In this thirtieth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the transition from being a member of your birth family to a lone wolf to moving into soul family/mate community.

We share about how the lone wolf has been a necessary individuation phase for many awakening souls as they move out of birth family 3D anchors, self image, and roles. Yet, now the lone wolf within is being invited to move into the catalytic growth grounds of soul family community and sacred union. We share about our own personal experience of living in and leading soul family community for many years and the gifts/challenges it offers.

During the guided meditation, you as your Divine Self journeys to a circle clearing in the back of your castle grounds and invite your Lone Wolf to come forward. You connect with them and get more sense of what their resistances/fears may be to moving into community and/or mateship. You then have your soul family to join you to form a circle around you and your lone wolf is invited to move into the circle with them.

In this twenty-eighth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about your sacred union within and the importance of feeling the dynamics between your inner masculine and inner feminine.

We share about the possible configurations of our inner masculine and feminine, such as Inner Protector and Inner Teenager, and how healing these can open up intimacy in all relationships, complete suffering loops in relationships, and much more. Rather than projecting out to others, you can experience empowerment through this inner exploration and resolution.

During the guided meditation, you connect to your inner masculine and inner feminine, however they show up in these moment. You invite them to attend a dance ball held within your castle, inviting them into an experience of union in that moment.

In this video, we shared about:
*How the Inner Son, expressing as either the Inner Child or The Inner Teeanager holds the key to our sensitivity and vulnerability.
*How their ‘arrested development’ as psychology calls it, is not something wrong or to be fixed, but rather a portal back to our spring loaded essence, without which, we are left compensating in all of life for that missing essence.
*How our birth Father can leave us with a template of a bully, an impotent/absent dad, or an idealized false God, ‘perfect dad’ leaves us with a template that we need to then sort through to cultivate a healthy relationship with Divine Father

In the guided meditation portion of the video, Gabriel and Raphael lead you to reconnect with your Inner Son and Inner Father to begin a reconnection and healthy differentiation with you holding the space as your divine self.

In this twenty-fifth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator Raphael Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Gabriel Amara as we explore Sacred Masculine Awakening in this second of four videos within the Deepen Series

In this video, we discussed:
*How a human embodiment requires purpose and meaning and how needing purpose and meaning isn’t some ego attachment to be transcended in the name of a higher frequency or some kind of spirituality.
*That we are created as and by purpose and meaning and that our journey is ever ongoing in remembering that, discovering that, and how that changes as we move through ascension. We are not out looking for a purpose, but rather remembering the one encoded deep within.
*We spent some time feeling what a 4D expression of purpose and meaning can take on a big warrior kind of stance battling for freedom from the tyranny of the oppressors from whom we must wrestle back our freedom, and then compared that to what to a 5D expression of purpose and meaning looks and feels like in contrast where we move into a love-ambassador stance of being.
*We also discussed what role a community plays in purpose and meaning, how we can’t really embody purpose and meaning in any way as a lone wolf, even as we all have phases of needing a lone wolf kind of experience.

In the guided meditation portion of the video, Gabriel and Raphael:
*Lead you into your purpose and meaning room, where you find your personal akashic record imprint of your purpose to see what you are ready to see and feel.
*We then looked at a future self version of you expressing in purpose and meaning.
*And then we felt the gap between where you are today and where your future self is expressing.
*We then exited this room into the full light of day to take in the light codes to support this awakening.

In this video, we share about your Inner Ursula, who is a false feminine/wounded masculine hijack by the Matrix, and is named after the Evil Sea Witch Character in the Little Mermaid movie. We share about how Ursulas show up in ourselves and in our lives (through the women in our lives) with the lower frequency energies of manipulation (both subtle and overt), competition, judgements, vindictive/bitterness, controlling, and more.

The inner Ursula heals as you become a love ambassador toward her and create a bridge for her to experience Divine Mother forgiveness, become unplugging from the Matrix programming, and arise into her authentic expression.

In the guided meditation, you invite your Protector/Gatekeeper to lead you again into your ‘womb room’ down in the lower levels of your Castle. You connect with your inner Ursula there and start to get a sense of how she is plugged into the Matrix esp via your womb and if she is ready to unplug yet. You and Ursula are then invited by Divine Mother to submerge in her healing pool in a cavern nearby the womb room.

We share about how an intimate, vulnerable relationship between your Divine Daughter and the Divine Mother supports your sacred feminine embodiment as you heal this life trauma from your Mother/daughter experience and from previous lifetimes.

Kasha and Jelelle have held many women’s group calls together exploring these topics through teachings, guided meditations, and taking in sharing from female participants on the calls.

In this video, we share about the parts of you representing your Inner Daughter and your Inner Mother, plus the dynamics between the two of them. We share about how the internalization of your relationship with your birth mother opens up deeper access to feel the maturation of your inner daughter and your mature feminine essence. We can often be caught up in loops of tension and polarization between the Inner Daughter and Inner Mother, recapitulating our relationship with our birth mothers and limiting our sacred feminine growth and embodiment.

We also share about how the Inner Mother gives us a sense of deeper compassion toward to birth mothers, understanding of how you relate to men and sexuality (as a reflection of her templating), and a bridge to Divine Mother. Your inner daughter holds the pure essence of your sacred feminine which is able to merge with the Divine Mother into an arising sacred feminine Queen expression.

In the guided meditation, you invite your Protector/Gatekeeper to connect you with your Inner Daughter in her room within your castle. You then bring your Inner Mother into the room with the Inner Daughter to get a sense of their relationship dynamic with each other. You are then both inviting to join Divine Mother in Her healing garden outside of the castle and to submerge into the waters of her healing pool.

In this nineteenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Jelelle Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Kasha Rokshana as we explore Sacred Feminine Embodiment over the next five videos. Kasha and Jelelle have held many women’s group calls together exploring these topics through teachings, guided meditations, and taking in sharing from female participants on the calls.

In this video, we share about what we mean by Sacred Feminine Embodiment, which includes healing the masculine frequencies within us, the template/modeling from our birth mothers, hijacking of our womb/sexual power expression, unplugging from the Patriarchal matrix, and connecting/letting in Divine Mother. We talk about how challenging it is to feel the authentic feminine essence within us as she is so often deeply protected, hidden, and covered over by layers and layers of masculine expression.

Through a process of negotiating and getting to know your inner masculine (including your Inner Protector and Gatekeeper), you are able to open up access to your inner feminine through initially connection with a younger feminine such as an inner child/inner teenager. Yet, eventually, your sacred feminine essence flows through more and more as you also become the embodiment of the Divine Mother.

In the guided meditation, you journey once again to your Castle and ask your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper to join us there. Your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper shows you to where they have most likely hidden your inner feminine. You begin to connect with her, inviting her to join you outside the Castle in Divine Mother’s Garden and to take a bath in cleansing waters in the garden.

Light Body Activation Guided Meditation: Video 18 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this eighteenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the Light Body activation process that is occurring during Ascension as we shift the proportion of light within us. We share about how to activate your light body through detoxing from 3D energies/foods through fasting, clearing/activating your Ascension Chakras, and breath work/yoga/pranayama.

There is a ‘death’ occurring of our 3D body vessels, a mourning process, and letting go as we move into our higher dimensional bodies. We also share about how the relationship with your body shifts from shame/judgement to more loving acceptance and Ascension symptoms are also lessened through this activation process.

In the guided meditation, you connect with your 3D body in its pain, disease, death throes process in order to offer grieving space. Then, you tune into your 5D Light Body and begin the process of merging the two.
