Energy Update: Geomagnetically VERY Active Month Of September Begins W/SOULar Wind Streams/Auroras

Two SOULar wind streams are coming into Gaia’s atmosphere, flowing out from the ‘hole to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. The first one is already here, September 7th through the 8th, with SOULar winds up to the 500 km/sec range. The second one is following on Sept. 11-12th. Auroras will be bountiful during these winds, along with the approaching Equinox on the 22nd of this month.

The Equinox brings with it cracks that open up in Gaia’s magnetic field. These are fissures in Gaia’s magnetosphere and SOULar wind can move through these cracks that they open to create brilliant Auroras, like the one in this photo. Opposing magnetic fields of North and South inside the SOULar wind partially cancel each other out, opening a crack. This happens with greatest purpose around Equinoxes with September being one of the most geomagnetically active months of the year, according to spaceweather.com.

HIGH geomagnetics and SOULar winds amplify inner polarizations….just like Gaia’s opposing North and South magnetic fields. You have opposing forces/energies inside of you too. Templated from 3D life, culture, and conditioning that holds a constant tension of ‘good against evil’ and ‘light against dark’ paradigm. Templated from your caregivers, who inherited THEIR inner polarizations from their caregivers, who got from their caregivers, etc. This is the legacy of charged reality that has been 3D living.

These geomagnetic energies can illuminate these forces….the Punisher voice ‘against’ the innocence/shame…..the inner empath ‘against’ the inner narcissist. These parts can be brought into peace and harmony through your inner ambassadorship with them, between them….and these energies help to hold that space, even as they act as a mirror for you to see these dynamics.

These geomagnetics also offer activations of masculine frequencies. The Divine, sacred ones from the Cosmic Sun provide clarities of soul purpose and courage for next action steps to live that out. These frequencies LIVE inside of our inner masculine too, once he is freed up from guarding, being overly protective, trying to keep us safe, suppressing our inner feminine (in whatever forms that plays out.)

Your inner masculine can take the form of what we call the Inner Protector, who plays this ‘role of vigilant guardian as a complete necessity for surviving 3D consciousness experience and experiment. The Protector is as necessary as a space suit is to surviving in outer space. This is not a part of you to banish or resist…..yet rather to embrace and get to KNOW. I can feel in my own masculine activated by these geomagnetics, who is quite softened from many years of process with him. He is the ‘other half’ of my expression, more and more in balance with my feminine. They flow together, with much less charge than ever before…..and ultimately he trusts ME to hold the space. I can feel when there is tension in my masculine though and it usually relates to change/transition and the ongoing unfolding of SoulFullHeart as my soul purpose expression here. Moments of heart space connection with my masculine allow him to rest again, to collaborate with me, and to move into deeper frequencies of trust.

These ongoing and VERY necessary sacred masculine activations can be experienced in body pain, interrupted sleep patterns, intense emotional feelings and outbursts. The degree and depth of this is connected to how much needs to be cleared, felt, and digested in your emotional body and Metasoul. Conscious connection with your masculine aspect(s) can hugely support the riding out and letting in of these energies with more grace, flow, and ease!

Energy Update: Digesting Mega August 2018 Energies And Timeline Shifts

August 2018 is complete and we move into September with much to digest of the INTENSE energies that have been offered during this month. I have called certain times ‘mega months of energies’ before, yet THIS month really lived up to the sense of being ‘mega’. The eclipses, the Lion’s Gateway, the full moon, a CME (which I described here: https://soulfullheartblog.com/2018/08/24/energy-update-coronal-mass-ejection-offers-mirror-of-inner-polarizations/), geomagnetic storms and high SOULar winds, spikes in Gaia’s resonance and magnetic levels…..this is A LOT of energy to respond to, feel, and calibrate to. You may be feeling sleepy, tired and just ‘out of it’ as these energies swirl in your soul field and flow into your chakras too.
There are definite effects on timelines (which are not actually linear even though we call them, ‘lines’) from ALL these energies coming in. The impacts may be more subtle or more obvious and profound. If you are shifting consciously into your highest timeline by making geography shifts (as I am preparing to do)……or transitioning out of a previous career/business into your soul purpose work….or completing a long-term relationship…then, you feel very personally how timelines are shifting. You can feel the energy it takes to move into the higher one….choice point by choice point.
As you receive these higher vibrational frequencies, you can energize your higher, more love- and soul-based timeline. You become clearer about what that even IS for you. You become more connected to your soul purpose and can envision, feel, and even teleport to the timeline play out of that purpose. These energies help you to separate from the fear and resistance that might keep parts of you anchored to the previous timelines. They provide infusions of Divine love that lift parts of you out of content and into a more spacious sense of bigger picture context.
What I have noticed in sessions recently is that ALL timelines are more accessible right now for the healing and transforming of any traumas that keep you anchored to your old timelines. What you would call the ‘past’ from this life is available to be accessed, even memories that have been deeply suppressed or buried and especially those connected to intense traumas….such as early childhood sexual abuse and abduction woundings.
Also, becoming more reachable are timelines where your Metasoul aspects (fragments from the same soul source as you) are stuck in karmic suffering loops. Timelines such as ‘Ancient’ Egypt, Atlantis, Dark Ages, Draco/Reptilian are more bridgeable, more reachable than ever before. The more this timeline is energized and attached to by the collective, the more the necessity for you to feel the Metasoul aspect/fractal of yours that is still anchored to it. You do a collective service of love in this internal movement, which I have palpably felt when this happens in sessions.
Access to your Metasoul timelines becomes more possible as you connect with your Gatekeeper, a mostly 4D Metasoul aspect that has been in charge of access to your Metasoul timelines/other lifetimes. Your Gatekeeper plays such an important role here as the timelines move into more porous accessibility. Your Gatekeeper allows for the bridging to these timelines where your love and compassion can connect with whatever Metasoul aspect is in pain and suffering. You can offer them an ‘escape’ out of their timeline, assist them to move into a higher vibrational frequency, and feel their tears/fears/pains in order to let go of the karmic cycle that has been playing out. This kind of quantum healing at this level hasn’t been possible before coming from our current consciousness ground…..yet NOW it is and is a key aspect of the Ascension process.

I am really feeling too the necessity of digestion and integration of all these energies. The need for breathing, rest, going inward, bringing Divine Feminine stillness into your field to hold space. This may not be a time or phase to receive more activations from others, yet rather to check in and feel what YOUR soul wants to offer you and what is often already in your soul field just waiting for integration. A time to feel and see what YOUR higher dimensional soul aspects have as gifts and guidance for you.
There is also a need to connect with your masculine (that usually includes the more 3D-based Protector and Inner Punisher), which may be quite overwhelmed and even discouraged by how to respond the sense of ‘to do’s’ that can be pushed up by the invitation to move into your higher timeline. The masculine may be uncertain how to respond to the pushups of fear, sadness, and pain as trauma vibrates in your BEing in order to receive your love. A balanced feeling sense of feminine and masculine can arise as you relate with and bring into inner sacred union the aspects of self and soul that hold these previously polarized frequencies.

And the Divine waits and witnesses with MUCH love for whatever we choose in the moment…….as the return to our expression as Infinite Love is inevitably moving forward.

Energy Update: Receiving And Letting In Love As SOULar Winds/Geostorms Come In

We are receiving love from the Divine in the form of increasing SOULar winds in the moment (up to mid 400s km/sec.) We are receiving love in the form of active geomagnetic storms today and tomorrow (7/20 and 7/21) bringing in Auroras in high altitudes.

We are receiving sacred masculine activations from the coronal ‘holes to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. We are receiving divine feminine energies from Gaia’s vibrational frequency rising and in flux.

We are receiving love in the form of being PREPPED for the total lunar eclipse coming one week from now and the Lion’s Gate on 8/8. We are receiving love in the form of signs and visits and connections with our galactic star family, especially from Sirius.

These cosmic/energectic/galactic transmissions may not always feel like love to parts of you. The next level UP invitation that these energies offer can bring up feelings of resistance, tension, and anxiety too. This resistance is sometimes the pain and aches in the body. It is the not able to sleep tightness. It is the ‘past life’ memories that can haunt and feel like ghosts. It is the repeating patterns and cycles of toxic/abusive/unfulfilling relationships.

Letting in these UPgrades AS the love they are asks you to create a bridge from your heart to the parts of you that are lagging behind, stuck in fear. These energies lift the veil so you can become conscious of the other timeline karmic playouts in your Metasoul and how they impact/overlay your timeline now. These energies invite you to remember what your Metasoul has chosen over and over as lessons and learning and what you are ready in THIS lifetime to heal beyond. Let in love. You deserve it……even as you’ve received so many messages that offer that you don’t and that you are wrong or off or not enough or not worthy.

Let in love. As you and TO you and from you…this is the source of love that can never leave, never go, never abandon, never shut off. YOU are the Infinite love source that you have always been seeking and looking for from others.

Let in love. Feel the places inside that protect and guard, that keep loves flow modulated and paced….because they are afraid to let go and afraid for more pain. These parts of you are so loyal, they need to feel that it is OK to let go into love again, they need to feel that you are there now to be in the flow WITH them and no one will drown.

Let in love. You are a love sponge….you forgot this, only because you became too dry to remember and so changed your requirements of love to fit this. Your capacity to let in is infinite and boundless, ever wanting more AND able to give more too.

Let in love. It is the next piece, next step, the call to answer and BE in ascension and to GO into the next place of sacred humanity that is calling you forward.

Let in love and you will find, over and over, that MORE love answers you and you are able to GIVE and serve love so much more too. It is not a finite amount to offer, yet infinitely bountiful and it is YOUR time to receive.”

Energy Update: Heightened Solar/Lunar Energies Offer Balance

SOULar wind speeds have been high lately, close to 600 km/sec the last two days. With winds THIS high, anything you are experiencing seems to be amplified. The highs and the blisses. The ‘lows’ and the messes. The fluctuations of emotions created by the waves and movements in between the two. If you are taking in denser, harder, more difficult energy it may feel like it is more challenging to move it out and return to your ‘normal’ flow. OR you may be feeling that you just are much more sensitive to the energies and frequencies around you.

These higher winds bring in SOULar frequencies of sacred masculine activations and continual UPgrades on all levels. That seemingly growing coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ (as I like to call it) is releasing SOULar energies and the winds bring them into Gaia and us….also creating some active, in this moment, geomagnetic storms. The geomagnetics seem to work on/impact our INNER poles too, creating a shift toward ultimately MORE balance on all levels and all bodies – physical, emotional, hormonal, social, mental.

Gaia’s frequency responds to these geomagnetics with spikes and pulses upward too in the last few days especially. If you are used to ‘grounding’ into Gaia’s frequency, this continues to be a fluctuating experience as her frequency moves up and down in new ways.

The FULL moon offers another aspect of amplification….this time by the Divine Feminine frequencies of lunar love. We know full moons are coming every single month, yet where we are in our personal journeys/processes can be impacted by these frequencies in varying ways each time. The feminine is about coming into more BEing, more stillness, more FEELING…being real about what you are feeling and not denying the pain/suffering/unhappiness that is there in the heart and soul. The feminine holds the space for traumas from this life and other timelines (your Metasoul/Higher Self Source) to be responded to with compassion and self love. The feminine doesn’t deny emotion, yet rather INVITES it in with vulnerability and compassionate accountability.

In the journey toward balance INside of masculine and feminine is the feeling and experiencing what is currently OFF balance. These kinds of heightened energies invite the feeling INside of your inner masculine (usually the part that we call your Protector) and how he relates with ALL parts of you, esp. your feminine. Deep polarization can exist between these parts of you and much tension too. These SOULar/Lunar energies can illuminate that tension…..as can this polarization be reflected in relationships too with others. If you are experiencing heightened difficulties and conflicts in relationships with others, this is offering you a need to explore/discover how these frequencies exist from within you.

Relationships INside and outside are wanting to come into balance, into resonance, into transactability. The previous cycles and patterns of conflicting, disconnecting, not being in alignment, avoiding and denying, codependence……these are wanting to shift and heal. As you feel how these patterns in relationships with others are a reflection of relationships INside of you from one part of you to another, so your draw and experience changes in outer relationships.

Energy Update: SOULar Energies Accelerating Repeating Numbers, Synchs, Awakenings

I woke up in the middle of the night and checked the time: 2:22am. Then I laid there for awhile, checked the time again: 3:33am. I felt this big WINK in that and a ‘hello’ from my Higher Self/Guides/The Divine. We also recently went to lunch and the total on our bill was $444 pesos (about $22 USD) and, that same day, a recent youtube channel that I went to had 444K subscribers.

All of these repeating numbers mean that the higher dimensional frequencies and timelines are dipping into and overlapping into ours. Either by us going more ‘up’ to meet them and experience them or by them coming ‘down’ to connect with us. Meeting in the middle is becoming more and more possible. Gateways such as what opened on 5/5 and seem to have STAYED open allow for this merging into consciousness. Sometimes we need the physical manifestation of such things to remind us of the Divine synchronicity that is play in ALL moments of our lives.

As I laid there last night feeling wide awake, I recognized the hum and buzz that was running through my body as a response to the geomagnetics picking up again starting yesterday. Not a full fledged ‘storm’, yet enough to feel them in your nervous system and chakras too. It’s as if you’ve had caffeine right before bed and the buzz of it is running through your system.

Heightened winds bring SOULar frequencies into Gaia’s atmosphere and our atmospheres too….activating whatever soul downloads and gifts need to be remembered and brought online. There was also a minor SOULar flare a couple of days ago, which is interesting since it is considered a Solar minimum phase for flares. Flares feel like a sudden shock of energy, a rush of plasma, or a jolt if you are needing that….or they roll into your bliss waves if that is what you are riding. I’ve been on the blissy wave for days now, so I didn’t feel the flare impacting my emotional body too much, although they certainly CAN.

Being on the receiving end of so much cosmic energy has accelerated the awakening process and the moving into our higher timelines for those sensitive and ready for it. It is also flooding all the compartments that you may have created/built in your life. Or that parts of you have constructed in order to keep THAT separate from THIS. Such as, if you have been keeping your spirituality separate from your romantic relationship. Your soul can’t do compartments as it wants to flow through ALL areas of your life. Love can’t do compartments either and will eventually roll into all of them, like the lava flow from Pele in Hawaii….bringing some death, yes, yet also rebirth into the NEW. I’ll be writing more about this soon as it is such a big and common crucible going on.

Repeating numbers, increasing synchronicities, soul family coming together, clearer direction/guidance, things ‘cleaning out’ that no longer serve…..THIS is the ground of Ascension in this now and it is just being intensified by these energies from the Great Cosmic Sun and the Divine. THIS is the time/phase of miracles and magic happening on a ‘regular’ basis. THIS is the New Normal which is actually more like extraordinary, where quantum healing and transformation can happen on multiple timelines, both personally and for the collective. THIS is New Earth Now!

Energy Update: Strong High Winds W/Integrating And Activating Throat Chakras

STRONG energies today……SOULar frequencies have been coming in on strong/high winds for days now bringing in geomagnetics day after day. I haven’t checked the latest readings on this but it feels like Gaia’s frequency is rising too….in response and in collaboration as well to what the Sun/Great Cosmic Sun is bringing in and offering us. MORE Divine Feminine in whatever ways and forms that She comes to you is available and needed right now to integrate these energies….Mother Mary, Gaia, Kali/Pele, Isis, Kuan Yin, Magdalene…whatever form/face/energy works for YOU.

These energies accumulate in the physical body/in the emotional body/in our mental bodies/in our soul field and chakras, as they are supposed to. They flow in and sometimes they ‘go in’ right in that moment…..and sometimes they seem to wait in your field for the right timing to be integrated more fully.

These energies create and bring in NEW timelines and collapse the old ones. Clearing out, cleaning out toxicities from 3D anchoring and 3D experiences. This is happening on a cellular level, a DNA level, every living cell level that is just accelerating more and more since the beginning of the year.

I am actually writing this while laying flat on my back, experiencing some sore throat/throat chakra activation as soul gifts around light language/mantra singing come in. I realized yesterday that my vocal range is changing from Soprano to Contralto/lower as I integrate more Metasoul aspects in the physical, as we merge and unify. This is how the quantum healing shows up in our bodies too!

Because I’ve been inviting these upgrades in for days now and following rabbit holes to learn more in response to them and been negotiating/connecting with a Metasoul sister of mine who experienced trauma/suppression connected to expression of these gifts in her timeline, I am ready and I am receiving these upgrades. I feel already how allowing this integrating (although in the moment uncomfortable) will serve me, my Metasoul, and love too as I feel light language songs coming set to music played by Gabriel and others in our SoulFullHeart community (a SoulFullHeart Experience Band is forming!).

While I have been holding space for my own process, I have experienced beautiful and powerful sessions with women recently…..just LIFE and reality changing frequencies of healing and love that come in as the parts reality is acknowledged and REAL feeling and emotional reality is validated……that are weaving around and through my own process too. There is space for BOTH and love serves love in these moments.

This feels like an aspect of the NEW reality for us all….BEing with our own sacred processes, feeling and holding space for ourselves and what ALL parts of us need. Responding to the Metasoul/other timeline aspects that are coming through along with the timelines they are in being energized to us. Feeling and validating this ALL as real……while also ‘being’ in life, cooking/eating, whatever ‘work’ is for us, doing the routines and things that move life forward.

It does ALL weave together when you are in your heart, when the relationships around you support your heart and the expression of it, when parts of you are less resistant to feeling/BEing and are surrendering to it. It ALL weaves together when love is leading and your sacred humanity is arising!

Energy Update: EPIC Energies, EPIC Quantum Transmutational Opportunities

Vibrating, churning, spinning codes streaming in from the ‘holes to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. Coming in on SOULar winds up in the high 600’s km/second, these are bringing in geomagnetics since the 5/5 gateway opened UP access to our Higher Self, star family connection, and 5D New Earth experience too.

It feels like these higher frequency SOULar activations are staying around for awhile…at least through the end of May potentially. These energies are combining with Gaia’s churnings and burnings, Her volcanic offgassings/ventings and lava flowings….. with an elevated Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency for hours at a time in the last 24 hours to reflect this higher vibrational shift UP.

The resulting geomagnetic storms are being called, ‘minor’ again by spaceweather.com, yet, those of us sensitive (and meant to be sensitive) to these energies can feel them quite strongly. You may feel them in your body as acute tiredness or need to rest, to go within, to be flat on your back yet with your heart and soul open to receive what comes next. The aches and pains can move with this acceptance and going within too. Yet, too, you may feel excited and ALIVE…like blood is coming back finally to numbed limbs. You may swing between the two states of sleepiness and excitement!

The reason for all this Gaia and SOULar energy activity showing up is because of how many MORE of us are needed to step up and into our service of love purpose here. The transition into collective disclosure of fear polarized realities is intensifying across the board.

I know, parts of you may have so often felt like no one around you gets what you are seeing and feeling and awakening into. That it has felt at times like no one is listening or tracking what you’ve been offering. And parts of you may have felt quite alone at times in your dawning awakening, like you are shouting into an empty room. Parts of me have felt that way MANY times over the years and the corresponding despair and hopelessness and just wanting to ‘give up’ that comes with it.

Yet, there has been good reason for this going ahead of others….to BEcome prepared, to BEcome ready to respond with your heart, to serve as a bridge for those newly awakening and those others that have been for awhile and yet may need your specific frequency of love to be in exchange with them. Feel/discover/negotiate with the parts of you that have resistance, fear, and trauma from not being heard/seen/felt by others in the past (and in other lifetimes/timelines)….and move INTO what you are here to BE and do anyway. The reason for all this energetic activity is to reveal the places and layers and parts of you that need your direct connection and love with them. Yes, you have done loads of ‘healing work’ and clearing and releasing and awakening. Yes, this is true. And, you may have even offered tons of healing space with and to others.

However, this is NEXT LEVEL for ALL of us now. This is going deeper to the CORE of all of our 3D anchored and undigested woundings and traumas PLUS from lifetimes/lifetimes for which our Metasoul/Higher Self Source is experiencing in the now. This is doing multiple lifetimes/timelines of activation in ONE.

This is quantum now. This is galactic now. This is moment by moment choice to BE love in service, even if that looks primarily like to yourself and ALL parts that need you.

It’s not that you are now ‘behind’ in your healing and awakening process. It’s that the Divine is asking you to go somewhere NEW, BEyond where you have been before as a soul in ONE lifetime when starting from a 3D-based frequency.

Transitioning to 5D IN the body in ONE lifetime…..WOW! This is epic stuff. You ARE an epic BEing. Accepting and surrendering that you WILL have more thing to feel, heal, and be revealed is to connect to the actual epicness of what we are experiencing right now as a collective and as individuals.

Energy Update: Interplanetary Shock Wave Brings Collective UPgrades

Interplanetary SHOCK wave came in last night on April 19th that quadrupled the density of the SOULar winds that were flowing in and around Gaia. The magnetic fields near these winds intensified 10 times what they were…opening up the way for a stronger geomagnetic storm. There may have been a SOULar flare connected to this (a coronal mass ejection or CME)….probably would have been minor, yet enough to cause the shock wave. LOTS of plasma released with these energies which usually means and leads to UPgrades!

With UPgrading like this, you may experience mega sleepiness and just HAVE to crash, cannot remain conscious and walking around. I just ‘slept’ 13 hours!! Yet, it was not just sleeping, it was journeying, it was visiting Star Family for a kind of conference and supportive talk. It was also lots of astral self travel, connecting and networking with souls that are in common soul purpose of serving love with me.

All this sleeping came after a POWERFUL and wonderful experience during the Enlightened Loveheart & Soul Show appearance that Raphael and I did yesterday with Crystalline Diamondloveheart as our host. I could feel the expansion of our souls to hold and reach and transmit to a wider audience, which is part of the manifestation of our highest timeline here as galactic ambassadors. My guidance this week from Star Family has been that today, April 20th, would offer a collective opporTUNITY for connection on a deeper level to your 5D self or Higher Self consciousness coming into your body. Even those souls that are not yet awakening will feel ‘different’ or ‘altered’ today. If they follow the bread crumbs that their higher self leaves for them, they could start going down the path of awakening TODAY, whatever that means for them! You may be asked questions from souls that previously haven’t seemed interested in your ‘spiritual interests’ or disclosure or ascension. Being open hearted and warm and compassionate toward them benefits YOU too. Becoming a bridge will be a more regularly occurring activity for all of us.

Today, with this extra BOOST of plasma and geomagnetics, you can open up and receive more star DNA upgrades in particular. Also, there is an invitation to feel whatever remains in shadow in your emotional body that wants your love and attention to move out of resistance and fear. These energies help to illuminate that for sure! This is a day to be very gentle with the physical body….probably lighter eating, more sleep, less stress, less outbound activities if possible…..no matter what your ‘schedule’ might offer you were meant to do today. A good day to go deeply inward, for hours even, into drift space, into meditative space, into the inner realms even if you cannot connect consciously to what is ‘happening’ to you as you do this. Good day to shut off the mental body for awhile and just float….on Gaia if possible.

One of my beloved Star Family guides offers this message to share, “Hello to all of you brave Gaians who are ahead of the curve in this ascension movement! We celebrate you souls who have chosen in this timeline to experience the ascension of your every living cell and Gaia’s too. We honor you souls who have chosen to become Christed, become Crystalline, become galactic, WHILE retaining and amplifying the BEST of what makes you human. Your capacities for human compassion and forgiveness now can extend to YOURSELF first. And then create a bridge to others with your glowing and flowing self love heart.

These energies from the cosmos support this inner awakening, this inner reclaiming, this inner reunion of all the parts that need you inside. Your star family is there to help you and serve you in this process, when you are ready to reconnect with them.

We are WITH you as you go through all this change and transition. We are WITH you as you transition into your sacred humanity. We celebrate the newness of what you are even as we remind you of the VAST ancientness of your BEing.

Energy Update: Higher Heart Collective And Personal Healing

The geomagnetics are picking up…..Body toxicities may flush up again too from these…..flu-like, migraines/headaches, etc. as the cells clean out the memories of sickness and disease and any deathstyles that you may have chosen in the past. You may have felt them in the night and found that you couldn’t sleep too deeply. Like a hum moving through or a buzz….lighting up the cells, stirring up DNA, activating crystals. I was awake around 2:00am feeling like I had eaten sugar or drank caffeine, even though I had not. I listened to soothing music and eventually drifted back to sleep again.
 
I also felt a sadness move through my Higher Heart that felt connected to the emotional body pieces that I have been feeling more with women in sessions lately. Now that we are a couple months into regular, weekly sessions together, there is an opportunity to feel through the tender places connected with core woundings that just SO need love and attention and have often been layered over by Protectors. Getting to these deeper places is a relief and offers such a big release and I always feel honored to witness, hold space, and offer my heart/soul to serve these movements.
 
Also, I was digesting a touching movement with Raphael Awen and Gabriel Heartman yesterday that I helped bridge to as we connected to the sacred masculine Metasoul frequency. These two beautiful men who have been in my life longer than any others are leading and exploring NEW frequencies of sacred masculine based in vulnerability AND strength that arises from within and in brotherhood together. They are truly kings of the heart and soul, which was so evidenced in their experience of THREE timelines overlaying each other in which they connected to Metasoul brothers of theirs (similar to past lives only happening in the Now and from the same soul source yet NOT them).
 
The three of us went to these battlefields and invited the putting down of arms, weapons, and battling….which these brave Metasoul brothers accepted and are now in recovery. It was beautiful!! So much more I could share about this yet it feels likely that they will write about it soon. Tonight (April 19th) is when the windstream carrying pure sun codes from the widening coronal holes to make us WHOLE will really be coming in….to probably be felt more strongly even tomorrow. I feel as if those of us ahead of the curve in ascension feel these energies on the tip or leading edge of them, before they really ‘land’ in the atmosphere where they are then received and experienced more collectively.
 
April 20th feels important though….offering more of a collective infusion and activation to be felt by more souls than ever. Consciously felt. Some souls will still see and experience this at a 3D level, yet more will be asking if there is something deeper going on. The cries of the world ARE loud and getting louder, yet more hearts and souls are awakening within themselves to answer these cries and to respond to them with love and compassion.
 
More rumbling activities are happening in political disclosure (as it moves from 3D into 4D transitional phase) so this may be connected. These energies offer activations of choice points based in serving love and moving the ascension process onward….whatever that means in each particular situation.

Energy Update: Another New Earth Now Wave of SOULar Winds/Storms Coming In

SOULar winds incoming again starting today (April 18th)!! Maybe you are already feeling them? These gusties are bringing in a geomagnetic storm with them that is flowing out from WIDE coronal holes in the sun’s surface. This will probably extend for three days through April 20th. And, this is after last week when so many souls felt and were impacted by the winds and geomagnetics that came in with them!

You will probably experience these energies on a physical level again through light headedness, change in sleep patterns, even your organs and nervous/respiratory systems going through shifts and changes as more Star DNA is activated on the multidimensional level. There can also be rushes of BLISS and PURE joy with these energies too. Whatever is UP to be amplified in your feeling consciousness states in the Now is coming forward.

Aches and pains can continue in the chakra vortex areas that are being activated right now, what I am calling the Personal Sun, Higher Heart, and Gaia vortexes. I felt for over two years that the chakras were shifting and received a clearer picture of that in the last couple of months. Here is a guided meditation where I bridge to these NEW chakra vortexes to allow for deeper activation and integration of these recent ascension energies:

Actual SOULar activity in terms of flares and sunspots is minimal right now, so some are feeling that the activation waves are not what they were expecting as connected to the solar ‘event’ they’ve been anticipating for awhile now. My sense is that these winds are meant to bring in more subtle possibilities of transformation rather than a sudden and one time soular FLASH that changes all of society in an instant. I’m still not receiving that sense of a one-time ‘event’ that shifts everything. Many souls would not be emotionally ready for that and it could cause huge chaos and collapse of our current 3D-based industrial systems too.

Rather there is a sense of step by step, sometimes gradual and sometimes more accelerated, activations and then integrations that are available to us in waves. This is being paced, timed and calibrated to our collective consciousness and what we can actually let in and digest. AND, it is also individually experienced at the depths and levels of where each soul is at in their awakening journey. Your personal navigation is greatly respected, as is the soul’s choices around timing and pace. This process is held by our Higher Selves, by our star families, and by the Divine with MUCH love and compassion for the impact on us.

These waves of energy carried on these winds ARE powerful and can be life changing IF you are ready to take them in that way. They can provide a boost to your soul-based clarities, illumination of your deepest desires and passions, and support your need for deep self love. There may be more personal negotiation to do with your Inner Protector and other parts of you that are still attached to 3D life, relationships, and careers before life changes can be made or the next level of 5D consciousness truly embodied. To really anchor into 5D reality as your ‘everyday’ one requires that previous 3D anchors have been let go of and this can be a very painful and difficult process. So, while part of you may be impatient for New Earth consciousness to BE yours in all moments, there may be other parts of you that are still holding on for reassurance and safety reasons that run deep in your emotional body.

It seems that this is how disclosure of Star BEing reality, technologies, and alliances is being approached as well. There is much sorting through and negotiation of where, how much, and in what ways to bridge star BEing awareness to Gaians. This is being held for application to the collective consciousness AND in the approach to each person as well. Increased star family contact through dreams is happening for those who are ready for it. And some contact in the physical as well, although this is not the favored approach in the moment as it causes more emotional reactivity and even shock/trauma to parts of us. Also, etheric journeys through meditative states are providing ‘easier’ access to star family reunions, contact memories, abduction traumas, and abandonment wounding. This is an important aspect of ‘shadow work’.

I offer here a guided meditation to open up access to your shadow aspects and whatever needs to be seen there around this may come forward for you to feel:

These kind of self-lead journeys with your Protector  aspect coming along release sometimes traumatic and sometimes very uplifting scenes and emotional states that have been previously buried in your subconscious mind and emotional body.  You are held with MUCH love and care during these movements by your Higher Self and Divine Guides/Aspects, so you can trust that you CAN handle whatever needs to come up and be felt by you.

Staying in heart-based appreciation and trust around these energies allows for a deeper letting in and embodiment of them. These energies are happening WITH you and not ‘to’ you or ‘against’ you. Ultimately, these energies ARE you.

Acknowledge the impacts of these energies on your physical/emotional/chakra bodies, yet also hold in heart that you are choosing to be impacted by them. Embrace the transformational shifts that come as a result of them rather than resist them. Respond with love to the parts of you that may be fearful or resistant or just distrustful of the Ascension process…or are afraid that they will be ‘left behind’.

You are BEcoming LOVE in this Now and as you more deeply realize this, gratitude becomes more and more your ready response.
