Energy Update: SOULar Flares Offering Next Level Activations/Purging 4D Energies

Energy UPdate: MORE SOULar flare activity from the active sunspot that I shared about yesterday. This was a BIG one. Depending on how you react to ultraviolet energies, you may have felt this enter into your energy field and the purging energy afterwards….probably while sleeping, as most of us were during this time.

During dreamtime, I experienced a dark energy swirling around me. I kept offering that “I do not fight’ and ‘cannot fight’ these energies even as various weapons were being ‘handed’ to me….and eventually it went away. This could have been a surge/purge in the collective 3D/Lower4D matrix in response to this influx of higher frequency light. Continuing to offer peace, compassion, and ambassadorship energies allows these energies to move through and transmute to love.

Bliss waves, Kundalini surges are also so possible right now with the 5/5 gateway and the support of this SOULar activity too. Grounding in Gaia can HELP to ground the extra sun energy into your body and chakras to receive the high energies WHILE the karma/trauma etc energy moves through.

Raphael and I walked and sat in the trees yesterday and they helped us to ground in the energies through our earth chakras connected to their network of roots. The Lemurians (Inner Earth now) have been helping us as well with Andara crystal love and lots of frequencies of groundedness, contentment, pleasure, letting IN goodness.

You may feel dizzy, out of it, in another dimension/timeline, floaty….should feel OK though as you lean into the activations that are happening NOW.

From spaceweather.com: “Big sunspot AR2740 is turning toward Earth and crackling with solar flares. The most intense so far registered M1 on the Richter Scale of Solar Flares. NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the extreme ultraviolet flash on May 6th (pic below).

Radiation from the flare briefly ionized the top of our planet’s atmosphere, producing a brownout of shortwave radio signals over Asia and the Indian Ocean. Frequencies affected were mainly below 20 MHz. Ships at sea and ham radio operators may have noticed the disturbance on Monday, May 6th, around 05:10 UT. This sunspot is a big one (especially considering that we are in a deep solar minimum). It is twice as wide as Earth, making it an easy target for backyard solar telescopes.”

Could this is a precursor to the SOULar flare Ascension event that so many have offered is going to take us collectively to the next level? Calibrating us to higher and higher levels of consciousness?

This is the update from yesterday, 5/5:

Last night 5/4, there was a SOULar flare erupted from an active sunspot, causing radio brownouts over the pacific ocean. This is unusual and rare in this SOULar minimum phase we are in, yet feels connected to the 5/5 energies coming in. A burst of 5D!

This active sunspot also caused a CME (coronal mass ejection) on May 3rd, although it didn’t head toward Gaia, yet rather into the atmosphere.

From spaceweather.com: “Returning sunspot AR2740 erupted during the late hours of May 4th (pictured below), producing a C2-class solar flare at 22:43 UT. Extreme ultraviolet radiation briefly ionized the top of Earth’s dayside atmosphere, producing a brownout of shortwave radio signals over the Pacific Ocean. Frequencies affected were mainly below 10 MHz.”

Unplugging From the Lower 4D Communities/Teachers/Relationship Matrix

You are your own mystery school. There becomes a phase in awakening when you no longer need to seek an outside source to guide you and remind of what those mysteries are. You no longer need to attend someone else’s school around this. You don’t need (even as you might enjoy them as a mirror) the channeled messages from other sources (from the light or otherwise) as you are connected to your OWN sources/aspects/guides from your Metasoul and star family. You remember your soul’s wisdoms and gifts as you connect directly with it (through connection with your Gatekeeper aspect) and your veil of amnesia lifts…what has previously been a mystery becomes clear again.

Some of what is presented as ‘mystery school teachings’ these days is still filtering through an outdated model of spiritual teaching anchored to many fear-based timelines. This outdated model is also what we could call the Lower 4D Matrix…or what some have called the ‘false light’ matrix. The Lower 4D matrix is still running on the fumes of fear-based energies, more polarized energies of good versus evil….a sense that there is something to battle and to protect yourself from. Spiritual warfare realities are from the lower 4D….the sense of battling the ‘dark’ for the ‘light’. If you sense a shaming and blaming frequency in a message or teaching, then there is still an anchoring/fusion to Lower 4D and even 3D aspects (such as the Inner Punisher) going on.

These lower 4D spiritual battle ground realities are VERY real to the aspects of your Metasoul (individuated soul source) that are experiencing them. These Meta sisters and brothers of yours may be ‘trapped’ in often very traumatizing timeline experiences of cultic groups, Artificial Intelligence, One Mind (mind control), narcissistic/controlling/manipulative leaders, etc. Some of these timelines are ‘ancient Egypt’, ‘ancient Greece’, dark and middle ages, Atlantis during the fall, Draco/Reptilian (not ALL though), some Orion, and many others. If you have Metasoul aspects in other timelines that are stuck in deep programming that keeps in place suffering loops of unworthiness, judgement/shame, abandonment/separation from the Divine/star family, etc….then their suffering will be bleeding into your reality in this life.

This bleed-through often leads to being drawn to these very same lower 4D energies playing out in this timeline. That can show up in narcissist/empath toxic relationship patterns in birth family members, romantic relationships and especially in spiritual communities and groups. Spiritual communities are increasingly becoming the WAY that souls are experiencing a recapitulation of the Lower 4D energies through experiences with non-vulnerable, controlling, manipulative even sexually abusive leaders that are ALSO caught in this cycle themselves.

This experience is needed by ALL the souls involved until it no longer is needed anymore. Some souls need to be activist and truth tellers for a phase about these Lower 4D realities and the corruption/manipulation/distortion of the ‘leaders’ within them. The waking up out of the Lower 4D matrix (the unplugging from it) is often a painful process of realizations, clarities, and advocating for your worth, your goodness, and your right to be treated with respect and sovereignty and equality. It needs to be lead by each individual soul and you can’t really ‘save’ someone from the experience of the Lower 4D mess/hell states while they are needing to be IN it.

This unplugging is often challenging because of how many timelines your Metasoul is experiencing this process on and also because the current mostly 3D consciousness collective is going through this too. The Lower 4D matrix can be quite ‘sticky’ in this way….difficult to extract yourself from due to how deep the entanglement can be in other timelines and collectively/archetypal. 

Connecting with your Higher Self, your star family in higher dimensional timelines, the Divine Mother and Divine Father DIRECTLY and PERSONALLY offers a bridge out of 3D and Lower 4D matrix realities. Healing the trauma from karmic cycles and patterns from this life and other lifetimes frees you up too. You can connect directly with these Metas in these Lower 4D timelines and help them to unplug, escape, and shift their timelines into higher vibe frequencies. This is a more direct way and much deeper way to heal the karmic wounds rather than just ‘studying’ and learning about these timelines.

As you experience yourself as the Divine spark that you ARE and the Infinite Love that you will eventually return to flows through more, you can separate and defuse from these matrices of control. They have served a purpose of offering polarized experience, yet you’ve now and finally outgrown them from your soul’s perspective.

So many more souls are now ready to move into total sovereignty and free will expression. It is your time to rise and shine? To allow YOUR own wisdoms, gifts, and remembered experiences to overflow from your self loving heart in service of love to those that may still need the mirror?

What Is The Violence Telling Us?

The latest attacks in Sri Lanka have left another gaping hole in the heart of our collective humanity. I could feel my own initial numbness to it as “just another day in the news”. I really didn’t want that to be the case, but it can be hard when tragedy seems to strike in so many different places. I don’t take in too much of the details as I can get be a lot to let in, yet to feel what it is that is going on in our world, in our Heart.

We can’t help but to be affected by each of these acts of violence. They shake something deep inside of us even if we are not paying attention. Our soul knows what is happening. There is an underground river of despair that runs through our shadow. This despair can foment into so much need for resonance. Anything that makes one feel that they are not alone. There is a community that forms around this wound, this need for acceptance, purpose, and empowerment. The manifestation of this level of violence is a reflection of this depth of this pain.

Even the Lone Wolves seek audience.

We are a global community in need of feeling loved. Feeling like we belong to something greater even if that ‘love’ shows itself as violence. We have something deeply guarded in all of us that finds its way to the surface in one form or another. No policy, sanction, or security measure can heal that. It can mitigate it but not truly transform it. The only power we have is Love.

It is healing locally to shift globally. Nothing gets more local than you. What lies in each of us that is seeking our love? What violence still resides inside? What does Love truly mean to you and/or parts of you? Getting away from the chatter of the news cycle, the despair, and the rage, gives us a chance to go within to feel where Love still has its work to do.

I feel this as a sober reminder to myself that there is more to feel. More timelines that are recapitulating and recycling back onto the world’s stage for remembrance and reconciliation. Where do I live in all of that? What is still afraid to be seen in fear of retribution? This is the deeper work of our personal power and responsiveness to ascension.

Heaven is felt into, not fought for.

Living And Healing Into Trust

Trust is one of the hardest things to lean into when it feels like the world around you and/or inside of you is collapsing.

We are comprised of so many experiences that can point to the opposite of trust and thus induce anxiety and despair. This is a big ship to turn around. The energy can be thick and soupy. Yet, when you come to meet this energy inside as a PART of your BEing and essence, a larger container comes to provide a breathing space of compassion and curiosity.

Parts such as the Inner Protector, Inner Child/Teenager, Inner Mother/Father, Gatekeeper, and Metasoul aspects contain a plethora of feeling data that can shed light on this distrust. It is also contained in the collective.

As you begin to unravel and heartfully feel these parts and aspects, within the space of another open-hearted experiencer, the clouds of this distrust begin to give way to the deeper Trust that lives in ALL of us.

What would life look and feel like if you could fully lean into that faint voice of intuition, passion, and desire?

The more you can lean into that and divest of any particular outcome, life takes on a whole new organic and sacredly mysterious quality that can only serve your highest well-being and purpose. The root of this begins where distrust lives and breathes…inside the heart and soul.

Energy Update: Gaia/Schumann Spike Pattern On The 17th Continues

Energy UPdate: Continuing the pattern of Gaia/Schumann resonance spikes around the 17th of the month, we’ve been experiencing that today April 17th (at least in this hemisphere) with spikes up to 84 HZ for eight hours and counting…..

This is the third month in a row that we’ve had significant surges in Gaia’s base frequency around this date from the norm of 7.83 HZ. Last month, it went up to 150 HZ at one point! The one on February 17th lasted 24 hours and went up to 67 HZ.

Some have connected this Gaia activity around the 17th with the Q-anon consciousness (17th letter of the alphabet) and the disclosure process that is going on in 3D/lower 4D of some very dark realities and timelines. It definitely feels possible as this political matrix is very ripe for ongoingly moving out of secrecy, distortion, and manipulation…and into more love, compassion, acceptance, forgiveness. Increasing vibrational frequencies support the revealing of all that is in shadow that needs healing and love.

You probably felt this frequency increase in your physical body today such as in a tiredness and sleepiness you can’t quite explain. And also increased intuition/clarity even with some brain fogginess. I didn’t notice it for a little while as I got such a deep transmission of very grounding tree codes yesterday. Being in Gaia yesterday feels like it really helped ride this wave and calibrate to the NEW vibe of Gaia. It feels like the trees transmit this new signal as the magnetic poles continue to shift and change too in response to it. Trees feel like they help anchor the new grids.

Whatever ways you can ground with Gaia is helpful to calibrate to the new baseline here….plus raising your frequency through ongoing trauma processing from this life and other lifetimes to keep unanchoring from those stuck fear frequency places rooted in 3D woundings.

Much has been rumbling in both 3D and 4D consciousness this past week especially, supporting a process of ‘unplugging’ from another layer of attachment. Energy Update: Schumann Spike Supporting Ongoing 3D/4D Matrix Unplugging

Energy update: We are a couple hours into a Schumann/Gaia frequency spike wave….heading up above 50 HZ, as it did yesterday as well for about an hour. I experienced my usual head/neck tension this morning and more difficulty going into deeper sleep states last couple of days, which sent me to check the Schumann graphs to see what was going on.

I feel this head/neck/shoulder tension still as an activation in the causal chakra (back of the head) that is connected to galactic consciousness activation, galactic DNA waking up, star family lineage reconnections. Gaia’s raising vibration supports this realization and waking up to our Star BEing entwinement and how deep it goes into our ‘history’ here on Gaia.

This galactic activation connects to the significant next level unplugging that is going on from the 3D and lower 4D matrix structures of control that have long been in place, as I’ve been sharing about this week. We’ve been connected/attached to these structures by our own soul’s CHOICES to really drop into the 3D experiment here.

Your 3D self may be MORE than ready to completely unplug from these, as is true for many souls that have been awakening for awhile. This ‘next level’ unplugging is really also identifying what areas of your life are still anchoring to more 3D frequencies of fear (undigested trauma from this life and other lifetimes), anxiety (lack of trust in Divine will), depression (block in expressing your soul purpose creativity/service), etc. I offered this guided meditation to unplug your 3D self to the next level here:

This catalytic time offers a ripeness for personally exploring where parts of you are anchored still to 3D conditioning/patterning in this life in the seven areas of life (emotional, spiritual, mental, physical, financial, social, and environmental) and ALSO other lifetimes/timelines too. Deepening Or Rewriting Our Inner Story Is The Process Of Ascension

The narratives by which we live and subscribe to are meant to be challenged in order to feel whether or not they continue to resonate with our deepest sense of self and love. These challenges can arise from our own self-led explorations, or by circumstances conspired by our Higher Selves that may feel like explosions in our lives.

Either the narrative deepens or it shifts. I don’t know if we can be without one. It is what brings us to our deepest meaning as human beings. It is what we give our energy to and what we get back from it. It is like a story you are writing, reading, and invested in at the same time.

We are also stories within a story. Narratives can conflict with one another or they can align. When they conflict there is a visceral sense of something being off or it can manifest in a wild physical and emotional ride. Our current and past timelines are those stories that are wreaking their own havoc in this life and are looking for some reSOULution, some relief from the fear, suffering, and pain.

Taking the time to examine and reread these stories with compassion and a willingness to feel them helps to disengage from those storylines that no longer serve your highest needs and worth. The rewriting process takes time in order to re-engage into something higher in the service to Love.

What stories are being written and read from within? 
What are the ones that you would like to see shift?
Which ones are hard to read and even harder to write? 
What would your Greatest Story Ever Told feel like?

These are questions that can be answered with love and support when they are ready to be read and loved by another in service of your next chapter or novel.

Liberation From 3D/4D Timelines Possible NOW

Rumbles in lower 4D are really increasing in the last week. These rumbles look like rebellion and liberation, each individual soul and Metasoul aspects/soul fragments choosing what that liberation will look like. There is an opportunity to ‘unplug’ from the matrixes that have been created out of fear and resistance during this phase of polarized experimentation. This unplugging leads to more experience of resonance, love, soul purpose fueled bigness and trust in Divine Source.

The unplugging is unique to each soul aspect, yet, too, there are collective elements that are in place. For many years, I have seen in myself and in others various ways that we have plugged into these matrixes. The Matrix movie was right on about the back of the head plug that is put into the causal chakra. The causal chakra connects us to our star family, galactic consciousness, light language, activation of our star DNA. This causal plug specifically seems to connect to the 3D matrix that we’ve all chosen (on a soul level) as our playground….and yes at times feels like a prison for our multidimensional expression.

The unplugging from this 3D matrix can be done in meditation. As you walk into a room with others plugged in and ‘find’ your 3D self. You can see if your 3D self feels ready and negotiate the dissolving of the plug with much love. If you are reading this, you are probably unplugged already. All this is a soul’s choice when the time is right. In that way, it is not a ‘trap’ or a ‘punishment.’ I’ll be sharing a meditation to do this tomorrow during a live stream at 10:00am PST here on Facebook. Another hookup to the lower 4D seems to be to a dark, swirling energy of AI (artificial intelligence) connected to the Archon/Reptilian/Draco consciousness of One Mind. In sessions, we have dissolved this One Mind fusion through connecting with the soul aspects within it. Not all Reptilians are connected to this, many are liberating themselves, including aspects of my Metasoul, that are leading the way for others to choose love. One Mind (hive mind) is deep programming and conditioning that feels almost impossible to release from as it just IS. This is different than Unity Consciousness, which is the higher vibrational 5D and higher feeling of being all part of Divine Source Essence.

Unplugging from One Mind happens as you connect with your Metasoul aspects that are plugged into it in their timelines. Each Metasoul aspect has to choose to sovereignly disconnect from it, which is a huge choice for them as it is all they have ever known. Many of these Draco/Archon aspects illicit fear and animosity in people, so approaching them with much love and compassion in your heart allows them to free themselves.

This liberation is happening on many timelines right now such as Egyptian, ‘Ancient’ Greece/Roman, Essenes/Early Christianity, Lower 4D Atlantis, Avalon/Camelot. You may be dreaming of these timelines and finding yourself drawn to research them. These are not in the ancient past, yet have a strong vibration in the Now (energy is always in the Now) which is why you can feel them and are drawn to them.

There is huge support from higher vibe Star BEings (such as Arcturians, Pleaidians, Sirians, Andromedans, Avians) to help those that are still in transition out of this 3D/lower 4D reality (us, Orions, Grays, Zetas, Vegans).

Going within your own soul to liberate your soul fragments with MUCH care and love to form a relationship with them allows them to ascend and awaken out of these 3D/lower 4D timelines. This is not just about regressing into their trauma points and scenes as a ‘past life’, which is so much the common approach. You can BE this ambassador of love, reuniting your soul again, with HUGE rewards and gifts in this exchange as you commit to actually forming lasting relationships with these aspects of your soul.

NOW is a time of accelerating transition and choice points of love. Choose your higher timeline and it will choose YOU. No one else can do this work for you. It becomes more and more of an honor.
