Next Level Star Seed Activations Available Now

Star seed activations and upgrades are happening in response to these increasing surges of energy in Gaia’s frequency and currently a G-1 class geomagnetic SOULar storm! The last four days or so have brought us increasing vibrations from our home (this timeline anyway) Gaia’s broadcasting station, which I’ve been sharing about regularly. SOULar storms can increase polarities in Gaia’s atmosphere and ours too….allowing us to see, feel, and heal the polarizations that have played out from being in 3D reality versus the more porous frequencies our soul is used to. 10/10 through 11/11 offers a gateway/portal opening to these galactic frequencies too.

The upgrades recently are connected to our upper or Ascension chakras, specifically the Stellar Gateway or Personal Sun (as I call it), Soul Star, and Causal (back of head). These are chakras that fewer souls are aware of beyond the main seven. This upgrading causes the head and neck pains. These are similar to sleepy DNA strands that are now coming awake and into our awareness. Connecting with these consciously, cleaning and activating them, allows for light languages access, communion with your star family, and very importantly healing of Star seed abandonment wounding so that you can receive the supportive gifts of your star family. Connecting with them allows for a lifting of the veil so you can remember your galactic nature.

I feel that we are ALL Star seeds as humans here on Gaia….our DNA is a galactic soup of genes from many species from many planets. Revealing this mainstream will be an aspect of disclosure once it is felt ‘safe’ in terms of collective reaction. We are ALL hybrids in this way with some of us having more distinctive star being DNA/genes from others. Those of us with more star BEing DNA are being woken up ‘early’ to lead the way and help others adjust to the galactic awakening that NEEDS to happen as an important aspect of the Ascension process.

I am working a lot with the Star seed aspect lately in sessions. I have identified this part as holding the energy of feeling abandoned by star family, like they don’t ‘belong’ here on Gaia and with their birth families. The Star seed aspect can range in ages in every moment….from very young to older. The amount of visitations with star BEings that you signed up for (especially as a child) can lead sometimes to more trauma and even terror for the inner child related to connecting with star family (the inner child part is more anchored to 3D conditioning.)

If you have experienced full blown panic attacks in your life, it is most likely connected to visitation experiences that you didn’t know how to digest afterwards…this is what I am finding over and over in many sessions with people. Connecting with your Star seed aspect can help them to digest these traumas (esp the abandonment one) and hugely help to transform the panic and anxiety into trust, and depression and even suicidal thoughts/feelings into creative flow/soul gift expression and genuine joy in being alive.

The draw and pull to meet and connect with your Star Family is most likely increasing for you lately, as it is meant to. They will meet you ‘in the middle’ in whatever ways they can….showing up as animal guides and Angels is a common way. They will visit you most in dreams and in meditative states as there is no real need for visits in the physical, and most of them vibrate too high for our density here.

We SO need the support of our star families as we move forward in this Ascension. They provide the bigger picture for us, Divine love frequencies of trust and surrender, and connect us to our roots and coming home feelings. They can merge with us and give us tastes of Unity Consciousness. They actually help us BE HERE MORE in embodiment too as we accept ALL aspects of our multidimensional consciousness rather than reject any of it!

More Schumann/Gaia Spikes October 5-6: Are You Feeling Them?

More sustained periods of HIGHER frequency Gaia/Schumann resonance yesterday (October 5th) and today, October 6th…already!! As you can see from the graph, these spikes seem to come in around 14:00 or 2:00pm….I’m honestly not sure which timezone this particular graph is from as they measure from six different places in the world. Yet, the specific and exact timing seems to matter less as the vibration carries out in a non-linear way and you may feel it hours/days even weeks later.

As I am tuning into these fluctuations more and more in recent weeks (being guided to honestly, like Metatron has these graphs on a long scroll and is passing them in front of me to look at and study lol!)….I am feeling that this awakening activation works on a similar level as listening to high frequency music and sounds does on a regular basis. Raising our consciousness through the sustained offering of higher vibrational frequency, impacting our brain wave patterns…with Gaia being the broadcast center for it!

I’m finding that listening to high frequency/solfeggio tones/ASMR music is actually helping with the calibration and adjustment to these increasing frequencies. Sound bathing will very often relieve the physical aches and pains and especially ‘third eye’ headaches. It does feel like we are being calibrated to Gaia’s higher frequency as She also dips into and moves into 5D vibration. It feels like this is in preparation for ongoing disclosure and navigating the necessary rumbles going on in 3D to 4D timeline adjustments….politically especially. This rumbling transition pushes up denser emotions to be felt and processed: rage, shame, guilt.

Vibing in with Gaia happens as we raise our own frequencies too through emotional body healing, soul awakening, soul/star family connections, and physical vitality and health. Through connecting with ourselves and all parts of us too and caring compassionately about the reactions and feelings going on.

It feels SO clear that Gaia wants us to come along on this high vibe journey and adventure WITH Her!

Energy update: Another Schumann Spike Today October 4th

Another surge and spike up in Gaia’s frequency today, October 4th! A stretch of four hours as shown in the graph below, the bands of white stretching beyond 40 hz! There were some spikes yesterday too that you can see in the thinner bands below. I am feeling the impact on our energy bodies with these spikes…..and nervous systems, and even brain waves/activity. There can definitely be fatigue and tiredness yet, also, jolts and blots of increased focus, clarity, and passion!

There is a sense of leveling UP ongoingly in this now with these shifts and a universal offering sense of them. Similar to the SOULar winds that come flowing in from the ever growing coronal canyon in the sun’s surface with more geomagnetics coming from that on October 7-9.

Although I had not been tracking the Schumann resonance so closely before, it is now on my heart radar as another measurable to show the progressing Ascension process. And it can be useful to track your own experiences of energy ups and downs and ascension body symptoms connected to the waves.

I definitely get a nonlinear sense of these energies too, so you may not feel much of anything during them yet rather a delayed sensation in the days after. You may feel total bliss, openings, and goodness….or anxiety, low energy, out of it, and ungrounded. To each their own with these energies, I am fond of saying now as it leaves an opening for the sacredness of everyone’s journey and experience!

Respect and respond to what your body needs, what your energy body and chakras need, your emotional body too during these NEW calibrations to frequencies of energy we haven’t experienced before now!

Keep Serving Love & Everything You Want Will Flow From There

Keep serving love and everything you want/need will flow from there….

This was the message this morning when I connected with my Star and Metasoul family….just in the beginning stages of consciousness and these words felt like the day greeting me with LOVE. This is an answer to the sometimes near constant question that we ask ourselves about receiving and living the higher timeline life that we SO want and need.

Keep serving love…..whatever that means for and to you. It seems so clear that serving love isn’t just about holding space for others in some capacity as a facilitator/teacher/healer/wayshower, etc and getting recognition and paid for it. Some souls who have been leading the way for awhile and holding space for others may need to actually pause on this kind of service in order to BE with the parts of them that are now coming up to be felt in their traumas/pain/karma from this life and other lifetimes.

Serving love is possible in whatever more 3D-based work you find yourself in right now. It is possible in every exchange with another person…whether those you meet casually in one-time encounters or online…..or much more intimately in relationships. It is possible in the loving energy for which you even THINK about other people and certainly in what you say or energize about them. It is possible even in completions of relationships for which love can’t be served as the exchange is based in toxic, abusive, and codependent frequencies.

Serving love is possible TOO and most importantly for and with yourself. As you receive all these ascension upgrades/activations/gifts, you can serve love with the parts of you that may be feeling resistant and fearful about the next level places your soul wants you to go. Serving love to your body to keep it grounded in love as you feel the ups/downs in physical energy levels plus sometimes intense aches/pains of as it transforms from carbon to light.

As Ascension continues to go next level and more and more souls are awakening, serving love to yourself that allows for an overflow WITH others becomes SO important. You can become a bridge to them then….serving them AND serving you in the same moments that love can flow from one heart/soul to the other!

This becomes your New identity then to replace the 3D self one that you’ve deconstructed from and awakened out of. You BEcome (more & more) the service of love in ALL moments…

Energy Update: Schumann Spike For October 2

Spike in Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency today!! (which you can see as the white section in the graph below)..You may have felt it in sleepiness, tiredness, being ‘out of it’ without necessarily a good reason why. I know that I did with surges of more energy and then just plain tired in moments only able to take in music and rest. These current spikes don’t seem to be connected to a geomagnetic storm or high SOULar winds. However, geomagnetic activity IS coming with high winds and plasma waves from coronal holes on October 4-5th and October 7-8th, according to spaceweather.com.

These surges in energy influencing Gaia’s vibration are becoming more common as Ascension continues. The period of time that they are lasting is getting longer too….into three and four hour long stretches and more. Just as OUR frequency is going through flux and changes into 5D, Gaia is inviting us to come along with HER as she shifts and changes too.

BEing self loving during these surges feels so important. Recognizing that they can cause feelings of irritability, flatness/dullness, restlessness OR drowsiness. Or even a range of emotional moods during a few hour period! Aches/tensions/pains in the head, shoulder, and neck area are common too as those chakras (crown, third eye, and causal) are all upgrading and becoming more sensitive to energy.

These energies can also create a sense of feeling ungrounded as the grounded frequency of Gaia that you are more used to is changing. You are probably becoming more sensitive to these shifts too…..often feeling them before they are verified by a graph or reading.

Go within to connect with your HIGHER HEART home vibration AS it is also linked to your PERSONAL SUN and GAIA chakra frequency. This can create a much more expanded sense of self….from the galactic to the very human….from the transcendent to the very grounded. THIS is sacred humanity arising in this now….with Gaia leading the way!

Moving Out Of The Warrior And Into Ambassador Of Love Phase

We are being invited to move out of the warrior phase and into being an ambassador of Love for all aspects of self and toward others -

We are being invited to move out of the warrior phase and into being an ambassador of Love for all aspects of self and toward others –

So many timelines of fighting, battling, and BEing the warrior. Not just men, yet ALL of us on a Metasoul level choosing this expression in different forms and shapes. A sword, gun, whatever weapons in our hands…..or using words as the weapon….or energy thrown about and at whomever we have deemed to be the ‘enemy.’

This battling is in our DNA. It is also a galactic consciousness inheritance from our Star Family in the timelines where galactic wars have been and are a reality. Our 3D culture/current timeline is ALL about battling….good ‘vs’ evil, light ‘vs’ dark. All of the biggest blockbuster movies are based on this premise with ‘battle scenes’ being the climax of all of them.

Battles lead to more battles with always a cost of some kind of both sides. The biggest cost is the energy that it takes and that has to move through us in order to engage this way. The desire to battle comes from mostly unhealed wounding/traumas in which we have been both victim and perpetuator. These unhealed woundings have a vibration/energetic frequency that expresses then as rage (passionate truth telling that has been suppressed to protect the more vulnerable feelings of hurt underneath.)

The parts of us that can BE a warrior and have had to BE are becoming more weary, tired, and just DONE with all this battling. They are wanting to move into a new phase of ambassador where trust and forgiveness lead over mistrust and grudges. You can feel this part of you as your Inner Protector and connecting with them can help to transition them into this new phase WITH you. As this part of you shifts their focus from fighting, they can put their energies toward opening up Metasoul timelines/lifetimes, your soul awakening, and becoming a channel for Divine love.

New Earth invites us to find and discover resolutions that come from finding common ground….ambassadorship…..being able to feel and be compassionate with someone else’s perspective. Not wanting to DO HARM even if the means of harming could be justified by a temporary resolution of the conflict. The Divine Mother invites us to move into our compassionate heart of neutrality toward ALL aspects of ourselves and toward others as the next ‘phase’ of our conscious evolution as a species here.

Unanchoring Your 3D Self To Fly The Skies Of Your Highest Timeline

In two weeks from today, I will be flying with my BEloved Raphael Awen and daughter Raianna Shai on an airplane from here in Puerto Vallarta to Victoria, Canada. Honestly, it has been YEARS since I’ve flown and I’m so curious how it will feel now with more multidimensional and galactic perspective. We are flying at night, so the stars will be close…the higher elevational frequencies just outside the window. I can already feel my star seed child so excited to be in the air again in the physical (even with many journeys to visit light ships through meditation recently)!!
 
While there is a TRUE sense of excitement about this life shift (which is about following Divine guidance to be in a geography that supports more in person service through sessions, retreats, and groups) there have also been rumblings in moments of tensions inside me…mostly brief and calmed with an inner connection to whichever part or Metasoul aspect is feeling them. Then, service of love calls again to write, share, sessions and I am elevated to the bigger picture sense of reason around it ALL.
 
Letting go of the comfortable and the known to step into more leadership/service/outedness of our soul gift expression always causes some tension for the parts of us that have become comfortable/safe in the familiar. It’s like we have to unroot these parts of us…….unanchor them with MUCH love and be open to feel their anxieties too without judgement in order for more joy and surrender and bigness to open up and become accessible.
 
In a session this week, a 3D self of a facilitant came through and this part of her was SO clear about what 3D consciousness thinks about all this awakening/ascension/spiritual ‘stuff’ as represented by her ‘science-minded’ and practical birth father. The 3D self has been conditioned to ‘maintain the status quo’, to ‘do what everyone else does’, to ‘climb the ladders’ and ‘fit in the boxes’ just like others. To be different is to risk being called crazy…..to reveal your awakening consciousness is to risk being totally alone. There are VERY real fears in these parts of us about being abused, becoming a ‘moving target’ and (in our metasouls) even being killed or persecuted if we step up and out into our gifts. We felt much love for this part of her together (who she really has known herself to BE most of her life) and she began the process of differentiating from this energy in order to continue her process of BEcoming more of her service of love self in ALL areas of her life without compartments and bubbles.
 
The versions/parts of you still anchored to 3D consciousness have good reason for being so. They’ve been supported most likely by your birth family, by schooling, by society/cultural standards. They may still be connected to relationships that are more resonant in 3D frequencies.
 
These parts of you are waiting to be ‘freed’ from the prison of expectation and conformity. They are waiting for your open heart to invite them out of the prisons and into the free fields of the awakening soul and the expanding heart. To directly connect with these parts of you allows you to separate from them….to become more of your 4D/5D self in that moment that you feel more compassion than judgement toward these energies inside yourself.
 
You are being invited to step up and step out. To become a bridge to those who are newly awakening through (firstly and primarily) becoming a bridge to all parts of you that are still clinging to 3D consciousness out of fear and familiarity. This inner differentiation work is critical right now and ongoingly. Gaia/cosmic/SOULar/lunar frequencies support this shifting to higher consciousness and can provide upgrades on ALL levels to ease this shift into flying your highest skies with all parts of you coming along for the ride!

Intense Wave Of Energy Moved Through 9/25-9/26

What an intense wave of energy that came through the last couple of days!! Gaia’s resonance showed big spikes during this period with some elevated SOULar winds (but not too high and no geostorms, probably a blessing in that!). THIS wave was meant to be felt, to pause us from ‘normal’ activity, and allow us to orient ourselves AS energy again and with our ever becoming light bodies. These kinds of waves serve to remind us of our increasing sensitivities to electromagnectics and plasmas and photonic light and how they serve our consciousness awakening and expansion.

As I shared about yesterday in my post, I experienced head/neck tension and pain (plus ALL over body soreness) for about 24 hours. I could FEEL the upgrades going on even at the bone level…my cranium itself and the densest of bone receiving the energetic stuff to transform. The pineal gland as well was impacted (feeling pain at the center of the brain), as the central operating system of the light body continues to decalcify and come back on line. Some of you described feeling these energies like being ‘drilled’ inside your head, which seems like a good way to describe it too.

On a chakra level, we really seem to be moving out of delineated chakras and into wide, sweeping vortexes that include a few of them in one. I have called these the Personal Sun, Higher Heart, and Earth Chakra vortexes. Even these are not in so much set and clear boundaries, yet more like very fluid sweeps of energy. I felt particularly the Personal Sun chakra vortex being upgraded as we awaken our galactic consciousness and tap more into the chakras above the seventh or crown.

The main thing I was reminded while I sat in discomfort was to see/feel/know these pains as temporary…so similar to birthing and labor pains before the arrival of new life. Bringing in the New us, New Earth, New galactic awareness, and New consciousness experience possibilities in every moment!
