Your Truth Is Your Uniqueness

When you feel like a blade of grass, remember you are watered by a snowflake.

These are words I felt to offer a soul aspect of mine that I am connecting with that can feel like he is not unique in the world. He has relegated himself to one of many in order to not be seen as unique, and therefore subject to criticism and persecution. He has invalidated his own truth, his own uniqueness in order to stay as the blade rather than the snowflake that he is. Just like each and every one of us.

These timelines run thick in our collective vein. The specifics of each are different for each of us but the theme is the same. The fear of breaking out of the herd in order to be heard. To be seen. As I feel into the depths of this wounding, I can see myself on both sides of the punisher/shame coin. The persecutor and the persecuted. They sit in the same room and to feel them both as me is its own unique experience. To be a third party to it, I can be a bridge to the two worlds. I can offer compassion, space, and a heart to land in. I can be the mediator of the healing between both poles and begin the integration process.

These are not just concepts or words coming together, but actual visceral lives that hold poignancy and relevancy. It is an inner play that is acted out and truly felt as real because it is. The tears and pain prove it in my book…and my heart. Not just in my head. The story is still new to me and details arising and I feel to keep it sacred inside of me, but I felt to share the theme and the process as I can feel it resonating with others that are awakening into there own largess of being.

For as we all go down this path of Integration and Ascension, you come to these places where parts of you have invalidated what they have truly felt as Truth on the inside in order to be that blade of grass. Connecting with the Higher Self and Inner Truth, you can water that blade with all the necessary courage and strength to make your selves be known to You and then to the world without fear of being punished for you hold the the light of Love inside of you. It does not seek validation from the outside anymore. This is where freedom reigns and true love lives.

The Fall Of Construct And The Rise Of The Ascending Self

Yesterday in meditation, I got this image of the game called Jenga. For those that have not heard of it, it is a game where you stack blocks of wood in alternating directions and then take one piece out at a time so as to not collapse the structure.

This felt like an apt metaphor for the awakening and healing aspects of Ascension. As one awakens to a truth, whether emotional, experiential or learned, a structure or construct comes to light. You ‘see’ what is going on and how it has been the basis for what is perceived as reality. This is not just about an outer reality, but also an inner reality. It can be easier to see the outer matrix than the inner one.

This construct is built through our reactions and defenses to this life and soul woundings. It is a reality that seemed solid at one point, but as the echoes of the veils continue to dissolve you can see how it was always in maintenance by the protective layer within each of us. The deconstruction of that construct is no simple act.

The first few pieces may be hard to move. They represent the construct Itself. There are deep emotions tethered to them that need to be negotiated with. To obliterate this structure is neither loving nor productive. It takes the time it takes.

As you continue to move one piece at a time, there become pieces that seem core to the stability of the structure. It gets to a point where the removal of the piece will surely collapse the whole gig. The part of us attached to that structure, invested or identified with it, can feel an existential fear of its collapse.

This is the nature of our continued growth and becoming. There is no ‘safe’ zone to hang out in other than the trust in the Love that is holding this whole process we signed up for. It is the table that holds the blocks. These blocks are the parts and metasoul aspects that have so much to heal and be felt in. They can be reintegrated into a more authentic and pure source of light, a prism if you will.

Now, this is very conceptual in its deliverance but the process is far from that. It is very visceral and emotional. It invites yet presses. It leaves you up against your walls and ultimately into your heart. The construct is honored and blessed for what it held for us to get to a new place of awareness and action. I honor the space that is held for me in my journey as I hold that space for others. This is never just a journey of One, but an integration of All.

The Dance And Consequence Of Ascension Energy

So much information/energy finding its way to the surface of our collective consciousness and activating our DNA. Energy from the Cosmos activating the Sun and passing it onto and INTO the earth. It activates the inner Earth Sun and reverberates back the surface again. I can see a symbiotic dance of this information/energy. It is all a part of the solar/Gaian ascension process that we are so fortunate to be a part of and a witness to.

We are an integral part of this process. Each and every one of us. While is continues with or without us, it is made stronger, brighter, and more beautiful WITH us. It is an active participation where we no longer have to be bulled over or suffer over the consequences of these intense waves of eLOVEution. We can consciously connect with the pain, with the fear, and with the shadow that is invariably making its way each and every day.

As each of us goes into these arising pings and pangs, we integrate and activate a new and higher timeline of consciousness. We bring in more of what wants to be made real with Love and Knowledge beyond what we have chosen to live with until it is no longer needed and/or desired.

Our support team within the Earth, outside our atmosphere, and interdimensionally are all here to offer guidance and seek healing. They too are going through a process and as One we have our own gifts to remember and to share. Let these unfolding awarenesses and experiences to support your inner shifts, movements, and growth edges. They are the revery bells of a New Day….A New Season of life on Earth.

I feel how much our ancestors (what I would call Metasoul brothers and sisters) are reaching out through all sorts of different ways and means. Let us hear, feel, and head their messages and invitations. Go within, connect, feel, heal, integrate, share, and repeat. Support is here in human form as well which helps to fully land in the heart of your being. Much love to you on this and every other day to follow.

The Sacred Peaks And Valleys Of Our Ascension

The peaks, valleys, and polarities of our heart and souls are highlighted as we are taken on this wild ride known as ascension. Some days are high, some days are low. The question is do you continue to ride the waves as “just the way it is”, or do you choose to feel why they exist as they do?

This is a sacred choice for each one of us. There is a moment when enough becomes enough and it is time for something new. That new has a more lasting impact when it is felt on the inside from you to you. What parts or aspects are locked in this dance that seems to moving to a tune that seems stuck in a rut and skipping on that same old note?

During theses times these ruts can be found in the way you relate to your relationships, your work, and/or geography. The bristles, depressions, and physical reactions are all here to remind you that there is something that is needing the attention of its truth and the compassion of your heart.

The holidays seem to amplify what is already being amplified in this process, so in a way we are getting a double-whammy! Parts of you can be trying their damnedest to hold it all together, but maybe it is coming to the point where it all just needs to unravel.

We hold this unraveling as a gift as it enters the deep core of your needs, truth, and desire. It may burn down the house you built or it may lead to a deeper foundation and some extra add-ons you were least expecting. Either way love is finding its way and creating some more real than you felt the day, week, and year before.

Hold this process as sacredly held by the highest and most beloved frequencies you can let in and imagine. This offers the container or embrace that will guide and support you to the other side.

Your Inner Thanksgiving

Today is Thanksgiving Day in the US. This day does not have the same energetic impact on me anymore as I am not currently in those grids. BUT, it does bring up a lot of memories and reflections. I know that it is a day for feeling gratitude for all that we have and had. It is good to do that. To have a reminder; to take a breath and just be grateful for it all, even the not-so-good as it can lead us to the healing places where there is more good.

However, there is an authentic gratitude and a false gratitude. One that covers over the truth that parts of us hold about all aspects of our lives from the people we are in relationship to, to our jobs, to our health, or to the circumstances in our life. A part of you may not be so damned thankful. Maybe he/she is frickin’ irritated, hurt, angry, or just plain apathetic to it all. Whatever authentic joy that does exist inside can be neutralized by these parts unless they get a place at the table too.

Yeah. There is a Thanksgiving table inside you. Around it lies all the aspects of you that have all sorts of opinions, truths, reactions, and joys. Your inner child can be relegated to the kid’s table by the parts of you that don’t want to feel certain things from pain to joy. They can be judged and ignored. There is an inner patriarch or matriarch that has it all under control and knows what is best for everyone. There is a protector at the door making damn sure it doesn’t get too out of hand or that no one accidentally slips and tells is like it is. A gatekeeper that is holding the cap on a plethora of metasouls that are popping in and out of consciousness. Wow! This day is full of so many trans-dimensional dynamics! No wonder we just eat like crazy and fall asleep!

I know this is a general and typical representation, but it is a great way to feel what may be happening inside of you on this day and the days to come this holiday season. It is actually the best time to really feel what is real and true inside of you. Making contact with this inner family is the gift that keeps on giving. It leads to the real source of inner peace and gratitude. You get to be the Head of Household and create a new way to celebrate on the inside. Listening, feeling, and holding these parts and making new choices of relationship, vocation, and geography that are more aligned with this healed and more authentic state of being.

To get in touch with these dynamics inside of you that may be creating a lot of stress, anxiety, or depression inside of you this season, all of us at SoulFullHeart are here to hold space and offer a heart-open reflection of the aspects and lives within you. Life After 11/11/11: Time To Fall And Flow In Love

Falling in Love is probably one of the most triggering experiences we can have. The feeling is not just related to two individuals but it can also be related to a geography, a vocation, a craft, a community, or a perspective. It also doesn’t have to be outbound. It can also about falling in love with yourself. That one feels like it takes a bit of healing to get to as we are so conditioned to loving Other rather than Self.

I feel as if these current codes coming at, in, and through us are advocating for us to fall in love. Just fall. Surrender. Risk, Explore. When we truly “fall”, we are letting go of all that we have been conditioned and taught what Love is supposed to be. We are also confronting all that we have experienced love to be or not be and how we have been hurt by it.

But this fall is not just a reckless abandon. It is a moment-by-moment feeling through. Not so much managed but rather lived into with an open and transparent heart. Connecting with all parts of you that are in fear and joy both. Or fear of joy for that matter. The deepest fear can be of losing it all, being rejected, or losing yourself altogether in oblivion.

I write this as I continue to check in with myself and my emotional body. Doing a spiral scan that is seeking deeper ground with my heart and soul. I can feel the edges of my next steps both in regards to outer leadership, romantic relationship, and deep self-love. I feel the part of me, my Gatekeeper/Protector, that is so very much confused and uncertain about this “falling”. It feels existential and alive at the same moment. Like standing at the edge of a giant orgasm that could swallow you whole. Fear and ecstasy both. What does it truly mean to “fall in love”, especially with yourself that gets to overflow into and for others?

This is beyond egotistical selfish vanity. This is a deep meeting of yourself in a way that is like meeting your favorite star, heartthrob, soulmate, and guru all in one package…and its YOU! What the hell? It is also surrounding yourself with those that see that very thing and honor it deeply as they honor themselves. You are doing “work” that can only be described as “Love In Action”. This feels like daily life in 5D. It is moving from Falling In Love to Flowing With Love. Yum….

But it takes some deep healing and inner work to get there. It is why we are here. It is part of our DNA to do this work (more on that later). What does falling/flowing in love look and feel like to you? Where does it get constricted by fear and doubt? How can we get to a place where the greatest love of all is truly inside of us? Feel all the parts of you that need love and that is a good place to start.

Welcome To The Upside-Down: The Birthing Of Golden Earth

Welcome to the Upside-down. It is what I am seeing and feeling as I check in with Gaia and the global condition in relation to Her. This is a time of expecting the unexpected. Situations both politically and environmentally that will not follow former historical patterns. There will be a lot of analysis and theories that will be thrown into the mix but those will change from moment to moment in order to feel some sense of control. This is understandable. There is a fear in all of us around change, especially if it wasn’t seen coming.

Whether these unexpected occurrences are part of a deeper sinister plan or a natural part of this ascension process, these changes are going to uproot the shadow that is in deep need of being seen, felt, and reconciled. It could very well be that this ‘sinister plan’ is part of the ascension process. They are symbiotic. If we get stuck in the polarity of it I feel we are missing an opportunity to actually heal it.

This is why we are being called and invited to go IN. Not to continually seek victory or analytical solution. Those are outbound and outdated. This is the Upside-down. They will no longer hold the power they used to. It is the power of taking our consciousness inward that is the portal to being with these epic changes that are in process and on their way. I believe that the more we continue to do this the greater the changes occur and thus the rate of unpredictability to those that are not.

There is a tsunami that is on our shores and that is Love. It does destroy and it does upend. It is meant to as what is Not Love can only ever be returned to that which Is Love. This is about feeling inside of you where the Not Love lives and bringing this Love Wave to it. It is honoring, feeling, and negotiating with your Protector to permit that to happen. It is awakening the Gatekeeper to heal the soul wounds to unfurl and share your soul gifts. This is the new norm. This is the Inside-Out. It won’t be pretty but it will be real and it will bring healing. This is the birth of Golden Earth.

You Are A Work Of Living, Breathing Art

“You are a work of living, breathing art. You are unique and beautiful in your own right. An imperfect masterpiece unto itself with no need for approval other than the love you can let in from within.”

These are words that a part of me were deeply letting in today as I just sat in silent solitude to feel my inner world. There was a feeling in me that something has been missing and a part of me that has been so connected to creativity, especially visual art, came up to the surface. Felt like an inner feminine aspect of me as that is where a lot of my creativity springs from.

This part of me has always had some suffering relationship to art that includes fear, doubt, and criticism as well a profound joy and passion. There was a moment when this part of me said, “I wish that I could create things that other people could take in like I take in other people’s art”. This is when the above words came to me from the Divine, my higher self, and star family.

I could feel this part of me being taken in as a work of art with the same awe and reverence that she has for others art. The light was being turned onto her which of course brings up the pain of not fully being able to let it in. To be able to see ourselves in this way is a big step in our healing.

I did the sketch below when I was just in a state of play a few months ago and it has significance to me now. This life form, generally seen as a weed, seems to reflect this part of me that has been undernourished and is in need of some watering. It reflects a bit about how she perceives herself and what her needs are from me. She needs love and the time and space to flourish.

So in the end it was less about art as it was about heart. Just feeling what lies under things that seem to carry a weight of longing and desire. It will find its root somewhere in our unworth and fear of actually receiving that which we want the most…to love and be loved.

The Rising Tide Of Our eLOVEution

We are all evolving. No matter the soul. Each one is participating in this natural maturation process that holds its own unique and particular part of the story. Each highlights something that can take us to greater depths of our compassion and relationship to Love. How deep does our compassion go? This is what Love is curious about. This is what I am curious about. How can I evolve into more love if there are parts of me that block that compassion, especially to myself? It is the outward expression of our lack of compassion that is ultimately about ourselves in the long run.

So much is being uncovered, discovered, and disseminated. From the cosmic activations of our Higher Self and higher timelines to a geopolitical unraveling that is occurring right before our eyes in black and white. Conspiracy theories be damned. This is really happening. The Light is making Itself more aware. Shining on the darkened pockets of our Being.

How we respond in this time sets in motion what it is we really truly want from this existence. What would be truly new in this situation? What choice can I make that lets in more love even as it brings up fear or resistance? Each choice creates a new timeline. A pathway to a new world. One that is not covered in the blanket of fear we have created for ourselves. We are truly infinite creators choosing. Evolution is the energetic consequences of our choices.

As the rising tide of these energies and unfoldings continue, you may begin to feel presses inside and out. Reactions and tugs. Questions and clarities. The frequency they take you to can have a big impact on your evolution into the New. These anchored frequencies can be held by unfelt parts of you that are seeking your open-hearted compassion.

I have felt these energies inside myself that are leading to new connections and integrations within myself as I have held them in sacred space over these past few weeks. It is like a dam is ready to break inside of me and the part of me that has protected me from this event can have an existential WTF moment. It is feeling the largess of the time we are in right now and how important it is to show up for all that is coming.

The 11:11 Gateway As The Portal To Metasoul Healing

It has been a week of letting in and acclimation. The energy here on Vancouver Island is just stunning. Geography has always been a big part of my awakening. That is true probably for most, if not all, of us. The land energy around us holds so many keys to the Metasoul, what I like to refer to as the planet of our soul. This planet contains the accumulation of our dimensional experiences, past, present, and future all in the Now. It has its light side and its shadow side.

As I spent some time the other day just taking in my immediate surroundings, I could feel the dimensional doorways inviting me to enter. To feel what soul consciousness lies on the other side to be felt and to receive guidance and support from. The area that I was walking in was once inhabited by a FIrst Nations tribe called the Saanich. Now, I just read a little bit about them on a board in the park that I was walking in. Mostly, I wanted to connect to the energy that was there and experience it for myself through my heartmind.

As with any other local native community, it was overrun by mining and commerce. Concrete structures found there way into what once was a very organic environment. An old smokestack still remains as a memory of this encroachment. I began to feel a voice inside of me that wanted to connect with me around this time. He wanted me to help him heal from this timeline of suffering and sadness. He felt to be a 4th dimensional consciousness stuck in the muck of the 3D paintrix, and understandably so.

As we enter into these coming days, months, and years I feel there will be an increasing vibration of these 4D Metasoul “brothers and sisters” that are going to be seeking a release from this old frequency and into something higher and healed. In order to serve this growing call and need we need to heal our own personal 3D timelines to make room for this. If there are a lot of 3D anchors living inside, these incoming 4D energies can be experienced as a lot of emotional heaviness, frustrations, anger, as well as physical symptoms such as sleepiness, headaches, stomach aches, and maybe even some “accidents” that are meant to be knocks on our heart doors to get with the healing and releasing.

This communion with our Metasoul can bring us much in the way of soul gifts, higher intuition and perspective. This soul brother of mine, who wants to be called by the name of the tribe itself, wants me to feel what life was/is like in the Lemurian Dimension. He can feel how I would benefit from his wisdom and passion as much as he can benefit from my open heart to feel and heal with him. It is a symbiotic relationship where we will eventually integrate and merge with each other in a more pure way. Less fused to the denser energies of the pain and suffering.

There is still a healing that happens inside of me as well. In the past, without feeling and clearing my own “this life” wounds, I would attach to the pain of my Metasoul and find myself in deep bouts of depression with drugs and alcohol as a way to manage and get medicate it. With all the inner work, I can now hold a different space around it that will allow for a reachoring in a higher dimensional frequency for all the Metasoul lives that are alive inside of me, yet to be felt and experienced. This continues to support and open my heart to the service of love to others.

As more comes up around this relationship I will share more. The main thing I wanted to express was how much we are being invited to go into our hearts and make room for all the spiritual refugees that are seeking a safe haven inside of our Being. It leads to a growing bridge to our Star Family both Gaian and Galactic. This 11:11 is the gateway to this brand new world that is right under our feet and in the Now. I invite you to join me on this ride of your life.
