Blood Supermoon total lunar eclipse energies coming in! As I’ve said before, these are my favorite type of eclipses for the sacred feminine activations they offer. Plus the opportunity for relief from the hijacked Moon Matrix transmission so we can take in Luna’s true planetary consciousness that once existed unfiltered in our skies in the Lemurian age.
There have been intense energies entering the eclipse window already and over the last 24 hours! I especially feel the clearings happening on my physical and energectic levels as I tune into bringing in more prana during this ongoing juice/now water only fast….with an experience of some discomfort in my body yesterday opening out into bliss in the same day!

How are you experiencing these eclipse energies so far?
As I move into my fifth day of juice fasting/transitioning to living on more prana, the sound bowls are food right now, as is my daily soaks in the sun and Himalayan/epsom salt baths and vinyasa yoga flows. I also engaged in a deep pranayama breathing practice this morning that brought me into a deep bliss and relaxation space, theta brainwave place, for over two hours.
It’s amazing how your soul kicks in when you start letting go of what you’ve been previously been using as ‘fuel’. All of the ways of bringing more energy/light/love into your field and body come forward, out of more need and necessity than previously. Eventually it just becomes the new ‘rewired’ system as the old programmings fall away.
I feel that I’ve moved out of the detox phase where all the yuckies you’ve eaten start coming out of your pores, coating your tongue, making some aches in the back, etc. Other than a period of having a headache for awhile and a coated tongue (relieved by a tongue scraper), I haven’t had many detox symptoms this time. The first time I did a water fast three years ago, the detox was so intense that I had to stop after a few days. I’ve learned now how to negotiate this phase and what supports me through it.
EVERY phase and stage of this body detoxing/upgrading process is sacred and needed. There isn’t an ‘end goal’ or ‘failing’ or ‘succeeding’. It is a linear process yet rather a circular one that invites you into different initiations as you go.
This does feel like such a supportive time to moving into a phase of letting food go/fasting (for however long you feel to), with the continual solar flares and CMES coming in (even if they don’t interface with Gaia’s atmosphere.) Just laying out in the sun for even 10 minutes brings in a powerful supportive energy boost that feels like you’ve eaten a full meal!
I can feel the lunar eclipse in the grids as well and the relief from the Matrix moon hijack that it will offer. The sacred feminine pure frequencies can flow through during that 84 minute window. My Arcturian aspect Binkh is coming into my awareness again, offering inspirations and some channeled messages that feels like will start to be shared too.
I missed her even though she never left me….my consciousness went where it needed to go into lower 4D to do some mega karmic soul clearing of priestess lifetimes. I feel freed up, lighter, less reactive over all, and as if the lighthouse lens of my soul beacon has been cleaned up!

And I had some feline assistance today while I played my sound bowls! Ravyn our cat has become fascinated by them after initially running out of the room whenever we played them (pic above of her paw extended to touch the heart chakra bowl while I played it!) She is vibing into the frequency now as animals are SO tuned into energy, they are a good barometer around if energy is good or not.
Binkh, my Arcturian aspect, came forward at my request today because I am wanting to upgrade my body, cells, DNA, digestive system, endrocine system, etc. to ultimately make the switch over from needing physical food to living on prana/light energy. I’ve now started an extended juice ‘fast’ (day one!) which is really about engaging the light body’s innate ability to live on prana.
This morning I was inspired to listen to my own guided meditation video to connect with Arcturian energies and an Arcturian Healing Chamber. It felt very supportive, touching, and also activating as I connected with Binkh and drifted in the healing chamber for awhile. I could feel the necessary karmic densities I have been exploring and clearing for awhile, ready to move now into integration and release.

I’ve done 30+day fasts with no food and water/juice in the past and particularly felt a significant switch over with Binkh one time who rewired my digestive system to run on light and not physical food. For the last year or so, it has felt like I am saying goodbye to physical food and eating what I enjoy, yet still vegan, mostly no sugar, no gluten, organic etc. There were still parts of me attached to some social aspects of eating and related to being a mother as well.
It now feels like time to transition again as my body is putting on weight, storing fat, because my sense is that it really doesn’t need the food I’ve been eating. I also feel this is contributing to my ‘aging process’ experience and more intense perimenopausal symptoms. Plus, I am having bloating and indigestion with everything that I eat now no matter how healthy or light it is. My soul/Divine Self is offering that it is time, also easier with all of these abundant sun codes coming in too (which are a ‘food’ of their own, along with Gaia/nature codes, sound healing, sacred sexuality, etc.)
The first stage of this extended fast/transition in my experience is always a detox of any processed foods, toxins, densities that have been digested. This is the only time I’ve experienced ‘hunger’ which is usually more about indigestion and difficulty processing the food as it is moving out than it is real hunger.
The next stage is a deeper detox as the cells clear, autophagy and ketosis kick in. These are more the usual fasting phases. Deeper emotional attachments to eating and food can come up at this stage too, to be felt and held. There can be feelings of deprivation or forcing too, although it is then good to just go back to eating something to ease this if it is very strong, negotiating with parts/soul aspects as needed. This is not about forcing anything or ‘will powering’ your way through it.
The next stage is when the soul starts kicking in. I’ve received major downloads and upgrades of support at this stage from metasoul aspects of mine who also lived on light to some degree/did extended fasting for spiritual/religious reasons. Also, support from Binkh and galactic aspects who have never eaten physical food. The overall feeling is increasing energy levels, increasing soul clarities, less sleep needed, and less thoughts/needs for food.
The next stage (which I would like to experience) is the true detachment from food, where it truly is a choice and an option. Many of those who don’t eat and live on prana for many years may choose to still have a bite or two occasionally. Yet is the freedom of choice and my body running completely on light that is most desirous to me.
I do feel that living on light is eventually inevitable in humanity’s ascension with many phases that we would go through before then. Starvation is a very convincing Matrix programming that keeps so many souls trapped. Our ‘food’ now is hardly food, with so many toxins, chemicals and processing going on…not to mention the killing frequencies of eating animals.
I’ll share more as I go on my transition journey as people are usually curious about it. I have noticed that not many awakened souls have fasted, even for a day or longer, and that feels to me like it represents the deep conditioning/programming that we have about the necessity of physical food and a fear to let it go, even for a short while. I do highly recommend fasting, esp now during this eclipse window, as many benefits/gifts come from it.
Our Divine Self and souls remember many lifetimes esp in Lemuria where there was little food consumed and only the most fresh fruits/vegetables. Tapping into our soul’s memory beyond the matrix programming is a huge support!

Itβs not uncommon to hear about how burnt-out, frustrated, and DONE people feel when it comes to their own Ascension and awakening journeys. There are so many things that can make someone feel this way and there are different ways to look at why this is happening, from the inside out.

Energy Update: There is a DEEP integration happening during this eclipse window, this space between the two eclipses with the second happening on Sunday. This is my most favorite of eclipses where the big old full moon (hijacked feminine) enters Gaia’s shadow (sacred feminine) in totality and for a long time…a blood supermoon total lunar eclipse that is going to be 84 minutes long. The hijacked lunar energies get to slip into Gaia’s sacred feminine shadow and ‘bleed out’ what is needed. I’ve also felt that these eclipses provide a space from the moon matrix frequencies broadcast for a little while to allow more soul integration.
It’s been two years since the last one, which is an interesting marker as well…a connection to what/where/who you were two years ago. There are resources online to watch it live or take in the recording which I highly recommend with your favorite meditation music.

The integration process occurring is the response to ALL that was pushed up and activated during the last few weeks of powerful solar activations, planetary alignment, the solar eclipse, and the 5/5 gateway. These were energies that everyone (us sensitives anyway) seemed to be feeling, especially on the physical and emotional body levels.
Many were experiencing physical purges and clearings with head aches, body pains, indigestion, massive fatigue/sleepiness, brain fog, and more. And on the emotional body level I experienced (and others too) that the reaction/response cycle was greatly accelerating. Reactions would come up in myself and what I could witness in others as intense, peaking, charged and deep. Reactions that may not have happened even in quite a while.
Yet the response to those reactions was immediate, loving, deep, and nourishing so that the reaction could land in a place of love and awareness. For me, that is in a specific way of feeling the part/soul aspect who MOST needs me in that moment and is actually having the reaction. Rather than relating as just an “I” experiencing everything (which is SUCH a soup and so hard to sort out), I have for many years now seen and felt that so often it is either a part of myself (esp the 3D self/ego structure) or a soul aspect from another lifetime that is having the reaction.
Just in the last couple of weeks alone, I connected to my 3D self/Birth named part named Jillian around renewed service and some trauma from the past; a new inner mother part named Hera about aging with grace rather than fighting it; and my priestess aspect Lorna around going into deeper collaboration/union with Raphael. I shared about some of these experiences on my feed. Each of these processes was about moving into a deep feeling space with each of them as needed, bringing in Divine Mother and my primary guide/Divine self Anna, and experiencing a transmutation through that in which the heavy despair/pain/trauma is gone.
This eclipse window is offering the opportunity to experience the integration of responding to the reactions in this loving and pin-pointed way to the energies that ACTUALLY need them most. The integration has an elated feeling to it, a renewed passion, clarity about next steps, soul purpose reactivation.
Something heavy and deep is lifted and your heart is freed up. Your soul is freed up. Life and love can enter and flood your field in new ways.
I feel a renewed honor in holding space for others to discover just how specific their reactions/suffering loops etc. can be and how to BE and FEEL the parts/aspects that are having them. It is in the vagueness of the ‘fusion’ to these reactions were there can be a lot of stuckness, a thicker veil, feelings of looping, and hitting a ceiling.

I know this isnβt a popular opinionβ¦ but the idea of the transition into 5D happening quickly, easily, in a moment of grace and glory that suddenly descends upon Gaia, is so not how itβs going to happen. And in fact, is not how itβs ALREADY happening.
It is an ongoing process and if you are not feeling ready yet to truly take that process inward AND let it move your outer life into new circumstances, more resonance with a lover and others than you can let in, then there is an ongoing invitation into this territory from the Divine with non-judgemental arms open to you and the parts of you who are reasonably terrified or apprehensive of this process.
But why is this whatβs real? Donβt the Divine and our Star Family want us to ascend beyond this mess weβve found ourselves in and want to relieve our suffering once and for all?
Well⦠would we actually become something NEW if that happened, or would we be leap-frogging over a very necessary process of facing our mess, coming to terms with it, and reconciling it from deep, deep, beyond-the-bowels-deep within?
No, I donβt feel we would. And I personally would not be the person I am today, living without unnecessary drama (no, seriously, Iβm not kidding or paving over a single thing here) yet very deep intimacy within, with the Divine, and with others, if this had been the case.
We really need to let the bullshit of an βinstant fixβ or βsilver bullet solutionβ go if we truly want to heal, want to evolve, and want to be closer to the Divineβ¦ which is actually the point of Ascenion, isnβt it? I donβt care how many βdiamond light heart Jesus guru plasma blue rayβ activations youβve either downloaded or paid thousands of dollars to receive from others. If you donβt feel your heart AND soul evolving and warming up, and your humanity and spirituality coming into true oneness and reverence, youβre not experiencing the deeper purpose of Ascension in the way Iβm sure youβd like to and are instead buying into a narrative pedalled by others whose parts/soul aspects are also afraid that you might not βmake itβ into 5D after all.
You can and you will, whether in this lifetime or another. Aspects of you are already there. Iβve felt countless times an invitation from Star Family and the Magdalenes too that we are NOT alone as we live into this transition and truly ache, crawl, and expand out into it. The key though is continuing to drop the bullshitβ¦ always.
I say this with TONS of love in my heart for you to feel however much of this reality youβre ready to feel at this time and I invite you to truly keep feeling into it, become humbled by it, and continue to work within and with others. None of us are entitled to the ultimate state of higher-dimensional living, loving, and becoming without actually doing the work to bring this reality to the fore.
And the truth is, that the work is gruelling at times yet also so bloody beautiful that I wouldnβt personally trade any moment of guttural tears and elated, orgasmic bliss coming out of process for anything that promises to be quick, painless, and easy.
I love you. I truly do. We are all one, even in any sense of lostness. You may feel like a walking hot mess but you are beautiful. And I feel how each one of us can do this, can face all of this, and keep on becoming what we came here to be.

This 5/5 portal day feels like a brand new day and also a BIG digestion opportunity for whatever got shaken up for you during the recent eclipse, solar flares, Beltane passage, etc. Itβs been a huge wake-up call on all levels, feeling passion being ignited/re-ignited toward deeper self-care, moving out of dissonance and into more resonance, inside and out.
More truths have been popping out and yet also even more manipulations that disguise themselves as βtruthsβ have too. The solar activity has really been intended on some level to help us SEE clearer, especially through heart-based eyes, what it is thatβs true for all of us personally and what needs to be let go of (or let go into).
I feel the invitation to all of us today, to enter into the bigger, broader, more 5D-based perspective on everything that weβre all moving through right now, and that perspective always reminds me of Divine love and the encouragement to feel all there is to feel.
Iβm personally digesting my own desired shift to a higher gear, not only in really letting the Divineβs perspective on everything in more, yet also in my own ways of inhabiting my sacred human body-vessel and feeling even more landed in my own heart for others. Genuine care feels so good, even when it hurts to do so. Itβs vulnerable yet powerful to go here, and even more vulnerable and powerful to feel where care hasnβt been felt or offered towards myself or towards others in deeper ways.
This 5/5 feels like a point of celebration, sobriety, clearing, and empowerment, all at once somehowβ¦ new perspectives are so possible and the shifts weβve all been craving are imminent if weβre ready to stand in our truths and honour our inner work by making consciously held changes on the outsideβ¦ even if/when they are very challenging at times to feel into, let alone follow through with!
As always, I feel there is SO much support that today represents and amplifies for each of us on our individual yet shared journeys⦠and we are invited to keep asking for the guidance, digesting it inside of ourselves, and make those choices that we could only make if we felt Divinely supported and loved.

I had one of those beautiful, expansive and celebratory days with Raphael yesterday beginning with making love in the morning, a long, much needed walk in the gorgeous mountain valleys near us, and celebrating the passionate expression weave that came through in our Beltane livestream. It was an opening out after both of us going inward to feel despair and heaviness of a mostly karmic sort together as I shared about recently. It felt like an exhale too after so much being activated by the recent energies coming through in the solar flares, eclipse, and more.
This goodness seemed to push up some more βoilβ to feel, as it so often does for all of us. I was feeling today with a new inner mother part of me named Hera (yes after the wife of Zeus) about the aging process for women and all that it brings up in terms of self consciousness, insecurity, feeling like you don’t matter or ‘count’ or are invisible somehow, and ‘fighting’ aging rather than embracing it.
My birth mother would βbattleβ these signs of aging with everything she had and would be encouraging me to do the same if we were still in relationship together (which we havenβt been by my soulβs choice for over ten years now.) She would probably be encouraging me to use the βtoolsβ now at our disposal such as fillers, plastic surgery, hormone replacement therapy, and more. So I feel this emptiness in any template for aging gracefully and naturally, in the culture and in my own experience.
I have always been more the holistic and natural sort of soul. With my medicine woman and priestess roots being so strong in my soul, there is a sense of connection to the natural and the pure as being the most beautiful and resistance to anything inorganic, chemical, and invasive. Even with this strong soul grounding, I could feel in this part of me how the programming and conditioning to feel unworthiness as you age is ingrained at a cellular level.
This is becoming more heightened in me as I turn 50 next month. To my soul consciousness age really means very little and my soul βeyesβ do not even see it or notice it, especially in others! Yet, to my conditioning and to this part of me, there is a meaning in moving out of my 40s. And the physical signs of aging are being noticed more too now as my metabolism slows and I gain a bit of weight even while I continue to eat quite light, do yoga and other exercise. Also, I am experiencing more gray hairs, wrinkles, more sagging skin and the period cycles with hormonal dips that are becoming more intense yet also more sporadic as I move into the deeper stages of perimenopause.
I started to feel as I let Hera cry it out with me this morning that Divine Mother wants to wrap us both up with love in response to this. I could see/feel Mother Mary coming forward and just holding us both with so much sense of our beauty and grace. It started to go in and I am also blessed to be able to share all of this vulnerably with my beloved, my daughter, and my precious community and be felt by them in it too.
The aging process and our relationship to it really has been so hijacked by the matrix to idealize young beauty and suppress the wise woman beauty and wisdom from coming through. I can feel what a powerful ‘force’ this wise woman is and how much she is missing from our culture. There will be lots of interesting things to feel and teach about this feels like as I continue to experience it myself.
And I feel this is true for men as well who may not have as much judgement on them physically as they age, yet have their own internal pressure built up around their competency, adequacy, relevancy, performance, potency (esp sexually) etc. And relationships/sacred unions aging together too is an interesting ground as well as Raphael and I shift into a deeper βhotnessβ expression of sexuality that is more and more soul based even as it grounds in the physical. Rather than going flat or dead, we seem to be moving into more depth of intimacy together.
Mostly, I am FEELING this aging process as a portal to experience my soul and Divine feminine self within my body. Not to fight it, yet rather to embrace it…..allowing the full range of feelings that come up around it along with continuing to take care and love my body in the ways that I know work for it. And I want to help heal this fight against aging collectively and to offer a new template in the mother/daughter templating relationship too around it.

Blessed Beltane to you! The fires of this Beltane/May Day, coupled with the intensity of the solar flares and so on, have brought so many souls to the precipice of deep change inside and out, with so much to digest, let in, and let move them too.

We share about how so many souls are willing and able to do the ‘inner work’ yet often ceiling out when it comes to making difficult life choices that require bringing their truth, upsetting others, moving out of previous configurations, letting go of ‘sacred cows’, etc. We then share about the benefits of negotiating with parts of yourself in order to pop through this ceiling that caps your bigness, soul fire, and growth.
So many trajectories from this life and others are wanting to come together and be felt and responded to in this life. Forget βhealingβ and βworking on yourselfβ if you only want some relief from all the attendant problems that arise from choosing half of yourself. The craziness of the times we are in, that is manifesting inwardly and outwardly, invite you to get real, get really real, with yourself, and then take the self loving and negotiated steps to out that into your world. Itβs all a portal that your soul has set up.
Youβre not starting a war, but ending a bunch, though you canβt do this without ruffling more than feathers. Short of showing up for your truth and your choices, you really leave yourself in a hopeless and alone place. No one can help you and you are of no help to anyone. You are in fact choosing a slow suicide. Which brings us to the vulnerable need we all share to belong, which interestingly enough seems to have a lot to do with why we stay stuck for the time we do as well as a lot to do with how and why we would undertake such life altering choices when weβre ready to.
