The 3D Self And The 5D Self – Day 5: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

Today, for Day Five of my 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about how parts of us compartmentalize our realities, keeping areas of our lives separate from other areas of it. In SoulFullHeart, we acknowledge seven areas of life that are being impacted by ascension and awakening: spiritual, emotional, social, mental, physical, financial, and environmental. In that way, the compartments are meant to be ‘flooded’ by love with none being separate from each other and with no parts of us dominant over certain areas.

I then talk about the 3D/4D/5D self and how it shows up in your life. We start in the SoulFullHeart process through sessions with this article about these selves and how they show up in each area, which would be a good one for you to take in as well to get more clarity about your desires and frustrations in each area:http://www.soulfullheartwayoflife.com/3d4d5dselvesquestions

The 3D Self is your conditioned self, ego structure you could call it, and majority of energy is expressed as the energies of the Inner Protector. You can feel it when your ‘guard goes up’ or when you feel ‘defensive’, probably in a more subtle way at this point. The Protector is the vigilant, loyal, masculine energy that has a warrior vibe to them. The Protector came in with lots of armor to help you live in 3D life, especially as a baby. They are often ‘a guard in the room’ of your Inner Teenager and your Inner Feminine. The Protector is usually the most vigilantly guarding the social area and relationships, because parts of you have experienced the most harm and hurt in this area. The Protector usually sees ‘you’ as a Teenager that it needs to protect until you as a 5D self start connecting with it and separating from the Teenager/Child.

These are some questions that I offer in the video that you can ask and answer about your 3D Self/Inner Protector:
How have you felt the energy of protection over you in your life?
In what situations do you feel this guarding energy come up?
What do you feel could be the benefits of connecting with your Inner Protector?
What are your concerns about connecting with your Inner Protector?
What kind of relationship would you like to have with your Inner Protector?

I also offer that there is no ‘past’ in the sense of the emotional body and for parts of us. As these traumas and wounds are happening in the Now, in the moment, and are still being energized. So in responding to what has happened to you, you become less linear and more multidimensional about how you feel it and process it.

The Protector forms a protective bubble around you and you as a 5D self are invited to create a bridge to this energy in order for this bubble to move. Most people are not conscious of this guard in themselves, especially perhaps spiritual people. Not being vulnerable is a sign of this guardedness. Spirituality does not often equate to being vulnerable; healing of the Inner Child and negotiating with the Inner Protector allows for access to the Inner Child in the true frequencies of it.

This is not a quick fix process of just ‘healing in an instant’ these frequencies of Inner Child or other parts; or something that can be done and moved and cleared by someone else in a ‘one time’ healing session. It can feel evasive and even leave a sense of violation too by some parts of you, especially by the Protector, when you experience these kinds of approaches. The Divine Feminine sense of this healing process through parts work is of gestation, of process, of layers being felt and moved. You create a home inside for the Protector and other parts of you to grow trust with them over time and patience and with love.

These are the questions that I offer about your 5D Self, your awakening self, your soul self, your Higher Self aspect in your body, your authentic self, that moves you through all areas of life, etc.:
How would you describe your 5D Self?
What in your life supports your 5D Self to express?
What in your life limits your 5D Self from expressing?
What spiritual activities support the growth and expression of your 5D Self?
When do you feel ‘the most’ like your 5D Self or your authentic you?
What is your sense of your service of love purpose/mission here as your 5D Self?
What gets in the way of you fulfilling and BEing this purpose/mission?

Today, for Day four of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, my BEloved mate Raphael joins me and you get to be part of one of our soul and heart provoking conversations that happens frequently in our home! He is my most favorite collaborator and conversation partner and I am captivated with how his heart/soul/and mind works even after almost a decade together! This is the blessed experience of a true sacred union with a Counterpart Soulmate….it is stimulating, engaging, and resonant on deep levels.

In this video, Raphael and I talk about feeling Ascension in a personal way, an intimate way, and also relating with guides in a personal way too…..not as ‘better than’ you yet as intimate with you. It’s all personal and meant to be experienced as such, even while being a collective invitation toward ascension.

Making it personal is feeling the unworthiness and shame that can block letting in personal connection with the Divine and higher dimensional and vibrational guides/aspects. This unworthiness and shame come up from undigested traumas in the emotional body and parts of us that hold onto these frequencies until connected with and healed/moved.

Raphael talks about his journey to experience the Divine in a personal way after most of his life as a Christian, parts of him feeling unworthy and sinful to experience direct connection. Connecting with these parts of himself has allowed Raphael to claim, name, and BE with higher vibrational guides/aspects and Divine Frequencies in a playful and yet poignant way too. Embracing Your Bliss Mess – Day 3: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

Today, for Day three of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about what I mean by the ‘bliss mess’ of ascension and why I advocate for the embracement of it. Bliss Mess is essentially the recognition and acceptance that we have had a messy emotional experience here in 3D and to desire to feel that in order to heal it…not just attain blissful states all the time. The attainment of bliss states can be used to bypass or transcend more difficult emotional places, woundings, and traumas that NEED to be felt and healed.

I offer a process for feeling any resistance in parts of you that may come up to feeling your ‘messes’ and going into that area. It is most likely your Inner Protector who would feel this way, usually doesn’t think that you can handle what would come up. The Inner Protector often related to you as an Inner Teenager, the energy that it has had to guard all your life. Negotiation with the Inner Teenager and the Inner Protector starts to separate their energies from each other, allowing more space for you to act as ambassador and negotiator. “We have been Star BEings, Oneness consciousness, much more than we have been human BEings. We are here to experience the bliss mess (yes, both) of feeling. The bliss mess, the highs and lows, the ups and downs, the suffering and the joys, the tears and the laughs.

Oh, this is our humanity in all its glory. Angels and Star BEings are watching us, admiring us, merging with us (when our consciousness and emotional body are ready) more and more to experience this emotional experience of reality through and with us. They are not judging our emotional states, yet do hope for the end of our suffering over suffering and for us to heal from the karmic patterns that can unconsciously haunt us, so that we can merge with them some more and create something completely new.

Our hearts are the beacon that shines across the stars and draws attention from around the galaxy!!

It is necessary to experience both the bliss and the mess to ascend, awaken your soul, enloven your heart, enlighten your mind, crystalize your body. To just reach for and want the bliss aspects of ascension is to miss out on the gifts that going into your deepest densities and shadows offers you. There is a wealth to your woundedness. Not that you need fixing, yet, going into your woundedness and healing it allows you to free up your essence and bigness from the wounded frequencies. This is a spring loaded process that just happens organically as you open up to experiencing both the bliss and the mess.”

Going into the wealth of our woundedness with MUCH care and compassion for all parts of us allows so many gifts of integration, growth, and, yes, eventually experience of bliss and joy….without leaving anything behind or covering over anything!

Supermoon and Divine Feminine energies coming through beautifully today during Day Two of Metamorphosis, my 33 Day video series that started yesterday on January 1st and completing on February 2nd!

In this day two video, I invite you to connect with the Divine Feminine frequencies that are coming up and being offered through the Supermoon and throughout January with ANOTHER Supermoon at the end of the month, plus a lunar eclipse. These energies ARE personal, not just cosmic, and provide a mirror to you for feeling, exploring, and BEing. I share my awakening to Divine Feminine frequencies back in 2010, which came after becoming Reiki attuned. I experienced a deeply touching connection with four Divine Feminine forms of Kuan Yin, Magdalena, Mother Mary, and Dark Mother/Kali. My experience of Her energies since then has just deepened and expanded into a very personal and nurturing experience.

I then guide you in a meditation to connect with Divine Feminine/Mother energies through whitish-pink energies, sitting a circle, and letting in lots of love through the heart chakra. You may see and feel Divine Mother quite clearly, or get a sense of your Inner Protector – a masculine energy that guards and protects the feminine experience from both inside and out. January Supermoon Amplifying Energies

Supermoon energies yesterday and continuing into today….wow! Maybe it was the collective ‘hangover’ energy yesterday on New Year’s Day bringing up edges and some irritation….but there was definite amplification of whatever energies were around and coming out. Hangovers can be about more than too much alcohol and for those of us sensitive to energy and who don’t drink…they are usually about taking in frequencies that we are not used to…..lower, denser, more 3D, more dissonant.

This hangover feeling can be felt on the collective level, even if you stayed at home, even if you didn’t engage AT ALL in the 3D ‘celebrations’ of the New Year. As you awaken, you become more and more a receiver of collective frequencies…..as you are meant to receive and transmute them on some level as you expand into Unity Consciousness. Transmuting them happens through the Higher Heart/Christ Consciousness Heart….it is the BEST place to move energies as its capacity for compassion and connection to Unity Consciousness can transform without as much personal blowback (other than what we are meant to see and feel mirrored to us).

Our Higher Heart becomes congested and covered over by unfelt traumas in our emotional bodies from 3D life and also in our Metasoul from karma traumas playing out in other lifetimes/timelines. Covered over by false god loyalties and subsequent disillusions. Covered over by shame, unworthiness, abandonment that live in parts of us until they are connected with directly and felt. Covered over by distrust and disconnect from parts of us that have suffered and still are. Covered over by anchors to 3D life that still settle, shrink, and conform. The Higher Heart becomes uncovered and revealed and healed as we feel the parts of us that hold these woundings…..loving and BEing with them.

It may have been a TALL order yesterday to just BE in your own feeling spaces around the digestion of 2017 completing, growing INtentions and desires around 2018, AND the collective hangover energies too….all of this amplified by the Divine Feminine moon that invites us into feeling. I also felt a surge upward of lower vibrational fear frequencies related to false god-based and abusive leaders in spirituality. The Divine Mother is calling us even deeper into heart discernment about who we trust to temporarily guide and support us on this Ascension journey if we feel that we need that…..Kalayna writes so clearly and beautifully about this here:https://soulfullheartblog.com/…/2018-energies-invite-disce…/ This flush out of shadow leadership is happening on the governmental and political levels too of course with the collective disclosure process amping UP.

Physical pain may have manifested for you too….especially if you took in lower energy frequencies, toxic stuff, denser foods, conflict or tensions that you are not used to on New Year’s Eve. Pain and tension in the head, neck, and shoulders areas is a place where the collective energies can be ‘stored’ (as they mirror something in your emotional body or soul/auric field) and also can be a sign of drawing fear-based energies and entities. The pain moves with self love, holding space for the process and being open to what it is showing and telling you.

Setting Intentions For 2018: Day One Of 33 Days Metamorphosis Series W/Jelelle Awen

Day One of the 33 day series of videos called Metamorphosis, starts today on January 1, 2018….with the beginning of a New Year and completion of the ‘old’ one of 2017. The start of a new year brings up a sense of locating where you ARE and want to BE in your life, plus where, what, and WHO you have been. This is a natural aspect of the ongoing Ascension process that just naturally gets pushed up at the start of a new year with the collective .

In this day one video, I, Jelelle, a SoulFullHeart teacher/facilitator/writer, invite you to feel this process of reflection, location, and intention from the perspective of parts of yourself. I offer how parts or subpersonalities are energies inside of you, connected to your emotional body primarily, that express in many ways through charged reactions, triggers, emotional states and mood shifts, and many other ways. Parts of you may even be feeling reactions to how you spent your New Year’s Eve. If you were around people, family, friends, even mates that you are not as resonant with anymore, you may be feeling an emotional and energetic ‘hangover’ today. This hangover could be a part of you trying to get your attention, so that you can feel their deeper feelings in reaction to this experience. ALL experiences impact parts of you in some way, yet you are probably not conscious that this happening and connect to which part of you is triggered.

I offer examples in the video of how this kind of situation may impact parts of you, especially if you experienced some judgement around your awakening and changes in yourself from others. I also share a recent digestions with parts of myself around stepping out more into leadership (such as showing up for this video series and publishing a new book today) and how I responded to them. Moving away from “I” in response to all situations allows for more objectivity and separation from the reactions. It moves the energy from self blame, punishment, or confusion into clarity, curiosity and compassion. This series will introduce you more to common parts that I have seen, felt, and experienced in myself and others over the last 15 years of focused learning and teaching in this area.

Our SoulFullHeart community got together for New Year’s Eve, sharing excitement over recent creative developments in SoulFullHeart (such as this video series). We also created an energy grid from many crystals, stones, and sacred geometric shapes. We each shared our digestions for 2017 and our INtentions for 2018. This was personal and yet, also, it was a group energy forming toward our desires for 2018, including relocating from Mexico to England in the next six months.

Beyond just setting resolutions that are based on self improvement, INtentions tap into your soul’s powerful alchemy gifts, your higher timeline service of love, and desires of all parts of you. I recommend feeling and claiming your INtentions today as they will be amplified by the New Year energies along with the Supermoon frequencies happening in tonite’s sky. As you claim your INtentions, also feel the parts of you that are resistant, feel unworthy, are shy, or just feel disconnected from them. Feeling THESE feelings too opens up a real and authentic space inside of yourself that doesn’t bypass anything in your emotional body.

2018: A Year For Launching!

On this last day of 2017, I already feel ‘complete’ with the previous and so ready for the NEW! Maybe you feel the same way as well? It’s not that 2017 was a bad or difficult year for me. In fact, it was an amazing year of growth, inspiration, and a BIG coming out and sharing of my service of love purpose here. It was a year ago, in December 2016, that I really felt activated around my gifts and the sharing of them. I really connected into the Ascension process and my ‘role’ within it. I was still recovering in some ways from living off-grid and remotely on a ranch here in Mexico with no Internet access and no way to serve others for almost two years. We had moved to town in Puerto Vallarta in July and by December I was settled in here enough to begin really sharing, seeing, and BEing the healer, facilitator, teacher, and Galactic Love Ambassador I signed up to BE here.

In 2017, I wrote and shared over 800 pages of writings, embodying more of my soul scribe gifts on popular Ascension websites, along with publishing two books: Sacred Human, Arising Wonder and Bliss Mess (to be released tomorrow.) I have been honored to meet with more than 40 women (plus Raphael and I are currently working with a couple) this year during SoulFullHeart session space. I co-hosted 25 group calls with Raphael, in which we connected with dozens of people through teachings, leading guided meditations, and taking in their personal sharings with us.

I feel that 2017 was a ‘launch’ year for many of us who have been ‘ahead of the curve’ related to the Ascension, yet have been more private and introverted about it, focused on our own healing and processes. Many of the people I have met with in session space have ‘let go’ of their previous means of serving love in order to go within to heal and feel themselves. Deconstruction and integration of my 3D self, healing of my emotional body, and unification of my Metasoul/other lifetimes has been my priority for many years. This called me too engage in many death and rebirth cycles to ‘clean’ and purify my motives and mature my emotionality rather than grow and draw my offerings.

This cleaning and purification of leadership at the emotional body level is a BIG one going forward for the arising of New Earth consciousness. Emotional immaturity leading to disintegrity and hiding will just not work or draw others anymore. Authenticity, integrity, transparency, desire for collaboration, empowerment for ALL, and a humble sense of high self worth/self love allows for leading without dominance and control (which has so much been the energies of 3D leadership). The Divine Feminine comes in to balance the wounded masculine frequencies in the area of leadership.

It feels like the ‘launch’ continues in 2018, picking up speed and accelerating as the collective disclosure process ramps up. Whatever your personal launch looks like, it will probably be connected to your service of love purpose here with others and taking the next steps toward that manifesting and implementing for you. Making shifts and changes in your life toward that purpose as you take flight into your NEW life in all areas.

The cocoons have been necessary. The cozy caves have been necessary. The lone wolf phases have been necessary. The pulling out and going in has been necessary.

Yet, now and into 2018, you are being called to come out and serve love. The previously cozy nest may now have some thorns. The lone wolf parts of you may really start to want and need the company and community of your soul family tribe. The cocoon may be discarded now, as you are outgrowing it. You can trust more the ground you have created from letting go of so much. You can trust your heart more, and your soul and your Higher Self coming into your body. You can trust the integrity of your heart to lead the way here.

2018 is a year for launching….where do you want to go? Who do you want to BE? What love do you want to serve?

Energy Update: Grounding Frequencies Available With Gaia To Allow More INtegration

I am in and of the frequency of Gaia today during meditation, the Schumann Resonance vibrating around me. This is the heartbeat of Mother Gaia….immediately soothing and, just, so, so natural. It feels like being a fetus again, tucked into Mother’s womb, being soothed by the sound of Her heartbeat echoing all around. The main Ascension energies in this Now seem to be coming from Gaia, continuing to assist with the feminine-based INtegration process that began in earnest with the Supermoon earlier this month AND continuing into January, where we will receive mega Divine Feminine energies from two Supermoons and a lunar eclipse.

Gaia’s frequency is received in a natural way too…through your Earth Chakra that swirls about one foot below your physical feet. Your Earth Chakra is connected to a network of Earth Chakras, forming an energetic branch system that EVERY human BEing is naturally resonant with. These branches come off of a main trunk or ‘grounding cord’, as it is commonly called, that reaches down to the deepest center and core of Gaia. You can move lower vibrational frequency energies (and pain, congestion, energetic kicks from others, Archon ‘attacks’) through this grounding cord and they will be absorbed and transmuted by Gaia. I’ve been engaged in this grounding cord connection process (off and on) since I was 20 years old and first learned it during a meditation class. I still include it today in almost all of the guided meditations I offer and lead.

Walking barefoot or burying your feet in sand or warm baths with Himalayan salts creates a visceral sense of connecting to this Gaia vibration. Yet, too, visualizing the grounding cord/trunk that runs from your Earth Chakra to the center of Gaia during meditation provides just as much access to Her grounding frequencies, maybe even more. Gaia lives INSIDE of us all ultimately on the physical, spiritual, and emotional levels, so interacting with Her through meditation is very nourishing. You have less need to go OUT to Her actually to be activated to Her higher frequencies as they more vibrate from within you as you BEcome New Earth. The oceans, the forests, the mountains, the rivers, the lakes…all HER forms of natural expression are from within you. Mother Gaia is wonderful to have conversations with as a Guide and receive EARTHLY Mama love hugs from too!

I have been brought more often into Inner Earth during Galactic Ambassadorship and personal processes during meditation lately. I am acclimating to how it feels and looks to BE down there, although it doesn’t really feel like ‘down’ with the amazing natural lighting that even FEELS warm like sunshine, huge and spacious caverns, and ultra modern (beyond what we have on the surface) structures. I’ve just begun connection with these Inner Earth BEings, so will share more as it develops. I am still mostly being guided by Binkh, my Arcturian Metasoul Aspect, and Beslopah, my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect. You can read more about them in my books (especially in my latest one called Bliss Mess coming out on January 1st) and other writings too shared on soulfullheartblog.com.

These Guides offer to me that we’ll be focusing our collective attentions more on Inner Gaia or Inner Earth as disclosure continues to unfold. We’ll be finding out eventually about the vast networks of tunnels and cities that have been created below our feet, below where our eyes can see. This collective disclosure will probably start with the revelations of long abandoned structures from Star BEings commonly called the Builder Race.

We’ve been gifted the surface of Gaia to play out our 3D ascending to 5D experiment while so much has remained purposely hidden from us until our consciousness is ready to digest it. Integration of the Inner Earth civilizations and Star BEings (and humans) who live down there is an important aspect of Ascension…once more people get acclimated to the existence of Star BEings and our long involvement with them (as is now coming out in even the mainstream media!).

Connecting our Gaia frequency with our Star BEing frequency….forming a bridge from our Earth Chakra to our Stellar Gateway (personal cosmic sun chakra about two feet above our heads) activates our 5D Sacred Human ‘Violet Print’ (as I have been offered to call it). This Violet Print is our Sacred Human column that is being activated by all these Ascension energies coming from Divine Masculine and Feminine sources, along with our Merkabah or light body vehicle. This is a recent guided meditation that I did offering activation and connection with your Ascension chakras, including your Earth Chakra and Stellar Gateway.

I don’t feel that Gaia is ‘shaking us humans off like fleas’ if we don’t resonate with Her as She moves into higher frequencies of 4D as some others offer about the Ascension process. She is inviting us to come WITH Her! She invites us to connect with the very natural and organic frequencies of Her that live in our DNA, our every living cells, and in our Star Seed child selves too. Her frequencies provide a reminder and Invitation to experience both our groundedness and our Infinite essence as Love!
