So excited to share this one! This is a guided meditation that I recorded two days ago during these intense ascension energies to help you to bridge to them, activate, ground, and integrate. I got much clearer during this meditation about what I am calling the ascension chakra vortexes that are forming to seemingly replace as an upgrade the previous seven chakra system. Raphael Awen, Kalayna Colibri, and Gabriel Heartman were in the room with me during the meditation and share their experiences afterwards too! Jelelle Awen guides you in a meditation to bring in and connect to the current STRONG ascension energies of March 2018. You may fall asleep, feel emotional, feel quite activated or kundalini energy moving through. Jelelle introduces you and connects you to what she feels are the chakra Sacred Human vortexes that are forming in response to the Ascension process, to replace the previous outdated 3D/4D seven chakra system. You connect with your Personal Sun Chakra, about two feet above your head. This chakra is part of the ‘Sun Chakra Vortex’ that includes the merging of the Personal Sun Chakra, Soul Chakra (about one foot above your head), Causal Chakra (behind your head), and Crown Chakra. This chakra vortex provides inspiration, higher timeline possibilities, and Sacred Masculine Activations. Jelelle also shows you some hand positions and even yoga poses to connect with these chakra vortexes.

You connect next with the Higher Heart Chakra Vortex that includes the Crown Chakra, Third Eye, Fifth/throat Chakra, Fourth/Heart Chakra and Third Chakra (that moves from personal will to service of love based). This is a big piece of Ascension and in the energies that are being offered right now from the Divine. You connect your Personal Sun to your Higher Heart to activate your Galactic and Unity Consciousness Heart.

You then connect to your Gaia Chakra Vortex that includes your Third Chakra, Second Chakra, Root Chakra, and Earth Chakra (about one foot below your physical feet). You feel the grounding cord that connects you to Mother Gaia’s energies in all moments. This chakra vortex allows for the grounding of Divine Feminine energies into your ‘lower’ chakras that usually so need them.

As you connect your Personal Sun to your Higher Heart to your Gaia chakra vortexes, you can then feel your 5D Sacred Human template becoming activated and pulsating with love. This is an overlay and template that more and more becomes YOU as you embody your humanity and integrate and ground the ascension energies into your body.

Activations And Integrations – Day 13: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle, Raphael, Gabriel, And Kalayna (Video)

In today’s video, Day 13 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, we share our previously scheduled monthly group call teachings and sharings. You are seeing the first 35 minutes of the call with sharings from Raphael Awen and I, plus SoulFullHeart Facilitators Kalayna Colibri and Gabriel Heartman. The rest of the two hour call that the participants experienced offered a guided meditation plus space for individual sharings.

In this video, I talk about the 1:11 codes/information/uploads/downloads/activations that are still coming in to support your ongoing metamorphosis process. I feel that the Divine feminine energies represented by the two Supermoons this month at the beginning and the end. I offer more about the caterpillar/cocoon/butterfly versions of yourself as a model of what is happening during transformation. Then, Raphael shares about the ongoing disclosure process with star BEings and what it might bring to our personal metamorphosis processes and how much it will change our daily lives. He also talks about his current process of accessing Guides, Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and the integration of these energies that feels very real to me.

Kalayna and Gabriel then both share about the current ascension energies, integration of these energies to activate their highest timeline service of love, and their processes with parts of themselves and with each other in sacred union. They connect how they experience life from the SoulFullHeart perspective.

Energy Update: Pituitary & Pineal Gland UPgrades And Activations For The 11/11 Portal

I slept 12 hours last night…the second night in a row in which I have done this. This is after resting all day and taking a deep, pass out nap at some point yesterday. The body DOES seem to be asking for rest right now as it IS already receiving downloads from the 11/11 opening and is being prepared to receive more. I was offered by my guides/Metasoul aspects that is worth it to rest for a couple of days to prepare to be ‘changed’ then to resist it or fight it with more DOing. To ‘take time off’ to prep and then receive what is being offered right now will be worth it if you feel guided to do that. Making space for the next couple of days for this process allows you to maximize the benefits of what is being offered.

The parts of you that might resist may be feeling a sense of fear about the unknown around all of this. A sense of concern around where all this headed or going. To have your physical body and very often emotional body impacted/charged/in what can feel like suffering can push up desires to block or at least modulate what can be experienced. Negotiation with the Inner Protector part of you esp. can allow for more sense of trust around the process and surrender too.

The most deep and needed activations as we go forward are related to our Pituitary & Pineal Glands. These tiny, often ‘forgotten and de-energized’ and calcified in 3D glands are turning into snowflakes of crystalline, acting as receptors and translators and integrators as we move into 4D and higher frequencies. Their activation into higher vibrational frequencies serves as an important bridge to the fuller embodiment of our higher selves, activation of all that missing DNA, unplugging from the 3D matrix AND the 4D matrix/karmic cycles too. They are key aspects of the light body shifting process, along with the opening of the crown (and higher up too) chakras.

We are all chatting in the SoulFullHeart Community about various body preparations we are experiencing as we go into Saturday’s portal opening of 11/11. We all live in the same building, yet different suites with Raphael and I in one; Raianna in hers, and Kalayna and Gabriel sharing one together. We see each other quite a bit obviously, usually at least once a day, yet often our main communication is through google hangouts. The messages are flying this morning around various body experiences we are having.

Current Energies Activating Your “Not You” True You

The You that is Not You is getting lit up. Highlighted. Sparked by deep, layered activations in the recess of your True You. The holes in the Whole are gurgling, pulsing, calling. This can come out in so many significant ways that may be interpreted as a simple “this” or “that”. There is nothing insignificant about anything anymore. Never was. The physical symptoms, the sensitivities, the frustrations, the questions, or the sudden collapse of relationship and livelihood.

It grows deep within you. The connection of your Highest Self back to essence. Not to merge back into forgetfulness, but to experience the Dual Consciousness of I As All and All As I. These seemingly random occurrences are Remembrance pains. When these bubbles make their way to the surface, they off-gas into your waking consciousness causing shifts and movements. They can create havoc if you don’t have a means to hold them in a greater context.

Breathing through them is one way to let the energies find their ground within you. Self-loving acts of rest and pleasure can aid in this. They can be beyond mind and our current available consciousness. The work is being done on a much grander scale. There is also much to be felt within our capable and readied hearts. There are messages coming to us that are meant to shake things up that kick up emotional triggers in our 3D and 4D self. Our 5D nature is making its way into the fold and that creates a tension within.

It is not a press, mind you. But an offering that is hard to ignore. With each step Gaia makes, with each opening and integration the collective experiences, the more we are coming closer to what we have always been and yet have forgotten. In that forgetting there is a pain and a fear. There is a lot for our inner parts and soul aspects to feel and release. For those that have signed up for this, it can be quite a crucible to navigate all the energies coming up. The feeling that what life used to be like is not what is meant to continue.

There is a way to be with all these rumblings. This arising awareness. The pain that it may be causing. It is a process of feeling the parts of you that are these bubbling pockets of Not You (Anymore). It is a guided path of “selves discovery” that is meant to bring you back into Wholeness. Into the space of deep feeling and healing. Into a sacred relationship to yourself as Essence and to another as Union. Traversing a subconscious terrain to integrate and express all that is wanting to come into and out of you.

Eclipse Accelerates Ascension Process And Activates Highest Timelines: Conversation With My Arcturian Guide/Aspect

Hustle and bustle ‘behind the scenes’, in the stars, in the skies, as preparations are ‘being made’ for the total solar eclipse today….this is what I am seeing as I connect to galactic energies in this now. There are many Star BEings AND the human alliance gathering together, an alliance formed of humans who have ‘been in the know’ for very many years, conscious of contact, and collaborating with benevolent Star BEings to bring about the disclosure process to the collective at a rate and pace that we can digest and handle.

Binkh, my Arcturian guide/aspect, comes forward to me and she presses her three, long fingered hand against my fleshy human one. She then draws me in to touch third eyes together and I am transported to the ‘heart’ of the eclipse activity from above. It still stuns me how full of star ships the orbit of Gaia is and how we have been cloaked from seeing this with our ‘eyes’. The orbit is is packed today in witness of the ‘show’, just as it is getting packed with humans below, coming together in pilgrimage to so many grassy and green places along the belt of visibility in the U.S. to view the complete eclipse.

“What is really happening today, Binkh? On a galactic level and how does it relate to our ascension process?” I ask her as we float in the orbit together, not sure that she’ll give me a ‘straight’ answer to my questions, but feeling, as always, her deep love for humanity’s process and progress.

“This is an ordinary event from a cosmic or celestial perspective. Not rare at all in the bigger perspective of multiverses. Yet, to humans, you are giving it much meaning AND you are looking for meaning too in it,” she says. “The ‘fact’ of it is uniting you together as ONE to share the common experience of it. It is THIS unification and coming together that is offering us an opportunity to accelerate your ascension process, for those souls who are ready to let it in.”

“What is this acceleration about? Continual waking up of our DNA? Activations? Light Body Upgrades? Emotional body purgings and healings? Easier Metasoul access with less veil?”

She nods, with a gentle smile on her face. “Yes, all of that. Your connection with this sun is very profound. You have a relationship with it. You all ‘believe’ in it because you can ‘see’ it. That opens up your minds to it. That opens up your hearts to it. Your bodies too. You open up to it. So, in the moments of the eclipse, you become more receptive to the codes and information….the LOVE that we are actually always and in all ways offering you. You are turning the frequency UP of this love and light because you are turning your attention to it. Since you are all very powerful conductors of energy and ARE energy, you each become portals, channels, receivers and transmitters.”

“Parts of us can relax and let in. It’s like we are watching a movie, entertained by the cosmos, a receptive audience, yet I get what you are saying too about us becoming transmitters too.”

“Yes, Jelelle. Some more receptive than others. Some more ready to be transmitters than others. However, ALL higher selves/soul selves will be rejuvenated and supported by these codes. All those consciously awakening will receive support for the manifestation of their highest timeline and purpose on your Gaia at this ‘time’. They will be transmitted the experience of this timeline as it is already happening. They will ‘see’ the movie ahead of time, you could say, of what their life is meant to be. You have been experiencing this process these last couple of weeks. Feeling and seeing your ‘highest future’ and receiving clarities and intuitions about next steps toward it…..from the small steps to the large ones.”

“Oh, yes, I so have been! Just this week we have received clarity as a community about which geography we need to be in for our highest timeline to manifest. Along with mourning, intense emotional body processing at times to purge out and let go of the old timelines. This brings up for me how it is our free will choice as individuals if we will choose love over fear, if we will choose our highest timelines or not. If we will bravely claim what we are here to do and BE. If we will unite with others in commUNITY or continue to feel separate, isolated, and alone. If we will feel our emotional bodies and our hurting hearts or suppress them.”

“There is a timeline where you are all already free. You are already ascended. You are already sacred human. You are already living out your highest timelines. Yet, like a recently released prisoner, you may still remain attached to the bars, comforted by the cell, familiar with the confinement. We offer you the energies to see and feel that you are already free and how and what level you digest that is up to each of you.”

I feel a wave of admiration and gratitude move through me as I feel how many advanced and beautiful star BEings are connected, concerned, and patiently witnessing and helping with humanity’s process of collective awakening. They are so genuinely and deeply ‘rooting FOR us’ and connected WITH us…it is very inspiring. I feel again how Binkh is an aspect of me….not an ‘outward’ guide outside of me, yet an aspect of my Metasoul. In my connection with her this way, I am able to feel how the Arcturian consciousness is available to me in this now.

Whatever ways you choose to let in the LOVE codes being offered today through the eclipse, open your heart and soul to let in the vision, sense, feeling tones of your highest timelines. Feel the tastes of your sacred humanity in manifest form in service of love AS Infinite Love. Feel the textures of galactic and angelic support that are there in the now AND inside of you, accessible in all moments and offered in always and in ALL ways as you remember you are already ascended. You are already free.
