Bringing Light and Love To The Shadow Inside And In Your Soul

What is in my heart today are the lost ones, the ones called ‘dark’, the ones called ‘crazy’. The ones forgotten in the din and busyness of 3D life. The ones who don’t know how to play the ‘game’ or how to ‘get ahead’. The ones so sensitive that their hearts seem to burst and break with every injustice and abuse.

These ones live inside of you. They take the form and shape of your Inner Teenager. Your Inner Child. Your Inner Punisher. Your Inner Protector. Your Gatekeeper. Aspects from other timelines and lifetimes too.

They are beyond shape and age and time too. Their energies are so often stuck in a looping pattern of trauma, like a suffering-based Ground Hog’s Day that can never seem to end. They are beyond time in that the traumas are happening over and over…not in the ‘past’.

They become these traumas and cannot seem to escape from the aftermath of them…no matter how much conscious ‘work’ is done to heal from these situations. That is why so often you can feel a trailing edge emotional reactivity and wounding that still lingers on no matter how many spiritual awakening and bliss/Oneness/Kundalini experiences that you have.

They are sometimes soul fragments (Metasoul aspects) from other lifetimes who are in more intense circumstances than your current one. They are repeating out soul patterns of experiencing abuse, persecution, being both the victim and the perpetuator.

When you access and connect to these hidden ones directly inside yourself and in your soul with the support of the Divine, they can start to see that there IS a reality outside of the pain path they have known. As they feel YOU come into their world with compassionate curiosity, these parts of you can start to realize that they are not wrong, crazy, or dark at all. Yet, rather, they have often absorbed these energies from others in an effort to transmute them in order to get more love.

This is the way of the empath and sensitive healer soul…and it is often a painful way until the lessons are learned of boundaries that come from self love and self worth. As you feel all these sensitive and empathic parts of yourself, you also open up to the shadow ones that cause the recapitulation of abuse and judgement and even narcissistic pattern behavior too. As you love even the narcissist INSIDE, you provide relief to all parts of yourself and free up the gifts that these parts hold for you as they integrate.

These lost ones become found under the love of your beaming heart. These dark ones become light in response to your compassionate soul. These crazy ones become sane in relationship to your grounded sanity. I have witness this transformation take place over and over again in myself and many others….all made possible by love being directly offered to the parts that MOST need it.

This self love process is natural, organic, and ingrained in us as sparks of the Divine. The discovery is held with MUCH love by the Divine Mother and Father as we remember and BEcome the Divine essence of love in wholeness again!

Your Pain As A Portal W/Your Inner Protector Guided Meditation – Video Two Deepen 2020 Series W/Jelelle Awen

In this second video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I (Jelelle Awen, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator) explore how your pain/suffering can become an important portal to self and soul discovery. I talk about how connecting with parts of the self from this life (such as your Inner Protector, Inner Child, Inner Teenager, and more) gives you access to your pain and the discovery of the trauma experience that is causing it. Exploration on a soul level with your Gatekeeper (guardian of your veil of amnesia) and with Metasoul aspects (from other lifetimes) reveals how your current/local pain connects to soul patterns on a quantum level.

In the meditation, we connect with your essence in the moment as represented by a castle and with your Inner Protector. I give you some questions to ask your Protector about their pain, your pain, etc. to begin an inner negotiation ground to open up your pain as a portal, not just to be ‘fixed’ or ‘transcended.’ A beautiful sun ray came through into the room as I was connected to Archangel Michael as a support for your Protector!

Living Below Your Birthright

Working for anything that is yours by birthright is a form of resistance to that thing, allowing a part of you to hide its resistance while appearing like it actually wants the pursued thing, usually to maintain social acceptance.

‘Working for a living’ for instance is one of the biggest examples of this and misnomers out there. Living doesn’t occur by virtue of working. Living occurs by virtue of your essence, by virtue of your being.

Your being receives life and gives back to life in a natural economy of gift exchange. If you shortchange life in this natural exchange, that is, giving something less than your best, your true gifts, what you came here to give, and settle for a ‘job that pays the bills’ instead, you can be sure that life will respond to you in kind with a reflection of your ingratitude for what you are given. This is not any kind of punishment from an angry God or angry universe, but simply an invitation into an awareness of what your own alchemy is producing. An invitation in your innate more which you already possess.

You already are a powerful alchemy that is producing exactly as it was designed to, even if you are, like me, still consciously wanting to change or alter this alchemy.

Already encoded into you is every last provision you will ever need to fulfill every last detail of what you came here to do. If you are experiencing a drama of lack moving through your story at the moment, this too, is a provision of an invitation into an initiation of this more that you already are. This is a big opportunity to feel and heal parts of you still encoded in lack, while being submerged in a super-abundant free-energy universe, inside of an even greater multiverse.

While there is nothing to work for, in this way of earning or qualifying for anything, there is however, your necessary reach for what you want and desire, as the universe cannot successfully provide anything you aren’t willing to want or choose. The circuitry cannot complete without your desire, choice, intention, and your action.

So what feels like the need to work as in earning something, is actually more about the necessary effort involved in claiming your essence. It will take ‘work’ for instance to slowly get to know and love the part of you conditioned and convinced to a ‘working for a living’ reality, to let in this new reality, but this is a self loving kind of work that is pure joy and creative play to be with. The opposite of drudgery. A gift that keeps on giving.

We all have a lot to learn in entering this new reality, but it feels so exciting to lean into it more and more. I’ll take me a big chunk of that for 2020!

You are the light of the world, even in your darkness, a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. The universe aches for your arising.

Energy Update: 2019 Death/Rebirth Passage Opens Up To A 2020 New Dawn

Death and rebirth. Letting go in order to let in. Releasing the old to experience and become the NEW. These were the energies that we had been baking in since the 11:11 portal as the seven year cycle of initial awakening for many souls starting in 2012 completed….along with the ten-year decade-long cycle as well. The ‘end of an era’ passage of 2019 invited us to feel what needed to complete in our lives too, especially in personal relationships.

There was a sense of ‘ash in the air’, separations, declarations, break ups and breakdowns, peaking conflicts, difficult situations, etc. as 2019 came to a close. This was heightened by being in social settings that you aren’t your normal ones, in addition to the collective 3D ‘pressures’ of obligation, duty and conforming to others’ expectations of you rather than following your own heart.

The old grounds, previous agreements, and ‘grandfather clauses’ in relationships have been dissolving and finishing…having served their purpose for what was previously needed for all the souls involved. The ‘running out of ground’ sense of what was originally signed up for is heightened so that you can advocate, set boundaries, make choices, say ‘no’ if necessary. Patterns of behaviors and especially ANY settling/shrinking with others is being revealed, sometimes painfully, yet also necessarily.

There is more connection possible to YOUR bigger picture soul purpose for being here at this time. There is more connection to your Higher Self clarities and visions. Receiving messages is deepening through dreams and meditative states. This more and more becomes the FUEL for your life and gives every moment more sense of purpose and meaning.

A New Dawn offers infinite possibilities of experiencing love within yourself to all parts of you….and with others in relationship as well. A New Dawn offers a beacon of hope to the parts of you who need some light in their skies. It is the ‘other side’ of the difficulty where you discover the WHY of what you’ve been advocating for…the experience of more love and yourself AS love.

2020 Portal Guided Meditation – Video One Deepen 2020 Video Series W/Jelelle & Raphael Awen

Here it is! My first video of my NEW video series called Deepen 2020. In this video today, Raphael and I, Jelelle Awen, are filming at a beautiful ocean-side park near us called Saxe Point in Victoria, Canada. We talk briefly about the intention of the ongoing Deepen 2020 video series, which is to expand on the foundation laid out in my previous video series Deepen offered in 2019.

This Deepen 2020 series will be offered on an arising basis, rather than every day for a set period of time, and will be responsive to current events/cosmic energies/personal & collective process, etc. Every Deepen 2020 video will offer a teaching and a guided meditation.

Raphael Awen and I talk about the catalytic energy of 2020, that we can feel already in the wind around us and the crashing waves below (that’s the sound you are hearing in the background). 2020 is offering clearer vision in ALL areas of life, so that we can see/feel what our higher timeline life is and move toward it starting from within. However, with this clarity can come new rounds and phases of death/rebirth, letting go, and completions. This can bring up bittersweet feelings about the new year and decade, a mix of excitement and sadness; mourning and celebrating. I also share about my personal process of completion in some previous timeline configurations and the feelings that came up for me in that.

Raphael and I offer the importance of holding space for these feelings to come up in parts of you…your Inner Child, your Inner Protector, etc. and to bring them WITH you in your heart into the new. “Just Feel” is the motto for 2020 and onward. We have a special animal visitor in this video too that offers a wonderful message of clearer and higher vision as well!

During the brief meditation, Raphael and I offer a bridge to the 2020 portal that is opening today, January 1. We invite you to orient to this portal and ‘view’ it from an eagle’s eye perspective to see what comes to you. Then, from the ground of your Inner Child, Inner Protector, etc. You are invited to feel the completions in your life and the new beginnings too!

2020 Higher Timeline Year Is HERE!

So much to celebrate as we let go of what we called 2019….to let in the waveform of higher timeline reality envisioning and embodying called 2020. I feel this year was one where much was activated and illuminated and seeded of both our higher selves and the parts of us that most need our attention and love. The gifts of both these Sacred Masculine activations and Divine Feminine integrations IN THE PHYSICAL in all areas of life are ready for harvesting in 2020.

2020 offers to be a year of CLARITY on all levels….heart/body/soul/social/collective/personal. And with this clarity comes the courage and Divine support to make life changes and the inner shifts that lead to them.

2019 seemed to invite even more inner explorations on heart and soul levels and adjustments to align us more with our higher timeline service of love. 2020 is where that service of love expresses AS you and AS your life in a deepening way.

Gratitude For A Decade Of Sacred Union On New Year’s Eve

Happy New Year’s Eve! As this decade completes and I reflect on the last ten years, what comes up in my heart is my relationship with the beautiful, genuine, enchanting man that I’ve gotten to spend it with. This relationship has provided the experience of being in an ‘usness’ yet it has also been a powerful mirror to see, feel, come to know, and express myself increasingly in my soul bigness and leading with my heart.

Raphael Awen and I married ten years ago in March, following a longing to be together that had already dissolved previous configurations in our lives that were no longer serving us. We let go of a previously beloved spiritual group and all of our social connections tied to that group and settled into a new geography together. This picture was taken on our wedding day in a studio apartment in West Vancouver, where we still didn’t even have any furniture together!

We continue every day to consciously choose this relationship as our main way to grow and learn and serve….yet it isn’t taken for granted or just assumed to be there or related to in an entitled way. It arises as we arise….inviting us into ever deeper waters of transparency together. I feel so blessed to be in this exploration with a soul who so GETS me on every level.

Everything for me in this past decade pales in comparison to the gift, growth, challenge, and magic of being so in life and love with you, Jelelle.

The phases we have gone through, even of ending the relationship this past year in a death and rebirth cycle, have renewed the lease on togetherness yet again.

On one hand, I have felt both stunned at the ongoing magic with no reference or experience point for it outside of myself, and no file for it, other that digesting it together, as well as allowing our ‘usness’ to inspire others. On the other hand, I’ve had to normalize the relationship to enough of a degree to be in it everyday, almost what feels like a taking it for granted. Between those two hands, I’m invited to keep feeling all there is to feel for my own growth, for our deepening service of love together and where that wishes to take me.

Energy Update: Schuman/Gaia Wave Moved Through for 12 hours

Energy Update: We had a very active Schumann/Gaia resonance wave lasting for twelve hours today, December 29th! This was during my sleeping time and I definitely had more vivid, clear, and intense lucid dreams than in awhile. They felt like visiting other timelines/lifetimes, working issues out, yet easy to remember.

You may have experienced the same increase in clarity, clairvoyance, veils thinning for yourself in sleep time or in waking time now during this wave. Gaia waves can cause also sleeplessness in some people and anxiety (distrust) can be heightened as well.

Grounding in with Gaia and being in higher vibrational space with souls that can resonant in that with you (or alone) helps ease these waves too. If you are still in birth family difficulties/Holiday mode, that can be challenging to sustain when these waves come in.

Getting your own space is important right now. Space to go within, feel what you want to change in your life in the NOW, what you want to experience in 2020. Without that personal space to connect with yourself, the Divine and other parts of yourself, it is easier to project right now and pull away/push away from soul family that love and see you.

As we complete the last few days of 2019, the energies are increasing and amplifying leading into 2020. They are HERE to offer support for the life changes that need to follow the inner changes. A reminder to us that healing grounds in when it expresses in the physical in ALL areas of our lives.
