Energy Update: SOULar Winds Rise As Veils Between Timelines Thin Out

SOULar winds are up close to 600 km/sec now…with normal around 250 to 300km/sec. These can cause tiredness and sleepiness…difficulty maintaining a steady energy flow. Sometimes too headaches and dizziness come up as well in response to them. Just needing more sleep or feeling like you haven’t slept as deeply either can accompany higher geomagnetics and this one is a G1 class storm potential, according to spaceweather.com.
 
Although, also, these sacred masculine activation energies from the great cosmic sun that are streaming through our sun can support veils thinning and more access to higher dimensional energies. Light language can flow free on these days and also a deeper feeling sense of connection to star family energies…even if experienced more in dream states than walking around and conscious.
 
I went on a walk around the gorge waterway here in Victoria, BC Canada this morning as the energies were increasing…with Lemurian language flowing freely, chanting softly, under my breath yet audible if someone wanted to come up close. I like to transmit in this way for those souls that seem busy walking dogs and jogging, yet maybe they receive it somehow too in a subconsious way. Something has drawn them to the edge of this spacious waterway and it is so often the soul, even if not conscious.
 
The communications and communion were personal for me from Atta, my Lemurian aspect who is living in a different timeline yet parallel location to mine here in Victoria, BC. This has happened to me before and it is an interesting experience. It is like this fractal from the same soul source as me (what I call Metasoul) is right there yet not visible to the 3D sensing. We are sharing the same physical space yet on different timelines. The mind cannot understand these things….. but the soul gets it and helps us to remember it as more soul frequencies come into our consciousness.
 
These times of heightened energies allow more of these multidimensional experiences as you open up to them. As you align with your higher timeline and unanchor from the lower ones that condition to see such experiences as ‘crazy’ or ‘delusional’, your consciousness rises to embrace and even amplify them.
 
Life becomes so much richer and more interesting when the veils of perception thin and the 3D conditioning loosens its TIGHT grip!

A More Feminine/Masculine Balanced Approach To Feeling

What causes ongoing suffering is NOT the pain itself or even the trauma that is at the root cause of it…..yet rather the unwillingness and avoidance to actually FEEL it. Suffering over suffering is not actually the same as dropping into the feeling of the pain WITH the part of you that is experiencing it…both from this lifetime and from other timelines too.
 
Being open to feel the pain/trauma/fear, to allow to move into your heart space and to hold space for it is what finally moves it into a loving frequency of release. Avoidance and diversion only work for so long and are temporary measures at best. Using buoyancy and positivity to ‘rise above’ the feelings only works for so long too as this is a compartment (even if it is a positive one) that is limiting and limited.
 
Your Protector (a masculine energy) actually KNOWS that diversion/blocking/numbing/bypassing only works for so long and is a temporary solution. This part of you only supports these methods until they feel a version of YOU there connected to Divine Source that is big enough to hold space for the feelings to move. The masculine aspects need to feel that you are big enough or else they get locked down in caretaking and being overprotective of your sensitive and emotionally vulnerable feminine parts and aspects that are in deep trauma in other timelines. This seems to be true for both women AND men.
 
Once the Protector (more 3D in energy) and eventually the Gatekeeper (more 4D and higher) are in collaboration with you and the Divine around feeling ALL that needs to be felt…..true, transmutational healing can occur from this life and other timelines too. You become a collaborative team that is leading with curiosity into the realms of deeper emotive states (both of joy AND of pain) in order to integrate and unify them.
 
This is the approach that is the most organic blend of your feminine’s VAST capacity to hold space for feeling AND your masculine’s AMAZING ability to take action as a result of the digestion of this feeling. Once you get into this flow of more balanced approach to feeling, you experience how TRUE fulfillment and nourishment can come to you from the outside too and really be LET IN.
 
Coming from this more balanced state, you can then receive the support of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine for which parts of you so NEED in order to decondition and move away from the polarized templating you received from 3D culture and your birth family. Moving out of a polarized reaction (push/pull) to your emotions and into a neutral yet deeply loving one that is willing to FEEL is a KEY aspect of our ongoing ascension here!!

Halloween Message: Embracing Your Shadow To INtegrate It

“It is precisely because we resist the darkness in ourselves that we miss the depths of the loveliness, beauty, brilliance, creativity, and joy that lie at our core.” ~ Thomas Moore

Resisting anything in ourselves just leads to more pain, more resistance, more pushing out of life and not letting it in. Resisting the darkness is understandable when we have been taught in 3D culture to fear that which we don’t understand, that which isn’t socially acceptable, that which may hurt or harm others or ourselves. We have been taught to fear our fear and the fear of others as well. This fearing of fear JUST leads to more fear being generated. This creates a fear fueled energy cloud that rumbles inside of us and through all the strands of the collective emotional body web for fear-based BEings to get more energy from.

On this ‘day’ of Samhain’s and All Saint’s Eve, Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Diwali…..the shadow is actually acknowledged, recognized, and even celebrated within our cultures. The shadow sides can come out in costume; they can put on masks that are actually more REAL to their frequencies. The darkness can roam a bit without fear suppressing it. Souls that have left their human bodies and passed on can be opened up too and be felt by their loved ones without the fear of ghosts or being haunted blocking the connection.

As we BEcome more of our higher self in our human body, gifts of mediumship naturally arise and become less afraid of the spiritual realm. We see, feel, and hear Ethereal BEings such as Angels, spirit guides, spirit animals, and more. We can connect with our passed BEloveds through our common Metasoul threads and heart cords as none of us really cease from being energized in the Now in SOME form. We can connect to other Metasoul partnerings and playouts with these SAME people, yet in different dances. Maybe, someday, we’ll be able to change or alter timelines to prevent dying and live out in Infinite Awareness with no time together IN a human body that will no longer age or get diseases.

With the veils between dimensions becoming so thin already in this now of intense phototonic light activations, it feels like there IS an opportunity to connect with spirits in a much deeper way today. To lead with your heart and your intention and ask to receive communications, being open to these contacts coming in unexpected ways, and trusting that love wants to see this happen for your own healing AND theirs.

There is also more support to being open as well to how your shadow aspects might be needing you, wanting you. Your shadow often contains sources of power, soul gifts, soul purpose clarities…once the fear and resistance frequencies have been felt, cleared and healed, then these powerful soul gifts can be revealed. More of your power can be revealed and, often, more of your vulnerability as well.

All of this discovery may require negotiation with the part of you that protects and guards your shadow, what we call the Inner Protector in our SoulFullHeart process. The Protector (and also the 4D Gatekeeper) may not feel that you are truly ready to connect with your shadow and embody your soul power expression. They are in a stance of keeping you ‘safe’ rather than allowing you to risk feeling something painful and difficult (even though they will often allow and even contribute to repeating suffering loops inside you).

As your higher self comes into your body and your higher heart opens and expands, you become able to bring love to ALL the fear places inside of you. You can then also bring this love to the fear based energies in others and serve as facilitator to this clearing of fear process in them too. This bringing love to fear then reverberates and expands throughout the entire Universe and the collective emotional body too. Bringing light to the darkness is above all about offering energies of compassion, forgiveness, understanding, and willingness to FEEL what is real.

Becoming a ‘warrior’ or going to battle against darkness just perpetrates the cycles of fear meeting and matching with more fear. This is often just the Protector in another form of ‘light warrior’ that is ultimately based in nonvulnerablity and resistance.

Help parts of you to put down the swords, share with you WHY they are holding them, WHY they are afraid to go into the shadows with you, and you’ll open your heart UP even that much wider, able to experience the love that makes up the essence of it ALL, including your shadow!

Energy Update: Third Chakra/Personal Will Ego Processing Upgrades

The Schumann/Gaia resonance had a long, sustaining period of spikes in frequency again after a few days of quiet  on October 28th, which you can see on the far right in the graph below.

This energy surge I am feeling primarily located in the third chakra/solar plexus area for the last 24 hours or so. You may be feeling this as a gurgling in the belly, indigestion, nausea/diarrhea. Sensitivity to foods may be heightened and anything processed just not able to digested very well. The feeling is like it just isn’t the ‘right’ fuel, something you want to pay attention to as the Light Body is specific about what it needs and when.

This feels like an upgrade/activation of the personal will center, which usually connects to the 3D self structure. You could call this ‘ego’, yet please be loving if you think about it like that as most people judge ‘ego’ quite harshly. There is nothing evil or bad about ‘ego’. It is more about which vibrational frequency the egoic structure is vibrating at and anchored too. The 3D vibrating ego is being invited to ascend to higher, beyond the 3D conditioning-mind matrix that has become limiting. Holding this process with MUCH self love toward your own ego does wonders to allow it to let go.

The 3D self is like a suit that we’ve had to put on in order to survive here in this density. An aspect of that suit is the Inner Protector. This part seems to be often centered in the third chakra, which makes sense as it is often a will-based energy that has had to protect, guard, and do.

During ascension, our third chakra energies are shifting from guarding to guiding. Our personal will is aligning with the Divine and the service of love as our purpose. This is no longer a doing anything….yet rather a BEING love in more and more moments. Our digestive system (on all levels) is upgrading to be able to run on the fuel of this unifying consciousness love that comes from Divine source rather than on self image and perception management that comes from other 3D selves and collective mainstream consensus (basically from conforming.)

Another aspect of this may be a growing desire to shift your career and job, especially if has been more your 3D self who has been doing it. ‘Working for others’ and ‘following rules’ is running out of ground as your Sovereign self ignites and activates and your 3D self is getting tired of these energies. Wanting to express your soul gifts and fulfill your soul purpose here through your ‘work’ is the domain of the Higher Self coming into your body.

Offer much love to your stomach area….and to your Inner Protector and your 3D self. This whole area on a chakra/physical body/emotional body level is one going through BIG shifts both personally and collectively!

Empowering Spaceholding Coming Through

I am in the midst of my fullest week of sessions EVER….and the joy and love that are flowing through in service is just amazing. It’s almost as if each one serves the other in this beautiful way. The collaborative energies that move between me and the women/men I meet with are empowering frequencies…..offering a mirror to them of their bigness, connection to their higher guidance, clarities, and lifting of their OWN veil as they connect to aspects of themselves and of their soul who offer these gifts. I feel this is the new paradigm of space holding that empowers the soul receiving it.
 
I love those moments in sessions when something that was previously a mystery, a confusion, causing pain/suffering or just not understood comes into clarity, understanding, resolution, and completion due to the exploration/framing and feeling of parts’ reality and Metasoul timeline processing. It is the MOST rewarding fun to be able to get to do and be this with others and receive money exchange for it (while money is still needed in this dimension that is.)

Energy Update: Rise In Schumann/Gaia Resonance, Full Moon, And SOULar Winds

I had difficulty getting into a deeper sleep last night and woke wide awake in the middle of the night for quite awhile….just felt like many energies were swirling around to activate/bridge to our next levels with so much of this happening on the subconscious level. And…I checked the Gaia/Schumann resonance and wasn’t too surprised to see that She had joined the energy amping UP party along with increasing SOULar winds and the full moon tonight! Spikes in Gaia’s frequency for October 24th are shown in the graph below with the white bands….still ongoing as I am posting this.

I am excited to share this NEW guided meditation with me….just filmed this morning actually….offering interaction and activation of your ascension chakras, connection with your Inner Protector, and overall high vibrations! I feel this may help with ascension body symptoms esp.!

Intense, ongoing ascension energies are being offered through downloads/upgrades/codes from our sun (through SOULar winds and geostorms mostly) and through Gaia resonance frequencies spikes/waves….and lunar full moons too. In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator and Ascension Guide Jelelle Awen offers teachings and a guided meditation to help you activate your ascension chakras and negotiate with your Inner Protector to allow more integration of these energies.

Blocks to integrating these ascension energies into your heart space can lead to some of the physical body symptoms people are experiencing such as lightheadedness, pain in the neck/head/shoulder area, ringing in the ears, tiredness, and many more. Jelelle invites you to connect to the relationship that parts of you have to these ascension energies coming in and to your overall process of awakening. Resistances and fears of moving into your soul bigness can be held by your Inner Protector that deflect these upgrades from coming in.

In this meditation, you connect to your Personal Sun/Stellar Gateway, Soul Star, and Causal chakras as aspects of your higher dimensional ‘branches’, plus the main trunk or usual seven chakras, and then to the roots of your Gaia chakra as connected to Mother Gaia. The sun….He keeps expanding himself to share the high vibrational plasma frequencies that are shifting hearts/bodies/minds/souls that are so needed right now. Another wave of SOULar winds blow in tomorrow, October 24th, (according to spaceweather.com) from our sun, codes downloaded and streaming in from the Great Cosmic Sun.

These sacred masculine SOULar energies are meant to ACTivate your ascension chakras especially…your Personal Sun or Stellar Gateway; Soul Star; Causal….there are others but these are the ones that have been emphasized to me right now. These SOULar energies are provided to bring clarities connected to soul purpose that allows for right heart/soul aligned actions and choices.

These SOULar energies support your masculine aspects to move from fear-based patriarchal conditioning into vulnerability connected to action, truth telling, and healthy boundary setting. Your masculine, such as your Inner Protector and your Gatekeeper, are waiting to receive this Next Level sense of masculine that goes beyond the previous archetypes and roles.

The moon….She keeps illuminating herself to share the high vibrational lunar frequencies that are also shifting hearts/bodies/minds/souls right now. A full moon tomorrow October 24th provides a grounding for the geomagnetics offered by the sun.

These Divine Feminine energies are meant to invite you to INtegrate the codes/upgrades/downloads that come in from the sun. These Divine Feminine energies bring these energies into your heart space and wrap them in compassion, forgiveness, and embodied self love. All those codes can just hang out in your soul field otherwise, being resisted by your Inner Protector.

These Lunar energies support your masculine aspects to move from resistance and over protection and into more trust in YOU as an arising 5D sacred human. They provide a template for your feminine aspects to hold space for the process with much patience and surrender to the Divine.

There is an opportunity here to ease some of the body symptoms that have been causing pains and tensions as the masculine leans more into the space held by the leaning in feminine. The release of tension can come through tears, being open to feeling the deeper feelings of sadness as you let go of guilt and shame.

Sun and moon…masculine and feminine….a blending of sacred union energies from the cosmos that mirrors YOUR inner sacred union within. Embrace both to complete the cycles of polarization between the two energies. Allow the flow of both from within, from one aspect of you to another (from this lifetime and other timelines too)…come into balance. It is natural here….
