SoulFullHeart Museletter: Disclosure Process Is Accelerating

This week’s Museletter is busting at the seems from the love that wants to make its way to your heart! The featured article by Jelelle Awen digest the recent crop circle creation in Cley Hill, England.  She takes the meaning in through the SoulFullHeart perspective and applies it to our own personal and collective disclosures of deep healing.  We are all One, and as we each make our own personal journeys we are thereby effecting the greater whole.  The graphic representation shows us that we are all connected in an infinite world and we are being supported by the various beings that have a deep love for us and our ascension.

This week we had a huge output of writing and a lot to digest as a community and personally.  A lot is moving and shifting in our world and that can bring up many reactions, both of joy and not so joyous.  It is what gives us the experience to learn and grow from that we then share with you from our open hearts.

There is also a new energy update from Jelelle about how the incoming codes are creating compression points inside of us that are needing to be held and felt to release and integrate into new layers of consciousness.

Disclosure Process Is Accelerating: Message From A Recent Crop Circle In Cley Hill

“We are ascending through a collective experience of disclosure that grows from within.” I was offered THAT during meditation recently by my guides. I was in a pretty high UP place energetically in which it becomes difficult to mentally track what I am experiencing and being offered. It becomes challenging to even remember much of what I’ve experienced and, very often, I pass out/crash nap as some kind of ‘rewiring’ is going on to really let it in beyond my conscious mind. ALL of this makes it challenging to write about and share what comes through, so I’m going to ask for help from my guides to help me out here and clear through the fog.

I started this meditation/journey by focusing on and letting in the latest crop circle that appeared in England sometime during the night of July 17, 2017 to be discovered on July 18th. Of course, this date ‘pings’ for us as it offers a sense of portal or gateway…..7/17/17….THAT is a lot of seven energy. Rather than go google what that means, I felt to check in with my guides about the crop circle, the message it offers us, and the significance of the date when it was offered to us.

I felt myself swirling around in the various sacred geometric shapes offered in the crop circle and I really FELT them and let them into my heart rather than tried to mentally understand them. I had a wood cutting of the flower of life figure on my third eye with an amethyst to help with this experience and a metatron’s cube cut out on my heart chakra with a rose quartz on top of it. I like the physicality of these shapes on my body and feel them much more this way in combination with the energy of the crystals. I haven’t ‘read’ anywhere to do this, it’s just what has felt natural and good. Whatever works and doesn’t harm anyone is my sense about these things. NO real RULES in meditation or when connecting with guides and higher self guidance.

The pyramids in the crop circle felt like alchemy, change, death and rebirth…..forces of change peaking UP and coming through. They also felt like gateways that can be ‘activated’ from within and of course represent the going UPward of our consciousness as what happens during ascension. The merkaba is the spirit light body, the vehicle to multidimensional travel and such a well-known symbol of the ascension process. When I felt the one in the crop circle, it was a collective merkaba, one that is available and possible for ALL of humanity.

The collective merkaba offers the sense of our multi-dimensional essence and aspects, including Star BEing and angelic aspects/guides. The message came in strong then (fortified by the flower of life) that ascension is for ALL of humanity. Not just a select few choosing a higher timeline reality. Not just for those polarized toward love and light. It didn’t seem to mean that we NEED all of humanity in order to live New Earth in the Now as that is each of our individual choices toward love and not fear. Yet, the invitation seemed to be to remember that we are ALL ONE, so even when it feels like we are going a different way from so many souls in mainstream consciousness…..on another, higher level, we COULD all go together, we are ALL invited to come along, and we ARE all ascending if even one of us is.

The symbols that look like eights actually turned into the infinity symbol….elongated and stretched out, seeming to offer an invitation into our Infinite Love and Infinite Awareness sacred human essence. The infinity shapes (six of them) are side by side with six circles. This felt like a representation of the Infinite Circle of Life that lives in each of us and for which we are connected and sourced from. Along with the infinite possibilities available to us ALL….again, the energy was of a collective invitation to experience this sense of the Infinite inside of each of us as the Source of our existences.

And then, Metatron says, “There’s my cube!” or a modified version of it anyway and seemed proud of this and surprised. I asked him then who offered this crop circle to us and he replied, “Some friends. And friends of friends,” and then winked at me. I got the sense that the gift and message of this circle was not just from benevolent Star BEings/ETs who are waiting for us to BE more ready as a collective to begin the disclosure and connection process….yet, also, humans who are in the ‘know’ with the star BEings and working with them toward this end. I’ve heard this called by David Wilcock as The Alliance, so it could be that.

The sense of humans and star BEings ‘working together’ was a sweet one. Metatron shrugged a bit at the awe these crop circles produce as, in another way, it’s fairly ‘simple’ technology from a Star BEing perspective that creates them. Like that movie, The Gods Must Be Crazy, where the natives go crazy in awe over a coke bottle since they’ve never seen one, so we humans ‘go crazy’ when presented with something in our 3D reality that is NOT explainable by current science or the prevailing worldview of five sense reality filtering. At the core of us lives the indefinable mystery for which we are made and long to return and a deep sense of curiosity gets triggered by ‘unexplainable’ things like crop circles.

I LIKE that we can be awed though and I felt how much LOVE was in the offering of this crop circle too. The use of such obvious sacred geometry is like a bill board loudly announcing that the process of disclosure of Star Being reality is accelerating and collective ascension is continuing to be underway in the NOW. The main energies I felt were hope, Infinite Possibilities, and a deep, abiding love for humanity spiced with an acute eagerness to begin the collective collaboration process that WILL change our lives for the better and for all of the galaxies too!

I feel that this crop circle is also an invitation for each of us to meditate on it and hear, feel, see the message from it that we are meant to receive. It could be deeply personal for you in this phase of your ascension or it could be more a collective message or vision, as I received. No messages are ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. The main sense is to trust that whatever comes is what you are meant to receive from your higher self and multidimensional aspects as you feel into ascension through the collective experience as it continues to bloom and grow from within.

The FULL SHINING Of Your Inner Solstice

Your inner Solstice, your inner sun ascending, yet standing still in a brief moment. You are beaming out in many more moments of LOVE flow from your shining soul, your luminous heart, your illuminating mind, and your glowing body.

Your inner Solstice offers you a picture and taste of your FULL SHINING where you are drawing more souls, more possibilities, more livelihood, more abundance on all levels, more intimacy, more LOVE. ALL of this then is coming without effort, drawn to the warmth that comes from inner tenderness, inner holding, inner care. ALL of this coming from the outside to reflect your sense of enlovened self INSIDE that connects with ALL aspects that are within you. ALL of this coming without struggle as you feel and heal the inner struggles, inner judgements, inner resistance, and inner push-pull.

Your inner Solstice invites you to feel and see what your FULL SHINING self and life is like as it is not a ‘future’ timeline, yet happening in the NOW. You can BE there and here too. More and more, both are true in the same moment. One is not lacking or higher from the other, as BOTH are equally sacred. All that you are choosing in this moment or not choosing is creating and impacting the other timeline.

Connecting with the Great Cosmic Sun that beams from the heart of Divine Source, you can feel more of this multidimensional possibility, multiple timeline experiences in one Now. Opening and activating and BEing with your upper most chakras draws in and pulls in these higher frequencies that re-spark and re-ignite your galactic consciousness. You can more remember that time is not linear; timelines are not singular; selves are not just one expression at a time either.

Take this moment of marker of inner Solstice, to feel your FULL SHINING even as you feel gratitude for the Now moment and all it is offering of lessons, challenges, crucibles, opportunities, possibilities. The FULL SHINING of your soul here, of your heart here, of your sacred humanity here IS the invitation in every moment to BE the Infinite Love that you ARE.

Feeling What Is Real On Father’s Day

It is father’s day. I didn’t really track this as I haven’t had a father figure in my life for many years by choice. Yet, I know that many ‘celebrate’ this day and their fathers and dads. I put celebrate in quotes because perhaps, on many levels, there may not be much to celebrate about your relationship with your father. It can be a sticky thing often, as it is with mothers too, to perhaps ‘show up for mom or dad’ out of obligation rather than based on what you most authentically want and desire.

Even if you want to celebrate your birth father today, the questions you could ask are to illuminate the relationship are, “What is my emotional truth about my relationship with my father?” “What do I (and parts of me) really FEEL about being with him?” “Is it a part of me which is ‘doing’ the role of son or daughter?” “Does my spirituality and my truths about reality get put aside when I spend time with my dad and how does this make me feel?”

Even if you consciously feel that your relationship with your father is a good and healthy one, I offer that unless you BOTH have done personal healing work plus awakening soul frequencies to connect around, healing the karmic frequencies of your soul legacy together…..it is a bond that is probably mostly based on lower frequencies, codependence, usually buried deep in the subconscious and emotional body. To be REAL about this relationship and how it has impacted you is the start of awakening beyond it.

For women who are desiring to embody their sacred femininity, deconditioning from the templating of their birth fathers can be important to the process. Deconditioning looks like feeling inside yourself how his templating around how he responded to you AS a woman, LIVES inside of you and influences parts of you. Also, feeling the ‘ideas’ that he modeled to you about what it means to be a man responding to a woman, your sexuality (either over or under energized) and especially his relationship with your mother and how he treats her. ALL of this goes into you energetically and parts of you are impacted by it. How you feel and relate with men is impacted by this relationship with father. Distant or overly involved….push/pull or energetically ‘mating’….these frequencies create textures inside, energies inside, that play out then in relationships.

For men, the way that they currently relate to men and within relationships with women too can be connected to their relationships with their birth father and how HE relates to both. This can play out in parts that are pushing away from the disconnected father or the overly involved father or the critical father energies, which then get internalized inside, or have BEcome an internal father with similar tones. Your originally ideas and sense of ‘what it means to be a man’ come from the source of your father.

On Father’s Day, I feel appreciation for the crucible of growth and reflection of my shadow side (and some leading edge sides although not much) that my fathers offered to me. I had one birth father who left my life when I was very young and two stepfathers after that with very mixed experiences and emotional abuse frequencies with one of them. It has been my healthiest and highest choice not to be in relationship with them for many years as we went on different paths around emotional body healing and soul awakening (which I chose deeply, following my soul purpose here.) I feel love for them all on the soul level and can connect there with their higher selves in moments even as we are not in relationship here.

I feel appreciation mostly though for myself and my commitment to HEAL what was wounded and harmed (all my choice on a soul level) by the dysfunction and toxicity represented in these relationships with fathers. I became a sort of father to all parts of me (and mother too) who so needed nurturing and support and comfort and so was able to hold space for my own healing. I held my inner child especially around this, until her wounded and hurt frequencies transmuted into magical 4D and eventually 5D crystal light energies.

My gratitude and appreciation also goes toward the Divine Father (which I experience primarily through the energies of Archangel Metatron and Christiel/Yeshua too) and all the frequencies for which He offers His heart and comfort to heal these woundings within us around these relationships. It has been the loving Divine Father frequencies (not like the patriarchal punishing God of religions) that come through that has provided and templated for me what it means to be fathered as a sacred feminine woman here during this intense time of transition and invitation into our sacred humanity. And it is this energy for which my deepest sense of daughter extends….

The invitation here is to feel what is real within your relationship with your father and to lead with this realness and vulnerability to see what can unfold and arise and what cannot between you. To feel into perhaps taking space from the relationship in order to BE with the parts of you that need to receive a NEW template of fatherly energies from you and with the Divine to go deeper into your own growth, your own BEing, and your sacred humanity.

Energy Update: High Vibe Energies Are Supporting Personal And Global Disclosure

The waters are receding. The image I was given in mediation today was of each of us being an island whose waters are receding back to reveal more and more of the land mass beneath it. The waters are the veil of amnesia and forgetfulness and unconsciousness that we chose, as a collective consciousness, to place over ourselves. We became like individual islands, or believed that we were, creating an isolated and separate experience of reality. When actually, as we move into 5D frequencies more and more, we remember that we are ALL connected as one, like a piece of land that has no ending or gaps or drop offs. We remember that there is nothing actually separating us from each other and it was only an illusion to feel that we were.

As the waters recede, you have more access to remember, feel, and connect with our soul legacy or what I call our ‘Metasoul line’. Because time in higher dimensions is not linear, you are invited to feel that rather than past lives, you are a fractal from a higher frequency Metasoul source with many projections off this source living out in different ‘eras of time’, dimensions, and even planets. You can gain great information about yourself by connecting with your ‘Metasoul brothers or sisters’ and working toward mutual healing together. In my experience of this conscious connection process with myself and offering this with others, karmic patterns and even very deep soul legacy play outs can be healed in a quantum way with complete resolution and integration.

As the waters recede, you also have more sense of the deeper woundings that been suppressed in your emotional body. In the past, your emotional body may have been largely subconscious to you with awareness coming only in moments of emotional reactivity, crisis, or turmoil. The fluidity of bridging to your emotional body becomes possible through connecting with aspects or parts of you that have solidified into ‘stuck’ frequencies or energies due to undigested emotions. Some of these parts express as the Inner Protector, Inner Matriarch and Patriarch, Inner Child, and many more. This is the ground that we hold space for in exploration during session space in SoulFullHeart as well.

 

So MUCH of our 3D world has run on deception, manipulation, deceit, lack of transparency, and non-vulnerability. So much of its manifestation has been fed by fear. These lower vibrational frequencies only sustain when we are disconnected from our soul bigness, our higher heart, our sense of Oneness connection, and our connection with Divine Source. They have ‘ruled our world’ because they were meant to for a phase of time, for the phase of ‘Dark Ages’ that we all signed up to experience, as these energies needed to be purged from humanity’s collective unconscious. We have been collectively experiencing a Dark Night Of The Soul, even as many of us are waking up into a Light Day Of The Soul phase as our next Now.

Your ability to hide much of anything from yourself and from others is greatly being challenged by the influxes of love and light waves flowing in from the Divine. The light invites you to illuminate what has been in shadow within you and bring it into your awareness and consciousness. The PURE love invites you to embrace what has been previously judged, suppressed, and resisted within you to heal the fear-based frequencies INside and transmute them into love.

Affairs of ANY kind become impossible with the high vibrational frequencies that are being offered to us now. Withholding becomes unappealing as the truth wants to just burst through your opening heart and your expanding soul. Self deception and deception of others runs out of ground inside you as the cost to the heart and soul is too great. The games that you could previously play with others (especially those in your birth family) are no longer interesting to you.

This seems to be mostly felt on a personal level in this phase, yet it does feel like it will be a more global experience as well and that it is already in process. Disclosure is happening more and more of the 3D matrix control system that has been in place and the lower frequency energies of deceit and deception that have kept it running. Many Star BEings previously polarized to fear-based frequencies (commonly called Archons) are leaving Gaia and choosing either to BE in love or to BE in fear somewhere else. Much shadow will be coming to ‘light’ and some of it will be potentially very distressing to emotionally digest, especially for those souls who are still very attached and ‘fused’ to 3D consciousness. Some people will not ‘survive’ this disclosure phase and choose instead to leave Gaia and their bodies.

The more that a personal disclosure has been occurring in your life through the awakening process, the less it will impact you as the global disclosure occurs. The more transparent you have been in your own life, the less it will affect you as the lack of transparency on a collective level is revealed. The more you have let go of 3D conditioning and lifestyle, the less it will rumble through your world when some of the 3D systems collapse. The more you have energized and chosen a love-based life for yourself, so this higher timeline will unfold for you.

Surrendering into the process of personal disclosure is where your empowerment is, rather than focusing too much on the global play outs. Going within to explore the inner terrain that is being revealed to you offers the most opportunity for growth. Surrendering to the bigger container of Divine love that is holding the process allows you to go within, leading with courage the exploration of this new inner landscape that is being revealed to you. You become like an explorer then, seeking out the next and the next NEW terrain inside. You invite then others to do and BE this WITH you as you connect to the Oneness energies of Infinite Love for which we are all connected and BElong and ARE!

High Frequency Waves Invite Soul And Heart Claims On All Levels

HIGH frequencies lately….the kind of frequencies that can hold wonderful space for the emotional body processes that want to come up and be FELT as you continue to awaken your soul and bring your higher self into your human body. The word ‘gamma rays’ doesn’t mean much to me mentally, yet in the body it feels like a wonderful HUM, like a natural caffeine buzz that brings clarity, renewed focus, and increased energy juice for ANY activities that are connected to your service of love here as the expression of your soul purpose. It may be more difficult to sleep during these high influxes, yet being accepting of this and ‘riding it out’ seems to help a lot. Use the non-sleeping time to clarify and create the NEW golden earth life you want to experience more and more.

These higher frequency photonic energies are illuminating and making more vibrant the higher heart or cosmic heart bandwidth as it beams out in crystalline rainbow rays from the center of your chest. This open heartedness, so warm in the heart feeling extends to those who you are intimately connected with in relationship, those you are serving love with, AND the collective consciousness too. The cosmic heart opens as the 3D heart frequencies in the emotional body are healed and transmuted. These lower frequencies are there because of traumas and woundings that you experienced this life that didn’t get digested at the emotional body level WHILE they were happening. These traumas create stuck places or what we call ‘parts’ that are freeze framed there emotionally. During SoulFullHeart sessions with people, these stuck places are often projected to me and I can ‘see’ them and feel them even before someone shares them with me. It is usually the Inner Protector that ‘shares’ them with me in this way in order for them to be finally felt and healed and moved beyond. Through negotiation and connection with your Inner Protector, they begin to share WITH you too and you can go into these scenes with your heart open to feel what is real and so the energy that has stuck can be moved on, transmuted, and integrated. These higher frequency energies are also drawing soul tribe and soul family members together at a fast rate with immediate sense of resonance and connection. Like a honing beacon that ‘goes off’, soul family are discovering each other through following guidance, intuition, and paying attention to synchronistic events. The longing for soul community is being amplified in the collective, seeming to bring an end to the ‘lone wolf phase’ that so many people needed and chose during their awakening process. The ‘work’ of deconditioning from 3D experience of birth family wounding, from programming around duty and obligation, from karmic binds and ties continues to happen as you discover that formerly nourishing grounds in relationships that are based in these lower vibrations are losing their draw for you.

The compartmentalization that has been necessary to some degree while your soul woke up is being flooded by love waters in order to collapse the inner compartments that remain. Bubbles are being burst that your 3D self and Inner Protector have created around you so that your soul frequencies didn’t ‘disrupt your life’ too much. The ‘status quo’ parts of you have been able to maintain connected to 3D reality (such as careers, geographies, relationships) are being strained, pulled on, and pushed on. You may find that you are more frustrated, more consciously unhappy, and more impatient as this process is happening. These feelings are coming from the parts of you that are getting ready to let go of 3D conditioning and lower frequencies for good as you move more deeply into your higher dimensional expression here. Serving love is pressing on you as you feel the cosmic invitation for ALL of us to claim our sacred calling and soul purpose reason for BEing here. This invitation can bring up anxiety, fear, resistance, and tension in parts of you that, again, are trying to protect you from being hurt or ‘getting too big’. These parts of you remember and have access to your soul legacy and the strains and pains you experience in other lifetimes around expression of your soul purpose. Persecution woundings, fall of Atlantis and Lemuria experiences, dark night of the soul frequencies….these are some of the energies coming up to be felt by you as you navigate the claim of your soul purpose.

Plus, the emotional body can ‘kick up’ layers of unworthiness, Inner punisher messages of inadequacy and corresponding shame as you step into your soul purpose work. If you can connect your service of love with your soul family, it can help ease some of these things and certainly (as I am always advocating) to FEEL what is REAL in your emotional body and soul as it lives in these parts of you helps hugely too. This is the process that we hold space for and guide you on during SoulFullHeart sessions with a facilitator. There is ALSO an opportunity for you to serve love through BEcoming a SoulFullHeart facilitator and teacher as you engage in the process through sessions and as it naturally becomes your way of life.

Hold space for yourself during these energies, trust your intuition and higher guidance (however you experience that), allow your feelings to have space in your BEing, and reach out to whomever feels like your soul family community, risk to be vulnerable, risk to make changes into the unknown. All of this will serve you as you navigate the love and light waves crashing into our shores during this VERY exciting transitional era in our sacred human embodiment experiment here with Gaia!

Feeling What Is Real On Mother’s Day

Mother’s day….this one can be sticky, as relationships with mothers are. Sticky as in connecting into a sense of duty and obligation, a 3D conditioning picture that activates the 3D self inside you to ‘show up for mom’, often at the expense of what you authentically want. And even if you want to celebrate your birth mother today, the questions you could ask are, “What is my emotional truth about my relationship with my mother?” “What do I (and parts of me) really FEEL about being with her?” “Is it a part of me which is ‘doing’ the role of son or daughter?” “Does my spirituality and my truths about reality get put aside when I spend time with my mom and how does this make me feel?”

Even if you consciously feel that your relationship with your mother is a good and healthy one, I offer that unless you BOTH have done personal healing work plus awakening soul frequencies to connect around, healing the karmic frequencies of your soul legacy together…..it is a bond that is mostly based on lower frequencies, codependence, usually buried deep in the subconscious and emotional body. To be REAL about this relationship and how it has impacted you is the start of awakening beyond it.

For women who are desiring to embody their sacred femininity, deconditioning from the templating of their birth mothers is KEY to the process. Deconditioning looks like feeling inside yourself how her templating around what it means to be a woman (which she inherited from HER mother and so on) LIVES inside of you and influences you. Also, feeling the ‘ideas’ that she has modeled to you or said to you or energized to you about femininity. Connecting to your inner mother as a part of you can be VERY illuminating as well, as you separate her frequencies so your more authentic essence can arise.

For men, the way that they currently relate to women and within relationships can hugely be connected to their relationships with their birth mother. This can play out in parts that are pushing away from ‘the source that they came out of’ and esp. if they have an overly dominating or invasive mother. OR a part playing the role of ‘good son’ or ‘dutiful son’.

On Mother’s Day, I feel appreciation for the crucible of growth and reflection of my shadow side (and some leading edge sides although not much) that my birth mother offered to me. It has been my healthiest and highest choice not to be in relationship with her for several years as we went on different paths around emotional body healing and soul awakening (which I chose deeply, following my soul purpose here.) I feel love for her on the soul level and can connect there with her higher self in moments even as we are not in relationship here.

I feel appreciation mostly though for myself and my commitment to HEAL what was wounded and harmed (all my choice on a soul level) by the dysfunction and toxicity represented in this relationship. I became mother to all parts of me who so needed nurturing and support and comfort and so was able to hold space for my own healing. I held my inner child especially around this, until her wounded and hurt frequencies transmuted into magical 4D and eventually 5D crystal light energies.

My gratitude and appreciation also goes toward the Divine Mother and all the frequencies for which She offers Her heart and comfort to heal these woundings within us around these relationships. It has been the Divine Feminine that has provided and templated for me what it means to be a sacred feminine woman here during this intense time of transition and invitation into our sacred humanity. And it is to Her for which my deepest sense of daughter extends.

Offering Love On The Frontlines: Connecting With The Reptilian King And Donald Trump’s Higher Self

Love ambassadorship calls me to some ‘front lines’ to visit, to serve, and to offer possibilities of love. I am infused with crystallized (higher frequency) violet flame energies with St. Germain, who I’ve been connecting with lately as a Divine guide and template for being a love ambassador on a galactic level. I usually avoid taking in mainstream news energies, yet I was informed through a brief scroll in my FB feed about the recent bombings in both Syria and Afghanistan by the U.S. government. I can feel the energies of these bombings off gassing into the grids of Gaia and the fear frequencies that emanate from them. (That one of the bombs is known as ‘the mother’ because of its size feels like a very unfortunate irony). I am not too surprised when I am led by St. Germain, Archangel Metatron, and Mother Mary to a space ‘above’ the decimated land, bomb sight, in Afghanistan.

Moving into this space, I feel immediately that the higher self of Donald Trump is lingering there, drifting around, feeling very distressed. I can feel the distress immediately, the incongruence in the soul field that is created through acts of violence, even as it is part of the soul’s journey to play it out and to serve in this role sometimes. I ask the higher self of Donald Trump why he felt the need to bomb others, to kill. “Because he believes THEY were killing. THEY needed to be stopped. This is how he and the others felt to stop them,” exclaims the Donald Higher Self (who I will just call “DHS” from now on…only later realizing that DHS also stands for Department Of Homeland Security!).

“The only way to stop fear or to move fear or to stop the fear expression of killing is through love, not through MORE killing,” I say to DHS, who of course (BEing a higher self) agrees and resonates with me right away.

“I feel this, yes. I KNOW this as a higher dimensional BEing. But, he, 3D Donald Trump, doesn’t know it or remember it. He is scared and, deep, deep, down, parts of him feel small, unworthy, and young….like a little boy playing with BIG toys. He does these things….using these big weapons, because he feels so small and wants to feel bigger. But he is not used to going along with killing. He has gone from firing people who don’t do a good job to…..this….” DHS answers.

I nod, feeling an energy of forgiveness and compassion flow through me to DHS and ALL the others like him who energize the timeline in 3D and moving into transitional 4D with the wounded power playout of the wounded masculine from unfelt emotional pain bodies and not yet awakened souls. DHS takes in the energy of forgiveness and feels touched by it and begins to cry. “How can you offer forgiveness to anyone who has taken life, who is leading killing as a response to more killing?”

I feel Mother Mary come through me then, as a more embodied aspect of me through the many moments of receiving forgiveness waves from Her, going into the deepest places inside of me together of core unworthiness, soul karmic binds, shame feelings, and feeling forgiveness as Her constant response.

I respond, “ALL BEings are worth forgiveness as ALL are worthy of love. Forgiveness is a high frequency of love. Although forgiveness can be given and offered, it can only be received and let in by a healing heart and emotional body with self worth to let it in…….balanced by an awakening soul that is able to feel genuine remorse for their killing and fear-based actions.”

DHS takes this in and seems relieved by it, “I will try to communicate this to lower Donald during his dreams, sometimes he can receive guidance from me during that state.” He fades away, seemingly grateful for our time together.

I am brought then to the other ‘frontlines’ between the Reptilians and humans that are still polarized to fear and ‘battling’ each other with supposed light-based frequencies. This time, I feel the powerful energy coming from the Reptilian representative, who is a high ranking ‘official’ it feels like in their hierarchy (as they are still hierarchal-based.)

“I am king of my kind, yes. I wanted to meet you,” he says to me when I come to stand near him. He is a beautiful Reptilian, very tall with iridescent scales that shimmer and glow. He has a regal energy, much more used to leading mass groups then the DHS. And he is actually there with me as he is a fourth dimensional BEing. “I can feel that you offer new possibilities to my species and how some of them are turning toward and drawn to these possibilities.”

I imagine that on some level I ought to be afraid of him as he is very powerful and could ‘attack’ me with that energy, yet I feel just filled up with love for him. He seems to feel that and offers me no resistance or any lower-based frequencies. I have traveled to this planet with my Reptilian guide/aspect Shana and it offers a natural setting of peace and tranquility for them to start over. “Why would we be given this after all that we have done to humanity for so long…..enslaving you, imprisoning you in our 3D matrix, feeding off of your lower energy emissions?” He asks me.

I again feel the Mother Mary energy within respond to him, “You cannot do anything to another BEing that is not in their agreement on a soul level. You have done the lower frequency, fear-based things you have done, yes. Yet, you have BEEN these frequencies through collaboration WITH the human species. It has been a sacred aspect of both of your journeys for it to play out as it has between you. You mirror the shadow side of humanity and they mirror yours. You are now being offered an opportunity to choose love and to move out of and beyond fear. You are given this choice because you have ALWAYS been given this choice and ARE always given this choice, moment by moment…..whether to choose love or whether to choose fear. There is nothing you can do or BE that will remove this choice from you as it is represents the Infinite Love that you ARE as a fractal from Divine Source. It cannot be withdrawn, it can only expand.”

I feel the Reptilian taking this in, receiving these truths, remembering something he has forgotten about his love essence and also DHS drifting back in the space to receive this message as well and pass it on to his 3D Donald. They both move away from me now as I continue to offer waves of love and forgiveness to them and they receive what they are able to let in.

My heart feels a bit heavy from visiting the energies of these ‘frontlines’, yet, because I have offered love and forgiveness to two leaders of these ‘battles’, I can feel a sense of peace and accomplishment. I can feel how the waves of love are rippling through the collective unconsciousness web of ALL, touching and being let in by those who are ready to receive them. By those who are ready to choose love and remember who and what they really ARE as Infinite Love.

March Equinox Energies Offer Balance And Surrender

The equinox is today, March 20th – the beginning of spring for those in the North and the beginning of autumn for those in the South. What are the energies of this ‘day’ offering us, even as time, dates, months, seasons are illusionary from a 5D consciousness? As I feel into this, I get an image of the yin/yang symbol inviting us into the discovery and feeling sense of balance, of Oneness, of feminine and masculine frequencies in polarity dance with each other. Equal sunshine and equal nighttime darkness in balance is the EQUI-nox.

Balance from a 3D perspective can be about things remaining the same or safe or known. Balance may be ‘achieved’ through control with an underlying tone and tension of anxiety. Balance may be seen as an ‘ideal’ and anything ‘off’ or more extreme or coming from shadow felt to be wrong. It feels like the ideal of balance can be used by the 3D self to numb out stronger emotions and suppress what doesn’t ‘fit’ with that ideal. This can be a tricky ground to navigate as the strategic or 3D self or unawakened ego can use what actually does create an authentic sense of balance inside as a numbing and bypassing of feeling and healing deeper emotions and awakening frequencies that want and need to come out during the process of awakening as you move into more 4D consciousness states. Things that can be ‘used’ in this way to numb are meditation and yoga, for example.

Balance from a 4D and beyond sense is about becoming more in tune with your authentic self, at peace with self even in the midst of great changes, both internally and externally. A sense of balance is openness to feel ALL of your feelings, to make space for them, and not make any of them bad or wrong. It is the exploration of what is you and what is NOT you from a soul expression sense. It is about feeling One with others even as relationship shifts and completions are embraced. It is about coming from a place of deep BEing and stillness from within to respond to the necessary doing in your life and making choices and taking actions that support this balance. It is about embracing the inner feminine AND the inner masculine with honoring while being open to healing the wounded expressions and/or suppressions of both.

Balance from a higher dimensional perspective also has something to do with surrender….a trust that the content and experiences of life are being held by something bigger, by the soul, by the Divine. It also seems to come from a sense that the power comes from within us and yet, also, true power is sourced in Divine Frequencies of PURE love. Surrender offers balance because, ultimately, it is all being taking care of, we are right where we need and want to be, and life is unfolding as it ought to. Surrender is the sense that we are not victims yet great CREATORS of our own realities in alignment with the Divine. We can then ‘let go into’ this feeling sense and it changes and transforms how we respond to life situations and what we draw and manifest as well.

This equinox also serves as a ‘marker’ for the ascension process, the ongoing experiment of moving humanity and Gaia from frequencies of third dimensional reality into 4D transitional awakening and into fifth (Christ Consciousness) and beyond. This marker (even though, again, time is an illusion) offers a placeholder for a process that often feels so much beyond the mind, beyond time, beyond tracking, and happening more and more ‘off the track’ where our minds can even go or our conscious state can even be part of. This ‘day’ offers a beginning, an invitation into newness, an invitation to feel where you are in your life and what feels like is moving into more reflection of your soul and what needs to shift and change to reflect this more.

I keep getting also this image of a flower bud emerging out of a bed of snow and ice. Searching for the sunlight, aching for warmth, wanting to shake off the cold and the wet and the blankets of cold that dampen. This bud feels like the emerging 5D self, the human self merging with the higher self. This bud has been ‘baking’ all winter, even in the cold, even in the rain, even in the stormy conditions inside and from the ‘outside’ to. This bud is searching for a water of love to continue its growth and to bloom into the full grown magnificent FLOWER that it is. This bud is needing the warmth of self love and self care and self discovery.

The ices melt, the sun comes out, the rains stop in an experiential way through ‘weather’ at this time, yet, also, this process happens from within as well. The sunshine of PURE love is offering all of us an invitation to discover what remains frozen inside of us, what remains stormy inside of us, what remains off balance inside of us, what remains not in surrender inside of us. To discover and to hold with MUCH love and embracement all that is dark and that is light. To lead with vulnerability with ourselves and with others to open up our hearts that much more to frequencies of unity and connection inside and with others. To risk for the experience of MORE love. To lovingly protect the bud of sacred humanity that is growing inside of you with reverence and awe and patience. To experience more and more that you ARE infinite love returning to love remembering love.

Celebration Of Sacred Femininity Poem

A writing in CELEBRATION of International Women’s Day, sacred femininity, and all of us souls who choose the form of femininity for which to express our humanity AND the inner feminine inside of us ALL…….

Sacred femininity is unknown.

It is arising. It is mysterious.

It can wait to be noticed and it can draw.

It can be so deeply still and it can be beautifully active.

It is contrasts and paradoxes.

It lets love lead, trusting that the rest will follow.

It is open to being watered by the frequencies of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Mother, in whatever forms that She comes.

It is healing that from the soul’s history which blocks the current flow of love in relationships with others, self, and the Divine…..

Sacred femininity is invitational.

Sacred femininity invites the hearts of others out to dance, out to play, and out to be in love.

It transacts with openness and vulnerability, eager for every moment to be real and meaningful, whether it is light or it is deep.

It is willing to feel what needs to be felt and accepts that which is both in light and in shadow.

It aches for union, to be connected, and to see itself through LOVE transacting in resonant relationships…..

Sacred femininity is desire.

It is the rush of orgasm and the joy of afterglow that comes from heart open sexuality with self or with a beloved mate.

It is expressed in the physical with a softness that is visible in body, audible in voice, and in touch – gentle at times and passionate at other times.

It is natural and real.

It is beyond the images of physical perfection and is not found in the chemicals and products that cover and make over.

It is beautiful in all its expressions, in all its ages, and ALL its packages.
