You’re here to discover a template for a renewed, rebirthed, and gentler one from deep within you.
Beloved soul… you’re not here to force a new perspective on anyone.
You’re here to lead through the example of your courage to feel any and ALL perspectives that live inside of you… those that are based in fear, those that are founded in love. You are to become a sacred Love Ambassador to all parts of you that hold these different perspectives, to bring them through their traumas and pain and open up your heart ever deeper.
You’re here to seed the shifts, as a gardener does when tending to baby plants, to seedlings. Your entire species is learning, unlearning, relearning; finding and discovering humility with self-worth intact; seeking and finding the courage to own what is yours to own and acknowledge the impact of it all.
You’re here to propagate the New Earth. The one that you dream of, that you remained connected to as a reality inside of you when you first entered this planet and this density. This propagation, this replanting and reseeding, comes from remembering and a responsibility individually held and personally expressed.
Starseed, you’re not here to be or become ‘perfect’… but to humbly remember that just as all others are, you too are in a constant state of recalling what has always lived inside of you. You yourself are a seed, planted in Gaian soil. You yourself are here to discover, to claim responsibility for that which harms or hurts, to heal self-righteous patterns, to remember that there is a greater purpose and context accessible through stillness and feeling. The bigger picture is a portal, accessible through the heart… to enter it through any other means, will give it fear-colours.
May this transmission from our hearts to yours provide a gentle HIGHway for the learning of the truth of your path. An individually offered message, landing differently in each and every Starseed heart, is this. A path it is, with many curves and sudden turns, chosen each day you remain either small or courageously enter your truest bigness.

We’re already in our second month here in Glastonbury, UK and have branched out to have some other adventures aside from remaining here in Avalon. Mate ache is real. The desire to be with someone romantically on the outside canβt really be subdued, especially when you have a strong sense that he or she is βout thereβ – the Sacred Union mate youβve longed for, worked for, and want so much to serve love alongside.
I have such an ache. Iβve been in a Sacred Union before, not all that long ago. Iβve tasted the sweet nectar of deepening soul and heart resonance. The ease and the sacred triggers too of being with a man who is doing his inner βworkβ as you do yours. A man who is coming to love and treasure himself deeply, acknowledging and embracing every part of himself and every metasoul aspect too. A man who, because of his gentleness of heart, makes you cry out in tears of bliss and purging of emotional pain on a soul and this-life level too as you make love.
I ache because Iβve experienced what it can be and the healing thatβs offered through the experience of it. I also have an ongoing template for what a long-lasting, consistently deepening Sacred Union looks and feels like from being in close community with Raphael and Jelelle Awen. Itβs like exquisite torture in moments, witnessing their beautiful bond in all its ups and downs, ebbs and flows, processes inner and outer, and waiting for my own experience of this to come around again in a whole new way.
This depth of sacred romance isnβt an achievement. Itβs not a mark of success or failure (as parts of me have felt before), or anything that can be accomplished with some kind of magic spell or silver bullet that suddenly brings in THE mate youβve felt a longing for. Itβs a crucible, actually. Itβs something to bear while you bare all in the depths of this intimacy.
And this intimacy starts within.
Your inner masculine and feminine need to start relating with one anotherβ¦ they need to see each other. They need to find a way back into a union, a romance, between them. This inner Sacred Union is the seed for the flower of outer Sacred Union. Itβs the honey that attracts the bee. And sometimes it takes a while for the bees buzzing in harmony with your growing frequency to tune into your fragrance.
Whenever I feel my longing for all of my inner work to bear this fruit, Iβm reminded to look to my inner masculine and feminine. Iβm reminded that any validation thatβs wanted on the outside, needs to solidify inside. Iβm reminded that my inner Sacred Union needs to βbuzzβ and hum in its own frequency or romantic satisfaction. Iβm reminded that this is what brings some soothing energies to the void of missing and wanting βhimβ on the outside and keeps any parts of me from grabbing at a man and instead letting us come together and discover each other when itβs truly time for that to happen.
This is an ongoing process. Thereβs not really a final place of arrival where the Sacred Union inside is perfectly set up now. Itβs got its own ebbs and flows, ups and downs, ins and outs. It has its own phases of tension and conflict. Itβs just as sacred to behold as anything that manifests on the outside. And, itβs the love that you will always return to, even if romantic love on the outside collapses or completes.

The Fall season softens something in my heart. Itβs the season I associate with Mother Mary. Hers is a tender invitation to go inward and feel, fast if you feel like (in whatever ways that means for you), and just soften the edges around the parts of you that get understandably protective at times.
Mother Maryβs energies of deep compassion are an invitation to βcome as you areβ. This means feeling all youβre feeling in this and any moment, without concern about self-image, feeling any unworthiness that arises in Her presence, in the midst of letting in Her exquisite love.
Parts of me can have edgier moments sometimes, even after years of inner work. Sometimes itβs a Metasoul sister of mine in another timeline who is struggling with grief and reaction. Sometimes itβs a part of me who is scared to lose control and let go, whatever that means to them in any given moment. Sometimes itβs simply that I need to go inward and just be. Mother Maryβs energies, being so non-confrontive yet very powerful in their space-holding nonetheless, support this softening process for me as I open my heart to feel myself.
And when I open my heart to myself in this way, something magical happens… I can open my heart more to others, feel their side of things easier, and let in compassion for what they must be wrestling through at times too.
I think itβs more than appropriate to bring up Mother Maryβs example during such a time on this planet as this. Thereβs a lot to tune into, to allow into the heart space, to help the anguish be felt deeper and move too into another form when that becomes possible.
Iβm honoured to be walking on grounds where she walked in her lifetime. To feel my soulβs connection to her powerful Magdalene lineage. To feel how humbling it is that Iβm very much in my own journey of embodying this deeper in this lifetime. To be offering these energies from this place in particular feels powerful. She shines like a beacon for all who are ready to let in whatβs possible in their own heart-healing efforts and desires, and is also a beacon of whatβs possible relationally, between every being on this planet.

This Equinox feels particularly powerful for bringing into balance the ways in which we look at ourselves, our parts, our Metasoul aspects. Weβre being invited to bring whatβs βpassedβ with us, whatβs βoldβ with us into the NEW weβre always invited into.
Itβs the journey into the new that churns up the βoldβ. Itβs meant to do so, to bring us back into whatβs been real for us even in our darkest of soul journeys in other lifetimes, not to simply βgo heal itβ and βreleaseβ it, yet to get to know it all intimately. To bring everything, every being we discover into love within. To bridge it/them all into what can be real for us and for them in this new now.
The Equinox is always about bringing into balance… masculine and feminine, old and new. What facilitates and holds this process is love. Loveβs lens is the one in which we can see the equality of importance in all things, all aspects of ourselves, all energies weβve had and want to have. Love IS the great equalizer, the balancer. And today we are so invited to really feel that and let that in… as we always are when our hearts open up to deeper healing and our souls choose to align with that in different phases and processes as well.
It’s easy to access these ‘old’ soul stories, patterns, and scenes here in such a magical part of the UK… Glastonbury alone has helped me personally feel some very deep pieces yet also, this visit to Avebury yesterday was profound in bringing in the ‘old’ too. I could feel still some reactions surfacing to what used to be versus what is and how the energies, though still powerful and present, need to be uncovered somehow instead of so easy to access and feel. Through feeling this mourning of what ‘was’, I can feel myself landing more in what IS and the goodness of that too… and of course, this has been true for me in many different processes I’ve had over the years!

Gifts and signs from Nature the other day while at Glastonbury Abbey with Jelelleβ¦
The branch bonked me on the head at a perfect moment while processing. It was a bit of a βRafiki-Simbaβ moment I felt, and the interesting thing is that it came from the nearby tree I had been connecting with! She obviously wanted me to know this was for me, for the Metasoul aspect I was feeling and processing with too.
I had been feeling a timeline where Avalon collapsed. A priestess aspect had been alive then and she was experiencing deep mourningβ¦ of her mate (which she wasnβt supposed to have) and of her sacred soul home. Iβm feeling and learning so much about how this grief has leaked through into my own life, my own heart aches that arenβt entirely βmineβ as βKashaβ. I feel how itβs been hard for her to let go of her timeline of deep pain because she just needs more space to roll it out with me and be felt. Plus, we ARE experiencing a deep death and rebirth as one big collective right now, so itβs a lot for her to feel that recapitulationβ¦
This is what I feel is happening right now for so many, these epic bleed-throughs from other timelines/lifetimes, that are bringing up so much deep reactivity and overwhelm too. This process of meeting them, developing and nurturing a deep and loving relationship with them, is what truly begins to heal and shift these pieces. Itβs just like working with βpartsβ of you in a way, yet on a multi-dimensional level where even the βparts workβ goes to new levels of depth.
The two feathers I found yesterday near where Jelelle and I were, felt like symbols of sacred union⦠perfect for the mourning of mateship in my Metasoul aspect and her learning to let in new dreams and desires as her old world collapses and she is invited to create a new one along with me.
These gifts from Mama Gaia represent the deep shifting of old patterns as my inner world continues to move into the NEW, letting in NEW waves of deep goodness and self-love along with real desires for whatβs next. I felt to share them with you, as their energy can then echo outward and bring you signs of your own healing as well! Nature is always gifting us omens and signals of whatβs next for us to feel and healβ¦ β€οΈπ³

It flows through the heart and into the fingers, this energy of new magic and profound feelings.
It strums on the strings of the heart-bass and moves into the throat to be sung.
It rings in the resonance of a thousand inner bells, calling homeward the soul dying to the life it once knew and coming home to itself, renewed.
It brings around again another sense of you, a sense of who you are and are going to be.
It reminds you that all you need is within you and that the rest is window-dressing, perhaps needed for a time but not for always since the falsely attained can never be woven into the fabrics of the real.
The fyres of the flights of angelic beings singing in the hollowness of inner space, a void yet filled too, to the brim, like that of a chalice holding the waters of new life.

Today I met the two ancient oak trees of Avalon that remain, named βGogβ and βMagogβ, and it was one of my most touching Avalon reunions yetβ¦
Walking along, meeting and connecting with local trees and even getting lost a bit on our way there with a new soul friend, James (a fellow SoulFullHeart) was all part of the sacred adventure. All of that alone brought up much glee in my heart and peace too. The memories of these sacred trees who all have held and continue to hold so much space⦠digesting this venture today, I still feel a bit teary and like these trees are now inside me. Maybe they always were and this is simply another awakening.
Yes, the latter feels trueβ¦ and so much that Iβve discovered in my Metasoul connections to this land lately is turning over now into these touching moments that arenβt full of deep and intense emotional processing but instead are just unshakeable memories and experiences of communication with the natural world that Iβve tasted but hadnβt fully been initiated into in this lifetime.
Coming from BC, Canada, where the trees are deeply magical as well, I often had profound experiences, yet these two ancient ones and the ones nearby of other species that hold the Avalon lineage in their rugged roots, are a storybook to uncover unto themselves and the true holders of the sacredness that can never be squelched from these lands.
In fact, even in the highly damaged βGogβ, one of these 2000-year-old oak trees that were part of a massive procession of oaks once upon a time that presided over the path to Avalon, shared with me that he himself and all of the trees who were cut down, are still alive and well in their own dimension and will return to the visible world when we reach the Golden Earth frequencies weβre now working towards and learning to let in from within.

This soothed the mourning I felt when touching his ghostly, fire-ravaged bark, as did his clear message to touch the smaller, younger tree growing next to him to show a unification between themβ¦ a reminder of how even what may feel βdeadβ or βlostβ is still supporting the βnewerβ generations. He also wanted me very much to see how life was continuing to grow on his hide. So even in the stillness of βdeathβ, he was fulfilling a purpose. Purpose, he offered to me energetically, can truly be that simple and elegant.
Connecting with βMagogβ, his healthier brother, I climbed slightly up on his side and leaned in closely, placing my hands in one place and then another, whispering light language as I went. James and I both went silent, taking in the energies of love, stillness, comfort being offered and entering into our own processes of connection with this incredible being.

I asked with my energy, because part of me so wanted to know, βhow is it that you can somehow stay so still, over so many thousands of years, and be as contented and alive as you are?β
The response came in a moving picture of how his roots rustle beneath him with every season and how different creatures come to live inside of his openings and plants grow over and above his bark. He showed me a dance of how the sun changes position, how he shifts perhaps very slightly in position to soak up all he needs. How heβs simply a part of the symbiosis of natural life, which somehow is effortless in its timing and unfolding, yet unfold it does. He remains still in one way, yet shifts in certain ways as needed.
I felt every cell in my being respond to this and become so calmβ¦ teary, yet still, and full in heart. I felt renewed somehow in my sense of myself, which has also been a deep personal process and longing in recent days. I felt my love exchange with this tree spirit go deeply into both of us as βGaiansβ and as souls too. We remembered each other like old friends. And it was the sweetest reunion.
With both of these friendly giants, I felt this flow of connection run through that is still flowing as I share this. I felt connected more than I have yet to the Ancient roots of Avalon. I felt their invitation that wanted to come through me to the world, to any other human being who also wants to connect with them and remember, and to exchange love with them. They love to be loved, to be beheld in reverence as they revere and love us too.
They are a reminder of our own infinity and of our oneness with all things, and anchor that distinctive frequency of soul wisdom that can never be truly forgotten, only put aside for a while.
