Hope you can join Kasha Rokshana and I for our last women’s group call here in Avalon before we leave for Portugal! The focus of this group in one week on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm BST (London, UK time zone/12:00pm EDT/9:00am PDT) will be healing the False Father wound to open up connection more to the Divine Father.

Healing the father wound to let in Divine Father is a new ground for us to cover in a group call and was requested by recent participants. This call will complement the powerfully tender women’s call we did recently on healing the mother wound to let in Divine Mother. This feels like a timely place to go as the sacred masculine becomes more available within and with the Divine as the False Masculine/wounded patriarchal Matrix continues to be exposed and collapse.

For most women, our fatherly experience has been either one of domineering, judgement, outright abuse, possessiveness, etc.…..or disconnected, absent, and vacant. Our daughter inside (especially our Inner Teenager) is often left uninitiated and invalidated by an outer masculine father figure, which impacts our sense of our own worthiness, sexuality, desirability as women and our romantic relationships as parts of us may be seeking a replacement father figure or pushing away from the masculine due to our father wounding. This can leave traumas and wounds within parts of us that block our receiving and letting in of the Divine Father energies that keep us plugged into the Matrix as well.

We will also talk about how the punitive False Father God of mainstream religions and the False Teacher/Guru (with hidden abusive patterns) of many spiritualities has also been traumatizing on a soul level and left a deep void and unknown around the experience of pure frequencies of a Divine Father. We will share our personal journeys around healing the false father experiences from this life and other lifetimes in order to let in Divine Father and also be in deepening sacred union grounds with our beloved masculine partners.

During this call, we will guide you in a meditative space into a healing sisterhood circle with all the souls on the call.You will connect with the part of you that has most experienced the fatherhood wound (your inner daughter or whatever soul aspect that wants to come through) and invite them to move into the higher-dimensional God chamber to experience unconditional love with Divine Father. We will be joined by various Divine Father faces/forms such as Yeshua, Joseph of Arimathea, Father Sky, etc. We will also repeat “I Am” mantras that recode the Father experience.

Arise, Sacred Human, Arise: Message From Your Divine Self

It is a time for burning and churning of what just isn’t going to come along with you into the new. If you’ve been ‘tempting’ fate and living in energies that are overly ripe for and needing change, now is when destiny reaches out Her hands to you and invites you to step UP.

Sometimes this feels like a shove and a push. Sometimes this feels like an irresistible embrace and you fall right into the lap of love.

You can no longer live on the outskirts of your highest timeline.

You can no longer sit in the back rows of your own life.

You can no longer shrink to fit in with those that are content to stay small.

You can no longer be defined by that which makes you suffer when you also hold the CURE.

You are so needed to come into your full bloom in the service of love. This is why you are here after all….during this time of so much shifting and changing, during this grand transition of humanity into new forms of expression! You are needed here….for the inner healing that extends to the collective. For the collective healing that benefits the individual.

These are Ashes In The Air kind of life phases. These are deep mournings, forgivings, and moving ons. These are dark nights of the soul that open out into more awakenings. These are completions that make new openings more possible.

These are funerals to celebrate what is now gone. These are ceremonies that celebrate what feels to be lost arising again in new forms. These are bifurcations that call you to make difficult choices.

Not neat and clean
Sometimes jagged and difficult
Surround the transition back
To the Motherland, our Mu
That we knew and cherished
Loved and held
As it held all of us.

All needs provided
The needs of all.
All desires provided
The desires of all.
Symbiosis ruled as a rule
And the letting go of our ends
Of tug-of-war attempts from others
Was of utmost importance.

In this harrowing time
On this globe of Gaia,
In this time of trepidation
To even leave your homes
To even let in your rightful intuitions
To even remember what you are truly worth…
You’ve forgotten what it’s like
To truly
Breathe.

You’ve been told you need
Poisons
Provided by ‘leaders’
Who care even less for themselves
Than they care about you
Or The Whole of who you are
And the The Whole they actually are part of
With you…

Realigning Ourselves With Lemurian Energies

As I feel the energy and invitation of Lemuria/Mu, the Motherland, I feel the beacon it truly is for those souls meant to realign with it. It reminds us of our essence as Sacred Humans arising, of the fact that we have immense pain yet are not our pain, and of our incredible potential as a human family, even if we can’t always see the forest for the trees especially at this time.

It seems we really could use/cultivate the reawakening to Lemuria and reconnection to those who survived the fall and have been living in Inner Earth, now more than ever. The energies of peace and harmony that create a powerful frequency of healing are available to us, yet we have to choose individually when we are ready to do the inner work that makes room for receiving them.

We’ve strayed, gone off-kilter, and yet our souls remain connected to Mu, always. We have our continual journey of reconnection, and we get to choose the paths we take to get there.

I feel the awakening journey happening for me personally in this and how this is a clarion call I’m feeling to answer. I feel too though, how each individual soul has their own landscape to traverse here, and how Lemuria wouldn’t have it any other way…

There are many pieces that have been offered to me from my own Lemurian soul connection and I felt to share some here, as they may call to you/resonate with you.

When I feel Lemuria, this is what comes:

~ Heart-centered power that is power WITH and not power OVER

~ Willingness to lean in… to go towards intimacy, recognizing the need for it and the growth and goodness that comes of it, rather than move away from it in the many ways parts of us have learned how…

~ Movement toward a life flow based in growing trust of the Divine and your own divinity

~ Less emphasis on mainstream influences being a center point of focus – whether to validate and cling to them, or to negate/argue against them

~ More emphasis on individual choices while searching for, finding, and cultivating resonant relationships and soul tribe/family that won’t ask you to merge, but will ask you instead to contribute with everything you are to the whole you are a part of 

~ More recognition of all individual soul choices happening all of the time, without a need to grab and tug and use force of any kind to pull or push anyone in any direction at all — we are invited to invite, not incite, interrogate, or incinerate 

~ More consciousness around the Great Geometry, the infinite interconnected-ness of all of life, of all souls, of all things and beings

~ More recognition of synchronicities and trust in the flow and sequence of them, no matter if they lead to more ease or more challenge in moments of initiation and growth

~ Healing and eventual releasing of the trauma body and energies, leading to a greater sense of hum and harmony within and a truly centered self that understands what it has been through and why… you are not the trauma you’ve experienced and indeed are meant to one day let it GO

~ Understanding, with gradual increases of knowledge and intuition, that when something happens to you, it needn’t stick in your field, as long as you glean what you need to from each experience, and move into your next phase with more wisdom as well as compassion for self and others

~ More access to higher frequencies in a seamless way that moves you through the pain that remains, not above it, until all parts of you are ready to let in their own worthiness in receiving these frequencies that are meant for them and their healing too

~ Understanding that while you may always be in some way ‘healing’ due to the impact of life in 3D and 4D consciousness and reality, that this can and does come to you eventually with less trauma needed in order to open the pathways and portals to your deepest healing experiences

~ To be vulnerable, to be open-hearted, to remember that you are more than what you’ve been told and molded into; to remember that your soul spark is truly yours to claim, that you needn’t look like anyone else to be in your unique unfolding, that you are here to anchor a frequency and beacon of health and vitality on this planet that is truly unique to you… all of these are traits, opportunities, invitations to begin the process of embodying your individual Lemurian energy and soul.

Crop Circle Update: First of the 2021 Season!

And so it begins!! Crop circle season for 2021! This first one appeared in Stanton St Bernard, Near Alton Barnes in Wiltshire, UK yesterday May 10th. What struck me most about this formation was the bright yellow hues of the Oilseed-Rape flowers! That is a BIG activation of third chakra I AM frequencies! I get a sense of movement about this one…it will be interesting to see how future ones may connect to this one.

There is something mysterious about this formation and also looks almost ‘pieced together’…reminds me somehow of stain glass window. Personally, I always feel comforted when these crop circles start appearing, feeling the activations and transmissions that occur beyond the mind’s understanding.

I am so excited to actually be here in this area of the UK where the majority of these crop circles appear, which I missed last year as we came here in September when the season was over. I feel a sense of certainty and reassurance from my Star/Lemurian family that we will be able to get over to share/transmit from at least one of them while we are here in the area through the end of June.

Some of you have asked what we are drawn to next after being here in Avalon/Glastonbury. We are feeling guided to relocate and settle in Portugal, most likely the central or Northern areas. We are wanting to eventually own/steward land with restorable buildings and create a sustainable community with the SoulFullHeart work/way of life as our foundations there that we are calling NuMu (New Lemuria). This has been our ultimate vision for many years, including an attempt at off-grid living in rural Mexico for a couple of years.

I’ve been offered that the crop circles are actually mostly a collaboration from the skies and from within the Earth with the Inner Earth Lemurians ‘seeding’ them from below and a combo of tech used by star beings from above. They seem to appear in fields as a bridge to us on the surface, to remind us of the higher dimensional support that we have from above and from below as we go through our Ascension.

Rather than relating to Lemuria as an ‘ancient civilization’ that existed for millions of years a long time ago, we can connect in an intimate way to the energies of Lemuria within us and with Lemurians who live currently within Inner Earth. Lemuria or Mu (which means ‘Motherland’) provides us a template of embodied, vital, and even practical spirituality that is connected to all living beings and our home as Mother Gaia.

Inner Earth Lemurians are available as bridges for us during this intense completion of the dark night phase of humanity within the Matrix….as we emerge into the light again. Lemurians provide the codes we need to upgrade our DNA, move into our ‘super human’ gifts (such as those displayed by Avatar Lemurians such as Yeshua), expand our consciousness in all areas of life, and heal traumas on emotional/mental/physical/spiritual levels. They remind us of our capacity for updates in all areas of life…such as immortality, living on light, highly conscious relationships and community living, intentional procreation, etc.

Raphael and I are co-hosting our monthly group call for women and men over Zoom to provide a transmission of Ascension codes from here in Glastonbury/Avalon (the heart and third eye chakra of Gaia) where we have been receiving activations from the Lemurians, especially through the ancient standing stone circles here. The focus of this group next Sunday, May 16th, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm BST (London, UK timezone/12:00pm EST/9:00am PST) will be opening up to connect to the Lemurians as guides, templates, and sacred initiators.

We will talk about how the Lemurians have been waiting for thousands of years for those of us on the ‘surface’ to raise into a higher consciousness so that they could emerge out of Inner Earth (where they live in 5D communities) and join us. We will share our personal journeys and experiences with them and the guidance we have received around leaving Glastonbury in July to form a NuMu sustainable community in Portugal.

During this call, we will guide you in a meditative journey to Inner Earth to visit with the Lemurians and bridge to your aspect/guide/ambassador as well. Words No Longer Enough As Our Throat Chakras Upgrade

In this 5 month… I feel so much stirring in communication, in the 5th/Throat Chakra.

Communication through words is becoming more challenging and this feels necessary as the mind lets in that there’s far more going on than maybe you’ve realized or than is actually being talked about openly. It’s also becoming challenging as the world awakens, to cover up the true intention and energy behind the words being offered. “Finding the right words” was never really that easy to begin with, as words are really so limiting, and yet it’s become even more challenging as there is so much emotion and reaction moving through the planet, that our words alone are no longer enough to quell or heal or answer any of it.

I feel the stirring of this question as I feel all of this today;

What would happen if we all were silent for a day?

If the world could only hum its presence and the media could use no words?

What would happen if, instead of conversing and convincing, we chose instead to pause, to remain silent together?

To take the space to FEEL together?

To actually feel fears and the parts of us that hold them, and not act or react on behalf of them… to feel the heartbreak of a thousand lifetimes on this planet and others, witnessing the same growth edges, choice points, and soul turns that haven’t been truly made… yet.

All of the din of influencing and being influenced, of facts and figures, of debates and arguments, of words of love that don’t match the energy and true intention of the ones speaking them… mutes the heart, dulls intuition, dims the soul, and leads instead with a wordy brilliance learned through survival and often a need for manipulation too.

If you chose to be silent for one full day, your heart may begin to open more and your world may start to change from the inside out. If the whole world went silent for one full day, it just might begin to see itself differently, it just might begin to open up to the bigger picture of what its going through, and it just might start to heal, with ownership, all that it’s been a part of co-creating which we are individually responsible for as well.

The Divine hand, even as it stirs all it does on our journey of Ascension, offers us that we will always be felt, whether we are feeling or not. We will always be held, whether parts of us feel they can lean in or not.

And we will always be heard… whether we are silent or not.

Our communication/5th Chakra upgrades this month and beyond may feel like a downgrade in moments… yet being rendered silent for the sake of pure feeling to live in us again, is actually a way to heal even deeper than we’ve ever imagined before. All times in which I’ve experienced this and held space for others in this, magic happens and a door opens within when feeling is not explained but felt instead, and the Divine is let in through your broken-open heart.

We Are Waiting For You: Message From Lemuria On 5/5 Gateway

Blessings during this 5/5 gateway to 5D! This message came through from the Lemurians today as a bridge to 5D opens up:

Oh, humanity…..Your journey has been so long,

Your fall so complete,

Your pain and suffering so real.

You landed in your forgetfulness,

your soul went to sleep,

you closed down your heart,

you disconnected from your intuition.

So, your mind did its work

and it got busy making a life

fed by a matrix mother

that could provide only

limits, programs, conditions, and rules.

Some of us Lemurians survived the Great Fall

and were forced away from the surface

choking on the ashes in the air,

heavy with the burden of grieving the loss of so many of our brothers, sisters,

and our mightily cherished Motherland.

We have lived beneath you

for all these thousands of years.

We’ve been birthing and raising UP

our golden world of 5D consciousness

within this protected womb of Gaia’s deepest depths.

We are waiting here for you to unplug from the false matrix

and cord into your Divine Mother….

to reclaim your higher heart,

to reactivate your DNA,

to expand your consciousness,

to remember WHO YOU REALLY ARE…

We are waiting for you to truly CARE again,

for all creatures,

for all of Gaia,

and, most of all, for yourself and for each other.

Some of you are growing, sprouting, expanding…

You are the precious offspring of Lemuria

that we sent to the surface

in a human form, born into and of their Matrix

in order be a beaconing seed of

New Lemuria there.

We are here to remind you,

to help you remember,

and to water you with support from afar

and from within you

whenever you are in need.

We’ve provided you with saints and sages over the years…

seeds of us in humanly form

to offer templates for what

New Humanity could be again

and always truly WAS.

When enough of you are ready,

we will return to the surface.

We will collaborate together,

we will re-create the Motherland,

we will get to live Heaven on Gaia…

And we will become a loving humanity

reunited, as a living human reflection of our Divine parents

once again.
