Your Dreamer App Is Requesting Permission To Access Your Desires Folder…

We’ve all heard that for most people who win a big lottery, it ends up being a major negative effect in their life.

I heard there is actually a class action lawsuit in California of big lottery winners suing the state for the damages and havoc that the big money ‘did’ to them.

But why then does the idea of winning the lottery feel so appealing? I can dream quite easily about what I’d do with the first million, and the second, and keep going from there.

I feel it has to do with how we are meant to dream, but lack the permission to dream.

For many, they find the permission to dream in a lottery ticket. ‘I have a chance, even if a very small chance, but a very real chance nonetheless of really changing my circumstances.’

What we are missing in this is feeling how the lives we are living right now have been dreamt up by us previously. Everything that is created, is created twice, first in concept or picture, then in ‘reality’. We ‘real’ize things in the personal ‘fact’ories of our creative essence. Even someone who is reputed to be the most uncreative person has created that reality.

We are the creator, and we can’t escape that.

Life is asking us to dream. But to do that, your dreamer app needs permission to access your desires folder. This is why dreaming is a no go area for many people. Accessing the desire body and all that lives there, feels like opening Pandora’s box.

And it is.

Possibly there is nothing quite as life changing as the willingness to feel what you really want. This is how life itself is wired up, and this is how it lives in every cell of your body, in every dimension that your life exists in.

How To Draw Your Soul Mate & Masculine/Feminine Balance Guided Meditation (Videos)

Two videos today bringing in the subject of inner masculine/feminine relationships to reflect on ‘outside’ relationships too! ~

One question that comes up very often to me is “how do I draw my sacred union soul mate?” I talk in this video, after being in a sacred union for ten years now with Raphael, about how there is not an easy answer to this question yet rather the core of this goes back to experiencing a sacred union from within. Sacred union within is a balance, depolarization of the masculine and feminine aspects/parts of you so that you can draw/experience this on the outside with a mate.

The other question that is often asked is, “How can the relationship that I am in become more of a sacred union?” I offer in this video that the ground of sacred union is difficult to arise in long term unions as the fusion/merging with different parts often runs so deep and subconsciously. This is esp. challenging when one partner is awakening and the other is not. This often represents a part of you that you have suppressed or put in shadow.

Drawing a sacred union soul mate is also to let go of unions and relationships that are less than that. Letting go of isn’t what you want in order to let in what you do.

Also, to feel and heal the templating that you received (and parts of you took in deeply) about what a relationship IS from your parents, plus what it means to be a woman or be a man. This templating seems to hugely impact what you experience and draw as relationship experience.

In this audio recording of a live Unity Meditation call, SoulFullHeart co-creators, teachers, and facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen teach and share about what has happened since the 5/5 Gateway and how it provided the support to embody your 5D self.

This is done at the ocean with a full moon shining which represents the masculine and feminine energies. The Magical Portal Of Your Own Darkness

Your experiencing of what you don’t want is actually what’s key to experiencing what you do want.

To the degree you feel depressed is actually testament to your native capacity for enthusiasm, creativity and divine play.

To the degree you know what it is to feel bombarded with anxiety, or just a background tension of anxiety, speaks to your natural ability for radiating deep trust, rest and security in the world, and beyond.

The presence of the negative is the evidence of the presence and reality of the positive. One cannot exist without the other.

This tug-of-war polarity and tension between what you desire and what you actually experience is the pathway into navigating between the two in the direction you want to go. You are like this anti-gravitic travel device in this way.

You wouldn’t even be able to feel tension, were it not for rest. You couldn’t feel love were it not for fear. You couldn’t feel trust were it not for anxiety. One is needed to give reality to the other.

That’s all these ‘others’ are. Ultimately, they are not ‘other’, but flowing beautifully and magically from the one being that you are. You are already perfect, just maybe not in the way a part of you has perfection defined.

If this is true, what then?

Then,….you are being invited to embrace the opposite, the thing that is ‘opposing’ the thing you want. It’s a magical doorway into the thing you want. It’s not actually an opposition, it’s an invitation.

You should be jumping up and down and falling off your chair about now, on the inside at least, if not on the outside just yet. If you’re not, give your head and heart a shake.

What do you really want? What are you prepared to spend to have that life? Will you spend and cash in your fears, your anxieties, your shame, in exchange for experiencing the deeper essence that you already are?

Begin to really dream of the life you want. See it, feel it. Feel it deeply in contrast to fully feeling the life you presently have, but long to change. Especially feel and don’t deny the parts of you who just can’t see it, who just can’t jump up and down just yet.

GET CURIOUS, open your heart to all that is inside of you. Enter the darkness. It is your magical portal into the infinite magic of being that you are!

I can tell you that personally, I no longer experience the big unaddressed and avoided layers of anxiety or depression or shame. Where these things once lived in my life is now the presence of deep trust and arising creativity, and very meaningful and deepening self worth. This doesn’t mean I am without challenge. Far from it. I live in duality – the tension between what I have and what I want. That’s called appetite, always moving between satiation and desire. I am invited into that tension every day. What’s cool about this is that the courage it took to face and love my depression and anxiety is the same template for how I live in the moment of every day. What need is arising now? How can I embrace that need! Where is love wanting to flow and be felt?

What largesse of my being is wanting to engage it’s next step into the world of infinite love and infinite possibility?

If you need a mirror, or a reference point, jot my name down. You are looking at one of thee most amazing beings you have ever laid eyes on. You are looking at nothing less than a mirror of yourself. I’ll in turn jot your name down. Holeeee ________ !

We are this crazy hot stuff, only reeling from how magical we are, how infinite we are, how full of love we are. Everything ‘else’ isn’t anything ‘else’, it’s all the same pointing to oneness we are inside, outside and collectively.

We’re such hot stuff, we needed the invitation into the opposition as a way to unlock and discover.

Make Friends With The Gap!

What gap?’ you say….

The gap between where you are and where you’d like to be….

The gap between what you are feeling and what you’d like to be feeling….

The gap between the company you keep and the company you dream of keeping!

Without the gap, there is no reason to be here. Without the gap, there is no growth or learning, or remembering.

Without the gap, life is dead. God forbid, that regardless of what new realities you attain to, that you are left without something to reach for – to BRIDGE to.

As A Man…

As a MAN:

Trying to ‘be a man’ outside of a relationship to someone or something is impossible.

Manhood itself is ‘an expression in relationship to’.

There is always an arena of life in this way that the man finds himself in, that is full of challenge that calls for choice, and alignment of one’s actions with those choices.

So then life as you currently know it, is not something that needs to gottten over or around in order for you to be a man, but rather, life as you currently know it is something that needs to be embraced, faced and moved through in order for you to feel your manhood moving and expressing.

Where this gets truly rewarding is when we make this conscious and find new ways of responding and relating to all of life around us. We then see ourselves literally becoming the man of our own dreams.

We do this not by trying harder to be a man, but rather by finding and feeling the parts of ourselves that are not on board just yet for their own valid reasons with our gender and power expression in the world. Trying to be more of a man without these kinds of deeper explorations into our emotional bodies only serves to add another layer of suffering and internal war with ourselves, as a self improvement project that we tried to power our way through, is again laid to the side, on the shame pile.

Even this suffering and internal war though is not an end in itself, for as a man, we are ever finding our way and finding the impetus to our next choices. We actually needed, and many still currently need, their suffering loops to alchemize their next larger soul choices and action trajectories. There has never been a time like this time to live into what your soul came here to feel and learn as a soul who chose the MALE gender.

Manhood is EPIC, MAN! You didn’t sign up for anything small when you checked the MAN box. You signed up for it because you are up for it…you’re only waiting for a MAN picture that you can truly buy into!

Resisting The Natural Flow Of Change

The new worlds that await us are patiently calling to us even as a part of us is so longing for that new world AND feeling like it will never come at the same time.

Part of us can use the feeling of hopelessness and despair as an anchor to hold back the natural flow of change that life and the universe is bringing.

In the first years of our lives, we marched through one huge change right after the other, with no time or open hearted other there to really feel what we were feeling through all of that. This leaves parts of us very resistant to change now as adults. For parts of us, change just isn’t safe.

Problem is, life is too big to not change, and even if we resist change and slow it down, change is ultimately unstoppable. This can leave parts of us so overworked, stressed and even angry at life, or the universe, or God, while our life looks stranger and stranger as we resist and pretzel ourselves to its natural flow.

The entire universe is feeling you as you feel this challenge. You’re not the only one. In fact, you are feeling exactly what everyone and everything in the entire universe is feeling. That’s why it’s so big to feel. There’s TONS of it to go around.

In a session with a woman yesterday, we got to feel together and begin a real time conversation with the Inner Protector part of her who’s been tasked with holding and managing this HUGE undertaking navigating change. A big heartfelt ‘thank you’ was felt and expressed from her to this part of her that was anything but perfunctory or polite talk. A transactable feeling wave went through me and her and her Inner Protector at her words of gratitude for its role and work.

Until we find and feel the parts of ourselves who are in this push pull relationship to change, there is only the part themselves striving valiantly to manage change. Everything changes when these parts of you feel your relationship with them, your curiosity, your opening heart, your desire for real relationship.

You may not have known of this inner family inside of you, but they know you and long for your attention.

The reason ‘it’s the journey that counts, not the destination’ is because the end is already finished, complete. All that matters or has relevance now is the journey – feeling all there is to feel, seeing all there is to see!

You are in fact so perfect, and so much so, that you, knowing your fullness and completeness came here to try on being messed up, to experience lack and loss, even forgetfulness of your origin and essence.

You came here for the journey. You came here to be curious and open hearted to every part of you who hasn’t yet gotten the memo on all of this. That’s all there is to the whole entire friggin’ deal!! This is how the game is played.

What could be funner than waking up from the dream of amnesia. Wow, it was only a dream. You are ‘God as God can be’, always were, always will be!

The Messenger Of Your Boredom

Boredom, withdrawal, antsiness, emptiness – none of these are ‘negative’.

You cannot be negated. A part of you can very understandably want to negate or put an end to these states and exchange them for more desirable ones, but the healthy, alive and lasting way to the more desirable is not by paving over, or powering through, or pretending it’s all okay.

It’s not all Okay, and every passing day is adding to that awareness inside of you. That’s what’s happening here. Your spring loaded soul essence is rubbing up against a path you are on and is producing the friction of the boredom, the withdrawal, the ache for something new.

It may not be fun, but it isn’t negative. This is a very powerful positive and alive soul spark in you that is asking for your attention and love. Your soul wants to take you through a change, a death; yes, but not without the rebirth that follows all death.

There comes a tipping point where the baking in the oven of boredom is done. You are hollowed out to your core. You have made room for what you really want. You have cleared out something profound that you are done with.

You surprised yourself. The new was on the other side of feeling all there was that needed to be felt inside of the old. The old contained all the alchemy to produce the new, as you were willing to feel all there was to be felt.

The universe is feeling through you. What is it like to be in a dead end job that stifles your true creative power? What is it like to remain in any relationship with anything or anyone that left unaddressed, only serves to keep you small? The universe gave you this assignment and is wanting your notes on the outcome. How could you pass the test with flying colors and pass along the rewards to everyone coming in your wake?

In your success, we all succeed. In your failure, if you could actually fail, we would all fail. It isn’t failure, however, if you’re not done. None of us are ever done. That’s the one thing we cannot do, to make ourselves ‘done’. We are inextinguishable life in an infinite reality. There’s no on/off switch. Life can go through hell, but it is always heaven bound, for it carries its heaven deep inside. You are this heaven awaiting more and more and more manifestation.

Boredom itself is proof of this. What is your boredom wanting to tell you? Can you hear its voice? Give it a pen and paper and let it transcribe its feelings to you. Step into your higher self to listen and to feel all that the boredom wants and needs you to feel. Feel the fear of it never changing. Shed the tears this part of you feels of feeling unnoticed as you give this part of you your deep noticing. Follow the deep light and engagement now found in loving this part of you, in allowing it to fully give to you its gifts that you were not ready up till now to receive.

You Are The One You’ve Been Waiting For

You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

By our very nature, we subscribe to different pictures of reality and then these pictures manifest in our lives as ‘proof’ of our reality.

We are then biased towards the reality we created, be it a desirable one, or not so desirable, negating the multitude of other possibilities we could have created and seen as real, on the projector screen that we call our lives.

What is more real than our created realities is this ability to create realities, and even reality itself. This reality, we really need a lot of courage to face.

If the above is true, it leaves you and I responsible. It doesn’t offer us any condolences on our bad set of circumstances that life dealt us. It offers you and I deep awareness of our power.

Being responsible doesn’t mean it’s your fault; far from it. This isn’t about fault, but rather, the opposite of your fault. This is about your perfection. You are already perfect AND you are being perfected; both are true. You are taking your perfection out for a spin in a testing ground. You are response-able, meaning able to respond, able to choose to respond, able to choose with what and how you will respond.

My truth is that there is always a response point, a choice point in front of you that is about your deepest and next going-on place. It’s not that difficult to see. It’s not a hidden treasure that will take great tests and trials to discover, but rather something quite plain. Any obscurity around the choice is a product of the part of you who isn’t ready to embrace that going on place.

If part of you isn’t ready to go on and make that obvious choice, what about choosing to get to know that part? You don’t have to jump into the choice your soul knows is your going-on place by forcing or pushing the choice. You are able to choose your response. You can choose curiosity and self awareness (love) to embrace the part of you in resistance to your next choice, allowing self love and negotiation to flow naturally toward empowerment.

If you are unwilling to make that choice, then you are left in a hope-less place. You are employing your power in service of staying stuck, for the moment at least. Codependent friends, family and mates may caretake you in your choice to remain small, but life won’t. Life doesn’t see you as broken and needing to be caretaken. Life will honour your sovereign and powerful choice and leave you to the encircling standing stones of circumstance that you call your life as your current reality creation, awaiting your deeper choice point.

This is how I choose to see you. This is the reality I want to create in myself and those around me. We are the anchors in the storm. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.
