Root To Crown Opening: Chakra Meditation And Sound Healing Series

As I share this final video in the series, I can feel how I have been changed by it, by showing up each day to journey into the Divine retuning/recoding of these precious energy centers. I’ve been connecting to and working with the chakras for many years now, yet I feel like they arose anew for me by feeling them/seeing them as the Divine does. So much love for both the capacity that they can express and also for the densities/blocks/plugs they may still contain!

I can feel how you may be drawn to one particular video and chakra for a time….and then moving organically onto another depending on what phase you are going through. Or perhaps listening to all of them at once, which we will offer a video soon for that.

I’m grateful for the Divine inspiration that guided me to offer this series and for the inspirations that come in the future that serve love within me and with you as we embody our I AM on all levels.

In this final video in my chakra meditation and sound healing series, we tune into all of your chakras as I’m playing my 432 HZ tuned crystal sound bowls that activates/clears/opens all of your chakras. I particularly focused on playing the Root Chakra (E note) and Heart Chakra (F note) as the grounding into our heart space is the base from which we can most effectively open out all others.

The meditation that comes through me invites you to open up to each chakra and feel the blending of them as well, along with some light language coding. As you move into embodiment of your sacred humanity. Of your Divine essence. Of your Infinite Love essence.

Lion’s Gate 8:8 Update & Message From Sirius: Separation Is The Illusion; Unity Is Real

Today, August 8th 8:8, is the Lion’s Gateway, peak of the galactic alignment with the planet Sirius. As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s Belt aligns with the Pyramid of Giza. From our viewpoint from Gaia, Sirius (as the brightest star in the sky) comes closer to us. We have often called this day “Cosmic Christmas” for the gifts that it can bring on the soul level.

Sirius is a STRONG and powerful source of soul activations, upgrades, and Ascension frequencies. As we connect to our soul aspects from Sirius, we can receive codes that bring us into our next levels of awakening. They often appear as feline beings with blue skin tones, although that can vary. The veils are lifted during this gateway and the capacity to see/feel/know these soul aspects and other lifetimes and timelines is revealed.

As I meditated this morning, I connected with Sela, my blue feline-humanoid Lionness Queen from Sirius. As we touched third eyes together, She offered me waves of calm support and spacious grace as always, especially connected with my Inner Queen who is feeling relief and goodness as we settle more deeply into our ‘light ship/house’ here in Central Portugal for longer term…serving love from here.

I also felt Sela through my cat Ravyn, who is being very attached to me the last 24 hours, sleeping next to me and laying on my chest and in my lap a lot. I shared about her in my post yesterday and the temple cat and deep theta frequencies Ravyn transmits to me. Connection with a Earth Plane Feline aka ‘house cat’ is powerful today if you have one in your life.

Sela as a Sirian aspect always seems to deeply feel and understand the energies of death and rebirth going on for humanity right now, as her species has gone through the Ascension process bliss mess phases and stages as well. She offered compassion for the messy transition we are in as we stumble and fumble through the dark to find our way into the light.

Sela encourages you to feel into whatever messages you receive from your Sirius aspects on this day, offering that they are specifically connected to the Lion’s Gate frequencies and the upgrades available during it. I could sense too how in tune we were with them during the Lemurian age, precious allies and friends of ours from the stars.

I’ve been feeling a lot of activations and transmissions from Inner Earth Lemuria as well, especially in the Hand Pan music that I’ve been listening to. And today I gifted myself with a handpan and am excited to feel the transmissions that come through me when it arrives in a couple of weeks! I was deeply guided to listen to the wombic, cosmic, playful yet deep frequencies it transmits the last couple of weeks and it felt really right to get one on Cosmic Christmas! I look forward to sharing it with you as the music and sound healing comes through (along with our crystal bowls and light language.)

The Sirius energy (and Inner Earth Lemuria) reminds us of the bigger picture that can be lost with so much contentious content and polarization. They form a bridge to our galactic nature and the remembering of the assistance and support that is ALWAYS there for us. As we are vulnerable and ask for it, so we can then receive it as love from the Divine in whatever forms and ways we most need.

Sela says now, “Trust the light that you are emerging into as you wake up from your long sleep.

Remember that the dark has been a necessary illusion.

Forgetting is the illusion.

Separation is the illusion. Fear is the illusion.

Love is real.

Unity is real.

The Light is real.

The Divine is real.

The rest is a play out of the illusion that is dying and being slowly reborn into what is real.

This process of dying illusion is happening within you and in your world.

As you can see this process, you can separate from it and connect to the love that you ARE in any moment.”

Lion’s Gate Energy Update: Waves Of Higher Frequency Light Moving Out Densities in Emotional/Physical/Energy Bodies

Energy Update: The energies really have been so intense during the last couple of weeks! Waves of higher frequency light are being delivered/offered through star family/soul family connections…..Sirian and Arcturian especially. Activations during this week of Lion’s Gate opening (light language, contact through dreams, inspired thinking/visions/dreams and star DNA too) are preparing us for what we are calling, ‘Cosmic Christmas’ on Monday, August 8th.

These higher frequency energies are sort of pressing down and in on 3D reality in order to move it out. This pressing down can create a heaviness in the body and a sense of being ‘very sleepy’ or just ‘out of it’. And, we are ‘out of it’ in terms of 3D reality and it can really be felt during energy flux up phases like now. You also may be feeling buzzing in your head or headaches, plus a swirling/dizzy/vertigo feeling in your crown as the light codes come in.

You may be increasingly sensitive to foods during this time and need to rest from some of them or even move into fasting. Even that which is super nutritious is being amplified right now and a little can go a very long way. Eating very light, fruits and fruit-vegetables (such as tomatoes and avocados and cucumbers) can support the body through this upgrading process. We are two months into our daily pure celery juice drinking process and finding it so helpful at detoxing and clearing the body out. Any denser foods (such as those with oils, high fats or processed) are cleaned out right away while drinking it!

This out-of-it-ness may extend to your emotional body too with the purges and surges of lower frequencies of 3D traumas from this life and other lifetimes/timelines coming up. As these come up for processing and you move more into your higher timeline, you may draw fear-based frequencies from others in the form of conflicts, tensions, passive aggressiveness, and even outright attacks.

Trust that anything that comes is a mirror for you and not ‘against you’ even if you don’t want it in your field and life anymore. Trust with love and set boundaries with an open heart from there that you feel that you need to.

I feel a heartline extending to ALL of us from our higher selves and galactic/angelic aspects/guides, who are right there surrounding us and offering help. The degree that you can feel this support and help is related to how ‘fused’ to your lower frequency aspects that you are. This fusion with your Inner Protector creates a sort of defensive energetic shield that their love can’t penetrate.

Allowing control to run or anxiety or rage without holding it and being with it can push your support team away from you and even into the ‘other room’ or even farther away.

Bring all of you in closer and what you are feeling and your loving guides/aspects can come closer too and help you hold it with you. Your higher self and galactic/angelic guides/aspects are amazing heart healers and want to help you with this important work of upgrading your physical, chakral, and emotional bodies.

Anchoring into your heart line even as you surrender to the ‘out of it’ reality can allow a flow up and in and out with what is coming in to support our continual global/collective awakening and your continual personal awakening too.

Allow into your reality the timelines into the New that want to unfurl before you….riding them ‘out’ even as you detach from them. Be with all that is coming up and coming in and coming out with LOVE………as it is offered in so much love!

Every year the Lion’s Gate portal opens from around mid-July to mid-August with a peaking of the energies on August 8th. This special time of year offers an opportunity to upgrade into your higher timeline within your body as the star Sirius, Orion’s Belt, and the Earth all line up together. Womb Healing & Activation: Women’s Group Call, Sunday, Aug 21| Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

The womb is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and a bridge to our ancient and pure Sacred Feminine empowerment origins. Our wombs can hold the seeds of creation, gestation, and birth of our Divinity in human form. 

However, our wombs have become filled instead with pain/trauma layers and also been hijacked by the 3D/4D control Matrix so our access to the pure power essence of our womb is often covered over and not fully activated. This hijacking also impacts what we experience within our wombs during often painful and debilitating ‘programmed’ menstrual cycles. Our wombs can be filled with false mother/false god frequencies; Patriarchal/wounded masculine energies; transmuting other people’s energies as empaths; β€˜aborted’/still gestating/blocked creative projects and expressions; and suppression of our truth.

Becoming A Lighthouse Serving Love As A Beacon For Humanity

For a couple of years, I had been receiving the imagery of a lighthouse up on a cliff with a stretch of beach as ‘refuge’ and crashing and rough seas below. We even used this imagery during group meditation calls in which the beach was replaced by a battlefield of polarized energies representing the bifurcation going on in humanity. We invited any ‘lost parts’ and wounded healers who were lost at sea or on the battlefield to join us up in the lighthouse.

The invitation from my Divine/Higher Self has been to truly BECOME this lighthouse and beacon for myself, my community, and for humanity. In this lighthouse energy, there isn’t a sacrificial healer who runs down into the ocean to ‘save and rescue’ anyone there. There isn’t climbing down the cliff to meet anyone ‘halfway’ and do the ‘work’ or healing for them.

Yet, rather, it is about remaining in the lighthouse, in the higher frequency, in the possibilities. And, to not abandon the beacon of safety that the lighthouse offers in order to ‘feel better’ for any kind of ego gratification achieved from an immediate rescue…..yet humbly wait with patience and trust for those who are truly ready to HEAL THEMSELVES.

My pattern (in my soul and in this life) was to become too much this kind of sacrificial healer and disconnect from my own needs, desires, energy, and TRUE feelings/truth as well. I would so deeply feel the person’s suffering and pain, especially of the young parts like the Inner Child, and hold too much of that in a way that was caretaking them, continuing service relationships too long beyond a place that was beneficial for both, and not being challenging enough when needed.

To become the lighthouse is to trust that those souls meant to be drawn in resonance AND reverence will be, with their sovereignty in tact and soul’s choice (and their Gatekeeper’s choice) leading them and yet too you ‘get’ to be yourself in every way that is authentic.

These soul family members will find and be drawn to the lighthouse energies as a means of temporary reflection of THEIR bigness and their light. They will then be ready to leave (to large degree) the suffering patterns and loops that have kept them stuck, suffering, in pain, feeling unworthy, and in fog/confusion for many lifetimes. The souls who are becoming complete with the churny seas of the Matrix reality and the rough waters of the seemingly never ending karmic cycle will lead the process themselves and all you are really doing is supporting and guiding when needed.

I now have the ongoing sense in sessions and in group calls of becoming this lighthouse. There is a renewed feeling of being grounded in Divine Mother’s heart and in my center, serving from there with transparency, being current, and direct with care…..even challenging if needed with lots of love and compassion. I can then open up with the Divine a higher dimensional safe space where the magical merging of chakras, soul fields, hearts, and wombs/haras happens just by closing our eyes and ‘going in’ together. In this space, there is quantum healing occurring on both the deeper personal levels and collectively as well.

During this communion during ‘sessions’, I may offer intuitions or insights that come in or channel soul/star family as needed….but truly it is a collaboration between me and the healer/higher self in that person. It is not a ‘reading’ in the typical sense at all, as what really empowers the healing of heart and soul is the discoveries made by YOU, not someone telling you information that you may or may not be ready to receive or even meant to receive yet.

We invite your Inner Protector and Gatekeeper to open up the spaces and access that is truly ready without bypassing them in any way. This allows much more opening and acceptance AND quantum healing/completions of deep patterns as the ‘defenses’ allow and amplify it.

I have received the message many times that I ‘get to stay’ in a frequency where I feel comfortable in service, a self loving and self worth based frequency I have earned through humble worthiness embodiment that has taken many lifetimes to be able to access and transmit in this life through the SoulFullHeart process. And I am always reminded that this is possible only because the Divine allows it and supports it…and to surrender and let go of it as well when guided, as I have in the past.

I get then to invite those who are ready, who are drawn, and who are wanting to leave behind and TRULY complete the suffering that they’ve experienced as human in the Matrix reality through accessing the bigness I AM Divine essence remembrance from other lifetimes. I am sharing this message with you as if feels like so many previously ‘wounded healers’ are ready to move even more into service from a place of self worth and self love yet also connected humbly to the Divine.

It was so interesting then to have received this image and dimensional reality/transmission of the lighthouse for so long and then to actually BE standing in the exact spot in the physical recently. The lighthouse in the pic below is positioned on an ancient fort on a cliff hovering over the Atlantic Ocean near Nazare, Portugal. It has been a beacon for hundreds of years of safe habor for those sailors needing it, literally saving their lives just by existing and shining a light. This lighthouse is situated above a coastline that produces the largest waves in the world and is considering one of the most dangerous spots as well.

Yet, standing there by the lighthouse on that windswept cliff with the memory of the massive crashing and booming waves in the energy field of the place, I felt only a sense of safety, of purpose, and of ‘coming home’. I felt chills/God bumps at how, once again, the Divine had offered me something in etheric form first so I could calibrate and negotiate receiving it before experiencing it in the physical.

And now, I can go to this place that is rooted in the physical yet accessible in the etheric any time I want. And there are no people/crowds there or 3D energies around!

You ARE a lighthouse too. You ARE a beacon for those who need safe passage through the rough Matrix waters. You ARE a light in the dark for those who are ready to see and receive it.

Tune into what diminishes your light and WHY it does. Connect with the parts/soul aspects who are still in rescuer and savior mode with clients, mates, friends and family. Negotiate and offer these parts/aspects with Divine support a NEW way of being in loving service without the sacrifice and suffering.

The codes for this new paradigm of healing are coming in strong now, esp during this Lion’s Gate portal, and with much dark being revealed in so many teachers/healers and offerings to be transmuted by light.

your unique scent of femininity

your depths of creation

The Pleasure and Pain of Sacred Union For The Feminine In Union/Separation/Being Single

Pleasure and pain…..sometimes the two energies mix together at once in a bitter sweet release of previously pent up frequencies. The bliss allows for the flow out and letting go of the mess. It is the water that makes it safe and self loving to release the oil. I felt this experience in love making with Raphael this morning, which part of me feels a little bit shy to share about yet it is also what is real and in my heart space this morning. I still feel mentally altered from it as well, so we will see if words can flow out from this space.

The pleasure was easy, waves of yummy goodness in my body in response to the loving attention and focus from my beloved, my masculine, and so many years of laying out the familiar pathways of known pleasure with each other. All these years and there is the opposite of flatness and numbness in our sexuality ground. Rather we both have the sense that we are being invited in this next phase into an even deeper ground of sacred union/hieros gamos/vesica pisces exploration.

We are being beckoned back into the bridal chamber to merge ALL of our chakras connecting as our bodies create a bridge in the physical while retaining our individual pillars of light expression. We look forward to exploring this bridal chamber ground even more together during our vacation to the Ocean next week.

The pain came mixed in with the orgasms, a shouting of it from my throat without self consciousness and a flood of tears afterwards. It didn’t feel personal to me. I felt the cry of the feminine move powerfully through me……her womb roar for the masculine to meet and match her, her heart cry over feeling so much yearning for him and him being unable to respond and claim her, her laboring cry wanting to birth the potent possibilities of their reunion that lives inside of her.

My womb has been full with service lately, showing up for more intros and 1:1 sessions with women than I have in a while. And, the main energies that want to be seen and the parts that want to be felt are around this aching and yearning feminine for her masculine counterpart and the experience of this push-pull journey. It has been so poignant and humbling and an honor to witness this in the feminine heart/soul/womb lately in sessions and in our sacred union activation group call for women this past Sunday as well. I feel so blessed to have signed up with my counterpart Raphael to actually ‘get to be together’ this life and to feel such a full claiming from him of our exploration, not just initially yet in every moment that we share between us…even in the necessary separations we have taken. I feel a responsibility from getting to experience this ongoing union with him when so many others are in various stages of separation from their counterpart. ALL of these stages are sacred and part of our growth, yet it is still a painful thing to feel the tender pain and longing of the feminine around this.

As my yoni provided the channel to release these pleasure pain energies, I felt my throat chakra intone a feminine roar and then a flood of light language. It felt like for all of the feminine collective. Raphael answered me in the same language of our souls and we flowed out tones beyond the mind….. activating, recoding our union and others in our field with the possibilities and opportunity for reunion.

I can feel how much is moving through both my womb space and Raphael’s hara (he wrote a call to men’s greatness through exploration of their heart today) as a transmission for those souls ready to receive it. We truly feel, live, and love in sacred union. Even my service with women is not me on my own holding space, yet lands in and is held by Raphael’s masculine heart as well. Sirius Gateway Energies and Importance Of Connecting To Your Gatekeeper

We are beginning our alignment with our β€˜Spiritual Sun’ Sirius as we continue in the Sirius gateway this week and bridge to the Lion’s Gate 8/8 activations through this month. This is a powerful time of soul awakenings, insights, clarities, visions, lifted veils, inspired thinking and more.

With these soul awakenings also comes an intensity of karmic frequencies moving into our auric fields, chakras, physical bodies and emotional bodies. It’s important to feel how we ARE with these frequencies, how we relate with them and accept them and allow them and what our relationship is to them.

These energies can β€˜blow out’ the body in the sense of big detox reactions as some people are sharing about feeling lots of dizziness and vertigo, unable to sleep or feeling very fatigued, and even more extreme β€˜illness’ that really wipes them out for quite awhile. This detox process for the β€˜transitioning body’ is greatly served by a very clean diet or even fasting and a daily celery juice cleanse. Your soul field can become backed up with the codes that are trying to come in right now. I see this in energy healing work where the space above the crown chakra (where the Ascension chakras of soul star, Personal Sun and casual are located) is just pulsing and full with light codes that aren’t being brought into the field. This can cause more body pain, especially head/neck pain and even severe migraines. Along with emotional pain and ongoing suffering as many awakening souls are experiencing…intense feelings of heaviness, hopelessness, and not wanting to β€˜be here’ in the Earth Plane anymore.

Connecting with your Gatekeeper, a soul aspect that we bridge to in our SoulFullHeart work, allows for much more flow and integration of these energies. As you consciously feel your Gatekeeper, this allows them to share with you their experience of guarding your soul and keeping the veil down on your awareness of other lifetimes/soul β€˜history’, etc. They are holding back often deep persecution wound experiences as they fear it would harm your β€˜human’ and be too much for you to bear.

I was connecting to my Gatekeeper this morning and I could feel a resolution to her ongoing push/pull about opening up these places for me and flowing into service with them. She has admittedly given me access to many places of remembrance and to service over the years, yet not as much to connect with her as directly, until the last year or so. She was in teary confession this morning about this and deep gratitude for my human heart and Divine Mother’s heart that has opened up HER heart and not given up on her. It is not easy for these eternal beings to let in love and care and warmth as they have not known any of that usually, choosing to be cut off from it to large degree.

Gatekeepers live in complete isolation, by choice, as they are the only conscious entity aware of the Metasoul’s (as I’ve been guided to call it) many projected versions into different lifetimes/timelines/eras. They are acutely aware of the karmic energies, the trauma and the pain being worked and experienced by EVERY lifetime, yet they are unable to do anything to relieve it. These β€˜keepers of the veil’ within our soul have taken on the often thankless task of remaining awake to track and protect us while we go into necessary sleep states to fully experience what each lifetime wants to teach us.

I have met and connected with many Gatekeepers in sessions over the years and they are universally lonely, often heavy and sad, skeptical and distrusting….at least in their β€˜trailing edge’ of expression. In their β€˜leading edge’ expression, they are wise, compassionate, and open up access to Divine channels, other lifetime access, integration of light codes and upgrades, and much more. Yet, they are often anchored to lower frequencies, especially of lower 4D β€˜False Light’ which they can get lost in for many ions (no time really.)

It feels like the Sirius frequencies are inviting the Gatekeepers to consciously come forward and make themselves known to you. I cannot describe to you how much relief and goodness can come into your life through connecting to yours and feeling them…and clair activations, access to other lifetimes, emotional healing, completion of karmic cycles FOR GOOD, openness and draw of your sacred union mate and soul family community, etc. Often what we feel as β€˜guides’ is actually the wisdom of our Gatekeeper coming through channeling our soul yet not in a direct way.

And ALL of this is opened from inside of you, not from an outside source reading you out or providing activations for you. We can only be a mirror for another, lighting the way and shining the light based on what we have journeyed. And this is my light illuminating this path of connection to soul aspects such as the Gatekeeper and parts of the self too and all the gifts it offers!
