Election Energy Update: Truth/Justice 2020

This year has seen an upsurge in the Truth/Justice ticket that has swept across the globe. It may best be exemplified by the Q and BLM movements.

There has been a global shadow presence on Earth for millenia. It is a collective shadow. It varies in size and scope. It is control, hate, and what can only be described as evil. It divides and confuses. It obfuscates and denies. It is hidden in plain sight.

Whether it is pedofiles, elites, facists, supremacists, or racists, there is a hunt on. The Truth/Justice ticket has its soldiers and its provocateurs. It also has its genuineness and its desire for real disclosure and transparency on all fronts. Again, as I said in my last piece, it the ENERGY that I am focusing on. So when I am referring to this Truth/Justice ticket what I feel is a tighter, angry energy that is aligned in many ways to Rage.

There is damn good reason to be angry when we are bombarded with all sorts of information and images that rub against things that parts of us have not been conscious of, whether on purpose or not. There is a growing number within this ticket that can rush to judgement and persecution without really taking the time to breathe. It is a knee-jerk reaction without deep questioning or exploration.

This has sent the more discerning and leveled voices into a more defensive and obscured role within the β€˜party’. β€œIf you are not for us, you are against us!” is the rally cry. You will be ostracized, criticized, and β€˜cancelled’. In the cries for unity there are often inner battles. The polarity getting the best of itself.

With all the shadow-hunting and β€˜justice’-seeking, there is a derision. A field of energy that can implode upon itself. It is a field that consists of so much collective injustice and pain. It lives within each of us as an Akashic record. When we don’t go into our own relationship to Injustice then we are reacting to the unconscious forces within that are both personal and collective.

When fused to the larger pool of Injustice or Spiritual Warfare, we lose our own sense of Self and what is really true for us. What is the reaction really about? Where in the heart and soul does it come from? I am not saying it does not have legitimacy. I am advocating for awareness and consciousness that leads to real Truth and Justice, not just getting swept away by the river of rage, battle, and hunting.

Our DNA holds a wealth of information when it comes to this ongoing disclosure of the shadow. There are historic and galactic implications we may find ourselves just recapitulating. I don’t believe we are doomed unless we really want to be. We have a choice to rewire our programming, conditioning, and unconscious reactions. We have a choice from what energy field we wish to vote for, live in, and live from.

How much of the β€˜truth’ do we really want to know? What are we prepared for? Not just externally, but internally as well? What kind of justice do we want to administer and how do we want to respond to what looks and feels like injustice? These to me are all questions I want to be asking myself in cultivating and stewarding a New Earth from the inside out. I want truth and justice, I am just not sure the current energy around it is what I want to β€˜vote’ for. Is there another ticket that has another perspective and answer?

Election Energy Update: Fear/Rage 2020

The upcoming US presidential election has been a much anticipated event since the last one four years ago. It is almost like the energy of a UFC match, let alone a heavyweight boxing one. So much energy is being coalesced in camps and corners. So much drama being created, stoked, and intensified. What I was sensing in meditation was how much this is really a global referendum on how we want to live energetically, not just ideologically or politically. 

In the US each party has a β€˜ticket’. Trump/Pence is one and Biden/Harris is another. This is the β€˜match-up’ to put it in sports terms, or maybe more Roman gladiator terms with its intensity. However, I felt a different set of β€˜tickets’ that are actually on the ballot for each of us, regardless of our national affiliation. Each day we vote with our energy for similar types of energy. One of the biggest tickets out there currently is the Fear/Rage ticket. 

Fear/Rage has taken a sizable lead in the past year. It leads in almost every single poll. You walk outside and visit a store, restaurant, school, or any variety of interactive locations. You certainly feel it in the media. Fear/Rage 2020 banners fly freely in many places. They are very convincing and powerful energies to listen to. There are no real debates possible with them for they take up the space with their intensity and narrow bandwidth. It is like a weaponized 5G transmission. 

It is also the state of the collective emotional body (or energetic body politic). The Fear/Rage ticket is a reflection of that. That says a lot about what we need to feel and heal within that space. I am not sure how that happens in the din of the discourse (or discord, depending on how you experience it.) If you find a dissonance with that ticket’s platform, then where do you go to find resonance? I guess that comes down to what kind of energetic world you wish to live in.

I don’t suggest that there isn’t a healthy fear and a healthy rage that exists. There most certainly is, yet it is the measure of its frequency that we can β€˜know’ it by feeling it. It lands in your chakras with a thud and a cut. It may even energize your own fear and rage. Now there is a place to go if you don’t really want to vote for them! Feel what lies at the root of them both. What are the projections and representations that create that field within? We aren’t made to feel fear and rage, we resonate with them from the inside out. 

As with all things, as above so below. What we see on the outside is pinging on something on the inside. If we fight fire with fire we still get fire. If we respond to fear with more fear we get more control. It is a slippery slope that doesn’t have a very interesting future in my opinion. So I choose to have compassion for why the Fear/Rage ticket is in the lead, while not choosing to vote for it through my own inner work, my own choices, and how I relate to others.

Energy Update: Powerful Sun Codes For 10/10 to 11/11 Portal Gateway

Energy Update: We are in the beginnings of the powerful 10/10 to 11/11 portal gateway opening! The sun codes Raphael and I captured today in the photos below while walking around the sacred Tor hill were both activating and calming! You can always ‘see’ a portal sun in photos and this one has that same sense about it. Every year, I can feel 10/10 to 11/11 portal coming as my chakras start to tingle and react to the increasingly strong energies.

This year, I am living by and connecting to the powerful energy flows of the Michael and Mary ley lines in Glastonbury, UK. This seems to be creating an amplification in the frequencies offered during this portal. It has taken some time to acclimate to these energies since we got here six weeks ago, including drinking only water from the White Spring and a few weeks fasting from solid food, to allow a cleanse/detox and my light body to calibrate here. Now I can eat more solid food (still very healthy and refined).

I can feel that my emotional/physical/chakral bodies are more finely tuned and receiving. My heart chakra can open up even wider personally to hold a tender process of feminine/masculine unification, toward my facilitants/clients/soul family community, toward collective humanity to broadcast Divine Feminine love and compassion energies from the heart chakra of Gaia.

As summer moves into Fall in this hemisphere and here in Avalon, there is a sense of harvest even as there is the feeling of endings as the days and nights get colder with sharper winds, more rain, and less sunlight hours. Apples litter the ground here under trees that are preparing now to go dormant for a long winter. Autumn-hued leaves fall from branches that will bare themselves to the winds and rains.

There is much you may too be shedding now that allows for more of the New to come into your life. Shedding previous relationships that were once dear yet are now feeling non-resonant. Shedding previous ways of earning income that don’t reflect your soul. Shedding geographies that no longer support your highest timeline life.

There are harvests you may be experiencing of the fruits from your labors to awaken beyond 3D reality. Harvests of deeper self love and love transaction with others. There is a feeling and call to go deeply inward to find the peace and love that you are seeking that can only be found within. There is the shadow work callings that can be held by light and love, and by your Divine Self.

Entering The Season Of Mother Mary

The Fall season softens something in my heart. It’s the season I associate with Mother Mary. Hers is a tender invitation to go inward and feel, fast if you feel like (in whatever ways that means for you), and just soften the edges around the parts of you that get understandably protective at times.

Mother Mary’s energies of deep compassion are an invitation to β€˜come as you are’. This means feeling all you’re feeling in this and any moment, without concern about self-image, feeling any unworthiness that arises in Her presence, in the midst of letting in Her exquisite love.

Parts of me can have edgier moments sometimes, even after years of inner work. Sometimes it’s a Metasoul sister of mine in another timeline who is struggling with grief and reaction. Sometimes it’s a part of me who is scared to lose control and let go, whatever that means to them in any given moment. Sometimes it’s simply that I need to go inward and just be. Mother Mary’s energies, being so non-confrontive yet very powerful in their space-holding nonetheless, support this softening process for me as I open my heart to feel myself.

And when I open my heart to myself in this way, something magical happens… I can open my heart more to others, feel their side of things easier, and let in compassion for what they must be wrestling through at times too.

I think it’s more than appropriate to bring up Mother Mary’s example during such a time on this planet as this. There’s a lot to tune into, to allow into the heart space, to help the anguish be felt deeper and move too into another form when that becomes possible.

I’m honoured to be walking on grounds where she walked in her lifetime. To feel my soul’s connection to her powerful Magdalene lineage. To feel how humbling it is that I’m very much in my own journey of embodying this deeper in this lifetime. To be offering these energies from this place in particular feels powerful. She shines like a beacon for all who are ready to let in what’s possible in their own heart-healing efforts and desires, and is also a beacon of what’s possible relationally, between every being on this planet.

Autumn Equinox Energies Invite Balance Of ‘Old’ And ‘New’ WithIN

This Equinox feels particularly powerful for bringing into balance the ways in which we look at ourselves, our parts, our Metasoul aspects. We’re being invited to bring what’s β€˜passed’ with us, what’s β€˜old’ with us into the NEW we’re always invited into.

It’s the journey into the new that churns up the β€˜old’. It’s meant to do so, to bring us back into what’s been real for us even in our darkest of soul journeys in other lifetimes, not to simply β€˜go heal it’ and β€˜release’ it, yet to get to know it all intimately. To bring everything, every being we discover into love within. To bridge it/them all into what can be real for us and for them in this new now.

The Equinox is always about bringing into balance… masculine and feminine, old and new. What facilitates and holds this process is love. Love’s lens is the one in which we can see the equality of importance in all things, all aspects of ourselves, all energies we’ve had and want to have. Love IS the great equalizer, the balancer. And today we are so invited to really feel that and let that in… as we always are when our hearts open up to deeper healing and our souls choose to align with that in different phases and processes as well.

It’s easy to access these ‘old’ soul stories, patterns, and scenes here in such a magical part of the UK… Glastonbury alone has helped me personally feel some very deep pieces yet also, this visit to Avebury yesterday was profound in bringing in the ‘old’ too. I could feel still some reactions surfacing to what used to be versus what is and how the energies, though still powerful and present, need to be uncovered somehow instead of so easy to access and feel. Through feeling this mourning of what ‘was’, I can feel myself landing more in what IS and the goodness of that too… and of course, this has been true for me in many different processes I’ve had over the years!

Energy Update: Full Moon Energies Emitting From Tor Offering Feminine & Masculine Balance

Energy Update: Full moon energies are amplifying EVERYTHING it seems right now…both shadow and light. Being now on such an active energy center of Gaia here in Glastonbury, UK for the last few days, it is even easier to feel this amplification as I lay awake for long stretches last night feeling it move through me. Recovering now more from the journey here from Canada and beginning to land here, I am starting to tune into what these energies of Gaia’s heart chakra are offering in this Now of Ascension. More messages of that will be coming as my personal calibration happens.


When I first connected to these energies in the physical sitting on a slope of the Tor, they felt so comforting and familiar yet also very powerful. They offered a call to balance within and seemed to emit from the Tor like a radio signal broadcasting out to the world. Balance. There was an answer to the cries of the world’s heartbreak here. The Michael energy line as the masculine and the Mary energy line as the feminine entwined together. The way that they spiral upwards within the Tor and also flow away from it like rivers at its base seems to mirror the possibilities of our own energy as we move into more alignment with our light bodies and 5D consciousness.

There is also the overlay here in the physical of the wounded masculine’s attempts to both suppress and its longing for connection to the feminine. Each abby and church built over a previously sacred Divine Feminine site (like the remains of the church at the top of the Tor) is like a stiff embrace that both suffocates and honors Her. This seems to represent the masculine suppression of the feminine that has been occurring since the fall of Atlantis, keeping the control matrix running, and leading to so much suffering and polarity expression. As eventually so many of the churches fell into ruin or were destroyed, so is the feminine arising out of the ashes in our world’s consciousness now too in often fiery ways.


This feminine within us comes alive in the full moon and is called to go both wild and still. The masculine within is invited into surrender rather than into feeling threatened by this feminine power. Sacred Unions (as Raphael and I are experiencing already in our bond) are going to the next level of balance within and with each other to heal the previous patterns of suppression, resistance, or fear.

You may feel these energies stirring within you in response to this last full moon of summer, no matter where you are located in the world. For both women and men, there is a liberation movement happening from within…on collective and personal levels. It invites us to free up whatever needs our love and attention from within, both inner masculine and inner feminine….to find our balance again.

Lion’s Gate & Crop Circles Update: Cosmic Christmas & Galactic Activations Available NOW

Lion’s Gate & Crop Circles Update: Today, August 8th 8:8, is the Lion’s Gateway, peak of the galactic alignment with the planet Sirius. As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s Belt aligns with the Pyramid of Giza. From our viewpoint from Gaia, Sirius (as the brightest star in the sky) comes closer to us. We have often called this day “Cosmic Christmas” for the gifts that it can bring on the soul level.

Sirius is a STRONG and powerful source of soul activations, upgrades, and Ascension frequencies. As we connect to our soul aspects from Sirius, we can receive codes that bring us into our next levels of awakening. They often appear as feline beings with blue skin tones, although that can vary.

The veils are lifted during this gateway and the capacity to see/feel/know other lifetimes and timelines is revealed. Our soul aspects who live in ‘Ancient Egypt’ become visible and knowable to us especially during this time. These aspects are often more tuned into these higher spiritual energies that have often been covered over in our modern times. There is much to learn from soul gift exchange with our Egyptian aspects. So if you are drawn to that time period, especially right now, this is a sign of that connection being ripe and available to you for exploration and discovery.

As I meditated this morning, I connected with Sela, my blue feline-humanoid Lionness Queen from Sirius. As we touched third eyes together, She offered me waves of calm support and spacious grace. As I’ve been going through some deeper layers of trauma wound healing with my inner child (pushed up by a recent dental procedure) and some more death/rebirth phases too on a soul level, her frequencies felt soothing and expansive. I had this sense of cool water flowing over little fires everywhere within and to the places in the world where fires are literally burning as the Cabal/Matrix collapses.

Sela seemed to deeply feel and understand the energies of death and rebirth going on for humanity right now, as her species has gone through the Ascension process bliss mess phases and stages as well. The peaking of these energies seems to be these last weeks leading up to the pivotal U.S. election with increasing violence, contention, riots, protests, shut downs, indictments, division, etc. She offered compassion for the messy transition we are in as we stumble and fumble through the dark to find our way into the light.

She then showed me flashes of the most recent crop circle formations, all appearing in the Wiltshire, UK area over the last few days. Sela encouraged me to share them with you and invited us to feel into whatever messages we receive from them, offering that they are specifically connected to the Lion’s Gate frequencies and the upgrades available during it.

The crop circle formations and Sirius energy remind us of the bigger picture that can lost with so much contentious content. They form a bridge to our galactic nature and the remembering of the assistance and support that is ALWAYS there for us. As we are vulnerable and ask for it, so we can then receive it as love from the Divine in whatever forms and ways we most need.

Sela says now, “Trust the light that you are emerging into as you wake up from your long sleep. Remember that the dark has been a necessary illusion. Forgetting is the illusion. Separation is the illusion. Fear is the illusion.

Love is real. Unity is real. The Light is real. The Divine is real.

The rest is a playout of the illusion that is dying and being slowly reborn into what is real. This process of dying illusion is happening within you and in your world. As you can see this process, you can separate from it and connect to the love that you ARE in any moment. “

Lion’s Gate Energies Activating Higher Timeline Process From WithIN

BIG Lion’s Gate LOVE to all!

This is my favourite time of year, even though (and because) it comes with some profound and growthful challenges, inside and out. We’re always invited into our next steps for our growth, healing, and Ascension during these intense waves of energy during Lion’s Gate and beyond too.

Your beloved Sirian-Lyran/galactic lion(ess) aspects are here to help anchor you into your highest timeline… which always starts from within. Your highest timeline isn’t something that can be grabbed onto, though it can be claimed, and this claim happens from deep within. This claim of what you most desire to become and live into comes not from anything flashy or any outer mark of ‘success’, but from inner work, being willing to feel what is often challenging to feel, and being in your humanity while you also let in your Divinity.

There have been some big activations of our Divine Selves coming through lately, reminding us of our magical essence and capacity to hold the context of what’s happening in our inner and outer worlds, while also navigating the content and being with any pain within that needs us. Doing this through working with parts of you and also Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes is effective and deep. It is a matter of committing to your expansion and awakening through the heart and through some big shifts in lifestyle and relationships which support that ongoing awakening and take it all from ‘theory’ to ‘practice’ and eventually into ’embodiment’.

When I feel my Sirian aspects, which for me are a male and female lion and and lioness named Ortho and Ineerah, they are so embodied and majestic from the inside out. They sparkle and shine with a blue shimmery light. They offer a grounded energy that is also always connected to the Cosmos. They bring my parts and I a lot of comfort and vast empathy, yet they also are very CATalytic. Every year at this time, they invite me into my next level of leadership and service-of-love embodiment while encouraging me to keep detaching from what that looks like or what the outer ‘results’ could be. They are the epitome of royalty and stately presence without flash or glamour. They simply just ARE this energy.

I feel the template they and all Sirian aspects offer all of us in this way. The heart-based leadership and compassion that is always an example of what’s possible for all of us, we just need to keep choosing to move towards it in whatever ways feel accessible to us personally at this and any time.

All Current ‘Death/Rebirth’ Cycles Are Necessary For Awakening, Disclosure, Ascension

So many souls are exiting the planet at this time. They’re leaving legacies as they go and inviting investigations into deeper and deeper truths as well, especially when their deaths are suspicious. They’re choosing (even if it looks like they didn’t choose because their lives were β€˜taken’) to leave during this time especially when more of the underbelly of our culture and the underground machinations of our human world are coming to light. They’re not coming along for the ride on this plane for the rest of our current phase, and are choosing instead to assist through another. I really get this sense of how it’s all about strong soul choices and being drawn to transition into an energy that is able to assist with disclosure, which is a huge part of our global awakening and ascension, and the process of digesting it as well.

To me, this is what β€˜death’ is meant to offer, whether it’s a death and rebirth cycle in your own life and healing process, or a transition into another phase as a soul without a physical body. Both shed a consciousness that isn’t needed in the same way anymore. Both require space for mourning and grief for those impacted by our soul’s choice, and in the case of a life phase change, our parts need this same space to mourn and grieve what was lost so they could truly be found, felt, and healed. 

What we’re experiencing globally right now is death and rebirth and the awakening that affords us all. It’s both beautiful and terrifying as our parts digest it all and our Metasouls ping around the unfolding because it’s so similar to what they’ve experienced in other lifetimes of war and collapse. 

I feel that some souls right now are awakening into polarities and it’s just as sacred as awakening out of them. Energizing what you are and are not, even if it’s not taking into account the whole picture, is a play out of your individuality journey and sometimes you’ll find yourself in contention over this and maybe this is new. Maybe it’s good that parts of you are advocating for something they feel is righteous or a Metasoul sister or brother of yours in another lifetime is walking out and trying to resolve some karma through YOUR lifetime. This is necessary for a phase and IS an essential part of awakening and ascension for many. This is what then leads to more desire for peace inside and out, but a peace that doesn’t cost you anything and instead is authentic and organic and so deeply rooted it can’t really be shaken.

Awakening beyond the polarity picture is NOT often easy, especially with how much contention there is around and inside of you, until you can find the genuine desire for this to shift in your inner world. There are numerous parts to work with if you want peace and deep inner love flow that overflows to others. There are numerous Metasoul aspects to work with too, who also need this experience of something new, without the same cycles of recapitulation of endless battles and war over differences that aren’t even real at the end of the day.

This is the gift that death in the physical and in our healing and ascension phases offers… illumination that leads to awakening.
