Unplugging From The False Light Guided Meditation: Video 12 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this twelfth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the False God/False Light Matrix on the 4D level that hijacks the natural soul awakening that occurs in order to keep the incarnational trap going. We talk about how energies of self-empowerment, self sovereignty, self worth, forgiveness, are missing in False Light movements/teachers/relationships and instead replaced with energies of shame/blame, manipulation, deception and lies, dependency, and power dominance.

We emphasize how the false light has been necessary until now to allow us to fully immerse in the Matrix experience and yet we are now awakening beyond it to experience the true love and light of the Divine essence within us. Experiencing the False Light/God and healing allows for us to experience unworthiness, separation wounds, and disempowerment so that we can heal and complete these cycles.

In the meditation, you and your Gatekeeper are invited to connect to the pure frequencies of Divine Mother and Divine Father. You can then feel what may be blocking this connection from coming through as you journey to the “God Room” representing the False Light/False God setting for you this life or another lifetime. As you you connect to this God Room, you are given the opportunity to bridge Divine Love to this part/soul aspect/soul pattern in order to heal it.

In this eleventh video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about your Reptilian Self, a 4D aspect of your Metasoul that is ‘entwined’ with you at the Matrix level. Your Reptilian Self has served a projector of the Matrix and been enslaved/trapped themselves to serve this function by the AI Beings calling themselves the “Architects” or “Programmers.

We offer an invitation to heal the polarity and judgement against Reptilian that can occur as you awaken to the Matrix reality by becoming an ambassador to your Reptilian self in a loving and curious way. These previously entrapped Reptilians are now awakening and unplugging as their ‘human counterpart’ is as well, being invited to relocate to a higher dimensional planet and being free from the entwinement.

In the meditation, Divine Mother and Divine Father wrap you in a protective white light bubble as you ask your Gatekeeper to bridge you to your Reptilian Self. We describe the different settings that we have seen them in, including a Red Planet, Mars-like environment. You connect with your Reptilian Self, perhaps receive a nap, and also are invited to help them unplug from their AI One Mind Matrix as much as is possible through the dissolving offered by love.

Navigating The Matrix Narrative Guided Meditation: Video 10 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this tenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about navigating the current Matrix narrative as it has been playing out for the last two years with C and the V (not including full names due to censorship, which is part of this narrative!) We talk about our journey the last two years travelling and being mostly nomadic during this time as connected to our soul guidance, be in the unknown, trusting around money abundance, and Divine surrender.

It can be challenging to connect to soul guidance with the Matrix activation peaking of body death fear, survival triggers, traumas from collapse lifetimes, self image preservation, social entanglements and ‘peer pressure’, and more, etc. It is through connecting with your Gatekeeper as a bridge to soul aspects that can provide guidance plus access to heal from previous lifetime trauma….and allow you to continue unplugging from the Matrix. We offer that ultimately the Matrix narrative is a key aspect of Ascension as 3D ‘dies’ to move into a lower 4D timeline arising into the higher manifestation of 5D New Earth.

In the meditation, Divine Mother and Divine Father once again join you to journey to the Gatekeeper’s Realm, usually represented by a large Cavern with many tunnels leading off of the main room representing the many lifetimes/incarnations of your Metasoul. You connect with your Gatekeeper to get a sense and perhaps a visual representation of how they are navigating these often life/death choices during this Matrix narrative while offering them a bridge of support from the Divine.

In this ninth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the Third Dimensional (3D) Self, how you may experience yours, why they formed, and the death/rebirth process they are invited into at this phase of Ascension. The 3D Self usually operates on fear-based energies that seek to secure, conform, judge, be in scarcity, etc.

We share in this video about how the awakening process allows your 3D Self to unplug from the Control Matrix/programming/conditioning and essentially ‘die’ to its previous form based on self-image and 3D ego structure. Digesting this death and bridging to the rebirth allows for much more surrender and connection to Divine support.

In this video, Divine Mother and Divine Father once again join you and your Gatekeeper on a journey into the ‘funeral parlour’ of your castle to meet/connect with your 3D Self version that has died. You honor your 3D Self and also connect to any parts of your 3D Self that still need bridging. Then, you move into the ‘nursery’ of rebirth to connect with your 4D or Awakening Self.

In this eighth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen talk about a reframe around how you related with Shadow as not being anything evil, yet rather just hidden from your consciousness for good reasons. When a shadow aspect/part is explored with love and curiosity, they are able to reveal the gifts they hold, be redeemed through your forgiveness, and integrate into your light.

We talk about ‘False Light’ and how it is unintegrated light that has a polarization against shadow (good vs. evil, God vs. Devil) that blocks you from accessing the power and soul gifts that are in shadow. We also offer the importance of your Gatekeeper allowing access to your shadow through Metatsoul lifetime exploration and through ongoing relationship with them.

In this video, Divine Mother and Divine Father join you and your Gatekeeper on a deep dive into waters where you connect with a structure/building and the contents within it behind a curtain that represent something that has been in shadow/hidden from you that is now being revealed. We suggest that you come back to this meditation often and also may feel to pause mid-meditation to allow the journey to continue.

Inner Punisher & Shame Dynamic Guided Meditation: Deepen 2022 – Video 6 (Video)| Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this sixth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about a challenging, yet rewarding aspect of your 3D Self that also has links to your soul experiences called your Inner Punisher. We describe how your Inner Punisher shows up to criticize you and shame parts of you (usually your Inner Child) as a means to protect you and keep you ‘small.’

We focus on how the Inner Punisher and shame reaction loop has been amplified by the current C and V narrative with polarized judging frequencies on both ‘sides’. Punisher frequencies have been a duality program of the Matrix to keep humanity divided and fighting with itself, which is peaking with the current narrative. We share about how connecting with your Inner Punisher and shame allows for healing of this dynamic into one of humble and loving discernment, non-charged truth-telling, clear decision making, and innocent expression.

In the mediation, we connect with your Inner Punisher through access provided by your Inner Protector and with Yeshua and Mother Mary joining us. You then connect to the setting in which the punishment in happening and any people that may be in this room with you who are causing judgement/shame reactions. We offer healing and love to these energies for transformation and beginning negotiation.

In this fifth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime, a precious aspect of your BEing called the Inner Child. We share about our experiences of connecting with our own inner children and with clients’ inner children over many years and experiencing their transformation from 3D based inner child to Star Seed to the Divine Orphan aspect that heals more and more into a 5D Divine Child expression.

Through a conscious reparenting process with you as the primary caregiver, you help your Inner Child digest the pains and traumas that remain undigested within them and what they have ‘sponged’ and taken in from family dynamics. Your Inner Protector has served as a temporary and often overwhelmed guardian, providing protection yet often unable to offer the nourishing and nurturing frequencies the Inner Child most needs in order to heal, so you give them support as well to allow deeper access to the Inner Child.

In the meditation today, Mother Mary and Yeshua join us at your Castle to connect first with your Inner Protector. Your Inner Protector receives honoring and acknowledgment for how they have watched over and guarded your Inner Child. Inner Teenager Awakening Guided Meditation: Video 4 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this fourth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime, your Inner Teenager. Your Inner Teenager is not just the energy represented by the phase and stage after childhood and pre-adulthood, they also hold the pain and wounding of being the ‘black sheep’ of the family. As your soul consciousness started to awaken in your teens, a rebellion and individuation began that was necessary to separate from your family’s consciousness. Your Inner Teenager is often ‘stuck’ in their teenage bedroom with strong feelings of angst, depression, even suicidal feelings due to the rejection they received in this rebellion.

Instead of receiving initiation in all areas of life around relationships, sexuality, spirituality, passion purpose, etc., your inner teenager received most likely invalidation in these areas…and 3D-based conditioning that fed fears, dualities, and polarizations. Instead of a healthy phase of individuating from family, there is often push-pull, over-attachment and other unhealthy dynamics experienced by our inner teens. Connecting with your inner teenager allows them to receive the initiation and individuation that they most need in order to mature in all areas of life. This also helps with healthy social expression in relationships.

In the meditation today, Divine Mother and Father join us as we journey to your inner Castle to get permission from your Inner Protector to meet your Inner Teenager. You visit your teenage bedroom and meet them there (or wherever else they are). You feel what their world looks and feel like; what their joys and sorrows are; and begin to establish a relationship that leads to the opening out of much magic and love. You will also feel how they feel about being the ‘black sheep’ of the family and what needs to heal around that.

In this third video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen talk about the process of working with, connecting with, and recognizing different aspects of self or parts or subpersonalities that we offer in SoulFullHeart. We introduce you to the Inner Protector, a usually masculine feeling energy, warrior-like, guarded, vigilant, and loyal. In our 1:1 sessions, we begin with this aspect as it is the Inner Protector who opens up access to all the other parts/soul aspects and has often been bypassed in other modalities. We guide you in a meditation to meet/deepen with this part of yourself through a visualization of visiting your ‘castle’, which represents your essence right now. We receive help and support from Divine Father and Divine Mother with their high frequencies of Divine wisdom, Divine Masculine and Feminine, Love, and help with the Ascension process that opens up your heart space and supports your Divine Self.

We guide you to connect with, visualize, feel, and talk with your Protector in this meditation. Opening out this connection with them leads to more negotiation and navigation of life and more open-hearted experience of it.

We share about how it has been challenging to access the emotional body due to natural protections that exist within us to block us from it. Awakening your emotional body is key to embodiment of your Divine Self during this phase of Ascension and has only been possible in this current timeline. In the meditation, Divine Mother and Father join us with emotional body and heart-based frequencies that can hold space for emotional digestion. Your Inner Protector is invited as well and we journey to connect with your emotional body, as represented in visualization as a river.
