What a journey finding and feeling our truest sense of self-worth is!

I’ve never managed to find anywhere outside of myself, in any outward validation or through mastering the exercises in any self-help book. The only place I’ve continually found a way to answer each layer of unworthiness that is revealed inside of me is by feeling. Not through force, but by feeling. Not through a silver bullet, but through an ongoing process. This process at times is very sober yet all the time it’s alive and moving through me with so much messiness and grace, both.

Our collective worthiness has so much feeling and healing to do too… our worthiness as all of humanity, as a Sacred Human family, and as powerfully big individual souls.

It’s the unworthiness of healing our deep existential fears and separation pain from the Divine, showing up so strongly now with the power of these times we’re in with peaking and eventually collapsing Matrix-based narratives.

We are worthy of the tears and fears of all parts and soul aspects of us being heard and felt.

We are worthy of opening our hearts to the Divine and to others and feeling their hearts open too.

We are worthy of the challenges along the way of letting in this love that is always available to us. It’s the challenges, after all, that remind us that it IS the journey that hold us in all of the letting go so we can let in what we truly desire and need from the Divine and others…

…with our worthiness continually healing and growing.

The process pays off in dividends… the love received lands deeply and transforms so much from within which it couldn’t touch before. We are worthy of this and of trusting this process.

We are worthy of letting in that we are loved through it all.

It’s up to each of us how we choose to embody this process, live into this ongoing journey, and embrace that it truly IS a journey which we are all on together… one humble step inward at a time.

Photonic Light Transmissions Through Solar Activity Assist With Our Ascension

With the accelerated phase of Ascension toward New Gaia that began in 2012, a significant shift in the quality and quantity of photonic light available to us started to flood into Gaia from the Great Cosmic Sun. This photonic light is streaming in to assist our bodies’ transition from carbon-based cells to crystalline, which is a key component of moving into more 5D consciousness. We are moving into activation of our ‘light bodies’, which is a common thing to call it.

Many more awakening souls are becoming aware and interested in how these Ascension energies are impacting them on emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental levels. These energies are coming in to activate our previously sleepy strands of DNA, which were ‘put to sleep’ as an aspect of the veil and Descension into 3D. We will go from using two strands of DNA currently as 3D-anchored humans to eventually using all twelve (and beyond) as we express again our Sacred Humanity. The ten lost strands of our DNA that were previously active before the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria that have been labelled ‘junk DNA’ by 3D science are being activated back into use by these Ascension energies. An important aspect of our Ascension process is the reactivation of our galactic DNA that forms a bridge to our Star Family genetics and to the expression of our Star Being DNA.

The Great Cosmic Sun is one of the download sources from the Divine into our galaxy that brings in Divine Masculine/Father energies of activation. The main way these upgrading energies are provided is through our sun and solar activities such as solar flares, geomagnetic storms and high solar winds, coronal mass ejections, and more. Receiving energy downloads through the sun is a universal experience in which all of life on Gaia is dependent and biologically receptive. The degree and depth that we can receive these upgrades from the sun is connected to our personal awakening process.

Our sun provides important sacred masculine activations to us that offer a boost and healing to our healthy masculine energies of clarity, right action, and service of love. Healing of the wounded masculine is an important aspect of Ascension, for both women and men. The Great Cosmic Sun is the ‘upline’ for these codes, which are then delivered through our sun and downloaded into our Personal Sun Chakra or Stellar Gateway. This is one of the Ascension Chakras, located about two feet above the top of your head or Crown Chakra. The next one is the Soul Star Chakra, connecting you to your Metasoul and other lifetimes. The final one is behind your head and called the Causal Chakra. This one is a bridge to galactic connections, Star Family, and your Reptilian Self. The Ascension Chakras serve as upgrades beyond the 3D/4D energy systems of the seven Chakras. Ultimately, as we move more into a 5D light body, our Chakras become a swirling and churning ray of energies without much distinct definition.

Codes are frequencies of sacred human upgrades from the Divine and our Higher Selves to assist and support our ongoing Ascension process. Codes can appear in the form of sacred geometry, images/visions, number sequences, etc. Codes come to us in many ways, yet codes that are delivered to us through the sun are the most accessible, universal, and able to be received on a collective level by all souls, to whatever degree they can let them in.

We are in a solar minimum phase, which means very low sunspot activity that is a normal part of an 11-year sunspot cycle expected to end in 2025. Solar energy hasn’t been offered as much through solar flares and Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs), although we have had a few of those. The main downloads and activations have come through high speed solar winds (up to 700 km/sec at times) as energy streams in from ever growing coronal ‘holes to make us whole’ on the sun’s surface. These winds are becoming much more common, often sparking beautiful and vibrant auroras in the higher altitudes. The Auroras themselves also contain important activations as a bridge of the cosmic to the physical, whether taken in etherically or in person.

Rather than being afraid of ultra violet (UV) exposure and the sun as we have been conditioned to be in 3D, we are remembering now how vital the sun is as a resource for us and our ongoing consciousness expansion. Letting in the photonic light sun codes and the prana (life force energy) they contain is actually food for our light body, especially accessible and comfortable at sunrise and sunset.

The sun will be an increasing source of awakening as we proceed forward in the Ascension process, with many people feeling that a significant solar flare or CME energy wave (often felt as a ‘rainbow wave’) will be the ‘event’ that moves us all up to a higher consciousness level at once. I have been offered that Ascension is more of a gradual process, let in by each soul at their own rate and pace rather than a ‘one-time event’ that changes all of collective consciousness at once. There is no question though that the sun is shifting and changing as a planetary consciousness and is a major source of awakening energies for us.

Common experiences with solar activations on the physical body are disrupted sleep patterns bringing tiredness or frantic thinking, along with more dense feelings of 3D as it gets pushed up to be felt and released. High speed winds can also create an off-balance feeling as the geomagnetics increase, putting us ‘off center’. Emotions of irritation, rage, distrust, and anxiety can be triggered by the sacred masculine solar activations too as the wounded masculine flushes up and out to be felt and healed. Sometimes, the winds can lead to the thinning of veils between timelines and more multidimensional access/timelines bleeding through.

Assistance in letting in the Solar energies comes from connection with your inner masculine in order to receive and let in the sacred masculine activations from the sun. You can do that through identification of your Inner Protector and other masculine energies of your 3D and 4D self, creating an inner Sacred Union, bringing feminine and masculine energies into balance. It also helps to activate and clean your Personal Sun chakra in order to allow the flow of sun codes into and through your field.

Energy Update: Class 3 Solar Flare Offering Upgrades,Body Symptoms

Energy Update: Been feeling BIG impacts on your body lately that have been shifting your sleep patterns, energy levels, period cycles (for women), hormones, headaches, discomfort, etc? Also emotional reactions, heightened emotions? I’ve been experiencing this intensely for myself over the last week and am just emerging out of it now. These symptoms can be related to and amplified by a significant Class 3 solar flare that burst from an increasingly active sunspot on the sun’s surface a couple days ago.

This flare has created high solar winds and a large CME that hit Gaia’s atmosphere today causing G1 level storms and sparking colorful auroras (pics of the flare and the auroras from spaceweather.com.)

Solar flares can be hugely activating in terms of lifting veils, DNA upgrades, light body activations and more. With the intensity of these magnetic frequencies, our physical bodies release densities and toxicities on the cellular level (as they need to). This has been occurring for most of us regularly and ongoingly in response to the sun for the last ten years, but it is amplifying now as we move into a more active solar spot and flare activity cycle for the next seven years.

We NEED these upgrades and activations right now as the Matrix agenda continues on with its latest war narratives. We need the sacred masculine energies from our sun as streamed in from the Great Cosmic sun to heal the wounded masculine hijack. We can trust the bigger need for these solar upgrades as connected to our ongoing Ascension process.

Not forcing or efforting your body into anything right now (even pausing on your regular work schedule or exercise routine if needed) is important during these upgrades. Sleeping as much as needed, even if much more than usual. Surrendering to what can feel like major inactivity and even purposelessness to allow what needs to happen on the soul level is important as well.

Finding Your Soul Tribe

Do you see yourself in some ways as different and unique from anyone else you’ve ever met?

Have you ever looked out upon the sea of spiritual offerings and spiritual teachers and the people in those communities, and just honestly said to yourself, I just can’t see myself being a genuine part of anything I can see out there?!

I have.

Prior to that, I have also found myself in long term settings and groups thinking I was there for life. I’d found the truth and that felt good to be settled around that, until that ‘nest for life’ became evident that the mama eagle was again making the nest prickly, preparing me to make a do or die leap from the nest, into a new world of flight.

Belonging and being a part of something larger than just myself was wired in me. That part I didn’t question. What I did come to question in community experience very deeply was where was the transparency, the vulnerability, and sometimes just where was the garden variety honesty in everyday life.

I knew I was being invited to become more and more honest with myself, but I wasn’t so sure the group I was a part of wanted that like I wanted it. The culture that we had created up till then was a different kind of social contract between us, and now, I was the one seeking to revise the unspoken agreements and sub-agreements within our dynamics.

I knew all too well, just from looking within myself, that people who believe they have thee truth are set upon preserving that truth, exporting that truth, feeling good about themselves for having found such worthy occupation and even divine calling.

I knew I was breaking a contract. The words of ‘I’m here forever’ had to be revised to mean that ‘you are in my heart forever, but I am called to journey outside of this precious home that has held me and you and us so beautifully for the time that it has’.

Not one person from within my known world wanted to join me in that kind of exploration. They remained true to the culture we had upheld so faithfully. And It wasn’t their time, simply like how for me, in a couple decades worth of belonging within something, it hadn’t been my time to look beyond its comforting confines. I grew and bloomed where I was planted; until I simply no longer could.

What came next however, was a deep despair.

I knew that if I found anything that just felt real, really real, transparently real, I’d be wanting to be a part of it. But whatever I checked out in the worlds of spirituality that I previously felt were way off in my watertight convictions about what was really true, I came to feel that the same kind of hiding from my former worlds was going on relationally and emotionally in the social fabric of these communities I considered being a part of. The frequencies may have been higher, and more evolved, and more sophisticated, and even more resonant in many ways, but I was stuck on this inescapable bottom line point of that unless we get real, with ourselves and in turn with one another, there really isn’t any hope for meaningful change, or any hope for truly having any fun for that matter.

I thought about how it might look to go forward in life, without really being much a part of anything deeper community wise. I didn’t like that feeling.

That’s precisely when I felt called to lead something new and to be a part of something new. I was surprised by seeing my lifelong focus of finding the right group led by others, within which I could really shine, in someone else’s container, seeing that arrangement have to be let go of, in order to say yes to something new, in order to say yes to a calling. As destiny would so beautifully have it, I was given a mate, Jelelle, with which to share and fuel that dream, and things unfolded to today.

But back to you for a moment, if I may?…

Where are you at? What are you feeling in your truth as you so graciously take in my truth? What are you doing with your own version of feeling (if that is in fact what you are feeling) that you can’t find a place you could fit in, with your honesty, with your transparency, with your truth, with your feelings of having outgrown previous settings and previous ways of being? What is it that you really want? I believe there is something apparent to you that you really want, and that something answers the rest of the somethings that need answering.

I’m saying all this to extend an invite to you, but honestly, it’s not really an ‘everyone welcome’ sign like the one that so unconditionally lovingly sits out front many churches, communities or spiritual groups. I know too much about what can’t work for me to make that kind of invitation. Everyone is welcome in my heart as my equal, but not to have in my active connection as it’s only through shared resonance around shared values that makes for a real connection. My invite is more exclusive. All of us, I feel, kind of self-organize into where we find deep and true resonance.

My invite today is more exclusive to those who share this honesty piece, this despair piece, this yearning for something different piece. My invitation is to come in closer in deep resonance and transparency in community.

What could shared resonance in shared community look like for you? How could your sovereignty be enhanced rather than sacrificed by being a part of something meaningful?

I may well be speaking to a single soul right now. I know this is meant for someone and maybe some more ones beyond that. But one is really all that matters, because the all is contained in the one, and the one is contained in the all.

On one hand, I don’t need you to be interested in my offer, as I feel a deep trust in the divine within that this desire in me, is destined to continue to be fulfilled, but on the other hand, unless a you, if not you, shows up to play, I have less with whom to play. I can’t be fulfilled as an island to myself. I need you. I want you. I’m not complete without you.

Ok, this is getting a bit deep. I’ll try not to apologize for my passion, and instead simply ask you to check into who I am, who my wife and I are as a couple, what we lead and offer, and beyond to who we are as a community, to feel if what you’ve felt rumble and resonate in you in my words today has any legs beyond remaining in a distant orbit in our galaxy.

I really do hope you find where you are meant to be where you thrive, flourish and grow like a weed, but with the beauty and bounty of a rose. I hope you get smelled and appreciated often, up close and personal, for your true fragrance. I hope a year from now, that you and those around you hardly recognize you for the aliveness that’s unfolded in you.

But please choose. For your sake, for mine, and all of ours. Nothing changes the world like your choice does and ongoingly finding your place.

A Love Story: Part Six (Self Discovery)

This last, and final, part of this love story shows the process of finally choosing myself. I gave my relationship everything I had, heart and soul, but ultimately I had to choose what I needed to feel whole, empowered, loved and supported. Love stories don’t always end in separation, and sometimes they even come back together. But the most important love through any kind of relationship is the love you have for yourself.

I have learned so many things about myself in each relationship cycle that I go through, but the biggest one I learned this time around is how I have related to my romantic partners. The biggest energies that present themselves are my inner mother and inner teenager. I have found that it’s so easy for me to feel like my beloved is my best friend that I can have comfortable fun around. The other moments are filled by my inner mother who wants nothing more than to make others feel loved and taken care of in every given moment.

These are beautiful parts of myself that have done nothing wrong, but limiting myself to these energies have prevented me from expressing fully as a woman in all of my layers and gifts. I’ve been more teenager and mother than I have lover and because of that, it’s been easy to keep others from becoming truly intimate with me. I’ve been working with these parts of me so deeply the last four months and I’m feeling such an incredible difference already.

I’m a day late to international women’s day but this felt like the perfect time to celebrate my decision to choose myself, to heal the parts of me that desperately need it, and to open myself out to the many layers of my sacred femininity. I’ve taken in the templating from empowered, caring, passionate, loving and incredible women around me to discover what being a woman means to me.

From now on, I will always be choosing me so that my heart can heal deeply enough to love others even when it requires boundaries, truth, patience and compassion. The divine sees all of this within us and knows we deserve it all, so now I’ll see it for myself

“You are NOT Alone,”: Message From Your Divine Self & Soul Aspects

These messages of support are coming through right now for those of us who need them! This one is from Your Divine Self, Higher Dimensional Soul Aspects, Galactic Aspects, etc:

We know it has been hard and IS hard in so many moments. Moments where you want to give up.

Moments where you want to ‘go home’. Moments where you are consumed by pain.

Moments where your heart feels like it is breaking. Moments where your tears fall and sobs shake your body.

Moments where the sky feels so dark and cloudy and overcast with unexpressed pains.

We feel you in this and we see you in this. We are with ALL of our hearts with you in this.

It has been so hard for you at times, this journey of forgetting, this traveling road of separation. This road has many curves and dips and turns.

We see all these with you, we witness how you crawl at times. How you lay low at times. How you feel like giving up at times.

Yet, your heart beats on. Your desire lives on. Your need for love echoes strong inside of you. You do not give up. Your soul carries you forward.

We watch you crawl through glass at times and yet you keep going until the way is clearer. You fight your way ‘back’ to your heart over and over and then, the fight rests and you are just moving forward because it is what you are called to do on your way to remembering.

We know that you often feel like you are alone. How you feel sometimes that no one else understands and no one else gets what is happening to you and how you are changing from who you used to be.

We feel for you and this struggle that you sometimes go through alone. We feel your loneliness and we ache for you in it.

Yet, this we offer……that you are NEVER alone. Your eyes may see no one else. Your heart may feel sad and alone. Your birth family might reject your changes and who you are becoming. Your friends may not come along. Your mate may not come along or get what you are awakening into.

But, you are NEVER alone. As we are always with you and we will NEVER leave you.

We feel how you sometimes think you are wrong or unworthy. How you feel that the struggle and suffering are what you deserve. And we want to offer to this part of you that this is NOT the truth.

You cannot do anything wrong. You cannot BE wrong. We want to offer to this part of you that you ARE worthy of love, you ARE worthy of awakening, you ARE worthy of connection.

We feel how you forget that you ARE love. You forget how you ARE infinite possibilities. You forget that you ARE infinite awareness. This forgetting was part of the process, the experiment, that we all agreed to.

We are here watching over you in the forgetfulness and we feel how you ache to remember again.

And, it is TIME for you to remember again.

If you are resonating with these words, then we invite you to connect with us. Reach inside for us. Find us INSIDE.

You don’t have to look outside of yourself. You don’t have to look to others, unless you feel that you want and need to. You don’t have to be at a special place of attainment or have special gifts. You are special just as you are. We are RIGHT HERE inside of you, ready and so eager to connect with you.

We are the aspects of you that you feel are ‘too much’ or you have forgotten or you have disconnected from. We are the aspects of you that are from and of your soul.

We are the multidimensional aspects of your BEing. We are your angel selves. We are your star BEing selves. We are your spirit guide selves. We are your Divine selves. We are your other lifetime-Metasoul selves. We are your shadow selves.

We are your councils of light selves. We are your star gates inside and your portals inside and your star dust selves inside. We are your crystalline body selves and your crystalline chakras merged into one. We are your merkaba and your inner gridwork connected to Mother Gaia’s new gridwork. We are your soul family waiting for reunion.

Connect with us and we become you. We merge into you more and more and in that merging the feelings of loneliness, the feelings of pain, the feelings of separation, the feelings of unworthiness, the feelings of despair and suffering, the feelings of wanting to die….ALL of it can and will move with this embracement.

And someday, we will become ONE, more and more, and your sense of you will keep changing and changing until you don’t really have a sense of you anymore as you just ARE.

You just ARE the Infinite Love and Possibilities and awareness that you were meant to be in human form.

We love YOU and we wait right here for you, inside you. Come and get us with an open heart and we will become one again.

For all your brilliance,
Are you willing to also live it out?

For all your wittiness,
Are you willing to be in the unknown?

For all your fire,
Are you willing to soak in still waters?

For all your empathy,
Are you willing to also have compassion?

For all your mistrust,
Are you willing to feel what trust may offer?

For all your compliance,
Are you willing to dig deeper and ask ‘why’?

For all your belonging,
Are you willing to risk standing alone?

…these questions we ask without judgement
To serve and bolster your deeper awakenings,
Your Divine Self’s deeper embodiment,
And the discovery of who you are,
Who you always were,
Yet chose to forget.

Here to serve your upliftment, we are.
As we also hold you in your downtrodden states.

Here to love you, always, we are.
Even in those questioning moments
Where it feels like love cannot possibly exist.

You are embraced
Held
Loved beyond measure of fame, fortune or wisdom.

Loved even in your compliance to the structures that lay dying,

Loved even in the foggy times of unknown choices,

Loved as much in your dying times as your alive times.

With so much of your truest essence in our hearts…

I feel this landing in my own heart as a way to remember compassion for myself and all souls at all times.
