Energy Update: All Are Being Invited To Wake Up!

“All are being invited to WAKE UP!”…..one of those messages I received that feels like a newspaper headline broadcast from the Divine Source News Station that we are all connected into as souls. ALL are being invited to awaken to the remembrance of this connection and to All That Is and to No-Thing-Ness too. ALL are being invited to awaken to their sacred humanity, the embodiment of their higher self (a higher dimensional fractal from Divine Source that we ‘left behind’ when we came into human body here) along with the maturation of our emotional bodies and healing of our soul legacy experiences from other lifetimes.

The invitation for this waking up is coming primarily in the form of increasingly higher vibrational frequency love and light waves that we’ve all been feeling the effects of, in the last six months especially. The schumann resonance (which can read more about here: http://themindunleashed.com/2017/02/schumann-resonance-rising-reflect-higher-consciousness.html) has been peaking at 120 lately….THIS IS HIGH! We are still adjusting as it rose from its consistent 7.83 HZ to 15-25 HZ in 2014 and now THIS level, which has never been experienced in our history of recording it. It seems to be a sign, some ‘physical proof’ of the higher vibrational frequencies that are caused by and are helping to cause the awakening of humanity beyond our previous chosen caps, traps, and matrixes that limited our consciousness.

Our DNA is waking up too, those sleepy strands that we put to bed after the fall of Atlantis (which is actually STILL happening beyond the linear time picture). Waking up DNA gives us access to so much more of our capacity as Infinite Creators, Infinite Awareness, and Infinite Possibilities in human form. Waking up DNA helps us to remember, connect with, and integrate our multidimensional aspects that exist in the NOW, waiting to infuse us with expanded capacities in all areas.

Our bodies continue to adjust to these increases, upgrading from carbon-based to crystalline frequencies, transforming into light bodies at the cellular level. Our adjusting bodies ask us for connection…for us to feel and hear and respond to what their shifting needs are. To be able to sleep when needed, especially, as that creates a ‘reboot’ and integration time. To connect with nature seems to help our bodies A LOT through this transition. For me, it has been daily trips to the beach, to bury my hands and feet in the sand, take in the sun codes, feel the salty water and ocean breeze. If I had access to forests, I would walk in the trees, put my palms on the trunks, connect in with their root systems. Even meditating, journeying to scenes with nature and the five elements can help right now. We offer many guided meditations with these settings on our SoulFullHeart Experience You Tube Channel.

The increased level of light waves seems to create a sense of being juiced on caffeine, like there is all this EXTRA energy somehow if you tap into it from a soul place. It provides juice for creative projects, service of love projects, and clearer communication and access to the bigger picture and vision around these projects. For me, I have felt like I am constantly being downloaded creative ideas to respond to….I am getting better at navigating these downloads so I can also rest, meditate, feel the priorities, respond to service, be and feel balanced.

“ALL are being Fast Tracked!” is the other Divine Source news headline. Gaia is being Fast Tracked, so of course so are we as her human guests. Fast tracked seems to mean an acceleration of the soul awakenings that you’ve been experiencing as your consciousness raises out of 3D reality processing and into 4D. Decompartmentalizations and bursting bubbles too that your 3D self may have created around your awakenings. The previous compartments and bubbles that ‘held’ the awakening from creating a rumble or changes in your life can be dissolved and collapsed FAST right now with linear time meaning nothing in terms of actual processing and digestion and decision making. Your soul is being supported to burst out of ANY container and express through you in any and all ways possible that serve love.

All this changing and transition brings our attention to our emotional body and the aspects of us that are still anchoring into ‘past’ traumas and pains, freeze frame stuck there with feelings of fear, resistance, being lost, disconnection, anxiety. These aspects of us NEED our growing awakening self (our soul infused self) to BE with them, to feel them, and to bring them into the current with us, into the now with us, into the new timeline with us. ALL are being invited to wake up and to fast track this awakening. To enter this higher vibrational frequency timeline means letting go and most likely collapsing the one you are currently living. Shifting with love and inner negotiation into this NEW one with a NEW earth experience with an increasingly mature emotional body, experience of a deeply nourishing inner and outer sacred union, a light-based human body, and an inhabited frequency of our sacred humanity. A timeline which offers us increasing experience of our essence as Infinite Love walking, talking, and BEing here!

The Awakening Of The Sacred Masculine Heart

Awakening.  That word elicits so many different responses from so many people.  We know it is becoming aware of what we have been conditioned to believe as True.  We have chosen to fall asleep to our infinite power.  We squirreled it away somewhere so we can learn new experiences while on the way to remembering.  For some that path has been laid out with some pretty intense crucibles and circumstances.  All that were chosen by us to serve something in us that we just can’t seem to see yet.  But then one day that just changes and life as you once knew it, no longer holds the storyline that was attached to it.  YOU just popped a stitch and the pants no longer fit or even make sense to wear anymore.  

You are now seeing and feeling life differently.  Maybe you have been on a journey already and all of a sudden there is another moment of awareness that presences itself and you find yourself in need of something more still.  No matter where we are on this evolution of consciousness, there is always MORE to live into.  We are not static beings.  We need to keep growing, keep deepening, and keep widening our field and experience of love.  There are so many energies that we have available to us, withIN us, that can lend us the support necessary to guide us to our next places.  But sometimes those voices can be muted or even blocked by an energy inside of us that is protecting us from that MORE.  We cannot see that ourselves because we are not able to.  Maybe even not meant to.   We are drawn to circumstances and people that can mirror this to us.  Our Higher Self is working overtime with patient persistence.

I have been digesting the difference between women and men when it comes to recognizing when a certain timeline is just done with them.  It is not that more women are awakening, as it is they are just making choices that support that awakening.  They reach a tipping point sooner and seem to search for those that they feel can trust to begin this diffusion from the suffering.  This doesn’t mean they don’t have resistances, they are just more willing to make that first step.

The spirituality side of awakening feels lushly inhabited by both genders with all kinds of access points to our Divine and Cosmic energy.  Knowledge of ancient teachings, scientific discoveries, and powerful intuitions and downloads. I have such a hunger and curiosity for it all.  It is all a part of our human experience.  But then there is the emotional side of awakening.  The one that is inextricably tied to our human heart.  It is the center of what it means to be alive and human.  Not just spirit only.  There are so many examples of spiritual leaders that have deeply painful emotional existences.  This has a huge affect on those they are leading and serving.  There is an integrity of heart and soul bigness that qualifies our Sacred Humanity.

The human heart is a grand frontier too!  So much of our ability to experience a rich celestial life is found in our ability to experience a rich emotional life.  This is found with a YOU to YOU phase of independence and watering your own self-worth.  But as that fills up it naturally wants to find its way to others through service and sacred romance.  Those that have been serving may need a time of going in to feel their human heart again.  A time in which the only service is to YOU and you alone.  Or there is a time when a need for community and growth relationship is next on your spiritual docket.  It is all evident in where you feel stuck, paused, or ready to rock and roll.

To get back to the gender aspect, I feel that it is the domain of the vulnerable heart where men have found themselves in a status or frozen state.  A lot happening in the soul domain but his heart has been sequestered for the fear of feeling all there is to feel.  This holds true for all of us, but again more women are taking that first step into integrate BOTH the heart AND the soul into one clear expression of sacred human femininity.  The reality is, is that they are more spring-loaded for it.  They are more adept at the terrain of the winding winds of emotion.  And this feels like what will spark the heart of Man to go into what he needs to to match the growing tide of awakening women.

This does not make Man less than.  There is a LOT in our collective that we are working through in our own personal hearts.  As one man begins the journey toward emotional healing, it paves the way for others.  It affects the collective archetype and it begins to shift into a new arena of what sacred masculinity might look and feel like.  But it takes the desire to want something different and MORE.  To acknowledge that there are parts of us that are not in health and need healing because we can just feel it.  I believe men have been hugely affected by the journey into 3D but it IS what we signed up for.  Our next Hero’s quest is that of the heart.  To stand in our own power and self-worth.  To arise again into our Kingly stature and call to our counterpart Queen who is waiting for our arrival.  Together we take our bodies and souls with us into the New Golden Earth that is awaiting our full return and remembrance.

I am on that journey within myself and others.  Together we call to other men who feel that something is not being fully expressed in their lives.  That they know there is more to life than just being aware. It is to be fully alive in ALL areas of your expression.  It is a cavalry of vulnerable and impassioned leaders of Self and Consciousness.  To claim all that he wants from livelihood to brotherhood.  From wisdom to courage.  From romantic to ecstatic.  It doesn’t have to be done alone.  It was never meant to be.

Your Demons Are Angels Unheard

In this moment I feel you.  I feel you because I have been you.  There are voices, or intense energies, that just don’t seem to leave you alone. They permeate your BEing, making themselves at home with your mental body and wreaking havoc with your emotional body. You are becoming aware of so much around you. Being as sensitive as you are you pick up on it and it just finds its way INside. Sticking to the stuck places that have yet to be felt and unravel. It can be literally overwhelming. You may be even experiencing intense anxiety over what is going on inside. Wondering how you will ever get any peace of ¨mind¨. It is a daily life of maintaining your sanity in what feels like an insane world.  

The thinning of the veil is elucidating your most hidden places. The ones you thought you had under control or weren’t even aware of. The contentedness is slowly losing its hold on your emotional reality.  What I want to offer here is that there is a life-line. It is to actually go INsane.  Which in this way means to go “into the healthy”.  In our fear-sided consciousness, we have turned away from going into the deep emotional as the Holy Grail of our greatest gift to ourselves.   

These energies have been called our inner Demons.  They have felt like a haunting to some.  An intense barrage of thought and emotion that have medicated by all sorts of prescriptions, whether drugs, or sex, or anything else that has aided as a distraction.  Some may just be living with it trying to “get by” as best they can.  I want to give a voice to these “demons”, for they are actually your unheard and unfelt angels.  They have a message to deliver to you and you just haven’t had the means to be able to actually hear without being overwhelmed.

What is needed to navigate this seemingly intense geography is a container and a map.  For many men, and of course some women, there is this uncertainty and fear of going into the deep chasms of pain.  I know this one, because I have lived it. I questioned whether or not if I popped the lid open on the underworld whether would I ever make it back.  I feel how in the masculine there can be a rigidity in the going in.  Some pre-programmed resistance.  While on the outside there is an illusion of strength, the real courage comes in feeling what hurts and appears terrifying.  

Believe it or not there is a YOU there that can hold these intense energies that bring you to states of discontent and despair.  You just need someone to reflect that to you so you can feel it.  There is also separating this YOU from the overwhelm that occurring on the inside.  In your essence as Love you cannot be these energies.  You have just fused to the part of you that has identified as this.  So much that it has just felt like you.  I also want to offer that all this intensity is also not….all…yours.  You are a sensitive angelic soul that is being birthed into your true essence as these ascension codes continue to come into our energy field.  You can feel the collective ache that mirrors that which is yours, which is why it feels so HUGE to you in the moment.  

I have walked through this place a few times in my process, learning the hard way sometimes that the intensities inside are there to inform us of a deeper soul ache.  We are a fractal of a larger MetaSoul that contains the legacy of our journey.  When you are sensitive to that it can be a lot to hold and you need to be given a way to be with it.  As you grow this more solid YOU that is watered by a space-holder at first, and then by you and the Divine, you are able to hear the messages and receive the gifts of this previous hell.  

You are not crazy, or going insane.  You are becoming very sane.  You are being gifted with your soul’s calling and the messengers of Love.  You can choose what messages to take in and when, for you are the lead in this new world you will have created for yourself when you have taken the first step to go in and feel all the parts of you that have a voice, and that need you.  In session space, I hold the center for you until you are able to feel it on your own.  To feel the difference between what your true voice and energy is in contrast to the one that is not.  In time you can hold these energies and have the map by which you can give them all the love they need and deserve.  For your service they will transform from demon to angel and provide you with a portal to your beauty and power as a Sacred Human Awakening.  To feel a self-love previously unfelt at anytime this life.  To open up to new romance and a world of unending possibilities.

I know that may feel like it isn’t possible.  Again, I remember.  But with one step into trust and a desire for more than what you are feeling now, it will return itself back to you what you put in it. I know who you are and I am here to serve you the love you need to love those beautiful demons.

Coming Undone When Love Has Won

Deep guttural tears.  Floodgates open to let out what has been constructed to hold back the fear.  The realization of the part of you that had been holding the interface to your relationship to 3D.  It IS your 3D self.  Trying so hard to manage and keep up a charade that it has grown so weary of keeping up with all the ways in which you were not fully in your heart, or expressing your needs.  This personalized self that has been the default operating system for as long as you can remember.  As long as it can remember.  

But as the tide of Love`s widening and deepening reach makes its way to your shores, the outpost of your most defended heartland, cracks in the facade begin to take root in the foundation of your BEing.  It come into your awareness over the course of time or hits you square in the gut in one fail swoop.  This part of you, the one so trying to stay afloat above the fear and the pain of not being the real deal, of all that lies underneath in the murky depths of its existential quandary, has started to lose its grip and can no longer maintain business as usual.

When you have enough of a YOU there, this part can let go into that.  Even if it is just enough you to lean into the Divine, something is being held in Grace.  A container for which the matrix of the former interface can come undone.  Undone from all the doing.  All the pretending.  All the trying.  It is a shedding of an old and tired energy.  One that needed a lot of propping up to manage its day to day survival.  This only comes into awareness as the love inside you begins to feel the Love that is already here and has already won.  It can not be ignored for it has already claimed you.  You are just working your way there.

The increasing frequency of light is pressing ever so much into the crevices of your needed healing.  Of what really needs to be let go of so that you can let in more.  The more that wants to drown you in its goodness.  But the Not Goodness needs to be felt first.  But when held in sacred space, this pain is actually a relief.  The part of us that has put itself up front to do life actually feels the blessing in it as the balm of your love and that of the Divine give the necessary medicine to heal and integrate.  

As these days continue in their upward spiraling, the more you will begin to feel all that needs to be felt.  This is why it is so important to have a way to hold this space within you.  To feel yourself just big enough to hold the pain and the fear allowing it to have it needed time and space without becoming it.  It is one that can be felt within yourself and within community.  We were never meant to do all this alone even as this can be such an individual process at times.  
As the dust settles, the digestion is made over due course, a new feeling of awareness and clarity of Self arises.  Not that we are truly done by any stretch, but we are another step closer to BEing the love that we were always meant to be.  To experiencing the true gift of our own inner union and sense of wholeness.  To open up to new relationships and sacred romance that bring us new layers of healing and deepening the waters of our cosmic ocean of wonder and ecstasy.  This part of us is forever honored and revered as it held what it needed to until it was no longer serving our inner rising tide of greatness.  Days go by and it will feel like a dream.  But for now, it is a sacred time of blessed messiness and coming undone in order to come home.

The Fellowship of the Kings of Heart

I have a continued calling and desire to keep writing and inviting others to feel this archetypal King energy inside the hearts of all men.  This is even true for women, as they have their own inner masculine energy that has protected their inner femininity from fully blooming for the most noble of reasons.  They too can be healed to a King that helps to become to a counterpart to her arising Queen.  For men, it becomes one portal into our deepest essence as a sacred human in masculine form.  

I can’t help but to feel a loneliness that exists in the Heart of Man.  An authentic desire for deeper connection and resonance.  So much of our connection can be in the mental body,and if it does transact in the emotional body there can be some deep resistances to becoming too intimate.  There is a dearth of authentic, intimate templating that we have been exposed to, at least in my past personal experience.  I always felt more comfortable being more emotional with women than with men, but seemed to find more heart sensitive men to have relationships with when I did.  But there is another level of vulnerability that we never seemed to cross.  We stayed in a contracted frequency that had some nourishment but not a lot of growth.  

As we find ourselves on ever-changing timelines and raising frequencies, we are being exposed to our deeper needs, desires, and the pains that follow them. We are being moved into experiences of remembering more of who we ARE in our most authentic Truth.  As men, I feel how their is a desire to share this within community that can find itself to lean more toward mental digestions.  Or there is a heartfelt ache to connect in heart space but there may be no one around to really understand what is moving through you.  Or you may be blessed a beautiful sweet spot and are desiring more to join you.  

I feel that we are being called back into our most heart-open leading edge of service and leadership.  One that starts square in our hearts to feel all the places where we feel alone, forsaken, guilty, unworthy, confused, or in doubt.  There are many different textures and levels inside of us that desire to be felt and for some it can be a lot to hold.  The heart is seeking feeling and to be reunited with its soul.  Its King.  It seeks to be made whole and then expanded out into the Cosmic Heart of Humanity.  To lead others into the glorious NOW of our deepest gifts and magic.  To fly in the jetstream of Golden Consciousness with an untethered mind free of the energy that kept it in the dark spaces of our pain.  This is what I feel we ache for.  I least my heart and soul does.

And I wish to do this with other men in a fellowship of leadership.  We have such a huge part to play in this arising new golden era of consciousness.  To help heal the All by going into our One.  To reclaim our brilliant kingdom within full of passion, vision, and creativity.  We permit ourselves to live the lives of the Kings that we ARE and encourage and challenge each other lovingly to this grand place of masculine relationship.
I have experienced this with my good friend Raphael Awen and so much want to share this experience with other men.  I loved my male friends dearly, as brothers of heart.  I found myself on a new timeline, but feel them at times in my heart.  

This is a show of desire to be in a bond of like-hearted souls that have chosen to fully inhabit their desire for growth, healing, and building an Empire of Love.  I feel a new care and expanded heart for men everywhere, regardless where we are at on our quest.  I would love to serve the hearts of those so drawn to this fellowship and leadership of Heart.  I claim this inner kingdom for myself and long for you to do the same.

The Springing Of A New You

We are on the cusp of another equinox.  Leaving the longer, darker nights of the      winter´s season.  The phase of our cycle that had us going in.  Into our more darkened corners.  It was a time in many cultures when not much could happen externally due to the cold weather.  So it was a time of reflection.  It was also a time of destruction.  Life itself was taking a long slumber.  Letting go of all that had been alive and returning it to the earth.  Much was dying in order to be reborn.  

But now after much darkness and stillness, the light itself is finding its way back to a fuller state.  It brings with it more awareness and a warming balm.  That which was uncovered in the shadows becomes the seeds for new growth, new possibilities.  The days are longer in radiance and there is a renewal and clarity in the air.  Rains may come and go to bring the love needed for the integration and sowing to take hold.  You are being born again, and this time the roots are bigger and stronger.  More closely aligned with your truest nature.  

These inner cycles can occur at any moment and at many times.  They occur in an hour or over the course of a year.  With each passing turn of the wheel, something deeper arises in you.  Some more determined.  You are done with what used to be considered ¨usual¨ and are moving into a new season of authentic.  Or another layer of authentic.  A more You than you ever thought you possible because you now hold the key.  The willingness to see where you have been compromising and permitting.  To not hold judgement but compassion for why, but now no longer need or desire.  

You see the 3rd dimension in the rear-view, the sun setting on this old way of seeing and BEing.  The old connections and patterns that no longer serve.  It was the winter of your unconscious heart and now the birth of new life inside sees a new vision of how it could be, how it was always meant to be, and currently IS.  New life is blooming inside and the rains give way to the freshness of air, the clarity of sight, and the magic of rainbows.  There is a kNOWing that all will never be the same.  There is a birthing of new relationships, new geographies, and new sense of inner fullness and peace.  Storms come and go but the roots are firmly in the ground.

The High Summer of our New Earth lives inside you.  Being showered with LoveLight daily as you clear that which has blocked your leaves from its sustenance.  Your RISE higher, with each influx of saying NO to that which no longer serves, and YES to that which fuels desire and dreams.  It is the Love that you are made of that now imbibes you with the will to BE HERE NOW.  Flowing with the winds of your lover´s heart the tune of your galactic symphony.  
The cycle will soon no longer be for you will have entered a new river of existence.  A previously forgotten world of divine inspiration and circulation.  The time of No Time and the swirl of pastel colors among the sea of a starlit stage.  A time of Love´s eternal grace that recognizes it never began and can never end.  It the dawn of a new season of the Sea of Sun.

Anchoring To Fifth Dimensional Frequencies As You Remember You Already ARE

“You’ve been anchored to the fifth dimension since the beginning of the year,” the voice of my guides/higher dimensional aspects/spirit ‘team’ offered to me this morning. They got my attention because they aren’t usually so specific with me, although this is not a surprise either what they told me. There was a significant shift in the degree and depth of phototonic light PURE love juice available at the beginning of the year. These light waves have activated in an even more intense way those of us signed up to be way-showers, ‘weed whackers’ as I like to say, trail blazers. This energy has created a sense of being ‘fast tracked’. Sludging through mud for years in a quiet, disinterested room has been my experience and now it is easier, smoother, with much more interest and reSOULance and the ‘room’ has expanded to feel like a vast sky of possibilities.
 
The start of a ‘new year’ isn’t real, on one level, yet to our linear minds and 3D selves it is VERY real and symbolic of change, transition, and growth possibilities. This is the energy of New Year’s resolutions, of wishing and wanting for MORE in life, or for life to really BEGIN. The mantra I received from my guides at the beginning of the year was “a year beyond fear”…for me, this meant acknowledging that there still IS fear (although not much anymore, I admit) and yet it is about moving BEYOND the fear in order to serve love. It was about ‘putting my voice and teachings out there’, to share my writings especially and then sort of ‘stumbling on’ the soul gift of voice transmissions, light language, guiding meditations, and video transmissions and sharing those more and more. None of this is strategic, I don’t have a ‘sales plan’ for SoulFullHeart. I am not THINKING really about any of this. It is literally just wake up and see where the Divine creative flow takes me and where responding to interest from others takes me and where LOVE takes me.
 
Serving love is BEING anchored in the fifth dimension or New Earth or Golden Earth (that’s what it has been called for us in SoulFullHeart and I like the feeling of it, a golden earth, a honey love Gaia experience.) Serving love IS serving self too….the two are actually NOT separate as more and more the service of love is just who you ARE. I am experiencing less and less ‘me there’ in terms of an active personality or persona and more an ENERGY of serving loveness in every moment, whether with myself, with others, with Raphael, with animals, with my house, WITH everything, WITH life. Even ‘sessions’ are becoming not any different than any other moment in the day, just maybe more a concentrated experience of serving love. In PURE service of love, there is no self in the 3D way or even 4D way of parts and personas, there just IS an I AM that is offering, being received, and being in exchange. This I Amness is without self consciousness, without personal tracking or filtering, and without self monitoring….this IS an incredibly freeing and wonderful way to BE in the self and with others.
 
Being anchored to the fifth dimension feels like a connection to a home frequency that cannot be broken or severed or gone back from. “There is no going back now” sounds a bit ominous but it IS actually reassuring because when you are in this place you don’t WANT to go back to lower frequencies. You dip down in moments, you learn what dips you down or pulls you down and you set different boundaries……although these are needed less and less too as you just ARE your current highest expression and you INVITE others to join you and they can feel who and where you are and stay away if they don’t want to raise UP to join you. Your energy sets the boundaries, love offers the boundaries and it dissolves ALL boundaries as well.
 
In those that I have served love with recently in what we’ve called ‘sessions’ I can feel how their anchoring to the fifth dimension, while still in process of deepening, is just THERE because it IS who they actually ARE as INfinite Love. AND, it’s who you just ARE too. You are ALREADY THERE on a soul level, your higher self is certainly there already and much higher too. And there is ‘no there there’, so to speak, as it is not a place but rather a consciousness frequency to be remembered and embraced more and more deeply.
 
So, parts of you may feel like you are NOT there, that you are dipping down or pulled down many times a day and even for days or weeks at a time. And, maybe you are still connected more to 3D and 4D reality consciousness or really parts of you are still connected on the levels that are subconscious to you (until they become conscious.) You are maybe still very in 3D consciousness at your job or way you ‘earn your livelihood’. Or you are 3D consciousness with your family, friends, and romantic partner. Or with how you relate with money. Or how you relate with body. Maybe you are MOSTLY a protective part energy a majority of the time, mostly guarding your heart, who is definitely connected in some ways to 3D reality.
 
Yet, STILL you are anchored to the fifth dimension and beyond as your HOME frequency, as your home bandwidth, as the tone you return to when out of the body. This is the frequency of your higher heart, your cosmic heart, the heart chakra that vibrates higher and higher and expands OUT to others and to the WORLD and to galaxies even more and more. So, yes, there are some how’s to anchoring to the fifth dimension in terms of how to EXPERIENCE that you already ARE anchored to it. The main HOW (at least in what I am here to offer) is to connect with and defuse from the energies and parts inside of you that are clinging to 3D consciousness still. AND to make life changes to transition to a higher consciousness in ALL areas of your life so that your I AMness can just BE and flow through all areas with out dips downs and back ups again. Mourning Dawns: The Gift Of Letting Go

You have been made Aware.  You SEE and FEEL how life is so much more than what you have been conditioned to see and protected to feel.  You cannot be made unaware.  You can choose to ignore, but it is always there.  You may not have anyone to talk to about it, or, as much as they want to, they just can’t understand.  You continue to learn more, to understand more, to feel more.  The Light presses upon what is no longer serving this new, yet stillborn, YOU.  It can be okay at times.  Just letting it unfold in its due course.  Other times it can be painful as hell.  For some it can be existential and down right scary.  What is it that can help this uncertainty?  

Going into the geography of your heart may find you are at the end of a line….a timeline.  An old way of being able to pull it all together to get through each day.  There may be a moment when you finally realize the two worlds…just…don’t…jive.  These could be relationships to people, things, behaviors, and thought patterns.  Whatever it is that is not aligning with your Highest Desire and Inner Knowing.  There is a rub between what you feel needs to be done to continue growing and how a part of you feels about that.

This can be a difficult process and the heart of what it means to live in 4D consciousness.  There is a bitter-sweet feeling about it.  There are bridges to burn, ropes to let go of, and chords to cut.  In SoulFullHeart this is held as a sacred and negotiated process in compassionate concert with a part of you being held in heart space by this arising New You and the open heart of another who has been down that road.  There are ebbs and flows.  Baby steps and great leaps.  All in the timing set by you, your Higher Self, and the parts of you so invested.  The more emotional energy invested the more negotiation needed.  

When the time eventually arises that a choice needs to be made for your greatest good, the space both before and after is big.  It is a time to take stock of all that the relationship has meant to you, whether it be a romantic partner, a family member, a friend, a suffering loop, a drug, a food, or anything else under the sun that holds this energy.  It is a time to feel what was learned, and what will be lost.  This is the Mourning Time.  This time has been held with much grace and honor across cultures.  It is a phase in which you fully enter the pain, remorse, or any other feeling that comes up in order to fully exit.  It is not a one day deal in many cases.  The mourning is a process just like the one getting to it.  But the more the mourning is inhabited, not with suffering, the more the relationship can be honored and made sacred.  

This is a time of reflection, feeling, music, writing, sleeping, crying, laughing, remembering, and a plethora of other actions that arise to honor the space.  All of it is important and beautiful.  The amount of reverence given to this period the more reverence is given to what is to come.  The rain washes away the smoke and soot of the fire to reveal the dawn of a new day. The air is fresher and the possibilities are endless.  That is the gift on the other side.  But it is one of great price to these parts of us who have held on for so long and for good reason.  These continue to happen throughout the journey in our ascension, and the more we go into them the less they will occur as we keep the spiral going IN and UP.  

I honor and admire all of us that have been through this, are going through it, and are approaching it.  This time can be the most memorable of all as markers into your New You.  It is so incredible to be able to go through it with others that have been there and feel the true courage it took to make these challenging choices.  I hope to be a witness to them in any way possible.  It is the magic of death and rebirth that fuels the propellers of Life.

A Time Of Great Choosing, Fear Or Love, Happening In The NOW

This seems to be a time of great choosing. The greatness relates to the scale of it, the collective invitation that it IS, and, also, the depth of greatness that can be chosen through this process. This process is a sorting through and a sorting UP and a sorting OUT. An individual choice……species by species….whether to choose love or to choose fear as the main process ground of each individual’s consciousness reality. Each individual choice impacts the collective WE, of course, and yet the degree of impact feels like it is going to lessen significantly as the two groups (and maybe many more) sort out and diverge and splinter off.

To choose fear is to be in a shadowed place, a place of cloak, veiled existence, and not seeing clearly. It is a choice to remain asleep or to go back to sleep. Even souls who have identified as ‘awakened’ will be brought to a personal place of choosing love from a more pure ground, beyond unaware ego, and beyond self image attachment of their 3D self. They will be invited to feel into the source of their awakening and soul growth and if it is pure…. based in love or based in fear. Many may be surprised to feel that there is still unhealed shadow and even much fear within them that needs their love and attention, especially if they have bypassed this heart healing to soar in the skies.

Some souls still need this process of fear depending on what they have ‘signed up’ for to learn and grow. They need longer to ‘bake in the dark’, longer to drift, longer to be lost in the fog. This is not wrong and we can respond with love to them, not fear them or judge them because they are needing to make this choice. It is a sacred choice to remain in fear, a difficult one, and a sovereign and sacred one. One that we have ALL made many, many times in our soul’s journey.

For those of us choosing love (and you probably ARE or you wouldn’t be open to reading these words NOW), it is our phase of going in AND stepping up. Trusting more deeply that we are HERE in this NOW to serve love and to offer a way that is based on love. Choosing our emotional healing as a priority (for which the soul awakenings hold the space) and REALLY feeling all that blocks love flow in a very conscious way. Going in to our hearts and feeling how they are……seeking help and support from those who have been focusing on the healing of the emotional body as a key aspect of ascension.

It has been a struggle for those of us awakening and choosing love……perhaps for most of this life and other lifetimes too, yet, with this transition phase, it seems like it will get easier in some ways and already is. We will draw more and more other souls who are choosing love too and fewer and fewer who are choosing fear. We will move into leadership positions that fit us and ALL that doesn’t serve the purpose of serving love will fall away, almost without effort other than to digest what comes up in emotional reaction to these changes.

This seems to be a time of diversion. Timelines diverting off based on the choosing of this primary energy processing grounds of fear or love. This diverting energy looks like one of those overlapping freeways with on and off ramps going in different directions and streams of souls going down one flow or another.

For those of you sensitive to the cosmic grids (and your own inner grids), you may be feeling this branching off, diversion, sorting through. It can feel awkward and uncomfortable. It can show up in emotional reactions that are burst outs or lash outs or damping downs. It can manifest in body symptoms as a last pull down in frequency from parts of you that might still have fear. And that’s ok, the only energy that heals fear is love, so loving the parts of you that have fear AND the manifestations in your body is important right now.

What is eaten in the body seems to be VERY important too and was emphasized to me strongly this morning during the meditation journey where all this was offered to me by my galactic guides and aspects. Sugar is toxic and lowers the frequency for those of us choosing and showing love’s way, as is white and wheat flour, as is corn oil, alcohol, and meat. You make your own choices based on your body and process, of course, yet this guidance felt and seemed true for me and to me.

You can go visit the scene of this diversion and sorting if you would like to. It seems that those of us tuned into the violet flame energy (which is a merging or union of feminine and masculine frequencies in its new arising crystalline form) are very much needed right now. I was put in a position to form an energetic love bridge between the Reptilian “One” mind (which is diverting with many of them choosing love as I have written about before ) and the human “I” mind.

Yes, there have been many contentions and ‘battles’ and perceived enslavements between our species (we cannot truly be enslaved on the soul level as we choose ALL that we experience) and yet, we ARE them and they ARE us, so this was the energy inside of me that bridged between the two. I felt much move in this space for those souls who are ready to move into a love-based picture around reptilians and out of the old battle energy. Many reptilians feel not ready to choose love (along with many human souls) and so will go into a working through fear reality. The reptilians who ARE ready to choose love seem to have a beautiful, tropical planet in another galaxy to go to. And, those of us humans choosing love, get to experience more and more Gaia as a heaven as earth as our reality shifts to higher and higher frequency timelines.

There is much more I could write about all this, yet I’ll pause for now, and let this digest and perhaps reSOULnate with you as it will and as it is meant to. The one other piece I felt was that this violet flame energy (which really seems to represent sacred humanity in the moment as an arising energy of possibility as we ascend with healing hearts, bodies, and souls) can clear whole grids of fear at a time and dissolve inner matrixes as well. Ultimately, it is just another representation of the POWER of love to heal. As we embrace our CHOICE of love deeper and deeper and surrender to where it takes us, we experience the gifts of its healing and transformative power in our lives and in the collective. And it is not just a choice made once, yet over and over, moment by moment….

Leaving The ‘BattleGround’ To Create A ‘LoveGround’ With Archons, Self, Others, etc.

Leaving the timeline where we are battling anything is the timeline of Golden or New Earth frequencies. Battling on the outside stems ALWAYS from battling on the inside. Violence on the outside stems from violence on the inside. A battle and fight from one part of you to another (usually subconscious but sometimes not) is what creates the feeling and need to battle on the outside. It is always our choice to go to battle….starting within, this is easy to feel that this is our choice. Starting on the outside, it is harder to separate from the feelings of ‘needing’ to battle against injustice. Yet injustice is exactly that……INjustice. Justice is found from and grown from within.

If you ‘come at’ something, anything, people or issues, with a battling energy then that something needs to respond to you with battling energy back. Battle energy attracts battle energy. Of course it does, how could it draw anything else? OUTrage is the expression of unhealed rage from within (which is usually truth telling that has been suppressed). YET….if you INVITE something into love, with love, held by love, then you attract a NEW possibility of love. Whatever it is MAY choose not to respond in love back to you….it may choose battle, yet your energy is still love coming from love. You are not changed or impacted by their battling response, unless you choose to be so. It will bounce off of your love bubble unless there is a deeper process for you to feel as a reflection of a suppressed part of yourself.

Many teachers and healers are offering that we are in a ‘battle’ right now…..good against evil. Humanity against the archons or reptilians or Annunaki or pre-Adamites (many names, same energy projected onto them). ‘We are at battle for our every heart and souls!!’ they decry. ‘Keep your frequency up AGAINST these archon enemies so they don’t put implants inside of you or mess with you or haunt you or hurt your body!’ I understand that is the timeline they live in where this IS the truth for them. Yet, this isn’t the timeline that I want to create or be part of. I am being guided differently from inside of my increasingly higher self embodiment, healing emotional body, and soul rememberance.

I visited the supposed ‘frontlines’ of this ‘battle’ today during meditative journeying (or immramma as the Celts called it). My star being aspects came with me as did my angelic aspect/guide Metatron. I expected somehow to see blood, guts, and very negative energy as the light battled against the dark, like a scene in some blockbuster action movie. Yet, of course, that wasn’t what was shown to me or what my soul drew. Instead, the orbit of Gaia became a beautiful, golden beach that I associate with 5D (and higher frequencies). On this beach, I met my Archon aspect named Shana. She was a beautiful reptilian with yellow, slanted eyes, and lizard skin. I remembered suddenly then that I had connected deeply with her before when we were living on our remote ranch off-grid for eighteen months. I had been digesting learning about the Archons and their ‘history’ with humans since before the fall of Atlantis. I had been digesting reading about their supposed ‘enslavement’ of us and their infiltration into the bodies and hearts and souls of many power elites, including supposedly the royal family.

While I could feel, again, that for many people this was a true timeline, I wanted to feel and digest it differently than the picture and feeling sense that humanity is a slave race; humanity has been trapped or tricked or imprisoned. After all, my truth is that we CHOOSE everything that happens to us (on a higher soul level). I felt we had collaborated with the Archons to live this out on the soul level…it certainly ‘helped’ us experience denser, dualistic frequencies and experience karmic playouts. It helped us LEARN so much!!

During this time, I was also emotionally digesting experiences with ‘aliens’ and being ‘abducted’ from the ages of 8 to 17. There was emotional trauma in my 3D pain body, especially held by the energy of my inner child. I received a major reframe around how parts of me had been holding those experiences. I wasn’t a victim in these cases either, choosing to connect with my star being family, who admittedly had formed very tentative alliances with star Beings that were not polarized to the light at that time such as the Greys. Eventually, my star family broke off these alliances as they couldn’t reconcile taking humans against their ego and 3D self’s will even though the person’s higher self and soul had actually ARRANGED for the visits before incarnating. Since the human couldn’t remember choosing this, not consciously, my star family couldn’t reconcile the trauma and pain that was being experienced by us related to these ‘abductions’.

This reframing of ‘abductions’ led to new experiences of connection and merging frequencies with my star BEing aspects and tender reunion with my star family that continues in a deep way to this day. And, of course, one of these aspects was revealed to be an Archon/reptilian named Shana. From the beginning, I felt no fear or hatred of Shana, a sister from my Metasoul line (soul group source) who had chosen to be an Archon in order to become an ambassador of love between them and humanity. Shana had ‘turned off’ the frequencies of one mind that the Archons operated on and entered a new timeline with me where we connected and got to know each other. At some point, she ‘disappeared’ from my consciousness and I ‘forgot’ about her.

But now, as I ask to be shown the supposed ‘battleground’ in the grids, I find Shana again, her lizard nature looking and feeling so beautiful to me! And I discover that she has reconnected to the ‘one mind’ of the Archons and that they are more open now to what she is offering about humanity. She is encouraging them to create their own timeline reality where they no longer have to battle anyone at all nor are seen as the ‘enemy’ by anyone, but yet get to live in peace and goodness with each other. They are listening; I can feel this. And I can feel that they are very tentative underneath the exterior presentation of having NO feelings or only darkness in their hearts. Shana shows me that they DO have feelings. She shows me that they DO have lightness. AND that they only want to be loved and experience love as ALL BEings ultimately do as ALL Beings ARE Infinite Love, a fractal from Divine Source-ness of Infinite Love.

As I am standing on this beach, I see a glistening, light body version of myself about one foot ahead of me. I am experiencing head and neck pain in my human body today and I realize that this is because my reptilian brain stem has now dissolved. The reptilian brain stem ‘came about’ at some point in our journey into duality as something we chose to add to our anatomy, along with other ‘inplants’ (as I call them) that ALLOWED us to go ‘full board’ into the dualistic experience. I felt myself ‘unplug’ from the Archon matrix at the ranch through connecting with Shana, experiencing love with her, and now, I could feel the stem dissolving. This was causing some head and neck pain, so merging into the light body was very appealing to me.

I feel to offer the perspective again that we have CHOSEN EVERYTHING that we experience. NO ONE can DO anything to us against our will. I don’t subscribe to the thinking or paradigm or timeline that ‘evil beings’ and ‘low frequency entities’ put implants into our etheric fields against our will and that we ‘need to remove them’. In my experience, our souls CHOOSE these objects for very specific soul growth reasons and they serve a purpose….until they no longer do and then WITH LOVE, they just dissolve on their own or we can remove them ourselves with love. This is a VERY important reframe related to how we perceive the Archon experience and impacts to what degree we can genuinely connect with our Archon aspects. So, returning to the beach……I stepped ‘into my higher self light body’ and immediately felt pain relief, lightness, and higher frequency HUM move through me. I glowed from the inside and out, sparkling in the ‘sun’ of Golden Earth frequencies. I extended my arms out and ALL of the aspects of my Metasoul that had come to join me began to merge into me. My Pleiadian self, my Archturian self, my angelic selves (a few of those, including Metatron), AND my archon self. Shana came to me last and hugged me deeply before merging with me. We shared tears of relief and goodness at her ‘coming home’ finally after experiencing rejection and battle for so long. I soaked in this merged feeling for awhile until ‘coming back’ to my walking around consciousness, which definitely feels altered from the experience. I feel even more at peace inside and even more trust in love as the ONLY response that will create change and healing. THIS felt to me to be the sacred human or 5D sacred human that we are being invited to become more and more. I feel now that I will continue to have a dualistic experience with many of these aspects, especially Metatron, yet will also hold the memory and deepening sense of merging with them as well. This is what I call the consciousness state of ‘conscious duality.’

I am sharing this experience so that you might feel your invitation to respond to the battles inside of yourself with love and embracement. So that you might feel the invitation to embrace your Archon aspect and bring them out of the shadow. So that you might feel that you too can experience the relief of only love inside of yourself and toward yourself. It is this self ‘enlovenment’ state that then sees and experiences and draws an external reality that is of love. The timeline of battles can be over and IS over, if you want it to be and if it is from inside of you. The internal ground is where all the power is and always HAS been, where love is the only response which will bring about true, lasting change.
