

The WHY of choosing fear is the deeper ground of exploration into your heart and soul and the aspects/parts of you that hold fear and NEED love to choose something else…..in order to choose something BEYOND the fear.

Other people/entities/’negative’ aliens can’t make you choose fear or to serve fear. Only YOU (and parts of you) can choose to BE that, to respond in that way, to feel fear in response to their fear.

The self empowerment here is that only YOU can choose your response, so what will it be? What IS your response and WHY is it what it is? Why do parts of you choose fear?

“WHY?” is such a powerful question….it is the WAY to changing your life, to going within, to defusing from conditioning, to choosing love over fear as you ask WHY and find your own answers inside. Our three-year-old selves were on to something big when they led with “WHY?” all the time.

What service of love looks and feels like for YOU is personal to you. No one can tell you what it is….you FEEL it when it is happening, when you are BEing it. Your guides and higher self can help you get a sense of it and tastes of it and offer synchs for you to connect with it inside of yourself and with others.

You feel when you ARE love, choosing love, and BEing love with yourself and with others. There may be a mode or structure or form of this service for you….as a healer, a teacher, a waySHOWer, a light worker, a writer, a singer….whatever form it is most likely already expressing IN your life in some form or another because you ARE love in your soul essence and it always finds a way to shine through.

BE service of love and so you become and so you draw others who want to BE in it with you more and more…..

Full Moon In Scorpio Ignites Passions, Serves Purgings

WOOOSH…. felt the full moon energies all day yesterday, with an up and down experience inside of myself which was incredibly UP in passion and passion-purpose desires and then also offered purgings of emotional tensions and fears coming UP with them! This is the whole package deal of Ascension. You’re invited to a huge party with lots of lights, excitement and even pure bliss, yet with the waters of love coming in with every invitation, the oil of fears and despair held by parts and Metasoul Aspects has to come out to make room for more.

It doesn’t feel possible to me to ignite your soul purpose work without being willing to feel what it is inside of you that DOESN’T want to serve love. Even if you choose to not feel into this question now, eventually it catches up to you and often in a reticence that develops over time and somehow collapses or sabotages your service-of-love practice, whatever that is for you.

I feel that the full moon always offers you a chance to feel your passions anew. Especially if you’re meant to serve love in this timeline. The full moon in Scorpio is asking you to keep it real. It’s asking you to be real about your passion and to feel the polarity inside that isn’t interested in passion too or really doesn’t buy that you can “make it”. Scorpio as an energy can support you to feel this extreme and not run away from it. Make the investigation of this a part of your passion-purpose, not a detriment to it! I feel and see so many souls trying to dismiss these parts that just don’t want it. Yet they are the most valuable players in the game of serving love, because they are the parts of you that need to be filled up with love and appreciation again. They are also the parts that offer grounding and realness inside you. And with all of this disclosure happening on the outside right now, yes, you need realness and integrity inside of you too. Nay-saying parts can offer that to you if you can let them into your heart. On a soul level, you could be feeling legitimate anxiety over persecution timelines your soul has lived out and is still living out since time is not linear. There are also timelines of being a false King/Queen, leading without integrity and heart. These are all themes that seem to emerge as you feel more and more into your special personal brand of service of love and what that means for YOU during this often intense time of Ascension.

On the other side of feeling all of this always comes more joy, bliss and love than you have experienced before… AND much MORE energy, motivation and passion for the service of love you’re meant to lead, inhabit and offer!

You Are A BEacon Of LOVE: Sharing Your Self-Love Overflow In Service Of Love

It can be challenging for parts of you to remember that they need to share love with others in a mutually nourishing bond of openness and vulnerability and sometimes even contention, as much as they need love with YOU as the authentic you, ever-arising into more and more presence within yourself.

We are here to relate to ourselves deeply, to cultivate self-love. We are also here to share the overflow of that love with others – NOT to remain in stuckness or under-nourishing agreements with others, however… While there is likely some layer of love being exchanged there, there is so much more that could potentially open out… this is the ground that can make relationships of any kind scary to be in, yet also is the ground of mutual growth and ultimately a deepening of LOVE within and on the outside TOO.

To not share what you are cultivating inside in self-care, love, worth, advocacy, is to not share your light, the beacon you’re meant to be for the world, with the world. Parts of you may be relating to this with understandable fear and reactions from past social drama-trauma. Yet, to remain in a place of not sharing is to cap your own soul bigness, your capacity to love others as much as yourself, and your potential to truly live into your healing gifts and your deepest soul calling to be in the service of LOVE.

The choice remains in each moment, to breathe with and feel parts of you and their reasons for not allowing your arising and ascending you to emerge from the cocoon. There is a constant invitation into more love, more healing, more self-held grace and space, and more overflow into the destiny you’re meant to lead and live too, with each decision made to BEacon outward what you have so grown and nourished inward!

March Energies Update: Rising Bliss Mess Experience Of Your Service Of Love Self

Awake since 2:00am with an alertness yet ease too. Feels as if SOULar activities are picking up again with more waves and winds coming in. Surrendering to the alertness and the change in sleep patterns and habits is a reminder that time is not actually linear and the now is asking for our presence.

All this last week I have experienced this feeling of arriving at a consistent transmission experience of being and serving love. In this place, life has rich meaning in the moment; connection with others is based in a deep trust and mutual exchange. There is no longer anxiety or self consciousness. There is not worry about the future or ruminating on the past. There is connection to the highest timeline becoming, yet that is feeling more and more inevitable. Even if I am serving as a temp bridge and mirror of someone’s higher self in the body, there is a sense of deeply seeing their bigness that is just needing more love to manifest.

Miracles fueled by Love have been happening in all my sessions and group offerings too. I feel grateful to the souls that have connected with us/me recently, asked such great questions, shared their stories, turned inward with courage. I feel so grateful to the parts connection process for this feeling sense…..it really is an amazing bridge to create true wholeness from within that can then overflow to others.

I am feeling the energies at a HIGH. To illuminate and amplify whatever is the dominant reality for you and parts of you right now that you most need to see and experience. It may be a sense of heightened pain even or struggle in order to feel the “no more” sense of it. It may be a feeling of void as you move more out of 4D death and rebirth and into upper 4d and 5D bliss and goodness. It may be the trailing edges of emotional or karmic pain that want and need your attention. It may be mess. It may be bliss.

There is so much support for the rising experience of your service of Love self….firstly and primarily to and with yourself and all the beloved aspects that need you. These ongoing love light energies show you how it feels to BEcome service of love in your unique sacred human expression of it. They also show you whatever is stuck in fear and push away and being resisted by other parts of you.

Embrace whatever comes up to be felt. You cannot do it wrong as you lead with love. You are SO loved and the reunions Of self and soul and family are going to happen more and more to deepen your rememberance of this. The time of suffering over suffering can be complete with an embodied bliss truly possible! As you are willing to go through, so you can truly come OUT into a genuine and pure experience of yourself as the embodiment of love!

Energy Update: Sleepiness, Third Chakra Rumbles, Intense Dreams As Big Energy Surges Move Through

“Big Energy surges the last 24 hours with sleepiness, intense dream activity, solar plexus (3rd) chakra rumbles…..moving UP, going in.” I posted this as a status on Facebook this morning, receiving much resonant response already to it. This kind of statement is a precursor to the deeper feeling that I do into how cosmic energy activities may be impacting you on an energetic, physical, and (most importantly) emotional body level.
The energy surge of the last couple of days brings in a sense of constant sleepiness, feeling groggy no matter how much actual physical sleep you are getting. This can lead to sudden ‘crash’ naps that can last for a couple of hours and sleeping many more hours in a row than usual. Intense dream activity comes during these long sleeping hours to populate the landscapes, sort through subconscious emotions, and offer triggering scenarios to feel emotions that need digesting and processing.
You may have the sense during your recent dreams of truly BEing in parallel dimensions, alternative realities, and other timelines. There are these adventuring kind of dreams that act as portals to these realities that your Astral Self has access to. There has been so much bleed through from other timelines lately that this is also impacting our dream spaces. There are the dreams that seem to push up suppressed emotions of anxiety and unease, even terror sometimes. These don’t feel like nightmares, as much as energetic purges that move usually quickly if you’ve been engaged in shadow work healing and can consciously divert them before they turn into suffering loops.
Our third chakras are UPgrading from being personal will focused (or ‘service of self’ as some people and the Law Of One calls it) to service of others AND self through service of love. We are BEcoming service of love as the ascension process deepens and accelerates. We are moving out of ego-focused, 3D reality processing….and into self love focused IN ORDER to eventually overflow love with others from our healing heart.
The phase of BECOMING self love is what the collective is being invited to embody as well. This is not ego-obsession or selfishness, yet rather tuning into ALL parts of you that need your love and compassion in order to transform in an organic way into your service of love self.
The ultimate purpose of this transformation is not for self image-based glory or just for money earning or gaining influence over others, yet rather to serve love TO yourself and all those that need it to embody their service of love self too. This is about feeling a deep connection to the cries of the world even AS your attention can lovingly turn inward. You recognize in this that the source of your power to change anything on the outside comes from within you. You are serving the ALL when you serve yourself in this way.
These recent ascension energies are cleaning out the third chakra of the 3D conditioning that looks to the outside for identity and sense of self. They are moving you inward, to find your power center THERE. They are inviting you to feel your Inner Protector that has often ‘fused’ to the 3D externalized power structure out of necessity and self survival strategies. The Protector often ‘lives’ in the third chakra, along with the Inner Punisher as well. Through the SoulFullHeart process that we offer, the Protector transmutes to self loving boundary setting and guide to access ALL of your parts and your Metasoul/other timeline aspects. The Higher Heart chakra (a combination of the heart chakra and the throat chakra) has been receiving pulses of activations since the beginning of this year. The Higher Heart seems to be replacing the third chakra as the main energy center for which you process energy as you increase your vibrational frequency. Divine Feminine illuminations seems to facilitate and hold space for this process of transformation, along with galactic activations and connections with your Star Family and Metasoul Aspects. Healing your Star Seed woundings experienced during abductions (which are actually Star Family visits) is important to activate the Galactic Higher Heart.
Processing energy through your Higher Heart allows you to expand your capacity to feel the cries of the world with a deep compassion while remaining centered in self love. This process seems to be accelerating as frequencies of self compassion and forgiveness are most needed at this time. The Divine Mother provides these frequencies in a visceral way. She floods love into your heart space, your solar plexus space, your third eye space….all the spaces and places and parts inside that need it. We are being held in all these activations and integrations with Divine love for us and WITH us at all moments. Connect to this Divine love and support through your Higher Heart. This provides a heartline as you navigate the murkier waters, unify with your shadow aspects, and FEEL the emotions that are sometimes most difficult to BE with. This heartline offers a trusting frequency in the BIGGER process that is going on here….the continual embodiment of your sacred humanity AS love.
