Inescapably Contained By Love

Every part of the whole contains the whole. Without you, the whole would be incomplete.

You are wholeness that has been made into a person, or personified. You are consciousness that has been channeled and breathed into an individuated human being. You are part of the divine and you are all of the divine. Both are true. The divine chose to express as you and through you.

Feeling and adopting this as your truth, as your reality, that you are so inescapably, safely and magically tethered into this lifeline of love, you are now free to roam into any domain of your life that feels like it lacks love.

The fear melts away as you with curious and open heart reach out to every part of you that comes into your awareness that lacks this awareness of love. No darkness can extinguish this light. No seeming absence of love can dis-acknowledge this presence of love. You now reach out into every domain of your consciousness, both in inner feeling states and in the outer circumstances of your life, to establish this dominion of love.

Going inward or outward makes no difference, as both contain the whole here as well, and both reflect each other magically in the same way. The more we examine their apparent distinction, the more we see and feel their oneness.

A dis-ease in the body draws our attention to a dis-ease in the heart. An external battle makes us aware of an internal battle just off our radar. An absence of anything externally calls us to realign and reawaken to the fullness of everything internally.

We are magical beings beyond description! This utter fullness of being, this inescapable wholeness of being is what gave us the courage to venture out into the illusion of something less-than. We ventured our total more-than reality on a less-than illusion, in order to become even more than the fullness that we already were.

We are love becoming more, and we are doing that through our individuated human consciousness being expression, at least for the moment. Who knows how many more being expressions await us to inhabit?

Breathe in and feel how inescapably you are contained by love. You are from love and to love. You are by love and of love. You are with love and missed by love. You are love-in-wanting to happen, and love-in-waiting to happen. You and love are one and the same.

Go be in love!… happily happening!

We Are All Multidimensional Explorers

Every last one of us are multidimensional, meaning we exist on more than one plane. Most of us however are not aware of it, and those of us that are aware of it, are left in a place of wanting, even craving to open our awareness of these other states of being into our more normal waking consciousness.

We become more and more like true explorers, filled with curiosity and wonder. How did we arrive to even being aware on and of ANY level, let alone these unexplored levels? How can we open ourselves further and faster to what wonderworlds lie before us?

One piece I feel that answers these QUESTions is feeling how prone we are, and understandably so, to normalize phenomenal experiences. When you first learned to walk, it was celebrated and photographed. But when was the last time anyone or yourself took notice of this incredible ability of yours to walk? If you pause for a moment to contemplate how amazing it is that you can walk, that you are a physical being, who came from a single cell, all the way to possessing the ability to walk, an awe and wonder reopens that was closed off by this need we have to normalize wonder.

I guarantee you that when we all find the ability to teleport, we will after not too long, be kind of ho-hum about it. It’s just what we do. Your ability to walk is no less amazing than an ability to teleport, it’s just that one has become common to us and the other hasn’t.

It seems we need to do this normalizing of phenomena to be able to navigate the phenomena. We’d be like total stoners if we couldn’t. But being like a total stoner is an option we can retake to ourselves when we are ready to re-enter the awe and reverence of the thing that we normalized. Wanna get totally stoned?…just consider that other dimensional beings would consider it really cool if they could bump into walls, while we on the other hand we would consider it really cool if we could walk through walls. It’s all about what we’ve normalized and made familiar.

If this is true, then your ability to bump into a wall is really amazing stuff and no less amazing than the ability to walk through walls. It’s about our need on one hand to leave the realm of awe and wonder long enough to alchemize desire and curiosity to expand our dimensionality, and then to re-enter that world of total awe and wonder. This dimension is really cool, but what about all the others that I don’t begin to know? Moving from normalcy to the abnormal, from the familiar to the unfamiliar, seems to be the anti-gravitic device that allows us to travel to realms beyond the one we’ve been tethered to.

Boredom and ho-hum is what we use to anchor us to a given dimension. Awe and reverence is what we use to awaken us to attempting our first steps in new dimensions.

The universe is so inviting you and I out to PLAY. The universe is a total child at heart, and doesn’t begin to know where all this is heading, but so wants to find out. It wants to find out through you and me.

Incoming Energies Support Coming Out Of Hiding In ALL Ways & Relationships

It continues to get harder and harder to compartmentalize, to hide, to avoid feeling all there is to feel. The parts of you that have worked so hard to keep certain things hidden, maybe especially your spirituality and consciousness, your real desires for your life, heart and soul too… these parts are finding that they’re getting tired and it’s just plain getting harder to stay closeted and under wraps. To avoid the necessary messes is becoming nearly impossible anymore as your soul makes choices for your growth and its deeper healing and openings that it can’t be steered away from any longer.

You may find yourself in conflicts that parts of you are feeling stumped by, wondering how they could have gotten here when they’ve worked so hard to keep your truth and perhaps the truths of others too in a sort of holding pattern.

This, it feels like, is the root of bigger Disclosure events and what Ascension constantly invites us into. Disclosure within and in all relationships you have is a process and one that has been ongoing for a while now too. It feels like this is ramping up more now too, where parts are even becoming a bit lax about hiding anything, feeling exhausted by how hard they’ve worked to maintain these veils for so long…

There’s so much that surfaces now, especially perhaps the harder more intense and dark feelings, not to be tortured by (though parts of you may feel it this way) but to be brought into your heart and held, finally, so the real vulnerability of the real fears and places of inner suffering can be transmuted with love.

It’s a process of one part or Metasoul Aspect at a time… to feel every nuance, every piece that is emerging and not just β€˜release’ it, but to have a relationship with it that is built and held by love and can therefore be transmuted into more love within you.

It’s a process I have loved and fallen in love with over and over again… and it invites you to fall in love with you, with everything you’ve thought was only dark or dreary too, to claim every gift of who you are in this moment now, and every gift of who you are that you aren’t even aware of yet…

If what has been hidden remains hidden, the treasure deep within the dark caves and caverns would never be discovered… and the process of your healing and Ascension will have trouble finding it’s places of deepening, its ways to move beyond all suffering no matter how buried, and its way into a true experience of 5D and beyond.

The Stillness And Gift Of The Solstice

The Solstice can be felt as a tipping point. A spiritual fulcrum. This is the day when one cycle ends and another begins. There is a moment when ‘sun sits still’…the meaning of the word ‘solstice’. Depending on your inner geography you may be looking to activate and claim. Make new choices that reverberate in the outer physical domain. Or you may be guided to go within, to connect, and to just feel.

Either way, you are moving into something greater when you chose to ride the wave of your heart, whether in pain or passion. Staying in suffering loops are no longer a part of the path. You get to decide what it is that you need and deeply deserve. THIS is the time to go all IN or all OUT. What is it that you are being summoned to feel in this sacred tipping point? What is giving you joy and what is no longer serving you? Invite the energies of this Solstice to support you in your deepest need and desire.

Healing into Abundance, Joy, and Service of Love is what you came here to partake in. Let that be your guidepost.

Happy Solstice Day

Solstice

When the Sun, Sol, Soul, goes into stasis, stillness, stops; Solstice…

This is probably the best example of what it feels like to hold space for a part of you.

When you go still, when you stop all vibrations coming from you, when you stop generating any noise; in that moment, you can hear and feel and see all the noise, vibrations and sounds that are around you, or β€˜in your field’ without being them.

You are holding still space.

What’s cool about this, is that a higher self version of you, which YOU also ARE, is the one that can go still. This higher self you then holds the space for the parts of you that can’t go still in that moment.

You don’t have to stop the noise. You just need to be willing to stop to hear the noise.

In the stillness, hear and feel all the nuances of the waveform sounds coming at you. A jackhammer from construction or birdsong in a nearby tree – go into it. What’s under the noise? What is there to feel? Feel your emotional landscape in the same way.

Then notice in the stillness, what moves or happens as a result of your alchemical stillness. What shifts in your presence as you let go of consciously holding still space and return to the focus of tasks or goals?

Imagine that. Things happening in the stillness, and as a result of the stillness! Of course it is, because even complete stillness is sourced in love, which isn’t still or passive in any way.

Love is in hot pursuit of you, and not in any ambivalent β€˜I’ll be here when you are’ kind of stance towards you. Love is aching to connect with you, heart, soul and body.

Stillness is the voice and vibration of love that you can enter as your birthright, as often as you wish, where you can stay for as long as you like.

Our Inevitable Growth

Growth occurs naturally. It’s built in. You have to go against nature and really work at it to slow it down or stop growth.

And even then, there really isn’t any such thing as stopping growth, because ultimately all steps backwards become steps forward, as we digest them and they become composted into our next growth trajectories.

However, parts of us can sure suffer in this illusion of efforting trying to hold back our growth. You are a growth Superman, a growth Wonderwoman. You came here to grow, even if by nothing else, than learning how to relate with your own power to attempt to resist growth.

So how could we self lovingly become more aligned with our built in native growth wiring? How could we spend less on efforting resistance and instead allow ourselves to be in more natural easy flow?

For those of us who consciously ache to grow, how could we settle into more native trust and rest around our growth?

We know it would look like more trust and rest, less anxiety, more childlike Joy and stuff like that…., but how do we β€˜get’ there?

You get there by wanting it. You get there by holding the QUESTions. β€˜But, how do you β€˜do’ THAT’, you might well ask?

My truth is that the only real way to do that is to feel the part of you who doesn’t want to grow, who wants to stay stuck for its own reasons. Open your heart with curiosity to the parts of you who have their own valid reasons for resisting growth. What you learn and discover in getting to know these parts and their motives is that they are coming from love as they know it and feel it.

This is a strange feeling to go into feeling the part of you who doesn’t want to grow as this exercise becomes a supercharged entry into your deepest growth.

The solution isn’t overcoming your resistances to growth, but rather embracing them. Now, we find and feel how the resistance was necessary to growth and even part of the natural cycle.

Even a seed has a necessary hard and impenetrable shell for the time that it is needed to take it to the next place.

I Am The Bright, Bright, Bright, Light Of God

I am being filled with new wonder and appreciation lately for how powerful a creation frequency are the words coming from our mouth. And then feeling how it’s not just the words coming from our mouth, but quite possibly even more importantly, the words processed internally that don’t need any physical volume to be just as powerful, if not more, in shaping the reality we live in.

Then when you couple this understanding with no longer using it to overcome or pave over unwantedΒ emotions, but instead reaching out in words to the parts of ourselves who don’t feel very keen on a positive thinking/positive speaking exercise, then this really goes somewhere.

I had embraced this message quite deeply in my 20’s and then let it go because it was being related to so mechanically and the inevitable β€˜word police’ showed up internally as well as in our social circles. The entire understanding hit our emotional growth ceiling, if you will and it just kind of floundered.

Now, it’s time to dust this awareness off and feel what wants to rise from those ashes.

β€˜I am the bright, bright, bright light of God’.

β€˜I am superabundant love and bounty’.

β€˜I have full access to every good thing imaginable’.

You Are Surrounded

You are surrounded by endless infinite love, but β€˜why then,’ you ask, β€˜does it feel like the opposite much of the time?’

Great question!

While our emotional body is easily able to dial in this infinite love feeling reality in any moment, it is rarely foisted upon us. And more often than not, there is a more challenging emotional reality that we feel in a way that feels like it is between us and our joy, or our bliss.

From the vantage point of seeing ourselves as the light and love beings that we are, it makes good sense that we came here for these kinds of challenges. We gave up our oneness with pure bliss to enter what feels like not-bliss so we could learn to appreciate, and then to navigate the difference.

What could be more valuable than being able in an ever increasing way to dial in any emotional state we desire and need, that doesn’t deny the state we don’t want, but instead answers it, fills it, and responds directly to it?

You see, love isn’t love if love is all there is. Love gets its feeling toned definition by comparative difference. We came here to navigate that gap of difference. The gap is the playing field. Without the gap, there isn’t any game.

And what better way to navigate any of this than by feeling the part of you who feels excluded from love’s bounty, and then inviting that part into your heart that can feel and access this love?

When I Grow Up

When I grow up, I want to be able to travel with just my consciousness. I want to be able to transport my physical body to anywhere in Gaia, and beyond, and beyond the beyonds.

When I grow up, I want to be able to let in all the love I am needing in any moment. I want to be able to transmute any internal emotional feeling state into the one I want and need in that moment.

When I grow up, I want to be able create new realities simply with my consciousness. I want to be able toΒ dream the biggest dream I dare dream and then right there, step into the dream.

I am the bright, bright, bright, light of God, growing up into full remembrance of all that I already am. I am eternal and infinite love. I am already one with all that is.

I’m living through the process of forgetting and then remembering this all that I never actually lost. I chose and created this reality of time and this reality of physical space. It’s only one reality of so many more. I am ever being birthed into the more that is the very heart of the universe.

I get to do and be all of this with all of the seriousness of a child at play. And I get to do it with you, an other who only appears to be other, as we are all already all one. (β€˜Alone’ is really only feeling the β€˜all-one’ state of the universe seeking to know itself by being in a relationship with an other) You are this relationship inside of you. You to you. You to love. You to other.

What do you want to be when you grow up? What are you longing for that feels missing? What dreams are aching to be lived out through you?

Summer Solstice 2018: Deepen Your Healing — INtegrate Your Spirituality With Your Humanity

The consistently high energy LOVE waves coming in have felt like they’re bringing up heaviness… you may be feeling them physically like suddenly gravity is getting more intense and you could be experiencing headaches, body aches, tiredness around it too. On top of this, intense emotions seem to be bubbling up, memories of traumas that you thought you had already moved through and healed, which you probably DID move through and heal on some layer inside of you, are coming up to remind you that your journey isn’t over yet. There really is no finality to your healing journey — especially as these energies ramp up and invite you even deeper into integrating all you’re awakening to WITH your humanity and daily life.

Ascension is an invitation to be in our humanity, to remember its sacred role, to be with the parts and Metasoul Aspects that are bent on feeling that humanity is only a ‘slave race’, that we are the equivalent of ants in the Universe at large, that we are squashable victims that somehow have managed to persevere. This Solstice and its energies remind us all in different ways that we signed up to be here, to live into our humanity and access our spirituality and multi-dimensionality through the sacredness of that.

There are practical things to address in our daily lives and many decisions to make. If you are still living with a non-resonant romance or relationships of any kind, this especially may be highlighted for you now with unshakable feelings coming up that you deserve and are worth so much more. You may be feeling this about the spiritual paradigm you’ve been in too, feeling healthy doubts arise from parts of you that are realizing how abused they’ve been. Anything that doesn’t help you integrate, honour, and LOVE your humanity as well as your spirituality and help you actually WANT to be here on Gaia at this time is being mirrored to you by these incoming energies.

The process of seeing and feeling all of this is challenging, with so much to suddenly realize and feel and so much to navigate in life, that could leave you without much space at the moment for your etheric explorations. If you’re someone who has been very dedicated to your etheric and/or galactic healing space, you may find that right now there’s so much to suddenly be with in the physical, whether they are physical symptoms or some life changes you need to make step-by-step. Everything you’ve accessed by moving outside of your humanity for a time though is still there with you, cheering you on, helping and guiding you, and you may already be feeling and experiencing this.

However, you could also be someone who is just coming into their multi-dimensionality and spiritual experience of life so you may be experiencing the opposite of this too — that these energies are inviting you to connect to your divinity more and more and to be with the more practical or heavy parts of you that are resistant to doing THAT. Ultimately, love wants you to love all parts of yourself, to come into Sacred Union inside of you, which means that the human aspects of you, including what you may call the ‘ego’ wants and needs to come into that love space with you too and actually help you find your way in your body and life as it is right now.

Phew! OK, I wasn’t sure what would come out today as I started to write this, yet my heart feels you, feels these movements, and I am experiencing them in my own life as well. So many of your soul and heart gifts want to manifest in your present life, yet if there are still ways in which you haven’t been able to bring them into your daily, moment-to-moment experience of your life, then there is a process being invited forward to be with any resistance that may come up in parts of you to doing this and to begin feeling it ALL as sacred… as sacred as your beloved journeys into metaspace and just as deeply healing and nourishing.
