In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, and SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, share about their experiences with construction and also ongoing healing of their self-image as Millennials – a process that has been very vulnerable to feel and live into. They chose to do this video with minimal makeup, a simple wardrobe, and a fuller frame of their bodies as they give you a more visceral sense of what their processes have been like.
Different parts of you attach to the ideals of what it means to be ‘attractive’ or a ‘good person/sister/friend/employee/etc’. Feeling these parts is a process of feeling the many layers of reactions to your body, your relationships, your career or job, etc that these parts have had, very often in an intensely self-punishing way that lowers your frequency significantly. It often takes a lot of loving mirrors held up by people who have worked these pieces inside of themselves and their own parts in order to truly see how this has played out inside of you. There are many reasons why Millennials in particular may seem to be attached to constructing a self-image that can compromise their physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. However, this process of feeling what conditioning and self-led practices or habits have led you to become the face that you present to the world around you is a deep one for people of any age!
As Ascension ramps up and intensifies, we are all being challenged to face and feel these parts that have associated ideals of physical and emotional attractiveness with real love. Our relationships all reflect these parts and these frequencies to us as do our jobs/careers, even our choice of spiritual practice. There is an invitation to become more real, to ourselves and to each other, and to realize that what truly makes us beautiful IS our inner ‘mess’ that has so much to tell us as we step deeper into the process of loving it UP.

Feeling like I am finally myself again after an up and down first 3 days of this year. So much coalescing at one juncture. INtention setting for the new year, outing more of my personal leadership and desire to serve love through this new vlog series with beloved Kalayna, and the now passing supermoon energies that seemed to highlight some old frequencies in me that came in like a weather pattern that swirled around in and out of my field during the days. I was able to show up in heart for this new project and then a funky blah and irritation afterward. I am being offered a picture of a mixture that has some of the contents settled to the bottom and a big ol’ Divine spoon comes into stir it up. The mass of the energy can be collective in nature. When the UPtick in frequency is moving with celestial support, that which is in resistance to it has a reaction to it. It senses change and can wreak a necessary havoc inside us that we may or may not be conscious of. For those of us that tend to be more sensitive to collective energies, it can enter us sometimes without an apparent evidence of entry point. You are just in a damn funk.
Much of this can be negotiated with what we call our Gatekeeper to feel the root of the temporal downshift, but at times a merging can just be what is real in the moment. If you can feel that is what is happening then you have some holding of the rumblings inside even if you don’t have a clear idea of what it is. This collective energy can feel like an entity attachment, though it can only attach if there is something to attach to inside of us. Moving through these phases with self-love and curiosity can help to both move the energy and feel its relative source inside. Watching what we take in through media and interactions with others is very critical at these times. Closing portals that are opened in these interactions through creative visualization is an important part of this process.
As we continue on this trajectory, I am feeling the increasing call for self-love and discernment. Connecting with the inner landscape of your emotional and spiritual bodies are essential in maintaining your guidance system and upward journey. This is where the parts work differentiation process is so key to this discernment. Much is and will be stirring up in the months to follow and the winds of deep personal movement and change are upon us. The turbulence underground is making its way to the surface of the collective consciousness and we are being called to be in our highest heart in service of love, the most important being from you to you. This is where the journey begins and beacons. Love yourself always and in all ways.

Holding space for others is a precious gift that ultimately gives you back to you…
After holding space for a beloved SoulFullHeart facilitant today, I feel lit up. I feel reminded of my soul purpose. I feel supported by guides and the Divine, yes, but also by my own divinity, my own arising Sacred Human self that is consistently and intently healing, weighing anchor in those areas of 3D reality that parts of me may still hold on to, accessing more and more authentic soul and heart expression and gifts within, that have always been there though perhaps dormant and waiting for their time in the sun. I am lit up by my own sense of service of love in a personal way that came out of the session today, yet by my facilitant’s own soul and heart passions as well, which were in direct collaboration with my own the entire time, in a very palpable and powerful way and were such a key part of the sacredness of the space held for her and her parts.
It all reminds me of why I hold space for others. And that the service of love is not meant for us as healers as a way to become and then remain all-powerful Masters with all of the answers, no matter how high we may ascend or what frequencies we may have the blissful pleasure of accessing. I offer this healing path because I too am on it and in it. I too am healing. I too, on some level, need the frequencies of my facilitants as much as they need mine. I need the reflections that service of love offers to me and I take them into my heart, trusting what they offer. Trusting that they offer just as much as any current Ascension energies, kick-ups, upgrades, or integrations.
Who are we if we aren’t serving others to realize their own gifts, their own access, their own awakenings? Who are we to each other, if we aren’t feeling deeply those parts of us who want nothing to do with ‘people’, who resent others, who compare and criticize partly as a way to keep you small, but also to diminish the power of love within others too? I feel reminded today, of the importance as a healer, Facilitator, WaySHOWer, teacher, to continue going IN as the number one priority and to continue making and holding space for that…. and then, sharing that space too. It’s as important to cultivate the love within as it is to share it, not for validation (though sometimes parts of us need that) yet because it’s MEANT to be shared in the name of the exponential service of love.
Maybe it’s just perfect to be feeling this and offering it too on this day of Winter Solstice… a day that feels like it offers us all a reminder to go inward, to continue to feel, to BE with ourselves as we desire to BE with each other. There’s a portal in the hearth of your heart today, that is inviting you to feel the service of love you are called to and the steps to embodying that, which may sometimes be messy, yet are also bliss-y on the other side of all of the sacredly held feeling spaces where parts of you can Metasoul Aspects too can finally land and become as real as they are ready for and need to become. ❤

By now you may have discovered and uncovered the timelines you most want and feel you are most meant to walk out in this life. Now comes the phase of energizing it, letting the pieces fall where they will. This can come in so many forms… some easy, some challenging.
Going inward and feeling all there is to feel as you let go, vacating aspects of different areas of your life that no longer ‘fit’. Even the process of feeling this vacating and willingly walking into some type of ‘void’ space is visceral and deep. Even THIS requires so much feeling and ‘me’ space, as well as space held with soul family/community beloveds, if you have drawn this experience to yourself, who can support and also mirror for you where your next places are to go within yourself and within themselves too, in order for all of you to not only imagine but start living into your own scale of Infinite Possibilities, incoming in the form of new and higher timelines.
As we continue walking through this 11/11 Gateway for another 12 days, this will be and is the process for many… cleaning house, feeling the letting go, getting ready for the letting in, and letting it ALL land equally in your heart of hearts and your soul of souls.
Your readiness is measured in some ways by the parts of you that you have gone inside to deeply feel in this process. Parts that aren’t ready and/or cannot feel a growing authentic YOU at the helm, will often sabotage the forward glide of your ship or draw circumstances that show up as choppy waters and stormy seas. There is nothing ‘wrong’ with this, as it all offers a mirror for where you have yet to go and what you have yet to feel. Indeed, there are NO mistakes on this terrain you’re traveling and it’s all exactly what you need, when you need it…

There’s a strong picture right now, of many souls choosing to ‘shop around’. I feel and see this picture of ‘window shopping’ when it comes to dating and relationships, yet also spirituality and a healing process. To commit to a ‘process’ right now, does not seem to be on the agenda of many, as it’s hard to see many choosing to walk through the door of any one ‘store’ at the moment. In some ways, this is very understandable, considering that many of you may have only JUST realized that you COULD choose, either because you are moving into another vista of awakening now, and/or because something in your soul hasn’t been able to let in choice in this dimension of existence.
This choosing process feels to come out of a questioning of what YOUR personal spirituality looks and feels like, and if you honestly even feel one at all right now. How does YOUR spirituality express through you, that isn’t solely influenced by culture or your friends or birth family members? In a recent session I held with a facilitant, I felt the strong influence on her spirituality in her field from her birth family especially, and realized that in order to truly experience your own spirituality and what it’s made of, you need to go inside and feel it through your heart first. In other words, it can only really be accessed by way of your deepest humanity – your pain and your joys, both. This is what helps parts and soul aspects of you collapse into your arms and the loving arms of the Divine too.
Spiritual consciousness has a collective imprint. It has fads and trends, classes and courses you can attend. It has lineages and religious beliefs too. It has impact in so many ways, many of which are positive and yet many of which that feel negative too… not ‘wrong’, just more fear-based than love-based. But what of the matters of your own heart and what it has been through and experienced in this life and with this consciousness you have now? What of the matters of your ancient, likely star-being based soul, that reaches timelines yet untouched by any part or piece of you? This is all personal with the collective woven in. And your personal experience must be experienced through your person-ness, first, by your healing and growth and integration of shadow AND light.
Greater self-permission is dawning now, with more souls and hearts longing for a personal experience as well as nondual experiences and actually allowing them in at exponential rates too. This can pop for anyone at any moment, yet it is sweetest, in my experience, if tasted through the heart while in conscious relationship with your parts and metasoul aspects too. An amazing journey of realizing THROUGH experience, not just concepts and constructs that may or may not have been lived out by those teaching you or others, is what awaits now and is a timeline already here if one decides to reach out and touch it, asking for it, wanting it more and more.
The SoulFullHeart Way of Life is a committed process, being felt and lived out at deeper and deeper levels at all times by all who are on this path. It isn’t for everyone, but it is an answer to the question of how to explore and discover your own spirituality, where it comes from and where it could be leading you. It may mean the end of the ‘shopping around’ or ‘seeking’ timeline for you, as you embrace being a student of this path and also of yourself, or it may not. It is a challenging yet beloved journey of healing and growth that goes much deeper than you may imagine just yet! No matter where you are or who are you now, choosing to fully inhabit what feels right to you in the moment, even if it’s mostly 3D life, is a choice that can only lead to the next level of learning and growth. Going into what’s in front of you, with all your heart, or choosing something different, is within your realm of power and will pop you out into your next choice points and your next invitations for deeper inhabitation of you and everything you are and are meant to be. ❤

Letting go WITH love… this phrase is becoming more poignant now, bringing with it deeper meanings. We are being invited to really feel it. It can no longer mean letting go and closing a door for good or with numbness. This is being challenged by so many disasters and tragedies, all intended to evoke, not dampen or inspire numbness and escape. A broken wall becomes a doorway into another reality, another timeline. It is happening with our need to feel more now, to be faced with our shadows, to go INto it all, as it flows through and moves us too. No process is without fluidity. It is all a moving current, moving with what you are currently feeling, being and healing.
There is less and less stagnancy possible now. All is moving, even the ‘stuckness’ feelings and patterns. As you are invited to let go, you are invited to do so with love, with a full heart, and with deep care that begins from you to you. There are some things that cannot be let go of right now. Not while parts of you need them still. This is okay. They won’t need them forever. Eventually, these ‘needs’ which can look and feel like addictions, move too as you go inward, holding mourning processes with parts of you while also letting in that this ‘need’ was never all that loving towards you or them in the first place. This can be a romantic relationship, your relationship to your pet, a friend or birth family member. It can be a drug, prescription or not. It can be sex or shopping. It can be a part’s escape through your mobile phone or computer or gaming system. It can be and often is food too. There are so many ways that loops of ‘I want love, but I’m settling for this pattern and stuckness instead’ can express. These too want to be felt and moved WITH love… let go of with love. But only if there is love powerfully present in your heart and in your life, can this become possible for you.
Letting go becomes a practice of being… holding an open hand and open heart, feeling ‘attachments’ where your heart and parts have been invested, holding it all as good, letting in the space for the tears of mourning and eventually the tears of joy. Both sometimes happen at once, as timelines emerge and collapse and emerge again.
Letting go becomes an experience of the heart… feeling the fullness of feeling all there is to feel. Baking in the goodness and the sadness, giving all relationships their due. This is hard, especially for your Inner Protector, as he/she would prefer to just ‘move on’ and suppress the lessons, the mirrors, the love that wants to come to you through these emotional landscapes within, that when taken in deeply could transform your life and end suffering loops too. Your Inner Protector can be felt in this desire to numb out instead of feel and share with you why it has been this way and why allowing you to feel on your way out the door has been scary. Outrage is far easier to lean into at times, wanting to blame many or even just a few… or yourself too. Yet this is numbing somehow too. Numbing to the reality of where the experience wants to take you…. the journey and process to self-forgiveness and a greater sense of your love and worth. The journey and process of finding out what’s underneath it all, what led you here, what is underpinning the whole experience.
Letting go WITH love wants to live and breathe in your being. Letting IN with love is the reality at your doorstep. Perhaps eventually it all leads to simply letting love, period – where the comings and goings are not really events anymore, but instead, there is a way to just be and move with it, with fluidity and fluency, stillness and grace. For now, the feeling part is often the hardest…. but the one that will lead you to more of the love flow that so wants to flood your every part and every ache and every single bit of joy too. ❤

There is a new ground wanting to ripen for you now. It’s calling your roots out of hiding, inviting you to plant them firmly in new soil. ‘New’ only in the sense of not having been lived in by you before… yet not ‘new’ at all, for there are others who have tilled it for themselves too for so long.
Out beyond everything parts of you have expected of themselves, well passed the flat expanses of ‘normal life’ that have held you in stasis, is a reality you’ve only begun to imagine for yourself… a reality where love flows and flourishes freely, pausing only to flood you and help you feel more of where it can’t quite get in. There are stuck places inside you of immaturity, of push-away towards goodness, of disbelief that love actually IS different than what parts of you have been taught it is directly and indirectly. In a pasture that you haven’t yet known, are your deepest, farthest-reaching places of healing and growth. It’s not a mental concept or construct, it can only be felt and experienced and lovingly challenged into being.
Those souls and hearts who have been in this soil before you, want to empower you beyond what parts of you have ever felt possible so far in your life. They want to empower without enabling, without caretaking what needs to be looked at, felt, deconstructed, loved UP… your soul somehow kNOWs the way, understands that it needs to lead and feels how much it wants to. It’s up to your parts, your personas, your willing heart, to feel what needs and wants to shift, what areas of life you especially need help with and illumination for, where love doesn’t seem to be flowing abundance and why love doesn’t seem to feel very nourishing, based on what you’ve lived of it so far.
It takes a lot… it takes a big soul, like yours, to say ‘yes’ to the desire deep within, that wants something different, wants transformation, wants fulfilment in the sweetest way. It takes a capacity to be with what isn’t desired, to find it within your heart to love it for what it was and what parts of you needed it for, and to move on to what awaits you next in the greener pastures of soul family, ever-expanding heart wisdom, and exponential service of love. ❤

There’s a light up ahead, held by someone who has done much work. Someone who beams a beacon of hope and love and possibility. Their energy invites you in and also invites you to follow them. They don’t energize being ‘better’ or ‘holier’ than you, they only seem to energize that they are somehow ‘ahead’ and want to vulnerably lead you into more possibilities, healing and growth for yourself.
Maybe you choose to follow because the warmth of the heart cord between you is incredible and familiar and not like anything you’ve ever felt before in this life. You want to be near this person, relate closely with them, and yet you can’t quite relate to them yet. They feel ‘close’ to you in a sweet sense, yet they almost feel like something that isn’t from this world. How could that be? They certainly seem human enough. You conclude that somehow they ARE human, just living in a different sort of dimension than you’re used to. Wow. THAT’S interesting because the dimension you’ve been living in feels old, stale, essentially loveless to you more and more these days as you continue to awaken to the universe within and outside of you.
As you continue to follow this person up ahead, you feel the infusions of light and love that they offer. You feel too, the realness they hold about their personal reality – how they or parts of them feel or are reacting in given moments. You can feel them holding this reality as sacred, though sometimes the energy feels intense to parts of you that you haven’t fully felt yet. What they offer to themselves and to you seems like ‘love’, but it’s a different love than you’ve experienced, as most of the time those around you refuse to be ‘real’ or current with what they’re feeling or experiencing. Or, on the other hand, they dump energy and emotion on you and in the space they hold with you, feeling like a victim and playing a victim’s role, effectively and skillfully drawing up a case that backs up their claim to perpetual victimhood. You’ve never had this contrast be illuminated for you before and it stirs something inside of you. Parts of you may start to feel victimized to this new frequency of love that is so illuminating, as it shows you too the ways in which you have been and held this same energy of co-dependently being in relationship with others and not deeply maturing emotionally, though you may ‘seem’ mature to most others in your life. You are experiencing how this love is holding up a mirror for you, and wow, there’s actually quite a bit of shadow there to feel!
This being you chose to follow encourages you to keep feeling it all. WHAT?! I have to FEEL it all?! You begin to feel a part of you is getting overwhelmed by the volume of what there is to feel, and you feel a bit surprised by what is still there that you thought you had healed by now. You feel the weight and the mess of it all… the entanglements within your relationships, past and present, the knots living inside of your heart and soul, the shadow pieces and parts of you popping up now to be witnessed, felt, held, healed. It’s a lot. Sometimes it feels like ‘too much’… and your new leader invites you to just ‘hold on tight!’ while the winds whip by and through you, inviting you to step into them despite the swirling chaos inside of you.
This is what it means to be on a path where you find that ‘mess’ within. That ‘mess’ that you learn to love as you trust that it’s leading you somewhere NEW. Amidst the mess, you get to decide whether or not you want to continue walking into it. You get to decide in every single moment, what you want next. And you get to decide whether or not you really trust this process and are ready for it.

In SoulFullHeart, we don’t hold a grandiose or lofty picture of who we are as spiritual and emotional teachers, leaders and facilitators. The work we’ve done and continue to do is challengings and sometimes downright hard to be in, though the payoff is incredible, as the growth and consciousness expansion is exponential. If anything we are here to guide you if you can lean into what we offer and embody.
Choosing to be around us in any way or form offers some sort of challenge to your being, just because of this way of life we embody. Choosing to be with us here in community, well, that pushes up even more… yet your readiness is something you get to gauge in every moment, even as ‘mess’ comes up from within and seems to be playing out outside of you too.
Following any sort of spiritual and/or emotional healing path should push up quite a bit inside of you. Even if you are not drawn to SoulFullHeart, whatever path you may choose will very likely give you a lot to feel and heal. There is no way, in my experience, to avoid or fully transcend what we signed up to heal in this life. Embracing our messes, no matter where we are in our path or what teacher(s) or leader(s) we may choose to follow or learn from, gives us this gift of finding our way to deeper and deeper decisions about the playout of our lives and how and who we most want to be.

It’s a phase of unfolding and unfurling. A time of feeling through the constricted, tense places inside that have been protecting the most precious places and parts, the most vulnerable aspects of myself and my soul too. It’s personal and it’s not too. I feel how these new movements that reveal more going on at a deeper stratum inside “me” is also a reflection of the collective. This work builds bridges from me to me and also from me to you, making it so exciting to be with even though there are challenges too! It’s really about uncovering a LOVE bridge, built by and of love. This is a major motivator to keep going IN, remembering that it’s all about love anyways and in that, there can be no harm and no suffering, if love is truly, deeply let in in the process.
I’m venturing into deeper soul territory now, as my 3D emotional/pain body continues to heal. I feel like it’s unfolding like the petals of a flower. Like a lotus, the heart continues to open, growing UP from the mud felt and held and healed within. There is a part of me that I’m beginning to feel very poignantly, who wants to keep a hold on the soul frequencies and pain from emerging fully. She needs me first, it feels like, before much of that can be ventured into, which is fine. There is nothing linear about this process anyways, so it does feel like no matter what, all that I came into this life with the intention of healing, IS healing on a quantum level. Starting from the 3D roots of our humanity here and now, helps anchor us into a seabed that gives us the energy to keep traveling UP. To keep moving UP. I feel a deep honoring of my emotional body, “then” and NOW. I can see the messes and fires I’ve walked through. I can still smell the burning rubber of my inner Maserati, traversing the highways of self at an accelerated pace throughout my whole life so far.
As the intense throes of inner self-punishment and control, frequencies of “needing to KNOW and prove that I KNOW” continue to dissolve from my field more and more, I feel so much humility emerge around how parts of me have held life up ’til now. It was so easy to slip into arrogance, awakening at a very young age and feeling my soul gifts start to emerge too. Nothing has been more humbling than letting myself NOT know and instead BE. BE with what IS inside of me, and inside of others. BE with others instead of merge with others. FEEL myself instead of cover it all over, which has helped me to actually feel others too. I have always been empathic, yes, yet a big lesson around this is that parts can use empathy to push away and not allow in genuine, heart-based compassion… unless these parts have first been filled up by your compassion for THEM
I feel as if I am “on my way”, whatever that means right now! A brand new life chapter is opening out now and I’m excited to be with all of you on it too…. however, whenever, wherever we connect. ❤
