Throw-Away Love

In a world made for the throw-away
life
love
plastic anything
romance
friendship
god

 

…self

 

How can real love show its colours
of brilliant black, blue, red and gold?
The bruises and dents on the quest’s trail
and the blood bled from the freshly opened heart
can barely shine through the muddle
the muttering
the utter grossness of our need for something more to pitch.

 

The pliable heart with plastic implants placed by dense fingers with no dexterity just reaction
nearly made impossible to open.
Nearly patented to be perfectly beyond reach
and beyond the touch of real, sacred human love.

 

There’s a way to see it
there’s a way to be with it
there’s a way to look and love beyond it
there’s a way to penetrate the din within that all-too-sacred noise and static
created by a static life
with static means
running out of ground too quickly
…or not quickly enough.

 

Love, breathe the hot air of passion down my neck.
Let it run out onto my swollen chest
barely holding my bare, aching heart.
Whisper that it’s over those times of war within
and that you are here to stay
so long as I claim you, want you, breathe you, need you.

 

So long as I can stand to keep letting you in.

 

So long as you can stand my insatiability.

 

May the world cry rumble below
into the caverns of the depths of soul and heart
showing the cracks on the walls of the ache and the pain and the need for more, more, more…

To heal, to feel…to ask for the real, live, moving, passionate, messy, sacred, ultimate piece
driving onward, inward, upward and out
bringing us to that longed-for place of release
realizing we could have seen it, held it, had it all along

Breaking Free From Political Enslavement And The Reality Of Archons

I felt strong energetic digestions yesterday during the after reactions to the election. I experienced this mostly as in the collective consciousness and here on FB, as so many parts of people went through stages of grief and outrage in response to the outcome. I advocate for self compassion during such events and also to allow feelings to come up and to make space for them. Yet, also, I had a deeper sense of how government itself and so many aspects of our ‘society’ have been created to perpetuate the suffering and imprisonment of humanity into a false world where empowerment and sovereignty do not actually exist. And that all of these reactions to government are actually sourced in a wound-based place of projection that just serve the outside forces that I will talk about in the next paragraph.

I have been receiving more and more guidance that most people are being greatly influenced and even enslaved by numerous outside elements, including what is commonly referred to as the Archons or an alien race that uses political leaders, entertainers, even spiritual teachers as puppets for control purposes. Because of the lack of emotional maturity and centered, embodied self, and over focus on the material and mental world, plus the wounded masculine dominance, people become easy targets for such entities. The vampirism that happens just increases the suffering, the emotional triggering, and the feelings of powerlessness and hopelessness. I can literally feel these entities feeding on the protesting energy that is happening around the United States right now as disembodied sovereignty is projected outside to ‘change the system’ in some way.

Even as I feel the shadow and darkness that is at play in this relationship between us and the entities, I also have been invited to serve as a love ambassador in this situation. To trust that it is, in the bigger picture, a playout with Divine purpose and that even the ‘others’ come from an essence of Infinite Love. The purpose of the Archons and others seems to be to show us what happens when we do not live into our bigness, claim our sacred humanity and all of its power, when we live small and conform to social and cultural conditioning and when we disconnect from Divine source that enlivens and supports us.

I serve love through SoulFullHeart to bring about awakenings to differienate that which is love, pure, and real, and that which is fear-based, strategic, and congested. This is often a deeply personal exploration yet, also, the context and world we live in impacts people very much. Just like the fish is effected by the PH balance of the water in its fish bowl. My awakening and lifting of the veil to see what is actually going on in the world has gone side by side with my emotional and spiritual healing movements. And I feel this contextual awakening is as important as the gradual process of peeling back layers of the persona and strategic self. It feels like, to some degree, parts of us develop in response to this environment of suppression and imprisonment and would probably not form if we living in an autonomous and more porous dimension, such as what we call ‘Golden Earth.’

This can be a difficult concept to digest at first and parts of us will often react with denial and disbelief. Yet, if we are meant to be shown this reality, we can negotiate with the parts of us that initially reject it and the sense of truth about it may then begin to grow in our authentic hearts and souls.

Election Results An Invitation To Feel

Today, as a digestion of the events that happened in the election, is an invitation to feel everything that you feel in reaction to it. It feels like a trigger offered by the collective consciousness and the Divine to sort out our relationship to ‘government’, where we live geographically, and what environments and philosophies support our deepest heart and soul paths.

Outrage, powerlessness, sadness, disbelief, anger…all serve to pierce the veil and need to come out as aspects of you that may usually be suppressed or put in shadow as ‘not acceptable’. Holding these reactions with self love and acceptance and also with a sense of curiosity about what they stem from and what they are perhaps trying to tell you can help hugely with the process.

Many people are offering that Donald Trump represents our collective shadow aspects that need to come out and to the surface. This is difficult to feel how crudeness, hatred of women, racism, etc. can live inside of all of us in our subconscious and in the collective unconscious. When we embrace that there is a higher reason for this occurrence and allow the reactions inside of us to be OK, then we can begin to integrate these aspects back into our being.

With trust and love for all that comes up, you can hold space for whatever needs to come next.

Golden Earth Is Waiting For You

There is a world beyond the current one where things such as politics, greed, and war do not exist…it is this Golden Earth world that our hearts know is possible and our soul remembers…

We can invite others to join us in this Golden Earth and experience it ourselves in moments as our self worth and self love rises. As our connection with the Divine deepens. As our sense of being Infinite Love increases. As we surround ourselves with others who resonate and feel us deeply.

This Golden Earth is waiting for you and it lives already in your heart and soul.

The journey to it is through your shadow, your pain, and your suffering.

The journey to it is guarded by protective parts of you that are afraid for you to increase your frequency because they have been conditioned to fear love by a fear-based culture. These parts of you are afraid for you to feel too much of your woundings because they don’t want you to suffer even more.

The journey to it requires guides that can walk with you through your shadow land to reach the place where the golden rays of love rain down on you and emanate from you.

The journey to it invites you to risk the known for the unknown; to let go in order to let in; and to be dedicated in all ways to serve love for yourself, others, Gaia, and the Divine.

The journey to it is ultimately embracing the realization that you ARE it and that, in this way, you are already there.

Life Beyond The Veil

At the edge of your life as you know it, there is a thin, but effective veil that contains you. Not all of you actually lives within the veil, but having awareness of this fact is largely prohibited by the veil itself. It’s as if life-as-you-know-it is all there is. For all but a select few, this pearl of great price will not be discovered in a given lifetime even though it sovereignly belongs to every single one of us.

The veil is like one of those space-age non-material kind of materials that can go invisible and can retract and expand as necessary in its containment function. The material lives not as some external boundary, but lives inside of you. It is held in place by every relationship agreement that you form with life, people and energy.

Try as you inevitably will, and desire as you will, this containment will not let up easily. It is designed to withstand even the most formidable of efforts. In fact, effort alone cannot penetrate it. It won’t let up until it knows that it knows, and you know that you know, and it knows you know, that you are truly ready to discover and go on to experience life beyond this veil. It lovingly begins with tastes and confirmations and many processes to make you fit for a life as you don’t know it and can only come to know by slow awakening.

Within the veil, you have become skilled at life as you know it. Your proficiency at the many work arounds parts of you employ to be living a part-life is truly a work of great attainment. It’s more than tempting to remain there. For most, even an inkling of a missing something is held at bay by the containment vessel. Your skill at life as you know it is dear to you. It’s made a half life safe and even rewarding. You’ve made a home away from home. What could be of any more value than that?

Life isn’t out to conspire against you. It doesn’t want to rob you of any treasured security. It actually wants to afford you a whole new relationship to security and a truer kind of safety that lives beyond the veil. But it waits as if there is all the time in the world, because in fact, it does have all the time in the world and is willing to spend that in your awakening process to life beyond the veil.

Life beyond the veil doesn’t promise to be easy or that there will not be other veils; that you will be somehow be done once and for all with veils and painful awakening processes. The unknown part of you that lives beyond the veil already knows this and is both urgent and patient in communicating with you. It knows you need all the time you need and that all of it is just as sacred as sacred can be.

When you are truly ready, you will repeatedly and consistently make many excursions beyond the current veil capping life as you know it. These excursions will be to confirm, further awaken and acclimatize you to deeper exposures to life beyond the veil.

If wonder, reverence, and awe is winning and possessing the day for you and nothing on this side of the veil can keep you from pressing through it, then you are already in process of moving through the veil. That’s why life as you know it feels so strange and familiar to you at the same time. You are in a profound birthing process.

I’ve been through a few of these ‘rending the veil’ life processes and I offer assistance to help people feel themselves more self-lovingly in order to be with themselves on their journey. I do that through presence, focus and dialogue together with someone and aspects of them when they are ready to claim that for themselves. It’s not an offer of friendship though I am known to be very friendly. You are not out seeking another friend. You are seeking (if you are) a space-holder who can assist you in holding your you-space through a profound soul and life transition. Why attempt it alone when you don’t have to?

Premise 16: Physical injuries and illness stem from emotional, spiritual, and energetic root causes

premise16Good Morning and welcome to Day 16 of the 21 day Magical Mystery Tour of the SoulFullHeart Premises.

The idea behind offering these clarities around our premises is that they form a set of boundaries to contain what we are about, let in those who are drawn and create a safe place of resonance. Together the 21 Premises form a current ‘near as we can tell’ picture, that while we don’t claim any absolute truth around them, we do feel passionately about each one. There’s something about that letting go of declaring absolute truth that allows us take responsibility for what we believe and teach. You can read my writing on the other premises here.

Today’s premise is simple, but it goes to more and more profound places in us as we live it out. It’s called the Body Premise and it goes like this.

“We have a body, we are not our body. Physical injuries and illness stem from emotional, spiritual, and energetic root causes.”

Identifying with ourselves as a body leaves us stuck in what we refer to as ‘body-mind’. Here in body-mind we cannot see or feel the deeper truth that we are a soul who is expressing through a body. This subconscious blindness is a necessary piece of a souls chosen growth path and when they are done with it, they open out into new vistas of learning and growth.

SoulFullHeart sees that everything that is going on in ones body is an expression of their soul as well as expressions of ones emotional health or lack thereof.

This is (like we got into in the money premise) a big change in our relationship to something. Here in this premise, I would say it this way. It’s not about the illnesses or injury in your body. It’s instead about your RELATIONSHIP to those illnesses and injuries that makes all the difference. Seeing yourself as the victim of external circumstances, accident or environment leaves you clearly the victim.

Victims can only be given sympathy cards.

Seeing yourself instead as a powerful soul who is journeying through a soul embodiment growth process means you have clear responsibility for what’s going on in your body. Even if you can’t track it just yet, or see just what the relationship is between your illness and your energetic and emotional body, you are willing to begin with the admission.

This changes everything.

There are no enemies to fight such as cancer, or colds or flus. Everything that occurs in our bodies are loving adaptations to the conditions and needs in our bodies, and needs in our soul growth. Feeling these deeper soul reasons behind our illnesses and injuries leads to profound shifts in our wellbeing as we embrace the powerful soul lessons being played out in our bodies.

There can be negative etheric entities associated with our illnesses as well affecting a stronghold in our bodies, but these beings only get their place through our unaddressed heart and soul wounding as well as our victim stance in relation to illness.

If we are ready to swallow these admittedly tough pills to swallow that totally change our direct role in what’s happening or not happening in our bodies, it opens out into a whole new world of self love and accelerated heart and soul growth.

In SoulFullHeart, we would immediately help a person suffering in illness or in fear of an illness to get to know the parts of themselves and their relationship to the illness. Here’s where the principle I mentioned earlier about ‘it’s the relationship to the thing’ goes really deep. That’s because ‘our’ relationship to anything is held in the fabric of our parts relationship to anything.

The key premise in SoulFullHeart work is about seeing yourself as a makeup of subpersonalities or parts, getting to know them, giving them the love and healing they need as they live inside you and that being the only healthy ground for real transmutation. Anything less is a self help program in our lives being conducted by a part of us struggling under the weight of our authentic self’s absence to show up for them. A Keynote To Selves: Golden Earth Tales

(This is Part Twelve of the ongoing blog series: Golden Earth Tales.)

(Raphael delivered the following address on Saturday, May 7, 2016)

I would like to begin by thanking each and every one of me for your presence here this afternoon.

I am especially grateful for your curiosity, your desire, along with your hopes and your dreams.

I called this private meeting by specific invitation to each and every one of you as the personalities that make up what is tragically and all too simply referred to as ‘me’, as if ‘you’ didn’t exist. I know we all too often seek to be seen as one, understandably so, given our culture and the cults we are inescapably a part of, but we are in fact a glorious ‘we’ that I seek not only to address today, but desperately also need to get to know.

I know that you as distinct persons live in me as I often experience two or more of you as a tension or a polarity between two choices or energies inside of me. When I am less present to that tension, one of you willingly and sometimes willfully steps in to hold that tension. Here I again see your presence, your reality, your power, and your being. I could go on with example after example of your distinct and separate reality, but that would be in service only of convincing others, not present here today. You, I sense and feel, need little convincing.

I wonder what it is like being a part of me. I wonder what it is like for you when in my partial or full absence, you are left with doing life as me and in my name. What is it like for you to feel the power of my life; the identity of my life; the realized and unrealized dreams and potential of my life? What is ‘my’ life to you? How much of it is a shared reality of yours and ‘mine’, and in what ways? When and why were you born? Who in me did you rule over or submit to, and why?

Though we share one body, one brain, one physical history, and the illusion of being only one, we are in fact many. We are each different. We are each unique. As the Apostle Paul tried to convey in his teaching about the body of Christ when he said ‘Can the hand say to the foot, I have no need of you,’ we must recognize that we are a ‘we’, both separate, distinct and an inseparable oneness at the same time. Both are true. The folly would again be quite plain if when asked, “How are you?” to reply, “I am doing great. My liver has cancer, but I am just great, thanks.” As Paul went on to conclude: ‘When one suffers, all suffer. When one rejoices, all rejoice.’

I would like to not only recognize the fact of our distinct beings, but go on to get to know and feel the distinctions among us. I cannot say that I know you unless I am allowed and afforded a way to feel what you feel, to see what you see, to hear what you hear. I can no longer overlay my view of life onto you and rob you and myself from the sensational pleasure of mutual curiosity.

If one of you is not well, ‘I’ am not well. One of you, or I, may wish to hide another part of me that is in pain for a variety of reasons, as I know too often is the case for most of us ‘humans’. But let us be much clearer here in this private place than we are in the public place; ‘I’ am not well when one of you, one of ‘us’ is in pain, or disconnect, or has a deep unmet need.

All too often, ‘I’ have presented the conclusive “I am fine, thanks,” in response to an inquiry about how I was doing. I was quick to divert the lie by returning the presumptive non-question back to the other ‘person’; “And, how are you?” We have for so long co-signed this co-dependent perception of self as being a single personality that it is truly stunning that any functionality and sanity remains in us. We have even gone so far to as to culturally outlaw the very idea of being more than one with labels such as ‘multiple personality disorder’. I would like to go on record in this meeting, in this place with each of you present, to say that the term we must now accept into our lexicon is in fact ‘single personality disorder.’ The source of so much of our neurosis and the suffering of people is found here in this denial of being.

Before I wax too strong in my convictions and again fall prey to an old focus on others, I must apologize to you, the parts of me that I present as ‘I’. I deeply and profoundly apologize for my complicity in this appearance of being well when I was not. I was wrong. I am sorry. I am sorry for all the pain I caused to each and every one of you in a multitude of ways that it will take some time to fully feel. I wish to end this cycle now. I wish to take all the time it takes to feel it all, even if it extends beyond this life, or to alternative realities of what I’ve thought ‘life’ to be. I want to feel what you feel. I want to experience life from where you experience it. I must also ask each of you to join me in this apology to one another; to accept the end of this façade along with all of its attendant maladies that take away from our true and glorious wellbeing.

Both I and we have lived a long time in a picture of reaching out to others. I and we identified strongly with attaining a picture of being a leader with influence over others. Here, we felt and thought and imagined would be our fulfillment to the full. Others would convey and reflect back to us our worth, our sense of a life well lived. Today, I am inviting each and every one of you to see that the others I sought to help, that I sought to gain the favor of, are in fact not ‘other’, but WE are the ‘they’ we sought to heal and help. The realization of self that we sought to attain inside of a picture of being a healer to others is now dawning on our consciousness as the realization of our selves. There is no other to heal. There are no others in need of healing for me to offer or affect healing to.

Just as Jesus said, ‘I am the door, If anyone enter in by me, he shall find rest,’ so too each of us must find the grace and power to say the same thing of our-selves. Each singular one of us, in this multiplicity of being, is responsive to and responsible for our own healing. We must each own our own healing. Each one of us is responsible for our own conditioning, our own beliefs, and our own relationships to all of life. Each of us must now find the door to our hearts to search our souls deeply to determine what is worthy of remaining and what must be let go of in the sacred domain of our lives.

What we previously imagined to be the good life of being known by others must now be transformed into the much deeper and more glorious good life of knowing our selves. Our sense of meaning and purpose and gift to the world must also now originate and complete inside of our selves. Our fame must spread deep and wide to all the ends of our own kingdom.

How could I have imagined that we could have been of service to others while there was violence to our selves? How could I have dreamed of a world at peace while our own world was not even acknowledged? I want to sacrifice these imaginations and dreams on the sacred and holy altar of this new calling that is here now. I now know however, that unlike I thought in the past, I cannot mandate anything. I have no mandate today.

I have a desire. I have a dream.

In my dream, I awoke. I awoke to the presence and personality of you. In my dream, I was pierced by acute curiosity of who and why and what you were and are, and will become. This dream has overtaken me. I wish to yield every remaining breath and sunrise to this dream.

I surrender my future to us. I will love you in every breath. I will long to get to know you in every joy and in every sorrow.

I long for this day to begin now.

May we enter a new world now,

world without beginning,

world without end,

Amen.

The Cries of the World (a prayer for our times)

Acid rain tears fall down the cheeks of a thousand broken surfaces
the cracks and voids of where life was
is bringing about its fiery end.

 

The learning curve is steeper now
carved out to be so from our necessary faults.
         How else can we learn?

 

In death we learn to respect life
In hindsight we see what we could have, should have done
               but didn’t.
And perhaps the greatest self-punishment of all
         Is that we are destroying ourselves.

 

Great Mother, your arms offer safety but not from ourselves.
You shelter and harbour the changes to make
in order to not make the same pathway alive again.
To ask for more time, well, that doesn’t seem fair
when for thousands of years, with tears and longing
have you watched us scramble ourselves into a lopsided labrynth
          collectively created
by our authentic lack of authentic selves.

 

In this dimension and all dimensions
may we learn the respect you teach us
the love you hold for us
and the longing you have to be one with us once again
like in times of old, when snakes were once your Druids
and porcelain dolls your Priestesses.

 

How do we bridge All That Is with all that is now?
They connect already, I know.
It’s the acceptance that there is nothing more to do
          and only more to be
that gets hard to be with
and is the toughest mountain to climb in this ever-churning industrial world
soon screeching to a halt.

 

How do your children feel to you now?
Do you feel much hope for more than that we may try again someday?
Could it all be healed in a sudden swoop of an upswing of Divine ecstasy felt in all hearts?

 

I am done with the humanness of humanity to the degree in which most inhabit it.
To the degree in which I have inhabited it.
And I want more
and I feel more
and I will live to be more.
To give more to myself
so I can give more to others
and learn to live in your light, your fire, your passion and your connectedness
to us
and to all things.

The Magic Of Your Power Combined With Your Vulnerability: Golden Earth Tales

(This is Part Eleven of the ongoing blog series: Golden Earth Tales.)

Life is about growth and change. Not even death affords an escape from this reality; for death is not a cessation of being, but only more change.

Our journey into and through a physical life is a great metaphor and reflects this reality. Our soul being accepts the journey of taking on human flesh. This journey into human flesh begins as the microscopic combination of sperm and egg, which gives way to a time of exponential growth and change, becoming comfortable and familiar with a home environment, only to be burped out into a brand new world, and then another. Infancy gives way to toddlerhood, which gives way to childhood, then adolescence, teen years, adulthood, mid-life, and into our fullness of life, and completion of a life.

Our soul chose the change of taking on human flesh, human emotion, human gender, and human experience.

You chose to incarnate.

You chose to change.

You chose to surrender to having needs and desires.

Most of us forget this for much of our lives or even for many entire lifetimes. Most of us become attached to belief systems and ways of life that enable us to maintain this forgetfulness of the power and presence of our choice. We do this at almost any cost.

This is not without good reason. In our power, we chose human life; we chose vulnerability. We are unable to escape human vulnerability with any obtainable thing or relationship. In fact, every desirable thing you obtain only heightens the fear of losing that good thing. Even life itself, we fear losing. Most of us can barely stand to feel the utter susceptibility we find ourselves in. We’d rather effort a myriad of feelings and distractions to not have to feel this vulnerability.

Strangely, we put our power in service of denying our vulnerability. In so doing, we miss out on the magic of both.

You have most likely structured your relationship with life to provide you with a sense that life is happening to you. Like a monk who has chosen life in a monastery, you surrender to an arrangement of what you can expect in return for what you are expected to give. Life is fearfully bigger than you. You make a deal for some predictability, some security, and accept the monotony that comes with that. All of this as an exchange to maintain the sense that life is safely bigger than you.

Now, you get to feel like you are riding the waves of life as best you can with the choices you have. You have outsmarted life. You have surrendered to it. You have made yourself smaller than life. You let life circumstance direct and lead you. Aren’t you spiritual? Aren’t you surrendered? You have given yourself to God (in some form) and God will take care of you.

What if this is only a set up perception of life from this part of you that hasn’t reconciled itself to the vulnerability you find yourself in?

What if life isn’t actually happening to you, but instead, you are happening to life?

You are not the victim of another person, or an illness, God or any devil, a slowing economy, aging or any other of the multitude of things that are felt to occur to us.

What if life is only and ever reflecting back to you the power of your choice?

What if life is in such deep and reverent gratitude to you for the gift of your power filled surrender to human vulnerability that life only wants to reflect back to you your power and greatness?

Victor Frankl, author of Man’s Search For Meaning, shares his experience in the hell hole of a nazi concentration camp where he came to the deep and profound realization that it was he and only he that could interpret and apply meaning to his experience. His captors, he came to realize, had not even the slightest ability to take that power from him unless he gave it to them.

What meanings are you applying to the circumstances you find yourself in? Are the circumstances happening to you or are you responsible for creating and drawing these circumstances to yourself? What is life and its never ending change wanting to awaken you to?

What courageous step is life asking you to take now in this never ending discovery of who and what you are?

What are you done with that’s time to let go of? A relationship? An identity? A habit pattern? A way of life?

What are you ready to embrace and allow entrance into your life?

What courage are you in possession of that can fuel your next step?

Life only and ever wants to take you into more of you. Life understands your fear, for it has felt its own fear of the life that it finds itself in. Life invites you out to play, to discover, to be curious of who and what you will become around the corner of your next choice.

Who you are and what you are is not a question. A question is something by definition that you seek an answer for and when that question is answered, the quest is over.

Who you are and what you are is part of the great unknown. Who you are and what you are cannot ever be known.

You are so much more, so vastly much more than you ever dreamed of. In fact, most all of your dreams and imaginings so far have been about trying to manage this ferocity of your being. So too, have been your relationships and occupations.

You have pulled most everything about you into your orbit in hopes of, on one hand, obtaining a clearer picture of who you are and, on the other hand, needing to dim the piercing light of who and what you are.

Your greatness has no measure. You are forever a part of the great unknowable.

What quest remains, it is not the quest to know, but instead the quest to be.
