The Necessity of Density For Our Ascension

Every ounce of density, challenges and pain we live in and face in this and any life, serves the purpose of giving us something to work and be with, yet also push against as we grow. Our personal growth accelerates with every bit of strength we muster in order to push away (with love) from an old way of being. Our ascension quickens with every effort we make to change our way of taking in ourselves, life, the Cosmos, and love itself. Every single step we take inward, helps to propel the changes we draw and make outward as an expression of our process of deepening self love and care. Even plants in their infancy have to push away their seed shells and penetrate the soil they’ve been planted in, in order to sprout and grow towards the sun that continually calls to them. So it is that we too have an ongoing process that is very similar and is playing out in an intense way right now.

I remember my favourite part of swimming lessons (when I was able to overcome my fears and actually get into the water!), was that feeling of pushing off the wall at the side of the pool, and rocketing through the water like a dolphin or mermaid. That visceral feeling of pushing off and away from something dense in order to fly, still lives in me now. I can see myself as a child, finding the power and muscle in my legs, propelling myself from one side of the pool to the other. The experience was a bit more tiring in dance class, but there was a similar feeling of learning to jump in beautiful airborne poses by pushing off the dense ground, again feeling the power alive and growing in my developing legs.

Today I feel a parallel in my adult life as I heal and live into ascension, and it lives in my heart with clarity now, that this is what each of us is experiencing. That density that propelled us into new territories of our physical reality as human beings when we were children, is that same density we are pushing against in order to soar in our hearts and souls as adults today. It is the density of the earth beneath our feet and the 4 concrete walls we live in, but it is also, in more contextual words, what we can call the 3rd density or 3rd dimension – This reality many of us held as THE reality for so long. There are some of us who judge it for being there altogether, but I, and you, have needed these hard-packed grounds of belief systems and tough situations. We have needed these challenging mirrors that may not now reflect us as we are, but as we could be if we do not take those steps we need to in order to merge with our own hearts again. We have needed, and at times still need, something to push against so we can continue to grow. We even needed it in our mother’s womb. We pushed against her from the inside, building muscle tone and strength for our foreseen exit from that warm place, and entrance into this world that was going to give us only more walls to learn to push against, building strength within and without.

There is a deep love and appreciation we can have for the densities we have had to push against in order to grow and evolve. In fact, we need to love it, or we will be pushing against it much harder than necessary, maybe even causing harm in our wake. Density offers us the contrast to where our light bodies and higher vibration frequencies need and want to go. It offers us a necessary grounding for our lives until we don’t need it anymore… until we need density of a new variety to help hold us and provide us with the means to keep growing.

This 3rd density ground inside and outside of us is where we get to rediscover our wings.

It is our launch pad, our pool wall to push against. Eventually it will become a memory, as all walls that have contained us now are. Until then, we can trust that it must still be what we need, to build up the strength for our next level of flight, physically, spiritually, and emotionally and for our ever-arising ascension processes.

Re-emerging Into Ourselves During Ascension

It’s as if I have been wrapped in a self-made cocoon for the last couple of weeks. I’m still feeling some pieces in my heart and auric field that have yet to move, but I do feel them moving. There is much that is being removed from my way of being in this life now that I am no longer choosing to energize it. Sometimes setting a loving boundary with yourself is the best way to move on from old conditioning that seems to be sticking to you.

 I feel how this re-emergence place I’m feeling in myself right now, is the place where we are all being asked to go. The programming from culture, birth family, and old friend and romantic connections, is so very strong within each of us. There are so many ideas and points of view floating around in our fields and in our chakras… not just the body chakras either. There are many chakras above us that also hold onto conditioning from every way we have been “en-cultured” to believe one thing or another (or not believe, as the case may be). It was always important to begin to individuate, but now that we are trying to all become “one” again in a sense, through this process of ascension, it seems that paradoxically, it has never been so important to individuate as well. It feels as if some of us would rather jump into oneness as if we are trying to drown out our authentic and unique inner voices and hearts, therefore not feeling our own uniqueness of being and our unique gifts we are here to offer the world.

It doesn’t feel to me that we are being asked to forget about who we are or who we’ve been shaping up to be. There is so much more to our purpose in being here than that. It feels to me that we are here in order to experience and in that process, learn, un-learn and re-learn. Our deepest place of learning is in finding and harvesting love and compassion that is rooted deep within our healing hearts and souls. It feels like the gift of ascension is that it expedites this process, or can if we let it. We must be open to the signs and signals the process is sending us, showing us the roadmap to those places inside of us that still need love and the places where we need to let love flow through us and to others.

We have a choice in this re-emergence and rediscovery of the self – to focus on it being a rough ride, or choose to surrender to it with the humility we find in admitting that until now, we’ve had perhaps only a few valid ideas of who we really are. There is nothing wrong with the different images and ideas we’ve had about who we are. We’ve needed all our belief systems in order to have ground to stand on in this life. The important piece here is to let in that our belief-ground we stand on, just as the literal ground beneath our feet, is forever shifting, changing, evolving, and adapting.

Today is another new day and another chance to feel who we could possibly be on the other side of our assumptions and those dark corners of our hearts we’ve yet to explore. We have a choice in every moment for what path we’d like to take into healing our pain and into acension. Holding our journeys in self-loving ways has never been more important or called for than it is now.

Now is our time for growth and movement.
Now is our time to realize that we are not our conditioning or the messages playing over and over again in our heads.

Star beings, guides, anything you consider a part of your personal guidance system, both inside and outside of you and yet ONE with you at all times, are here in service to you if you are feeling the call to finally be of deep service to yourself, with the intention of one day serving others with greater passion, clarity, and above all, love. For this is an aspect of why we are even here in the first place… to serve our re-emerging selves first and have that move us organically into an expression of service to others through our conscious, full-hearted, sacred human BEing-ness.

The Universe Sings Of Your Radiance – Unicorns On The Beach

You are on a beach, fingers digging into the sand, toes wiggling around. The sun is warm, soaking into your skin, forming crystals, activating DNA. Light codes in the rays recalibrate your aura. It shines and shimmers; it sparkles with life.

The waves attach and reattach to the shore, claiming the sand and moving back out again. The cycle is relentless, you float away on the rhythm, feeling the beat of the waves in your heart. You seem to hear the smash and crash inside of your soul.

Lady Gaia is smiling through the gulls, the pelicans, the tiny fish that create the food chain. She is inviting you to feel your magnificence that is grand and great as the smallest particle to the largest objects in the deepest of space. You are vast and noble as the stars and as humble as the Earth. She invites you to ground, connecting with the chakra below your feet. She is the umbilicus, inviting you to feed from her deepest earth dwellings, providing a steady nourishment of grounding.

The angels are here in groups. They are drawn to the beach because and the negative ions, the mists, the portals near the shore. You can slip in easy wherever you’d like to go and they show you how, over and over, flying on currents of energies to unseen destinations.

You are as radiant as the sun. A million light rays broadcasting from a higher dimensional frequency of Divine Source expressing as You in human form. As you tune into this frequency more and more, your crystalline broadband echoes out to the ethers and more ethereal beings are drawn. As you heal your pain body, your heart pitch rises emitting both heavenly tones and radiant light.

Your unicorn is there, a guide waiting patiently for you to call it. It is waiting to be ‘of service’, to serve love to and with you. Its enlightened state creates a wand of pure light emitting from its third eye….not a horn or bone, but pure energy. You call your unicorn to you, reunite with each other, he or she has been waiting for you in the seventh dimension. The loyalty of his service touches you deeply.

Your tears are of joy, of reunion, of remembering. They are the substance of hope, desire, and love. Your tears are the language of the healing human heart; they are your capacity to feel all of the joys of the beach in a multidimensional way. You open always to the possibility of feeling more, whatever needs to be felt, not good or bad, but just what Is and what needs to BE, coming up to be released.

The unicorns, the angels, the fish, the waves, the sand, the sun, Lady Gaia…..all seem to celebrate your existence and your mission, your deeper purpose to serve love. They sing it to you, remind you of why you are here. They sing to help you claim your place and your space, support you in healing anything that limits or holds you back.

The Universe sings of your radiance and you…….smile back.

Speaking In Unknown Tongues As Instant Access To And Flow With Your Higher Self, The Holy Spirit, and Kundalini Life Force:
 
All of us alive on the planet are experiencing powerful ascension frequencies where we are naturally raising our personal vibration. A big piece of this is the personal growing awareness that what you and I actually ARE is energy in wave form frequency vibration. It turns out that reality itself is like a holographic projection field. Reality is still real, but not in the way you thought or seen it as real, which makes it all feel quite unreal.
 
How’s that for a predicament?
 
It is all made up and continually being made up. It’s time now to wake up to the fact of this and begin assuming responsibility for what you are creating. A big piece of this is seeing the lens that you are seeing reality through, and seeing how this lens itself is affecting what you are making up, and seeing then HOW you are in turn making it up.
 
Yesterday, I felt to connect with my guides and revisit the subject of the power of the tongue and language to create worlds. These teachings had been a big part of my earlier days in a particular variety of Christianity I embraced, but I felt the teachings had become so mired in duty and obligation, that the once clean waters of this stream of understanding became undrinkable.
 
I wanted to also feel into and connect deeper with another big piece of my early Christian experience around the subject of ‘speaking in tongues’ or what is known as glossolalia. If the tongue is a powerful member that lights entire worlds aflame, I wanted to feel where ‘speaking in tongues’ fits in. I fully left exoteric Christianity 12 years ago, but the ability to pray in tongues or to speak in tongues that I gained within Christianity remained. I believe now that this ability to speak in tongues is a simple birthright for each of us and is quite simple and easy to open up if the desire is there. Speaking in tongues is not the sole domain of Christians who hold it as their proof of being filled with their proprietary version of the Holy Spirit.
 
It’s all way gloriously bigger than that. Where did we get the idea that we could put God in a can or in a book?
 
Coming to see all of reality as a wave form in motion, or a wave form being broadcast, this makes the tongue a very interesting and compelling thing. The tongue holds our ‘lingua’, our wave form of expression. With it, we are ‘fluent’ or in flow. In fact, life as you know it and feel it today is simply a downstream expression of the wave forms you have set into motion from your (so-called) past, and all of that by none other than the tongue. The life you will know tomorrow, you are creating today through the agency of your tongue.
 
When we use our tongue to speak our native ‘tongue’, we speak and create from our conscious mind. Speaking in unknown tongues however is the pure voice of our supra-consciousness, or our higher self, and is the true force of the source field of the Holy Spirit (aka Kundalini life force) moving through you. You can see it as instant access and flow with your higher self, because it is exactly that. You can’t actually get any more miraculous and super-natural than yielding your tongue to what is called tongues. The only thing it requires to activate it in your life is your intention, desire, and choice. The universe cannot cross the free will barrier and push this on you. It very much wants to give it to you, but awaits your choice and desire.
 
At 17 years old, I set out to obtain this ability, but because I had it so wired up in a mess of conditioning and unworthiness, it took me two full years to receive this gift. In the end, it only took all of 10 minutes when I sat down with a person who coached me through a simple initiation of ‘stepping out of the boat to walk on the water’ as he called it. Dreaming of having something is not the same as actively receiving it into your life.
 
Recent scientific discovery is showing that the oxygen we breathe in is identical in formation in its atomic structure to the black holes in our universe, which are the portals to creating parallel universes. This is significant because in order to speak in known or unknown tongues, you must first inhale oxygen. To inhale is to draw in cosmic divine creative life force. This of course lines up with our cosmological creation stories. In the beginning was the spoken word, coming out of a formless void. This moment is no different. We are all vast and stunning creators waking up to who and what we really are.
 
Creative visualization is a conscious mind imagination process that is powerfully creative as many of us are discovering, but what sets this creative energy in flow is the tongue. Until you speak it, there is no flow to the energy. How cool to speak it in both the limited known tongue and then the unlimited unknown tongue that bypasses the mind and comes straight from source itself, creating perfectly.
 
I wanted to open out a discussion on this subject of speaking in tongues because I haven’t seen it referred to at all outside of pentecostal type Christianity in other spiritual circles. It so can be a place of new personal power in your personal ascension process. Teleporting To The Place Of Infinite Possibilities

Where do you want to go? Your consciousness can take you there, wherever, whenever…this is teleportation. Teleporting to other dimensions, other galaxies, other realities begins in the super conscious mind, in the ‘imagination’. Someday we will take our bodies too. It helps to be in the Now moment, close your eyes, use Solfeggios or other music, dedicate the time without outside distractions…..go within.
 
For me, today, during what I call ‘meditation’, I was teleported to a room made of stars…not really a room as there were no walls. A place made of stars where higher selves were hanging out. I had conversations with some of them, people that I needed to connect with and understand where they were coming from beyond what their conscious personality would tell me. I have been doing this since I was a very small child and then called it ‘make believe’. My ‘make believe’ world has always been very rich….it continued into my adulthood and only stopped when it transferred from ‘fantasy’ to multidimensional travel. Some people would say (those fused to 3D reality) that I still make it all up or it is all fantasy. I am ok with feeling that I ‘make it all up’ as what a wonderful thing THAT IS! I certainly hope that we all make up our reality as that is where our POWER Is.
 
In the star room (and other super conscious landscapes) I feel like I can breathe. This is my home frequency. The rest of the time I am bridging 3D with this more natural reality. I’ve been having womb memories lately as the rest of the ‘past’ releases away. In the womb, I was unwanted and feared. Maybe that’s why I left six weeks earlier than expected, to escape this energy. Womb processing is really the end of the road it feels like for the 3D pain body and I am certainly ready after a decade of feeling and healing it. So, I was also teleported back to the womb today and it was helpful because the letting go process of my ‘this lifetime’ past continues to move.
 
Where do you want to go? Back to the womb? To other lifetimes? To the akasic records? To what we call ‘Golden Earth’? It is a relief from 3D reality, the density, the earthboundness, the five senses, to go away on adventures in the etherics, to have conversations beyond what the conscious personality or 3D self can track and understand. You can remain grounded to the earth and go on these adventures. Gaia likes to hold space for them it seems.
 
Dare to be deluded. Dare to make it all up. Dare to be in fantasy for awhile. The rewards are a return to the frequency where you feel like home, where you feel love, where you feel Infinite Possibilities.

Embodying Our Higher Self Light Body During Ascension

My body still feels fragile from many days of re-alignment, recalibration, and detoxing as the ascension flu moves through. The energies of the detox are somewhat surprising feelings of ‘being dense’ and just not my usual joyful, creative, high energy, and connected self. This self I currently am, this version, feels like a transitional one.
 
I get this sense of knobs and dials being turned or maybe wires being restrung is more accurate. While this adjustment is going on, I feel like I am here but not quite here…in transition or the broadcast frequency is still fuzzy and not quite clear. I got an image during meditation this morning of a bright light body that is waiting for me, very close to my current auric field. I can feel the energy of its warmth and the vibration of its lightness and it feels like a beacon of elevated experience.
 
This ‘suit of crystal light and heart warm frequencies’ is waiting for me. I think I slip into it in moments, especially during the pass outs that happen frequently during meditation where I slip into a consciousness state that is not quite deep sleep and is not aware either. I travel to other dimensions in this space, float in worlds that are much more porous than than this one. I visit with and connect with my star family and Ethereal beings such as Archangel Metatron. This is happening during dreams as well and I often wake up feeling like I have travelled a lot during sleep.
 
This connection with higher dimensions is possible when I am conscious. I have offered myself as a bridge for this kind of connection inside of myself which then extends to others through sharing messages primarily through writing. Right now, receiving messages for others is a bit dimmer than usual as I recalibrate in such a personal way. Yet, I feel moved to share my current process as often I think people’s souls and higher selves can related to what I am sharing as a phase that they will too someday experience if they are not already. I can feel the higher selves that are reading this nodding their heads…..it does feel like the deeper embodiment of my higher self’s body that I am seeing as coming to me and for me.
 
The message, if I feel into one and listen in the moment, is that this is a sacred process and a sacred time. The new horizon of higher self embodiment aka ascension invites all of us to embrace where we really are in the moment, to honestly assess what is our trailing edge of Being and what is our leading edge. Emotional healing of the 3D pain body frees up our frequencies and is not to be bypassed, as much as parts of you might want to do that out of fear of what you might uncover.
 
In SoulFullHeart, we offer sessions to journey into the 3D pain body with you, connect you to your higher self frequencies that can bravely hold this journey with love, and look at all the most important areas of life with you to feel where your consciousness relates to them (either 3D, 4D, or 5D) and feel where your frustrations and desires are in these areas. I’m reminded again of the beauty of this process as I experience it personally and live in community with others who do as well. It feels like with the accelerated energies available to all of us from the sun, from Gaia, from star beings, from Ethereal beings, from the Divine…..all of these sources are offering that now is the time to do something and try something brand new. To move your awakening process into a more public space if you have been private. To commit to a path of radical self intimacy and awakening with limitless possibilities to experience love with self, others, and the Divine. To claim your higher self and your light body as you claim your next venture of your journey back home.

Six Ways You May Be Experiencing The Intense Energy Shifts

It’s only a couple of weeks into 2017 yet and, already, the tops have gone turvy and the timelines have gone from straight to curvy in response to the intense energy waves coming into our worlds, globally and personally. These boosts of energy can bring completions and beginnings; upheavals and creations; turning overs and tuning ins.

Here are some of the ways you may already be experiencing the accelerated momentum that will be the mark of this year as we shift into a higher gear related to ascension:

Altered Reality States – Reality as you have mostly known it is continuing to shift. More ‘paranormal’ experiences are leaking through your consciousness lifting the veils between 3D perception and reality beyond the five senses. You are experiencing an increasing sense of wonder and joy in moments, moved by the absolute magic and wonder of the moment.

You are not the same as you were, as if someone else is now looking through your eyes out at the world and living in your skin. Most of the time, this feels amazing and, sometimes, it can be overwhelming. Maybe you are losing words, maybe losing your mind (in a good way) for longer periods, maybe not experiencing time at all or definitely keeping less track of it. People around you may be noticing that you have changed and commenting on it with some of them coming along and others not able to resonate.

Deeper Access to Ethereal Beings – The new energies seem to be support easier connection with Ethereal Beings such as archangels, spirit guides, ascended teachers, and passed loved ones. All of the clairs have been heightened: clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience especially are dialed up. It’s like you are a radio antennae and you’ve been turned up to a higher setting.

You may hear guidance much more clearly; see Ethereal Beings with much more clarity; feel intuitive reactions much more deeply. If you have lingering doubts about your capacity and ability to connect with spiritual beings, you are gathering the resources that you need to help you tune in and expand your capacities. The story of “I can’t” seems to be being drowned out by the necessity of the Universe for you to connect with higher guidance.

Expanding Creative Visualization During Meditation – The older paradigm modes of meditating may not be working for you anymore, such as focusing only on your breath or repeating a mantra over and over. You may have already begun or already be engaged in creative visualization or shamanic journeying during meditation, where there are no limits on where you can go or what you experience. Following the leadings of your Ethereal guides, you are taken on adventures into 4D and 5D (and beyond) consciousness states, parallel dimensions, other planets, and even galaxies. You are letting go of the ‘practice’ of meditation to let your soul and higher self take you to where you most need to go. You are drawing resources to help you remember these avenues that were once so natural, opening up to your intuition and creativity more and more.

Renewed Focus On Chakras – Taking care of your chakras is going from a spiritual concept to a beloved and critical aspect of your daily self love routine. You are able to feel them more deeply and clearly, see their vibrant colors, locate them with your hands and your inner eye. You again draw resources to expand your knowledge and connection with the seven main chakras (whatever system you choose to follow), feeling your relationship with them deepen and expand beyond mental understanding. You may be experiencing body symptoms of ascension such as flu, head and neck aches, shift in sleep patterns, change in appetite, etc. You are connecting these shifts with your chakras and noticing that cleaning and protecting them daily helps with these physical changes. You are empowering yourself around energy healing for yourself as you connect with your energetic essence and auric field.

Relationship Completions & Beginnings – Relationships are in a big transition and you are in various phases of experiencing these shiftings. You are finding an increasing need to set boundaries with people in your life, often saying ‘no’ to events and previous commitments and expected behaviors. As this creates rumbles of reactions in those around you, you find there is something more authentic at the heart of it all that serves you with the strength and confidence to keep going. As some relationships are completing, there is also an increase in relationships that are beginning or forming. You may find that you are suddenly in a romance with someone who feels like a soul mate and that it happened quite quickly. The previous holdbacks are dissolving and you feel compelled to explore it and see where it goes. Or if you are in a romantic relationship, you may be experiencing that ground of it is shifting with new dynamics of deeper soul bond frequencies coming up and lower dimensional conflicts reducing greatly. You may have the feeling of ‘falling in love’ all over again and your mate as someone that you are very excited to get to know even more deeply!

Trailing Edge Emotions Coming Up And Moving Out Fast – Trailing edge is that which is at your growth edge or what you struggle with or are ‘working on’ this life. It often relates to what is still in subconscious shadow within your psyche or emotional body. These energies of acceleration seem to be pushing up and out that which has been in shadow to be felt and healed. You may be experiencing that this process of feeling and healing is going much quicker. One moment you are feeling parts of you that are scared or resistant. And then, the next moment, you are feeling joyful and expansive. Deeper emotional movements are requiring your complete attention and self love and care, calling you to hold space for yourself during this intense transition. Resources come to you in different forms to serve your leading edge of being (your highest self) to feel, heal, and integrate.

During this time of transition and intense energies, strap your heartbelts on and go within through meditation as often as you need and want to! Going within will help you tap into the essence of Inifinite Love that provides the motivation to ride the waves of all these shifts.

Embracing Change As A Mirror, Healer And Ally

We are all facing changes right now. Many of these changes are major upheavals as the veils become thinner and we are finally able to not only listen to, but hear ourselves and our guidance more. Some of these changes we choose voluntarily as our relationship with ourselves deepens and we realize more clearly what it is we truly need and/or desire to have in our lives. The poignant ache for a deeper love that we don’t necessarily know where it could come from or what it could look like is landing with a thud in each of our hearts, giving us new direction, especially in relationships, but also in our careers and geographies.

With change comes process…the pain inside our very sacredly human pain bodies becomes louder in order for us to finally hear it, feel it and heal it. It is an awakening to those ways in which we have been numbed out, “going with the flow” to a degree that has actually seen us shrink to fit circumstances and relationships, and how we have deprived ourselves of love from ourself to ourself, let alone how we have blocked it from flowing to and from others or even the Divine.

This process of learning how to be with change and especially be with ourselves when we are experiencing change, is becoming unavoidable with our global process of ascension. Too, though, our process of vibrating higher is coming in faster than ever before, and the experience of that is now able to deepen for us, the more we can move through what’s holding us down. Change is designed and brought on by love, ultimately… it pushes up what we need to feel in order to fully move into our next chapters and unveil more of who we really are at our core.

My relationship to change hasn’t always been very spacious and in moments it still isn’t. Most of the time, the changes that are being asked of us by love are not easy to embody or willingly say “yes” to, and unfortunately that can also create an experience of life happening to us and not us happening to life. We can feel at these times as if our power is in some sort of cosmic vacuum, even though it’s really just being lovingly challenged. I hold this as my truth and it does help me process through change much easier, especially during these times of intense waves of energetic frequency alterations and the life adjustments that happen accordingly.

Just like the ways in which the sun’s rays can be felt coming in much stronger as the result of weakened barriers holding it’s power back, so we are all experiencing a renewed press of love moving through us much stronger. The process of this awakening that love brings to us is most alive when we embrace the changes we’re being invited into, that aren’t simply outward but actually quite often very inward. We are learning to rearrange our inner furniture to accommodate more love in our lives and of course that translates to adjustments and, at times, all-out upheavals needing to happen outside of us too. If we can trust, somehow, that it is all held in and by love, then we can begin to let in change as the mirror, healer and ally that it actually is and always has been for us.

Ascension Flu Offers Opportunity To Go Within

Ascension flu has been making its way through our home. Not surprising considering how much upgrading, shifting, and transformation is going on for both Raphael and I. Every day in the last month is seeming to bring new clarities, altered states, awakenings, intense connections with Ethereal beings….big shifts both personally and in our relationship.This is what it feels like the increasing electromagnetic energy fluctuations of 2017 are offering ALL of us.

On one level, it‘s the typical flu with runny nose, congestion, cough, fever, overall tired feeling. Yet, felt from the perspective of ascension, you can get a sense of the sloughing off that is going on….letting go of old frequencies, congested frequencies, to continue to rise up into higher dimensional spaces. The cells of our bodies are changing at the DNA level and with that a flushing out of toxins that have been stored for life.

Always, when the body doesn’t feel well, is there an even deeper invitation to go within, hold space for yourself, feel what is going on inside. My creative output of the last month has been a lot, the words just come and come with the next project and piece arising before the last one is complete. Always from joy, not obligation, does this creativity arise and is just fueled by the recently more robust response from those of you who have taken in my writing with such resonance and love.

I can feel in my heart chakra, in my chest, that I have taken in some heart cries and aches of the ‘world’…maybe because I’ve been posting about sacred romance and the longing runs so deep in our collective consciousness AND unconsciousness. Also, fourth chakra congestion is about letting in more love. This I can feel for myself and I hear Metatron offering, “Yes, Jelelle, you serve love and you give and you share AND also you let in and receive too. It is a flow, a circle, a reciprocal opportunity.”

I feel like I have been letting in this new reality of response and yet, of course, there is the adjustment that is at a deeper level, a tendril here and there of unworthiness or just a sense of surreality about what it feels like is coming for me personally and for SoulFullHeart…..a phase of growth and goodness, of new involvement and drawing more souls to engage and co-create with us.

So, with this FLU (Filaments Lighting Up!) I am going within, creating a little cocoon inside and letting in self love and care (plus the wonderful love of my beloved) and Metatron, who is a bit impatient to keep creating with me (now we are to write a book together of our dialogues with each other!) and yet, he seems OK to wait, letting this one ride out. He has about four books that he wants me to start reading anyway!

There is certainly nothing glamourous about this aspect of the ascension process, yet it feels sacred none-the-less and an important adjustment and realignment to the new consciousness and body upgrades coming in!

Disintegrated.
You disintegrated so you could reintegrate through your integral integrity.

You…
Relinquished.
You relinquished your innate connection to utter outer and inner beauty in order to bring it all back in to you once again.

You…
Forgot.
You forgot so you could remember all the members of your own humanity and that you are all, in fact, one.

You…
Redeemed.
You redeemed yourself once for all you held in anguish for the sake of a life linked to fear and not love.

…all the potential power you’ve held and hold now has never
Ever
Gone anywhere.

Will you seek again in earnest what it was you once sought
before you relinquished to disintegrate and forget all you ever were?
Your redemption is now.
Will you let go so you can let it in?
Will you chastise or rise?
Will you breathe through the love lungs given you or will you hover in hatred over all you’ve named as wrong?

As always the choice is forever yours,
and as always,
we watch,
and wait at your arrival gate,
with all the love you can imagine
and all the promise of a renewed you to be.
