Mother Aphrodite Message Of The Catalytic Healing Power Of Falling IN Love

“Falling in love IS serving love.

It’s inhabiting its textures, its fragrance, letting it rumble through the chakras, feeling it raise questions about your next life steps, such as they are.

Falling in love can happen in any moment.

On the inside with parts of you. On the outside with a beloved soulmate or a friend or even with a complete stranger just because you feel their uniqueness in your bones.

Falling in love happens with nature, with the energy of the planet on which you live, with the forces of life and abundance and eternal movement with the galaxy surrounding you and the multi-verse you reside in at a larger scale.

All of this serves LIFE to happen in enriching ways that open up to MORE love… and that… that is serving love in a grand form that brings it inward, moves it in a flow that floods the heart of you and reaches toward the heart of others. It brings love to this planet, lets it download through the conduit that IS your soul and why you are here at this time.

And, with that, love cannot help but impact the world you live in in GOOD ways and boost the ongoing Ascension process of all that lives within you and everyone ‘outside’ of you.”

This message came to me yesterday as I connected with Mother Aphrodite (as I am feeling to call Her) in meditation yesterday. She is yet another face of the Divine Mother that we can connect with whenever we desire to. In fact, She does love to respond to our heart’s desires, as that is part of Her purpose and the archetype she IS.

I have been connecting with Her through and with a new Metasoul sister connection that I’ve made recently, who was a courtesan at the Temple of Aphrodite, offering her body in service to men who desired transcendence and also a connection with the Divine Feminine that they could not access themselves. Connecting with this ‘sister’, named Lysandra, has bridged me to this powerful and tender energy of Aphrodite, who feels very catalytic and who also seems to encourage us to go INTO love, not shy away from it, even if that means that the intimacy brings us to some messy places where we are in a soup of triggers and reactions or even ecstasy. I feel Mother Aphrodite in a more ascended form than She has been depicted in ‘Ancient Greek’ texts and so on. She even appeared quite blond to me instead of the usual red or strawberry blond hair colour that you most often see.

This message came as encouragement to continue to fall in love… whatever that means in any moment. It was an invitation to keep the heart open, to stay in curiosity, to hold patience for others as you bridge them to love too, and to trust that if you do feel genuine love flow between you and another being, human or otherwise, there is something more to surrender to in that experience… especially whatever this connection seems to be bringing up inside of you to be held and felt. I would not have access to this energy of Mother Aphrodite or this new Metasoul sister connection had I not been in a process of opening up my heart wider to others and feeling the kickback and defences of parts of me in doing so.

Mother Aphrodite is a bridge to both the glory and the gory when it comes to the passage and flow of love. She is a Divine poultice who it feels like can hold both the balm that love can offer and the catalytic craziness in moments that love can offer too as it stirs up so much inside of us, so much that we couldn’t have felt or healed without it being brought to the surface. Of course, there is also much She offers us in sexuality and sexual healing, honouring the pleasures of the body yet holding boundaries as necessary too to truly honour where you ARE right now and what feels good to explore and what doesn’t. This is something that has often been distorted about the energy She brings with Her and it feels like She would love to see this shift in the collective consciousness!

Much love to you and with you as you feel your own journey and recognition of the catalytic nature of love, especially ‘falling in love’, and the deep healing it can and wants to offer! ❤

Loving UP Your Body & Energy In Every Way

I don’t often treat myself to this kind of luxurious experience but oh, am I GRATEFUL that I did!

These are ‘before and after’ pics of my salon experience today. In an awesome synchronicity, Jelelle Awen brought this all-natural salon back to my attention the other day. She also said she found out there was a hair dresser there that specializes in cutting curly hair. I think I ended up booking an appointment that night, even though I wasn’t totally sure the money would work out comfortably.

My experience though was more than just a hair cut. The young woman who did my hair had a sweet porosity herself and that was wonderful to connect with. Also, I could feel this appointment as an important piece of my personal transition into the new… A new sense of self love and care that goes well beyond ‘not sure if I have the money for it’ sort of anxiety that parts of me can have sometimes.

I’ve INvested so much of myself into my personal INNER process, that it was time to let in a desire for refreshed and healthier hair as a way to take care of and treasure my own unique feminine beauty. I must confess, I also have a desire for a facial. A potentially expensive one. And also a mani-pedi. And also, I’m going to be changing my hair colour!

I’m just letting my desires in again after a bit of a hiatus of being able to feel them. This is one expression of what I want for myself and my parts and my life. Of course there are also many more expressions and this is simply an outward one.

I honestly haven’t focused on the ‘outside’ of me in so long aside from the occasional body image pieces that pop up. However, even that is moving with a renewed relationship to food and fasting and already feeling better, a bit lighter, as if there is simply more air and light too coming in. Also, a new relationship to the way I clothe my body is emerging and that is exciting and interesting to feel happening.

It feels like every aspect of self care, especially if it can be held with genuine love and not an activated Inner Punisher, is a part of the Light Body activation experience. Each step we take, each dollar we ‘spend’, is all a part of the bigger picture of where our bodies are ascending to IF we can align the intention with a purifying sense of self love and empowerment that no longer has undertones of harshness, control, or anxiety towards self or life.

It is a journey to get there. And I am still on the journey in some ways. But, every wave of it is worth diving deeply into… to come out the other side transformed in ways you hadn’t expected. ❤️

Lion’s Gate Energies Shaking UP 3D Consciousness Anchors

Much is likely opening out inside of you right now, making being in 3D pretty hard in the moment, even (or maybe especially) for the parts of you that have worked so hard to stay well-grounded in this reality, especially despite awakenings and activations… breathing, finding the best that 3D can offer you (superfoods, comfortable surroundings) while leaning into your soul and heart’s capacity to bridge to higher, less dense dimensions is the invitation right now. All of these energies need to integrate into your daily life as you continue to navigate your ascension more and more out of 3D reality, compartments, consciousness… this process needs to be self-loving and being with the shadow, the angsts, the restlessness and the need to rest deeply too is the way to go forward (and upward!) with the most loving steps.

Not easy ground to walk out right now with much being challenged through this portal phase and the galactic is calling for exploration, inner and outer, to boot. The Cosmos within is ever-tempting and invitational, bringing up resistance too from the parts of you/Metasoul Aspects that perhaps feel burned/abandoned by Star Family connections. It’s all coming in and through in profound invitation after profound invitation…

Time to lean-in to your growing and expanding heart, feel, rest, even feel aches and desires too as needed for that’s all part of what’s being pushed up now. What you want, the love you most long to have, be, share with others is in the arrival gate, waiting for your next choices and your embracement of your Now-moments and phases of necessary inner process.

Energy UPgrades Inviting Surrender To Incoming Love Codes

Today was certainly an Energy Bath sort of day! Wow… the day began for me today with my usual Monday morning routine of waking up early (3:30am) to teach English online. I could feel tiredness from a ‘lack of sleep’, yet intuitively, on a level other than the physical, it felt like more. I hadn’t felt tiredness of that sort for quite a while, I believe because doing dedicated inner work with your parts really tunes you into new ways of feeling what’s underneath anything physical going on for you.

I couldn’t feel any emotional rumblings, except some irritability from the ‘tiredness’, so checking in with my parts was brief and didn’t need to go any deeper. I felt guided instead to turn to Youtube, which has become a beloved source (really!) of some amazing music with consciously-added frequencies. I found a piece that vibrated in a 5D love frequency and decided to lay down, crystals and stones laid upon my body in various places, close my eyes, and see where it took me.

I remember feeling myself easing into the mattress beneath me, my body getting heavier as I lay in savasana, surrendering deeper to the frequencies and where they wanted to take me. Then, a fuzzy feeling came over my limbs, wrapping itself around my entire body. I wondered if this was the frequency of the music itself coming into me. I felt as if I was being asked to lay aside my individuality for a moment or two, not to lose it, but to let it rest. Then I saw my Arcturian Metasoul Aspect, Ohna. She held my hand for a minute and assured me and parts of me that this was a time to surrender to some upgrades, some things I would not understand consciously. She couldn’t explain much to me about the process today with these energies, just that surrendering as I was doing in that moment was all that was necessary.

Then… suddenly I woke up and an hour had gone by when it felt like only a minute! Woah! I felt the tiredness in my body had moved through, not because I had ‘napped’, but because I had actually ‘gone’ somewhere with less density, less atmospheric pressure, and come back with some renewal and integration.

My feeling is that this all is coming from the incoming Equinox gateway, which is upon us quite soon now! It’s a feeling in moments like being a weathervane caught in between two very strong cross-winds… the higher frequencies coming in, inviting us UPward, are trying to give us air as the lower frequencies continue to let go and move out – a process that seems to have much less physical symptoms attached to it if we are in a process of deepening self-love and an ongoing process of really going within. It’s one thing to intend the healing we desire to be on the other side of already, and another thing entirely to walk it out. Walking it out means taking care of yourself and everything, every part of you and your inner world, as well as your physical body and your spiritual growth. And, in turn, this means that there is a humble and real letting in of the energies like the ones today, which can feel intense yet carry very specific love codes that want us to be WELL, and will support us in whatever ways they need to for us to truly find and claim our wellness and loved-up-ness within. ❤
