Blessed Lion’s Gate to you! There’s so much to digest with all of the incoming energies and activations happening at this time and the integration process may be very challenging. It can also be challenging to understand what’s moving for you and what the deeper invitation could be from Star Family.

This coming Monday on 8/8, Raphael and Jelelle will be leading a guided meditation group call for Lion’s Gate. It will be an opportunity to learn some more about what these energies could mean for you personally and the guided meditation will serve to help you let in the codes and feel into your own personal next steps at this time. Featured this week is an article from Jelelle about Lion’s Gate and how this one in particular seems to be centred on the completion of a 10-year cycle that started in 2012.

Jelelle, along with Kasha Rokshana, will be hosting a women’s call this month on August 21st which will focus on womb healing and activation.

The energies of the past two weeks have been bringing up more to feel for all of us individually and the opportunities to awaken and to continue unplugging from the Matrix have been plenty. In today’s issue, we have a featured article that sends an invitation from Divine Mother to all who are ready to deepen in relationship with Her at this time. She offers both a balm and a reality check around what you most need in this and any moment.

Our latest Avalon Update shares about the big shift in humanity out of 3D and into Lower 4D/Dark Night. This is the current experience as we continue on our Ascension journey and there’s a lot we can lean into around this process. Meeting your ‘Inner Orphan’ part of you is a sacred process that has been coming up for many souls lately. In this issue’s featured article, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator, Raphael Awen, shares open-heartedly about his own experience with this process and how it opened out for him:

“I simply tuned in Yeshua as a beloved guide, and dialed in a Golden Earth setting, and there in the magical outdoors, was Yeshua crouched down about 8 or 10 feet away, holding upright a (soon to be) eager toddler, who he then let go, as this beautiful baby focused his gaze on me and began to take his first steps crossing the space between us. Midway across, the name Bartholomew came as plain as day. I received him into my arms, and he readily received me. I intuitively knew that this Bartholomew would change my life, that holding him would require all the rigors of true parenthood and presence of being that this Orphan would need to transmute the pain in his heart, allowing both him and I to shift our destiny and to embody what we intended when we set out on our journey of ‘leaving’ the Divine.”

Jelelle Awen continues her video series “Deepen 2020”. This series will be offered on an arising basis, rather than every day for a set period of time, and will be responsive to current events/cosmic energies/personal & collective process, etc. Every Deepen 2020 video will offer a teaching and a guided meditation. Women may feel a deep longing and familiarity in their soul around the goodness of connecting in bonds with soul and even birth sisters. Even with this longing, there is also the experience of these connections often resulting in competition/envy, not being seen/felt/appreciating and just overall sense of relational challenge to show up for them.

Death & Rebirth During Ascension: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Sept 2, 2019)

There is an ongoing process through Ascension that has every one of us, including Gaia Herself, going through different ‘death and rebirth’ cycles that are all sacred and all meant to bring us to renewed places within and in our outer lives too. Jelelle Awen shares in this week’s featured article, some vivid descriptions of this process and the ways in which it might look and feel for you and parts of you, personally:

“What has previously been and felt alive….what has been kNOwn as a life…..is going through death throes as the soul’s higher frequencies come through, shine through, and rumble through. These parts of you feel sad and lonely and like no one else in your world ‘gets it’ because, in many ways, they don’t. Those people so beloved to you in your 3D life (and even to your 4D transitional self too) are suddenly not able to resonate on the same ground as you. You are speaking now a foreign language and are forgetting the one you used to be so fluent in. You are compelled to attend inner funeral services that they don’t see the reason for. You are becoming a ghost to them even as you become so much clearer to yourself.”

The next virtual Group Transmission with Raphael and Jelelle Awen will be on September 14th at 10:00am PDT. The focus of this group is to learn more about karmic healing through unplugging through the lower 4D matrix, which is the control matrix created by the collective unconscious’ unprocessed and undigested karmic soul woundings, trauma playouts, good vs. evil battles, and archetypal projections. Unplugging from the Lower 4D Matrix is the ‘next step’ in awakening as you consciously life your veil of amnesia with the help of your Gatekeeper, an aspect of your Metasoul that guards and protects all the timelines/lifetimes that your soul has fragmented into.

SoulFullHeart Co-Creator/Teacher/Facilitator/Divine Feminine bridge Jelelle Awen will be hosting a virtual group over Zoom to provide a transmission of codes to assist you in your ongoing process of sacred feminine embodiment. The process of this seems to come in phases and cycles of detoxification of 3D chemicals and toxic food digestion energies along with activation on cellular, DNA, levels. They will especially focus on what the best fuel as food is for the light body to support its transition.

We have a brand NEW guided meditation video from Jelelle this week. It is a powerful Light Body activation meditation. Light Body activation is going next level with the recent codes and upgrades that have been coming in this year and into 2020, as we move into more embodied ascension as a collective. A Letter To The Third Dimension: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (May 27, 2019)

3D or the “Third Dimension” tends to be given a lot of blame and criticism, especially by those who are aware of Ascension and are making their way through their Ascension journeys out of 3D consciousness. As souls we have all experienced much pain as we’ve lived in this dimension and many veils have been placed over us until it was time to awaken, yet too, there have been gifts offered by the 3D ‘Matrix’ including the growth that it has been a part of individually and collectively for all of us. Featured this week is a piece by Gabriel Solais where he offers appreciation to 3D for what it has held, its pleasures and lessons, and the gifts and the challenges of having lived in it:

“I am realizing through my own healing that I, with the rest of humanity, created you…willfully. You are the ‘prison’ of our own making. I am realizing that your gift was to be a playground of my growth and empowerment. I get to see and feel myself not in spite of you but BECAUSE of you.”

Raphael Awen has launched a new video series this week! It is called ‘Inspire’ and this first video is an introduction to the series plus a guided meditation to help you connect inward. Each video will be a real-time open and honest look at growth, at desire, at inspiration, and what stands in our way to inhabiting that more and more. Bridge To Your Higher Timeline: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (May 13, 2019)

There have been so many rumblings and shiftings recently, brought in and through by much SOULar activity! This includes feelings of your Higher Timeline possibilities and illumination of the steps you’re going to need to take in order to embody what you envision for yourself, your capacity for deep healing, and your life as a whole.

Featured this week is a writing from Gabriel and Kalayna Solais, summarizing their recent live stream event held on Saturday, May 11th. This live stream was centered around a guided meditation to see and feel your Higher Timeline possibilities and the bridge that is to lead you there. Recent Relationship Shake-Ups Bring Healing, Awakening, Expansion: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Dec 24, 2018)

This week, our featured article is from SoulFullHeart Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, who offers us an energy update for the current wave of energies following the previous intense wave that really invited us to look at our relationships to ourselves and each other:

“It feels in some ways like an earthquake rattled through our consciousness and our lives, awakening and activating but also offering us ways in which to be with everything that was moving and being illuminated within us and within our relationships. ‘Letting go to let in’ yet above all, ‘let arise’, has been the theme for all relationships…”

She goes on to say that now is a time to take stock and go within to be with what was shaken up and make choices regarding next steps and how to be with it all.

Kalayna Colibri and Gabriel Heartman gave us a live stream to tune into on this year’s Winter Solstice. They offered a digestion of the energies coming in from the Winter SOULstice and also a guided meditation to connect with your inner “winter cabin” where you can be with your parts and your heart, as well as the energies of Magdalene/Christ Consciousness.
